MBO FOR IMPROVED FINANCES

Rick writes: My disability w/Social Security is under review…standard after a certain length of time. I wrote out on an index card (which is in my peripheral vision as I type) a MBO for improved financial stability and the continuation of my benefits.

This morning I checked my bank account, which I do daily and found a deposit for an uncashed check in my savings, where I never keep a balance. I called the credit union and they did a check. It turns out my health insurer sent back a check from 2012 for what must have been an overpayment. Not much, $84.70. But, it helps pay for an overnight trip on Wednesday to Wilkes-Barre, PA to see a friend in a road tour of Green Day’s ” American Idiot”. Also taking my mom to a nearby town where her grandparents lived and are buried.

MBO FOR MISPLACED PENDANT

Sandy writes: I misplaced my Lifeline Pendant and I did an MBO to find it within a few moments; the sucker turned up in my pocket!

MBO FOR SURGERY

Bob writes: I shared the following information on Facebook regarding my gastric bypass surgery. It was a long process of various medical decisions that have been in the works for about ten to twelve years. I posted this to let the many people I know to be aware of what was going on. One of the people to comment on my link was Tom. He said an MBO for me. And since this is a MBO site, I will share the MBO my friend in St. Louis and I said aloud on the morning of my surgery.

The requested MBO: I ask any and all beings to help me have a Most Benevolent Outcome for mt surgery today. May I have the best surgeons, doctors, and nurses looking after me and may the outcome be even better than I hope for or expect. Thank you.

My Hospital Experience: After 3 hours of surgery, I was in my room by noon and all settled by one pm. I ended up taking a small nap, then the nurses explained how I needed to walk and use the ventilator to clear my lungs and all of the things I needed to do. I was determined to be part of the process, so did what was asked of me.

I know that my MBO was said for health reasons, but the room I was in was like being in a fancy Hotel. I was on the fifth floor of a beautifully decorated hospital, facing the Cascade Mountains. The window was 8 feet high and 16 feet wide. The shades were pulled all the way up to the ceiling. On Tuesday morning, I was awake at 5 am, so quietly read my book, until the sunrise appeared. It ended up a battle as to which was better, Tuesday’s or Wednesday’s sunrise. Even the nurses made a point to be in my room as the sun rose.

On Wednesday, it was evident at 6 am that I would be going home. Each of the night shift nurses stopped in to say their good byes before end of shift. A very nice older Japanese nurse came in by herself to let me know that I had been Number One A+ Patient. I was so pleased with her words. I hadn’t heard the phrase “Number one A+” used since I left a Japanese/Chinese community I had lived in in San Diego in the late 70”s.

The Facebook entry: Will share the following, just so it is out there, etc. As you may or may not know, I had polio as a child, from the vaccine sugar cube. My life has been a constant ‘medical adventure”. Due to the type of polio I exhaust easy, so the big exercise merry go round has never been my friend. I spent a year and a half in the late 80’s doing bed rest. In 1991 I quit smoking, and then during the two year period it took me to develop a non-asshole personality, I gained a hundred pounds. Since that time, it has been a constant struggle of diets that did the normal ying yang.

Ten years ago, we did baseline tests on my legs and circulatory system to document the polio deterioration. I was told if certain things started to happen, then I had to do particular actions to stop the damage, etc. Last fall, I entered the ‘no more grace period”. Last Monday, I had a gastric bypass, which will stop 95 percent of what is going on. The operation went without a hitch. I was in the hospital until Wednesday and am at home.

Things are going fine. I am already off of all diabetic meds and insulin; as well as my blood pressure meds. It is expected in the next few weeks that all but one of my remaining meds will go away. So all is good. With the pre surgery diet and up to today, I have dropped 30 lbs and expect to lose a lot more over the summer.

MBO FOR ASSISTANCE

Merri writes: I requested an MBO from a relative deceased called Nicholas on the night of the 20th February 2014 in relation to the UK specialists to help me work out where a particular DNA comes from – my mum or my dad – and if its connected to a particular Russian DNA family. I had been trying for over 10 years to get this unveiled via my family here in Australia and the UK – with no success, just brick walls or so it would seem. A week later, on the 27th February 2014, totally unexpected I received an email from someone higher up called Dorota offering help and they are also organizing everything to do with collection.

BP FOR HOMELESS & MBO FOR RENTAL

Jen writes: I was sitting in a food court today in a mall eating my lunch. There was a homeless lady at the table next to me who was sleeping while sitting up. It was obvious that she was homeless and facing challenges so I said a BP for her. Within 2-3 minutes, a young man came over to her, woke her up and handed her $30. The timing was extraordinary and gave me chills. I felt like that BP really had some power.

This is a second story that I have wondered whether I should send you. My husband and I got a rental car for a few days back in October where I was doing some training for a new job. While I was driving it, I ran over a stick on the side of the road that was deceptively large. It pivoted around and struck the horizontal panel on the car that is below the passenger side door. There was some minor damage there, but we were sure that we were looking at a bill from the rental company or even an insurance claim.

My husband and I both began saying MBOs for the rental car return. Despite my husband photographing the damage at the rental car inspection, the representative gave us a clean inspection report and we haven’t heard from them since. The reason I’ve struggled with sending you that rests in my own moral dilemma about whether we should have been up front about the damage instead of staying quiet. I am grateful for the benevolent outcome but that internal conflict remains. Thought I’d share it with you anyway, because it had that sort of magical feeling to it like that it was a divine/angelic intervention of some sort. What do you think about that one?

I know when I’ve rented cars they always talk about normal road damage as not being on the list of having to pay for repairs, so I must assume that was the case here. When you request a MBO it most be benevolent for everyone affected by the request, so that’s another point to consider.

BENEVOLENT PRAYERS

Normally I keep my weekly newsletter and blog completely separate, but I feel this week it is very important for you to understand the power of saying Benevolent Prayers (BPs) out loud. And I have some important ones for you to say.

When I published this in the February 1 newsletter, there had been no rain for the west coast in months, and now they are having several inches of rain. Again, Gaia (the soul of the earth) says our brains will say this is a coincidence. Here are the questions and answers on   February 1:

Gaia, if we say a BP for rain for California and all the western part of North America, does that interfere with your cycles?

Not in the least, Tom. I will allow some rain to fall in these drought-stricken areas, as they are called, in order to show you the power of Benevolent Prayers. It will not be sufficient to end the drought, but will demonstrate the power of these requests. So I will allow say one or two inches of rain as that does not disrupt the cycle that much. So yes, you can compose a BP for everyone of your readers to say and see what occurs.

Here is the Benevolent prayer I asked everyone to say:

Let’s ALL say this Benevolent Prayer out loud please: “I ask any and all beings to bring gentle rain and snow to all the portions of North America experiencing drought conditions, thank you!”

Then I felt compelled or “inspired” to ask everyone on my Facebook page to say the following Benevolent Prayer out loud:

“I ask any and all beings to bring aid and assistance to the people of Ukraine to resolve their differences peacefully without bloodshed, and may the results be even better than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”

As you probably saw on the news, suddenly the police left the area then the president of Ukraine hopped on a helicopter and flew somewhere to the eastern section of the country, the opposition leader was released from prison, and there was rejoicing in the streets. So I wondered if the 150 to 200 people I’m estimating said the BP had any effect, so I asked.

Gaia, a couple of days ago we spoke about Ukraine and you said the probabilities were low for there to be a peaceful resolution to the conflict. We then said a BP for peace to come, and it seems there was a dramatic change. Will this peace hold or will there still be armed conflict, and did we have any influence in what happened?

You and your Facebook friends had a great effect on the outcome, Tom. You just don’t realize how powerful you are. Yes, there were other prayers for peace – many in fact, but few were of the AUDITORY variety such as yours, and I have repeatedly told you this kind of prayer is extraordinary in its effect.

So, to answer your question, yes, your prayers had an immediate effect, and, yes, this peace will hold. And yes, in the next question forming in your mind, the probabilities are high for the Eastern provinces of Ukraine to form their own republic and align with Russia. They are much closer in tradition with Russia than the Western provinces.

Gaia, what are the probabilities of Venezuela becoming a democratic country?

Actually they are high, but it will take some time and there will be bloodshed between factions. Again, you can ask your subscribers to say a BP for a peaceful resolution and that will help immensely.

Gaia, what are the probabilities at the present time of the Syrians being able to come to peace and have a democratic form of government?

Yes, fairly low at this time as you can imagine yourself, Tom. Assad is hanging on and in fact has the upper hand at the moment. This will take more time and bloodshed, but eventually the rebels as they are called, or the opposition will be able to take and control larger sections of the country, allowing aid and weapons to more easily enter. The trick, as the U.S. and other nations know, is to try and keep them out of the hands of the Al Qaeda fighters.

Then we’re talking about one to two years more before any resolution and the ouster of Assad and his cronies?

Yes.

What effect will a BP have as we did for Ukraine?

Again, a greater effect than you can imagine and your readers can imagine, Tom. It will not become apparent on the surface and in news programs instantly as was the case with Ukraine, but there will be a shift, none the less, especially if a large number of your readers say the BP. The greater the number the faster and greater will be the change.

You have a powerful weapon, shall we call it, for peace, Tom, and I encourage everyone to take part even if they doubt that there will be results. They can call it an “experiment” should they choose, but as I told you before there is great energy and power in these benevolent requests when said out loud. Saying them mentally does not create the energy that saying them out loud does. Your readers can have a significant impact on bringing peace to the world and it will bring them inner joy, and perhaps a little amazement, even as mentally their brains tell them it was a coincidence.

So there you have it. I’m now going to ask you to say some Benevolent Prayers OUT LOUD. As you read, you PERSONALLY can help bring about world peace, even if as Gaia says, your brain tells you it’s a coincidence. Don’t be a COUCH POTATO! Contribute—don’t be a passive reader of this newsletter! So say these NOW!

“I ask any and all beings to bring aid and assistance to the people of Venezuela to resolve their differences peacefully without bloodshed, and may the results be even better than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”

“I ask any and all beings to assist and comfort those in need in Syria, to protect them from further harm, and to bring peace to their country faster than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”

And go ahead and say this BP for Ukraine, as they still have a long way to go:

“I ask any and all beings to bring aid and assistance to the people of Ukraine to resolve their differences peacefully without bloodshed, and may the results be even better than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”

Ask you friends to say these Benevolent Prayers too!

MBO FOR EXPIRED COUPON

My wife went to Kohl’s the other day to buy some clothes. The next day she discovered a coupon that had expired the day before, so she requested a MBO, and phoned the store. Before, she had been put on hold for up to 20 minutes, but this time she got right through. Then she was transferred to a national number, thinking “Here I’ll wait for 20 minutes;” but she got right through and was given the discount which amounted to $19.56.

Linda Maria writes from New York: First of all, I would like to thank you for opening your heart and sharing the Light and Wisdom of Most Benevolent Outcomes. May you continue to be blessed as you have blessed so many others. I have started asking for MBOs and my life has changed. I feel more secure and more in sync to the changes in our world and universe. I want to tell you about a particular incident I experienced.

I was shopping at Target for a new microwave oven because my old one had stopped working. It was extremely heavy for me to even place it in my huge cart. As I left the cashier, I called my mom to ask her to ask her fiancée to pick me up (I don’t drive, I live in New York City). My mom said he was not available and I hung up feeling a bit lost. I knew there were taxis outside the store entrance sometimes, but I started getting upset. I remembered about MBOs and said one three times because I was panicking.

I live in a walk up apartment with no elevator and my apartment is on the second floor. I asked to be sent an angel cab driver with a van that would help me with the microwave. Well, as I stepped towards the exit, the microwave still in the cart, a man was there and asked me if I needed a ride. I told him I needed a van. He said he had one and picked up the microwave, put it on his shoulder and I followed him to his van.

He was so very nice and even took my microwave up to my apartment door! I was so grateful to him and of course to my GA and Guides who helped us connect! And this is the clincher. His name was Angel! Tears came to my eyes.

MBO FOR MIGRAINE

Sandy writes: I was having an absolutely brutal migraine yesterday and am still in pain now. For art class with its LOUD and crowded ambiance you should be pain free and even my strong medication isn’t enough for THAT! I said an MBO, and was pain free all the way from start to finish!

MBO TO CATCH TRAIN

Jackie writes: Just barely caught the train. I left late and did an MBO to catch it. I walked very fast. When I got to the intersection is was red for me but there was a gap in traffic. I dashed across the street, scanned my card as I passed and ran right onto the train. Perfect timing! I didn’t want to wait 30 minutes for the next train.

And I would have missed the idiot, riding a bike on the train tracks causing the driver to stop the train to yell and then drive really slowly. Idiot is lucky the driver saw them or we’d be here all night.

I think Jackie’s MBO carried over to the train trip. A “Radiant Effect.”

MBO FOR ASSISTANCE AT POST OFFICE

Shannon writes: Here is my powerful MBO. I so appreciate what you are doing in sending us such important information during this time. Difficult for some, and refreshing for others.

One of my friends decided to pack up and send me eight big boxes of clothes she had that she could no longer wear. I’d told her to send them to a place other than my post office box, but she ignored that and sent them to my post office box. Needless to say, at my elderly age I was almost beside myself wondering how I could get those boxes, put them on a cart, get down many steps to my car.

I said an MBO and arrived at my post office just before the windows were opened. One person was in line ahead of me – also an elderly woman, but appeared to be strong and in good condition. I told her of my dilemma, and she immediately said she would help me with all the boxes, would help with the cart, and putting them in my car. I was overcome with great appreciation, not only for the manifestation of the MBO, but that she was so willing to offer her support to help me. I know with certainty that if I hadn’t asked for a MBO that the woman wouldn’t have been there to help me. Thank you, Tom, for encouraging us to ask for those MBO’s. They really work!!

MBO FOR FLOODING

Anne writes: Please use this MBO success story. I woke up this AM to a flooded garage due to the melting snow and frozen ground. I have so many boxes and things in it to send to an auction and was horrified to see 2 inches of water covering most of the floor.

I called my best friend and we asked for an MBO … 2 hours later I looked out and would you believe that the water flooding has almost all dispersed in and around the garage? I was soooooooooo excited… the angels took care of my disastrous situation!

There is water standing everywhere yet it is now several feet away from the garage.

MBOS FOR POWER, QUIET, RV PARK

Kathy writes: Also, I want to share with you that lately my MBOs are coming fast and with great results! Here are a few:

Last night the wind was blowing hard and the lights began flickering, warning of a potential power outage. I quickly said an MBO that the power stays on and flowing smoothly to my house. Two seconds later the flickering stopped and my power stayed on all night. Other areas nearby had power outages, though. They should learn about MBOs!

Today a carpet cleaner showed up at the neighbor’s house. My office is right above their driveway and I was dreading listening to the loud throbbing noise of their machinery. I quickly said an MBO that they be done with their work within an hour, and almost to the minute they quit at an hour! Plus, they had an electric machine, which was much quieter than the gas-powered one my other neighbors used recently.

My husband and I needed to move our travel trailer to an RV park in a distant town where he began working last week. I was driving the truck that pulled the trailer and was dreading getting on the freeway. The on-ramp is also one of those combined off-ramps and is always very busy and confusing. I asked for an MBO that when I arrive at the on-ramp there be a huge space for me to pull onto the freeway.

It turned out even better than what I’d asked for. Instead, I realized I could take the old highway, avoiding the freeway altogether. Added benefits were that it was shorter and quicker and that I didn’t have to cross six lanes of traffic to enter the RV park. Thanks for this gift of MBOs.

MBO FOR TABLET TO WORK

Rubystar writes: I have a bit of a silly one. I had just bought a tablet online and after a week it suddenly stopped working. It had a full charge but it would not turn on. I tried and tried, waited a bit and tried again. I really didn’t want to go through the hassle of sending it back and reprogramming it. I was starting to panic when I thought to say an MBO. I said, “I request the MBO in my tablet coming back on in the next 20 minutes and not having any other issues with it.” I waited about ten minutes, and then it came right back on. This is my first one and quite a few customers had the same issues and had to replace them in the reviews. They work so well!

BP FOR RETURN OF LOST DOG

Patricia writes: Here is my most benevolent prayer story: My daughter’s friend lost her lead sled dog. Two dogs got out of the kennel; one came back all wet. The owner feared the other had drowned in an inaccessible wet area on the property. I said benevolent prayers to any and all beings that could help find Wayler and bring him back home ASAP. Today, the owner as she said, “by luck” she heard someone talking about a dog running on the interstate. The same person a while later spotted the dog again and called the owner. The dog is very shy around people, however, she was able to get to Wayler and 5 days later is safe at home. I feel the benevolent prayers really helped.

They do, and it’s nice when you can see the results!

MBO FOR LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE

Karen writes: I’ve been on blood pressure medication for 10 years. Have been reading how some medications aren’t at all good for you, so I researched the vitamins that help regulate blood pressure and cholesterol. For three months I have done a vitamin regimen, as well as MBOs for the regulation of my body when I would feel my blood pressure rising. For at least three weeks now I haven’t felt it rise, but still say BPs as thank yous. I would not recommend this to others, but it works for me and I truly believe my body can be controlled by right actions and prayer.

Karen–another tip for lowering your blood pressure. Sit with your thumbs and index fingers touching each other and your palms up, resting on your lap. Slowly breathe in through your nose for a count of 8, hold for a count of 8, breathe out through parted lips for a count of 8 and then hold for a count of four. Then start the process over again. I’ve found I can lower my blood pressure 10 points or so within just a minute or two. Give it a try. Perhaps that will be an additional MBO for you and everyone who tries this.

MBO TO COMPRESS TIME

Sherry-Ann writes: MBO’s are great! I use them for small but important things, and they always work. Always. The one I use the most is to compress time so that I arrive right on time and not late. And it ALWAYS works…well, except for when I’m just lazy and running behind schedule, but that’s MY fault and then I don’t ask for an MBO then.

MBOS FOR ABUSED ANIMALS

MonaLisa writes: I MBO the injured/neglected and abused animals on Facebook as often as I can, knowing the universe always match the intention!

MBO FOR MERCURY RETROGRADE

Carell writes: Here’s my MBO for the Mercury retrograde period we are in for the month of February: I request the most benevolent outcome that everything I do today be blessed by Divine Intelligence and perfect right action that transcends Mercury’s retrograde events. May the results be more spectacular than anything I expected and beyond my wildest dreams and THANK YOU!

Mercury retrograde is when the planet Mercury moves away from earth in its elliptical orbit. The effects of this have been failures in communications, a lot of things, which don’t turn out as planned, misdiagnoses, and vehicular glitches along with short-term/distance travel experiences.

MBO FOR VISIT TO TAX COLLECTOR

Lee writes from Florida: Have a good MBO for you. I needed to go to the tax collectors office to close one account and open a new one. We all know what a nightmare it can be to go to a government office for anything, even just to renew a drivers license! Well, I started my MBOs two days before for a safe, uneventful drive, a good parking space, a short wait, and a pleasant, helpful employee. I left in time to get there shortly after their opening, drove there with minimal traffic on the road and only one red light. Pulled in to a parking space a little further away from the front door but it was in the shade which is a big bonus if you live in Florida. Went inside and was done and out in 22 minutes!

The employee was the sweetest person and made the whole experience enjoyable! I had enough time to stop at a store that had a great shoe sale (!) and find a comfortable pair of shoes that look stylish too and make it to an appointment with plenty of time to spare. As a matter of fact, enough time to write this MBO and send it!

I have started requesting MBO’s for a great parking space that is not surrounded by those large SUVs and trucks that block your view when you are backing out of a space and boy has that been a blessing in these crowded parking lots! Thanks, Tom, cannot thank you enough for all you do!

MBOS FOR DRIVE & DISSERTATION

Connie writes: About MBOs, I have had several, but my GA must either have a sense of humor, since he or she likes to cut it close. Earlier this year, I was running late to a meeting about an hour’s drive from my normal workplace. As traffic and time are always iffy in Northern Virginia, I asked for an MBO to arrive on time to the meeting. Well, I showed up late to the meeting, but only to find everyone in the outside waiting area because the room was not available yet, so technically my MBO was answered.

Another technicality on MBO responses was in November of this year, when I was scheduled to present my dissertation proposal by Skype at 0130 in the morning, my time (I am working on a PhD from a university in another country). I had asked for an MBO to be able to wake up in time for the presentation. I set the alarm, but it did not go off, and I awakened at 0127.

Horrified, I threw on some clothes, and rushed downstairs with my laptop so as not to wake up my husband and the dogs. After I had connected to the University, I apologized to the panel of reviewers for being a little late and disheveled, but that I had just awakened. After I gave my presentation, some members of the panel said a few things, and then wished me a good night’s sleep for the rest of the night. Although I did not feel that I had done very well. I was later informed that it was a very good presentation.

Connie’s GA knew she needed the sleep and would ace the presentation.

MBO FOR SNOWY DRIVE

This past week my son and I headed for a doctor’s appointment from our house in Plano down the Highway 75 Freeway into Dallas. Our doctor is the only one in this area that also performs acupuncture. This time, the problem was we had blowing snow whipping about. Naturally we left early to allow for extra time, and of course I requested a Most Benevolent Outcome (MBO) for the drive.

The first part of the drive was pretty easy, as we were able to use the HOV lane all the way down to where it ended at what is locally called the High 5 Interchange. There it was grid locked and we both decided to go to a sides street running parallel. Big mistake! It was worse as many other people had the same idea. We finally made our way back the Hwy. 75 and now it was at least moving 20 mph or so.

We exited at Walnut Hill and took the 180 degree lane to come up on the freeway side road. I found, as I reached the other side that there was a red pickup truck spinning its wheels, not able to go up the small incline. There was a beige sedan blocking the middle lane, not able to move, the right lane was blocked with two cars just sitting there, and a black pickup truck was trying to maneuver around the beige car, but was also spinning. It was frigid cold outside and my son had only worn a medium jacket (he thought he would only need to run inside the doctor’s building), so he couldn’t help.

Finally, two Latino men got out of there car, walked up to the red pickup and pushed him enough to get him going, then the beige car who really only went over to the right lane out of the way, and then the black pickup.

Well my little SUV had no problem getting up the hill – which I consider a major MBO! We proceeded on to the doctor’s office, and even though we were 20 minutes late (we called to tell them our predicament) they had taken another patient in early and we were both able to have our treatments.

Naturally I requested a MBO for the drive home, and we had no problems.

DAILY BP & MBO FOR CAR REGISTRATION

Carell in Carmel California writes: Would you kindly re-post your Benevolent Prayer? I would like to share it with my class. I thought I had it saved somewhere but apparently not. Or maybe I do but am experiencing a Mercury Retrograde moment on this one.

Here’s an MBO for you:
January 3, I received a notice that the Department of Motor Vehicles says I’m late for paying my vehicle registration, which was due back Dec. 8. That means I should have been notified clear back in late Oct but was not. As a senior on fixed income, I have to plan for things like registrations and insurance bills. So I made an appointment at the DMV and did an MBO before I went that the $80 penalty would be dropped and I could pay for my registration. I also did an MBO that the registration could be paid then and there if need be. Both MBO’s worked. The DMV dropped the late fee only if I paid the registration on the spot, and I was able to do that because my neighbor offered to support me for whatever I needed this month until my annual spring income experience happens. It all worked perfectly. The penalty was dropped and the registration paid. I love MBOs. I’ve taught this to my students, shared the Newsletter, and hopefully expanding your work. Thank you for all you do.

Jackie writes: I just had a very handy MBO. I was on the train and a drunk man was in the same car. He insisted on talking to the few of us in the train. He said he was going to get off at my stop, which made me nervous. Shortly before my stop I requested an MBO for safety. When I got off he stayed on the train. That was a welcome relief!

MBO FOR GREAT COMPUTER

Sandy writes: I said an MBO for enough for a ‘new’ computer, I’ve the $$ saved. I am going the extra mile and going for the bomb PC…

The MBO Sandy said can apply to all sorts of situations. Let’s say you need a new car, but you feel like you will be limited in your ability to purchase to a certain level. So you say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for the PERFECT car for me, and may it be even better than I can hope for or expect, thank you!”

MBO FOR STANDBY SEAT BACK HOME

Stevie writes: As a management consultant/trainer, I travel a lot for work. My return trip home was scheduled for a late afternoon flight. When I got to the customer site the morning of my flight, the customer informed me that they had been pulled into an all day meeting and had no time to work with me.

Instead of sitting there all day I decided to try and catch a sooner flight home which was a welcome relief for several reasons, the least of which airport parking was full and it was going to take a combination of trams, a light rail, and long walk to get to my car (which I preferred NOT to do by myself at night!).

LONG story short, I was told to make myself comfortable because the flights were oversold and though there were two seats on the upcoming flight, I was #14 on the standby list. I recited an MBO requesting a seat on the plane and a safe / swift flight home and …yup… my name was called and I was seated in the row right behind first class (with all the legroom) so I could quickly deplane when we landed!

Way to go Stevie! I also discovered on my last flight trip to Denver, Colorado, that if the airline is clearing Gold and Platinum members for first class, if you go up to the counter right after they’re cleared, you have a good chance of getting their seats; these seats are normally located up towards the front of coach.

MBO TO LOSE WEIGHT

Diane writes: The MBO I want to share is this:

The other day I thought about it and make it a habit now each morning.
“I request a MBO for good health and to get rid of 20 pounds. Thank you.”
So far, I’ve been feeling better and a little stronger each day…. and I have noticed that my eating habits have changed a little too.   As for the pounds I have not weighed myself yet…. but one day at a time for that (smile)

Ahhhh, MBOs, you have to love them.

I also had an MBO for a year and I notice that I was not getting any results. So I decided with the New Year that I would change up the request and see what happens…I know that some of our MBO happen a different level and different times. We want action NOW and some of our MBO’s have to take a little time.

BP FOR SISTER’S TRIP

Daphnee in Austria writes: My sister Nathalie flew alone to Italy for business and her Birthday was Monday, 20th January. I made a few BPs for her, and one of them was that she’d be surrounded by nice and warm-hearted people so that she does not feel too lonely so far away from home and husband.

In the evening, she called me to tell me that she had met some friends there and they had organized a surprise dinner party for her birthday, so she was surrounded by wonderful friends and had a great time.

Most of the time we go on faith that our Benevolent Prayers make a difference in someone’s life who is affected by a catastrophe. But here Daphnee could see the benevolent outcome herself!

MBO FOR FIREWOOD

Judi writes: This winter turned out to be more intense than I expected as I only bought two loads of firewood and realized I needed more. Well, so did everyone else. My regular supplier couldn’t help me as he already had too many requests. Of course, the next thing I said was an MBO to find firewood at the right price, and, hopefully, not too green.

I looked and looked and found it was just not to be, but I didn’t give up hope. The next thing that came to my mind (thank you, GA) was to post to my FB account and ask my friends. Immediately, I got a response, called up the person who had the wood, and the next day he came over with my supply. For me, my GA ALWAYS comes through. Thank you, Tom, for sharing The Gentle Way with us. Love you dearly.

MBOS FOR LOTTERY TICKETS & HOTEL

Peggy writes: I have been saying MBOs for a while now. I would like to share 2 of them with you.

The day before we were driving out of town about 900 miles to see family, I said my MBO for some extra money to help fund our trip. I had some 2nd chance lottery tickets in my desk drawer that has been in there for a while that I have not submitted. That evening when I was entering the tickets, two of them were telling me that the number I entered was invalid. After trying several times, I decided to take the tickets to the store to check and see if I won anything. My MBO came through, I won $100.00 on one ticket and $25.00 on the other.

We were having family in town to surprise my husband for his birthday. They booked a nice hotel close to the water that was out of my price range. When I was not able to find a discount for this hotel, I said my MBO to help me find a discount so I can book the room. Time was running out and I still had not found a discount, so I booked it at full price for our one night stay. When we were checking out, we had mentioned that the A/C in the room was not cooling like it should. We were expecting maybe a $20.00 or so discount since it was hot in our room during the night. At that point is when my MBO came through. Since we were not 100% satisfied with our stay, we were not charged anything for our room.

MBO FOR SAFETY OF HOME

Dan writes: Here is a ‘preventative MBO’ that I’ve been using pretty much on a daily basis lately: when I get ready to leave for work in the AM, just about the time I’m ready to leave the house, I ask that my GA ‘keep my house safe from all harm, failure and intrusion.’ I love the notion that my GA is ‘on guard’ during the day, and for the 2 years that I’ve been saying this MBO, I have not yet had an instance of anything resembling a problem.

That’s a great MBO to request, especially for those who live in areas known to have problems with break-ins and such, or in apartments where there is the possibility of a fire.

BP FOR FRIEND IN NEED

Lee writes: Tom, had to write you with this amazing BP. I was talking to a friend who lives in another state and has had the roughest year and a half. Too many things to even mention. She was crying and crying and so upset. I immediately said a BP that someone would either stop over to see her or call and invite her over to their home so she had some company and soon! I no sooner sent my request, when her house phone rang and it was a friend from around the corner inviting her to dinner in a 1/2 hour! They called back 10 minutes later and told her to come over then. I was shocked at how quick that prayer was answered and could only chuckle because the angels must have heard the desperation in my voice! I wish I could get her to say MBO’s but she doesn’t believe in them even with proof!

Thank you for sharing MBO/BP’s with us.

Another example of asking for a Benevolent Prayer for someone, but being able to see the results immediately. That doesn’t happen often, but just say it and I guarantee it will make you feel better.

MBOS FOR MY TRIP TO BOULDER COLORADO

I requested lots of MBOs for my trip to Boulder, Colorado to record two one-hour back-to-back interviews with Gaiam TV. One was for my FIRST CONTACT book and the second was to cover THE GENTLE WAY books. My first MBO occurred when American Airlines did not inform me of a gate change (I arrived at the wrong terminal at 5:30 am). I had plenty of time to catch the Sky Link over to the correct terminal, and even to have my shoes shined. Plus I had been chosen “at random” for TSA pre-screening, so it was nice not having to take off my belt, shoes, coat, etc and put them in bins—a nice MBO. I’ve since checked, and you can have the pre-screening by paying $85 to the TSA, which is good for five years. Short lines and ease of passage is worth it folks! My new carry-on bag, which is a combination garment and regular bag, worked great, so I didn’t have to check anything.

Flight arrived slightly early, but when I left the exit I couldn’t find the driver they said they would have for me (they use drivers extensively so no taxis were needed to and from their headquarters). I asked a driver and he told me to go out Exit door 506 and across to the Limo Booth where a man would call my limo up, which he did—another MBO. I went directly to their headquarters building, which is huge, as it also contains their catalog division selling all sorts of things. You can visit that website at http://www.gaiam.com. I was able to meet with their Head of Marketing Andrea. I pitched her on buying advertising in The Sedona Journal of Emergence, plus some other suggestions, as I personally think Gaiam TV is known to probably less than one percent of my readers.

That evening I had dinner with Regina Meredith, who would conduct the interview the next day, whom I found to be one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve run across. Since I returned, I also found out in my meditations that she’s an old soul dating back to Atlantean times and we knew each other from several lives.

Then on January 23, I was supposed to be picked up by a driver at 1:00 pm, so I sat waiting in the lobby of the St. Julien (best hotel in Boulder where they booked me when the usual hotel was not available—another MBO). Finally the guy at the front door went out to an SUV that had been sitting there for over 15 minutes and it was my driver. Therefore we arrived late, but everything worked out. They have a really good crew to handle the cameras, directing, makeup, and editing. The first interview Regina wanted to do was on my FIRST CONTACT book, as she’s really into UFOs and ETs. The second interview was about THE GENTLE WAY books. I was mentally exhausted after the two interviews, so that night I ate at a nearby organic restaurant and was asleep by 9pm.

The next morning there was a problem checking out; the hotel had charged my card with the cost of the room. I couldn’t get it fixed then, but requested an MBO and it was taken care of Monday when they refunded the whole amount.

At the airport I decided to try something I had noticed before leaving DFW. I had gone to the counter to ask about being moved up close to the front in coach, but the AA Gate representative said only middle seats were left. Then she called several names and said first class upgrades were closed. So in Denver I waited until they called several names (after requesting a MBO) and went to the counter and asked to be moved up. My reasoning was that the people getting upgraded to first class were frequent fliers and probably had seats near the front of coach. I asked and was moved up much closer to the front of coach. You might try this the next time you fly.

I got home in time for dinner. Another MBO that occurred (and I asked for) is that originally my first interview was not going to be posted until March or April, but I was just informed that it will be posted on February 4 at http://bit.ly/1f7bFma. You can see the preview then, but you have to sign up for a free 10-day trial if you wish to view the whole interview. They post at least 24 new interviews a month, plus new programs are being added all the time. I just recently sold them four inspirational classic movies, which should be up in 30 days or so. All in all, a good trip!

MBO FOR AMAZON ACCOUNT PROBLEM

Gautam writes from India: I am based in India but sell physical goods in America at Amazon.com. While sending my goods from the manufacturer, the Packaging list was coming out in a format from my Amazon account, which was not showing the bar code, and Amazon would have rejected my consignment of goods. Amazon support sent me a special email with the correct file but I cannot do that every-time, so I asked for help. It took me 12 hours before I found a way in the Amazon account where I could actually get the correct form out and email to the manufacturer. That was a big breakthrough, which was seriously threatening the viability of this model. I am grateful to my angels for all the suggestions and insights they were asking me to do after the requesting an MBO.

Gautam listened to those “whispers in his ear” after he requested the MBO.

MBO FOR LOST DOCUMENT

Alexandria writes: I was looking for an important document. I could not find it, so I said: “Guardian angel, I request a MBO that I find the document that I am looking for and guide me please, better than I expected and hoped for. Thank you!!” I found my document within five minutes!!

MBO FOR FINANCIAL STABILITY

Daphnee writes from Austria: After Christmas my account went into minus so I asked for an MBO for financial stability. Within two weeks these following things happened: First, I went to the bank and discovered that I had savings I was not aware of and I was able to bring my account to zero. Second, I got a paper from another Bank that I had a depot with them and I was able to sell the depot and transfer the money to my account, so I got into the plus and won’t have to pay the interest on a minus which is very high 13%. Third, my sister sent me some money. Fourth, I got a letter from an airline for a claim I had forgotten about because it was in August and I thought it was going to be 600 Euros and to my surprise it was for double the amount. So within the next 14 days they will send me 1200 Euros to my account. WELL, I call this a Multiple MBO (MMBO).

In the meantime, I would like to request an MBO to never get into this situation again and to be able to manage my finances better/spend less. Do you have a suggestion? Would really appreciate, as I tend to have a loose hand with money and I also buy too many things, which I don’t really need. Wishing you a great day.

I think that’s a good start with the MBO you requested. We do have lessons to learn in each life and perhaps this is something on your list of challenges this time around.

MBOS FOR CARNIVAL

Lee writes: Took my grandson to the Carnival at the local church. It is a big hit every year and very crowded. I said MBO’s the day before we went for short lines, nice experiences, a fun time and a great parking space! We arrived and were able to park very close to the carnival. As we walked in we could see it was packed. Every ride my grandson went on either had no line or a short line and the wait was only a minute or two. And while he was on the ride a long line would form. He made friends with several children and they all had fun together on the rides.

My husband went to buy tickets for the bumper cars and there was not one person in line! We had just passed the ticket booths minutes before and the line was long. So, needless to say we had a great time and my grandson got to ride far more rides because of saying MBO’s before I even left the house! Thank you, Tom; MBO’s are the perfect answer for every part of your life!

MBO TO RECOVER COMPUTER BAG

Cynthia writes: My husband and I just came back from a ski trip with our ski club. We had to take a bus from the resort to the airport.

We got our bags and were going through security, when my husband looks at me and says that he forgot his computer bag (with the car keys inside!) on the bus in all the confusion of getting 30 peoples bags off the bus. It was 9:10 am at that time and the plane was taking off at 10:00 am. We got to the gate and he managed to call the bus company and tell them what happened. I began saying MBO’s silently while this was going on. The bus company said they could locate the bus and meet him outside in 10 minutes. He left his carry-on bags with me at the gate and ran back down to the front of the airport to locate the bus. He did find the bus, got the bag and had to go back through security in order to get back to the gate. I kept on saying MBO’s for him to get the bag and get back to the gate before the plane took off.

He got back just in time for us to board, at 9:40! We were able to board and returned home uneventfully! Thanks goodness for MBO’s!!!

It’s much better to say them out loud.

MBOS IN DREAMS

Helen writes: I have a strange MBO story to tell you:

I watched the latest Riddick movie on DVD last night. I should have known better than to watch a SCI-FY/Action movie at night because I always get nightmares from those types of movies. Before going to sleep I requested a MBO for a relaxing sleep with sweet dreams.

I don’t know if I had any sweet dreams, but right before waking up for the next morning, I had a dream about the “motorcycles” that were in the Riddick movie. Instead of hovering across the land like in the movie, these motorcycles were humongous 3-wheelers. The size of the wheels reminded me of wheels on a two-ton truck! A bunch of us were renting these motorcycles to get to the “outback” for an adventure. To get to the “outback” we had to take a dirt road.

The dirt road was a nice even road to begin with; but as soon as we were out of sight from the rental company, the road took a dip. The road was going downhill and of course with gravity, you go faster. Then the road changed like an earthquake was hitting it. There were huge slabs of rock that kept moving sideways and shifting up and down in front of us. The noise of the wind rushing by and the slabs of moving rock grating each other were very loud, not to mention the roaring engines of the humongous motorcycles we were on.

I was going downhill at an extreme angle, uncontrollably fast, trying to focus on ensuring these huge tires land on a flat surface of shifting rocks; meanwhile I am clenching onto the handles of the bike and being bounce and jarred about on this bombastic 3-wheeler motorcycle (no seat belts), just going too fast, scaring the wind out of me!

Then I suddenly remembered to say my MBO, so I yelled at the top of my lungs but the noise around me so was loud that it was sucking out my MBO and I could barely hear myself. I tried yelling even louder over the noise: “I REQUEST A MOST BENEVOLENT OUTCOME TO…” I couldn’t exactly remember what the MBO was for but the next instant in my dream I drove up to a building, as if nothing had happened and got off the bike; while the others kept driving on those noisy bikes to wherever (with the dust flying about). The dream continued on with such craziness that I woke up.

As I sat in bed, still trying to catch my wind from that awful motorcycle ride, I remembered how I was yelling out for my MBO; just screaming for it at the top of my lungs.

Sigh… so much for sweet dreams.

I’m not sure if I’ve covered dreams in my blog so far, so here are some points to consider. In Helen’s movie the three-wheeler she was riding was seemingly out of control, but when she shouted the MBO, suddenly everything became calm—The Gentle Way, as I constantly remind you.

I often dream of requesting MBOs. Whether those are reminders, or I’m teaching someone in that quantum state where we can travel anywhere in the universe, I don’t know—perhaps all of the above and more that we don’t yet understand!

Our dreams quite often contain messages from your soul. Even though most are symbolic, they can tell you when something good is coming along, and when there are challenges soon to be experienced. If I have the latter type dream, when I awaken I say, “I request a MBO that anything in this dream pertaining to my life have results even better than I can hope for or expect, thank you!”

I’ve been recording my dreams each night if I get up to go to the bathroom, or in the morning for those last one or two you can recall as you slowly awaken. I keep a notebook, pen, and penlight on my nightstand, and record the next morning’s date before I go to sleep. That is a “physical” message to my brain to try and remember the dreams.

BP FOR ARRESTED FRIEND

Alexandria writes: My friend almost got arrested for no reason, so I said a Benevolent prayer: “I ask any and all beings that my friend does not get arrested, and that the police listens to him and understands his situation, better than I expected n hope for, Thank You!” So my friend called back, and said that the cops were so nice and understanding. They didn’t arrest him because they found no reason to!! Thank you Angels.

MBO FOR NEW COAT

Jackie writes: I requested an MBO to buy a new winter coat that would look nice, fit, and be within my budget. I went to the store and found a coat I really like, for only $40! Now I look more professional and have a coat with a working zipper.

MBO FOR PLAYOFF TICKETS

Jackie writes: My mom said an MBO for a way to go to the Packer’s playoff game. A few days before the game she won two tickets for the game, in the MVP section which gave them easy access to food and drinks (also free) and warmth, which was important with the bitter wind chills. This was easily worth $1000 and an awesome experience!

MBO FOR FRIEND

Lee writes: Tonight I told a friend about MBO’s and your blog. She is having trouble getting employment. I helped her compose an MBO to say and we talked about quieting the negative thoughts after you say an MBO. I went on Facebook and the perfect quote came up about instead of sitting and waiting for things to happen to you to stand up and make them happen. Of course I shared this with her and said the universe responded and to expect great things! Thank you, Tom, for showing us how to stand up and make things happen! Will let you know when she finds the perfect job.

BP FOR FATHER’S TRIP

Yvette writes: I said a Benevolent Prayer for my Dad for his plane trip last night from the Gold Coast to Sydney, then Sydney to Melbourne. He had a very smooth trip and got a seat with plenty of leg room and not many other customers. He said he had a great trip!

It’s always nice to say Benevolent Prayers for other people as the stories above show. I know they work from firsthand experience.

QUESTIONS ABOUT REQUESTING MBOS

Elisabeth writes: I have bought and read your books Gentle Way 1 and 2, and am looking forward to reading the third in the series, soon. I have a question which I don’t recall seeing in the books, or in the MBO blog since I began reading it. (If this question is already answered in a past blog, you don’t have to address this – I’m also reading the MBO blog archives and will get to it eventually!   (Ditto if it’s in Gentle Way 3.)

Anyway, my question relates to canceling, correcting or re-starting an MBO (assuming the outcome has not yet occurred.) For example, if –

1 – I have requested an MBO for something that I no longer wish or need to have happen. Either things already came to pass in some other way, or I no longer need the MBO due to a changed circumstance.
2 – I have requested an MBO, but realize the verbiage I used was not the best, or was unclear. I wish to correct it, either right away after saying the original MBO, or a bit later.
3 – I have started to request an MBO, but became distracted or interrupted (i.e., driving, household crisis, daydreaming!) and never finished the usual verbiage. I wish to “erase” the MBO fragment and start over – think “Ctrl-Alt-Del” as in restarting your computer.

I guess I could always wing it and say something like “Cancel MBO” or “Do-Over” or the like. However, this might be similar to saying MBOs and BPs, where specific language is preferable. Do you have any suggested wordings for the above three scenarios? Thanks for your interesting and helpful writings!

Remember, when you request a MBO, you put it in the “hands” of your Guardian Angel (or whomever you believe takes the request) and your GA decides if it is in your best short term or long term interests. So if it is not needed, they KNOW!

If you wish to change the MBO request because you did not like it or were distracted, then just change it! This happens quite often to my wife and me. We just start over and request what we want to request. I just say, “Let’s start over…” Something to that effect.

MBO FOR DEPRESSION RELIEF

Christa writes: The reason I’m writing is to relate an amazing MBO story. I’ve been using MBOs for three years now, and with varying degrees of ….well, let’s say ‘satisfaction’, because I do believe they’re always ‘successful’! I asked for pretty big things throughout the years and became frustrated mainly because my angel’s timing is slower than mine. A common problem, I understand. I’m saying this tongue in the cheek, because tonight I discovered an application for MBOs that restored my complete faith in this simple, beautiful and elegant method. Also, it lifted me out of a long mental depression, and right now I feel my angel is standing here by my shoulder, edging me on to write this! My mind is still a bit incredulous – the relief is just amazing, and it was so simple…!!

Tonight I woke up after only 4 hours of sleep, feeling dreadful, as usual. Without elaboration, I can only say that depression is a monster. My angel is bigger though, because I kept feeling intuitive nudges to use EFT on myself in order to feel better. This is a simple but effective emotional healing technique that involves tapping on certain meridian points while using prescribed affirmations. I tapped and felt a bit of relief, but only when I gave in to an urge to tap MBOs ‘into’ the meridian points did something amazing happen. The cloak of darkness lifted instantly and completely! I’m also so aware of the angelic love and support!

I know there’s more work to be done, but for the first time in nearly a year I truly am seeing light. And my angel is with me, I’m not alone. I’ve already tapped in an MBO for wisdom, insight and knowledge to hit my tendency towards depression on the head firmly and forever. I believe it is already busy happening. Thank you for the work you do!

I might remind everyone here that depression may be caused by a lack of nutrients in your diet. Google “Vitamins for depression” and you’ll see vitamins and even books on the subject.

MBO FOR NEW APPRENTICE

Julia writes: After my apprentice got a part in the school play and was no longer able to help me, I asked for a MBO to have an even better apprentice. I found one within 24 hours, and she was wonderful to work with even on the first day. I love MBOs and use then All the time. So it’s had to remember them sometimes because there are so many each day.

MBO FOR DRIVE IN SNOW

Nancy writes: I say MBOs and Benevolent Prayers all the time.   A friend expanded my view of them with her ability to incorporate everyone into an MBO, as in this example: I ask any and all beings for a Most Benevolent Outcome for traveling safely and easily on the roads today, and may everyone travel safely and easily on the roads today, and may it all work out better for everyone than can be possibly expected or anticipated.   Thank-you!

I have walked across the street to teach at a school for 10 years, and since I got laid off I am teaching at Early Start, a version of Head Start for younger children, downtown.   I was driving, and I said the above MBO as I took Tim to work and then planned to return home before I needed to go to my job.   It had been snowing, and the roads were slushy and not in bad shape, but not great either.   As I took the exit into town, going from one 3 lane highway to another 3 lane highway, I lost control of the car and began to slide.   I turned the wheel this way and that trying to gain some traction, but then remembered to turn the way the car was going.   So I did, and ended my spin by facing oncoming rush hour traffic.

Unbelievably, all three lanes had slowed down and STOPPED for me-with not a police car in sight!   I got myself turned around correctly, and then finished driving Tim to work.   He was upset with me for going too fast, which I had been, given the conditions of the roads.   I was mad at me too, as well as upset and scared!

Afterwards, I remembered that it has been 10 years since I had to deal with rush hour traffic in snowy weather. I also remembered that I had said that particular MBO.   Talk about a Most Benevolent Outcome!   When I talked to Tim about it later, and he realized that I was way out of practice in driving in the northeast in wintry weather too. Then I reminded him about my MBO, and how it included everyone. And really, what were the odds of all 3 lanes of morning traffic being aware enough to all stop for me without anyone else getting hurt?   I don’t think they were good!

So I thanked my Guardian Angel May all day long for that amazing second chance that that MBO gave me. You can be sure I have been WAY more careful since then!   This MBO saved my life, my husband’s life, and probably many other driver’s lives too.   I am infinitely grateful to you for teaching me about them!   It has also caused Tim to take MBOs seriously.

MBO FOR UNWANTED PEOPLE

IPS in Bombay India writes: I have been using MBO Prayers to avoid unwanted people in my life and make them stay away for 3-4 months. Some of my old contacts used to regularly, almost daily, came to my office and it was like time and energy and money wasting for me.

I wasn’t able to tell them straight to their face, “Don’t come here.”

So I started using MBOs.

Dear Archangel Michael and Dear my GAs…I request a MBO that “person’s name” is very, very busy in his own life and I am very, very busy in my own life for our all highest good with love and light. Thank You. And may it be even better than I hope for or expect. And it’s Done. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Love and Light, Love and Light, Love and Light.

I said this once of twice a week…and started observing. Since then they have slowly stopped visiting me or calling me. Like once in two months now.

So my time energy and money is saved…from this kind of unwanted people and make them stay away from myself and my life.

MBO FOR EASY TRANSITION

Chrissy in Brisbane writes: I have an MBO for you to add to your files, although it is a sad one.

My son-in-law’s uncle died the weekend before Christmas Day from pancreatic cancer. I have been saying MBOs for him for quite some time and as the year went on, I began asking that he be able to transition in his own time and without too much pain.

He took himself off to hospital on the Friday and he rang my son-in-law and told him and said not to rush in – he had been to hospital several times over the last few weeks. By the time my son-in-law got into the hospital on the Saturday morning, his uncle was already in a coma. They were only administering his normal level of morphine and by Sunday morning, he had crossed over.

As sad as it is for the family and friends, I thank the Angels for allowing him to transition in his own time and with minimal pain – I hope. I can imagine that when he went into the coma and was maybe between there and here, he would have seen how wonderful it is on the other side and decided that there was better than here!!

Thank you Angels.

MBO FOR PRINTER TO WORK

Sandy writes: I requested that the printer I got worked with Linux (not a given with that OS) and it did, beautifully after a cleaning of the print heads.

Jackie writes: We went out whale watching and asked for an MBO to have them appear. They did and sang a wonderful song!

MBO FOR APPENDICITIS

Yvette writes: MBO story. My husband was really ill one week before Christmas with severe stomach pains. We didn’t know what was wrong with him. He had an ultrasound and a CT and nothing was showing up. I eventually took him to our local emergency department on the Sunday before Christmas. The Doctors did blood tests but nothing was showing up.

The next day (Monday) – the surgeons were pretty certain that the pain was Appendicitis. They decided to operate on my husband that evening. I said an MBO: I ask any and all beings to help Simon have a Most Benevolent Outcome for his surgery today. May he have the best surgeons, doctors, and nurses looking after him and may the outcome be even better then he hopes for or expects. Thank You.

My husband’s surgery went really smoothly and was straightforward. The pain was coming from his Appendix. Nothing was coming up on the scans because his appendix was tucked up under his rib cage. He had great staff looking after him and the best thing was I got to take him home on Christmas Eve and had him home for Christmas. His recovery has been even better then I hoped for or expected. Thanks Tom.

RECITAL, CARIBBEAN VACATION MBOS

Marian writes from New Jersey: Been meaning to write you our family’s MBO experiences for a few months now. But first of all let me wish you and your family a very wonderful, abundant, and healthy 2014…in the most benevolent way! Even though I have all the Kryon books and have attended Lee Carroll’s workshops with my husband, I just started my subscription to The Sedona Journal of Emergence this past May. When I came upon your column I decided to try asking for a “little” MBO – for being on time to our granddaughter’s recital and to find a good parking spot.

To backtrack a little bit, her recital was at 2 pm about an hour and 15 minutes from where we live. Our oldest daughter told us to leave early because parking was always a problem. I told her no worries because my husband and I work only till 12 noon on Saturdays (He’s a veterinarian and I work with him and our son who is also a vet).

Well, it was one of those days that it got busy and of course we did not get done at noon. On the way there I told my husband about the MBO request to find a good parking spot and get there on time. After circling around a bit we found a spot right in front of the theatre and we got seated just before the recital began! Our daughter Lisa couldn’t believe it. My husband and I just looked at each other and smiled. After the recital I told our 11 year-old granddaughter about MBO’s and she asked me to write it down for her.

Now for the “bigger” MBO: Your June column had mentioned about asking for MBO’s for safe travel, smooth check-ins, etc. I had taken my June and July SJE issues to read at the airport and on the beach at our annual family Caribbean vacation. There were 13 of us traveling – my husband and myself, our oldest daughter and her husband and 3 girls ages 13, 11, and 3; our son and his wife and 7 month old baby girl, our 2 young adult daughters and a boyfriend.

Everything went very smoothly and it was by far the best vacation we’ve had in the nearly 30 years we’ve been going away. So, this is where it gets better…At check-out time we were running a bit late and the driver of the airport shuttle bus decided he couldn’t wait and left! The hotel concierge told us that there is another bus coming to pick up passengers but it’s not with the tour company that we were signed up with. He asked one of the employees to call the tour company but nobody was answering the phone. In the meantime the kids were getting nervous that we might miss our flight. My husband and I just silently said MBOs.

Our oldest daughter was getting very upset because we had less than an hour to get to the airport and check in and go through security. We finally got on the next bus and it was so amazing how everything just went so quickly and how everyone just literally guided us through. On the bus going to the airport the coordinator called to tell them to keep the desk open for us to check in. When we got to the airport, the airline employees checked us all in quickly and guided us all the way. Even people who were ahead of us told us to go ahead, knowing we were in a hurry. We literally just got settled in our seats when they closed the airplane door. It was one of those “whew” moments but my husband Larry and I just squeezed each other’s hands and said silent “Thank You’s”!

I’ve given one of your Gentle Way books to our daughter Lisa and now we all say MBO’s for anything and everything! Even our two older granddaughters now say MBOs as well as two of our clinic employees. MBO’s REALLY DO WORK!!! Even our son Lucas truly believes in it. When he went to Las Vegas in October for a bachelor party he asked for an MBO to win at the casino along with an MBO for a great weekend. And yes, he won $400 and had a great time!

MBO FOR PARKING SPACE AT WALMART

Teri writes: This happened to me earlier this week.

I work overnight and get off work at 7:30am. Before going home to sleep I often do errands first. On this particular morning I was very tired but wanted to purchase a heated mattress pad and a waterproof mattress pad. So I stopped at Walmart and simply could not find a close parking space (a close one since I was achy and very tired). Somewhere in my head I thought, “Just go home, you’re too tired.” But no, I said an MBO for a close parking space and at the next turn I found one. Long story short, WalMart had neither the heated nor the waterproof variety. Then I went home and went to bed. Next day I went to Target, where I knew I should have gone first place, and found both items.

At least Terri did not have to return to Walmart the next day! Always try to tune into those “whispers in your ear” from your guides.

MBOS FOR DRIVING TEST & PREGNANCY

Melissa emailed to ask me for MBOs for her driving test and pregnancy. I suggested:

“I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for calmly and safely completing my driver’s test exam, thank you!”

“I request a Most Benevolent Outcome to become pregnant according to my soul contract, thank you!”

Melissa writes: Happy New Year! I just wanted to thank you for the MBO for my driving test. I managed to pass on my next attempt and I was so happy. I am confident that the next MBO for a child will materialize soon. Thank you for all your help.

See how easy this is. You don’t really need to ask me, just request MBOs as I do. It works!!

MBO FOR NEW DOG

Laura writes: I had asked for a MBO for a free purebred Bichon Frise last week; at first the folks that had her couldn’t connect. I just released it and I said it would be God’s will if the dog was to come to me. On New Years day, the lady said she was coming to my house, with two Bichon dogs, a male and female! Now I’m asking for a MBO for the female because she has separation anxiety and cries. May you have a MB week.

Robbyn wrote on Facebook: How cool is this for a MBO (Most Benevolent Outcome) Tom? I received a mysterious email from someone in Rio de Janeiro who was looking for someone that I might have a connection with because I was the Chair for the River of Grass. Well, normally, I wouldn’t have known the person that they were looking for, let alone have her phone number, but because I sat in the ARM office so many times making phone calls to past supporters, I did have this persons phone number because she when she returned my call, she called me on my cell!

So, I called her and she knew exactly whom I was talking about, it turns out that they were pen pals 40 years ago!! It’s just further proof that you never know who you will touch in the world with every movement you make. And who knows, maybe if nothing else, I was supposed to make this connection for these old friends who had lost touch. You all see me talk a lot about MBO’s and BP’s (Benevolent Prayers)…and the more I am aware in my own life of the little things that happen, I see these MBO’s everywhere. Here’s the book that I have sitting on my nightstand and refer to it repeatedly.

Gautam writes: My designer wanted to charge more for the job he quoted midway and was not ready to budge, I asked for an MBO to resolve the issue; within a minute our intermediate solved the issue and he completed the job at the same price.

Rick writes: My disability w/Social Security is under review…standard after a certain length of time. I wrote out on an index card (which is in my peripheral vision as I type) a MBO for improved financial stability and the continuation of my benefits.

I know when I’ve rented cars they always talk about normal road damage as not being on the list of having to pay for repairs, so I must assume that was the case here. When you request a MBO it most be benevolent for everyone affected by the request, so that’s another point to consider.
