MAKING THE REQUESTING OF MBOs A HABIT
Ida writes: I’ve been using MBO’s and telling to as many friends as possible, I’ve noticed that people have a hard time to create a habit of using them. We are habitual creatures and it’s hard for us to develop new habits. It takes time, but friends who are using them on a regular basis report to me that it gives them a sense of relief, and lowers their anxiety level measurably. I’ve misplaced my Ipod (MP3) player and asked an MBO to find it a few times and that’s the only thing that did not bring results otherwise most of my MBO’s were promptly brought some solutions.
In time of asking for new jobs I learned to be patient and allowed the universe to bring results whenever it was best. There was a job that went back and forth for three months before it was finalized, and it was the most gratifying and meaningful assignment I’ve had. I work with the terminally ill or the very old who are at their time of transition. I always ask how can I be the most helpful to my patients to aid their fears, anxiety, and pain. Thank you for all that you do.
MBO FOR FLY TO LEAVE
Sinead writes: Here’s an MBO for your newsletter that to this day still fascinates me. I had just started using MBOs and I was in my kitchen when I noticed a Blue Bottle fly was buzzing around. I quickly said an MBO to have the blue fly leave the kitchen. Almost immediately, the blue fly flew towards me and then changed direction and went flying out the door!! Gone within seconds! I was stunned and this confirmed my belief in the power of MBOs!
MBO FOR RECOVERY OF CAT
Emily writes: Here is MBO for you. My 13-year-old female cat Munch started throwing up about two weeks ago. Small matter (fur balls) in the beginning, two days later on Saturday night it was serious. She was not keeping anything in her system including water. We realized how serious it had become when she was lethargic and her eyes looked glazed over with pain.
We started MBOs immediately and asked a friend to say BPs. We had to find a pet emergency room in our area. We found one…drove down and continued with our MBOs asking for the very best results and for a quick fix for whatever was causing her so much pain and for her body to be fully restored to a perfect healthy place.
After blood work and X-rays were taken, then came the waiting for the results. About an hour later the results were, her white blood count was very high and it appeared there was a small blockage in her intestines. The vet was not sure what it could be; his guess–most likely it was undigested food. She was given an injection of antibiotics as well as one for anti-vomiting. We came home with a week’s supply of liquid antibiotics and four days of anti-vomiting meds. We were instructed to watch her closely to make sure she drank lots of water and to watch for that blockage to pass through her system.
She didn’t really eat for the next two days but drank lots of water. MBOs were kept up till she not only started eating but till she passed the blockage, which took four days. Munch is now back to her old self and feeling great. I am beyond grateful for her life and her perfect health. She has been a loving part of my life since she was four weeks old. Having her healthy brings me joy. MBOs and BPs work. I use MBO’s all day every day for so much, however this time it is worth sharing. That is how important Munch is to us. Thank you Tom.
MBO FOR HALLOWEEN TRICK-OR TREATERS
Margaret writes: Often on Halloween, trick-or-treaters skip my house because my entrance is around a corner. Over the years, I have posted a day-glow orange sign with the words Goblin Food and an arrow pointing to my doorway into the lawn. This year as I hammered my sign into the grass, I said a BP, that the sign’s energy would attract each kid to my house. Within minutes seven young teens came to my door, and to a person they said how much they liked my sign. Little ones came up asking their parents what the Goblin Food was for. I told them it was for them. The sign evoked much fun, and I had more kids come for treats, than in all my years here. Thank you!
MBOs FOR HEALTH AND INCREASE IN INCOME
Severine writes: I have two to submit:
1) A big thank you to you, Tom, and your kind and gentle readers last week on Facebook. I have made a BP request for my health BP “I ask any all beings to assist … for their health, may her body be attuned with perfect health and may her medical Checkup tomorrow result in the most benevolent outcome and may it be better than we could hope for, thank you. We expect things and great health for every being thank you.”
The blood test results showed that all values were in the right ranges. Thank you very much to any and all beings who assisted in this.
2) MBO for income increase:
A few months ago “I have requested an MBO for my income to always increase in the most benevolent way for me, thank you”. Then I forgot about it until I got a salary raise last month for October onwards. I was surprised to hear this good news but I then remembered it was an answer to my actual prayer. What I love about it is that I never had to bother to ask my boss to give me a raise in this company All the raises and bonuses I have received so far were thanks to my work with the help of my GA and of course MBOs. Everyone is happy in this process as we receive the most benevolent amount for ourselves, and it at the same time the most benevolent amount that the company is willing to give.

MBO FOR RETURN OF LOST CAMERA
Carol writes: I was at a Jane Austen convention with 700 people in Huntington Beach. Sometime between attending craft class to make a hat and purse, I lost my Canon camera. I backtracked everywhere looking for it, went to security, and went to lost and found for our group and no one had turned it in. I had some great pics of me and others attending this 4 day event in period costume. So I asked my GA Anthony for a Most Benevolent Outcome that I would find my camera and asked two of my friends who are followers of yours to say a BP.
The next evening when I went to the Gala dinner, promenade and ball I stopped by the front desk first and dropped off a picture of what my camera looked like in case security at the hotel found it and how to reach me. As I sat down for dinner my cellphone rang. It was security telling me that they had my camera and would like to deliver it to me. I was so happy when security brought it in to the large event and it just made a great night even better. MBOs and BPs work!
MBOs FOR TALENTED CONTRACTORS
Ashana writes: Hi Tom, I wanted to share another of my MBOs. I had requested an MBO two years ago to attract credible and talented contractors to help me maintain my 1908 Cottage in New Hampshire. That was accomplished and there was a plan to renovate my bathroom and I just kept saying MBOs for the plumbing, for the demo, for a clean bill of no mold, and for a renovation that went smoothly, quickly and the outcome be more than I could hope for or imagine. This will be completed in one week, and the outcome of this project truly has exceeded my expectations. I know my life is made so much better using MBOs and the more I use them, the more creative I get with them. Thanks again!
MBOs FOR PARKING SPACE & LOST CAR KEY
Jean writes: Thank you so much for helping those of us who use MBOs to have a calmer life!
My first MBO occurred during our summer holiday in June/July. You should know that we do not travel lightly by car– several suitcases each, plus a plug-in cooler, plus computers, etc. At one of our destinations, the most convenient place to park and unload was just yards from our door. Arriving is no problem, because guests check in at different times. Leaving, however, was the problem, as someone had parked in that space overnight.
As we were having breakfast, I asked that the space be ready for us when we were ready to leave; we usually load the car, then have coffee, then check out. When we finished breakfast and looked out, the space was empty. I stood in it, he got the car, we quickly packed, then moved our vehicle so the next person’s MBO would work!
The second was just before a trip to Wisconsin for a Celebration of Life. As we were beginning to load the car, I looked for my key and couldn’t find it. I immediately asked for an MBO, but started looking on my own. The last place I’d had it was in my purse. Since we were leaving the next day, we finally went to the dealer about having a new key made. The key, of course, comes with the device that opens/locks the car, and sounds an alarm if someone else tries to do so — and costs $250 in Canadian funds. They had only one in stock, and could just have it done before they closed for the week-end. That was when I remembered the one place I hadn’t looked — in the car. Asking them to hold the key for half an hour, we went home to look in the car. And there it was — jammed between the edge of the door and the seat! It now has a different place in my purse!
By the way, this is my second MBO involving my keys: the first was a few years ago when I could not find my keys after a conference. Fortunately, I had a second set. I called the hotel to ask if my keys had been found there, but they hadn’t. Soon afterwards, the woman who drove called to tell me that she’d found a set of keys in her pocket — could they be mine? I went right to her office, and they were! I rode in the back seat; she drove. How they got in her pocket is still a mystery.
BPs FOR PET STORE EVERY DAY
Sara writes: I thought to share this type of BP I say every day that I work. I work in a pet store and we have a grooming salon. I always say a BP for the angels to surround and fill our store with White Light to help all who come through our doors, however they are needing help, and for it to help everyone to feel better and to be happy, calm and safe. I also iterate that every person and pet in the salon is happy, calm, comforted and safe.
Monday one of the bathers called me in to help with two sibling dogs who she swore hated getting their nails done. So I quietly said another BP for each dog as I helped her that the angels would shower them in White Light, and Love and help them to stay calm and comforted knowing they were safe.
Wouldn’t you know, they were very well behaved! I kept my arm around the second dog, that the bather thought was the worst, and kept calmly saying I had her and she was safe. I had my arm around her belly in a tight hold, because that can be reassuring for them. She was much better than the last time I helped with her! The bather was a little surprised and couldn’t say she was actually good! I don’t think she quite comprehended how smoothly it went! Thank you for this amazing tool!

MBOs FOR DRIVES
Claudia writes: I am simply amazed at the response of an MBO.
I have always asked my guardian angel to keep my vehicle running, tires inflated and requesting a path cleared for my travels. It was as if there was a barrier between my vehicle and the others – a vehicle would start to come into my lane and would “bounce” back into the proper lane.
For the last couple of times I asked for an MBO – keep the vehicle running, tires inflated and lastly a path to be cleared. For most of my 140 mile trip the traffic ahead of me was about 1000 feet ahead and the traffic from the rear was about 1000 feet to the rear. I experimented with different times of the day to include morning rush hour, evening rush hour. The rush hours had many vehicles on the highway butt there was about fifty feet around my vehicle.
Again I’m simply amazed at the results.
MBO FOR FAST POST OFFICE CALL SERVICE
Gabrielle writes: A good MBO outcome, today: I rang the Post Office call center to find out if an item I ordered online is on its way to me. (There have been some misunderstandings with the parcel-tracking and I’m trying to track down the parcel).
I expected to wait a long time to speak to somebody. I said quietly to myself, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for speaking to the best possible person; for the person to be very helpful and very friendly, and for speaking to this person within the next 30 seconds, thank you!” “And may the results be even better than I could expect or anticipate, thank you!”
I had barely finished my request when a guy answered my call. He knew the postage system inside-out and gave lots of helpful information. I mentioned that the parcel contained an inexpensive camera and that I hoped to learn about photography. He was a former professional photographer! He answered all my questions about the camera, photography, and so much more. He was located interstate but he provided information about camera shops and many other things in my home town! So much useful information. I could not believe it.
When the phone call concluded, my head was spinning. I remembered my MBO request. I thanked my wonderful Guardian Angel for providing an outcome that was “even better than I could expect or anticipate”!
MBO FOR REPLACEMENT CAR ENGINE
Laura writes: My mechanic replaced my engine. He was delayed a day, which was going to delay the return until the next week. Needed to go to an important class so I asked for MBO for no difficulty and fast return. Tons of people responded with MBO’s for me and the car was done a day early and for $200 less than quoted! Runs brilliantly for a used engine. Made it to my class also. I AM so grateful for all the blessings that I and others receive from this MBO group. Thank you ever so much. Blessing BE to MBO workers!
MBO FOR INEXPENSIVE FLIGHTS
Pamela writes: I was looking to book my airfares home for Thanksgiving, I had waited later than I usually book and all the flights were $1000.00 or more; I said an MBO for cheaper tickets and the next day when I got back on to book my flight the tickets were only $482.00 around trip with preferred seating and good seats too.
MBO FOR ASSISTANCE WITH GLASS TABLE
Eleanore writes from Florida: Got an MBO for you: During the anticipated hurricane time, I had to move everything away from my windows in the event they blew in during the storm. In my living room I have an extremely heavy glass library table across my window and moved it with a great deal of difficulty because of that. Since I was lifting it down, I was able to do that. After the storm, there was no way on Earth I could lift that to put it back in place. I said an MBO for someone to arrive to help with that. Within 15 minutes, my doorbell rang and it was a neighbor bringing me a piece of cake she had just made!! We put it in place right then and there and I said my grateful thank-you’s for sure!! How about that???
Oh Tom, every time that happens it never ceases to amaze me!!

MBO FOR BIG, HAPPY SURPRISE
Linda in Auburn New York writes: Every morning I ask for an MBO for a happy surprise and my guides always come through. Sometimes it’s a butterfly that comes up to me or a deer in my back yard or a post season white rose on my rose bush.
Yesterday I asked for a big happy surprise as of lately times have been a bit challenging. I got into the car just after 6 am to go to the gym and while on the highway I saw a triangle shaped ship with multi colored flash lights just flying slowly over the city like it was taking readings. I pulled off the road to watch it to be sure and there it was plain as dawn.
I then sent blessings to the beings in the ship for their work and thanked my guides for a happy surprise. Much needed! I also sent blessings to you for your wonderful work. Thanks for all you do.
I also want to note that during my morning prayers I surrounded the city with white light and asked that any negativity be moved on to its next level of its evolutionary process. I did ask if that was noted in their readings and got a yes.
MBO FOR VISIT TO USED BOOK STORE
Marsha writes: From my heart, thank you for all you are sharing with us! My life has opened like a flower since I started saying B/P’s and MBO’s so many years ago….
A notable recent experience happened after I said an MBO before entering a used book store. The store was packed floor to ceiling with rows of bookshelves, but I had asked for just the right book to speak to me. I found the metaphysical section, turned the corner, and was staring at it, eye level!
The channeled book was called Ascension by Serapis Bey, and in an obscure footnote I found the answer I had long wondered about: why God would put so much evil on this planet. Here is the footnote in part:
“The answer is that the children of God as a whole have not asked for help enough– they have not invoked the assistance of the heavenly hosts in enough numbers to counteract the forces of evil that have been allowed (by humanity’s misuse of their free will) to run rampant on the world scene.” (Pages 183-4)
So I ask everyone to join in the following B/P: “I ask any and all beings to help bring about world peace, and effective ways to eliminate terrorism to be made known and implemented, and for a safe and just resolution to the North Korean conflict, and for the contact by the ET’s to go with ease and that we may learn all we can from them, and all to happen soon and quickly, under grace, and in a perfect way, thank you!”
MBO FOR HOUSTON COMMUTE
Stephen writes from Houston Texas: Every day before my commute to and from work across Houston traffic, 65 miles each way, I ask for the most benevolent outcome. An MBO for extra sensitive areas such as toll-road entries and noted congested spots. I always say “thank-you, and so it is”.
I smile when look in my rear view mirror and to the front of me and see traffic bunched up but hardly anyone around me for a few hundred yards in either direction.
It simply works! Thank-you.
MBO FOR THE DAY
Kate writes: This has to do with synchronicities that increase when I remember to say a general MBO for the day.
I was thinking of my Dad who passed away on Oct. 8, 1986 and how he was a University of Michigan alum and my sister had emailed that day as a remembrance, she was watching the football game of their Team, the Wolverines with her son. I was at a Starbucks just a few hours later and a man sat down next to me wearing gym shorts with a stripe reading “Wolverines.”

BP FOR NO BED BUGS
Charlie writes: I recently moved from an apartment because it had bed bugs. Being extra alert and watchful in my aunt’s house, l found what I thought might be one. I was at my wits end so I did a BP. When the exterminator came he found no evidence of bed bugs and believes what I found might be carpet beetles. Just wanted to thank you again for this gift.
MBOs FOR MEDICAL TESTS AND COSTS
Lee writes: Had to have some medical testing done so said MBO’s for a pleasant experience and affordable costs and excellent results. Everyone I encountered was so pleasant and seemed to go out of their way to do nice things for me and to make my experience comfortable. Also, the admissions lady, Peggy, saw that they had entered my procedures as two separate occurrences requiring two separate copays and was able to change it to one occurrence over two days with one copay! That was a big relief. Now just waiting for the results.
MBO FOR FLIGHTS AND CREW
Severine writes from China: I have had two flights this week. I requested MBOs for safe, turbulence-free and on time flights. I also said at the time a BP for the pilot and co- pilots, personnel on-board and on the ground to all do a great job to ensure the flight safety and security. Needless to say it worked for both flights. We all had pleasant experience and the outcome was better than expected.
MBOs FOR SHOPPING, MOBILITY SCOOTERS
Sandy writes: Every time I go out to shop I say an MBO for small crowds, quiet as crying tots give me brutal migraines, and that there are ample mobility scooters to get about the store. Thus far, the Angels have been keeping Fry’s empty, full of scooters, and quiet.
MBO TO FIND PASSWORD NOTEBOOK
Angie writes: I misplaced my password notebook (it’s a small, thin 2.5” x 4.5” address book that I use to put my all my passwords so I could carry it in my purse). I said an MBO that I would find it. I also searched all the places in my house where I usually would put it, but it was not there. I lost hope that I would find it. I was already planning to change my passwords in my various accounts and bracing up for this arduous chore. Five days later, when I went to my condo in the city center, I found it inside a drawer of a cabinet where I would not normally put it. Thank you, GAs and all beings. Thank you, Tom, for teaching BPs.

BP FOR LOST KEYS & MBO FOR EMAILS
Sharon in Canada writes: Just a couple of stories about BP and MBO results–a week ago, my son was in a bit of a panic because he had lost the keys on his key chain to his townhouse. Luckily he still had the key for the front door. He had taken them out to have them copied to give us a spare set for emergencies, and retraced his steps to all the places he had been that day. I told him not to worry, I would say a BP for him to find them, and suggested he say an MBO as well (not sure if he did – he is a bit resistant to saying MBOs). I had a sense they would turn up and the next morning told him I was sure he would find them soon. Sure enough, by noon that day he found them tucked in a sleeve of his wallet, safe and sound!
This past Thursday night, my email had stopped working and I could not receive or send emails from my desktop computer, which is a problem since we have a home business and work from home and need it to scan and send reports. Luckily my iPad was still working to check for urgent emails, but I cannot send reports from that. I said an MBO, “I request a most benevolent outcome for our Outlook program to work properly and to be able to receive and send emails on my desktop, and may the result be better than I could hope for or expect. Thank you!”
I called our internet provider on Friday and they tried a few fixes which did not work, and thought that perhaps the Outlook file was corrupted somehow and suggested that I back up all our emails, uninstall Outlook and reinstall it. That is way over my head to do on my own, so I called our IT guy, who set up an appointment Monday (today) at 9 am to do it remotely. I did not worry about it at all over the weekend. This morning he called to get started on it, and when I opened the Outlook program, all the emails from Thursday night on arrived in our mailboxes! It had somehow repaired itself and was working again. So no need to go through the process of backing up, uninstalling and reinstalling the email program. Success! The IT guy was bewildered, he thought it was highly unusual for it to fix itself. But I thought to myself – it’s the MBOs working AGAIN!
MBO FOR NO RAIN DURING SHOPPING
Judy writes: Here is a quick note about a recent MBO. As I was starting off for a 3-stop shopping trip, I asked that whenever I would be moving to and from my car that it would not rain on me. On my first two stops I had dry trips to and from the car. My last stop was the grocery store for over an hour. When I finally stepped outside with a cart full of groceries there were puddles all over but the sun was out and not even a sprinkle as I loaded my bags into the car! I laughed and thanked my GA.
MBOs TO FIND BUS PASS
Sally in Italy writes: I discovered your books this summer and have been using MBOs ever since.
Yesterday morning, before leaving to catch the bus to school, my daughter realized that she had mislaid her bus pass. She was sure it was somewhere in the house because she remembered seeing it the night before when she had been transferring books from one bag to another.
We looked everywhere for the bus pass, but it was nowhere to be found, and in the meantime my daughter was getting more and more tearful. I tried asking an MBO for me to find it, but rather surprisingly, it didn’t work. Then my daughter suddenly had an “aha” moment and rushed upstairs to get the bus pass from the pocket of a jacket which she had been planning to wear, but had then put away again in her wardrobe because she had changed her mind.
She now had the bus pass, but it was too late for her to walk to the bus stop, so I gave her a lift, which was when I discovered that my daughter has started using MBOs! In fact, she told me that she had requested an MBO to find the bus pass before she left the house, and just as she had been on the point of leaving, resigned to having to pay for an unnecessary ticket and getting told off by the bus driver, a very clear image of the jacket from the night before flashed into her mind!
Everything worked out brilliantly – my MBO didn’t work, allowing my daughter to use one for herself and get great positive feedback that they work, and the drive to the bus stop gave us enough time together for my daughter to tell me about her MBO.

MBO FOR VISIT TO CARDIOLOGIST
Lee writes: Had to see a cardiologist for a possible problem so was referred by my primary physician to one. Said MBOs for a good referral and good results. Great doctor and while not all tests are complete he is pretty confident that things are okay.
MBO TO ARRIVE AT WORK ON TIME
Nancy writes: I was on my way to work, without much wiggle-room time wise. I had a bus ahead of me, and then a school bus ahead of me, and people who were determined to go the exact speed limit. Yet I made it to work on time, exactly on time, because I had said an MBO for traveling safely, easily, and quickly to work, with a minimum of red lights and traffic, and a maximum of green lights. It was amazing, because I just didn’t see how this was going to work out well for me, but it did! Love MBOs!

LOST GYM KEY AND IDENTITY THEFT
Last week I lost my gym key tab that allows me to access our workout facility 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I discovered it soon after I arrived back home, searched everywhere, under the car seats; then I drove back to the gym, searched there, the parking lot, and then the service station where I stopped for gas. Naturally before I left home I requested a Most Benevolent Outcome (MBO) to find the key. Couldn’t find it.
So I called and talked to the new gym employee who informed me a replacement key would cost $10. The next day, while on my way to the nearby supermarket, I stopped by the gym to pick up a key. She, nor no one else was there. The next day, when my wife and I went to work out, I stopped by the office. The owner was there, and he gave me a new one and did not charge me! So although I did not find the key (it will probably show up in some place I’ve already searched), I was out no money.
Next subject is Identity Theft. Many people are concerned after the news report that 143 million identities had been stolen. Here’s what my Guardian Angel (GA) Theo says:
Theo, will requesting MBOs keep people safe after the hack of the 143 million people?
Yes, we can say emphatically that if you request MBOs for your identity to be safe, if someone tries to use the information you will quickly discover and will not suffer financial loss, or if you do, you will recover those sums lost. You can also say a BP for those who stole this information to be apprehended and be blocked from using it.
Here is a combo MBO and BP to say OUT LOUD: “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for my identity in all forms to be safe, and I ask any and all beings to aid and assist in blocking and apprehending those who stole the millions of identities, and may the results be even better than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”

MBOs IN THE EYE OF THE HURRICANE
Jim writes: The eye of Hurricane Irma went right over where I live in Naples, Florida. 145 mph winds from two directions as the storm passed over. The rain was so heavy and blowing sideways I could not see the buildings 100 yards away. Massive damage to trees and power poles. Many places no water, no power and now a week later many of my friends still have no power. I lost power but still had water.
I am a firm believer in using MBOs on a daily basis. The storm ended about 4 am Monday morning. (I read the entire book “The Gentle Way 2” by candle light while the storm was blowing.) Monday, while eating my peanut and jelly sandwich for lunch I said an MBO that the power would come on at 5 am, and I turned on a light switch so I would know when it returned. At 5:20 am, the lights flashed on then off. I started laughing that my “Guys” as I call them, would show such a sense of humor. I realize I did not be specific in my MBO. I rephrased it and requested that the power come on at 6 am and stay on. At 6:20 am the power came on and stayed.
Then Tuesday morning I requested that the internet (Comcast) would be on sometime that afternoon so everyone in my area would benefit. It came on about 4:30 pm Tuesday and so I was back to normal with no damage.
Now having power on Tuesday, I called a number of friends who had no power and no water and asked if they wanted to bath, wash, etc. While speaking to the wife of a couple she said they needed a generator but couldn’t find one. I explained to her about MBO’s and she tried it for finding a generator. Thirty minutes later she contacted me that one of the stores she had previously contacted had just gotten a few in and would save her one. Now she is a believer too. Next time I see her I will loan her my book 3 as I had already given away book 1.
Tom, you have brought much happiness to more people then you could possibly know. You definitely aided me to be better person. Thank you.
MBOs FOR NO MAJOR DAMAGES TO HOME
Lee writes: I live in Florida about 40 miles north of Marco Island where the hurricane made landfall a second time after hitting the Florida Keys, and I believe, because of the strength of MBOs, I was safe from any hurricane danger. We were able to evacuate to a safe home in plenty of time that was very hurricane ready. Their power stayed on and there was plenty of support with food and compassion for my family and pet.
We returned home to no power but have a generator and no major damage to our home or property. I am confident that with MBO’s said again my power will be back soon and our minor damages will be resolved quickly, at a low cost and with very competent construction companies. Thank you, Tom, MBO’s have truly helped to make a very stressful situation less stressful!
MBO A POTENTIAL LIFE SAVER
Stephanie in Ohio writes: I continue to use MBO’s all day long with magical results. Now I
have a ‘middle of the night’ life saving MBO. I awoke at 3 am smelling something burning. It smelled like a burning electrical wire. For a few moments I panicked and went and got my fire extinguisher, carrying it around the house, heart beating intensely. Then I stopped for a few moments more, taking deep breaths, trying to get out of panic mode. Then I asked for an MBO to find the source of the odor. My eyes immediately locked on to a fan that was not running. When I unplugged the fan the odor ceased!
Not sure what would have happened if I hadn’t stated my immediate intention to find the source, but am just grateful for your cheer-leading skills in re-minding us All, of the help available from our angels and guides in our moments of need.

MBOs BECOME INDISPENSABLE
Gabrielle writes: IF YOU’RE NEW, DON’T GIVE UP!
I first started saying Most Benevolent Outcomes (MBOs) and Benevolent Prayers (BPs) in 2009. It took a few years to really get the hang of it. I think the trick is to say lots and lots of them, to cover all angles of an issue; to not give up. Eventually it “clicks”, and they become an indispensable part of daily life – especially during difficult times.
Each day, it is wonderful to wake and remember my Guardian Angel and say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for today, thank you!” It is a sense of relief to realize that my Angel – unlike anyone or anything else in this life – is always there, will always be there and is always filled with love for me.
While getting ready for the day’s activities, I say lots of MBOs. For example, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for my vibrations to raise and for my alertness and focus and concentration to increase, thank you!”
And “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for a productive day, for all my human interactions to be positive, for getting lots of things done, for safety and strength and lots of energy, for happy, uneventful and enjoyable events, for many happy surprises that delight me, and for coming to the end of the day feeling so pleased with everything I’ve achieved, thank you!”
“And may the results be even better than I could ever imagine or anticipate, thank you!” “I Expect Great Things today, Great Things Tomorrow, and Great Things all this week, thank you!” “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for my privacy and my safety to increase, thank you!” “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for my love and respect for myself, and for others, to increase, thank you!”
Before picking up the phone to make a call and before answering the phone: “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for this phone call, thank you!” If I’m left waiting on the line: “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for speaking to the best possible person, who will be really helpful, within the next 30 seconds, thank you!”(This works 9 times out of ten.)
Before going shopping (or ordering shopping online): “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for my shopping to be easy and enjoyable and uneventful, for most of the products I need to be at discount prices, for all my human interactions to be enjoyable, for happy surprises, and for being amazed by how much money I save and how well everything goes for me, thank you!”
With health issues: “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for being led to the best possible medical practitioner and the best possible remedies for [name of health condition or of symptoms], and for recovering so well that I cannot believe how good I feel, and for being so amazed by this Benevolent Outcome that I can’t believe how well you helped me with this, my Guardian Angel, thank you!” “And may the results be even better than I could ever expect or think of, thank you!” “I Expect Great Things today, Great Things Tomorrow, and Great Things all this week, thank you!”
I had a legal issue that went for many years. It was not until I began to request “the best possible person, or people, to help me…and for this person to help me win this case” that the whole issue changed. A new legal representative came into my life a few months later and, eventually, after many setbacks (and with many more MBO requests), we won the case.
At night, when retiring to bed: “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for a peaceful night’s sleep and for waking feeling refreshed and full of enthusiasm for tomorrow’s events, thank you!”
The results of most MBO requests are instant – or almost instant. But some important requests have NOT been fulfilled. I guess I have to keep working on those issues (and keep trying new MBOs that request every aspect of the issues…and, in fact, I just came up with a new one: “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for EVERY aspect of [name/description of difficult issue] to result in a Most Benevolent Outcome for ME, thank you!”
I recently received a home delivery of shopping. After the driver left, I was unpacking the items when I noticed one extra bag of goods that I had not ordered. The bag contained three containers of fresh strawberries! That was one of my Guardian Angel’s happy surprises.
Life is very difficult, at times. I think I am having one of those “balancing lives” you described, Tom. A lifetime of faith resulted in so little help in times of need. And then I discovered your work. MBOs bring me the help I need. This is the Law of Attraction with instant results (most of the time) and without all of the lengthy instructions. You just say a simple sentence (an MBO request for yourself or a BP for someone else). That’s all there is to it. And if it doesn’t seem to be working for you, you stick at it, and you say them for every little thing that crops up in life. And the big things. You get creative with those two sentences, forming the requests every which way you can think of, until you get into the groove.
Thank you Tom. Thank you, thank you, and thank you. I believe I was meant to find out about The Gentle Way. Thank you for sharing this with everyone who wants to try it. I invite everyone to say aloud these two BPs:
“I ask any and all Beings to raise the vibrations of all who read these words, and to bring them great love, peace, healing, abundance and joy, and to bring these things to everyone they have ever met – past, present and future, thank you!”
“I ask any and all Beings to bring many millions of people to The Gentle Way, and help them use MBOs and BPs effortlessly, all day, every day – to their benefit, and to the benefit of the whole world, so that, in every moment, millions of people are saying these prayers and connecting with their Guardian Angels, thank you!”
MBO TO FIND SINGER SEWING MACHINE
Connie writes: We moved into our much bigger home in the suburbs from a cramped townhouse a few years ago. When I wanted to use my sewing machine (an old Singer), I could not find it. I was desperate to find it, since I have to repair the straps on the prosthetic device for my Dachshund’s missing paw. I ordered another, lighter sewing machine, but I did not like it at all; it was complicated and flimsy at the same time. I said an MBO to find it this week, and I was sent to the basement to a spot against the wall that had a collection of boxes, and there it was!! When I told my husband, he indicated that we had already looked there several times…..!!
I should never doubt the ability of the guardian angels.
MBO FOR NEW OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT
Eleanore writes from Vero Beach, FL: My MBO story out of the storm:
Six months ago, The Club, a 50’s+ complex where I live, was purchased by new owners and new management was installed. In this time, they have proven to be totally inept at their job here and the two woman running the front office are rude beyond belief to everyone. I asked one of the woman who lives here (to whom I had given your book #1 a while ago) to join me in an MBO to have these woman relocated elsewhere and for us to have others with the temperament and skills required here to come aboard.
It then got so bad I asked her to join me in an MBO to have the current owners sell and the new buyer be one of compassion with the business acumen to put in the necessary funds to bring it back to where it had been. Also, to have the personnel replaced by socialized human beings. My Daughter and her friend boarded a plane for Italy on Monday, and I asked both of them to join us; strength in numbers. They too are folks I introduced to you and your work. They’ve been advocates and loving it as we all do.
Wednesday (yesterday), I kept calling people’s cell phones here to see if the power had been restored, but couldn’t reach anyone. Mid-afternoon, I drove back to find two huge fire trucks, the Fire Chief’s car, the Sheriff’s car, a myriad of police officers, a huge Salvation Army truck with food, and a TV crew interviewing residents! The Fire Chief and the Sheriff (from the story I have been told) read the riot act to the office personnel and the maintenance guy for five hours and issued 100 code violations to them. Now, we’re really asking for a new owner and personnel replacements. I have found MBO’s don’t always work out the way you expect them to but they do work out. Stay tuned.
I’m sure that MBO’s are heavy in the air everywhere especially in these times. Wow, doesn’t that amaze you?
MBOs BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER IRMA
Laurie writes from Florida: I am on the Atlantic coast of South Florida and I requested every MBO I could think of before, during, and after Hurricane Irma. I asked for my power to stay on. GRANTED. I asked that my patio enclosure be protected and remain intact. SORT OF GRANTED. (The metal structure was undamaged. Some of the screen panels were blown out.) I went outside before the major rain bands started to move in, lifted my arms in their direction and said the “I welcome gentle rains and gentle winds” mantra that I say before every thunderstorm heading in my direction. It wasn’t exactly phrased as an MBO, but I said: “I welcome the gentlest rain and gentlest wind possible over my home before, during, and after this hurricane, Gaia.”
My power did not go out. I was able to watch the radar on TV. I never got the solid, “training” storms that are so common in hurricanes. Actually, on TV, I saw the rain bands start to break up as they approached my neighborhood. When I saw the rain bands breaking up before they got to me, I requested a more specific MBO for that to continue over my home. I also requested an MBO for my home to be in between the severe rain bands. REQUEST GRANTED.
I don’t know any other explanation for how I got through Hurricane Irma without losing power or without major damage. It is a miracle. (Actually, now that I think about it, I remember requesting an MBO for the miracle of getting through the hurricane with minimal impact. So, REQUEST GRANTED.)
After the storm, only a few butterflies and dragonflies have flitted into the open patio enclosure. I’ve worried that they won’t be able to find their way back out, so I’ve said a couple of MBOs to prevent them from entering in the first place. This has worked so far — sort of. The ones that get in find their way back out. A young squirrel got into the patio and couldn’t find its way out, but an MBO guided it out. I’ve requested an MBO that the birds stay out of the patio enclosure. I don’t want them to feel trapped and panic.
I hope everyone reading this will say a Benevolent Prayer to please aid and assist everyone affected by Hurricane Irma to receive comfort, care, and support — physically, financially, emotionally, and spiritually.

MBO FOR BEST TENANTS
Linda writes: I own a property in which the last two tenants had been problematic in different ways. This was all pre-MBO/BPs for me. I was able to get the last tenant out through MBOs and BPs for the tenants, and then I was becoming a tired owner, so I said an MBO for the best tenant for me. I put an ad out for the rental and no responses, then I thought I must need to change the price so I did and started getting a lot of interest.
A couple of sets of people I couldn’t connect with because I wasn’t available when they were, and then one set drove by and weren’t interested, then a set of people saw it and weren’t interested, then a couple wanted to see it but no one could show it to them before they went away, then a couple came when I happened to be in town as I live 3 hours away, and loved it. I was about to leave town before they wanted to see but something told me to stay longer and meet the couple. I was also about to turn the rental over to a Realtor, because I couldn’t really manage the rental too well from a distance, and I asked my realtor if I could exclude the couple who saw it and loved it, and she said no but I’ll give you until Tuesday and she wouldn’t put in the paperwork until then.
On Monday, the couple called back and said they wanted the house and I have had people after that state they wanted it, which in the end this couple feels like the best tenant for me as they said they lived in the area before and it was like returning home again. Thanks to MBOs.
MBO FOR HURRICANE PREPARATION
Donna writes from Florida: With Hurricane Irma approaching Florida, I’ve been using numerous MBOs for stuck accordion shutters. There was one shutter that I couldn’t do by myself, so I said “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome to receive help from my neighbors to close the bedroom shutter. Thank you.” I just “happened” to go outside when my neighbors were in their garage. I asked if they could help, and they said “that’s what neighbors are for”. It only took a few minutes for them to close the shutter! I am so grateful! And just a few minutes after that, their garage door was shut and they were gone. Perfect timing and perfect outcome, thanks to asking for Angelic help! Thank you, Tom!
USE OF MBOs AND BPs IN DAILY LIFE
Erica writes from Australia: MBOs and BPs are part of my daily life and used now as naturally as breathing. When any little thing comes up for the family from stress to health or other issues, and as I move around the farm with any of the animals that may need help I say them and things work out fine. Thank you so much for your work.
I speak to my own GA and ask that she (the name Leiah came to me…..maybe there is no gender with Angels?) speak to the GA’s of others who may be making decisions re my family (like the bank people who are still deciding the final outcome on our home farm); And I ask that they look favorable on my proposals and kindly on my family.
It feels OK to do this.
I also often ask the Angels in BPs to gently use their fingers to work in and around our animals who experience injuries and even when friends complain of a pain or soreness.
My gut and heart tells me that asking this way is fine and helpful and my intention is also for the best so I figure that’s the best indicator I guess.
Another BP that I have used and noticed immediate results has been at funeral/memorial services when people have been delivering their eulogies and it’s obvious they are doing it tough. I ask that they are given strength and light from any and all beings to be able to deliver their important words. It seems to be almost instant and they are able to get through with grace and ease.
I also have done this when I have noticed speakers being very nervous in front of a large crowd, for example, with good results.
I just speak the words very quietly so only I and the Angels can hear!!
It feels good to be able to help from wherever I am standing and the BPs just flow naturally the moment I become aware there is an issue for someone or creature

Erica has discovered new ways to use MBOs and BPs in her daily life. This all works! And the “whole souls” we call Guardian Angels (GA’s) have no gender. I call my GA Theo, which is recognized as both a male and female name.

Sandy writes: The set up for my new printer had gone smoothly thanks to an MBO. My last had been damaged and had to be replaced. The new one is nice and light, just 10 pounds.

Theo says this is one of the most important things you could do for yourself not only for this life, but all the others you have lived or will live on earth, as they are all happening at the same time. MBO TO COMPLETE ORDER ON TIME
Jen writes: Just wanted to share that my friend Gayl shared MBOs with me. And my gosh, thank you Tom for doing this! I got your first two books and am learning how to phrase things!
Just a week or so ago, we got a big order from a department store we supply. I was so stressed and was telling Gayl about it. (It was coupled with another issue.) So anyway, I said an MBO and we met the entire order today! My staff is out delivering it now! I honestly thought we would just do a partial delivery but no……my angel has surprised me. And I am so thankful.
MBO FOR TRIP FOR BLOOD WORK
Lee writes: Had to get routine blood work today. Pouring rain so I asked for safe travels to and from the lab and gentle rain. Also asked for a pleasant experience for my appointment. The rain let up to a gentle rain and despite being in the middle of the morning commute and a report of an accident nearby I made it to the lab in record time. The technician was perfect! We laughed about quick stories about the weather and her skills at taking blood were amazing, barely felt a thing. She told me she had originally called out this morning because of the weather but her supervisor convinced her to come in! MBO’s are the way to go! Thank you!
BP FOR HELP FOR NEIGHBOR
Linda in Texas writes: Today a neighbor’s house burned down, and thankfully he and his friend got out. The kindest thing I can say is that he has not been a positive member of the neighborhood. The woman across the street wanted to invite him into her home with her young children, but was conflicted because she had worries about doing so. I agreed that it would not be a wise thing to do, but she still was torn. So I suggested that we say a prayer for the most beneficial outcome for him getting the help he needs. She liked that. I know he did get assistance from the Red Cross later.
This experience is a bit different, but I think it is an important idea. When we are faced with a situation where it is unwise to assist directly, we can ask for a MBO.
MBO FOR SON TO MOVE CLOSE TO ASSIST
Carol writes from Canada: I am a great reader of your newsletters. I have read most of your books. I want to thank you for showing me how to use MBOs and BPs. They do indeed work!
These last few weeks I have been saying MBOs so that my son would be amenable to relocating from the west to our town here in the east. When he came for a visit (He just left last night) he said he would relocate to our city by mid-December of this year. I was overwhelmed and thrilled by his decision.
He will relocate for several reasons, mainly to help me with my husband’s care especially when I have to leave town on other family business. He also saw how exhausted I was. His stepdad had a stroke 21/2 years ago. His was on a scale of 1-10 about a 3, but my husband has slipped in the last year. I am the sole caregiver and it has taken its toll on me.
Also, I said MBOs re our finding my son an apartment. here. We did, the day before he left. It was just perfect in every way. So we paid a deposit and signed the lease. The best part is that my son is within a 15-20 minute walk from our digs.
Now I am doing MBOs for a quick and good sale of our cottage. And also that my son finds employment when he relocates here!
Of course I have been thanking all the Angels and Beings involved. I am so grateful and thrilled to ‘know’ that MBOs work and often better than one asks. I am also a firm believer in Prayer (BPs)!
Keep on doing your wonderful work. It sure is a much needed antidote to what is happening in the USA and around the world.
