MBO FOR HOUSE PURCHASE

Renee writes:  I have a great one for you! We recently bought a new home. When we were in the offering stage we made an offer, which included the seller giving us $6,000 back at closing (to cover closing costs). The seller insisted that she wanted a certain amount after closing costs. So we offered an amount $2,000 above what she was asking.

We had the inspections done and the house appraised. The appraisal came back at $14,000 LESS than what she was asking and $16,000 less than what we offered. We really thought the deal was dead in the water.  I requested a Most Benevolent Outcome that the seller would accept the lower price and that we would be able to buy this house. We really didn’t expect her to accept the lower offer … but she did! We closed on the house a day later and moved in three days after the closing!

In addition to my MBO above … the mortgage company kept needing “one more thing” from us before final approval. It was really getting on our nerves. I finally said to my husband … “repeat after me. I request a most benevolent outcome that the underwriters now have all of the documents we need to close on this house.” We got the call the following morning from the mortgage company telling us we were closing the next day.

MBO FOR POLICE STOP

Jason from Ohio writes:  This morning (Friday) I was driving to work and was running a little late so was going faster than I should have been.  As I usually do on the way to work I spoke to my GA whom I’ve named Max (since he gets me maximum results!), saying “Good morning Max, I’m expecting great things today, great things tomorrow, and great things all weekend long.  Thank you!!”
 
I spotted a police car pretty far down the road facing the opposite direction, so I jammed on the brakes to bring my speed down to the speed limit.  But as I passed the car the officer flipped on her lights and did a u-turn to get behind me.  My stomach just dropped…this is not what I needed today!  I immediately pulled over into a parking lot, dropped my window and pulled out my license.  She came to the window and introduced herself, then told me she clocked me going 48 in a 35.  I said, “Wow, I didn’t realize I was going that fast!” in a very sincere way.  She asked me if I was on my way to work, then asked me for my license and told me to stay in the car.  She walked back to her car, then a minute later she approached my open window again.  I’ll never forget these beautiful words…
 
“I’m going to let you off with a warning.  Please slow down.  Have a good day.”
 
I replied, “Thank you very much officer, you have a great day too!”
 
I drove away elated, thinking wow…what a great thing to get out of that ticket.  And then it hit me – that WAS a great thing!  Directly related to the statement I had made to my GA just minutes earlier.  I thanked Max profusely for coming through for me.  This stuff really works!

Mary Lou writes:  I missed my earring tonight about 10:45 pm. I had it one, but I couldn’t find it.  I asked my GA to show me where it was, I went there, looked in the bed; Guess what!  It was in the bed.  Thank you.

MBO FOR MORTGAGE PAYMENT

Carol writes:  According to the Motley Fool Real Estate Trailblazers experts, during the height of the real estate market in 2007, I refinanced my home on an interest only loan.  All these years since my house has been “underwater”. I was so worried about what I would do since I couldn’t refinance without a 20% equity, so I was dreading my 5 year “renewal” of my payment.  So I said a MBO that the payment would be better than I could expect or imagine. When the envelope arrived from the bank I slowly tore it open to find that my payment had gone DOWN 44%. Now that’s a successful MBO.

Laura writes:  MBO’d for my car repair and it went without a hitch finally! MBO’d about a meeting I had yesterday and an article I submitted was accepted. I MBO pretty much everything and it goes without a hitch. Like I am walking in miracle alley.  MBO is the way to GO… new motto… rhymes too… lol

Belinda writes:  Wish my friend could tell you. She had a double whammy. She used the MBO for both selling her house and getting a major job in Shanghai. Well, she sold her house within two months and she got the call out of nowhere and they are sending her to Shanghai for two and a half years with a well known American company. She would always tell me she didn’t believe in MBOs but after this happened, she’s sold!!!

Sandy writes:  I did an MBO that my last minute prescription would come through and I could pick it up. The prescription was there and waiting for me.

Gautam writes:  I was trying to send money abroad to capitalize a business. The Banks were not allowing me to do that; they had conditions I could not meet. I gave an MBO for help in breaking the deadlock; the banks have now climbed down on their demands, and this week I see myself sending money abroad after meeting on a fewer conditions. Thank You Tom.

MBO FOR MIDNIGHT MECHANIC

Diana writes: This past summer, our car had electrical problem around 11pm at night in the highway. We pulled over to a rest area with gas station. I asked for a MBO on the situation and to find a perfect mechanic. Can you believe? The gas station helped and knew a mechanic who can come over around midnight to fix the blown fuse in the electric system of the car. And we can continue our journey for the next 5 hours. That’s one God-sent mechanic.

MBO MEDITATION

Allan writes:  Good morning Tom.  Before meditation I was asking for Most Benevolent Outcomes for today, when I started doing them for all those seeking peace, then for all those seeking shelter, then for all those seeking Love and companionship, then for all those who seek food and shelter and warmth for all those suffering and in pain, for political processes, freedom, etc.  It was a long M.B.O.  It was not just for me but for everyone on earth. MBO’S TO SELL HOUSE

Karen writes: I shared my new found knowledge of MBO’s with my daughter. She and her husband were trying to sell their house themselves. I wrote up the MBO and sent them each a copy. We all agreed and spoke the MBO. We asked for a sales transaction that would go with ease and that the price of the house would be beneficial for both buyer and seller. We got just exactly what we asked for – – an incredible smooth sales transaction and a perfect price. Thank you Thank you Thank you.

Marie writes:  Yes Tom, the Angels are always working for our petitions.  I have an MBO for you.  Today I had plans to get the internet.  But I wasn’t sure what to get.  I had different options:  Get Cricket, T Mobile, or Virgin Mobile. I requested a MBO.  I said “Guardian Angel, I request a Most Benevolent Outcome that I get the perfect internet, better than I expect and hope for, thank you!  So I went to Walmart and they didn’t have the air card for internet access.  I went to the mall and it was too expensive.  Then my final straw was to try the other Walmart.  So I went and found a very affordable internet air card!!  It was a lot cheaper than the rest. Thank you Angels!

MBO FOR COMPUTER REPAIR

Stevie writes:  I had a horrible customer service experience with the Geek Squad. I make a living using my computer 24X7 as a management consultant/trainer and they had my computer for 2 weeks and didn’t fix the issue. Panicked because I was going out of town for work the next day I said a quick MBO before going into the store to see the Geek Squad, computer in tow! Magically, the “Geek” who helped me totally listened to the issue, sincerely apologized, found the “real” problem, and fixed it – all within 15 minutes!

MBO FOR SMOOTH TRANSACTION

Nancy writes: As part of the payout on our home, we were concerned about receiving the documents that would prove that we finally actually owned it outright, because our mortgage was bundled and sold during the time of an infamous amount of bundling and selling or mortgages in the USA. My sister told me of a couple that she knew who had paid for their home and were foreclosed on. Naturally that mess took quite a while and a lot of money to get straightened out. So I said an MBO for all of the paper work to be completed quickly and accurately, and for us to receive what we needed, and so far everything is going well and is ahead of schedule!

MBO FOR SHIFT IN TIMING

Peggy writes: A small one, but it tickled me. I was late leaving to meet a client and did not want to keep my client waiting. I needed an additional 10 minutes for the drive. So I requested an MBO that I would make it on time. I had no idea how it could possibly work out but MBO’s are mysterious. No sooner did I utter the words aloud, when my cell phone rang. My client was very apologetic but wanted to know if we could meet 10 minutes later. So I arrived on time! The MBO shifted the timing! I’m grateful for MBO’s and for Tom Moore bringing us this amazing work!

MBO FOR TRIP TO EYE DOCTOR

Sandy writes: Yea, I did one for the trip down to Cottonwood, AZ to see my eye doctor, which was a long trip. My insurance is notorious for lousing up a free lunch. The ride was smooth. The eyes were worse than I thought, but that is another MBO; this one handled the trip very well.

MBO FOR EARLY FINISH TO EVENING

Adrienne writes:   Yesterday, my husband came down with the respiratory crud that’s going around, but he still had to work, then was obligated to attend a focus group last night. He was feeling terrible so he asked for an MBO to help him get through the evening and for the focus group to wrap up early so he could get home to bed. As it turned out, he wasn’t chosen to be on the panel so they gave him his $200 and sent him home within 15 minutes.

MBO FOR FLOOR RESTORATION

Lucy writes:  MBO triumphant!    My daughter called last week with the news that her bedroom was taking on water, probably because they had had a lot of snow and then rains on top of the snow. She had contacted the manager and they showed up 8 hours later and pulled the carpet up and set up heaters to dry the area. They then painted it with a sealant and came to put down new carpet, while the floor was still seeping. She did not think they understood the problem. I suggested she talk to the owner and express the thought that he needed to get someone with some expertise in flood restoration because if this was not taken care of, the place would be uninhabitable due to mold, mildew and mushrooms growing in the bedroom.  

She emailed him and the corporate trouble-shooter called and she was able to express her concerns.  I told her we needed to get the angels involved.    We both asked any and all beings to aid in bringing in people to take care of the situation who knew what they were doing. And asked that it be sooner than we could imagine and less stress-filled than we could dream. And the “I expect Great Things…”

Early the next morning she texted that she had a flood restoration crew on site! It would take 3 or 4 days, but at least the fix was being done correctly! They also are going to compensate her for the hassles involved and put in new carpeting.    I told her, “Those any and all being guys are really Good!”    A lot of her MBO’s seem to involve calling Mom!

Lucy referred to the EXPECT GREAT THINGS MBO request you can find on my website under SIGNS.  I say this one each morning with great success. 

MBO FOR BANK MEETING

Cynthia writes:  A little MBO to share with you. My husband had a very important meeting with the bank earlier this week, which was causing a great deal of anxiety. I asked for help for him and had him personally request an MBO. Amazing! The bank finally conceded to the request he has been making for 2 months. Breathing room.

MBO AT EACH STORE

Shirley writes:  Hi Tom, I wanted to tell you about my experience with MBO’s.   On Thursday Jan. 26th I had to take my daughter shopping so before I left home I said an MBO and asked for a parking near the front door of the store we were going to; well it turns out we had to go to several stores and at every store we got a parking place near the door. Thank you so much for your good work. I sent my grandson who is incarcerated The Gentle Way and told my granddaughter and she is getting the book. I will tell others as I feel they are open to it.

MBO FOR CONDO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Lisa writes:  The most amazing thing has happened.  Here in my condo complex we have had a majority Board of Directors who were landlords, not owners living onsite.  Hence their decisions were unpleasant for those of us who are owners who do live onsite, even though we are in the majority of members.  The Board was dominated by these landlords, who consistently voted themselves back into office. (It’s complicated how they did this–bylaws screw-up long ago.)

I said an MBO and BPs for this to change for the better, and for our amazing co-owner, “Vic” who is really too busy to be on the Board, to step up for a while and be on the 3 member Board in order for us to oust the one nasty man, “Rob”, who was making the most trouble for all of us. We all suspect that “Rob” had a kickback scheme going with the hired property management company, costing us all a lot of money.  The woman who dealt with us from the property management company treats us all like we are naughty school children, and she is the Principal. Why? Because she always knew she could not be ousted so long as Rob was on the Board.

There was an annual board meeting last night, and this morning I got an email stating that for the first time in 12 years, Rob will not be on the Board any longer.  The other two members got together and voted him off.  One of those was a newly elected member, and the other landlord owner actually sided with her, which was beyond a miracle. This Board I mentioned dominated by landlords has been in place for TWELVE YEARS!  Now we have a majority of owners who live on premises on the Board for the first time in at least as many years!  Woo-hoo!!

MBO FOR YOUR SAFETY

I received an email this week from a lady passing along some private information to me, but wanted me to not pass it along as she was concerned for my safety.  I will honor that request, but I do wish to mention if you ever feel in danger, whether it be from a natural phenomena such as a tornado, earthquake, storm, etc., or a perceived danger from a person or persons, you can request a MBO for your safety.  

This works great!  I had one lady who wrote to me sometime ago and said a tornado was headed for her house so she grabbed the kids and ran for the basement of the house while requesting a MBO for their safety.  The tornado lifted up and went over their house.  Another that was in this blog last year I think was about a lady and her boyfriend who had a house invasion.  They were made to lie on the floor after he was pistol-whipped.  She requested a MBO and suddenly they were scared off by hearing a bell at the back alley.  They only took an empty wallet with his ID and nothing else.  

MBO FOR SUNNY DAYS

May I remind everyone living in the Northern latitudes that you can request a MBO for one sunny day per week, if you’re going weeks without a sunny day.  I suggest you say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for a Sunny Saturday, thank you!” I chose Saturdays, as most people are out at sports events, shopping, off work, camping, and so on.  Be sure to request the MBO in the first part of the week.  

I’ve had this tested by people in England and this DOES WORK!  Experiment with it, along with your friends.  The more who request it, the more energy it creates.  

MBO FOR DIVORCE

For privacy I’ll call her Jenny wrote some time ago: I’m going through a Divorce. Without going into the details, is it possible for you to let me know how to word the MBO for a fair settlement and most of all a quick and painless transition into my new life with my children. I was married 26 years, with him 28. I wanted to work on our relationship issues as they arose but he refused. In the end we were on completely different plains of existence and he left the family home – 14 months ago. I’m still grieving because I’m still immersed in it and of course I still Love him deeply. Living in the family home that he wants for himself at a loss to me, and I want sold so that a fair price can be obtained for both of us. Lawyers’ letters go back and forth for over a year with no agreement by either of us. I’ve gone through over $25,000 already!

The part that hurts the most is that he won’t speak to me, unless it’s specifically something to do with our 13 year-old son. It’s like I’m dead to him. There are still many unresolved issues between us and quite frankly, I know that if you can’t leave a relationship in the energy of Love and Gratitude without any animosity towards the other, then you have no right to leave. All the same ‘stuff’ will arise in the next relationship and the next and the next! Running away is futile! However, he doesn’t understand this and he ran. It never felt right to me. However he is not coming back so I have to let go.

I was awake three hours last night from 2am. I kept saying an MBO but I would like you to give me one to cover all the aspects I mention. I would be eternally grateful. Thank you so much.

By the way, I never say MBO’s for parking spots any more. After returning from the Kryon Conference in Sedona about three years ago, where I first saw you and read your brochure, I came back and said them all the time for parking spots. Now, I never say them for a parking spot because there must be a permanent etheric one eminating from me! Laugh! I get a parking spot outside the door of everywhere I’m going whether it be the bank, the specialty shop in the middle of a busy main street, a cafe, a Theatre in central Sydney!, it doesn’t matter. My spot is always waiting for me no matter where I’m going on any given day! How awesome is that! Oh! When I have a friend in the car, it always blows them away! I just laugh! 🙂 and say Thank you.

Let’s start with, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome to sever all emotional and energy cords that are no longer to my benefit, thank you!” Next, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for my husband to agree to amicable terms of settlement in our divorce, thank you!” Next, a BP: “I ask any and all beings to assist my ex in being considerate and benevolent in settling the differences between us in this divorce, thank you!” See how those assist you. Good life my dear–oh and say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for the PERFECT man for me, thank you!” That takes a while so you need to say it now, as that can take a year or two.

Recently Jenny wrote:  A while ago you were kind enough to give me some prayers to say as I am going through separation and divorce although you would think it is the ‘Phantom’ one as nothing much has shifted. Except.. finally my ex has agreed to sell our house. Could you please give me the right wording and the right prayer to say so that the sale will be very quick (my intuition is telling me it will be quick within 2 weeks and we will get our money back plus some) however I want to add the most positive energy I can to surround the sale and want to get it right. Could you please assist me and advise me the right words to say in my prayer so that the right buyers with more than enough money come very very quickly, that there are perhaps two or more different groups wanting it so that the price for us ends up being more than anyone expects? (The market here has dropped since we bought 4 years ago but the house is one that is quite spectacular).

I suggest you say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for the sale of our house, and may the results be even better than I can hope for or expect, thank you!”
