MBOS IN DREAMS

Helen writes: I have a strange MBO story to tell you:

I watched the latest Riddick movie on DVD last night. I should have known better than to watch a SCI-FY/Action movie at night because I always get nightmares from those types of movies. Before going to sleep I requested a MBO for a relaxing sleep with sweet dreams.

I don’t know if I had any sweet dreams, but right before waking up for the next morning, I had a dream about the “motorcycles” that were in the Riddick movie. Instead of hovering across the land like in the movie, these motorcycles were humongous 3-wheelers. The size of the wheels reminded me of wheels on a two-ton truck! A bunch of us were renting these motorcycles to get to the “outback” for an adventure. To get to the “outback” we had to take a dirt road.

The dirt road was a nice even road to begin with; but as soon as we were out of sight from the rental company, the road took a dip. The road was going downhill and of course with gravity, you go faster. Then the road changed like an earthquake was hitting it. There were huge slabs of rock that kept moving sideways and shifting up and down in front of us. The noise of the wind rushing by and the slabs of moving rock grating each other were very loud, not to mention the roaring engines of the humongous motorcycles we were on.

I was going downhill at an extreme angle, uncontrollably fast, trying to focus on ensuring these huge tires land on a flat surface of shifting rocks; meanwhile I am clenching onto the handles of the bike and being bounce and jarred about on this bombastic 3-wheeler motorcycle (no seat belts), just going too fast, scaring the wind out of me!

Then I suddenly remembered to say my MBO, so I yelled at the top of my lungs but the noise around me so was loud that it was sucking out my MBO and I could barely hear myself. I tried yelling even louder over the noise: “I REQUEST A MOST BENEVOLENT OUTCOME TO…” I couldn’t exactly remember what the MBO was for but the next instant in my dream I drove up to a building, as if nothing had happened and got off the bike; while the others kept driving on those noisy bikes to wherever (with the dust flying about). The dream continued on with such craziness that I woke up.

As I sat in bed, still trying to catch my wind from that awful motorcycle ride, I remembered how I was yelling out for my MBO; just screaming for it at the top of my lungs.

Sigh… so much for sweet dreams.

I’m not sure if I’ve covered dreams in my blog so far, so here are some points to consider. In Helen’s movie the three-wheeler she was riding was seemingly out of control, but when she shouted the MBO, suddenly everything became calm—The Gentle Way, as I constantly remind you.

I often dream of requesting MBOs. Whether those are reminders, or I’m teaching someone in that quantum state where we can travel anywhere in the universe, I don’t know—perhaps all of the above and more that we don’t yet understand!

Our dreams quite often contain messages from your soul. Even though most are symbolic, they can tell you when something good is coming along, and when there are challenges soon to be experienced. If I have the latter type dream, when I awaken I say, “I request a MBO that anything in this dream pertaining to my life have results even better than I can hope for or expect, thank you!”

I’ve been recording my dreams each night if I get up to go to the bathroom, or in the morning for those last one or two you can recall as you slowly awaken. I keep a notebook, pen, and penlight on my nightstand, and record the next morning’s date before I go to sleep. That is a “physical” message to my brain to try and remember the dreams.

BP FOR ARRESTED FRIEND

Alexandria writes: My friend almost got arrested for no reason, so I said a Benevolent prayer: “I ask any and all beings that my friend does not get arrested, and that the police listens to him and understands his situation, better than I expected n hope for, Thank You!” So my friend called back, and said that the cops were so nice and understanding. They didn’t arrest him because they found no reason to!! Thank you Angels.

MBO FOR NEW COAT

Jackie writes: I requested an MBO to buy a new winter coat that would look nice, fit, and be within my budget. I went to the store and found a coat I really like, for only $40! Now I look more professional and have a coat with a working zipper.

MBO FOR PLAYOFF TICKETS

Jackie writes: My mom said an MBO for a way to go to the Packer’s playoff game. A few days before the game she won two tickets for the game, in the MVP section which gave them easy access to food and drinks (also free) and warmth, which was important with the bitter wind chills. This was easily worth $1000 and an awesome experience!

MBO FOR FRIEND

Lee writes: Tonight I told a friend about MBO’s and your blog. She is having trouble getting employment. I helped her compose an MBO to say and we talked about quieting the negative thoughts after you say an MBO. I went on Facebook and the perfect quote came up about instead of sitting and waiting for things to happen to you to stand up and make them happen. Of course I shared this with her and said the universe responded and to expect great things! Thank you, Tom, for showing us how to stand up and make things happen! Will let you know when she finds the perfect job.

BP FOR FATHER’S TRIP

Yvette writes: I said a Benevolent Prayer for my Dad for his plane trip last night from the Gold Coast to Sydney, then Sydney to Melbourne. He had a very smooth trip and got a seat with plenty of leg room and not many other customers. He said he had a great trip!

It’s always nice to say Benevolent Prayers for other people as the stories above show. I know they work from firsthand experience.

QUESTIONS ABOUT REQUESTING MBOS

Elisabeth writes: I have bought and read your books Gentle Way 1 and 2, and am looking forward to reading the third in the series, soon. I have a question which I don’t recall seeing in the books, or in the MBO blog since I began reading it. (If this question is already answered in a past blog, you don’t have to address this – I’m also reading the MBO blog archives and will get to it eventually!   (Ditto if it’s in Gentle Way 3.)

Anyway, my question relates to canceling, correcting or re-starting an MBO (assuming the outcome has not yet occurred.) For example, if –

1 – I have requested an MBO for something that I no longer wish or need to have happen. Either things already came to pass in some other way, or I no longer need the MBO due to a changed circumstance.
2 – I have requested an MBO, but realize the verbiage I used was not the best, or was unclear. I wish to correct it, either right away after saying the original MBO, or a bit later.
3 – I have started to request an MBO, but became distracted or interrupted (i.e., driving, household crisis, daydreaming!) and never finished the usual verbiage. I wish to “erase” the MBO fragment and start over – think “Ctrl-Alt-Del” as in restarting your computer.

I guess I could always wing it and say something like “Cancel MBO” or “Do-Over” or the like. However, this might be similar to saying MBOs and BPs, where specific language is preferable. Do you have any suggested wordings for the above three scenarios? Thanks for your interesting and helpful writings!

Remember, when you request a MBO, you put it in the “hands” of your Guardian Angel (or whomever you believe takes the request) and your GA decides if it is in your best short term or long term interests. So if it is not needed, they KNOW!

If you wish to change the MBO request because you did not like it or were distracted, then just change it! This happens quite often to my wife and me. We just start over and request what we want to request. I just say, “Let’s start over…” Something to that effect.

MBO FOR DEPRESSION RELIEF

Christa writes: The reason I’m writing is to relate an amazing MBO story. I’ve been using MBOs for three years now, and with varying degrees of ….well, let’s say ‘satisfaction’, because I do believe they’re always ‘successful’! I asked for pretty big things throughout the years and became frustrated mainly because my angel’s timing is slower than mine. A common problem, I understand. I’m saying this tongue in the cheek, because tonight I discovered an application for MBOs that restored my complete faith in this simple, beautiful and elegant method. Also, it lifted me out of a long mental depression, and right now I feel my angel is standing here by my shoulder, edging me on to write this! My mind is still a bit incredulous – the relief is just amazing, and it was so simple…!!

Tonight I woke up after only 4 hours of sleep, feeling dreadful, as usual. Without elaboration, I can only say that depression is a monster. My angel is bigger though, because I kept feeling intuitive nudges to use EFT on myself in order to feel better. This is a simple but effective emotional healing technique that involves tapping on certain meridian points while using prescribed affirmations. I tapped and felt a bit of relief, but only when I gave in to an urge to tap MBOs ‘into’ the meridian points did something amazing happen. The cloak of darkness lifted instantly and completely! I’m also so aware of the angelic love and support!

I know there’s more work to be done, but for the first time in nearly a year I truly am seeing light. And my angel is with me, I’m not alone. I’ve already tapped in an MBO for wisdom, insight and knowledge to hit my tendency towards depression on the head firmly and forever. I believe it is already busy happening. Thank you for the work you do!

I might remind everyone here that depression may be caused by a lack of nutrients in your diet. Google “Vitamins for depression” and you’ll see vitamins and even books on the subject.

MBO FOR NEW APPRENTICE

Julia writes: After my apprentice got a part in the school play and was no longer able to help me, I asked for a MBO to have an even better apprentice. I found one within 24 hours, and she was wonderful to work with even on the first day. I love MBOs and use then All the time. So it’s had to remember them sometimes because there are so many each day.

MBO FOR DRIVE IN SNOW

Nancy writes: I say MBOs and Benevolent Prayers all the time.   A friend expanded my view of them with her ability to incorporate everyone into an MBO, as in this example: I ask any and all beings for a Most Benevolent Outcome for traveling safely and easily on the roads today, and may everyone travel safely and easily on the roads today, and may it all work out better for everyone than can be possibly expected or anticipated.   Thank-you!

I have walked across the street to teach at a school for 10 years, and since I got laid off I am teaching at Early Start, a version of Head Start for younger children, downtown.   I was driving, and I said the above MBO as I took Tim to work and then planned to return home before I needed to go to my job.   It had been snowing, and the roads were slushy and not in bad shape, but not great either.   As I took the exit into town, going from one 3 lane highway to another 3 lane highway, I lost control of the car and began to slide.   I turned the wheel this way and that trying to gain some traction, but then remembered to turn the way the car was going.   So I did, and ended my spin by facing oncoming rush hour traffic.

Unbelievably, all three lanes had slowed down and STOPPED for me-with not a police car in sight!   I got myself turned around correctly, and then finished driving Tim to work.   He was upset with me for going too fast, which I had been, given the conditions of the roads.   I was mad at me too, as well as upset and scared!

Afterwards, I remembered that it has been 10 years since I had to deal with rush hour traffic in snowy weather. I also remembered that I had said that particular MBO.   Talk about a Most Benevolent Outcome!   When I talked to Tim about it later, and he realized that I was way out of practice in driving in the northeast in wintry weather too. Then I reminded him about my MBO, and how it included everyone. And really, what were the odds of all 3 lanes of morning traffic being aware enough to all stop for me without anyone else getting hurt?   I don’t think they were good!

So I thanked my Guardian Angel May all day long for that amazing second chance that that MBO gave me. You can be sure I have been WAY more careful since then!   This MBO saved my life, my husband’s life, and probably many other driver’s lives too.   I am infinitely grateful to you for teaching me about them!   It has also caused Tim to take MBOs seriously.

MBO FOR UNWANTED PEOPLE

IPS in Bombay India writes: I have been using MBO Prayers to avoid unwanted people in my life and make them stay away for 3-4 months. Some of my old contacts used to regularly, almost daily, came to my office and it was like time and energy and money wasting for me.

I wasn’t able to tell them straight to their face, “Don’t come here.”

So I started using MBOs.

Dear Archangel Michael and Dear my GAs…I request a MBO that “person’s name” is very, very busy in his own life and I am very, very busy in my own life for our all highest good with love and light. Thank You. And may it be even better than I hope for or expect. And it’s Done. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Love and Light, Love and Light, Love and Light.

I said this once of twice a week…and started observing. Since then they have slowly stopped visiting me or calling me. Like once in two months now.

So my time energy and money is saved…from this kind of unwanted people and make them stay away from myself and my life.

MBO FOR EASY TRANSITION

Chrissy in Brisbane writes: I have an MBO for you to add to your files, although it is a sad one.

My son-in-law’s uncle died the weekend before Christmas Day from pancreatic cancer. I have been saying MBOs for him for quite some time and as the year went on, I began asking that he be able to transition in his own time and without too much pain.

He took himself off to hospital on the Friday and he rang my son-in-law and told him and said not to rush in – he had been to hospital several times over the last few weeks. By the time my son-in-law got into the hospital on the Saturday morning, his uncle was already in a coma. They were only administering his normal level of morphine and by Sunday morning, he had crossed over.

As sad as it is for the family and friends, I thank the Angels for allowing him to transition in his own time and with minimal pain – I hope. I can imagine that when he went into the coma and was maybe between there and here, he would have seen how wonderful it is on the other side and decided that there was better than here!!

Thank you Angels.

Sandy writes: I requested that the printer I got worked with Linux (not a given with that OS) and it did, beautifully after a cleaning of the print heads.

MBO FOR APPENDICITIS

Yvette writes: MBO story. My husband was really ill one week before Christmas with severe stomach pains. We didn’t know what was wrong with him. He had an ultrasound and a CT and nothing was showing up. I eventually took him to our local emergency department on the Sunday before Christmas. The Doctors did blood tests but nothing was showing up.

The next day (Monday) – the surgeons were pretty certain that the pain was Appendicitis. They decided to operate on my husband that evening. May he have the best surgeons, doctors, and nurses looking after him and may the outcome be even better then he hopes for or expects. Thank You.

My husband’s surgery went really smoothly and was straightforward. The pain was coming from his Appendix. Nothing was coming up on the scans because his appendix was tucked up under his rib cage. He had great staff looking after him and the best thing was I got to take him home on Christmas Eve and had him home for Christmas. His recovery has been even better then I hoped for or expected. Thanks Tom.

RECITAL, CARIBBEAN VACATION MBOS

Marian writes from New Jersey: Been meaning to write you our family’s MBO experiences for a few months now. But first of all let me wish you and your family a very wonderful, abundant, and healthy 2014…in the most benevolent way! Even though I have all the Kryon books and have attended Lee Carroll’s workshops with my husband, I just started my subscription to The Sedona Journal of Emergence this past May. When I came upon your column I decided to try asking for a “little” MBO – for being on time to our granddaughter’s recital and to find a good parking spot.

To backtrack a little bit, her recital was at 2 pm about an hour and 15 minutes from where we live. Our oldest daughter told us to leave early because parking was always a problem. I told her no worries because my husband and I work only till 12 noon on Saturdays (He’s a veterinarian and I work with him and our son who is also a vet).

Well, it was one of those days that it got busy and of course we did not get done at noon. On the way there I told my husband about the MBO request to find a good parking spot and get there on time. After circling around a bit we found a spot right in front of the theatre and we got seated just before the recital began! Our daughter Lisa couldn’t believe it. My husband and I just looked at each other and smiled. After the recital I told our 11 year-old granddaughter about MBO’s and she asked me to write it down for her.

Now for the “bigger” MBO: Your June column had mentioned about asking for MBO’s for safe travel, smooth check-ins, etc. I had taken my June and July SJE issues to read at the airport and on the beach at our annual family Caribbean vacation. There were 13 of us traveling – my husband and myself, our oldest daughter and her husband and 3 girls ages 13, 11, and 3; our son and his wife and 7 month old baby girl, our 2 young adult daughters and a boyfriend.

Everything went very smoothly and it was by far the best vacation we’ve had in the nearly 30 years we’ve been going away. So, this is where it gets better…At check-out time we were running a bit late and the driver of the airport shuttle bus decided he couldn’t wait and left! The hotel concierge told us that there is another bus coming to pick up passengers but it’s not with the tour company that we were signed up with. He asked one of the employees to call the tour company but nobody was answering the phone. In the meantime the kids were getting nervous that we might miss our flight. My husband and I just silently said MBOs.

Our oldest daughter was getting very upset because we had less than an hour to get to the airport and check in and go through security. We finally got on the next bus and it was so amazing how everything just went so quickly and how everyone just literally guided us through. On the bus going to the airport the coordinator called to tell them to keep the desk open for us to check in. When we got to the airport, the airline employees checked us all in quickly and guided us all the way. Even people who were ahead of us told us to go ahead, knowing we were in a hurry. We literally just got settled in our seats when they closed the airplane door. It was one of those “whew” moments but my husband Larry and I just squeezed each other’s hands and said silent “Thank You’s”!

I’ve given one of your Gentle Way books to our daughter Lisa and now we all say MBO’s for anything and everything! Even our two older granddaughters now say MBOs as well as two of our clinic employees. MBO’s REALLY DO WORK!!! Even our son Lucas truly believes in it. When he went to Las Vegas in October for a bachelor party he asked for an MBO to win at the casino along with an MBO for a great weekend. And yes, he won $400 and had a great time!

MBO FOR PARKING SPACE AT WALMART

Teri writes: This happened to me earlier this week.

I work overnight and get off work at 7:30am. Before going home to sleep I often do errands first. On this particular morning I was very tired but wanted to purchase a heated mattress pad and a waterproof mattress pad. So I stopped at Walmart and simply could not find a close parking space (a close one since I was achy and very tired). Somewhere in my head I thought, “Just go home, you’re too tired.” But no, I said an MBO for a close parking space and at the next turn I found one. Long story short, WalMart had neither the heated nor the waterproof variety. Then I went home and went to bed. Next day I went to Target, where I knew I should have gone first place, and found both items.

At least Terri did not have to return to Walmart the next day! Always try to tune into those “whispers in your ear” from your guides.

MBOS FOR DRIVING TEST & PREGNANCY

Melissa emailed to ask me for MBOs for her driving test and pregnancy. I suggested:

“I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for calmly and safely completing my driver’s test exam, thank you!”

“I request a Most Benevolent Outcome to become pregnant according to my soul contract, thank you!”

Melissa writes: Happy New Year! I just wanted to thank you for the MBO for my driving test. I managed to pass on my next attempt and I was so happy. I am confident that the next MBO for a child will materialize soon. Thank you for all your help.

MBO FOR NEW DOG

Laura writes: I had asked for a MBO for a free purebred Bichon Frise last week; at first the folks that had her couldn’t connect. I just released it and I said it would be God’s will if the dog was to come to me. On New Years day, the lady said she was coming to my house, with two Bichon dogs, a male and female! Now I’m asking for a MBO for the female because she has separation anxiety and cries. May you have a MB week.

MBO FOR HELPING FIND SOMEONE

Robbyn wrote on Facebook: How cool is this for a MBO (Most Benevolent Outcome) Tom? I received a mysterious email from someone in Rio de Janeiro who was looking for someone that I might have a connection with because I was the Chair for the River of Grass. Well, normally, I wouldn’t have known the person that they were looking for, let alone have her phone number, but because I sat in the ARM office so many times making phone calls to past supporters, I did have this persons phone number because she when she returned my call, she called me on my cell!

So, I called her and she knew exactly whom I was talking about, it turns out that they were pen pals 40 years ago!! It’s just further proof that you never know who you will touch in the world with every movement you make. And who knows, maybe if nothing else, I was supposed to make this connection for these old friends who had lost touch. You all see me talk a lot about MBO’s and BP’s (Benevolent Prayers)…and the more I am aware in my own life of the little things that happen, I see these MBO’s everywhere. Here’s the book that I have sitting on my nightstand and refer to it repeatedly.

MBOS FOR MEETING & COMPUTER

I’ll begin with a couple of MBO stories of my own. This was an interesting 24 hours. We got in the car Friday night to go to see “Holmes For the Holidays” play (very funny) and my battery was dead. We jumped in my daughter’s car and made it there in plenty of time (thanks to requesting MBOs) and had a parking space only 30 yards or so from the front door of the playhouse; plus we were the first people in the door of the playhouse at 7:05 pm when a line of people did not read the sign that our play was in the theatre to the left and not to the theatre on the right.

Then this morning a friend of mine from Junior High and High School days called to say he would be passing through Dallas around 12 pm. So I said I would meet him at a Denny’s restaurant on the highway. Tried to turn my computer on to see the driving time to the restaurant and it was DEAD! My son used an external hard drive to hook me up to another computer in our office. We’ll have to buy a new one (I’ve already requested a MBO), but this next one will be much faster, and as my time is so full, this will be good for me in 2014! He also has found some really good, after Christmas sales, so if there is a good time for a computer to die, I think this was also a MBO too!

Left and requested MBOs (after calling my next door neighbor for a start) and took it to a Garage where they replaced the battery in only about 20 minutes, even though they had a lot of business. Came back home and had time to read emails before departing for lunch with my friend. I requested MBOs for the drive and for the visit. I arrived only 5 minutes after he arrived–very good timing considering we were both guessing at our mutual arrival times, and we had a really nice visit.

For those of you who have not experimented with MBOs my story above is just a good example of how you can lower the stress associated with unexpected events.

MBO FOR CAR BATTERY

John writes:   I remember once I said an MBO to have my GA warn me if my battery is about to go dead, and sure enough I get this nagging feeling sometimes to replace my battery, and just before I do I have the guy check it to see how my old battery is doing; and usually they say, “Oh wow, you’re old battery is just about to go dead good thing you came in.”

I thought you might be interested in a story about quick delivery of items sent by post when accompanied by an MBO at the time of posting! My friend in Turkey sent me a parcel on Monday, December 16, by registered mail. The postal people over there told him it would take at least two weeks to be delivered to me. We were chatting on Skype when he told me he had just sent it, on the 16th. So we immediately, together, said an MBO for a safe and speedy delivery, and that the item would arrive intact (it is made of glass).

The parcel was in my mailbox on Monday, December 23. Because Toronto was in the grips of the ice storm that had arrived a couple of days earlier, the mailman could not ring my buzzer so I could sign for it. He obviously signed on my behalf so that I could receive the parcel.

Of course, the piece is intact. It is very popular in Turkey and throughout Middle Eastern countries – a large blue circle with white and lighter blue circles in the centre, used to ward off “the evil eye”.

Which reminds me that over a year ago I mailed a little parcel to my son who lives in central Oregon, USA, on a Friday afternoon. At the time I said an MBO for a safe and speedy delivery, and you can imagine my utter surprise when I had a message from him on the following Tuesday that it had arrived! Blessings to you, dear Tom, for all that you do!

MBO FOR MALL PARKING SPOT

Michael writes: MBOs are awesome. I came to Dallas for last minute shopping. MBO for traffic and roads as always. From the park in Arlington to North Park Shopping Center was almost an hour because of bumper traffic, so as I exited the highway and into snail traffic. I did find another handicap parking spot close to the Dillard’s entrance where we always go in. Bumper to bumper still around the parking lot, but as I pulled around to the Dillard’s entrance there was a vacant spot in front of the door!! Bless you Tom for telling us of the wonderful MBO gift!! Merry Christmas!

BP FOR PEACEFUL FUNERAL SERVICE

Lee writes: It is never a good time when someone passes over but it is always a little harder around the holidays. A friend recently passed over and there was so much anger and bad feelings between his children and step children that I was concerned about his funeral services as there had been so many horrible arguments.

I said a BP (Benevolent Prayer) that everyone holds their tongue and stand together as a family and allow his passing to have the dignity that it deserved. Well, the services were calmer than anticipated and everyone was civil to each other. And with seven children, 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren that was no easy task! The angels worked overtime that day. Thank you for not only introducing us to MBO’s but also to BP’s. They really do rescue the day.

A great Benevolent Prayer that potentially saved the day for your friend’s service! BPs are very powerful, and the more people say them together, the more powerful they are.

MBO FOR FINDING THE RIGHT GIFT

This is an MBO story of my own. I’m just not a shopper. I’m at an age where I just don’t need all the new bells and whistles. Like a lot of guys I like to get in, find what I’m looking for and then onto other things.

What changed a little for me this time was that Gaiam TV (http://www.gaiamtv.com) will be flying me to Denver to record two interviews on January 23 at their Boulder, Colorado studios. I decided I needed a slightly casual look for the interview and needed a black sweater and white button-down shirt. You see this “look” or appearance quite often in TV interviews. It allows the viewer to concentrate on the message and not the person. I also wanted to buy a gift for my wife, even though she had bought several gifts she wanted already.

I knew the stores would be at their most empty of shoppers when they first opened. My daughter had volunteered to assist me, so I requested MBOs not only for the drive to and from the mall, but also to find the perfect sweater, shirt, and gift for my wife at prices even better than I could hope for or expect.

We arrive five minutes after the store had opened, so we had a gentleman to direct us to the right part of the store for the sweaters, and naturally there was a lady there that showed us several choices in black sweaters. I chose one that happened to be at a sale price of 30% off. Then we found a white shirt also at a 30% discount.

Next, on to the ladies section, where I had no idea what to buy. My daughter suggested we look at nightgowns, and we found a cute one (after going through a LOT of them!), again at 30% off the price.

After that we had plenty of time to head for another store to buy a set of glasses for my daughter’s husband. Again she found them at a large discount.

All in all, a very successful shopping trip!

MBO FOR TRIP TO DOCTOR

Dan writes: Just have to share an interesting MBO with you that happened today. As I always do before I get out of bed, I asked for an MBO to have everything work out well, including a Doctor’s appointment I had to attend to at the end of the day. I asked that the appointment itself and my travel to and from would turn out for me better than I could hope for or expect.

The appointment was on the far side of the city and I had a choice of about 3 different ways to get there. I deviated from my usual route, for what I thought would just be to inject some variety into the trip. Just about the time I arrived at my destination, I heard on the radio about an accident on my ‘usual route’ which had traffic backed up for a considerable distance. Had I gone that route I would’ve been very late to my appointment, so my GA ‘guided me’ to a direct route that enabled me to arrive on time and in a good mood.

At the appointment itself, the Doctor reviewed my file and decided things were just fine, so there was no worry or treatment plan. Thanks again! Now for the trip home…. again, I went with a new route, just for some variety. And again, about half way through my drive home I heard on the radio about another accident and traffic tie-up, which I would’ve encountered, had I gone the ‘usual way home.’ Amazing how a MBO allows one to be responsive to the promptings and guidings of our GAs!

MBOS FOR GREAT SHOPPING!

Cheryl in Texas writes: I went Christmas shopping at Walmart. Said an MBO for a close parking space and got one right next to a cart return. Said an MBO for the doll one of my granddaughters asked for and found it. When I went to Target yesterday, my MBO for a good parking space was granted, and when I was leaving, a kind lady offered to return my cart for me (I couldn’t have walked another step!)

I had said an MBO for them to have the boots another granddaughter wanted and in the correct size. They had ONE PAIR left!! And my MBO for the horrible traffic going home across the bridge to move quickly and safely was also fulfilled. And my car always gets me safely wherever I’m going. MBO’s are great, and it’s wonderful to have frequent confirmation that someone is listening to our prayers. Thank you, Tom. Merry Christmas and joyous Solstice!!

MBO TO FIND OPEN PHARMACY

IPS in Bombay, India writes: As love MBOs. I experience MBOs everyday. Here is yesterday’s experience.

An eye doctor had prescribed a special eye drops for my Mother. It is expensive and it’s not available at all Chemists Shops. And yesterday a three-day-strike was announced by all Chemists Shops all over India due to heavy taxation.

After having dinner my mom said that eye drops are over and asked me to get a new bottle. We were not very hopeful to get it do to the strike. As usual I said an MBO to my Guardian Angels that I am able to get eye drops for Mom.

I drove to couple of chemists’ shops and hospitals around but all were closed. Had a last hope. It was far away so I drove there–almost midnight and there was a Chemists Shop, which was about to close down; and I found eye drops there.

Thanks Angels, Thanks MBOs, Thanks Divine and Thanks Tom!

MBOS AND BPS FOR DIVORCE

Rosalyn writes: I could really use a custom MBO. Going through a divorce and I really want the outcome to be above all things right and fair. I do not seek to take what is not mine or cause any further grief in my soon to be ex’s life. I also want him to be bound from doing harm to others or to himself. This part is really important to me. The man I loved disappeared in front of my eyes due to excessive drinking and later drug use. I fear he is going to kill himself.

One MBO I have recommended many times is to cut the “ties that bind.” You say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome to sever all energy cords not in my best interests at this time, thank you!” Another one you can say is, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for my relationship with by ex to be cordial on both sides, thank you!” And for the future, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for the PERFECT mate for me, thank you!” This will obviously take some time, but you set the wheels in motion.

And for your ex-husband:   “I ask any and all beings to assist my ex-husband in finding the best treatments for his addictions, and may the results be even better than I can hope for or expect, thank you!”

MBO FOR MOVIE THEATRE

When I attend a movie, I like to sit in the very middle seat on the row that is even with the middle of the screen. So each time we attend the movie, before I get in the car for the drive, I request a Most Benevolent Outcome (MBO) for the drive to the theatre and for PERFECT seats for us.

I was reminded of this yesterday when we went to a movie. Of course, this was part of the Thanksgiving Holidays, and most of the theatres were jam-packed, but this movie had been on for a while and I thought it would not be crowded at all, so we left a little later than we would have for a first-run film. I did not take into account that this was the first showing of the day (at 2 pm), and would be the lowest price of the day for the film. When we walked into the theatre, two people were in my middle seats, so we had to sit three seats over, leaving one seat between the lady and me.

The MBO was that the theatre filled completely to the point people were sitting on the first row, and I personally saw five people leave the theatre to ask for a refund or to see another movie. The lady even had to move over one seat to make room for a family on the other side. So a really nice result considering my mistake.

MBO TO FIND PAINTER’S KEYS

Dan in Calgary writes: I’ve been having some home renovations done. Today I had the painter come in and finish up the staining of the baseboards. He went right to work in the unfinished basement to do the staining, then after about an hour he was finished and had to leave for another job. Unfortunately, he had misplaced his keys and spent about 15 minutes looking for them. He was starting to get stressed, as he was late for his next job.

I went downstairs and looked in the one place he laid down his coat, but nothing there. Then I asked for a MBO to find his keys quickly and easily. Amidst all of the mess and stacks of stuff everywhere, I literally then glanced down to a pile of books and they were sitting right there. He was stunned I found them, I on the other hand, was thankful.

MBO FOR CHRISTMAS CARDS DELIVERY

Nancy writes: Hi Tom. Here’s an MBO from a year ago if you’d like to share it … I addressed my Christmas cards last year and placed stamps on the envelopes. I ran out of stamps with about 15 envelopes left to finish. I placed the stack of envelopes on the counter to take them to the post office and get the additional stamps I needed. My mom (who lives with us) decided to help me out and took them herself but did not notice there were still some without postage stamps.

When I found out that Mom dropped them at the post office I quickly said an MBO ‘I request a most benevolent outcome for the Christmas cards that we sent out without stamps to arrive at their destinations without them being returned to me first and that the outcome is better than I hope for or expect.’ I was a little doubtful but they were delivered to their destinations without the stamps. Except for one, which I had sent out of state. I love my MBOs! Thank you for all you do, Tom!!

MBO FOR PAPARAZZI PHOTOGRAPHER

Nina writes: I have tons of MBOs on an almost daily basis. Just the other day, I was running late from a premiere in Hollywood to a Jaguar car-unveiling event in Playa Vista at 6 pm full rush hour. The PR people were nice to me and gave me a prime spot in the front row on the carpet, third spot in; all other photographers were in place and they would not move a couple inches to the side to let me fit into my position – no worries I thought, I am meant to get lucky when they are nasty to me, so I stood in a second row, where I could see who is coming in and then photograph them as they approach.

Hard to get pictures over tall guys on the carpet however. It took very little time for Simon Cowell to arrive; as I saw him walking up I noticed he had a lady with him. Great, started shooting and noticed that the lady was not pregnant (but his new girlfriend is pregnant). He came with his ex girlfriend (naughty man) to this party and another ex of his was already there (she works for EXTRA TV and interviews him often) – so thanks to the mean guys I got a lucky break. And not worrying about it helped as after many good MBOs I learned, that when there is a so-called roadblock, there is a good reason for the better!

MBOS AT WORK

Paul writes: I love your newsletter. It is always full of new and amazing information.

I use MBOs frequently. They have really saved my bacon in work situations, especially when I may have forgotten to do something important or perhaps am expecting a difficult conversation. The dire consequences I feared never come about due to my MBOs.

Lee writes: Thanksgiving. A day with a multitude of personalities coming together under one roof! Said an MBO for a peaceful day as we were having a very mixed crew for dinner and more for dessert. All went well and someone even brought their dog and all of the dogs got along very nicely. My one very skittish little poodle even let someone pick her up and cuddle her and she is not a cuddler! So the food was delicious, the company was delightful and the day ran smoothly. Thank you and a Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

MBO FOR JOB

Sherry-Ann writes: This week I will put MBO’s to the test. The job with the City and County didn’t work out. Neither did another job after that. For the next 7 days I will commit to using MBO’s and BO’s for everything that I need. I will keep track, and let you know the results by next week Friday. In other words, I’m going to either pee or get off the pot. I know that they work but I will really work it. Thank you!

Sherry-Ann, sometimes a job like those two are just interim jobs to prepare you for a great job. When I was starting my first business (at that time I didn’t know about MBOs) I would just take any job to pay the bills, and the companies were happy to have a college graduate in a job that did not require one. But I learned lots of things in those jobs, so it helped me in my small startup.

There may be another interim job before the really good one. Just also keep in mind businesses do not like to hire people just before Christmas, unless they’re desperate, as they have to pay you for holidays, so many businesses hold off until after January 1. Just request a Most Benevolent Outcome for the PERFECT job for you!

A REMEMBRANCE OF JFK

Just a little remembrance of President John F. Kennedy. On the day he was assassinated my Dad happened to be in Dallas and was run off the road by the President’s motorcade rushing to Parkland Hospital. I learned about it as I came out of a marketing class at TCU. The church bell on campus began pealing, and I returned back to my dorm room and wrote the following poem:

THE BELL TOLLS

The Bell tolls the news we dread
Our great President is dead
Cut down by an unseen hand
Dark is the day, in this land
Sad is the sound of the bell
Mourning the one who fell
Softly the bell confirms our fears
And now, we shed our tears.

MBO FOR MONEY TO ARRIVE

Rick writes: Last week I wrote out an MBO on an index card asking for a return of monies that were taken from my illegally or by mistake. Today I received a disbursement check from the federal government from a credit repair fraud case. Now, I knew this check was coming. I jokingly would tell people it would be for $50. It was for nearly $2500. Just waiting for the MBO to continue on to a medical billing error and a practicing law without a license case that I filed in Michigan to come to fruition.

MBO FOR FLIGHT TO LONDON

Arthur writes: Hi Tom, for my flight to NY from London, I said several MBOs as follows: a safe uneventful trip to the airport, and as the driver was late I asked for a time compression so I would be on time to check in. That worked beautifully. Next a MBO for a smooth path through check in and security; could not be better.
Then a MBO for a safe flight and may the crew and other passengers be better than I could hope for. Then from leaving the aircraft to getting in a cab, twenty minutes. Beautiful, thanks Tom, MBOs work every time.

MBO FOR EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE

Sandy writes: I said an MBO that my external DVD drive arrive with out problems and will work well. The DVD drive works like a charm and arrived without problems.

MBO FOR PRINTER TO WORK

Cheryl writes: My finicky old printer doesn’t want to feed the paper half the time, so I finally thought to say an MBO BEFORE I push “print” for each sheet, and so far it’s worked every time!

MBO FOR INTERNET REPAIR

Renee writes: On Monday my Internet wasn’t working. I work from home and NEED the Internet to work. Hubby called our provider and they said they would have someone out on Friday, possibly Thursday. Tuesday morning it was still out. I requested an MBO. No sooner did I say it, my phone rang. It was the phone company technician telling me he would be at my house in 15 minutes. He got here, did a few things … and I had Internet!

MBO FOR TRIP TO COMIC CONVENTION

Laurie writes: You’ve told your readers so many stories of your international travels being smoothed by MBOs. I hope my little “adventure” adds to the inventory!

There’s a super-important comic book convention I attend every few years in New York, and this was one of those years. Everything was arranged and confirmed (and paid for), and then Tropical Storm Karen spun up in the Gulf of Mexico. As you reported in your newsletters, Gaia said there would be a hurricane that would form in the Gulf and skirt up the East Coast. Well, TS Karen was it. Fortunately it didn’t strengthen into a hurricane, but the storm did cross over Florida and head up the East Coast, as predicted. Oh, did I ever watch that storm! It was happening just when I was about to travel from Florida to New York! So I said MBOs every day before my trip that the weather would be perfect for flying to New York and to be perfect and comfortable during my time there. Well, that storm went up the coast and so did I, but it hardly affected my trip. The center of the storm stalled over New Jersey and barely affected metropolitan Manhattan (sorry New Jersey!). I packed rain gear, just in case, but never had to use it. Thank you, Gaia!

It took several fervent MBOs to get me safely from the airport to my hotel on the drive into the city. The taxi driver was maniacal! Remembering that experience, I requested an MBO for “the best possible taxi driver” to take me back to the airport for my departure. There was a group of off-duty cabs parked in front of the hotel when it was time for me to leave, and when I said, “LaGuardia?” only one volunteered. I thought that was strange — who would refuse a $50 fare to the airport? But it turned out that the driver was as friendly as could be, had a daughter in Miami, and we chatted all the way to the airport about the benefits of living in Florida. His daughter wanted him to move there and he was reluctant, but I might have convinced him!

The comic book convention was SO easy to handle with the help of MBOs! This is a major event in an enormous convention center with attendance in the multiple thousands. Things can get very overwhelming. My main MBO was to just have the best experience possible. Plus, I always ask an MBO for helpful people to be put in my path. Those two requests sort of merged into one fabulous result. I met clusters of colleagues who were “coincidently” all in the same spot at the same time, and spent a couple of hours with some friends just walking and talking like old times, re-establishing old bonds and forging new connections. It was more than I could have hoped for or imagined.

MBO FOR CHANGING TIME

Ron writes: I am still making my MBO’s daily. I would like to know how to make an MBO for changing time. Sometimes now on my way to work the traffic gets heavy and I have found myself late for work. I want to be on time so how do I change the time please.

For Ron and anyone who runs late to work or an appointment, we have the ability to bend time a little. As an example, let’s say you have an appointment at 2:00 pm, it takes 30 minutes to get there and it’s already 20 minutes until 2 pm. You say, “I request a compression of time until 2:00 pm and a Most Benevolent Outcome for arriving on time, thank you!”

Then DO NOT look at your watch or the clock in the car. Just drive normally and you’ll find you’ll arrive a couple of minutes before most of the time.

MBO FOR PASSPORT

Pilar writes: Hi Tom. I use my MBO most of the time for issues related with documents and it always works. This time I was having trouble with an authorization for my daughter to get her passport. I was waiting so long for news about it, so I requested my MBO and the next day I was told that the document was on its way. I felt relief. Thanks angels.

MBO/BP FOR HUSBAND’S TRIP

Jenny writes: My husband had to take a trip to Texas for an educational business trip. He’s had them other years as well, and, besides the flight of which he is always terrified of, he has complained about the food offered, he has gotten sick most times, and didn’t learn much that he hadn’t already known. Before his flight, I said a MBO for a safe, smooth flight both ways, for him to not get ill, to have food that he enjoys, and to have a great learning atmosphere. We texted and called often, and each time he was happy and content, said he was learning lots, having fun, and the food was good. I’d say it was a successful trip!

MBO FOR MOUSE TO WORK

Sandy writes: When I turned on my PC when I got home today, my mouse would not move across the screen. I said an MBO and rebooted. Mouse moved fine.

MBO FOR CAR MAINTENANCE

Kathy writes: Tom, I requested an MBO before going to my 10,000 mile car maintenance, asking that everything go well and that there be no surprise expenses for me. Immediately when I arrived they noticed a small ding in the passenger side door, which was no longer covered under the warranty, but they offered to fix it for me for free! That was a nice bonus.

MBO FOR ALTERNATOR

Harry writes: The morning after the first freeze, my car “battery” light lit up after I started the car. I got my voltmeter and checked the battery and the voltage was low- which to me indicated an Alternator problem. I didn’t have time to work on it, so I called my great mechanic and set up an appointment the next day. On the way there, I asked for an MBO for the most benevolent outcome. An hour later, the mechanic called to say I had a bad battery, not an alternator! He didn’t charge me for the testing he did, and when I got back home, the battery was still under warranty and only cost me $45. It doesn’t get much better than that!!!!

MBO TO MOVE BACK TO KENTUCKY

Danielle writes: Thanks for the newsletter. My good friend told me about you and MBOs. So its time I share one of my MBO stories with you. About a year ago my family moved to Florida for a new job for my husband. It was a sales position based on commission. Well we rented a house hoping for the best and signed a 12-month lease last December. In May we realized that we couldn’t maintain all of our expenses with my husband’s job. We really wanted to move back to Kentucky near family but we signed the lease.

Well I had been saying MBOs and BPs throughout this entire time for a resolution to the situation. The carpet was wet near the kitchen every time we ran the dishwasher. We called the rental company and things just got stranger. They put us off the repair people didn’t have parts for the broken dishwasher. The GE repairman who finally came told us the dishwasher had been broken when it was installed (this would have been the same month we moved in) Well it turns out that they were slow with a repair and mold had set in the kitchen behind the cabinet where the dishwasher was.

The rental company released us from the rental agreement refunded our deposit and we were able to move back to KY where a job was waiting. The funny part of the story was when the repairman said it was broken upon installation. I felt the hand of the angels and God at that moment.

MBO FOR THE PERFECT CAR

Vicki writes: I am a big fan and use MBOs before I do anything with good success. I had said MBOs at the beginning of the year to find the perfect “new” car for me. I knew exactly what I wanted, an updated version of my current car with a warranty in place. I have been actively looking since April but without success. I was beginning to think my perfect car would never materialize and I really wanted to get one before winter.

I did locate a car out of state about a month ago but thought it was too good to be true because the mileage was so low that it would be out of my price range. A friend with a used car dealership was helping to get the car and so he made an offer. He was able to get my new car about 7K below current retail and it only had 783 miles on the odometer.

I know why I had to wait all year for the car, my GA had a perfect car for me with 4 years left on the warranty! I thrilled with my car and learned that with a bit of patience that my GA will come through! Thanks for all you do to bring us to a higher spiritual plane!

BP TO FIND RELATIVE’S GLASSES

Rick writes: Hey Tom, my brother-in-law lost his glasses the other day. I said a BP to find them ASAP. Well, ASAP didn’t happen, but after we ran an errand, he walked into his house with me following and I found them sitting on his outdoor hose rack. Took about 20 minutes.

MBO FOR HEADACHE FREE CLASS

Sandy writes: I asked for my water aerobics to be headache free, and the MBO has worked for class.

MBO FOR MEETING

Andre writes: This might be a nice one: I was scheduled for a meeting with someone from the local repair cafe’, and had asked for it to be a positive outcome. I arrived late due to train delays, and dropped in the middle of a talk the lady was having with someone else. It turned out he was a local artist, and they talked about the ’12 senses’, which at times came very close to my own ‘research’. When the guy was finished, I invited him to come by sometime, because meeting him had been such a lucky coincidence. On top of that the talk, which I did come from, also went great!

MBOS AND BPS FOR ILLNESS

Gautam writes from India: My dad 75 years, got jaundice, 104 fever; the MBOs got him through 14 days of high fever and sickness. We are grateful.

MBOS KEPT HER SAFE

Lindi writes: Last week, two days in a row, I had people driving at me head on. At the last second both got back into their own lanes. Thankfully I had said MBOs before leaving home!

BP FOR HUSBAND’S WORK

Yvette writes: Every day I say BP for my husband to have a good day at work and for everything to go smoothly. He is a mechanic. Last week he and his work mate were trying to remove a light truck split rim. It’s very dangerous. They tried and tried to get it off. Out of the blue a man they knew turned up walked into the work shop and completed the job. He came back later that day to make sure it was ok. My husband told him he turned up at the right time!

MBO TO STOP SNORING

Donna writes: I have trouble with snoring, which wakes me up when I try to sleep. So, whenever I lay down to sleep I say an MBO to help me sleep without snoring. It always works! Sometimes I take a nap and forget to say my MBO, and I wake up with a snore! Not very glamorous, but I really appreciate the better sleep. And if I’m around somebody else who snores, I say a BP to please help them stop snoring, and that always works, too.
