Laura writes: A couple more stories for the MBO file:
I was in a bit of a pickle when the touch pad on the laptop suddenly stopped working. I resorted to the older computer which I’ve come to dread using because it is so slow and some keys stick… But anyway I managed to get online to order a mouse, because the simple fixes recommended by techies were not working. This was July 20, and I was told the mouse would not arrive until mid-August. That seemed an eternity to me. I suppose sending up an MBO for quick delivery was not totally necessary, not like my life depended on it. But I sent it out. Lo and behold it arrived on Monday, July 28 and worked like a charm. Finally I could uninstall what I blamed for the laptop freezing up on me.

MBOs FOR CHARGING CORD & POWER

Deb in Minnesota writes: I’ve got a couple of MBOs for you today.

Recently I lost the charging cord for my phone and was in a panic. After saying many MBOs and BPs, as well as looking in a lot of places, I finally got the idea to look under the desk in the bedroom. The cord was in a small see-through box under the desk. I was so happy to find it!

About the same time we had an unexpected power outage in the morning. Jim was using the computer when it suddenly turned off, along with the electricity. So I said a bunch of MBOs and BPs for the power to come back on even sooner than we could hope for or expect. The power came back on about two hours later, which is fantastic!

MBO FOR CAR EMISSIONS TEST

Richard writes: I got my 2 year license renewal letter, recently. I have an older car. Of course there is an emissions test. I used higher octane gas, and of course asked for MBOs on this. I showed up, the staff were really cheerful- a joy to deal with. They had it done in 10 minutes, which in my area, is fast. I cannot recall having such a joyful experience in dealing w/mechanics, ever, in my life. I even saw a mechanic I haven’t seen in 5 years, who used to do my oil changes in another place; he was in far better health than before. OK, it’s small, but it’s not. You are welcome to use this, if you wish.

MBOs & BPs FOR SAFE TRAVEL FROM PHOENIX

Sharon writes: I did MBOs and MBPs for everything I could think of for my grandson and his dad to drive from Phoenix Arizona to Lowell MA with his cat.
I first started with Marks flight from MA to Phoenix (pilot, stewards, safe flight etc.)
Then for their safe cross country road trip to Lowell MA (traffic, safe travel, stops, safe motels etc.) All three with their car arrived in Lowell safe and well after 4 days! Stressful time for all the family. Cat IBAR is starting to adjust to his new environment thanks to MBOs and MBPs!

BP FOR GOOD SEAT ON AIRPLANE

Sharon writes: I’d like to share a story of when I requested a BP. My daughter was recently traveling from CA to visit us in AZ. Her boarding pass was Group C55, which meant she was at the end of the line to board the plane. Without knowing this information I requested a MBP asking for a decent seat for her on the plane. When she arrived she told us that she got the aisle seat in the very first row, AND there was space in the overhead cabinet for her carry on luggage. She was the first person off the plane, which was a first occurrence for her!

Since my request was so successful, I decided to try again for her return trip back home. She was assigned Group C51 this time. My daughter is very tall and prefers an aisle seat or window seat. Of course most seats were taken so she had to settle for whatever was available. She found an empty seat that happened to be a middle seat; not ideal but it was a short flight. She asked if the seat was available. The gentleman who had the window seat said yes, but stated that he would prefer the middle seat and would she mind taking the window. It was a win/win for both of them. This stuff is amazing!

BPs FOR DRUG INFESTED AREA

Michael writes: So you know- some years back, I knew a reformed drug dealer; he found God etc., and had become very heart-centered. He had been very angry about his father abandoning him, and got in with a bad crowd. Nobody is paying me to think ill of him, and he actually followed up on suggestions I made. He went to college to study his dream major, graduated, and seems to be doing well.

But anyway. This was maybe 15 years ago. I asked him to take me to the worst drug market in town [Hartford, CT] – when the dealers weren’t active. See, a street illegal drug market is a colony organism; it forms up at a time, maybe in this case 9 PM, sells drugs and ingests cash, and shuts down maybe 3 AM or so.
We walked around the area- he showed me the crack houses, etc. I knew I was extending myself, so I chanted “M.. B…O………….M..B..O..”, “I request an MBO for this entire neighborhood”, that sort of thing; did some visualizations, etc. Two cops in a cop car stopped to ask us what we were doing- in a known street drug market, if, off hours. My buddy said, “We’re clearing the energy in this area, to get rid of the dealers”. The cops said, “Well, it needs it”, and left. I kept working till the area felt better. I never went back.

But my buddy went back a few months later. He was flabbergasted. The crack houses had been torn down, and new construction was going up, of very nice houses. He was astonished. But he had the comparables, he’d seen the neighborhood go down, he said the way it ended up was better than he ever remembered it.

Drivers in my state are very competitive, like to pass where there is no passing line w/oncoming traffic, etc. So…. I say MBOs, and things get a lot calmer.

MBOs AT WORK FOR EVERYTHING

Richard writes: I had problems with this one third line supervisor at work, for about 2 decades. She would tell staff- and me- to be “in the middle”, because she didn’t like being bothered with issues. Except we had a massive workload, with many complex issues, and she ambushed staff she didn’t like for small or no reasons, and woe unto any staffer responsible for a complaint coming to that supervisor, valid or otherwise. Her special pet staff would take 3-4 hour lunches, and not put in much time- they gossiped with her, and “played” her, as we black people say.

One of those pets left 8 full xerox paper boxes of undone work, when she took medical retirement. (this was before everything was put on line. It also tells you how closely that supervisor was monitoring work flow. Not much). I worked through lunch, often, because I go out of my way to help people, keep my promises, and to keep up with the extra work dropped on me. I put in extra time at work, up to 2+ hours a day, which we are allowed to do- we can claim that extra time as vacation time. Occasionally I’d work weekends. Supervisors prior to this woman were generally masters of their craft, knew the ins and outs of everything, encouraged staff and clients, and were a joy to work for. She didn’t want to be bothered, and clients didn’t know to go over her head, to complain, and when a few did, the complaints were ignored. She had no problem claiming the credit for the successes I created, of course. I devoured your first book, when I got it, and your others, as they came out. [Today, I wrote a list of stuff to MBO, I will laminate it, and post it so I see it daily.]

This woman gave me so much trouble I decided to retire, when I turned eligible. I got my paperwork in quickly. Of course, she decided to continue to harass me, after I left, as she has others. I’ve been doing MBOs, etc, for a while, which has clearly had an effect, I found your books some years ago. I found out from another former staffer that this supervisor was ordered to put in her retirement papers early, as of last month- for a considerably reduced pension. She wasn’t allowed to just be transferred to another office. I can’t say she was all bad- she taught me to stay in the MBO state, often, which is how I survived there. PLUS, using MBOs, I was able to help clients far more, beyond anything my counterparts did- I’m not slamming them, they didn’t have your tools. I did, and I used them. Clients told me they liked having me at networking/training meetings- for some reason, just having me there energized them, they saw things more clearly, and were more inspired, and they did some fantastic things as a result- this is what they told me. Heck, some bosses [not her] had me speak to clients in other states, at times, because I was a “motivator”, as I was told.

As one example- without having training myself- I was able to train some of our nonprofit and for profit clients to apply for grants. In the programs I got feedback on, my clients got over $95 million, over a 12 year period, which in my relatively small state was… the best in the country for any state, for those programs. They got about 31% of the nation’s money, over the period 3 particular grants were offered nationwide, I never got a total on their other grants, didn’t have time to ask & add it all up. I had to do my part of the grants on top of a full time workload of other stuff. How could I do that? MBOs, of course. Somehow the work flow was “just in time”, I was able to concentrate, and turn out 2-4 times as much as other people did. I wish I’d run across MBOs earlier, but having those problems did strongly motivate me to master the MBO process, and use it often. And I do. I wish I’d had these MBO tools 50 years ago.

MBOs SAID FOR LIBRARY AREA

Christopher writes: I live in a small town, in the Northeast. There was an unpleasant event that happened with the director of the public library, I won’t go into detail.

What does this mean? Time for MBOs! I did so. I like to chant MBOs, something like what I heard Buddhist priests doing, when I was a kid, overseas. No, I’m not Buddhist. I wanted to see a transformation of that unpleasant energy.
Soooo… MBO time. I’ve heard Catholic monks in Spain do the same kind of chanting, obviously in a different language.

I like to do a walking chant of doing MBOs, I walked the woodsy area next to the library. Well, that felt better. In about 4 months, a committee came together, to create a nature area/nature trail, at no cost to the town. And they did. They have benches to sit at, here and there. I’d guess it’s 3-4 acres. And it is GORGEOUS!

I went there today. It was picture perfect. They have 2 benches to sit at, to enjoy the view.

MBO FOR SOCIAL SECURITY

Candice writes: A letter came in the mail from Social Security. This made me very nervous because I had been signing up for Medicare and it was very complicated with permanent financial penalties if I did not get it right. So, I held the envelope and said a quick MBO before opening it. Holding my breath, I ripped the envelope open, ready to face whatever news the letter held. The news was the opposite of what I had feared. The letter informed me that I have reached full retirement age and can now keep my full-time job as well as receiving monthly Social Security checks with NO PENALTY. As you can imagine, the extra funds will come in handy. I can now afford a good apartment in a nice city.

MBO FOR CONFRONTATION WITH NEIGHBOR

Vanessa writes: Hi, Tom! Before telling my MBO story I want to say that my husband has had many cardioversion treatments over the years, and they were quick and usually effective. Ultimately he had to have a pacemaker but it was what he needed and is still working at 70! I’ll say another MBO for you early the 29th. To your excellent health!!

I walk my very elderly dog every day and absolutely pick up after him if he does his business while out. One day recently a neighbor I don’t know came out and said, “Hey ma’am, please pick up after your dog!” I had just checked a text message briefly but was confused by his angry sounding request, thinking I had looked away long enough to miss the big event. I looked where we had walked and found nothing to pick up. I went to his door to try to smooth things over, but it didn’t go well.

This was really upsetting; I didn’t want to have to change our routine because of this guy, who seemed unreasonable and a little wacky. Then it occurred to me that he must have been upset about something else and I needed to have compassion for him. I requested an MBO for me to let it go and him to be at peace.

The next day I was out again walking our dog and the neighbor pulled up in his car and rolled down the window. I braced myself for whatever he was about to say, BUT he apologized and said I know it wasn’t your dog, and he was sorry if he upset me. Today he came out his front door to wave and say hello when we walked by. I’m so relieved about this outcome! Thank you, Tom, as always.

MBO FOR MISPLACED EARBUDS

Larry writes from Florida: My MBO story began when I was preparing to nap in my desk chair. My family was outside in the pool and I found the perfect time for my afternoon nap. I usually use my earbuds to play white noise when meditating, and music when napping, but I misplaced them and just as I closed my eyes I said “I request a most benevolent outcome to please help me to find my earbuds, and may the results please happen sooner than I can hope for or imagine.” I then enjoyed my nap. When I awoke, the first thing that I saw was my earbud case on my desk right in front of me next to my keyboard. It seems that I had plugged them in to charge in another room and completely forgot about it. My son found them when he got out of the pool and came inside. He then put them on my computer desk while I was napping. I made sure to thank my guardian angel, who I call Seth because once again, I have seen the power of MBOs! Thank you, Tom for giving us this powerful tool! I also request that I remember the power of MBOs in all future lives, so I will have a head start in my next life.

MBO FOR LOWER COST ON MEDS

Michael writes: My wife takes these meds, once a month. Blue Cross normally pays for it. Last month, they wanted to charge us $900. I did my MBO, called Blue Cross, somehow it was resolved. This month we were told it would cost $1,000. Yes, I asked for MBOs. Yesterday I spent around 45 minutes talking to 3 different Blue Cross reps, who gave me some complicated instructions I’m not sure I understand at all. Something about a manufacturer’s coupon they were using. I was dreading this. So, my wife decides to pop into the drugstore, just to see. They said they had what we needed, we just owed $10. OK, it used to be free, but $10 is a massive difference from $1K. Please feel free to use this story.

MBO FOR EARLIER APPOINTMENT

Vinnie writes: I wanted a medical specialist to examine a problem that I have had. I looked on the internet for one who could do it and called the office. They set up an appointment, the earliest available was the middle of October, more than four months out. I continued to search and found a doctor closer to me. I said an MBO before I called the offices for a nice person on the other end of the phone call and for an earlier appointment. Well, the receptionist was very nice and I got an appointment just 3 weeks out instead of 4 months. I canceled the other one. MBOs work. Now, I am doing a couple for a car repair job.

Thank you again Tom for sharing such a wonderful tool to make life a little better than what it could have been. If you don’t use MBOs for challenges that life presents well, the old saying is, “You snooze, you loose.”

BP FOR QUICKBOOKS TO TRANSFER DATA

Martha writes: My daughter texted me from work in a panic to quickly put in a BP for angelic assistance to transfer all the 2025 transactions of my husband’s business to their online Quick Books and after a few attempts and it not working. I quickly sent this BP to the chat:

One more urgent prayer needed!
I ask any and all beings across all timelines and dimensions to assist AC and Quickbooks to transfer all the data of 2025 transactions of RC’s company into the online QB program. Please facilitate this so that all the data is transferred correctly and concisely. Please send divine white light & miracles that all this goes smoothly. May the outcome be better than hoped for or expected. Thank you! Thank You

My daughter then texted me back “OMG, mom it worked!!” Most of the data got transferred except for a few things that can easily be done manually, but the majority worked!! It was a huge relief for her! I don’t know how much more proof people need to know that “The Gentle Way” is 100% foolproof and it works. You just have to give it a try!!

MBO TO FIND RING BINDER

Deb writes from Minnesota: For the past several days I’ve been looking for either a paper folder with pockets or a ring binder with pockets. I’ve said a few MBOs asking for them.

Today I was looking in a different place and I actually found one of each. Awesome!

On 07/15/2025, I was going to the Doctor, but at a location I was unfamiliar with. I put the address in my GPS. On the way, something happened and I lost Siri’s lady’s voice. I pulled into the Panera’s bread parking lot. I am 65 and I have limited phone and computer skills. My sister, however, is an IT specialist. I called her. She could not get it to work. She had to go to this important meeting; she told me it would be two hours before she could talk to me and fix the problem.

I did an MBO for help. To any and all beings, I ask for an MBO, for help. I am lost. Thank you, in the name of Jesus, and so it is! Just then, 2 women came out of the café door. It was a woman and her college daughter. I stopped them and explained what happened.

Her college daughter could not get the GPS to work either on my car. She tried to get it working on my phone. Neither one would work. So the lady took out her phone and gave me directions.

As they were leaving, I looked at the young ladies shirt. It said UNITY on the front. I started shouting, “I belong to UNITY also. I go to the church downtown. God sent me two angels from my own Religion!” We all hugged and I got to my appointment on time.

This week, I had two very important business-related meetings. I needed them to go even better than I could hope for, so I said this MBO:
“I request a MBO to have a very productive and effective meeting with [person’s name]. Thank you.”
Then I posted this as a BP in the group:
“I ask any and all beings to assist [name] in having a productive meeting with XXX. May the outcome be better than we could hope for or expect. Thank you! “

MBO FOR INSIDE AIRPORT PARKING GARAGE

Vinnie writes: Here is an MBO for your blog.

I was taking a trip and did an MBO for a good parking space in the airport structure. Being Memorial Day weekend it was very busy. I wanted a space inside the structure but all were taken, and it seemed the only open spots were outside on the top level and it would be very hot during the day. So, I kept slowly driving up and down the rows looking for an open spot. Nothing.

Finally, I got to the row closest to the airport main terminal and the sky bridge going across and right where that crossing point was, was an open space. As I pulled in I started to laugh and said to myself, “This is one for Tom to hear about.”

BPs FOR CAR FOR GRANDSON

Lee writes: Thank you all who said a BP on FB for my grandson to get the perfect car! Just two days later my husband found one and my grandson loves it! BP’s and MBOs do work! I thank you Tom every day for sharing this with us. Life is good!

BPs FOR LOWEST TAX LIABILITY

Martha writes: My husband had a meeting with his accountant today to prepare our 2024 tax filing since we extended the date and I was concerned we were going to be hit with a large tax bill. I posted a BP on our WhatsApp chat the following:

“I ask any and all beings across all timelines and dimensions to assist BC have the lowest possible tax liability in his meeting with the accountant today. Please send money miracles. May the outcome be better than we could ever hope for or imagine. Thank you Thank you ”

When he got back from his meeting he told me that it was the smallest amount we’ve ever owed!! He was surprised, since I told him I put in a prayer and he rolled his eyes (he is an atheist).

MBO FOR CALMING PRESCRIPTION

Candice writes: I have white coat syndrome. The smells, and the sounds of any medical facility terrify me. I was scheduled for a dental appointment in a week, so I called the office to remind them that I would need a prescription for Valium. The receptionist said she would tell my dentist and then call me back. I said several MBOs throughout the day. No response from the dental office until the next day when they decided I should come in days early. I thought I would give it a try using an anti-anxiety meditation and Melatonin. It was a disaster. I ended up crying in the exam chair. The dentist said she never got a message about a prescription for me. She said she wanted me to go home and come back another day, meanwhile she would call in a prescription for Valium. In summary, the MBO worked!

MBO TO FIND READING GLASSES

Dena and I took our dogs for their annual checkup to our local veterinarian, since they just turned 12. While we were at the vet’s office, she did not notice it at the time, but one of the ear pieces for her reading glasses broke off from the chain around her neck. When we returned home, she started to use them and discovered the problem. She has another pair of reading glasses, and she first searched for them in her office, then came downstairs to see if she could find them with no luck. I said, “Request a Most Benevolent Outcome to find your reading glasses,” which she did. Later she went back upstairs, but this time she spotted them, even though she had looked there before.

BP FOR SAFE TRIP TO GLASTONBURY

Dianne in the UK writes: I thought you would love to know that my friend’s niece and her three female friend recently attended the 4 day Glastonbury Music Festival here in the UK. It’s the biggest festival in the World now. My friend’s niece called her Aunt before they left for the Festival asking her to send her an MBO while they camped and mixed with over 200k fellow Festival goers, Tom. My friend happily did so and they attended the Festival and returned safe and sound, albeit slightly disheveled, 4 days later, Tom!

Sherry writes: Hi Tom! I was recently doing some personal accounting in Quickbooks. I got to a point where I had forgotten how to log specific information. I started looking for ways I had done it in the past but couldn’t figure it out. After getting more and more frustrated, it dawned on me to ask for an MBO. Even though I had instructions in front of me that neglected to look at, I said an MBO and within 2 minutes, the info popped into mind. I had to laugh out loud. So great!!

MBO FOR STORM FREE VISIT TO FARM

Lee writes: Good day Tom! Last week my husband and I took our grandchildren on a trip to a farm that was 2 hours away from our home. The weather report was for possible severe thunder storms in the afternoon about the time we were leaving and then returning. I said an MBO that we would be storm free while driving to and from the farm and while we were there. The afternoon was nice and sunny for the most part. On the way home we did run into some light rain/misting but none of the severe storms that were predicted. Had a great time and got to visit and feed some highland cows or “Coos” as we Scots call them! Thank you for MBOs to make our lives easier and to open us up to opportunities that we may never have thought possible.

MBO TO FIND SONG

Kateryna writes from Germany: I’m writing to tell about how last week I tried finding one specific song on YouTube. I had zero luck no matter how I googled. Then I asked an MBO to find it. It worked!

The algorithm on YouTube suddenly not only showed me that one song I was looking for. It showed a lot of songs I used to listen to years ago before I deleted them from my playlist. Now I am enjoying the songs I loved in my teenage years.

MBOs FOR LONG DRIVES TO HOSPITAL

Vicky writes: I’ve had quite a lot of MBO requests that were answered and I’m eternally grateful for each and every one. We live in a rural area and have had to make numerous travels to a university hospital in a neighboring state for my brother who had a double transplant and requires frequent follow up visits and care. In addition to the requests sent on his behalf for good health, treatment etc., which have been answered, I always say an MBO before each trip for safe travels. It’s a 2 1/2 – 3 hr drive one way and we have to take mostly rural roads, often leaving before sun up and arriving home after sunset. Almost without fail we come across white-tailed deer darting across the road or the many other wild animals. In addition to request for no accidents or car issues, I also include that we don’t harm any animals. In the 8 years since I’ve been making the trips all MBOs resulted in safe travels; there have been quite a few close calls with the deer but gratefully no accidents.

Recently I had a glitch with my new iPhone and not having any insurance I was panicked that it was non repairable and for obvious reasons didn’t want to buy a new one especially since I just purchased it last October. Delighted to report that although they couldn’t determine why/how it happened, I’m so very grateful that I’m using it now so another testament to the power of MBOs to add to your newsletter. MBOs have saved my life in more ways than I can count.

MBOs & BPs FOR BRIGHTON UK CONFERENCE

Maria in Estonia writes: I’m sharing another similar MBO–BP story like last time. Since something always seems to happen when I travel, I request MBOs (Most Benevolent Outcomes) and BPs (Benevolent Prayers) from our global BPs WhatsApp group. Around 20 people requested a BP for my trip this time too.

I’m on my way back home from Brighton, UK, after an intense week of conferences, meetings and side events. The 3h global event I hosted turned out well in the end – even though I left my hotel missing 3 slide decks from speakers, and one speaker didn’t show up until 5–10 minutes after we’d started. Luckily, I had a Plan B ready (that wasn’t needed), and the audience never noticed.

There was no WiFi in my hotel all week, so I bought expensive roaming, and breakfasts were far from fresh. While taking the train to Brighton, I had another little “adventure” – the station’s automatic gates didn’t let me through with my ticket (neither in nor out), so a security guard had to help me. My colleague saw it happen – these kinds of anomalies seem to follow me on almost every trip to a new place.

But instead of complaining, I realized I was lucky: everything still went smoothly, I had a warm room, and I wasn’t starving far from home. Maybe thanks to that shift in mindset, a small surprise came on my 2.5h bus ride from the airport. Though I had a lower deck seat, the driver “sent” me to the upper deck’s front-row relax seat with a stunning view

And just as I’d been arranging the same seat for a friend for this summer – and had promised to show him how to find the bus stop – I could now take him the perfect “training” video, showing how the bus approaches and which way to go.

MBO FOR AIR CONDITIONER REPAIR

Carrie writes: My air conditioner went out on Friday late evening. I requested an MBO to get it fixed quickly and for a good price. I called my repair guy in the morning and he made it out on a Saturday even though it was late 9pm or so by the time he got here. It was a simple fix, just needed coolant. He even gave me $65 off the price.

MBO FOR DANCE CONTEST PARKING SPOT

Laura writes: I had written before about saying an MBO to find a close parking space for my great granddaughters dance contest and found one across the street two days in a row. Well it happened again and it blew my mind. This time last year we had to park two streets away from the event. So this time I said an MBO for a close spot and we found a spot directly in front of the doors. I was blown away as this is so unusual. I tell others about this and they look at me a little strange but I continue to converse with the universe and know I will be heard.

MBOs FOR KNEE INJECTIONS

Last week I related the story about the pain in my knees and how over 100 people said a BP for me on Facebook and the next morning no pain!

This past Monday, Dena and I went to my doctor’s office to have injections in each knee—normally every six months, but I forgot and had gone almost eight months. Naturally I requested MBOs for the drive to the office, a parking place (very full parking lot), walk to the office, easy check-in, since they had not sent me the forms to fill out, easy injections, walk back to the car and back home.

Everything went pretty well. There were about 10 forms I had to go through, most just signing my name electronically on the pad. There was a lady and her husband who was there to have an injection in her knee, and I was able to tell him about the Sketchers shoes I wear that help my support. He had played tennis all over the world for years.

Then when I was called in for the injections, nurse Amy and her assistant did a nice job of injecting a numbing agent first and then the injection solution. No pain. Good to go for another six months or more!

MBO TO KEEP BEES AWAY WHILE OUTSIDE

Teri-Marie writes: I need to strengthen my D3, so I get 20 minutes of sun. The tree in front has a lot of bees. Plus, I sit in my walker and can’t move fast.

I say my prayer before I go outside.
“I request the Most Benevolent Outcome to keep the bees away from me while I’m outside, thank you.”

I been doing this for over a month and the bees keep their distance.

MBO FOR ISSUE OF NEW PASSPORT

Meetali writes: I hope you are doing well. I would like to share an MBO and BP story for my passport reissue. My passport had expired and I applied for it to be reissued. I said multiple MBOs and BPs for the process to be smoothly done and without any hassles. I eventually received my new passport within two and a half weeks. I was pleasantly surprised and happy that it all worked out.

MBO FOR SIGN IF STRAYING FROM LOVE

Ruth writes: My MBO

Yesterday I was prompted on the inner to start writing down my MBOs before I say them out loud. I started doing this last night. One of my prayers was a request to have a strong sign when I am on tract doing my best to live from unconditional love and also I requested a sign or guidance when I am straying away from unconditional love.

So today this happened.
I had been left out of a gathering that was to happen this weekend and I was struggling with my hurt feelings about it. Mostly I was able to love my way through the feelings, being grateful for all the wonderful years I had spent in the company of these friends but a memory popped up where I experienced a lot of pain from a particular person in the group. I immediately felt old pent up anger and pain at that person … a long way from unconditional love. This person and I are not very close anymore as she lives far away so I was very surprised when in the middle of my inner emotional battle with her I got the following text from her:
…”I just said your name and one second later the biggest lightening bolt I’ve ever seen struck ahead ”

…I strongly felt in my heart that she was not in any danger but was working only as the messenger. Needless to say I quickly changed my focus and was able to fly back into the arms of unconditional love, thanking my GAs for keeping her safe and for speaking to me in a language I could understand. This is a lesson I will never forget for I was shown how thoughts whether wrapped up in love or not will be known by the other person in some way .
Tonight I am going to once again write down my prayer request before I say them aloud. I will also include in that perhaps the Show Me volume might be turned down a bit because last night I stressed the guidance be bold enough that I couldn’t miss it.

BPs FOR PAIN IN KNEE

Because I snow-skied for 40 years, my knees took a beating. Finally I started having injections in my knees every six months which greatly helped. The last time I had the injections it was mid-August in 2024, and was doing well until about two weeks ago when I felt excruciating pain in my right knee when I tried to walk. We dug out a walker out of the garage and I had to use it around the house. Walking the dogs was out of the question.

I finally decided to post a request on both my Facebook pages for a BP for my knee. Here it is:
“I ask any and all beings to bring healing energy to Tom’s knee and for any treatments prescribed to bring his knees back to full health even faster than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”

The very next morning THE PAIN WAS COMPLETELY GONE! Dena wanted me to continue with the walker, so I just carried it around for the day.

Last Monday I called the doctor’s office and they first gave me an appointment two Mondays down. I later thought about it and called to be asked to be put on a waiting list in case they had a cancellation. Instead, they gave me an appointment this past Monday. They took X-Rays, then said they would order the injections. This past Friday I called and the injections had been sent that morning from Georgia, so I should be injected sometime in the coming week.

BPs FOR FRIEND, MBOs FOR WRITING

Carrie writes: My friend who lives in Oregon has started talking about wanting to move here. I have been asking MBOs to keep my friend safe so hoping they will move before any of the dangerous events in 2026 happen.

Another MBO related to getting me motivated and writing. A friend of mine had a dream about me and a book I had written (in the dream) and she said it was a hit, a bestseller. She even (wierdly?) Could see the title in the dream and told me that. I didn’t have an idea for that book then, but I do now. I hope she was right! Anyway, that was a year ago or around there. Now a few months ago another friend had a dream and she said it was scenes she saw like a movie based on my book which she told me about. I really hope she was right also because that’s definitely the dream to have my books made into movies someday. My first friends’ dream helped give me the idea. And they both helped motivate me to write and not to give up on my dream. I haven’t figured out what to do with the scenes the second friend told me about. But I’m sure when the time comes I will know where they fit.

MBO TO FIND BATHROOM KEY

Valeria writes: I am a substitute Teacher. On 04/10/2025 I lost my bathroom key at Howard Middle School. To replace it costs money. I did an MBO, and two weeks later, I was walking in the cafeteria, and there was a gold key in my path. I picked it up, and now I have another bathroom key. Thank you, Spirit.

MBOs FOR ANKLE AND BIKE RIDES

Jonas in Berlin Germany writes: Here are my next MBO stories.

1. I was on a short vacation at the Baltic Sea in Germany with my girlfriend, and everything was great. One morning, I got up and felt pain in my right ankle, and I couldn’t step on it properly anymore. I moved my foot back and forth, thinking it would go away quickly. But nothing changed, and we had planned to go to the beach that day. It was a few kilometers of walking for us, and we left the hotel with me leaning on her. I moved forward in small, shuffling steps.
Before we left, I said an MBO (Most Benevolent Outcome), asking for my right ankle to heal completely and for me to have no more pain. At one point, when I briefly stopped thinking about my ankle, it already started to feel better. About 30 to 40 minutes later, after we had set off, the pain was gone. I was very happy and grateful.

The next day and the day after that, the pain came back a little, but it didn’t really affect me. I was so happy to have used such a miraculous solution during my vacation, because it truly sweetened the experience.

2. I booked a sensual, alternative film by a Norwegian director at a small cinema I thought was near my home. Confusing it with a different location just 12 minutes away by bike, I set off—after saying a quick MBO for safe travels and bike security.
I arrived just in time, grabbed a Radler (funny, since it means “cyclist” in German), and showed my online ticket to the surprised but friendly staff. I walked into cinema 2 as listed—and found myself watching an action movie with Jason Statham. Turns out, I was in the wrong cinema entirely!

After checking my ticket again, I realized the mistake but decided to stay. The theater was nearly empty, and although the movie was rough, I got something out of it. It became my first real “artist date” (inspired by The Artist’s Way), and I left feeling great.

On my way home, I said another MBO—this time for a joyful ride. I passed by the birthday dinner my girlfriend was attending and, by chance, we spotted each other from the street. Everyone laughed, and I stopped briefly to say hi before continuing home, soaking in the warm air and summer scents. A beautiful, unexpected evening.

MBOs FOR ANKLE SPRAIN, OPENING DEVICE

Gabrielle writes from Melbourne, Australia: I sprained my ankle quite badly and couldn’t walk on it. This was a big deal as I had a deadline to move some of the furniture in time for important home repairs to be undertaken. I was really worried. I said aloud an MBO, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for this sprained ankle to heal as soon as possible, uneventfully and successfully, thank you!” When I woke up the next morning it was almost completely healed! After a couple of days I had forgotten I’d sprained it as the pain was intermittent and greatly reduced. Wow. The last time I remember spraining my ankle – at that time I didn’t know about MBOs – it took six weeks to heal. This one healed in record time.

I was struggling to open the back of a small electronic device, to replace the battery. It had an unusual latch/method of fastening. Nothing I tried would work. My friend was present. She kept telling me to just give up. I said to her, “I’m going to ask my Guardian Angel to help me with this.” I said aloud, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for opening this item effortlessly, as soon as possible, thank you!” Within about thirty seconds, it opened! My friend didn’t believe my Guardian Angel made it happen. She has seen the results of my MBO requests many times but I don’t think she wants to believe in Guardian Angels. “There are none so blind as those who will not see.”
