MBOS FOR HOME AND MONEY
I’ll call her “Jane” writes: I have a “praise”. I have been doing MBO’s for various things for a while. Some require specific timing, so for example my MBO for my next place to live hasn’t shown up yet. I understand. I have been doing MBO’s for $, and yesterday, I received a $100 tip! On top of which, she was my FIRST client at the metaphysical store I began doing readings at yesterday! What a surprise. I did a combo of Reiki and channeling for this client, which I feel is confirmation again of my healing and Akashic Records channeling, not one or the other. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Tom and your guidance system. I look forward to more “winning”.
BPS FOR OTHERS PERSONALLY BENEFICIAL
CR writes: Thanks for all you do, I am truly grateful. I’ve found that when I ask for Benevolent Prayers on behalf of others, I feel stronger benevolence within me.
I ask for BPs, especially when I’m driving, on behalf of pedestrians or all of us sitting at a traffic light. I feel calmer. I ask BPS for drivers who make me mad! That results in further calm and smiles at how I just said a prayer for someone whom I don’t like!
I hear of a disaster and I ask for BPs. I ask for my co-workers and our clients and the list goes on. Focusing on others is, for me, a stronger prayer.
I do ask for MBOs; wouldn’t be without ’em!
MBOS AND BPS EVERY DAY
Joanna writes from Abu Dhabi: I am saying MBOs and Living Prayers every day, Living Prayer twice or trice a day and I can feel how much difference it makes in my life. Taxis appear literally from nowhere (which in Abu Dhabi is a miracle); I have benevolent results on a day-to-day basis and have so much faith in good things coming to me.
I use the Living Prayer each morning and ask all and any being to wake up my daughter at a specific hour. I often ask fairies and unicorns for extra help. It is amazing how precisely they wake her up. She is 6 years old so waking up at 6am might be a struggle, but not since I started asking beings for help. I strongly recommend all the mums out there to say this prayer plus ask for a fun and playful morning AND to get to the school bus on time, it WORKS!
I have been requesting MBOs for my evenings after work to be long for me to have time to comfortably meditate and do distant healings on others. Since then my evenings are just so organized and I comfortably find time to meditate each evening! I feel at ease.
This summer we need to move to another apartment which will be provided by my husband’s company. We are helping them to find a suitable flat for us. I am requesting MBOs each day for a perfect place for us. I will keep you posted about the results.
I also would like to make a change in my career moving to spiritual field and have no idea how to do it. I request an MBO for a perfect job for me and will let you know once I see changes.
I love Living Prayers for my Karmic debts. I love Living Prayers for others, I don’t feel helpless anymore. Thank you Tom for all your work! God bless you with all GOOD THINGS!
In my second book I changed Living Prayers to Benevolent Prayers and made it easier for everyone to say. You just say, “I ask any and all beings…..thank you!” BP’s are what you ask for other people.
MBO FOR KINDLE & NO RAIN ON BIRTHDAY
Lee writes: Tom, I have two birthday MBO stories for you! First, my Kindle broke and I was able to get it repaired for a reasonable price but it didn’t last long when the battery overheated and the Kindle no longer worked. I ordered a new one on April 30, which included MBO’s for the best price, and not only got a great deal but a free case! Only problem was the Kindle was on back order and wouldn’t be available until May 20. I said an MBO that it would arrive by my birthday on May 14. Just got an email that my Kindle shipped and will arrive on May 14!
My second MBO involves weather. I always say an MBO ahead of time for nice weather for my birthday and this year was no exception. The weather reports were calling for heavy thunderstorms every night this week with an early start to rainy season. I really don’t mind the rain as we can use it but would have liked a sunny day for my birthday. This morning while watching the weather report for the week they said rain every day except Thursday, which is my birthday! So, two great MBO’s and a nice happy birthday to me! Now to say an MBO for calorie-free cake! Lol.
Thank you Tom for introducing me to MBO’s and no matter how big or small, they make life a better place.

MBOS—ACCEPTING THE RESULTS
Alice writes: Tom, I had an insight this morning. It’s one of those things that on the surface sounds so obvious. I saw that there are two sides to the MBO process, asking for what you want and accepting what you get. I wondered if you’ve considered writing more about the acceptance piece of the equation.
That’s a good observation. I’ve said many times that MBOs WORK PERFECTLY, even when they don’t appear to at the time.
As an example, let’s say that you request an MBO to get a particular job, but you don’t. You’re ready to throw the towel in on these requests, when six months later you’re offered an even better job with great people to work with and at a higher salary. You just should request an MBO for the PERFECT JOB FOR YOU!
Or you request an MBO to buy a certain house in what you think would be a perfect place to live. That happened to my wife and me. We put a contract on a specific house and I requested an MBO, knowing if it was not the PERFECT HOUSE FOR US, the contract would not go through for some reason. And that’s exactly what happened. We offered about 10% below the asking price and someone else immediately offered the full price. After that I requested an MBO for the perfect house for us and my wife found it the next day! Normally that doesn’t happen that fast, but we had been looking at houses for a while and I had been requesting MBOs on each one.
If you request an MBO for the PERFECT MATE, the wheels go into motion, but this could take several months or a year or more. You might need to have another relationship before you’re ready for the perfect one. The perfect person for you might be in a relationship and that has to end before yours can begin.
MBOs keep you on your soul path or “contract” as my Guardian Angel (GA) Theo calls it. This is the path YOU CHOSE before this life for the highest learning, challenges and successes. So accept the results of your MBOs and know that something better is on the way for you. We can’t see around the next bend in the road, but our GA’s can.
MBOS FOR GOOD CAR & COFFEEE POT
Beth writes: Thanks so much for sharing so much greatness!! Reading your newsletter each week helps me feel closer to our amazing universe and all of the Gentle Way supporters. I just wanted to report two really great MBO’s. I was in desperate need of a dependable vehicle and a new coffee pot. I requested MBO’s for both. Money has been tight.
I currently drive 150 miles round trip each day to work and my poor explorer was having some serious mechanical issues. Made an apt with my mechanic for Monday as it started to die out every so often when I came to a rough stop, (bad news when driving in Chicago each day). My mechanic got me in quickly, patched her up but let me know it was no longer safe to drive that far each day. He is a very nice guy and also let me know that a family member had a 2004 Ford Escape in great shape for only $2,000.00…a great deal, and thankfully, I could afford just that amount. By Wednesday last week, I had bought the 2004 Ford Escape and it is now sitting in my driveway. I am so very grateful..
I also needed a new coffee pot, said an MBO for a great $$$ deal. In the mailbox the same week received a certificate for a gift for my 20th year anniversary from my previous employer. In the catalog of available choices was a very nice coffee maker. Of course, I selected the coffee pot and it also arrived this week…YAHOO!!

MBO TO FIND LOST KEYS
Anne-Marie writes: Lost my keys and couldn’t find them for about 24 hours. I said MBO’s and asked for some BPs. The keys were found almost immediately after J.p.[on Facebook] suggested that I relax and say the MBO again. A friend called and told me they were in a blanket. I found them on the floor between my bed and the wall. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

MBOS FOR DREAMS
Last night I had a dream on being on a plane that was coming in for a landing and for some reason it could not land and then went into a tunnel. I expected to hear the wings being ripped off and so I said (still in the dream), “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome!” Theo (my GA) has told me that when we return to our bodies from dreaming many times it’s converted to being on a plane traveling back.
But that reminded me that if you have a disturbing dream that you recall, you can request a MBO that if the dream pertains to anything in your waking life it will be a benevolent outcome even better than you can hope for or expect. Many dreams are precognitive, so this is good practice for setting up your future to be less stressful if you do have a challenge coming in your life. As Theo says, challenges can be like brick walls in your path, or by requesting MBOs you can turn them into large speed bumps. Give it a try the next time you have a disturbing dream.
MBO FOR RAIN
Lee writes: The area I live in has been in a rain deficit with rain to the north of us and rain to the south and relatively dry in the middle. Last night, once again, the weather map was showing very little rain in our area for the overnight. Before I went to bed I said an MBO for good, beneficial rain in our area. I woke up this morning to almost an inch of rain in the rain gauge and when the news showed the rain amounts for a three county area we had the most accumulation. I thank you, my grass thanks you, my flowers thank you and the aquifers thank you!
MBO FOR INCOME
I’ll call her Jane in Oregon writes: I look forward to reading the newsletters and to forward them to my friends. I say MBO’s daily for traveling, safety, parking places and safety from other people’s emotions.
I sometimes get worried about my future income and I think some of it comes from my neighbor’s worries that I can feel (especially if the feelings come out of the blue). I could not sleep and said multiple MBO’s and MB prayers so I would be protected from living on the street as I get older. This made me feel better and I slept and forgot about it all. The very next morning I was at my friend’s (she is 97) home and she told me there was an envelope for me from her daughter. Inside was full of $20’s adding up to hundreds of dollars! She was appreciative for my helping her mother! I told my friend about the trouble I had sleeping because of money problems and I started to tear up. I immediately thought of you and your MBO’s.
MBO FOR PRODUCTIVE WORKDAY
Andre’ writes: This morning I briefly formulated an MBO for a productive work day and if possible a new PC to install. I sometimes get to do such tasks for colleagues.
Yet when I was done with two meetings after lunch this beauty (a new computer) was waiting on my desk! And it isn’t for a colleague, but ALL MINE!!!
I won’t comment on the types of machines involved (my old HP vs. a new Dell), but they hold syncs as well.
MBO FOR MONEY
Raymond in Arlington Texas writes: Thanks for your blog. I look forward to each new issue and I have enjoyed reading the old ones. I am not sure if this will qualify for an MBO entry, but I will share the only experience I can reply that is similarly related.
Several years ago I bought my first house. I was trying really hard to do everything right and stay within my budget in spite of all the new expenses of setting up a new home. Deposits, curtains, cupboard full of groceries, bushes and flowers for the yard etc.
I had a budget and a savings program that I was proud to have not deviated from. But one month, I had more month than money. I had about 4 days left in the month, but I had 20 dollars in my wallet and half a tank of gas. You know you are talking to a man who is budget minded when he includes the gas in his car as an asset. I had plenty of money in my savings account, I just did not want to dip into it because I had not done that for 2 or 3 years.
I went to bed at night for 2 or 3 nights and prayed for others and good health. And at the end I asked God for a little more money to help carry me through the month, or at least circumstances to help me out. I told him if a plane flew over my house and dropped a bag full of cash that would be okay with me……..lol.
The next day, I had to eat breakfast at Burger King because of circumstances. I cringed having to break that twenty dollar bill. I was walking through the parking lot and I thought I was lucky because I saw a dollar bill on the ground. It was in the middle of the parking lot and in full view of everyone. I reached down to pick it up and noticed it was folded over. I unfolded it and thought I was lucky because I saw a zero and realized it was a ten dollar bill. I realized it was folded twice, continued to unfold it and saw it was a hundred dollars ! Yeah, me!
I was grinning like the Cheshire cat. A hundred dollars is a lot of money. I looked around and did not see anyone else in the parking lot. I went inside BK and ordered my breakfast. I told myself that if I saw anyone run inside and look anxious I would ask about the money and potentially return it.. But I did not see anyone, so I kept the money. My breakfast tasted much better after that and everything ended well.
Fast forward about four years. I went to the drive thru of a bank to use the ATM machine on a Saturday morning. They had a concrete pole in front of the machine so you don’t hit the machine. This is a common site. What was uncommon is that the wind was blowing about 60 mph that morning. I had to lean my entire body out of the car to use the machine. The pole put extra distance between us. It was quite a physical feat to use this machine. The machine finally dispensed the money and when I grabbed it (5x $20), the wind gusted and blew the money out of my hand–all of it–all one hundred dollars.
I sat there for a couple of seconds, stunned at what happened and watched it blow across the vacant parking lot. I was stunned at how far and how fast it was getting away from me. Dollar bills travel fast and far in a wind storm. I was impressed with Mother Nature that morning. The money was blowing in 5 different directions. I pulled away from the ATM machine and began to strategize how I was going to recover my lost personal fortune.
All of a sudden a minivan pulled over like it was driven by a woman who just discovered coupons, Black Friday Discounts and had recently graduated from a NASCAR certified driving course. She pulled that minivan off the main road and handled it well enough to make any F1 driver proud. A door swung open and her 2 minions ran out like the house was on fire.
I saw a girl of about 10 and her little brother was about 6 or 7. The girl scooped up 3 of my Ben Franklins and the little brother got the remaining two. They ran back to the van with the money held high in their hands like it was a trophy, like they were holding a large mouth bass at a fishing tournament. They could not have been more proud. You would have been impressed to have seen how fast they negotiated the course. These kids were not raised on computer games. They were athletes. I had a brief glimpse at Mom and she was smiling and laughing. The door slammed shut and they returned to their daily lives–a bit happier and richer at my expense.
But I honestly did not mind. It was funny to watch those kids run across the parking lot with their new found wealth. The joy on their faces was worth every penny.
Then I thought about the hundred I found a few years earlier. I decided it was a break even situation and figured the money I found earlier was a loan and not a gift. I concluded that the money I found was supposed to end up in those kids’ hands after all. Maybe it was God’s way of paying it forward that is so popular today–for the Most Benevolent Outcome!
MBO FOR NEW GLASSES
Lee writes: Went to get new glasses and sunglasses yesterday. I said an MBO for the perfect pair and at a price far better than I could hope for or expect and also for a nice experience while I was there. The two pairs of glasses, with several upgrades, cost only a little more than the one pair I got last year and I had such a wonderful time with the two technicians! We talked about essential oils, herbs, natural cleaning options, natural remedies, MBO’s, and recipes. Never had so much fun buying glasses!

MBO FOR NEWSLETTER PROBLEM
I started on the first screen of my newsletter program this past Thursday and immediately had error notices I had never seen before. My son was not going to be available until late afternoon, so I immediately requested a Most Benevolent Outcome (MBO) to be able to send the newsletter out.
Later that afternoon I tried it again and it worked perfectly! The newsletter did not go out until the next morning, but I kept my calm and did not fret over it. I just released, knowing it would be fixed!
BENEVOLENT PRAYER FOR LOST WALLET
Lee writes: My friends’ daughter lost her wallet with her license, money, credit cards and Social Security card inside. She contacted all the proper agencies to get everything replaced and put a stop on her credit cards. I said an MBO for her to find her wallet with everything intact and today she found it in the pocket of a jacket she had worn earlier in the week.
That’s known as a Benevolent Prayer (BP) when you ask for a benevolent outcome for someone else.
MBO FOR VISIT BY DAUGHTER
Eleanore writes from Florida: Eleanore writes from Florida: One day this month (April), I was missing my Daughter who lives in NJ and MBO’d for her to come down and visit some time. That doesn’t happen often because she travels, often abroad, for her job.
THE VERY NEXT DAY!!!! I got an early Mother’s Day card in the mail saying she was surprising me with a visit from the Thursday before and the Monday after Mother’s Day. I almost fainted. Wow, just plain, WOW!!!!
MBO FOR MOVING AND STORAGE
Ann writes from Hawaii: Aloha Tom, still “going through” stuff. I said MBO’s for pricing for storage and a mover, and I got crazy good prices for both within my limited budget at this time. I’m very grateful.
MBO FOR LOST KEYS IN SNOW
Stephanie writes: I lost my car key while running in the park. I went up and down the trail again and again and couldn’t find it. I alerted the park manager about it and said a benevolent prayer that my key be found. But I actually never expected to ever see it again. A couple days later I got a call from the park office saying they found my key while plowing snow on the trail!!
MBO FOR GREAT PRICE ON CAR
Katherine writes: It was time for me to buy a new car. I asked the angels for the Most Benevolent Outcome !!!…Requesting sales people of integrity, a good deal, and making it a fun event rather than stressful. I wanted to end up with the perfect car for me. I purchased a Prius realizing my new work will give me more traveling opportunities. The interesting thing was at the first car dealership, we thought it was the best deal yet. We went on to another Toyota dealer, just because I didn’t want to buy the first car I looked at, and the deal was even sweeter! I so love and appreciate the angelic help!

MBO FOR GOOD EXPERIENCE
Janet writes: Hello dear Tom – life just keeps on getting better, doesn’t it?
A few weeks ago I was meeting two of my friends to spend the afternoon at our beautiful museum. Before I left, as per usual, I asked for an MBO to have a good experience, good connections, to be safe, etc.
As our time in the museum was winding to a close, one of my friends invited us to have a meal with her, and we accepted. She drove us to her home. As I was getting out of the car, for some reason entirely unknown to me, I had placed my right foot pointing sideways to the right, so that it was on the road. There wasn’t enough room between the car and the curb to have it pointing straight ahead. When I placed my left foot on the sidewalk, I (probably quite naturally) lost my balance and found that I was falling to the pavement beside the car, to the horror of my friends.
I had the definite feeling that my descent was happening in slow motion. I slightly scraped my right knee on the sidewalk, but landed, head up, with a 3 point landing on my left hand – thumb and first two fingers next to the thumb. There was a very slight roughness of the skin on my thumb, but no blood anywhere, and no aches following the incident. The friend who was closest to me as I was falling said she thought I was floating to the ground.
I can only explain this in terms of the angels holding onto me and breaking my fall. What do you think? Thanks Tom, for introducing me to this form of accessing my angels!
For your GA to slow your fall is well within their capabilities—which I might add are far beyond our imagination. Your soul contract was not to sustain an injury while reminding you of the constant assistance your GA provides.
MBO TO FIND NOTEBOOK, KEYS
Connie writes: Tom, since discovering the effectiveness of the MBOs, I react differently to small and large crises, since I know that I will get a response if I say an MBO, so I calm down. As an example, due to an error in upgrading Microsoft one note to the latest version, a critical notebook was lost in the shuffle. After spending hours on trying to find it, I realized that I needed to say an MBO, which reassured me. The next day, I was given some inner guidance to pull it up from a hidden files area, and all was saved.
BTW, I wrote to you before about some missing keys to the back door to our house that is being sold, and how my sister had a set to our former residence. When sis came down to visit, she brought her set with her, but the right key was not on the key chain, as I had hoped. However, a few weeks later, when I looked in the normal spot for keys in our new house, a set turned up that fit the back door to the old house. My husband swears that those keys were not there when he tried to find them before, so thanks once again, MBOs. This was a twice-delayed MBO, so the moral of my story is to never give up!
MBOS FOR ASKING PRICE ON CRAIGSLIST
Rick writes: I put a couple of items up for sale on Craigslist. I said MBOs that I would sell them for the price that I am asking. I had takers but they all wanted to haggle. One item, the guy kept going on about bringing me down from my ask price to the point he even asked to trade items. That fell apart but immediately another guy came in and gave me the asking price.
I had one guy interested in one item but never showed up because he lived too far away. As soon as that deal ended I received an e-mail late that night from someone who was interested. He came by the next day and picked up the item. I’ve sold three items at exactly the price I asked.
Lesson: When you put something on Craigslist…know what you want to sell the item for, then list it far above that price. Let the hagglers think they are winning the deal!
BP FOR 5TH FOCUS AND PEACE
Eileen writes: Tom, is there an MBO you can suggest to help us create the change to the 5th consciousness and gentle release of the old energies sooner, to end wars and starvation, etc.? Thank you.
There are many Benevolent Prayers that could be said. Here’s one to say out loud for today: “I ask any and all beings to assist us in assimilating the benevolent feminine energies to help bring peace to the world, thank you!”

Dena writes: I was trying to find a book I wished to share with our daughter—Invest in Your Debt. I looked everywhere and then requested an MBO to find it. The next day, there it was, lying on the floor of my office!

MBOS FOR COP STOP & BUSINESS
Nancy writes: I have a few MBO stories to share. I was stopped by a cop two blocks from my home one night as I was coming home from work. I couldn’t think of any reason why I should have been stopped, so I asked him why he stopped me. He replied that I had a brake light out. So he took all of my info and returned to his patrol car. I was NOT happy, and then I remembered to say an MBO. He was gone a really really long time. Then he came back and returned my info and said to just get it fixed. No ticket! I was so happy! MBOs to the rescue again!
Another thing I have been doing is for the store where I work. As a result of upheavals and a lack of leadership, until Oct. 2014, the store typically didn’t meet its daily financial goals. So I started saying MBOs for us to meet or exceed our financial goals, and we are doing SO much better! However, we don’t do as well when I forget to say them. Just goes to show you how wonderful they can be! I’ve been sharing the info on how to do them at work, and a few other people have started doing them too, which has got to help.
I also said an MBO for my friend Maria, who just had breast cancer surgery yesterday. The initial report was that it had not spread to her lymph nodes, although we’ll know more in 2 weeks. I posted a request for others to say MBOs for her on your Facebook page, and some people did that. I want to thank everyone who helped her with their with their MBOs!!!

MBO FOR EMERGENCY ROOM VISIT
Pamela writes: I ended up in the emergency room with pain beyond belief. I was told that I had grapefruit size masses on my ovaries and the right one had twisted and turned. They were sure it was cancer. I kept telling them I didn’t have cancer. The hospital in Cottonwood messed up every chance they got. They were transferring patient’s out of there for everything. At 1 or 1:30 pm they found the doctor for me but it took them until 10:30pm for an ambulance to take me to Glendale. I right away said MBO’s for the right doctor, right hospital and nurses and everyone involved to be the very best and that it wasn’t cancer and I would heal far better and faster than anyone could ever expect. All of my prayers were answered. While I was in Arrowhead Hospital in Glendale, AZ when I would close my eyes I would see a long twisting wire with many different colored lights on it and they were all blinking. Was this my guardian angels working on my body? I found it fascinating and felt my angels were helping me.
I talked to one of the nurses about MBO’s when I was leaving and told him to ask for what he wanted. There was a chance he might have to leave and he didn’t want to. I helped him with the wording and blessed him as I left. I have since said a BP for him.
It sounds as if Pamela’s GA was working on her DNA strand.
MBO FOR CAT RESCUE
Angelika in Midland, Ontario writes: Here is a great successful MBO that happened today. My daughter is having some renovations done to her bathroom this week, she has 3 cats and the 2 males were locked in the basement to be away from the noise, when one of the contractors had to go down into the basement to shut off the water one of the cats got out and from fear either ran outside because the door was open or up the stairs to where the renovating bathroom is and beside it the master bedroom.
My daughter was upset the construction worker let the cat out of the basement and was in search of said cat inside the house and in the neighborhood. 24 hrs went by and still no cat, my daughter was extremely upset and did not sleep during the night last night. This morning I called a pet communicator I use and she helped to reassure us that the cat is still alive and very frightened and stuck in a small space where it is very dark. Throughout the day many people searched for the lost kitty.
My daughter said she heard him meowing but wasn’t very sure because under extreme duress one can “imagine” anything. So after 30 hours missing and my final search for the day, at about 5pm I was leaving my daughters house returning to my own home, I requested with a lot of emotion an MBO for the cat Sampson to be found TONIGHT! and that he is safe and that he cries out to be heard so he can be found easily and there will be great results better than expected for his safe return.
When my daughter came home after work shortly after I left she swears she heard his special meow in the bathroom because her and her husband were in the bathroom to see what the workers accomplished today. The cat’s brother kept meowing at the bathtub and new floor laid earlier today and it was evident that the cat was under the floor. My daughter called the contractor and said an MBO that he will come over to help free the cat, which he did surprisingly considering it’s evening and a long weekend.
Twenty minutes after the contractor unscrewed the newly laid floor he left and the cat finally came out, dirty, hungry and happy to be free and this was approximately 8pm this evening……YAYYY!!!
MBO’s have been part of my life for 6+ yrs, I say them often and all the time for anything from my car which is an oldie but a goodie in getting me where I need to go safely and without incident, along with good parking spots to compressions of time to keep an appointment on time, to good health etc.. I swear I even have dreams saying MBO’s. I share with anyone who wants to listen to the many opportunities to ask for help with life situations, as we need to ask for help. Requesting MBO’s are a fantastic way to ask for that help, and our G/A’s and guides are eager to provide it.

MBO FOR BANK CD
AuntMommie writes: So my MBO for this week was a teaching MBO for me. It basically spoke to me about my continuing desire to control everything….even with MBO’s. I have been a widow for over 10 years now. My husband bought a CD sometime before he died, and I have just let it sit for all those years. This month it matures…again.
In order to cash it in, there is a series of hoops that have to be jumped through. The bank needed a certified copy of his death certificate from the Department of Health, which I only had one uncertified photocopy left…so that meant I had to travel down the town where the hospital was that he passed away in, and it isn’t the nicest place, if you know what I mean. And, not the best place to travel alone, but I had no choice. The bank also needed a tax form that could only be printed out from the IRS website, but because of some computer glitch at work, I was unable to print out the form before I left work and had resigned myself that I would have to wait to take care of it with the bank on Monday, instead of today, since it was already Friday afternoon.
I printed out driving directions to get to and from my destination. I said an MBO to get from work to the building safely and find a place to park without getting lost in the maze of cluttered streets. I got to the building, which actually had its own parking lot, I went in, and got what I needed and was out of there, safely, within 15 minutes. It was a piece of cake!….and then came the ride home.
I was doing my best to follow my directions, but I got lost anyway, so it was not the smooth, quick ride home I had asked for and the geography kept getting denser and denser and I had a feeling I was getting further into the belly of the beast instead closer to home. I said a variety of MBO’s to find my way out, and even though I was still really frustrated, scared, and lost, I kept on driving, but not trusting my MBO because it wasn’t working like I wanted it to.
As it turned out, I ended up right by another one of my other work facilities that I knew my way home from; so I ran inside to my office, printed out my form and I still had time to get over to the bank before it closed. So, I figured that my frustrations of not being able to control my situation like I was requesting, was preventing me from seeing what my angel was seeing…and that was a solution to both my problems….getting the hell out of Dodge and getting the paperwork started for the CD. And now the Co-creation begins and I remind myself that I must, “Trust, Trust, Trust” that my angel has my back even if I’m not able to see it for myself.
MBO FOR DEAL ON AIR CONDITIONER
Sandy writes: I said an MBO to get a fantastic deal on the air conditioner I just purchased (to keep cool, medically required equipment) and it’s installation. The installer charged me just $20 for the install. He noted that it looked as if it was a refurbished model. It was badly packaged as well.
I let Amazon.com know that I got a refurb instead of the new air conditioner I purchased. It worked, but it was missing its remote. As Amazon doesn’t offer false deals, they partially refunded the purchase. I thanked them, then I thanked my MBO for letting it all work out so well.
MBO TO ADOPT KITTENS, PLUS 3 MORE!
Kate writes from Switzerland: 1. Kittens: I had done a general MBO yesterday and one specifically for weeks to find two kittens to adopt. A friend of mine was also interested, drove me to see a litter in a ski village high in the mountains after I had looked for weeks on the internet. I had placed an ad on radio classifieds and a friend of the family of the cats told them about me and they called!
The ride took about 90 minutes and was beautiful and thrilling but also, it was a scary road with hairpin turns. There was a really nice family giving the kittens away and they were some of the prettiest I had ever seen. We together chose two each, and they will be ready in May. The mother cat was very calm. Not only is the family giving them to us without asking for money, but a friend of theirs is delivering them to us by car, when they are old enough, so we won’t have to make the drive twice!
This is especially meaningful to me since I have been grieving a lot over the death of my former cat from diabetes just after the holidays; I had been trying to stabilize her and it was very up and down, a tough disease to heal and expensive to treat..
2. Guardian angel protection. This is a synchronicity story as well as an MBO and it has happened at least seven times since I moved to a Swiss city, big life change for me.
There is a security company here, for alarm systems and for security guards and it is called GPA, Guardian Protection Agency. The car is black with a bright yellow head of an eagle. It seemed that just after I had mentally or aloud, said an MBO one of these cars would show up, not just to be seen across a street, but literally nearly intersecting with me as I would walk cross a street, they would be making a turn!
The best one was when I was lost in thought, leaving a library and I nearly bumped into one of their security guards standing outside another building, tall with his arms crossed, typical pose! That made my day.
3. I had done an MBO for finances last week. A few minutes after I looked down and there were euro pennies spread across the sidewalk just to the left of me and I picked them up.
4. I teach art to young children and I was also a support person in a public school in Vermont for a first grade. One of the students I really clicked with there, since she was artistic—I had really been missing her a lot, as her Mom and I had had several conversations and I had been looking for their email and could not find it. Very shortly afterwards, (I do general MBO’s nearly everyday) I am greeting new kids for an art camp, and in walks a young girl who was nearly the spitting image and same age, of the student I had been thinking about. Not only that, she had the same personality and talent. Now how much chance is that?!
MBO FOR DRIVE HOME ON OAHU

Traffic going home got real crazy here on Oahu this past Tuesday. I’m told that it was the worst ever for this island.
Background story: Oahu has 3 interstate highways (can you believe it – they call it interstate) and it’s call H1, H2, and H3. The H1 runs east to west, the H2 & H3 runs north to south. The H1 is the most congestive of the 3 highways. It is so bad that the State has two zip mobiles that moves concrete barriers twice a day; in the wee morning hours, the concrete barrier is moved so there would be more traffic lanes to go east for the morning work traffic. In the mid-morning hours, the zip mobile moves the concrete barriers back, for more traffic lanes to go west for the evening
home traffic.
Well, apparently one of the two zip mobiles had been broken for a long while. Then they decided to take parts of the broken one to do a quick fix to the unbroken one. I guess the parts didn’t match up and once they installed the parts, the second one (which wasn’t really broken to begin with) actually broke. Meanwhile, the concrete
barrier for the morning traffic never got moved back so, that means there would be less lanes for the evening home traffic. The worst part is that our State never sent a warning message out and drivers had to find out from word of mouth from other people! Even the police officers didn’t know what was going on until much later.
My good friend called me Tuesday about 1:15 pm and warned me the concrete barriers had not been moved. Since she worked even farther from home, I told her to leave work now and go home. She didn’t leave until 2:45 pm. Anyway, what would have been an hour drive home for her ended up to be 7 hours!
Meanwhile, our boss found out (again through word of mouth) and officially gave us the go ahead to leave around 2 pm. It was like a disaster scene. Many people were tweeting-in with nothing but complaints about being in the same spot for more than 30 minutes. Every on-ramp to the H1 was jammed-packed. Every road was blocked on the island. It was like a sea of cars, for miles and miles. Once you got on the H1, it was crawling at 5 MPH. There were accidents all over the island; people driving on the grassy strip medians illegally; buses were stuck in traffic and people were waiting forever for their bus; people couldn’t even get out of the parking garage in downtown Honolulu! It was a hot mess.
That morning when I left for work I requested a MBO that there would a safety bubble around my car at all times and that I would have a smooth drive into work and a smooth and safe drive home.
I leave for work early so I wouldn’t have to deal with morning traffic but that morning as I was driving on the H1 to work, I felt an ominous feeling of too many cars around me – even though it was seemingly a normal traffic morning.
Considering the dire situation everyone was in for that drive home on Tuesday – what normally would take me 40 minutes to drive home, ended up to be one hour and 15 minutes. I believe my MBO request prepared my way home and made my journey safe and smooth as much as possible; for many people it took them 4 to 6 hours to arrive home, which is totally insane for such a small island.
PS – the State flew someone from the mainland to fix the zip mobiles – so it’s all good for now.

MBO FOR SICK PUPS
Cyd from Colorado writes: As a follow up to my previous MBO for my Foster Pups…. These two little Girls will be going to an adoption event today, hopefully to find their Fur-Ever homes! These two were so sick when they arrived in Colorado with their other 6 siblings about three weeks ago. Poor babies, two of them did not make it, and 4 are still ill and can’t even go for their first round of shots yet. They weigh about 4-5 lbs. still.
My girls however, through DAILY MBO’s, I can now say they are both at 100%, they weigh in at 8-8 1/2 lbs. I truly believe that were it not for learning about MBO’s through Tom, these pups would not have made it. I have finished reading all 3 books on MBO’s, to say the least, my list of MBO’s each morning has grown! I wish for a Most Benevolent Outcome for this world, may all Beings experience forever the feelings of love and Peace, may all beings enjoy the feelings of great health and true Compassion for each other. Thank you, and so it is! Thank you Angels and Tom Moore, for all your help in this world. Love & Light!

MBO TO FIND LOST GAS CAN
Ali writes: On my husband’s way home, he left the tail gate to his truck down accidentally and a 5 gallon gas can fell out of the back. We thought that someone would pick it up off the street pretty quick if they saw it laying there. When we left to run the next errand I said a BP to my GA Starfire, ” I request a most benevolent outcome to finding our gas can.” Literally 10 seconds later we saw the gas can on the corner of the busy intersection next to our house. It looked like someone had put it there for us to find. Thank you Tom for introducing me to The Gentle Way!
MBO FOR CAST IRON TEAPOT
Thia writes: Hello Tom, I have to tell you about an event that happened to me yesterday. I had previously ordered a special cast iron teapot for a friend’s birthday (I thought) in plenty of time. Yesterday morning I received an email from the company, saying that the teapot was on back order and was expected within the next 30 days. I was heartbroken and called the company’s customer service. I didn’t expect them to be able to do anything, but I thought I’d try anyway.
I said an MBO for the teapot to be delivered in plenty of time for my friend’s birthday. I spoke to a nice young man and told him my plight. He got my phone number and said he would look for the teapot at their various stores and call me back in a few hours to let me know if he found one. He called me back in 2 hours and said that the teapot was available in a store in my state and gave me the phone number. He said he would cancel my original order and I needed to call that number to order it. I called the number and was able to order the teapot, which will arrive in a couple of days! MBO’s WORK – YAY! Many blessings are sent to you, and thank you so much for teaching this to the world.
MBO FOR LOST HANDICAP PLACARD
Diane writes: I am reading The Gentleway III. Thank you for sharing such encouraging experiences. I have been using MBO’s for some years now, since first reading about them in your first book, or maybe it was The Sedona Journal of Emergence. Thank you.
Here is one of my latest ones. I have a client who is physically and mentally disabled. Recently when picking her up from her job I noticed that the handicapped placard for parking that I have in the car to use when she is with me was missing. When she came out I asked her if she had taken it with her the last time we had been together. She said no and started to get upset saying she had had it all these years and had never misplaced it and she didn’t want anyone who wasn’t handicapped to use it. It had been a stressful day for her at work and this was just one more thing. I tried to reason with her to let me look around for it before she worried and even pointed out that if someone did take it and were now using it and got caught they would be fined $500 and if it turned out there was a charge to replace it I would pay for it.
Nothing calmed her down, I said aloud a MBO to find the missing placard and searched the car again, only more thoroughly. It was not there and nothing would satisfy my client but that we drive to a place where they renewed License Plates to get a new one. I drove to the one she wanted to go to and before we went in said another MBO for things to go smoothly. We went in and took a number, #96 and they were waiting on #75. My heart sank as it looked like a long stressful wait. As we sat down I put my hand down on the seat and felt a piece of paper, I picked it up and it was #77. #77 was called within a minute of my finding the number and she was given a new placard at no charge and we were out of there within 10 minutes. And my client was in an elated mood as she had heard me saying the MBOs and saw how effective they were.
Thank you again for sharing the method, and the encouraging outcomes for people who use it. It has changed my life.
MBO FOR RIDE
Ann writes from Hawaii: An MBO that was ANSWERED: I am a psychic on Oahu and was offered my first opportunity to work a party for a company. I do not have a car. I did MBO’s for the ride out, which was 45 minutes away by car or four hours by four buses. My dear friends volunteered, and it turned out to be a blessing for them and me. Thank you Spirit!

MBO FOR GROCERY DISCOUNT
Cassidy in Connecticut writes: Every now and again, my local grocery store offers a “spend $100, save $20” coupon. I am rebuilding my life financially after my divorce so I wait until I see the coupon in my mail. It arrived and the expiration date was March 19th. So on March 19th, I went to the grocery store. I had $86 in cash in my wallet. Do you know how hard it is to get a little over $100 in groceries when you don’t know the exact price of anything? I was at the end of the store getting ready to checkout and I looked at my items. I counted them. 21. That comes out to a little under $5 an item. Hmmmm do I think I made it?
I said a quick MBO that I had $100 in groceries so I could use the coupon and save $20. I told the cashier that I was using the coupon so she kept an eye on the total in case I had to go grab one more thing to push me over. The total came to $100.25 so I paid $80.25. Amazing. Such a small thing but it meant so much. I say an MBO for my financial stability and fiscal recovery every day and now I’m saying it in earnest! Thank you for all you do.
MBO TO INSTALL WASHING MACHINE
AuntMommie writes: I have follow-up MBO story for the washer that my kids were so nice enough to offer to pay for, that my mother in law gave me $1,000 for….so here goes:
My new washer arrived yesterday. The weather was great. I did MBO’s all morning for things to go smoothly, that at least one of the kids were home when the machine arrived, and I did BP’s for the freight guys delivering it to be at the top of their game and in good humor. The washer arrived in a timely fashion, we were all home when it arrived, the delivery guys were really, nice, excellent strong men, and basically the delivery could not have gone any better. I gave them a $20 tip so they left in even better humor.
And then came the installation. I hadn’t thought that far with my MBO’s. Apparently, the washer was bigger than the door opening. Okay, so no big deal… we took off the doors in hopes of being able to push it through….but no go. My boys started talking about removing the moldings around the door and possibly having to make the door openings bigger (it had to go through 2 doors) and I’m not even going to tell you what the tape measure was saying cause it wasn’t good…so I just said, “STOP!” I think we all need to all to say an MBO to make this fit through the door without too much more effort because what you are talking about is crazy. And so we not only did an MBO together for it to fit through, I also said a BP for the wood to understand and to please be a little flexible for us….so they removed all the door hinges and took off 2 long strips of molding on either side of each door jamb and with some gentle persuasion, the machine just slid through both doors and the kids were flabbergasted. They all said how it seemed like the wood just sort of bowed enough for them to get the washer in, and the washer didn’t even get one scratch on it and neither did the door jamb!
MBO TO REPLACE DAMAGED PURSE
Cassondra writes: The other night, I ran a couple of errands. One of them was because the heavy leather strap on my favorite purse (less than 2 months old) had a gash that went nearly all the way through one of the heavy leather handles. I have no ideal how it got there. I went to the store where I had purchased it to see if it could be repair or if I could buy a replacement. I check to see if they still had the purse and found there were none on the shelf (disappointment). A clerk asked if she could help me and I explained the situation. She went in back and to see if they had any in storage. While she was gone I requested an MBO to repair or replace my purse. The clerk found the exact purse! I was so happy. Then, she told me she was the store manager and would swap it (no charge). Yeah!
MBO FOR BLINKING TURN LIGHT
Philip writes: Last Friday while driving home from work I was behind a car who’s left tail light was on for about 5 blocks so I requested an MBO for the car in front of me to notice that its’ signal light was on. As soon as I said thank you the car in front of me canceled the signal light. It may have been a coincidence but the timing was perfect.

EXPECTING GREAT THINGS
I have for several years been encouraging you to say the “EXPECT GREAT THINGS” MBO request each morning. You can print it out on my website at:
http://www.thegentlewaybook.com/signs.htm, along with other reminders. My Guardian Angel Theo says benevolent events you never thought to ask for can begin happening in as little as two weeks if you say this simple MBO each morning.
As an example, on Friday, quite out of the blue an old friend and client in my international film and TV program distribution business contacted me wanting to license 10 movies for a brand new satellite channel he’s starting. He also will tentatively license up to perhaps 50 movies a month. I would never have known to ask for an MBO for this to happen, as I was unaware of his plans.
MBO FOR WASHING MACHINE
AuntMommie writes: Here is my latest successful MBO:
My front end washer is 12 years old and has served my family well….until last week. I have a service contract on my washer, however, the gentleman who came to service it, said that it was pretty much a goner. And so, the search began….that was the easy part. I found the one that would service my family the best, I did all the consumer research and found that I had actually picked the best one for our needs….And as I was poking around on different websites comparing prices, I stumbled on one that had the washer I wanted for a price way below the prices offered by the major manufacturers….by almost $200.00…..SCORE!!!…and that was without MBO’s.
And then came the dilemma….where to get the money….and I needed over a thousand dollars, too. I really didn’t want to add it to my list of credit, but didn’t know what else to do. I said a bunch of MBO’s to find the money somehow to pay for it before the dirty clothes piled up and got too out of control. And then the most amazing thing happened. I have 3 adult children who live with me, all going to college, and all have part time jobs. They came to me and said they would be happy to pay for the washer; it was the least they could do because they say I do so much for them. It blew me away. But, I don’t know, there is something about taking money from my children that made me feel uncomfortable….although appreciated, still a little uncomfortable.
But in an effort to help them feel like they were contributing to the family, I got over myself and I accepted their generosity. I was so proud of them and the decision they made to help the family. I was telling my mother-in-law about what they had offered me and all the efforts they had made for our family and how far they have come in their lives…..really something to be proud of, and she got up and went into her purse and wrote me a check for a thousand dollars….so the boys only had to pony up for the $89.00 extra for the price of the machine and a tip for the guys who delivered it……It “pays” to do MBO’s!!!!!!!!!!!

MBO TO SLEEP WELL
Cassidy writes: Sometimes I don’t sleep that great despite being very tired. I have started requesting an MBO for my sleep and I sleep great each night now!
MBO FOR DRIVE ON TOLLWAY
Lee writes: I say MBO’s for so much that I don’t even think too much about them but this is one I say as part of my commute every day. I came up a ramp to a toll plaza where six lanes merge into two lanes after the tolls. Needless to say, it can be quite a harrowing experience with everyone jockeying for position. I always ask for an MBO for smooth sailing through this one area. Today this car was driving aggressively and I backed off a little to let him get ahead and on his way, which he pulled right in front of me and stayed there.
As we came up to the tolls I could see all these cars merging and trying to find their places. The car in front of me slowed down and was weaving a little as we approached the toll that you can just drive straight through. My thought was oh boy, now what, thinking there was a problem. Well, as we came through the plaza there was a big empty space that we just drove through and into lanes to go over the bridge, nice and smooth! The car pulled into the left lane and took off! I just chuckled and said thank you! Another MBO delivered as requested! Thank you.
MBO FOR CREDIT CHARGE
I’ll call her Gina writes: I am also long overdue in telling you my big MBO success story. A little over a year ago is when I first saw the interviews you did on GaiamTV and learned about MBOs. I subsequently ordered your books, but even before I got them I started trying out the MBOs. My husband and I live in a real fixer-upper of a house, so our first big MBO was for help in affording to renovate one of our rooms into a guest bedroom. A couple weeks later we went to one of our local building supply retailers and stocked up on items we’d need for renovating that bedroom. I know Spirit is great at manipulating electrical devices, and at the checkout register after the $500 charge for items made it through to my credit card company, the transaction “randomly” got totally deleted. We also had to hire an air conditioning repair service technician to fix the ac unit in our bedroom.
The store couldn’t charge my card again because the first charge was already on my card, so for a receipt they printed off a screen shot of the second ring up (which was cancelled since the first charge went through). Then the next day the charge disappeared from my credit card, never to return. I had very mixed feelings about this for a while – I felt uncomfortable getting so much for free and it’s not like we tried to steal it because we made honest efforts to pay for it! But several weeks later I looked up the profits for the big chain building supply store we had shopped at, and found an article posted the very same day as the day we shopped saying this retailer had made several billion dollars in profits the previous year.
After that I didn’t feel as bad about receiving the “gift”, I know MBO outcomes have to be benevolent for everyone involved, so I guess the angels decided this “gift” to us also wouldn’t hurt the retailer at all. Needless to say the angels made a swift and memorable impact on my husband and I as to the effectiveness of MBOs!
