This reconnects you with your Guardian Angel, or higher power, or whatever your belief is.  You simply say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for…….., thank you!”

Here are some inspirational stories to help you understand how easy it is to request Most Benevolent Outcomes (MBO’s).

STUCK ON WORDING AND REQUESTING OUTLOUD

Monique writes:  I am currently reading your newsletter, which I find very good.  Thank you.  Some questions come to mind.  Here the first one:  Is the wording very important when asking for a MBO?  I often get blocks in the form of blanks.  It is distressing to me and I don’t know how to get around that.

And the second question is:  Must I ask for the MBO out loud?  I don’t know why but I seem to have a problem with “out loud”.  Maybe you could ask Theo why that is so for me.

I recommended to Monique that she start reading these Blogs.  Here’s what I said to her:  On the website you will find many stories and suggestions on how to request MBO’s in the Blogs and Articles.

And I have covered saying MBO requests out loud before.  My Guardian Angel Theo says that you create an energy when you use your voice to say the requests. He says you can think them, but the energy is not as strong as physically saying the request.

Also on the website are two sample chapters of my first book with many more suggestions. After reading those chapters you should not have much of a problem in making up your own.  Keep in mind you want to make many small requests to build up your trust that this works–driving to work, parking spaces, etc.

MBO’s FOR HEALTH AND WORK

Sharyn on Facebook writes:  I need healing from a motor vehicle accident, 2/2009– how do I request for this healing? I also need help with overload employment issues that are getting me down physically and emotionally. I am ready to quit and go on disability related to my accident. What can I do to straighten this scenario out.  I work for a military treatment facility and there is no one listening to our gripes about the work overload. Can you help me with please? I am reading your first book right now! Thanks.

I’ll give you a couple of suggestions and you can add to this.
“I request a Most Benevolent Outcome to be led to the best treatments to heal my emotional and physical body, thank you!”

“I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for beautiful healing energy to be sent to me at this time, thank you!”

“I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for the PERFECT job for me, thank you!” Perhaps something will come up where you will not have to work so hard, yet enjoy what you do.

If you decide to take your case public about everyone being overworked you could say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for making public these work problems, and may the results be even better than I can hope for or expect, thank you!”

ANXIETY LEAVING FOR COLLEGE

Keely writes on Facebook:  I am in desperate need for a benevolent prayer for my daughter. She is having separation anxiety very badly about going to college. She’s at her orientation right now, and I had to leave her crying at the door. It was very reminiscent of her first day of school. This has been a way of life for her since Hurricane Katrina. I’m sure it’s left over post traumatic stress, but I don’t have time to deal with that at this moment. Please help with a prayer for her. Thank you….:)

Keely and anyone having this problem, say “I ask any and all beings to assist my daughter in quickly adjusting to her new school and surroundings and send her massive amounts of love and light, thank you!”

Then you can TRY and get her to say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for adjusting to my school and making new sincere friends, thank you!”

She can also say before each test (I’ve had several emails from students and their parents saying this works great), “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for this test, and may the results be even better than I can hope for or expect, thank you!” They say their test scores are much better because they feel a calmness and are able to think.

MBO’S IN WHITEHORSE, YUKON, CANADA

Sharon writes:  It has been a year since I learned about you and the MBOs, working together with the Angelic Realm.  My daily life has become a remarkable heartfelt adventure.  Thank you!  The MBOs have a special book of their own on my desk.  The requests are written in blue and the fulfilled requests are written in red along with the date.  The pages are full of the blue and the red writing!!  Requests from having my Visa billings placed onto my next months payments, health issues, letters from dear ones, deliveries on time, safe returns, convenient parking and doctor reports, have been fulfilled for me!!!   I am most grateful.

Sharon has a nice idea for those of you who wish to build up your trust in requesting Benevolent Outcomes.  That’s more work than I want to do, but it sounds fun!

BENEVOLENT PRAYERS FOR OIL LEAK

Gail writes:  Could suggest wording and other suggestions for benevolent outcomes for this catastrophic oil spill?  Should we also be asking Archangel Michael?  I think this is causing such great distress in all creatures, including humans.  Our congressman told us yesterday at a town hall meeting that the ocean waters are being acidified, killing off life, from the daily “invisible spills” that result just from the everyday operations of offshore drilling.

I suggest everyone say out loud, “I ask any and all beings to assist in finding ways to not only stop the oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico, but also to clean up the ocean and beaches, thank you!”

OWL BENEVOLENT OUTCOME

Teresa in Austin, Texas writes:  I have studied metaphysics for many, many years and was at a Kryon seminar in Dallas over a year ago where Lee introduced you to the audience.  I been using the Expect Great Things and your other affirmations and must admit I have been pretty astonished with the results in a fairly short time.  For an example, we have had an owl box up in our back yard for at least four years without any success, we now finally have a female Eastern Screech Owl nesting in our box.  I am just ecstatic about it, I understand that they usually return to the same nest year after year.  I try to make our back yard a little current day Garden of Eden.

My own Guardian Angel Theo in meditation tells me that this acts like a Benevolent Outcome request, where you are asking for something to happen you have no idea what, which your own GA will surprise you to bring an event into your life.   He says it can happen even after only saying this daily for less than two weeks.

FALLING MBO

Kahriana writes:  Earlier this week I headed out on an errand.  As always when I get in my car I sit quietly for a few minutes before starting the car to  say a MBO.
At the store I got out of the car and headed for the entry door.  I looked up and saw a guy holding the door open, waiting for me, and suddenly my foot caught on something and I went flying forward. I put out my hands to break the fall and looked up as I was getting up he said, Are you okay?  I said, Yes, I’m fine.  Nothing like looking where you are going. . . and proceeded into the store. He looked at me and asked again Are you okay?   Yes, I replied.  In the store we headed in different directions but he turned back and for a third time with concern in his voice, the guy asked me if I was okay. Yes, thank you.  From his perspective the fall must have looked pretty bad.

On retrospect, I realized that the landing impact was not at all as hard as it ought to have been for the speed I was moving, etc. And other than feeling a little shaken, I am fine, no bruises, no scrapes.  Hands of angels definitely cushioned my fall and I am so grateful !

I had asked for a Most Benevolent Outcome before I started out and this is yet another example of how effective they are and in ways we might not think of at the time we are saying them.  Thank you, thank you, dear angels.  Many blessings to you, Tom for sharing MBO’s!

STORM MBO

Eleanore writes:  You really have a huge smorgasbord of information in this newsletter!  Thank you.

Since I live on the SE coast of Florida, we have some amazing lightening and thunder storms and rain that comes down from left to right (or vice versa).  I had never ever seen anything like that in PA/NJ area from whence I came.  Thank you immensely for the MBO welcoming GENTLE RAIN and you can be certain I will be using that.  I think I’ll add vertical rain to that request.

Several weeks ago, we had one of our usual aforementioned storms.  I own an ungaraged convertible car so, when I’m pre-warned of an impending storm, I tether a car cover over the entire vehicle.  In time gone by, it has always stayed put but not this time. So, I stood inside the doorway, and asked for an MBO to slow down the rain and cease the lightening so I could go out safely and reattach the cover before it blew totally away.  Within less than five minutes, that’s exactly what happened!!!!  Then I asked that the cover would stay put until it was no longer needed and that’s exactly what happened!!!  Then I asked for an MBO for some input on a better way to anchor the cover for future use and of course I got the answer to that request and it’s in process now!  Talk about a WOW factor!

Diane writes:  I would like to share how MBO’s really are great!  When I’m about to
start my meditation I say an MBO for having a good day…...“I request a MBO
to have a happy, loving, successful day, thank You!” I notice that I do have a
great day.

MBO FOR THE LOTTERY

Traci from Ireland writes:  Hi Tom,it’s Traci here.I’m sorry to bother you if it’s late in America.  I’m going to put the Irish Lottery on for next weekend and i was wondering if there’s an MBO I could maybe for to win some money, just enough to help pay a few things including a vet bill I have.  It’s not a big bill, but I would like some help to pay it.  I don’t know if there is an MBO i could say for to help.  I’m not looking for a large amount of money to win, just enough to help pay a few things.  I don’t know if this is possible. I would be more than grateful to you if you could possibly help me in any way.

This is for Traci and anyone else trying to win a lottery.  She has it right as far as picking some bill or specific purpose for the money.  Requesting to win the big amounts typically will not work, as most people do not have it in your “soul contract” or “life plan” to have sudden wealth.

You can say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome to win enough money to at least pay this bill and may the results be even better than I can hope for or expect, thank you!”

Are you saying the EXPECT GREAT THINGS mantra each day?  Something else might happen that would allow you to pay the bill you have no idea of if you start saying that each day.  Go to the website and click on Signs.

HAVING MORE CONTROL WITH MBO’S

Here’s a Benevolent Prayer for the oil spill: “I ask any and all beings assist in stemming and stopping the flow of oil from the oil well in the Gulf of Mexico in the most benevolent way possible, thank you!”

YOUR GA DOES WANT TO ASSIST YOU

Susie writes:  I use benevolent outcome requests every day and I can’t tell you how much my life has been enriched.  I always felt our GA was there but had no idea they wanted to be a part of our everyday mundane affairs.  Thanks so much for all you do.

As I have said several times before, your Guardian Angels (GA’s) do wish to assist you, but you have to REQUEST ASSISTANCE, and you do it by requesting MBO’s.

MBO’S & BP’S AT A HOSPITAL

Maggie on Facebook writes:  Just got back from visiting a loved one in post-op in a very large hospital in a large city at night, navigating various floors, separate buildings and waiting rooms while saying BPs for his and everyone’s recovery as well as an MBO for my safety in the spooky parking garage. Along the way I encountered many kind people who helped me or made me feel good! So while you’re requesting MBOs for safety, or to get things done, request also to notice the kindness of strangers. Life becomes even more poignant and moving.

SUCCESS WITH MBO’S AT WORK

Linda has been writing me over the past year asking for Benevolent Outcomes to say in her struggle with an extremely mean spirited supervisor, who actually affected her health to the point she had to take time off work.  Some of the ones I suggested were to say before she met with him each time, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for this meeting, thank you!” Also, when she had to file complaints against him, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for the results of this complaint to be even better than I can hope for or expect, thank you!” There were probably others, but too much time has passed.

If you have to meet with a supervisor of your supervisor, you can request a MBO for that meeting too, and if someone is doing something illegal in your company your can request a MBO when you go to the authorities or press. Whatever it takes.  And you can request a MBO for the PEFECT JOB for you, so that perhaps another great job turns up for you to be able to leave the one you have now.  So here’s Linda’s story:

Linda writes:  Hi Tom! This will be long! Please use any part of it in your newsletter that you feel is important! Remember that supervisor I had that Gaia said had some lower levels attached to him! Well I heeded Gaia’s warnings and proceeded with much caution! Every morning I said MBO’s! Many!  My Benevolent Prayers  also surrounded me and him in white lite!  Plus every time I saw him I resurrounded him!  Plus did his “visitors” too separately!

Last Thursday one of the other 2 staff members apologized to me for listening to him instead of finding out what a good person I was (I am!!). Seems like when I went out on medical leave just as I predicted he turned his ugliness on her. So she was writing a long letter to human resources with her complaints! Coupled with my 10!!! Grievances, plus my HRA/EEOC complaints plus 5 other staff complaints, he was called into administrative office Monday and told to be nice (never will happen!)

Tuesday, he gets called to human resources. And kept lying saying we were all wrong, etc. Felt my complaints to HRC were a nothing! Finally our hospital attorney caught him in one last lie and he turned beet red, said a few expletives! And threw his keys at her face (he missed)! Sort of like he treated us, and he quit! It was announced to all of us in the department! We all looked and walked away all of us finally feeling vindicated.  So Friday. Comes he actually came back and asked for his job back!! He actually thought he was important! Of course the answer was NO!!!!

Well Wednesday morning I lit incense, lit candles, surrounded the office space with white light, called in the elders and mighty ones and my GA’s and in about 5 minutes the area lightened up! It was like a dark cloud floated away (yes! I did see it leave!).  We shredded his pictures and everything with his name on it! The other counselor jumped in his space! And in about 1 hour we had resumed our jobs! Business as usual!  Like he never existed!

So, my MBO’s? Other than protect me and give me strength to slay one more dragon? I also asked for one for the right people to see him as he truly was! And it was all answered! So one further point! I chose the state HRC for 2 reasons! First they co-file with federal EEOC! And second this will follow him forever no matter where he goes! So it is better state HRC not city! Please pass this on as needed! Well that was the week that was!!!!!!

Here are some inspirational stories to help you understand how easy it is to request Most Benevolent Outcomes (MBO’s).

NIGHT AT THE CONCERT

This past Thursday evening we joined three other couples for an outdoor concert at the beautiful Dallas Arboretum on White Rock Lake.  As we were to meet one couple at their house only a five minute drive from the Arboretum at 6:00 pm, we had to leave our house at 5:15 pm because of the heavy after-work traffic.  Naturally I said, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for our drive and may we arrive at 6:00 pm or even earlier, thank you!” I also requested a MBO for a great location at the concert well in advance, plus no rain, but cloudy skies. We were standing in their yard greeting our friends at 6:02 pm when I looked at my watch.

We then loaded their car and drove to the Arboretum, as we planned to save a space for our 4 other friends.  We arrived at the concert location about 6:20 pm or so and found a great location right in the middle on the sloping hill to the stage to lay our blankets.  I also requested a MBO for an unobstructed view of the concert stage and during the time leading up to the concert two sets of people sat down in front of us and then moved!

When our other friends arrived (they didn’t arrive until 7:00 pm as I bet they didn’t request MBO’s) they said that location was the best they had ever had for a concert.  The rest of the evening was spent enjoying the cooler than normal weather due to the clouds and rain off to the south, and no sun in our faces.

When the concert was over we went back to our friend’s house, said our goodbyes and requested a MBO for the drive back to our house.  It was an almost perfect evening, thanks to a little tool you can use too to make your life easier and more fun.

LOTTERY MBO

Sandy writes:  I wish to say that MBOs are absolute miracles, and are a joy to have in one’s life.  I tend to ask more than one at a time, and probably get my angels/guides confused, haha, but trust also they know my intentions, haha.  One day while driving after of course having requested an MBO for my journey out and about, while stopped at a light, there were two cars side by side in front of me with the numbers 5409 on their license plates.  I hustled to the store & got 5409 lottery numbers for 3 days just to be safe, haha, and the numbers came up the first day, and I won $500!  Isn’t this a special gift, like “hey, here’s something for you and you didn’t even ask!”

MAKING MBO’S PART OF YOUR LIFE

Pam in Arizona writes:  Thank you so much. My Aunt had a really bad stroke and couldn’t move. She was taken to two hospitals and then was flown to Barrows in Phoenix. As soon as I heard about it and before she was flown to Phoenix I had said an MBO for her asking for the best doctors-nurses-medicine-procedures for her to be completely healed far sooner then anyone could expect. It worked, so when I heard about Brent Michaels I said the same for him.

My grandson was jumped from behind by three guys, knocked out and kicked in the head over and over. As soon as I heard I said the same MBO. Now that he is home I have said a MBO for all people involved which includes the three guys. Some people may not agree but I feel if they are caught and punished they may have a chance to turn their life around. I am trying to be the best person I can be so I don’t get into saying the terrible things that some of them are saying.

I have told many people about MBO’s and will continue to tell people and say them the rest of my life. I can’t Thank you enough for bringing this to all of us.

AIRLINE TICKET MBO

Lisa on Facebook writes:  Tom – I got terrific results from my MBO on an international ticket; I know MBO’s work 24/7 and I’m so charged that it worked.  Thanks for all the great info that you pass on.

Well, I am the “travel agent” of the family; my father asked me to find a good price on tickets out of Mexico with multi- destinations…. most tickets are running between $729 and up (even 2 months out) so I just started asking for the best ticket price and time from Cancun to SFO – MBO then today at lunch time I took a gander on Travelocity and got one for $425, which is a terrific price considering the fuel prices escalating.  So it was a Most Benevolent Outcome.  You know I found your site through Dick Sutphen’s weekly newsletter and was just led to your site through my higher self and GA Cyd.  Thanks a bunch Tom!

SALE OF CONDO

Susan on Facebook writes:  Hi Tom, you wrote me an MBO about selling my condo and I can’t find it, can you send that to me again – thanks so much, I love your work it is so special 🙂

Say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for the sale of my condo, and may the results be even better than I can hope for or expect, thank you!” Change this to “house” depending upon your circumstances.

THE THUNDERSTORM WAITED

Iris in Georgia writes:  I really enjoy your website and newsletter. I turned my 86 year old mother onto Most Benevolent Outcomes and when we talk (she is in NY and I am in GA) she tells me how she spoke an MBO and what was requested actually happens!

Just last night she explained how she did not want to get wet during a thunderous rain storm and as soon as she put her key into the front door of her building, she heard and then turned to see a torrential downpour. Parking spaces and avoiding rain, plus winning at rummy cube with friends is almost a daily occurrence. Thanks for informing so many of us on a diverse array of topics. Keep up the good work!

FOR THE PERFECT HOME

Bernadette writes:  Thank you for all that you have been teaching us. I have learned a lot, especially for parking. Tom, after 19 years of working for the same company they decided to close. I work with children and adults with challenges. I will be 67 next year, and really don’t want a full time job. I want to purchase a home so I can still work privately.

Where I live now I have to move by the end of June 2010. I am requesting everyone’s help in asking for assistance that I will find the right and perfect home with an affordable mortgage and all necessary papers pertaining to getting the house will go smoothly . When you request a MBO for the PERFECT home for you, that GA golden light being has tremendous powers to assist you.  You say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for the PERFECT home for me, thank you!” I’m always told to tell people that your GA “loves you dearly.” But I will add this Benevolent Prayer:

“I ask any and all beings to assist Bernadette in finding the PERFECT home for her, and may it be even better than she can hope for or expect, thank you!”

This is what you say when you wish something Benevolent for another person.  You say, “I ask any and all beings….thank you!” It’s really as simple as requesting MBO’s.

Here are some inspirational stories to help you understand how easy it is to request Most Benevolent Outcomes (MBO’s). I receive a number of emails each month from readers of my book, articles, and newsletter relating their experiences with requesting Benevolent Outcomes.  Clara emailed twice with her experiences.  I thought you might enjoy them and perhaps it will encourage you to request MBO’s, as I call them too!

MBO’S FOR FREEWAY, FINANCIAL

Clara writes, “I used the MBO a week ago for a 200 mile round freeway trip. WOW, the freeway is always crowded at that time, BUT not for us. It was amazing. My Grandson was driving and he kept saying, “Where is everybody?” It was smooth sailing. Ah but I had to do that same trip this weekend; I forgot to “request” until we were on the freeway in heavy traffic, so I asked the Angels, if it wasn’t too late would they please help out. Oh Tom, here is the amazing part–it was like they were parting the traffic for us. Although it was heavy, we were traveling as if we had the freeway to ourselves. Not held up anywhere but more amazing, we just missed a 23 car bumper crasher, guided right past a big trailer that had blown a wheel and was throwing heavy sparks.  All of these things that the Angels have done for me makes me feel so loved and cared for. I just feel peaceful and very happy!”

Then Clara wrote again to give me some good news.  She had requested a Benevolent Outcome for receiving a financial settlement that had been due her for quite some time.  She had been unable to buy a car for quite a long time, and the financial settlement gave her the ability to purchase one.  She requested a MBO for a car to meet her needs and even more.  She visualized a car driven by a “little old lady” that no longer drove, but had kept the car in good condition.  Her son brought her a list of five cars appearing on Craig’s List for her area.  One of the five was just perfect.  An elderly lady had passed away leaving her 2000 year car with only 41,000 miles.  It has a leather interior with all the bells and whistles.  She had requested the PERFECT car for her, and her guardian angel arranged, through her son, for her to find it!  She added that she now needs to find a better house and of course she says she can hardly wait to see what her Guardian Angel will find for her when she requests the PERFECT house for her!

ON HER HARLEY

Carol writes from Virginia, just outside DC:  “I have been a subscriber since I heard you on Dick Sutphen’s radio show a few years ago.   I say my affirmations every day and am always asking for MBOs every time I get on my Harley!”

Carol is another person who always requests a MBO anytime she goes from her house to wherever she’s headed.

So give requesting Benevolent Outcomes a try.  Start with the simple requests such as “I request a parking space in front of ________restaurant, thank you” so that you can receive immediate feedback as your own Guardian Angel JOYFULLY assists you to have a more gentle life!

BREAKING UP

I’ve changed this lady’s name and edited a little.  Melissa writes:  “My boyfriend broke up with me after 3 and one-half years because he is tired of me nagging him to get divorced. He told me he was separated when we met, but he moved back into her house last Fall. She has a steady boyfriend. It’s just too complicated for me. Maybe we can try again after he is divorced (whenever that will be, I’m not holding my breath.) He is doing more work with her than before, so I don’t think they are in any hurry. Anyway, I don’t want to be someone’s mistress.”

I suggested two MBO’s for her to request:
“I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for having all energy cords no longer in my best interest be severed now, thank you!”

And though you may think you’re not ready for anything new, say “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for the PERFECT man for me, thank you!” You know it always takes time to set that stuff up, so it probably will not happen overnight anyway.

That should help her or anyone else in similar circumstances move on and onto the next chapter of their life.

DAILY USES OF MBO’S

Donna in Kelowna, Canada writes:  “I love my daily affirmations that are on your website Tom.  I have them by my bed, on my fridge and by my computer.  I love
the Sedona Magazine and I read all the channelings on how to increase your energy and powers and they are all good, but reading these everyday, doing MBO’s and listening to my beloved Kryon when I’m walking is all I need.   Thanks again Tom for your work and being so gracious to answer emails in your busy life.”

Donna is referring to a number of signs you can print out on my website.  Simply go to http://www.thegentlewaybook.com/signs.htm, where you can find these signs:
1.    REQUEST BENEVOLENT OUTCOMES TODAY! You can print this several times and put them in the fridge, in the bathroom, bedroom, and even in your car to help remind you to make requesting MBO’s a habit.
2.    DAILY AFFIRMATION: This affirmation is what I say each day to remind me who I really am and what I have the power to create.
3.    EXPECT GREAT THINGS “mantra.”  My own Guardian Angel Theo suggests we will see great changes in our lives with unexpected events we would not think to ask MBO’s for by saying this each day.
4.   DAILY BENEVOLENT PRAYER.  I say this each day as my way to send love and light to all those I have ever wronged in any way.  Theo says this has great results that we can’t see.  This has to be done on “faith.”

In the first chapter of my first book I related how we generally think of Guardian Angels—that they are only there to step in and assist us if we’re in trouble.  As you’ve read in the book and in these blogs, that’s not the case.  They’re available to assist us JOYFULLY at any time from the smallest requests to really serious ones. Here’s an example of something that happened to me in February a couple of years ago.

I have a time-share in Park City, Utah that I use each year to go skiing.  This time my Sweetwater Lodgeson and were going to leave on Friday and fly up to Salt Lake City for a week of skiing.  The Friday before departure I suddenly received an email from the resort company, which manages the condominium complex; it stated that a retaining wall was in danger of collapse, and they had to cancel my reservation along with a number of others.  Panic City!  This is a very busy ski week over the President’s Day Holiday and I knew that Park City would be heavily booked.

I immediately requested a Most Benevolent Outcome for the problem to be resolved, picked up the phone and contacted the resort association.  I was first offered a condo in Salt Lake City—45 minutes and over a mountain pass from Park City, then a condo at a smaller mountain again about 45 minutes from Park City, and finally a condo about 20 minutes away.  I said, “Keep looking,” so the lady said she would call Monday or Tuesday.  I admit I was worried, but I said, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for a condo in Park City, and may it be even better than I can hope for or expect, thank you.” When you add the “and may it be even better than I can hope for or expect,” you allow your guardian angel to come up with some amazing results that you would never have thought to request.

On Tuesday, she called and said she had a studio condo IN THE SAME COMPLEX that they obtained from another resort company on trade, and had not yet been rented.  The only problem was that it was a Saturday-to-Saturday stay and not Friday-Friday.  I requested another MBO when I called Delta to change my reservations.  When I originally booked, I had to use 100,000 miles for the two tickets, as the inexpensive 25,000-mile seats were already gone.  When they checked on Saturday, the same flight was available; for the Saturday return, an even better timed flight was available, and they BOTH had 25,000 mile seats available!  I was able to redeposit 50,000 miles to my account for a future trip for $75 per ticket.  Now THAT’S what I call an “even better than I hope for or expect” result!

Some of you who are not requesting Benevolent Outcomes on a daily basis may not realize that your Guardian Angel constantly tries to gain your attention and let you know they’re there.  I’m sure you have heard people mention that whenever they look at a clock, it invariably says “11:11” or some other constant time.  This may have happened to you too.

As I’ve had to travel a lot first with our international wholesale tour company and then with our international film distribution business, I would always seem to wind up in rooms with five as the sum—23, 32, 104, 203, 311, 401, etc.  I did notice and would smile with recognition—ah, there he is again.

Also, since I’ve been recording my dreams every morning since 1979 many times there would be some song that I had not thought of in some time, which would be in my mind as I awoke.  It was normally some love song—my Guardian Angel sending me its love.

This came to mind as my son and I took a taxi to the DFW airport for our ski trip.  The night before, for some reason I started thinking and then singing an old Bob Seeger tune “Night Moves.”  This was a favorite of mine back in the years I owned a convertible sports car.  I would crank up the volume and sing along.

The taxi driver had picked us up once before.  He’s a tall guy with long graying hair.  He doesn’t wear a belt and has to constantly hitch up his jeans–sort of an aging hippie.   After we departed, he popped in a CD, and of course it was Bob Seeger; and the last song we heard before he dropped us off at the airport was “Night Moves.”  Theo was saying hello again.

So watch for those “ah-ha” moments.  Your guardian angel is just reminding you it’s there.  And if you’ve begun requesting Benevolent Outcomes on a daily basis, you’ll be reminded every time that there is a loving being watching over you. This can happen hundreds and even thousands of times.

By now you’ve probably noticed that I give you a lot of information about my personal life.  I do this to show you how you can request Benevolent Outcomes in your personal life, and what a difference this makes.  The Master of Love taught in parables, so I try and do the same.

The week after the ski trip I had a heart operation (or “procedure” as I like to call it).  When I had congestive heart failure in September of 2006 (which I’ve written about in my second book) I had two procedures to stop my racing heart, with the second one successful.  Since then I’ve slowly gotten off all my medicines with the exception of two.  But I found that I was experiencing short term memory loss and it was very embarrassing at times—especially in business meetings.

I finally complained to my doctor—an electro-physiologist.  He said that one of the medicines I took did have “neurological side-effects,” and gave me two options.  One I could go into the hospital for two nights while they tested a new medicine on me to replace that one, or two I could go in for one night for a four-hour procedure called a “pulmonary ablation” (you can Google that if you wish).  He sends catheters up a vein from your groin into first the right ventricle and then the left and basically scars the tissue causing the irregular heartbeats.  I chose the latter; as he said I could be off all my medicines after this procedure, even though it only has an 80% success rate.

Naturally I requested a Benevolent Outcome and requested that the results would be “even better than I can hope for or expect.” When I went in the hospital for the procedure at 6:00 am last Wednesday, I had NO FEAR–just a little trepidation from being in a hospital again.  Just before the anesthesiologist put me under, I said a Benevolent Prayer that the doctor and his surgical team would do a perfect operation and that the results would be better than they expected.

I was told later that after the doctor completed the procedure they run your heart beat up to 300 beats a minute, which is where most hearts start to “A-fib.”  My doctor said that my heart would A-fib for a second and then went right back into normal rhythm.  So the procedure was a total success—which is what I term “even better than I hoped for or expected!”

TRAVELING WITH YOUR GUARDIAN ANGEL

Each year I travel to Cannes, France for an international TV and Video market held there.  The one I am writing about was an uneventful trip (thanks to requesting Benevolent Outcomes) with two exceptions. I had the little “whisper in my ear” from my Guardian Angel Theo in Frankfurt while waiting for my connection that my watch was going to stop working, and I remember thinking (I was foggy from being on a plane overnight) that at least it had lasted for 20 years. Then I awoke from a nap while waiting and discovered the watch had stopped and it was only 25 minutes until boarding time.

Upon arrival in Cannes, I headed for the Rolex store nearby to see if it could be fixed (after requesting a MBO). I was having a hard time finding the address and stopped in another watch store to ask directions. After finding the store a few doors down, I was told it would take four to six weeks and a minimum of 400 to 600 Euros ($600 to $900) for the repair. I know prices in the USA are lower, so I headed back to the other store and bought the least expensive watch they had to tide me over until my watch is repaired. Had I not stopped in for directions, I would not have known where to go for a less expensive watch—a nice Benevolent Outcome!

The next night I ate at a pizza and Italian food restaurant near the “old” port in Cannes. There are a lot of these in the area, as Italy is just an hour drive or so away, just past Monte Carlo. I pulled my reading glasses out of the case and the lens on the left side, along with the screw, dropped out on the table. The screw rolled off the table and even with two waiters assisting me we couldn’t find it. I requested a Benevolent Outcome and luckily the print on the menu was large enough to read.

The next morning I asked the front desk where to have the glasses repaired, and was advised there was a store only one block away. The repair person replaced the screw and even the pads, which she said were yellow, and at no charge! It was a nice MBO. I do know from similar things happening like this before that I set these little challenges up on a higher self level in order to force me out of my routine, which also allows me to speak French; I am only able to use my French two times a year now. I used to also attend the Cannes Film Festival, but my lower budgeted regional films didn’t sell well there, as that is a market for art films and for films with highly recognizable stars, so I stopped attending.

After my book was published I started receiving emails from people with there own Benevolent Outcome stories.  One of the first was from David in St. Louis.  He said that he had requested a Benevolent Outcome for getting through a security line at the airport with no problems. When he reached the person who checks boarding passes and ID’s, she opened up a line that had only been used for airline crews and he was the first person through the line.  Then he requested a MBO for someone interesting to sit next to on the plane coming back from South Africa and had a great conversation with someone that put on metaphysical events.

The first time I tried it was coming back from Washington, DC from a bookstore convention.  I wound up sitting next to the buyer for a chain of bookstores and was able to show him my book and sell sheet, which resulted in sales.  With that success I have requested MBO’s to meet interesting people many times in my travels.

In Cannes, at the Italian restaurant I mentioned above, I requested a MBO to sit next to someone interesting, knowing that a lot of my colleagues were arriving for the market.  When I arrived I was seated at a table by the wall with empty tables next to me.  After my experience with my glasses, two young ladies came in to eat and instead of sitting one table away from me, sat down next to me.  We started talking and they were also there for the TV market, and came from Toronto, Canada.  The talk eventually led to a discussion about Benevolent Outcomes and one of the ladies, named Jenna, said that her mother had just returned from Sedona (one of my favorite places)!  Jenna and her friend Valerie said they would try requesting Benevolent Outcomes for their meetings.  A couple of days later I received an email from Jenna saying that the requests were going great.  In later emails she has continued to request them.

I also went to a reception the PBS station in New York has each market at a penthouse that overlooks the whole bay of Cannes.  I again requested a MBO to talk to someone interesting, and there were plenty of interesting people there. I eventually went to dinner with five ladies, mostly in South American sales and TV broadcasting.  One of the ladies promised to put me in touch with their dubbing service in Argentina and she told them to tell them to give me the same rate they have.   These are just examples of how many ways there are to request Benevolent Outcomes in your work and life.  Make it a HABIT!

Note on my last scheduled trip to Cannes in early April: I had bought my badge for the market and requested a Most Benevolent Outcome for my trip there. Then I kept hearing about how many of my potential clients were not going to attend, plus I had started negotiations on two extremely large deals for my company—either of which would surpass any normal business I would do at the market; I felt that I could not justify the expense of going and not being able to continue these negotiations and canceled my hotel reservation.

I’m sure you heard how people were stuck all over Europe and were not able to fly because of the volcanic ash cloud.  As you read above, I normally connect through either Frankfurt or Paris, and I would have been stuck in Cannes for at least an additional 5 to 7 days before being able to fly back to the USA, as I heard a number of my colleagues were.  This was DEFINITELY a big MBO for me!

HOT TUB BENEVOLENT OUTCOMES

I knew that heading would get your attention.
From Lynn in Oregon: “I learned about you and MBO’s from the Sedona Journal over a year ago.  I bought your book and also sent it to several friends.   I have had so many wonderful MBO’s happen, sometimes I am just in awe…  I always say please and thank you…   One of my favorites is hot tub nights.  Our tub is out on our deck, and living on the northern coast, there are a lot of rainy nights.   My husband and I go out to the tub just about every Friday-Sunday night.  We spend about 30 minutes.  Now the chances of it raining, you can imagine, are big.   We had to give it up quite a few times the first winters we lived here… Then I started using MBO’s.  I ask for the sky to be dry above our Hot Tub between such and such time… I give it an hour….   I would say that we have a lot less rainy nights then we did the first couple of winters we lived here and I did not ask for MBO’s.   I say it was almost 50/50 in the winter here…. Now 95% of the time it is either clear, or just a bit misty…  May be cloudy and cold, but we don’t care about that!   Thank you!!!

“I use it just about daily!  Lots of little things…   I find it seems to work best for the small things to just make life simpler and more pleasant!  And I so often find, when it doesn’t work, it turns out there is a good reason!  Something even better happens.  Now that I have your e-mail address, I will remember them and send them to you more often!     Thank you for your wonderful book!  And sharing!”

If you read my book, then you’ll remember the chapter about the Alaskan cruise where the whole group of us asked for clear days for our shore excursions and each day was clear.  It was great!

A BENEVOLENT OUTCOME WITH THE IRS

Bev writes:  “I’ve been reading your column in the Sedona Journal for some time, but recently had occasion to really put the MBO to the test… I received a letter from the IRS saying I was going to owe about $8000 because of an error in 2006.  I immediately requested a MBO.  I talked to my accountant this morning, and rather than paying the $8000 I’m going to get a refund for $2,000 from the federal, as well as a refund from the state.  It doesn’t get any better than that.  And I’m encouraging my friends to do the same.”

EXPECTING GREAT THINGS

I received an email from a lady this month that had requested a Benevolent Outcome for a full time job and a MBO (Most Benevolent Outcome) for a new apartment or room, but it had not happened yet.  I explained that when you request a Benevolent Outcome for the PERFECT job for you and the PERFECT home for you, it does take a little time for your guardian angel to put these events into place.

But I also felt compelled to mention to her that sometimes we have subconscious blocks based on past life events.  One thing I do every day is to say out loud, “I’m expecting GREAT THINGS today, GREAT THINGS tomorrow, and GREAT THINGS all this week, thank you! I have noticed that people will suddenly contact me to buy something, or people that I had really given up hope of doing business with would again contact me to complete the deals.

In my “active” meditation as I call it I asked about this request and was told that it acts as a Benevolent way to clear the passage for good things to happen.  It does act like a Benevolent request, but in a slightly different way.  It would be similar to requesting during a Benevolent Outcome request that the results are better than you hope for or expect.  Your Guardian Angels will cause events to happen that you would never know to request.  And yes it does push aside one’s deep-seated restrictions that many people have for good things to happen to them.  This phrase should be said every day if possible.  I was told you will be amazed at some of the good things that will occur in your lives after saying this a few times.
After mentioning this in my weekly newsletter, David in St. Louis wrote:  “I have just had a Great week … I (started saying this)… this every day since Monday morning and the following things happened:

“My wife has been trying to sell a client’s building for almost a year, and with problem upon problem from evictions, to stolen condenser units (twice!), to city inspection issues, to finding a buyer but then dealing with all sorts of loan problems over multiple lenders, this client/deal was taking up 90% of my wife’s time. At the same time, the owner was very negative and fearful of his situation, and in my opinion this exacerbated the problem and kept things on the same course for a long time… Well, after starting this new type of prayer, which is quite open-ended, a strange thing happened… this client made an intention to be more positive, and lo and behold, the building sale was completely finished by Thursday of that same week. It’s amazing that by my prayer I helped myself, my wife, her client, and everyone who had a vested interest in this deal.

“Another thing that happened was that I received a bonus from my company… it was expected, but in my mind the time frame was unknown. This happened on Friday, so my week has just been incredible.”

A BENEVOLENT DINNER

Ruth writes:  “Hi Tom…I am new to the practice of requesting MBOs.  I shared the idea with a friend of mine as we were preparing to go out to dinner, so the two of us verbalized our request for an MBO for an enjoyable dinner out in a city that was new to both of us.

“As we drove to a restaurant we thought we would like, once we determined it was Japanese food we wanted, we headed to a strip mall where we had seen one earlier in the day.  As we maneuvered our way through the parking lot, what caught our eye was another restaurant in the very back of the mall that was a Movie-Dinner-House.  We parked at the Japanese restaurant and went in; only to find it crowded, noisy and so dark that the waitress gave us a mini flashlight with which to read the menu!  We ordered drinks, and while waiting for them, I excused myself and walked over to the Movie-Dinner-House to inquire about it.

“It turned out to be a limited seating, reservations only place for dinner where a movie is shown during the meal.  The evening movie was a recent Academy Award nominee that neither of us had seen.  When I asked what time, it would be within 40 minutes.  I took the last reservation available and skipped back over to the Japanese restaurant, where my friend was pleased with the idea!  We ordered an appetizer to satisfy our desire for Japanese food, finished our drink and headed over to the Movie-Dinner-Theatre where we enjoyed a quiet meal and a wonderful movie!  The MBO we jointly requested was better than we could have imagined!  Furthermore, since you are in the movie distribution business, maybe someone out there might like the idea of this dinner-theatre so that more of them can be made available–particularly to mature audiences! My new practice of requesting an MBO is definitely going to become a new habit!  Thanks, Tom.”

SCREENPLAY BENEVOLENT OUTCOMES

Rick’s been working on a screenplay about wrestling.  Here’s his latest MBO story:
“I had mentioned before that I paid $1,000 to a producer to read my screenplay and critique it. One of the things he said I needed to do was make the police work more believable (As he was an expert himself). Anyway, I took it to heart. I know an asst. prosecutor in the next county over, but we rarely see each other. I sent an email to the county prosecutor, presented him with my dilemma, and told him that I knew Bill from the gym. He replied that I could talk to the asst. prosecutors, but with some restrictions. I requested an MBO for that email, and got Bill’s email through the forwarding process. I sent him a personal email, but he never replied.

“Anyway, last night, I go food shopping, and to steal from Bruce Springsteen’s “Glory Days”, I was walking in, he was walking out! He said he got that email, wasn’t sure it was me, said he’d be glad to help in any way he could! It took a couple of months, but I guess sometimes we get things when the universe thinks we’re ready for them!”

WEDDING BENEVOLENT OUTCOMES

When my daughter had her wedding, anyone who’s gone through this experience knows how stressful it can be.  So here are some Benevolent Outcomes that happened by requesting them.

First was my wife’s search for a dress for the ceremony.  As Dena and I work together in our business, this means we had to take off from work to look for one.  Both she and I requested a Benevolent Outcome for quickly finding the PERFECT dress for her and that it would be better than we hoped or expected. In Dallas there’s a store with all sorts of beautiful gowns and dresses for all occasions called Terry Costa.  She’s the ex-wife of Victor Costa, the designer.  When we arrived we went directly to the sales section, as we didn’t feel the dress would be worn again for some time (if ever).  We found a beautiful dress that was originally offered at around $300 that was on sale for $120.  Then the sales lady, to our surprise, took off 50% to drop it to $60! It still needed altering, but so would have all the other dresses.

Then my son and I were to pick up our tuxes this past Thursday.  Naturally I requested a MBO for the drive there and that the tuxes would fit properly. They did fit well, and we left to return a bad laser printer to the Fry’s Electronic store about an eight minute drive back to the north.  As we were walking into the store my daughter called, and said the store had called saying I left my tux shirt on the chair there.  I was surprised, but sent my son in to get the printer while I drove back to the store, wondering why I didn’t get a Benevolent Outcome.  When I arrived, the owner said that our handkerchiefs had “just arrived.”  I’m quite sure he forgot to give them to us, so that was a good MBO that I had to return!  And when I arrived back at Fry’s they still hadn’t found the one printer, which was the only one left on sale.  Both my son and I requested MBO’s and finally after another 30 minutes they found the printer behind several other boxes of printers.

When my wife went out searching for a rehearsal dinner dress (after requesting a Benevolent Outcome), she immediately found one on sale for $22—and it looks great!

FLIGHTS, TRAIN BENEVOLENT OUTCOMES

Annie in Ft. Lauderdale writes:  “I just traveled to France and dreaded the flights. The planes are always very full and I usually never sleep for the 9 hours they last.
For my flight to Paris, I had requested an upgrade of any kind. Well, I slept during half of the flight, which was a major improvement. I asked for a similar or better outcome for my flight back to Miami. This one is still amazing me; the flight was far from full, had 85 free seats and my daughter and I were able to enjoy four seats each so we flew very comfortably and slept a lot. Even the crew had never experienced such a empty plane on that specific line!

“Another one for you: I had misread the time my high speed train (TGV) was leaving Aix-en-Provence by 30 minutes. I had told my older daughter who was driving us to the station that it was 7:46 am when it fact it was 7:16 am. We left home at 6:55 for a drive that normally takes over 25 minutes.  I asked for a time compression. We made it three minutes early, and the train was late by 6 minutes – something that never happens, as French trains are known to be on exact schedule.  Thank you so much for teaching the world about the MBOs.  I am planning on asking for bigger and bigger outcomes.”

If you’re running late, say, “I request a compression of time until _____, thank you!” Then DON’T LOOK AT YOUR WATCH OR CLOCK.  Simply drive there and you’ll be surprised to see how fast you arrived.

CANADIAN BENEVOLENT OUTCOMES

Ellen writes:  “On Mother’s Day here in Canada our church provided the gift of bedding plants donated by a local nursery. They looked pretty worn, but I picked a 4 pack of pansies. I asked for a benevolent outcome when I planted them in poor weather.  They are doing beautiful; fresh and healthy.

“That was the second time I asked. The first time was amazing. Medical here is free but the waiting for an appointment except for an emergency is long!  I had been trying since April to get an appointment for a check up in May and then in June when that didn’t work out. Finally on Friday, 3 weeks ago, I had just ready your article and asked for the doctor’s office to call that they found an appointment for me in June. 90 minutes later, the receptionist called that my appointment was for June 11th. That made a believer out of me.“

As I responded back to Ellen, be sure to request Benevolent Outcomes for everything in your daily life, so you won’t forget to request a MBO when you really need one.  This is a habit that must be formed, or you’ll eventually forget and go back to just being the ping pong ball bouncing back and forth from hit after hit.

BENEVOLENT OUTCOME DELAY

Harry in Texas writes:  “I was scheduled to drive my Step-Dad from Mt. Pleasant, TX, to Tyler on Tuesday May 6th for Eye Surgery.  On Monday, May 5, I drove to Red Oak, TX to the Shooting Star Ranch and Retreat to take pictures of a site location for a Labyrinth our group wishes to build.  I also took all my massage equipment so I could give the owner of the retreat a massage.

“I asked for an MBO for the trip, and when I got there and stopped to open the Horse gate to let myself in, my car transmission only buzzed when I put it in drive to move through the gate.  I tried several times with the same loud buzzing.  Then I pulled the gearshift to the low gear and the car moved forward slowly through the gate.  I stopped, got out and closed the gate, and continued on to the house in low gear.

“As the lady came out to see who was there, I told her what had happened. Then I said…”And I asked for a Most Benevolent Outcome for this trip today!“

“To make a long story shorter, I had a tow truck come and take the car to the transmission garage in Garland near where I live, and made arrangements with my son to come pick me up that afternoon with all my massage equipment.

“When I got back home later that afternoon, I contacted my Step-Dad to let him know what had happened, and to see what time I had to be there the next morning to make it to his appointment on time.  His appointment was at 7:45 AM–which meant I would have to leave my home at 4:00am to get to Mt Pleasant by 6:00am so we could leave at 6:15 for Tyler.  Then it hit me–Here was my MBO!!!!!!!

“If I had not traveled to Red Oak that morning, and just stayed home, and then left for Mt Pleasant the next morning, there is a good chance that my transmission would have “died” somewhere between Greenville and Sulphur Springs in IH 30 around 4:30 am in the middle of nowhere.  Then I would have been in a panic to contact my Step-Dad that early in the morning and have him find someone else on such a short notice to take him to Tyler, and then wait till daylight to get my car problem corrected.

“As it was morning, no panic mode set in; and emergency procedures were handled expeditiously.  I had the car in the shop by noon, and didn’t get it back till Friday.  And my younger sister took the day off and carried our Step-Dad to Tyler in my place.

“Sometimes MBO’s are blessings disguised as difficult problems, but they are indeed blessings because they avert other more difficult situations!”

LOST WEDDING RING MBO

Diane writes:  “I just had to share what happened the other day………..it had me smiling to sleep and feeling so great and grateful.

“The other day when we got home my husband told me that he could not find
his wedding ring.  He has a habit in the morning to take his watch and ring off
and take his shower…..when he finished his shower his watch was there but
no ring.  He looked every where….floor, bed – no sign of the ring.  So he went
to work without his ring.  It bothered him of course and when I got home, I looked
for the ring….nothing…not even in the corner of the floor….no where to be
seen….so I immediately said my Most Benevolent prayer request!

“Well, we got into bed getting ready to go to sleep….my husband had the TV
on and was lying on his side when all of the sudden he felt something cold on
his leg…..he put his hand near his leg and what did he find?  His Ring.  He was
surprised and all he could say was I can’t believe it….and all I could say was thank you and smile from ear to ear….because of course I said “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for finding David’s ring.  Thank you! Plus I added one thing that my Mom has always taught me that also works….”Nothing is lost in Spirit” I was saying both of them and then just relaxed.  So Tom I had to share this with you because I felt good……happy, excited and very grateful and thanking my angels a million times.

”I also realized this week after this miracle that why worry and fret…..trust in God
and your angels and all will be well.  Your Angels want to help you and they can’t
unless you call.

”I’m still working on the Most Benevolent outcome for the selling of my home and
my credit and getting some extra money so that we an move with no problem.
I have a strong feeling that I will get what I want in the selling of my home in
this down market….I refuse to go with the market or negative talk about not
getting the price that I want.  So far, some folks that I have contacted have given me
low amounts and I refuse to get discouraged…..I’m holding strong in faith knowing
that I will get the amount that I want and need for the house….my Angels will come
through for me….I know it.  Thank you so much………..I’m now on the start of great things.”

For those of you that read my book, you know I had a similar experience.  I realized after we had left a movie theatre that I didn’t have my wedding ring on.  When we arrived back home I called the theatre and they searched to no avail.  I was quite concerned because I had lost my first wedding ring during a Boy Scout canoe trip, and I didn’t want to lose my second one.  I looked all over the house and couldn’t find it, so I requested a Benevolent Outcome.  Then my wife went to her bathroom and found my ring where it had slipped off while quickly washing my hands before running out the door for the movie.

And my wife and I have both requested Benevolent Outcomes for selling our house at a good price, so we’re patiently waiting without fear.

SYNCHRONICITY

Dianne in the UK says that Amazon in the UK is now stocking my books, as before it took three weeks for delivery and now only a couple of days.  And she writes:

“In one of your very recent emails, I read that you had traveled to Cannes for the World TV Market and had asked for interesting traveling companions and also to meet helpful and inspirational people; and of course, it happened just as you had requested in wonderful ways that you could never had imagined.  It just so happens that friend’s daughter-in-law was one of the people you met in Cannes and just by chance mentioned to her that she had met a ‘really interesting guy’ (at the TV Market) who had written a book about MBO’s!  My friend said she didn’t know who was more surprised at the story–my friend (she had the other copy of the first 2 books that I ordered) who had read the same newsletter–or her daughter-in-law when my friend told her that she used MBO’s all the time and had a copy of the book herself!  I wanted you to know that the word is spreading, Tom but then you knew that anyway!”

WEDDING SYNCHRONICITY

Cheri writes:  “I really enjoy the newsletter and have passed it on to friends. I have been using MBO’s sort of on-and-off since I saw you at Satori in North Richland Hills, Texas a couple of months ago.

”I want to tell you that my roommate, a dear friend, and I recently had a very powerful demonstration of the effectiveness of MBO’s.  Her daughter and her husband, originally married in a civil ceremony three years ago, were planning to celebrate their union with a marriage blessing in their church.  Our “extended family” was very excited about the upcoming celebration and had been making preparations for some time.  There was just one problem.  Due to a very limited budget and the high cost of renting a space, there were no plans for a reception after the ceremony.  The plans, though lovely, felt truncated, and we all longed for a way to bring this special occasion to a more appropriate conclusion.

”After exploring all conceivable (to us) options, we had finally, reluctantly, given up.  One week to the day before the ceremony, my roommate had a thought (divinely inspired!) about a room at her church that might be available for free.  Four days and many prayers later, she found out for sure that we had the room.  That left all of us three days to put the reception together after work.   For every obstacle we met, there were answers.  Resources, ideas, and people appeared just when we needed them. It took a lot of work, and some squeaky-close episodes, but the next Saturday night, after a beautiful ceremony, we had a great reception. Almost everyone who attended the wedding was able to attend, even loved friends who were attending another function at the same church and were drawn to our event. Thus, the happy couple got to celebrate their commitment to each other in the company of family and friends!”

What I would have advised Cheri would be to request a Benevolent Outcome when they had the problem, and very probably the solution to the problem would have presented itself earlier, or perhaps an even better solution.  They co-created the solution through synchronicity.  You’ll find this happening more and more as we move farther into the fifth dimension.

ROOF, CAR, CASH MBO’S

Jacquie writes:  “A great many changes have occurred, following my request for MBO’s.  During a heavy wind and rain downpour night my living room ceiling began to leak.  Retired and getting by, I asked for an MBO.  After all was said and done I received something in the neighborhood of $25,000.00 + or – dollars of work on my cottage.  Other needed work came to light when they came to inspect the roof.  It was all taken care of.  I’ll be at town hall tomorrow to wrap up paperwork on the completion of this work.  It would take another paragraph to list everything that was done.  It is a federal program called Small Towns Program for those 65 and older.  If that was not enough, I needed a new car.  Not a walk in the park with my retirement salary and identity theft issues.  I am now driving a 2008 Honda Civic of my dreams.  Oh, I forgot, I also received almost $3000.00 out of the blue.  You couldn’t make this up.  Who would believe you?  I am grateful to a benevolent universe, to myself for allowing miracles, and to my super duper guardian angle, and angelic guides.

“The above was written some weeks ago.  I’ve been unable to send to your e-mail, hope this one goes through.  But, by way of overkill, since the above was written I have received the notice of my “stimulation check” (as have many), and another notice from the CT Department I retired from that I will be receiving $2,000.00 from a union settlement with that department.   There’s a lot I want to do.  I keep reassuring my self that this is OK, that magic and miracles are our true nature.”

EXPECTING GREAT THINGS

Laurie writes:  “I’m so glad you are mentioning the “Great Things Mantra” (as I now call it) in your latest video.  I’ve been saying it since you mentioned it, and have reaped some wonderful results.  One example:  I’m a writer and work is tough to get.  Not long after I began verbalizing the Great Things Mantra each morning, an editor called me up and invited me to submit a few story ideas for a science fiction anthology he is putting together.  (Believe me, I’m going to be asking for MBOs on that, too!)

”I’m also quite convinced that the combination of MBOs and the Great Things
Mantra are working to help me find the perfect agent for me and for selling my novel about Atlantis.  Already, two agents have responded to my query letters and have asked to see the first three chapters.  Your newsletters are a great pleasure to read.  I look forward to receiving them each week!”

This reconnects you with your Guardian Angel, or higher power, or whatever your belief is. You simply say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for…….., thank you!”

MBO’S AT WORK

Cindi writes:  “Just wanted to let you know about our MBO’s at work. I lent a copy of your book to my co-worker. We work in a very stressful environment, and both started requesting MBO’s that everything go smoothly. We do this every day, independently. We have had such a good response. Each day we both remark how well things turn out.  We are always ready to say “thank you” to our angels and guides, and now I want to say “Thank-you” to you for bringing this “gentle way” into our lives.”

BENEVOLENT OUTCOMES FOR SLEEP

Julie writes:  “Tom, I have had trouble falling asleep most of my life.  One night a divinely inspired thought occurred–request a MBO for a good night’s sleep.  I fell asleep almost immediately and slept though the night.  I repeated the experiment with the same results.  Thank you for the inspiration.”

Thanks Julie.  That’s a Benevolent Outcome request I hadn’t thought of.

LONDON BENEVOLENT OUTCOME

Dianne writes:  “The four ladies in my office (of which I am one) passed an insurance examination this year.  I can tell you I needed all the MBO’s I could possibly imagine during the study and the actual exam -Thank The Angels we all passed!

“In recognition of all the hard work and eventual success in passing the examination, we were rewarded by our Company to a meal at a top London UK restaurant. We were booked to attend The Wolsely Restaurant, which was built in the 1930’s I believe, as the show room for the new Wolsely Motor car (www.thewolseley.com).  In honour of this prestigious car, the showrooms were designed on the Venetian/Florentine architecture of the Art Deco period in marble, sweeping staircases and ornate mirrors. The Wolseley is situated opposite the Ritz in the Heart of the Piccadilly, Mayfair Area of London and is the haunt of many well-known celebrities, APPARENTLY.

“I did not know that this was the reason the restaurant had been chosen for us however, my manager who accompanied us and as I say, unknown to me, was desperate to see, and most of all MEET, a celebrity.  He complained all evening that we were dining too early; that we wouldn’t be able to see (from where our table was) a celebrity, if they did happen to arrive. I, on the other hand, was having a wonderful evening having previously asked for an MBO. The venue and food were first class and the atmosphere quite warm and friendly. Quite often these places can feel intimidating.  Anyway, No Celebrities!

“Finally, we were ready to leave and so Paul (my manager and desperate to see a celebrity much more than any of the four ladies!) another lady and myself went to the restrooms.

“We went down one of the sweeping staircases to the lower floor where the restrooms were situated, one at a time. I was the last down the stairs when all of a sudden I heard a lady shout. I knew it wasn’t my friend however was concerned that she was OK so rushed to the door that I’d seen her disappear through. In the door way with her back to me was a lady laughing and talking to Jane (my friend) who stood behind her. The lady had thought Jane was someone she knew and had shouted in surprise at seeing her there (Incidentally, no-one was more surprised than Jane!).  When the lady turned round and I could see her face, she was none other than a famous UK Celebrity and TV Presenter. She apologized to me for delaying me in the doorway and then left. Jane and I held on to one another laughing so hard because here was our celebrity and we had practically bumped into her!

“Well, it didn’t stop there…Oh! No! The Angels had more surprises in store!  I went into the cubicle only to find a mobile phone, a pair of sunglasses and a cardigan on the shelf!  When we went back upstairs, I found our waitress and gave her all the stuff saying that the lady who had just left the restroom before us was, and that these could possibly be hers.  They were and she was very grateful for them to be returned especially her phone as you can imagine.

“I had such a wonderful evening Tom, and would have enjoyed myself without meeting my new celebrity friend; however she was the ‘icing on the cake’ as they say and such a fantastic MBO–one that I would never have imagined myself! It was just so funny when we told Paul what had happened.  You couldn’t believe the look on his face! I can see it now.

“So I said, ‘I told you but you didn’t believe me, did you? If you want to meet a celebrity, you request an MBO!’  I’m still laughing from the whole thing. How funny, eh!”

As we’ve covered in these blogs before, you can request Benevolent Outcomes to meet interesting people on planes, trains, buses, and restaurants.  I even requested a MBO to see a UFO during a trip to Sedona and got to see my first one several years ago.

MBO’S FOR ORACLE CARDS

Kelly writes:  “I wanted to share with you a new recent use of MBO requests I’ve employed.  I regularly consult oracle cards of various types of which one of my favorites is Doreen Virtue’s “Daily Guidance from Your Angels” deck.  Now, when I pull a card and read the guidance, I request an MBO for assistance following through as suggested.  This is especially helpful when it may be an emotionally challenging suggestion.  I have noticed that I again feel my companions in spirit are helping me out as I bring thoughts of the oracle guidance to my awareness throughout my day–knowing I have assistance/company sure helps….even if it is “just” a frame of reference.

“As a result I feel I am more successful following the suggested guidance offered to me.  I know I haven’t gotten specific on the guidance, but I think I’ve made my point.  So, as I see it, the requests for MBO’s can assist one in their spiritual growth in this way too.  Thanks so much for your great weekly newsletters.  They sure keep the MBO’s at the forefront of my mind, along with the signs for printing out as reminders!”

Notice what I’ve mentioned in previous blogs.  Requesting Benevolent Outcomes makes you more AWARE and heightens your sensitivity while raising your vibrations. And don’t forget that you can print out signs as reminders that are available on the website.

GENTLE DOCTOR VISITS

Nancy writes:  “I have started (requesting) MBO’s daily and they make my day really smooth.  I am a retired 70 year old, so having days run well without any glitches is so helpful!!!  Doctor’s visits run on time and are easily accomplished without any distressing news; problems seem to resolve themselves fairly easily.  Thanks a lot.  I really appreciate your work!”

As I have mentioned many times in my previous blogs, for those of you who have not yet made requesting Benevolent Outcomes a habit, this makes your daily life easier and more gentle.  It lowers stress, the fear factor, and probably your blood pressure.

BRAS BENEVOLENT OUTCOMES

Lynn from Oregon writes: “I wanted to share this part of a letter my friend Annie sent me… She had made a trip to Phoenix to take care of her 90 year-old father, who needed some dental work.  She lives up in a small mountain town but used to live in Phoenix.  So when she comes down she tries to get a lot of things that life in small town does not offer…  I introduced her to MBO’s by sending her a copy of your book… As you can see she has become a great believer… “

From Annie in Arizona:  “The rest of my trip after taking care of Dad, was pretty good, and full of MBOs!  I needed to shop since there is no place in our little town to shop for what I needed.  I did get 3 bras on sale at Kohl’s on Senior day, with that discount to boot, and a smoking deal on blue jeans.  I needed bras and was going to buy them no matter what the price.  The first Kohl’s only had one in my size and it was on the bottom rack and way in the back; you know how it is when you have to have one specific brand/style.  I even had to squat down to find it.  Off I went to another Kohl’s asking for a MBO for at least 2 of them.  I walked into the department and there were 2 of them on the front of the rack, chest high!  I continued to ask for MBOs for all my errands and got primo parking spaces and all my stuff in no time at all.  The oral surgeon was even early, the wait for Dad’s return transport was faster than usual and I had a safe quick trip home.  What a deal!  I thanked the universe and angels profusely.”

I guess that was a “BBO”!
