MBO FOR BACK PAIN

Aravind in Australia writes: This may sound bizarre:

For about two months, I had a constant painful backache whenever I go to bed or do normal work activities. The pain would come and go. I went to doctors and physiotherapists to relieve it but it kept getting worse and worse. Exercises didn’t really resolve the problem.

I was about to book to see the chiropractor when I thought of saying the MBO three days back.

The MBO went along the lines: ‘I request to be free from my spinal pain and may the results be better than I hope for or expect.’

On 29th Dec night I said the MBO and went to bed with the usual excruciating pain. When I woke up the next day there was no pain. I’m not sure if the pain would come again but I think it is what it is now. A good relief!

MBO FOR ACCIDENT AT WALMART

Linda writes: I have practiced The Gentle Way and followed you for many years. I routinely request benevolent outcomes.

Recently, I had a fender bender collision in the Walmart parking lot. I was hit by a 92 year old friend. She said she thought she ran over a log. We called the police for an accident report. The police came. They agreed that she hit me, but when the accident report came back it did not assign blame, because Walmart is considered private property. I notified my insurance carrier who agreed to wait until I talked with the other person’s carrier. They refused payment because I was coming across the parking lot and she was heading down the isle. The adjuster asked questions that did not allow for the fact that I had stopped in the lot to look for a space.

There was nobody on either side of my vehicle when she grazed my fender. I called him back immediately to tell him this, but his line was busy so I left a message. I struggled with this for several days, actually losing sleep over it. All the time I was requesting most benevolent outcomes for the highest good of all concerned. I worried that because of her age, her children might not allow her to drive anymore. I worried that my insurance would go up if I filed with them. I decided to pay for the damages myself and later try to prove my claim in small claims court if necessary to get her insurance to pay. I talked to the local body shop and he quoted me a figure which I understood to be nearly $9000. I decided to just do it. My insurance deductible by my choice was $1000. I told him to fix the car.

When the car was fixed, they delivered it to me and handed me the bill. It was for less than $900, not $9000! This was less than my deductible! I knew right then that this really was for the highest good of all concerned. My friend would not lose her driving privileges. I could easily pay for my part. I would not put any more energy into this by taking the insurance company to small claims court. Once this was settled in my mind, I began to sleep well again. I consider this to be my biggest example of Most Benevolent Outcomes to date.

MBOs OR BPs FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT?

Deb in Lakeland Minnesota writes: Every day I’ve been saying MBOs for Sandy for her fluid sessions to be successful, etc. Most days they work perfectly, but some days they don’t. Then I wonder if I need to be saying BPs instead? (She needs to have fluid infused almost every day for her kidney disease.)

Is it normal for MBOs or BPs to not work all the time? Do I need to say BPs instead?

On a different topic, I just got your pet book today and I’m so excited to read it. Thanks for all you do.

MBOs are specifically for you. Benevolent Prayers or BPs are for others. Therefore, form it as a BP. You could say out loud, “I ask any and all beings to aid comfort and assist Sandy for her fluid sessions to work even better than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”

MBOs FOR LOST LOVE

Susan writes: I request MBOs for lots of things, big and small, especially when I misplace objects that I need to find or for when I want difficult situations to have the very best outcomes. Without fail, every one of my MBOs has worked out except for one notable one: Nearly two years ago, the man with whom I was involved for 18 years broke up with me out of a simmering resentment and then moved a disabled woman that he hadn’t seen in 45 years, who lived out of state, into his house as his new romantic partner!

Ironically, his time with this woman hasn’t been especially happy, as she is controlling and manipulative, and she has persuaded him to pretty much cut all ties to me. Then she goes on his Facebook wall and brags about how she has him all to herself. It’s cruel, to say the least. I hear from mutual friends how he is doing, and it doesn’t sound like he’s happy. Yet he stays with her. He even has admitted to me that he’s in a pickle.

This unfathomable situation has left me greatly depressed and I frequently request an MBO that he come to his senses and return to me. My heart tells me he’ll be back, but two years later, I see no sign of that happening. Of all the MBOs I’ve ever wanted, this is THE ONE I most want to happen! I would gladly trade in every MBO I ever requested to have this one granted. What are your thoughts on this? Why is this MBO denied me? Is all lost? I am 61 years old and feel like I can’t get beyond this at this late stage of the game. Your insight and wisdom are greatly appreciated. Heartbroken in Long Island.

Here we get into past lives. In a past life, you could have abandoned him (or her) for someone else, so this is balancing. I suggest you request two MBOs. The first one would be: “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome to sever all energy cords no longer in my best interests, thank you!” Then I would say this MBO out loud too: “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for the PERFECT man for me, thank you!” If it is him, he will return, and if that’s not him, he will fade away, opening the door for someone to come that will love you. Be brave.

MBOs FOR BEE PROBLEM, RETAIL SALES

Kristina writes: The MBO prayers have been the most influential, helpful, life changing addition to my day. Thank you for your knowledge, experience, and your weekly newsletter.

Fun story—. End of last summer, my young daughter and I went to eat outside at a cafe. Bees were bothering us, so we moved to another table. Bees followed us and bothered us at that table. We moved again— bees bothered us again. So, I said aloud, “Angels, for the Most Benevolent Outcome, Please have these bees leave us alone so we could enjoy our meal!” Immediately, the bees left us alone. It was quite amazing. My daughter was impressed too.

On my way to work, I always ask an “MBO for an enjoyable, easygoing day at work and to have the right knowledge and products for the people that visit. “ (I work in retail). Wow, has work become enjoyable for me. It helped in finding good coworkers too! There have been times that I didn’t see what the client wanted, went back to check again, and there it was! My coworker was surprised and didn’t think we had that item either!

Daily, FYI, In addition to sending white light and love to Gaia, I ask for all the pollution, litter and disease to disintegrate. Thought that would be a good thing to wish for.

MBOs and BPs really help make life better.

MBOs FOR WEAVING, SUFFICIENT GASOLINE

Kelly writes: Thank you for introducing me to such a simple and powerful connection to my Guardian Angel (whose name is Diana pronounced Dee-ah-na) — how magical!

I have had many MBOs since I purchased and read your book, The Gentle Way. In fact, I was so amazed and thrilled (beautifully explained, simply written, and immediately accessible), I’ve sent copies to many of my friends, who have been reporting to me their own wonderful outcomes from MBOs.

Here are two that are fun:

1. During the COVID lockdown, I decided to teach myself to weave. I was working on a color block, and realized with a sinking feeling that I may have not allowed enough material. I was going to be short by about 3 inches… I really didn’t want to undo the work, and I really didn’t want to splice in more for such a small area as it would be really visible. So I requested an MBO that I would have enough material to finish and then I got up and walked away for about half an hour. When I returned, I didn’t measure my material. I just kept weaving. And sure enough, I got to the end of my piece, and not only did I have sufficient material, I almost had too much! It was perfect.

2. A couple of weeks ago, my town suffered the gas-shortage craziness with long lines and stations totally out of gasoline. I was concerned as I drive an old minivan and I’d just made a trip to visit my mom. I had less than a quarter tank of gas. I requested an MBO that I have sufficient fuel to drive carpool and run my errands until I could easily fill up. I drove for 3 days with my needle NOT MOVING. When I finally went for gas, I drove straight up to the pump with no waiting (no long lines for me!). And the crazy wonderful part? It took less to fill up than expected…how best to explain? 16 gals is normally 280 miles… yet this time, it took 16 gals… and I had driven 340 miles. 340 miles and the orange light never came on. A Most Benevolent Outcome, indeed!

Just so you know, I am a light bringer and healer, and I’ve worked with many people who say to me, you’re amazing, but I can’t do what you do. And you know what? I can say, no you can’t… but you CAN do The Gentle Way. Read this book. Do these simple things. Ask for help, no matter how terrible or silly it may seem. Ask often, ask big and ask small. And it works!

I love that what you’ve taught us is really so simple and effective. I love that my GA was just waiting for me to ask, may I have your name? I love the surprises, the special thing to see, the perfect parking space, the little playful jokes. It has completed me in ways I didn’t know I was lacking. In fact, I now invite my GA to take part in my healings … requesting an MBO that my healing for ___ be effective beyond my wildest expectations. It’s expanded my practice.

Thank you, on so many levels.

MBO FOR CALIFORNIA MOTORCYCLE RIDE

Nili writes from California: Absolutely love your weekly newsletter! It is one of my favorite newsletters to read and I open it immediately as I see it land in my inbox.

I have so many MBO stories, I cannot write them all up. My guardian angels are listening, responding, and keep me safe!

Last weekend my husband and I went on a 5-hour motorcycle ride down the Pacific Coast Highway in California. We planned for this weekend for weeks, and the only unknown was the weather. As we were leaving our house, the skies were grey and cloudy, the temperature was chilly. We were about to ride this beautiful highway without seeing the beautiful Pacific ocean. I requested a most benevolent outcome that we will arrive safely at our destination, will have minimal traffic, and that the skies will be blue all the way. Guess what? We got all three, and even more than we asked for. I have never seen the Pacific Ocean with such vivid blue colors. It was really amazing.

MBO TO FIND TOW TRUCK TO FIX FLAT

Maria writes: Hello Tom. I’m just sending some MBOs and here’s my story.

My daughter, her boyfriend and my grandkids took a trip to Santa Barbara this weekend. So they were supposed to be back Sunday night. My daughter calls me frantic and worried because on the way home, their tire popped and they had no spare. It was already 8:00 p.m. No tire shops were open.

So I told her to call a tow truck to see if they had a way to fix their popped tire. She calls me back and told me that they were charging her $900. I told her to have her boyfriend to call different tow companies and see if they can get somebody else there to fix their tire.

Later on she called me back and she told me that they were going to be stranded the whole night. They were miles away from any town or city on I-5. So the plan was that I was supposed to call my mother-in-law to let me borrow her car and go buy a spare for them and drive all the way over there.

So I told her to start requesting MBOs. Lo and behold, they found a tow guy that is willing to take them the right tire for their car and the guy is going to charge them only $100!

So I also requested an MBO. Guardian Angels, I request a most outcome that they find a tow truck and a person that’s willing to help them out—to see if they can have somebody go out there and fix their tire, so they can get home, better than expected and hope for, thank you!

During this dilemma, I was literally freaking out, because I didn’t know what was going to happen; if they’re going to be safe out there and plus I was worried about the grandkids.

The Angels came through I’m so happy!!!

Angels are amazing Tom!

MBOs FOR SAFETY FROM CAL FIRES

RJ writes from Ventura County California: Have said multiple MBOs that the Easy and Maria fires not reach my home and not to lose power for hours during this and future Santa Ana wind events, and BPs for Gaia to cut back on the strong winds so that firefighters can gain control of all of the existing fires before any loss of property or life occurs for all of the SoCal fires. Unfortunately, in some of the fires further south about 6 homes were lost, but considering how many were saved, it was better than we could’ve hoped for.

I am happy to say that most of my prayers for the Maria and Easy fires have been answered thus far. Only lost power for 10 minutes last night, but it hasn’t gone out since. Said an MBO for the 30-40 mph winds to die down on the evening of 10/30, and right away the winds died right down in my area. To be clear, they didn’t completely abate, but they did reduce in intensity for the rest of the night Wednesday.

As for the fires, thankfully, neither fire has reached my part of town; the Easy fire in Simi Valley is 80% contained and, according to TV news, the Maria fire nearby is now burning away from homes to an area that’s almost completely devoid of vegetation, so VCFD is going to let the fire burn itself out.

Those are successful MBOs/BPs in my opinion!

MBO FOR SAFETY FROM STORMS

Linda in Halfmoon wrote: We had big storms coming through the area and the storms were going to hit around midnight. I get nervous because I live alone at the base of the stream so I said, “I welcome gentle rain and gentle wind, free of flooding with my arms raised three times facing the storms,” and I also asked that the storms not disturb my sleep and not frighten me. I ended up sleeping through the night. I read from the news the next day that these storms were unusual because they were heavy wind and rain but no thunder or lightning. No loud noise! Also no flood for me! Thanks for all you do!

[This exactly what Gaia told me to do when strong storms, with the possibility of hail and tornadoes is in the forecast.]

MBO & BP FOR BABY’S VACCINE SHOT

New Mommy Severine writes: Baby Gabriel, his dad, and I are great thanks to MBOs. 🙂
Today Gabriel had another vaccine shot; needless to say that we said a BP with my mom for him again. We asked that his vaccination to be pain free, tear free without any side effects. We also asked any and all beings “to bless the vaccination to raise its vibrations and to bless the person who will inject the product.” Then, of course, Gabriel did not even react during the process and remained relax no tears at all. This time he didn’t even frown like he did last time.

Next month I will be back at work so I am enjoying every minute of his presence and will post soon on your FB page a BP request for everything to go better than we could hope.

A friend of mine who is setting up a B & B could use them, so I got some raffle tickets, for these, and other items. Of course I said an MBO to win. I thought I’d get one, maybe. Today, I picked up all of the items I had tickets on. Their method is that people put tickets in a cup, for each item. So, my tickets were picked, for each item I wanted. I got the items for less than a garage sale price.

Some years ago, I had a real sociopath for a supervisor. She was really bad. So I was reading books right and left. Someone put me onto The Gentle Way, and I started doing MBOs around everything in my life- including that supervisor. Somehow, she was promoted [odd how sociopaths rise in organizations], to a place where she has no power over me, and the other people she used to torment. Actually the new position plays to her strengths, too, she is more productive there. And she seems happier, also. So, this MBO benefitted everyone involved.

A friend of mine teaches wilderness courses, and needs pup tents for his students. I did an MBO to find these, cheap; I went through the Sportsman’s guide catalog, and there they were- cheap. I emailed the data to my friend a few minutes ago.

I’ve been hard hit at work. They’ve cut back staff, and I’ve had to skip lunch, and am still behind. So of course I have “Ask for MBO’s!” taped to my computer monitor. I did so, and the workload has dropped to something more manageable. It’s kind of nice.

MBO FOR WATER FOUNTAIN TO WORK

Ron writes: I have a water fountain on my kitchen counter which I really like. Yesterday it stopped running so I checked it out and plugged it back in again and still didn’t work. I have had this fountain for about 30 years now. So then I held my hand over it and said an MBO “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for this water fountain to continue running perfectly. Thank you.” I went about my business in my apartment. Returned to my kitchen about 30 minutes later and the fountain was running perfectly once again. MBOs do work, even for small things too. Thanks Tom, for all you do teaching us all about MBOs.

MBO FOR CAMERA TO WORK

Gabrielle writes from Melbourne, Australia: I was trying to take photos of a faulty product. I wanted to send the photos to the shop where I bought the product. My camera kept taking blurry pictures. I am not a camera genius, it has to be said. All attempts to adjust the camera’s settings came to nothing. After many minutes of frustration, and with mounting stress, I said an MBO. I didn’t think it would work. “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for my camera to take perfect pictures of this product and for the pictures to be sent uneventfully to the shop, resulting in a full refund.” A minute or two later…I must have accidentally pressed a button (or moved a dial) on the camera. The camera’s picture mode suddenly changed. I was able to take perfect, clear photos. I sent them to the shop and received a full refund. big sigh of relief. Thank you, Tom, and thank you, my Guardian Angel.

A couple of Benevolent Prayers (BPs) for everyone to say aloud (if you wish): “I ask any and all Beings to expose and bring to justice all leaders who have misled their people or encouraged their people to be hateful or committed crimes of any kind; for them to be permanently removed from all positions of power and replaced by humane, capable, popular, honest leaders, thank you!”

“I ask any and all Beings to heal, comfort, assist, restore and compensate all beings harmed by dishonest or self-serving or hateful leaders, thank you!”

MBO FOR PRINTER TO WORK

Candice writes: Here is an MBO for your blog / newsletter:

I work from home. My printer stopped working and a message appeared saying it was out of toner. I had changed the toner 2 months ago, so I was bewildered. I took the toner out, shook it, pushed the little green lever back and forth a few times and put the toner back in. The printer still refused to work! So, I went on YouTube and found out how to re-set the copy count on the printer and did this. Still no printing happening. I was beginning to panic. I had a strict deadline and needed to print out reports in order to finish my work.

My boss sent me an email saying my deadlines had been moved up a week, and could I please finish everything now. OK, Panic Mode in full stream! I went onto Amazon and ordered more toner. It would take 2 days to arrive. How would I be able to finish everything in time?! So I started praying and I also said MBOs, as many as I could think of, to get this printer working. I felt peace. I took out the toner, shook it again, pushed the little green lever back and forth again, and put the toner back in. Yay! As I was working on my computer, the printer came back up and printed something I had not asked it to print. The printer has worked ever since the MBO with no error messages whatsoever. This was truly a miracle!!!

BPs & MBOs FOR SAFETY FROM CA FIRES

RJ writes from California: Said BPs and MBOs not to lose power, for no fires in or near my town, and for protection of all beings, including firefighters, during this massive Santa Ana wind event that resulted in 2 big fires — one the next town over and the other about 25 miles away from us. I thanked Gaia for helping to calm the winds, and my guardian angels for their protection.

MBOs FOR SEVERE STORM & BIRTHDAY

I’ll begin with two of my own. In Texas, where I live, springtime can bring violent weather as cool fronts clash with the warmer air. That’s exactly what recently happened. Suddenly, the severe storm sirens started to wail. I looked at the radar on my laptop and there was a violent storm coming down from the northwest, with a classic “hook” echo on the bottom side. For those who have never seen a hook echo, it looks like a boot sticking out at the bottom of the rain radar image. It signifies a rotating cloud, out of which can form tornadoes.

I immediately requested Most Benevolent Outcomes for the safety of my family, my house, and all the homes surrounding us. A tornado formed about a mile or two to the south of us, but did not touch the ground. To the north of us, about one or two miles away, the storm included hail up to baseball size, crashing through car windshields. We had no hail, and almost no rain—about one-tenth of an inch. It was a close call.

My second story was much less dramatic. In our family, each person gets to choose a restaurant for their birthday dinner. Our son, Todd, chose Red Lobster, as he loves lobsters, and they are having their “Lobster Fest,” going on. Both he and my wife were delayed in coming back home in five o’clock traffic. We had a 5:45 pm reservation, so both they and I requested MBOs for their return, since they were stuck in 15 mph traffic on the North Dallas Tollway. They arrived about 7 or 8 minutes earlier than I thought they would, and we immediately left. Again I requested an MBO for the drive and arrived in about 13 minutes, instead of the 20 minutes or so I expected at that time of day, three minutes early for our reservation.

We requested MBOs for our dinner and service. The lobster bisque was not hot, but was immediately replaced with hot soup. They quoted the wrong add-on for the soup, so they gave us two free deserts, along with the free desert for our son, for his birthday—plus singing happy birthday to him. We had to take the deserts home with us (chocolate cake and ice cream), as we were full. We had enough food for a second dinner. It was a pleasant birthday celebration, for all of us.

MBOs AND BPs FOR PREGNANCY

Severine writes: Sharing a big, long term one today, with you for the blog

I am forever grateful to you for re-introducing The Gentle Way, and everyone who said the BP for us. After saying a daily MBO myself for 4 years, for me and my husband to conceive, I have decided to ask mum to help too with a BP. Then back in 2018, I have posted a BP requested on your Facebook page.

Then I got pregnant naturally in September 2018. I am now 29 weeks and I am due early June.

These 4 years have been long and difficult for us. I went through a miscarriage in 2017, but all this time allowed a lot of healing work to take place.

I am sharing this message to all couples that are struggling with conceiving, to keep faith and pray for the best solution for them, and that their wishes come true. Thank you God, thank you Angels, thank you Tom, for sharing the Gentle Way with us, and thank you to all our MBOers on Tom’s Facebook, who helped us in this process. We could not have gone through this without you. Love from China.

Donna writes: I said MBOs during Super Storm Sandy and sent powerful energy to keep it away from the coastal areas near my beach home and we were spared what happened in New Jersey and New York. We are never helpless, or alone.

MBO FOR OUTDOOR BIRTHDAY PARTY

Arlene writes from California: I requested an MBO for clear weather and a beautiful sunset for my outside birthday party at my daughter’s house. A storm had been predicted and there were storm clouds all around us.

Well, there were heavy rain and high winds all around, but at my daughter’s house it was blue skies and a beautiful sunset. There was even hail in Glendale, snow at Big Bear and heavy rain in LA. And California has been declared “drought free”.

MBO FOR FATHER’S TRANSITION

Susannah writes: For the MBO Blog: I kindly requested an MBO for my Father who doesn’t have long to go. He has stomach cancer and is very elderly, 97 plus. There have been some really difficult things to work through regarding my father and this has affected all of our family from time to time.

After requesting an MBO surprise – a miracle -A phone call later that same day from my eldest brother- we finally had a heart to heart. I explained that we all love dad and we all know what a difficult life he has had and how at this time, he just needs to know that we all love him and to make his last days as happy as possible and as healing as possible. Thank You Tom, big Hugs.

MBO FOR FRIEND IN BAD HOSPITAL

Ellen writes: Success: A friend, we will call her “Polly,” suffered multiple bone breaks in a traffic accident this week. She called to say she was desperate to leave the local public hospital after 3 nights of noisy corridors 24/7, on top of a terrible odor! Known for a 1st rate trauma center, a huge blessing, and this hospital is ancient, smelly and crypt-like, with tiny double-bed rooms. Right away I asked for an MBO on Polly’s behalf, that she be “released from suffering into comfort, ease and joyful healing space, quickly and easily, thank you!”

Next AM she texted, “they moved me to a beautiful, brand new rehab hospital, it smells so good, and it’s so quiet I slept all night!” Wow. MBO delivered in an awesome way, and I am so relieved for her!” On a side note, Polly’s insurance isn’t great, but her room and facility are beautiful, with a patio, lawn furniture and purple pansies outside her window! I met her night nurse today, a bundle of joy! Thrilled for Polly, I am blown away!

BPs TO IMPROVE CONDITIONS IN CALIFORNIA

Ralonne in Ventura County California writes: While the fires in Ventura County were destroying homes and people’s lives, I began BPs to Gaia and all beings to send fog and lower the wind intensity to help firefighters gain control of the fires in order to stop the destruction of people’s homes… I’ve been saying these BPs since Tuesday morning. Yesterday afternoon fog started rolling in and the winds died down enough to allow more helos and fixed wing aircraft to drop more water on the Thomas Fire areas of Ventura County. Gaia came through.

MBOs FOR EVERY CLASS TAUGHT

Christine writes: First – thank you, again, for introducing us to MBOs and BPs. They make such a difference in my life. I request Most Benevolent Outcomes for every class I teach (I teach adults) and amazing things happen. We have very interesting conversations, people come to understandings, healing occurs. I am not a perfect teacher by any means, but strive to make every class one that offers a chance for wisdom, love, and personal growth, and I believe that MBOs are very important to achieving my mission.

Linda writes: I’m being told that this flu season will be very challenging. I suggest we all say an MBO for ourselves and BP for our friends and family.

I request an MBO for protection from any and all flu viruses or other contagious illnesses that I may encounter so that I may remain healthy and vibrant and I request a BP for my friends and family be protected from the same so that we all thrive in immunity and good health. May the results be better than I expect.

MBOs & BPs FOR SUMP PUMP, HEALING

Ashana writes: I MBO and BP all the live long day LOL. When I am worried that I haven’t heard my sump pump go on (after 4 inches of rain last Saturday) I said a BP, which I always include that all the Machinery in my house that is so important to its smooth sailing continue to operate, and within minutes I will hear the sump pump go on it pumps for 2 minutes and then it goes off. it’s extremely calming.

I recently had foot surgery on the 19th of June and I say Most Benevolent Outcomes pretty much every day for a safe, clean, and quick healing. Stitches out on day 16, yesterday. My Doctor was pretty thrilled with the speedy progress I’ve been making.

I also say benevolent prayers and ask for Most Benevolent Outcomes for our global consciousness... that we think to focus on the important things in life, like joy, love, and abundance to be non-specific. I find that I want to soothe all the ruffled feathers that our current political atmosphere is bringing to the surface. I feel like I’m helping a little bit to move this phase on, asking always that the outcome be more than we could hope for or imagine. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg I could go on if you need me to Tom LOL. Thanks again for this incredible tool.

MBOs AND BPs FOR TRIP TO GERMANY

MBO FOR HEALING BRAIN TUMOR

I must first caution that I cannot suggest or recommend any medical treatments or non-medical treatments. I am simply listing what is working for one person.

Phillipe writes from France: One of my patients Celine has a brain tumor; she was also one of my students 10 years ago. When the Doctor made the diagnosis she was very sad, even crying. She is a yoga teacher, shiatsu and acupuncturist, and helped quite a lot of people to get better. She understood the fact that she created this condition because of her wrong practice of food and way of thinking, as I explained to her.

She followed the diet–stop eating her tropical fruit chocolate and almost all animal food products, except fish one or two times a week. Then she got so much better after two weeks, overcame her fear as doctor had said she will die if she doesn’t take the chemo. Also recommended to her 10 minute meditation and belly massage, plus to express gratitude for life, nature, and her two beautiful girls.

And more, asking a Most Benevolent Outcome to the universe for healing as quick as possible and more, thank you. After six months she lives more peacefully, accepting her as she is with more loving her body. After her last visit to hospital the doctor said that the tumor as not grown and stayed the same. She decided to refuse all chemistry from the doctor, and just lives happily without being bothered by the tumor. I told her this is a big challenge for you, but because of your practice (intuition) your soul and spirit will grow very fast. Front and back.

MBO FOR DRIVE WITH NO DEAD ANIMALS

RJ writes from California: I refuse to drive on the days after 4th of July due to the fear of seeing dead animals on the road. That said, I had to drive to my client’s office in Culver City – roughly a 100 mile round trip – to drop off some work I had finished on the weekend before the 4th and to pick up some new work.

Before I left, I requested a Most Benevolent Outcome not to see any dead or alive animals on the drive to and from Culver City… I didn’t see any. MBOs really work!

I have requested to never kill another animal while I’m driving. This was several years ago and I’ve avoided a number.

MBO FOR NEW BURLAR ALARM SYSTEM

Mary Ann writes from Florida: I’ve been meaning to share this personal MBO with you for a couple of weeks. I will say that since I’ve been using MBOs going back to at least 2007, I’ve found they always, always work. This story is no different. For the last two years we’ve had a lot of major appliance or systems breaking down in our 81-year-old house where we have lived for 17 years. Last year it was the central air conditioning that needed replacement as well as a refrigerator and repairs on the washer and dryer. This year more repairs on the washer and in early August we learned that our burglar alarm system was on its last legs and needed replacement. Now this would be the third time we would have to buy a burglar alarm system since we moved here because it was wireless and the technology changes a lot.

The walls on our house are thick concrete, which prohibits a burglar alarm system from being hardwired into the house. It has to be wireless, and the wireless technology is constantly changing. That means it’s hard to get parts to fix it after a few years. Each time we have spent about $5,000 for a new system because it covers every door and window, and we have lots of doors and windows.

We figured $15,000 over time for a burglar alarm system was ridiculous so we considered not replacing the one that was dying because the window and door sensors were going bad and could not be replaced. A while back we did replace all the windows and doors with ones that can withstand hurricane-force winds and are hard to break and therefore make our house harder to break into. But my Guidance told me we still should have a good burglar alarm system for our house. We live in an affluent neighborhood in a major coastal Florida city, which means those who go without burglar alarms in our area are more likely to be victims of burglaries and break-ins, not to mention the health monitoring benefits of such an alarm system.

My husband was traveling with his sister at this time so I handled the matter. I did what I usually do, which was to say an MBO: I ask any and all Benevolent Beings to come to my assistance and help my family find the money or means to pay for a new burglar alarm system to protect our house. And I ask for an outcome better than expected. Thank you!!

Then I called our burglar alarm company, a small, high-quality owner-operated outfit that has provided our alarm systems and police monitoring since the early 1990s. I told Mike, the owner, that I recognized that we needed a new system but couldn’t afford the cost of one at this time. I also said I was going to look around at what our other options might be. Mike said he’d work up some numbers and get back to me in a few days. When he called me back, he said he would sell and install a new state-of-the-art system for $1,450 – his wholesale cost!! I said Thank You!! to my guides and Yes!! to Mike’s very generous offer. It has been installed and is working perfectly, and will continue to do so for at least three or four years, when the batteries in the window and door sensors have to be replaced.

I do believe we were able to replace our dying alarm system with the new one we could afford because of the MBO. Our Guides and Angels are truly looking out for us. I encourage anybody new to the Gentle Way and reading this blog or newsletter to give MBOs a serious try. They really work!! And, again, thank you Tom for reintroducing this wonderful method to us.

MBO FOR ROAD TRIP WITH SISTER

Ralonne in California writes: I forgot to send in my MBO for my road trip with my sister last week. Please feel free to use it in your next MBO blog/newsletter.

Before leaving on a road trip vacation to the Monterey Bay Aquarium with my sister, Angele, I said a bunch of MBOs for a safe trip up and back, for good weather, for no mechanical problems with my vehicle, for the perfect hotel, and for some other things I can’t readily recall now. Suffice it to say, we couldn’t have asked for a better outcome! It turned out our hotel was so centrally located that we weren’t more than a mile or so from our intended destinations, oftentimes much closer. The weather was perfect the entire time we were there.

The Monterey Bay Aquarium wound up being much closer to our hotel than we expected. The entry to the 17 Mile Drive along the Pacific Ocean was less than 1/2 mi from our hotel, so we toured that and Carmel-by-the-Sea on our last day in Monterey! While we weren’t that impressed with most of the restaurants in Monterey in which we ate, on our last night we went to a Vietnamese restaurant called Chopstix that was within walking distance of our hotel; it was the most reasonably priced, yet best tasting food we’d had during our entire stay in Monterey.

Woke up with songs in my head a couple of times, which signaled to me that my guardian angel was watching over us and coordinating my MBOs.

MBO FOR RETURN OF STOLEN PURSE

Donna writes: Wanted to share a success with everyone. I was at the grocery store last Friday and someone removed my purse from the cart when I left it unattended for a bit. I kept checking with the store in case someone turned it in but eventually I began the process of getting a new phone, cancelling credit cards, filing a police report and getting a new driver’s license. I asked for the Most Benevolent Outcome for everyone. I knew who ever took it would not reap good things for having taken it. Four days later a woman showed up at my home with my bag with nothing missing. Asking for the most benevolent outcome helped me to let the outcome rest in God’s hands. Even if I hadn’t got the bag back, I was at peace.

MBO FOR AIRLINE FLIGHTS & NEW JOB

Joanna writes: My MBOs made traveling this summer smooth and on the schedule. As a family we buy several flight tickets over summer each year in order to arrange our daughter to travel to her grandparents in two different countries, back and forth. After the flights were booked, I asked MBOs and BP for the flights to be on time and safe. I asked this well in advance, few times.

In fact, all the flights were perfectly on the schedule, some had small turbulence which was not too bad.

My husband got a notice letter from his company in July. It was stressful few weeks. I was saying BP for my husband and us as a family to have the best arrangements for his job, our girl’s school and place to live. Within a month my husband found another job! We are very happy about that! The offer came out of the blue, through the headhunter which has never happened to him before (getting the job through an agency, that is). Although the job is in different city, we will still keep our apartment for now, I can keep my job and our daughter can still attend her favorite school!

Those are two major impacts from my GA recently; however I must admit that there are so many small miracles I receive thanks to MBOs, that I think I should keep a journal with them!

MBO FOR SNOWY DRIVE

This past week my son and I headed for a doctor’s appointment from our house in Plano down the Highway 75 Freeway into Dallas. Our doctor is the only one in this area that also performs acupuncture. This time, the problem was we had blowing snow whipping about. Naturally we left early to allow for extra time, and of course I requested a Most Benevolent Outcome (MBO) for the drive.

The first part of the drive was pretty easy, as we were able to use the HOV lane all the way down to where it ended at what is locally called the High 5 Interchange. There it was grid locked and we both decided to go to a sides street running parallel. Big mistake! It was worse as many other people had the same idea. We finally made our way back the Hwy. 75 and now it was at least moving 20 mph or so.

We exited at Walnut Hill and took the 180 degree lane to come up on the freeway side road. I found, as I reached the other side that there was a red pickup truck spinning its wheels, not able to go up the small incline. There was a beige sedan blocking the middle lane, not able to move, the right lane was blocked with two cars just sitting there, and a black pickup truck was trying to maneuver around the beige car, but was also spinning. It was frigid cold outside and my son had only worn a medium jacket (he thought he would only need to run inside the doctor’s building), so he couldn’t help.

Finally, two Latino men got out of there car, walked up to the red pickup and pushed him enough to get him going, then the beige car who really only went over to the right lane out of the way, and then the black pickup.

Well my little SUV had no problem getting up the hill – which I consider a major MBO! We proceeded on to the doctor’s office, and even though we were 20 minutes late (we called to tell them our predicament) they had taken another patient in early and we were both able to have our treatments.

Naturally I requested a MBO for the drive home, and we had no problems.

DAILY BP & MBO FOR CAR REGISTRATION

Carell in Carmel California writes: Would you kindly re-post your Benevolent Prayer? I would like to share it with my class. I thought I had it saved somewhere but apparently not. Or maybe I do but am experiencing a Mercury Retrograde moment on this one.

Here’s an MBO for you:
January 3, I received a notice that the Department of Motor Vehicles says I’m late for paying my vehicle registration, which was due back Dec. 8. That means I should have been notified clear back in late Oct but was not. As a senior on fixed income, I have to plan for things like registrations and insurance bills. So I made an appointment at the DMV and did an MBO before I went that the $80 penalty would be dropped and I could pay for my registration. I also did an MBO that the registration could be paid then and there if need be. Both MBO’s worked. The DMV dropped the late fee only if I paid the registration on the spot, and I was able to do that because my neighbor offered to support me for whatever I needed this month until my annual spring income experience happens. It all worked perfectly. The penalty was dropped and the registration paid. I love MBOs. I’ve taught this to my students, shared the Newsletter, and hopefully expanding your work. Thank you for all you do.

MBO FOR SAFETY

Jackie writes: I just had a very handy MBO. I was on the train and a drunk man was in the same car. He insisted on talking to the few of us in the train. He said he was going to get off at my stop, which made me nervous. Shortly before my stop I requested an MBO for safety. When I got off he stayed on the train. That was a welcome relief!

MBO FOR GREAT COMPUTER

Sandy writes: I said an MBO for enough for a ‘new’ computer, I’ve the $$ saved. I am going the extra mile and going for the bomb PC…

The MBO Sandy said can apply to all sorts of situations. Let’s say you need a new car, but you feel like you will be limited in your ability to purchase to a certain level. Welcome to the Benevolent Outcomes Blog, and welcome to everyone who subscribed in the past week. This Blog is for people just discovering how to use a very simple, yet powerful and effective spiritual tool you can use every day the rest of your life. It will lessen the stress and fear of life in general, and will make your life easier. It’s so simple a lot of people say “It can’t be this easy,” but it is, because IT WORKS! This reconnects you with your Guardian Angel, or higher power, or whatever your belief is. You simply say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for…….., thank you!” When you read the stories below, sent from all over the world, we use the acronym MBO for Most Benevolent Outcomes, GA for Guardian Angel, and BP for Benevolent Prayers (what you ask for other people).

MBO FOR MOTHER’S INSURANCE

Josette writes from Houston, Texas: It works; it really works in unbelievable ways. Here is a success story to publish in your newsletter if it pleases you to do so.

My mother is 94 years old, living in a retirement home. She suffers from a mild Alzheimer condition, forgetting everything from one minute to another but she can sustain a discussion and she does recognize me, sometimes she sounds normal.

She is of course dependent on medical personnel for the last 8 years. She was until now paying for an insurance that she took long ago, which rent would be paid when disabled. I kept sending doctors, calling the insurance, proving she was mentally deficient etc., but it was not enough for them. They would refuse paying the rent. Then last month I had an idea I did an MBO on it.

Just received a letter from the insurance Co. She is getting the rent. 400Euros a mo. + not having to pay the premium every month so like 450 euros per month.

Since I do MBO for my friends and I, I have been much more successful in all directions. I still have one problem that I can’t crack, but I carry on asking.

Tom, thanks for the good work you provide to humanity.

MBO FOR A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP

Carell writes from California: Here’s an MBO:
I’ve been having challenges with sleep apnea and getting proper equipment and resolution for snoring, talking in my sleep (even if it IS in French) and my throat closing off at night. In the MBO back at the end of June, I requested the most benevolent outcome for these issues, in spite of that fact that my MD won’t schedule my sleep study till August 6. Lo and behold 5 days ago, one of my healing arts colleagues sent me info on essential oils, noting that thyme oil, applied to the pads of the big toes at bedtime, treats the respiratory tract, reduces snoring and alleviates symptoms of apnea. Madame Doubting Thomas here thought “fat chance”, but since I had some on hand, I tried it at it WORKS!!!!!!!! I’ve had 4 wonderful nights now, no snoring, and no philosophizing in French, waking up early instead of noon and feeling alive. Apnea gives you morning brain fog, headaches and low energy and puts on the pounds, and now mornings are fine!!!! I’m getting my life back! Yea for MBOs!!!!

MBO’S WORK FOR HIM

Johnny writes: I’ve been meaning to write this post for about a week now but hadn’t got round to it…I think a lot of people maybe put off by this whole concept of talking to their GA/guides/guardians. It is strange at first but the more you do it the more natural it becomes. I think it’s of up most importance that you be yourself when doing this. Although your requests should be clear and precise, you should use language that is comfortable to you, and not get bogged down with being so formal. Some of these guys have been with us all our lives; so if we cant speak plainly with them…. who can we?

I’ve now gotten in to the habit of speaking to them in the morning; I start by wishing them good morning and telling them about my dream interpretations. I then thank them and tell them how much I love them, and appreciate all they’ve done and continue to do for me. I then move on to my MBO’s and BP’s...I know this may seem a lot but it really can benefit you, for the sake of about 20 minutes this could drastically change your life for the better. It fills you with such a happy feeling once you get used to this, that nothing could remotely spoil your day.

I’ve also started combining MBO’s and BP’s with law of attraction.… as you ask for your most benevolent outcome on a certain thing…. picture in your minds eye the result on that you’re asking for, also attach the emotion you will feel when this comes true. This takes some practice but is potentially very powerful.

This is my latest BP; it hopefully sends waves like a pebble dropped in a pond… “I ask any and all beings to help and assist any and all beings, who are helping and assisting any and all beings, in positive, productive and benevolent ways, thank you.”

MBO FOR EASY VOTING

Bob and Joy write: The Most Benevolent Outcome certainly does work. Today Joy and I were driving to the early voting place and I asked for a MBO to get into and out of the voting booth quickly. There was no one in front of us in line. We voted in less than 5 minutes where in the past when we did early voting we had waits of an hour or more. The poll worker said that they were busy all day and we got there in the only slow time. Thank you, thank you, thank you for introducing us to this.

MBO FOR BIRD TO FLY AWAY

Helen in the UK writes: I have been saying MBO’s for a few years now but I had to tell you about this one, as it was so instant.

I have a mortal fear of birds and this afternoon a cat got hold of a baby crow in our garden and savaged it quite badly. I shooed the cat away, but then the injured bird was in between the back door and me and I was terrified. I blurted out “I request a MBO for the bird to recover and fly away!!” To my astonishment it instantly came back to life and flew away. I was left open mouthed and laughing with relief.

MBO’S FOR FINANCIAL IMPROVEMENT

Kate writes: I made an MBO last week for an increase in sales and my general finances. I also asked that things happen to be better than I hoped or expected.

First, I was paid $20 more for a job than I expected. Secondly, yesterday, my landlord lowered my rent by $50 just for this month because of an ongoing problem we are having in the condo, something that his business partner refused take care of.

Today, I did an MBO that these amounts be at least tripled for events in the coming week.

Also, I had done an MBO with intentions on the New Moon that my housemate would feel more comfortable with me, and how we communicate is twice as good this week, as in the last month so far. I had also done one for improvement in relations with the aforementioned landlord, and he was amazing. He turned around 180 degrees in his attitude when speaking with me. It could be that we paid to get a new carpet installed, not him, but, he still was good and that is what counts!

MBO FOR WRITING WORK

Laurie writes: I use MBOs every day of my life. Sometimes the results are quick, sometimes they’re slow, and sometimes they manifest at the speed of OMG. I’m a freelance writer, and today I requested an MBO for “work to come from unexpected sources”. Well, a few hours later that is exactly what I received. I was contacted by a person I did not think was even in a position to send writing work my way. Well, he has been promoted and can now send work in my direction. I am so grateful for MBOs!

MBO FOR RESCUE DOG

Laura writes: A rescue chow was going to be sent back to its owners after they surrendered it. It had never had any vet care and had somewhat of a behavioral problem. My friend had a hospice nurse that really loved it and wanted it and was devastated when she found out they wanted to give it back. My friend was over at my house as she found out. So I asked for the MBO and for assistance that this dog was not going back to a home where it would be neglected and possibly put down for its fear of being touched. And lo and behold, our beloved chow is now going somewhere where he will receive the proper love and care to have a healthy and extremely loving life.

MBO FOR BACK PAIN

Aravind in Australia writes: This may sound bizarre:

For about two months, I had a constant painful backache whenever I go to bed or do normal work activities. The pain would come and go. I went to doctors and physiotherapists to relieve it but it kept getting worse and worse. Exercises didn’t really resolve the problem.

I was about to book to see the chiropractor when I thought of saying the MBO three days back.

The MBO went along the lines: ‘I request to be free from my spinal pain and may the results be better than I hope for or expect.’

On 29th Dec night I said the MBO and went to bed with the usual excruciating pain. When I woke up the next day there was no pain. I’m not sure if the pain would come again but I think it is what it is now. A good relief!

MBO FOR ACCIDENT AT WALMART

Linda writes: I have practiced The Gentle Way and followed you for many years. I routinely request benevolent outcomes.

MBOs OR BPs FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT?

Is it normal for MBOs or BPs to not work all the time? Do I need to say BPs instead?

On a different topic, I just got your pet book today and I’m so excited to read it. Thanks for all you do.

MBOs are specifically for you. Benevolent Prayers or BPs are for others. Therefore, form it as a BP. You could say out loud, “I ask any and all beings to aid comfort and assist Sandy for her fluid sessions to work even better than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”

I have so many MBO stories, I cannot write them all up. My guardian angels are listening, responding, and keep me safe!

MBO TO FIND TOW TRUCK TO FIX FLAT

Maria writes: Hello Tom. I’m just sending some MBOs and here’s my story.

My daughter, her boyfriend and my grandkids took a trip to Santa Barbara this weekend. So they were supposed to be back Sunday night. My daughter calls me frantic and worried because on the way home, their tire popped and they had no spare. It was already 8:00 p.m. No tire shops were open.

So I told her to call a tow truck to see if they had a way to fix their popped tire. She calls me back and told me that they were charging her $900. I told her to have her boyfriend to call different tow companies and see if they can get somebody else there to fix their tire.

Later on she called me back and she told me that they were going to be stranded the whole night. They were miles away from any town or city on I-5. So the plan was that I was supposed to call my mother-in-law to let me borrow her car and go buy a spare for them and drive all the way over there.

So I told her to start requesting MBOs. Lo and behold, they found a tow guy that is willing to take them the right tire for their car and the guy is going to charge them only $100!

So I also requested an MBO. Guardian Angels, I request a most outcome that they find a tow truck and a person that’s willing to help them out—to see if they can have somebody go out there and fix their tire, so they can get home, better than expected and hope for, thank you!

During this dilemma, I was literally freaking out, because I didn’t know what was going to happen; if they’re going to be safe out there and plus I was worried about the grandkids.

The Angels came through I’m so happy!!!

Angels are amazing Tom!
