Kellye writes: I have 2 stories to share with you that you may want to include in a future newsletter.

First, a life-long friend of mine’s mom went in the hospital 2 weeks ago. The doctors said she was “very bad” and they did not expect her to live. (She had sepsis at that point and her kidneys were shutting down – all from open sores on her legs and stomach that she was not taking care of.) Since my friend is an over the road truck driver and I grew up knowing her mom too, I went to the hospital to see her first. She did not look good at all, but I just had a feeling that she would be ok. I still said an MBO for her total recovery. My friend got in town that night and told me she was worried that her mom wouldn’t live. I kept telling her, “I don’t care what those doctors and nurses are saying, she is going to live and be fine.” My friend tried to stay positive, but she couldn’t keep from worrying.

It is now 2 weeks later, and my friend’s mom is out of the 1st hospital and in a rehabilitation hospital. She is still being told that she will likely not walk again, and her kidneys still aren’t at 100%, but I keep telling her to forget what the doctors say and “keep fighting”. (Which I told her when I saw her in the hospital the 1st time too.) Her spirits are now up and she is seeing life differently now. As she said “a near death experience can change the thoughts between ones ear lobes”. I’m so very thankful that she is doing better and continues on her road to total recovery. If you don’t mind, would you please ask your readers to help in saying a benevolent prayer for her “speedy recovery”? Thank you so very much!

Let’s all say the following Benevolent Prayer out loud:  “I ask any and all beings to send healing energy to Kellye’s friend and may her recovery be even better than she can hope for or expect, thank you!”

Next, I’ve been wearing contact lenses for about 30 years. I have NEVER torn a lens in all that time… until this past Sunday. At 1st, I freaked out and thought “I don’t have $350 to see the eye doctor, get all the tests needed, and pay for new lenses right now.” Then I said a MBO to receive a new contact lens. On Tuesday, I called the eye doctor’s office and learned that neither doctor was in this week due to family issues. (One issue was from this past Saturday and the other was from Tuesday morning.) The woman I spoke with told me to just come up there and they would GIVE ME a new lens to replace the torn one! When I went to pick up my free lens, I told the woman that I really wanted to get the bi-focal contact lenses and wanted to know the total cost. When she quoted me the cost of the lenses (about $50), I asked how much it would be for the total exam and tests (because they have to do additional tests to give you the right size for your eyes) and she said to just call her when I’m ready to order them and she’ll order my new lenses and then I just need to check with them about 4 days after I get them to make sure they fit well! I have gone to this eye doctor my entire life and they have NEVER ordered new lenses for me without me seeing the eye doctor 1st!

I am so very thankful to know how to use MBO’s! I just wish everyone knew about this remarkable technique!

MBO FOR HEALTH

John writes on Facebook:  A little update from my MBO experiment from this past winter. I said an MBO, and posted it here on this page, for colds and flu “I request the most benevolent outcome to remain in a state of health and wellness this whole cold and flu season, and may this outcome be even better than I could hope for or expect…thank you.” And no colds or flu for me this year, I was very happy with that!

Now that spring is here (in the USA) I wanted to post an MBO for allergy season, since mine usually starts this month, anyone interested should say this MBO and see how it goes for you. “I request the most benevolent outcome to remain in a state of health and wellness this whole allergy season, and may this outcome be even better than I could hope for or expect…thank you!”

MBO FOR GOOD PRICE ON PICKUP

Judy writes:  I was at a car lot looking at a pick up. Asking price was $1900. My friend with me said we’ll offer $1800. I did an MBO for $1600 and told my friend I’ll go for $1600. The manager went to get the person I needed to talk to and as soon as he walked through the door he said “I’ll let it go for $1600.” My friend just looked at me with disbelief. I now have the pick up. Thank you guardian angel.

MBO’S FOR SAFETY IN SNOW & ICE

DeLeah writes: I was in my car this morning and on my way to work the roads were clear. 20 minutes before I was supposed to take my client to work it starts snowing. I thought, ok no big deal…WRONG it was snow and ice! By the time we left there were 2-3 inches on the road. She lives on a huge hill in the glorious mountainous state of West Virginia.  

We got stuck in traffic sitting on a hill for 25 minutes and then slid down the hill like all the other cars sideways in the ice and I am sitting there praying, ” I request a most benevolent outcome for my guides and angels to take the wheel and keep myself, my passenger and all cars around me safe with results even better than I could expect or hope for” I ended up halfway down the hill at a stop and felt guided to go down the back road. I did so and got about a mile and 300 ft in front of me is a stop sign and across the intersection three other cars had slid through the stop sign and into a yard. There were paramedics and road crews there already.

I went very slow and once again said the MBO and included Archangel Michael in it this time. I started sliding and could not stop. Somehow I stopped before I ran into a brick wall, garbage cans and the stop sign when by all accounts I should have been in the crash across the intersection. One of the guys was able to help me straighten out and I took the guidance to take another route and return my client home. THANK YOU ANGELS AND GUIDES FOR KEEPING ME SAFE!

MBO FOR DRIVING SAFETY

Norma writes:  Yes, Thank God and his Angels for that DeLeah have had experiences like that myself those MBO’s really do work wonders; I had my truck’s transmission fall out when it was driven into my yard.  Talk about Divine Angelic help–if that was on the highway I would have been in serious trouble!  I had so many of these close calls its worth mentioning for sure.

MBO FOR MONEY

Marianne writes:  I was very short on cash and said an MBO to make $50 or better from the farmers market where I vend. It was a slow market, only four vendors showed up, and I went home with over $100! The next day someone from our local conservation commission came to my door and asked me to sign a petition, which I did. I was also entered in a raffle for a $50 gift card from our local hardware store. Later that day she stopped at my house again and handed me the $50 gift card that I won. It sure came in handy for there were some things we needed. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

MBO’S AT WORK AT NEW GYM

Rick had written before that someone was vandalizing his equipment at a gym he belonged to, even though he was requesting MBO’s.  I said that indicated to me that it was time to find a better place.

Rick writes:  First, I wanted to update you on what happened with the gym. I told you a week ago that my personal equipment was being vandalized at the gym and living prayers and MBOs were not working. You suggested it meant it was time to move on. A week ago, the padlock was smashed in and I could not roll the tumblers. I called the cops and reported it. The owner suggested it was time I took them out and just brought them in each day. I told him that if my equipment left, I take my membership with me. He had no problem with that, so I quit.

Later in the afternoon I checked out a new place. I was familiar with it because it is next to the motor vehicles office. I went in, explained my situation. They had no problem with me bringing in my equipment, but it may be a while before I can store it. The place was cleaner and brighter than the other place. It’s $10/month cheaper and takes me less time to get there than the old gym. I think I am in a better place.

Rick followed up:  I said an MBO for the new gym to allow me to store my equipment in the gym. They called me this morning to tell me I can keep them locked in an office.

MBO FOR RETURN OF STOLEN CAR

Kanti writes:  Three weeks ago my fiancé’s Pathfinder was stolen from in front of my house. We said MBO’s non-stop and lo and behold, the car was found, in perfect condition with only a few things stolen from the inside!!

Sandy writes:  My scissors were sitting next to me one minute, then they weren’t when I needed them. I looked and looked, said an MBO, and then they popped back up where they were before. I think I had a bump in with another timeline.

Luzmarie writes:  I asked for a MBO to pass my very stressful Educational Diagnostician Exam with a 90 or above and I passed it with a 90! SO grateful!

Many students of all ages have reported great success after requesting a MBO for an exam.  They say they are more calm and score higher than even the best students in the class.

Katherine writes:  I asked a MBO for an upgrade on a washer/dryer with only having to pay up to $100 more, and I got the upgrade with $0 more!

BP FOR SISTER’S HEART FAILURE

Lee writes:  My sister was in the hospital for the fourth time this year with congestive heart failure. Things were not looking too good as her kidneys were starting to fail. I said a BP for the best doctors to help her and for every hand that touched her to be a healing hand. She is now home and doing well. She starts dialysis next week and I am hoping it makes her well enough to get the leaky heart valve repaired soon.

Here’s a BP for all of us to say out loud: “I ask any and all beings to send healing energy to Lee’s sister, and may the results of her recovery be even better than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”

MBO FOR THE PERFECT JOB

Chrissy writes from Brisbane:  Here is an MBO to add to your list for the next time you do your newsletter.

I have been out of work for 4.5 months and over that time, I have applied for many jobs, most of them through agencies. Of course, times are tough and I could tell that they were tough for the agencies as well. Each time I applied for a job, they called me in so they could meet me face to face. It was not hard to work out that they were also doing it tough.

I would have to say that I was qualified for the majority of the jobs for which I applied. One of the jobs was with my old company to replace someone going on 6 months maternity leave and I didn’t get it!! Not because I was not suited but, as it turns out, the person to whom the agency sent all my details was away for a couple of days and they went with another person. To me that just proved that Spirit/The Angels had something else in mind for me.

While it is hard sometimes to keep positive and I did have a couple of wobbly moments where I almost changed my criteria, I didn’t budge. I asked the Angels for the perfect job for me on the north side of the city – not in the central business district – and with the perfect mix of people. Someone called me from an agency on Monday of this week gone about a job that I had seen on the Internet several weeks ago. I met with the consultant on Tuesday and they sent my details to the company who then wanted to see me last Friday. I was told that I had the job yesterday afternoon. The person they had in the job had not worked out. I was thrilled.

In all the time that I was out of a job and looking for the right one, there seemed to be several jobs for which I thought I should have been chosen and was not. Each time, I had to say to myself that it was not my job to have and that Spirit were working on my request for me. A couple of times I almost changed the contents of my MBO but a ‘voice in my head’ told me that I should stick with what I asked for and that Spirit is working on it. I think it is harder to stick with something like that than to just give in.

I am looking forward to my job because I KNOW that Spirit has fulfilled my request for the right people with which to work. I have taken a pay cut as I am changing industries but I know that this company reward hard work. Thank you Tom for asking people to help me with my job request. Thanks to the Angels and Spirit for coming through AGAIN.

ELECTRICITY & SNOW REMOVAL MBO’S

Catherine writes:  Mid-Missouri experienced two back-to-back unexpectedly snowfalls. The second snowstorm knocked out electricity, as I discovered when bedroom light switch failed to materialize … light!  No answer from a call to Landlord.  Okay! An MBO for landlord to clear parking lot.  Found my electric bill, phoned company, and assured of prompt service; THEN I requested an MBO.  

Electric back on with minutes.  No Internet via Mediacom!  Said an MBO, made breakfast, settled back and relaxed with a great new Audible book.  Early afternoon, decided to clear car and take a hike.  I alone was on the Katy Trail with Gaia’s white beauty and the privilege of the brief companionship with a lone and curious white-tail deer.  Exercised and exultant with my walk, I returned home and thrilled to see Landlord had cleared parking lot and steps up to my apartment!  Within 30 minutes, Internet was back on!  At no time did I feel either panic or concern about any “lack” of electricity, Internet or, if I needed to use my car for an emergency, access to main roads.  I just trusted the MBO’s and their divine timing, went with the flow and experienced a deliciously cozy, warm, healthy snow day!

Notice how requesting MBO’s lowers the stress level?  Give it a try if you haven’t already.  

MBO FOR INSURANCE

Rick writes:  Here is an MBO for you. I downgraded my medicare supplement insurance to a zero premium plan. I am on SSDI for depression, and had been with this insurer for two years. When I downgraded, they started sending me notices that my office visits for therapy were being questioned because it may not be a covered benefit. Normally I get invoices that explain my coverage. I wasn’t getting those. I said an MBO for the insurer to continue to pay for the visits. When I signed in and paid my copay, not only did I find out that the previous visits were paid for, but my copay was not $45, but $40 and received a $20 credit. Hoping this continues!

MBO’S FOR MOUNTAIN DRIVING, SON

Kanti in Seattle writes:  I have a short MBO for you. Last week or so we had to go to a wedding in Boise ID from Seattle WA. It was serious snow weather on Snoqualmie pass and another pass that we had to go over to get there. I requested a MBO for safe traveling and even though severe storm conditions were in progress, we made it over the mountains with virtually no snow. We left to return 3 days later after the huge blizzard had passed but there was another one on the way the same day we were leaving. We got a late start so I was really nervous about the passes..at night!!  Another MBO for a safe trip and we went over the mountains just at the beginning of another big storm barely missing it and made it home in record time!

Thanks for these wonderful MBO’s Tom!! We love you and all the special friends that you have.

Also I want to thank you for inspiring my son. He adores you and the MBO’s! He recently just went through another bout with the hospital for nearly a week from having a deep and very serious lung infection. We, and the doctors, were very, very concerned as he couldn’t breathe and everyone thought that it was his heart again. We all said MBO’s and it turned out to be his lungs, whew!! He has had four + major heart surgeries since he was 13 ( birthday coming up, going to be 34) and only a few months ago spent a week in the hospital over just getting the wires out of his chest but the hosp. messed up and he got a bad infection in the wound that they thought went to the bone. So he was overdosed with a very strong antibiotic, had a severe reaction to it.  Meanwhile, we said MBO’s together ALOT and turned out there was no bone problem and he is very much healed and home and working on his veggie garden!! I cannot thank you enough Tom for this easy and efficient means of blessings!

MBO TO FIND HORSES

Cassondra writes:  After a long winter stay in the pasture, my horses got out of the pasture. They decided to take an ‘unsupervised’ run around the farm and surrounding area. Needless to say I was extremely concerned. I requested an MBO for their safety and their safe return home. It took some time and strategy. We finally caught up with them nearly a mile away on still on the dirt road. The road was very icy. If they had gone the other way or continued, they would have been on the tar road/ traffic. My mare strained a muscle slipping on the ice, which just requires some pasture rest for recovery. She was very humbled and is very unlikely to run off again. (She always learns from the outcome of her decisions.) My gelding (the instigator) was fine and very happy to get home safely. They did no property damage. I got plenty of exercise running through fields of snow and a nice hike down the road and back.

MBO FOR NEW COFFEE TABLE

Eleanore writes:  Two years ago, I moved from a large home, by choice, to a small apartment and left behind a huge glass coffee table (4 feet by 6 feet).  I have been looking for an affordable small replacement ever since.  I, in the meantime, discovered your gift of using MBO’s and did so toward that purpose over that two year period.  Yesterday, I awoke and had a message to drive back to my former location and check out a used items facility there.  It’s a 2 1/2 hour drive but I thought since I got the “whisper in my ear” I should pay attention.  So, I did.  Yup, there it was – my glass coffee table and it was exactly the right size for $15!!  You can just imagine the words of gratitude all the way home and the great kick I got out of the entire experience !!  Expect Great Things.  So Fun!!

MBO FOR BAGGAGE DELIVERY

Daralyn writes:  A few days ago I flew from Phoenix airport to Houston where my husband was waiting in the cell phone lot to pick me up. Since I had checked in several hours early in Phoenix, I figured my suitcase would be one of the first ones put in the plane and therefore one of the last taken out. While at the baggage carousel I requested a MBO for my bag to be in the first batch unloaded. Then I counted them as they began arriving, and mine was number 8, out of maybe hundreds? So I was able to leave quickly and not keep my hubby waiting!

EXPECT GREAT THINGS FOR HUMANITY!

Flo writes:  Hi, Tom – while saying the “I expect GREAT things” prayer/affirmation today, I suddenly was inspired to add “for Humanity” –

“I expect GREAT things for Humanity today; I expect GREAT things for Humanity tomorrow; I expect GREAT things for Humanity all week!”

Boy, do I feel good when and after saying this!

Welcome to the Benevolent Outcomes Blog, and welcome to everyone who subscribed in the past week.  This Blog is for people just discovering how to use a very simple, yet powerful and effective spiritual tool you can use every day the rest of your life.  It will lessen the stress and fear of life in general, and will make your life easier.  It’s so simple a lot of people say “It can’t be this easy,” but it is, because IT WORKS!  This reconnects you with your Guardian Angel, or higher power, or whatever your belief is.  You simply say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for…….., thank you!”  When you read the stories below, sent from all over the world, we use the acronym MBO for Most Benevolent Outcomes, GA for Guardian Angel, and BP for Benevolent Prayers (what you ask for other people).

MBO TO FIND WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID

Linda in Cascade Maryland writes:  Thank you most sincerely, for your wonderful first book on MBO’s, I have just begun to apply the principals and a friend and I are doing daily, frequent MBO’s, with amazing results!

Here is one of my finer MBO’s, which I experienced just this week:

I live in Maryland, and while being spared the worst of this winter’s weather, we have had our share of slush and salted roads. While driving on a major highway recently my vehicle ran out of windshield washer fluid. As the windshield began to fog and blur with spray I felt a rising sense of panic, as I had no idea where to buy washer fluid in that area, nor any clue how to put into my new and unfamiliar SUV. Collecting my thoughts, I said an MBO. As I drove, I felt a strong urge to exit onto another road towards home, one which I seldom use.

I eventually came to a small gas station and convenience store. I had never been in it, but I felt a strong “nudge” to stop there. When I went in and asked for windshield washer fluid, the pleasant young woman behind the counter got it, rang me up and then offered to put it into the car for me!  I was amazed, as no one has ever offered to do that, but this was the time I needed someone to do so. She said, Oh, no problem… I do that for my mother all the time! (Age does have its benefits sometimes!)

I drove away thanking the angels and washing my smeared and splattered windshield. I couldn’t wait to share the MBO with my friend, and we agree that the angels probably enjoy our happily sharing the word of their little, daily miracles.

BP FOR KANGAROO

Chrissy in Brisbane writes:  At last I have an MBO for your next newsletter.

Where I live in the far northern suburbs of Brisbane and between the built up suburbs are patches of country/scrub/bush that have not been built on and are still raw country – basically, they are lower areas leading down to one of the rivers covered in scrub [bushes] and trees. This morning, I was on my way to a shopping centre and was taking the back roads to get to the highway. As I approached the T-junction, I could see a kangaroo hopping along the road in front of me on the other side of the road at the T-junction. Very thrilling, except that some people tend to use that road as a race track.

As I came to a stop at the junction, I said an MBO out load to please protect the kangaroo and allow it to get home safely. It was a magnificent animal and such a gorgeous creature, but at the same time, if it was struck by a car, it could also do a lot of damage – as well as lose its life. When I got to the stop sign, I could see a car coming along from my left  – almost as soon as I finished saying my MBO. I noticed that the kangaroo had stopped jumping and was sitting on the side of the road looking at this car. The car slowed right down and came to a stop on the road, the kangaroo looked at it and then jumped across the road and into the bush. Thank you Angels!!

It was so nice to see that the Angels took care of this beautiful animal as so many get injured and killed on the back roads with drivers going too fast to stop.

Just wanted to share that with you and your readers.

MBO’S FOR SLEEP & POSITIVE THOUGHTS

For A Good Night’s Sleep

I’ve found that the words excellent quality, and healing are the most potent words in this one.

When Having Negative Thoughts & Feelings

I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for thinking, feeling and being fulfilled, grateful, abundant, loving, joyous, loved, worthy etc. Thank you. May the results be better that I can expect or hope for. Thank you. I expect great things. Thank you.

Most of the MBOs where I want to evoke certain feelings and thoughts I add ‘in all and every moment of the day (today or tomorrow) and in in all and every aspect of all my lives (today or tomorrow). Thank you.’

MBO’S AT WORK FOR YEARS

Leon writes:  Thanks for the information and newsletters, especially MBO’s.

I’ve been saying MBO’s and living prayer longer than I can remember now.   Many years.  I integrated them into my spiritual and prayer practice quite easily and have found them a constant source of comfort and help to say the least.  Very user friendly too!

I remember saying to a friend once when introducing him to them.  “I say MBO’s for pretty much everything except going to the bathroom (if you pardon the expression)” and he replied, “And don’t rule that one out either!”

I find they seem to work a lot more pronounced when I am introducing them to other people and am with them.  Or if the other person is requesting one for first time.  Maybe I just notice it more.

Have adopted your daily Benevolent Prayer, which I find really good.  As you may be also aware of family and ancestral karma and how that can effect some of us in different ways.

So I have been also saying the Daily benevolent prayer for our forefathers and ancestors to help lighten there karmic burden too.

I ask any and all Beings to please come to the aid, assistance and comfort to anyone my forefathers and ancestors have harmed in anyway, in any past, present and future life. Thank you (or the full version).

We don’t know what the actions of our forefathers and ancestors were, either way, I feel this could help a lot. So I include it too with the other prayers.

MBO FOR LOST GIFT CARD

DeLeah writes:  I recently upgraded to the NOOK HD+ and since Barnes and Noble was running a great promotion before Valentine’s Day where you get a $30 Gift Card with it I went ahead and did it then. Well last week I went to get my gift card to order some spiritual books and low and behold it is not in my wallet where I know I put it! I started saying MBO’s to help me find it. I said, “I request a most benevolent outcome for help in retrieving my lost gift card in an unlimited way with results even better than I could expect or hope for.” A few days later my sister messaged me asking for the password on my nieces nooks because they had found a $30 gift card in the garbage! LOL The angels do work in mysterious ways!

MBO SUCCESSES

Catherine writes:  Once one incorporates MBOs and BPs into their life, it becomes second nature to turn to them. Since learning of the low BP Statistic, I felt that was sad and should share with friends not only MBO’s, but also the Past, Present, Future BP Sign you have available on your site. This has been quite fulfilling! What has truly amazed me is by reciting the “I expect great things today…” BP! WOW! I have stated this now for 3 weeks. The great things just keep pouring in!! Thank You’s just don’t seem to cut it Tom. Nonetheless, I appreciate you!

Oh, and I forgot to mention that I have asked my children to give me two weeks with the EXPECT GREAT THINGS Prayer… They are obliging me.   A sign hangs on our bathroom mirror and they say it before brushing their teeth each morning. Makes me smile!

MBO FOR MONEY

Janet writes:  Hi Tom, here is a very interesting MBO request that keeps on working!

Inspired by the several reports from people about making a MBO for money lately, I decided to try it.  I guess my angels were hoping I’d ask them for this!

*  The very next day someone I know offered to pay me $50 to help her sort out her various jumbled papers and books, and that did happen.

I thought this was the answer to my request, but now there’s been a small string of money coming my way.

*  My daughter has sent a small cheque to pay back part of the money I’d lent her a while ago.  I didn’t expect to get it back, and hadn’t even thought about asking for it.

*  I suddenly acquired a client for some EFT counseling, and she is returning, which is bringing more money to me.

*  When I went to the Credit Union today, the teller suggested I transfer my savings account money into a 90 day account that pays 3% interest, which is roughly double the interest rate from the regular account, and will consult with me before it becomes due in case the 90 day special will be repeated and I can take advantage of it again.

*  On my way home, I met the owner of the little coffee shop I like to drop into – and talked to her about the possibility of selling some of my pottery in her shop.  She was encouraging, and she only takes 25% of sales!

I wonder what other unexpected money events are lined up for me!

MBO FOR CREATIVITY

Jodi writes:  I said an MBO for a sign that my MBO’s were being heard and I was awakened by an Angel saying, “Your prayers have been sent.” I didn’t see the angel but I did hear him and that was good enough for me. This left me so excited and renewed my faith; I was on cloud 9 all week. Another MBO I wrote in my notebook on my cell phone was for my own unique abilities and creativity to be awakened, as I am a Psychic/Medium and Reiki Teacher. The Angels delivered 2 new healing modalities and a new way to teach Reiki. Thank you Tom and My Guardian Angels. I love MBO’s.

MBO FOR RETURN OF COMPUTER

Stephanie in South Africa writes:  I am writing from South Africa where we have an alarmingly high crime rate. We recently had a break-in and my computer, with all my work on as well as my flash drive with my back-ups, among other things, were stolen. It was just too awful to even consider starting all over with my work so I immediately started asking for an MBO for the safe return of my computer and just focused on it returning to me with absolute faith. I know you said one MBO is enough but I just kept on asking.

Well, my neighbor happened to see their car and wrote down the registration number, which led to their arrest within an hour, but at the time the police said nothing was found on them. However, two days later, we were asked to come and identify goods as they have managed to recover some things from a house. And there was my computer – absolutely fine whereas most of our other stolen goods were quite damaged, and cameras and other things were still missing. Now you have to consider this: in South Africa the police hardly ever get to arrest any of these opportunistic burglars, let alone recover anything! So this is nothing less than a miracle and I could not thank my angel(s) enough. In fact, I was so touched by this, I was actually quite emotional for a day.

MBO FOR POTENTIAL ROBBERY

Pamela writes from Sedona, Arizona:  Hi Tom, many blessings to you. I have been reading your newsletter for 3-4 yrs now, have read your books and printed out your sheets and say them every day while I am getting ready. Then as I am driving to work I say my own MBO’s for driving, work, my family, the government and what ever is happening. I always ask that I am guided guarded and protected from evil and harm at all times.

Well last night at work that was put to the test. Please ask Theo if I am right and let everyone know to ask for protection everyday.  I am a cashier in Sedona, which you know is a small happy town. Everyone feels safe there. Well I look up and three people back is a man that sent off every bell in my body that I was going to be robbed. I alerted the person in charge and continued to cashier.

When I waited on the man, 6’5″, 270# white, black hoodie pulled over his head down to forehead, black baseball cap, sunglasses, 50’s and we were having a warm day. So I figured all I could do was remember as many details as I could. His head was down all the time but he did say yes mam in a soft quite voice with a southern accent. So I stood there facing him trying to look at everything so I could remember it all. Much to my relief and shock he left. I have been saying Thank you to my guardian angels ever since.

Ask Theo if he really was going to rob me and did me saying everyday to keep me guided guarded and protected from evil and harm make him change his mind. People need to know this.  I have a concealed weapons permit but have not carried my gun since I started saying MBO’s. I would rather pray and trust that I am protected which is the way I want the world to be.  Thank you for all that you do!

Normally questions for Theo, my own Guardian Angel, are handled in my weekly newsletter, but since this was specifically about MBO’s here is the question and answer.

Theo, was the guy planning to rob Pamela’s restaurant?

Yes, Tom, he was seriously contemplating it, but he also felt something blocking him from doing so, thanks to her actions.  

This is a good example of one of the rules of requesting MBO’s—the requests must be benevolent for not only you, but also everyone connected with the request.  In this case it was not only benevolent for Pamela and the restaurant, but also for the potential robber, as he would have run a much greater risk of being caught with her keen observation.  

MBO FOR PARTNER, SON

Shirley writes: I asked for a MBO for things to be better for my partner at his job and nothing happened immediately but now he has changed to a new nice team leader’s group! I also said an MBO for all good things to come into my/my partners/my son’s life and we won a PPP parenting program workshop over 2 days – value $400+ and then I won a fair trade Armadillo Rug worth $495 !!!!’ Thank you Angels & the Universe and thank you Tom!

MBO FOR PACKAGE DELIVERY

Judy writes:  I sent a package to my four grandsons in Italy the week after Christmas and the first of February they still hadn’t received it. I did an MBO for the package to find them and received word this morning the package was delivered to my son-in-law’s work. Thank you Guardian Angel.

MBO TO GET WELL

Lou writes:  I injured my foot on Jan 28. A bad mid-level foot injury. I could hardly walk. I couldn’t garden anymore, Maggie didn’t go out for walks for 3 weeks. I waited two weeks before I had a thump-on-the-head moment, and began asking all of my guardians and angels for a healing. I am going to Dallas to visit the new science museum there, and asked for the pain to stop, and to be able to walk and walk, and walk. Gradually, my foot became better with less pain. Today, I jumped out of bed gingerly-and then danced up and down. Thank you angels and guardians. You did it again!

MBO FOR FREE DRINKS

Robin writes:  Money has been tight lately as expenses have been higher than normal. But I agreed to go out to dinner with some friends I hadn’t seen in over a year. I said an MBO as we sat down for some of our drinks to be paid for.  Well 2 hours later, our waitress had disappeared and we were ready to wrap up…another waitress brought us our bill but it was for our tea only, it didn’t have our dinner and drinks included. We pointed this out and the new waitress went off to sort it out…turns out the first waitress had a family emergency, left before we paid and forgot to settle the bill…because it took so long to sort out they comped the tea LOL! Next time I will less specific and limiting in my MBO’S.

HEALTH SCARE

Donna writes:  Got 911’d to hospital Tuesday pm with chest pains and elevated BP. Thought I was a goner. God kept saying, “You’re OK.” Started thanking him that I could breathe, didn’t have cancer, wasn’t diabetic, didn’t need surgery, could walk, talk, breathe and feed myself. Symptoms lifted. Home now. All is well.

When I was told I had congestive heart failure, the first thing I did was to request a Most Benevolent Outcome for my health.  It took eventually three procedures to get me back to where I did not have to take any heart medicines, but before each procedure I requested a MBO and had absolutely no fear!

MBO’S FOR BATHROOM REMODELING

My wife and I are remodeling three bathrooms at our house, after holding off for several years due to the deep recession we have been in, and the resulting lack of business in our international Film and TV Program distribution business.  Naturally we are requesting Most Benevolent Outcomes (MBO’s) at each step.  We were able to obtain a deep discount in purchasing exactly the bathtub my wife wants; then the electrician was able to begin immediately, and he recommended a painter who agreed to a better price and was able to start the next day, as we requested MBO’s.  She has also requested MBO’s for choosing the right colors for the bathrooms.

You can make your life much less stressful by requesting MBO’s every day for everything you’re doing in your life.  All you have to do is to say out loud, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for….., thank you!”  Here are more stories from all over the world from people using this simple, yet very powerful spiritual tool in their lives.   

MBO FOR CAT SYRINGES

Kate writes:  I would classify this story as “small things that go my way from  MBOs”.  Yesterday (I had done a general MBO in the morning for the whole day) it was cold up here in Vt. (about 10 degrees but felt colder). Late afternoon when I pulled into the carport I remember thinking “Thank God I don’t have to go out again today,” since I was feeling rundown and overextended and cold! Then, as it was nearing 9 pm I realized I only had one syringe left for my cat, to give her insulin shot, and it has to be given at 7 am in the morning. Knowing the drugstore closes at 9, I got the pharmacy manager on the phone. When I told him I wasn’t feeling that well, and that he didn’t open again until 9 am, he said he had cashed out for the day. But he offered to GIVE me a package ($5 value) if I could get there in 5 -10 minutes, which I did.  He said he was down to the bottom of a case of them and this was the last one! I always thought $5 was a lot to pay for these small plastic items, so here is one case when things worked out my way!

MBO EXPERIMENT

Richard writes:  Thanks for the newsletters; I get a lot of enjoyment and knowledge in reading them. The other day I tried an experiment and I requested an MBO.  I wanted my wife to come into the room where I was and my MBO was for my angel to have her come and sit by my side, and within about a couple of minutes she came into the room to sit with me and I started to laugh because it had happened so quickly and I did not want her to know what I had done but all I could do was smile to myself.  That must sound strange to you for something so simple to bring a smile to my face but it let me know how something so simple could be requested and answered just for me. Now on to bigger and better requests.

MBO TO FIX SOUND CARD

Tina writes:  I discovered MBO’s this weekend while reading an article from OM Holistic magazine. After reading the article I decided to give MBO’s a try on my old laptop. You see I haven’t been able to hear the sound from my laptop for a few months now and although I’m no computer expert, I’m pretty resourceful at fixing small issues that’s come up in the past. I even took my laptop to an expert and after his inspection he said that the sound card was ‘fried.’ I couldn’t even buy a part to replace it because of how it’s designed in the laptop. So of course I was very disappointed. After reading the article I decided to give this MBO a try. Well I made the statement out loud and then released it.… later on that day I restated it a little differently…. I request an MBO to give me the wisdom to restore the sound on the computer, thank you…. instead of I request an MBO to fix the sound…once I made that new statement I was drawn to pull up the sound icon, made a few clicks here and there and WHOLA!!!!! It worked…it took 1 minute…and don’t even remember what I did…in the past I’ve spent hours on this computer trying to fix the problem and after an MBO and one minute later I can hear the sounds again…I am soooooo happy!

MBO FOR SPEEDING TICKET

DeLeah writes:  I was given a speeding ticket for doing 42 in a 25 back in December. I began immediately saying MBO’s. I went to court today and was hoping since my court date was set for Valentine’s Day I would be given mercy and though I was hoping the angels would do something so that the cop would not show up that was not the case…however, I was offered a plea bargain which I took for a 29 in a 25 instead of the original charge. This was truly divine help because everyone around me told me I was wasting my time and money going to court for this ticket but I did not feel that way…especially, with all the points I would have been given and the insurance increases. Thank you Guides and Angels!

MBO FOR TRIP

Diane writes:  I have a great MBO to share with you…………..
 
Last week my husband informed me that I would be going to Michigan with him for a funeral.  BUT his friend and wife would be traveling with us.  Not happy about that!  You see this friend never has money and that would mean we would have to pay for food, gas, hotel, etc.  Hey, we are not rich and I don’t like people who use you!  So I quickly did an MBO for them not to go with us since I also found out that someone else from their area was going….so like I said I did an MBO for them to go with someone else and not with us.
Well, that Wednesday night my husband said we would take my uncle with us which meant that his friend and wife could not go with us!  Talk about a very happy person and smiling all over the place!!!!  So this was an MBO that came through very quickly.

Ahhhhhh, love it!!!  I always notice that some MBO’s come through quickly and others are a little slower…but they do come through.  I always feel that we are on God’s time line not ours (smile).

MBO FOR VACATION WITH FRIEND

Nancy writes:  A friend wanted me to join her on a vacation when her husband was away for the week so she would not be on her own. It is not an easy location from where I live and, even though I tried for hours on a couple of occasions, I was not able to find flights at a reasonable price or without terrible layovers – since it was last minute.
When I told them no, they were both disappointed. They are such good friends and very generous people. I decided to try again and asked for a way there that I could manage.  I asked a MBO for guidance finding a route that would make the journey a pleasant and safe one.  

After more hours of searching online, I found a way that would work, although it did involve too many cities. I asked my friends if it was still OK to come and they were over the moon.  Just as I was about to book the flights, I checked one more website and found a charter that took me there the right day and it was a direct flight with one quick stop for more passengers. This ticket must have just been released because it did not come up on earlier searches.

I felt rewarded for putting my friends’ feelings ahead of my pocketbook or convenience.  Life is good and I get a week in the sun away from cold and snowy Canada! … on a champagne charter.

MBO FOR SNOW REMOVAL

Margaret writes:  After the snow storm in NY last week, I asked for a MBO to get help with the clean up and within a minute of stating the MBO out loud, my door bell rang and there was help.  The steps and walkway were all cleaned by the three (3) nice young men.  About one hour after that, I started clearing the snow from my car and the next door neighbor came and said that he will do it for me.  What a great relief.  I am totally grateful.

Thanks for your books.  They are the best and so very easy.

Welcome to the Benevolent Outcomes Blog, and welcome to everyone who subscribed in the past week.  This Blog is for people just discovering how to use a very simple, yet powerful and effective spiritual tool you can use every day the rest of your life.  It will lessen the stress and fear of life in general, and will make your life easier.  It’s so simple a lot of people say “It can’t be this easy,” but it is, because IT WORKS!  This reconnects you with your Guardian Angel, or higher power, or whatever your belief is.  You simply say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for…….., thank you!”  When you read the stories below, sent from all over the world, we use the acronym MBO for Most Benevolent Outcomes, GA for Guardian Angel, and BP for Benevolent Prayers (what you ask for other people).

BENEVOLENT PRAYERS FOR COMPANY

Sherry-Ann writes:  Thank you so much for MBO’s and BP’s! I am so grateful to you for bringing that awareness to all of us. I am so grateful to my friend Lorraine Benham for introducing me to your weekly newsletter. In gratitude, I want to share a BP story with you.

The beginning of this week was very rough. My boss’ company was running short on funds. Payroll was due this week. We put a great amount of financial outlay to get product that we then have to install before we get paid (my boss’s company does IT consulting, cloud computing, computer repair: an IT Dept for small businesses who can’t afford to have their own IT department and the overhead costs involved.) IT equipment (especially things like computer servers, switches, etc.) is very expensive. I am his office assistant. A part of my responsibility is to make sure that the customers are billed, and to make sure we get the monies due us, to include collections.

There were a few big tickets that hadn’t been cleared. One company, I had to refuse service because they did not hold up their end of the deal by getting their check to us when they said they would. I was becoming so exasperated, and then fearful that if we didn’t get some monies in ASAP, that my boss would not be able to make payroll and then eventually we’d be laid off. So for 3 mornings this week, on my drive into work, I said Benevolent Prayers for my boss, his company, and my fellow coworker. There are only 3 of us in the company. I also said a Benevolent Prayer that the company would see funds owed come in as soon as possible.

Long story short, money DID come in. Yesterday, we had a whole bunch of checks in the mail, including the check of the company that I had to refuse service to. Please understand, that with that company we tried to work as hard as we could with them to make things right. It was a delay in the check getting to us, but we also did our due diligence beforehand so I felt that my hands were tied. We also received some credit card payments too. In total, we received over $11,000 in receipts, the largest take that I have seen for one day in the two months that I have been with this company! I thought my boss was going to cry.

It was like as I was saying those BP’s, the checks were either being processed or in the mail. So amazing!

I have also had success with Most Benevolent Outcomes as well, but that is for another time.

Again, please accept my sincere thanks and gratitude for this awesome modality. I will continue to keep doing MBO’s and BP’s. And I MUST share this story with my friend. As a matter of fact, I’m going to include her on this e-mail, as she deserves credit for introducing me to you. I LOVE my healer sistah, Lorraine !

BP & MBO FOR SISTER CONTACT

Donna writes:  A wonderful MBO story for you!

I had lost contact with my sister about 5 years ago when she moved and didn’t give me new contact information. I always assumed that there were some unresolved issues but I never really knew what was going on with her. I have thought of her often, and this morning I sent her a Benevolent Prayer and it’s kind of a blur, but I’m pretty sure that I sent an MBO to have contact with her.

Within the next hour, I got a call from my niece, who told me my sister wanted to talk to me!! We had a nice talk and I never asked her why she broke contact. I was just so thrilled that we can be real sisters again! Apparently, my niece had been searching for me for months, and all of this time it never occurred to me that they had lost my phone number and address. It looks like our BP’s and MBO’s are getting even stronger as we get closer to the 5th focus. I thank my guardian angels and I can never thank you enough, Tom, for giving us these precious tools that I use every single day in so many ways.

BP’S & MBO’S HELP EASE THE LOSS

Vicki writes:  My husband Jon and I have been using MBO’s for a long time now with good results.  We have been big fans of you and Theo, attending a few of your local talks in the DFW area. You have even included some of our MBOS accounts in your second book.  MBO’s have helped us both through life especially navigating Jon’s eight-year struggle with thyroid cancer.  We both have felt much more spiritual and aligned with our soul paths since using MBO’s.  

It was Jon’s path to die from thyroid cancer at age 58, the same age his mother was taken by cancer. He passed away on January 28 after a particularly brutal year of suffering with persistent thyroid cancer which eventually suffocated him, caused him to lose his voice in August along with his sense of taste, appetite, mobility and most of his body weight.  I was his sole caregiver.  In the days before he died, we had frequent visits from foxes, raccoons, and one day coyotes and we thought they were paying respects in some way.  In the end, all who saw Jon had to say his passing was a blessing due to his emaciated condition and the horrible pain he suffered.  

Several well meaning friends have asked me don’t you wonder why this happened to you and Jon and aren’t you mad at God?  Don’t you wonder why you two had such bad luck? My answer to them is that I believed in reincarnation and more so since learning about the Gentle Way.  Practicing the Gentle Way reaffirmed to me that we choose the paths we are on and there is no one to be mad at, we are hear to learn life lessons, lessons that we design.  A good friend who also uses MBOs reminded me to re-read chapter 8 of your 2nd book where you talk about your friend Joy’s transition to the afterlife.  It was comforting to read that she was able to communicate with you and her husband through meditation.  (This may be the impetus I need to start meditating!)

At Jon’s funeral I wrote this benevolent prayer that a friend lead and the participants repeated to help with his transition:  “I ask any and all beings to assist and comfort Jon’s soul for the result that will be the most benevolent for him as he travels his spiritual path.”

MBO FOR HEATING SYSTEM REPAIR

Robin writes:  I was listening to the guys working on my heating system in the basement. At one point they said, I don’t think there’s anything more we can do. I asked for a MBO in that moment, and then I heard them trying something else. They found a part that was clogged–the part where the water flows through for the FHW heating. They took off for Lowes and were able to find a replacement. They bled the old radiators in my 1910 house and the heat was back up and running. There appears to be an inspiring thought that was downloaded in that moment when they were ready to give up. MBO’s always work for me.

MBO FOR DRIVING IN COSTA RICA

Sandy writes from Costa Rica:  I have written before but today was truly amazing, so I had to write again to say thanks so much.  I have read your books and am really working hard on requesting MBO’s for all I do.  

This afternoon I went to the airport to pick up a friend, who was returning to Costa Rica from the states, as she was bringing a few things for me.  She landed at 1:30 and I realized that it would likely put me in some bad traffic, as she lives across the valley from me.  Arrivals were heavy and it took about an hour for her to come out of the airport.  We then drove to her house and talked for a while.  I got in my car to drive across town at 3:40 pm.  Typically with no traffic, I can make it in about 35 minutes, but during rush hour it can take up to 2 hours.  Rush hour usually begins about 3:30 and continues until 6:30.  Traffic is really heavy in the Central Valley of Costa Rica.  

I asked for a Most Benevolent Outcome even better than I could hope to expect and I did indeed receive just that.  I arrived home in about 37 minutes.  After 3 pm, it is usually quite insane.  Today, the traffic parted for me and arrived home feeling a cross between tears and laughter.  I am so grateful for the assistance I received from my guardian angel today and always.  Thank you so much for your gentle guidance and examples.  Your words have changed my life.

MBO FOR VIDEO SHOOT

I received this one some time ago but it “fell through the email cracks.”

Rick writes:  Some MBOs for you. I recently went to San Francisco to shoot a trailer/teaser video for a screenplay that I have written. I used many of the MBOs suggested on the Gentle Way website, which were quite effective. Our shoot was scheduled for Monday morning in Stockton, CA. Before driving out the day before to do some final scouting, the producer showed me some sites. While we’re sightseeing, he gets a call; our director of photography gets arrested for a probation violation. The producer scrambles on the phone between that point and the trip to Stockton.

While we’re walking around the outside of AT&T Park, he’s on the phone trying to figure out what needs to be done. I’m saying MBO’s for a suitable director of photography for our shoot on Monday. On the highway towards Stockton, an hour or so later, we’re notified that the original D.P. was released from jail, and he arrived Monday morning, ready to shoot, which we did, and everything was nearly perfect.

MBO FOR LOST GLASSES

Randy writes:  This is a very simple one but it happens all the time. I lost my glasses. I looked through every room in my house and my pocketbook twice. Then it occurred to me, MBO. I asked for a Most Benevolent Outcome for finding my glasses. I needed them quickly because I had to go to work and needed them for driving. Immediately after I said it, there they were on the floor half-way under my bed. I said my thank you’s and was off to work.

MBO FOR NICE MASSAGE EXPERIENCE

Monica in West Sacramento writes:  I’m a Massage Therapist and at the end of every Massage I place my hands on there heads to say a Blessing, ever since I’ve learned about “MBO’s” I request for my client to have had a Wonderful Experience and they (my client) always expresses “How Wonderful their Massage was.” Thank you and I Thank my Benevolent Angels.

I suggested to Monica that she request a MBO every time just before the massage that the massage will be even better for her client than she can hope for or expect.

MBO FOR CUSTOMER PROBLEM

Suzanne in the UK writes:  One of my store customers was very upset with my store’s customer service approach to dealing with her problem last Sunday. Basically a friend of hers gave her an outfit as a present for Christmas but it didn’t fit, so her friend gave her the receipt so she could change it.  However for some reason the item size on the receipt was not the same as the item size she was trying to return (a bit confusing as to why that was the case) so as the item had now gone into the sales category it was now only worth £10 and not the original £22.50 as per on the receipt, my customer was therefore only offered a £10 credit note. She accepted it as she was aware there was a big queue behind her at customer service.

Today was Friday and she was still miffed and upset about this and felt she’d been diddled out of £12.50. So I said an MBO that we would get her full £22.50 back – we approached the customer service desk and i represented my customer, the CS manager got involved – the full refund didn’t look possible, but then the customer service assistant said she’d try something different on the till and bingo – somehow she was able to override the receipt etc and my customer got her £22.50 back! My customer was so delighted that she was in tears! You just have to HOLD THAT MBO THOUGHT STRONGLY IN YOUR HEAD!

NEW TO MBO’S

Margaret writes:  A fan of yours introduced me to MBO’s.   I was not familiar with it. Perhaps I would benefit from saying this for more client experiences in my calligraphy services. It IS a VERY positive request and, in my view, not just a “selfish” type prayer or request. Probably doesn’t make sense, but it is the best I can do right now.

MBO TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT COLOR

Lee writes:  My spouse and I decided to repaint our living area of our home. A trip to the paint store and back home with some paint samples to put on the wall and move around to see how we liked the color. Nothing looked good so back to the store for more samples. While in the store I decided to say an MBO to be guided to the right color.  I selected a couple more samples and kept being drawn to one color that I thought would be too dark but brought it home anyway.  Well, you can guess, it is the color we chose and absolutely enjoy the color!  So many ways to use an MBO to help make your life easier.  Thank you, Tom, for your gifts and sharing them with us.

MBO SAVES UNNESSARY TIME

Jennifer writes from Ontario, Canada:  HI Tom, I have used the MBO’s now for about a year since reading your books! Thank you. I have tons of stories of how they work, but here’s one for today…

Well it’s been an interesting start to a Monday! Got on the GO train this morning to get to a client presentation (the one I had worked on this weekend), and no sooner left Oshawa, then my colleague called to say that it had been cancelled. Thankfully I was able to get off at Whitby and then get a return train (quite quickly) back to Oshawa, and now back home working from home. So thankfully I didn’t get all the way in before getting the message. I know that my guardian angels were looking after me today! I had asked them on the weekend to ensure that everything would work out for this presentation – and this was part of it! So thank you angels! And yes, it may seem weird to be talking to your angels, but heck they do a great job!

I live in Oshawa, an hour east of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and it is snowing and freezing rain this morning. And because my angels helped notify me of the cancellation of a meeting in Toronto, I was notified early enough – I didn’t have to waste 3 or more hours of my time!!  Small MBO but it works!

MBO FOR LOST EARRING & CREDIT CARD

Michelle in Richmond, Texas writes:  Just wanted to tell you two MBO stories that happened recently.  In the first, I went outside my travel trailer to walk my dog and heard a “small voice”  to take my earrings off so they wouldn’t get lost.  I figured it would be okay and ignored it.  Right before I got back to my place, I felt for my earrings and they were still there, so I thought “see it was okay”.  I went inside and reached up to take them off and one was missing.  I could not believe it!  I looked all around inside the doorway to see if it fell on the floor and then looked outside around the door of the trailer and still did not see it.  I quickly said an MBO for finding it and grabbed the flashlight since it was getting dark.  I walked back the way I’d come and saw something in the road.  I walked to it and there was my earring!   I was so happy and grateful.
 
Last week I went to pick up a friend from her sister’s house.  We were on our way to a birdwatching trip.  We got her loaded up and drove to a fast food restaurant to get breakfast.  When it was time to pay, she said she could not find her money.  She had money and her ATM card in a small clear plastic coin purse.  We looked all over my car and then drove back to her sister’s house and searched her car, her sister’s house, garage, and driveway.  I told her about MBO’s and we said one for finding the money and card.  She called the gas station where she had stopped that morning to see if she dropped it there but no one answered the phone.  She was very upset.  Her sister wanted her to cancel her card but she had no other way to access money until she could receive another card so she did not call.  We went birding and when we returned, she wanted to go through everything again.  She opened up the car and there was the coin purse, sitting on the console.  Another believer and satisfied customer!

MBO FOR FINANCIAL AID LOAN

Diane writes:  This is about my financial aid loan for myself.

I was approved for a hardship loan from Sept. 11 to Sept 12 (I lost my business and I did not have income) I did say a MBO for this to happen and I was approved for the one year.  I asked for a MBO that I would be approved for a hardship loan for my financial aid for one full year (they only go year to year ) and I was approved easily.

Welcome to the Benevolent Outcomes Blog, and welcome to everyone who subscribed in the past week.  This Blog is for people just discovering how to use a very simple, yet powerful and effective spiritual tool you can use every day the rest of your life.  It will lessen the stress and fear of life in general, and will make your life easier.  It’s so simple a lot of people say “It can’t be this easy,” but it is, because IT WORKS!  This reconnects you with your Guardian Angel, or higher power, or whatever your belief is.  You simply say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for…….., thank you!”  When you read the stories below, sent from all over the world, we use the acronym MBO for Most Benevolent Outcomes, GA for Guardian Angel, and BP for Benevolent Prayers (what you ask for other people).

MBO TO AVOID WRECKS

This is something new I’m going to suggest.  I’ve noticed for sometime that you can request MBO’s for a continuing action.  As an example, I’ve suggested this MBO request a number of times:  “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome that my identity in all its forms be protected now and forever, thank you!”  

Each time I climb into my car, I always request a MBO for the drive, even if it’s just five minutes to the local supermarket.   So recently I began thinking, why not do a similar request but for all time?  So the MBO I came up with is:  “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome to never be involved in a wreck from this point forward and forever, thank you!”

I will continue to request MBO’s each time I’m in a car, as this also keeps me requesting MBO’s as a habit.  I have said many times you have to request MBO’s all the time, even for the mundane requests, or you’ll forget to request a MBO when perhaps someday your life is in danger, or some other urgent event is occurring.

So say this MBO now.  I think you will find that it makes you much more aware when driving—more alert.

MBO FOR MARDI GRAS BALL DRESS

Pamela writes from Texas:  I had a dress made for a Mardi Gras ball I am attending on 26th. When I went to try the dress on it was a disaster. It’s the day before I am leaving town for the ball, so I say a Most Benevolent prayer for the best dress for me. The name of a dress shop pops into my head. I go there and there is the perfect dress for me, in my size and length and it’s on clearance. It is 3 pm and I need the top altered. The seamstress told me to come back in 2 hours and it would be ready. The best thing is I have the perfect shoes and jewelry at home. Thank – you angels.

MBO FOR SELLING ON CRAIGS LIST

Sharon writes:  I do have a MBO for you. A couple of weekends ago, I posted on Craigslist to sell my Precious Moment figurines. I was selling my entire collection. Well I said a MBO just before I posted that it would sell and by the afternoon I had a call from a lady who was very serious in purchasing the entire 105 pieces. I couldn’t believe it. I had that ad listed all last year. I had a few who were interested but didn’t want to pay me much for the entire collection but this lady did. She gave me a very reasonable offer for the set. I just posted another ad for a set of red dishes that I am hoping to sell. We will see if it works again.

We recently put my son’s old mattress and box springs on Craig’s List for $125, and my wife hoped to get $100, so we requested a MBO.  A man came over who only needed the mattress for his camper trailer and paid $100.  We then put the box springs on for $40 and sold that to a lady who only needed that and not a mattress.  She sent her brother over who paid full price—a nice Benevolent Outcome for more than we had originally asked for both!

MBO FOR TRAVELING WITH HORSE

Louise writes:  I had to travel five hours with my horse in a trailer to a clinic and before I left, I requested a MBO for safe travel there and back.
 
On the way home, I was feeling some vibration of some sort, but kept going.  We arrived back home safe and sound.
 
The next day I took my truck to the mechanic and he said I shouldn’t drive the truck other than getting it home.  I had a separated belt in the tire and it could blow at any time.
 
The MBO had worked to get us home safely!  Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!
 
Since my husband has been out of work for the last couple of months, I asked any and all guardian angels to help us with the tire situation since new tires would be around $1000 and my husband wanted to change the type.  My husband just phoned and said he had found a used one of the same type that will get us by until he is back to work!  DOUBLE YAY!

MBO FOR QUIETER NEIGHBOR

Carell writes:  For four years I’ve endured an upstairs neighbor who tromps about, especially at night between 10:30 and 1 AM. As soon as I shifted my MBO’s from wanting her to move to China and requested the MBO for nothing but peace, quite and happy vibes coming from above, she’s changed her lifestyle; she is only home 2 days a month! And I now get real sleep! WoooHooo and thank you!

MBO TO PASS INSURANCE TEST

C.W. writes:  I few days ago I did an MBO that my daughter pass her state Insurance test, so she could sell insurance in her state~ and this evening she did! She aced this test–what a relief as she is the sole bread winner for her children! Thank You !!

MBO FOR PAIR OF BOOTS

Pili writes:  I want to share with you my last MBO.  Last week my family and I went to the store, I had in mind to buy a pair of boots that I saw on internet.  My daughter found not only one pair but also two pairs for her. I looked around and nothing, I even checked every single box just to make sure the boots I wanted were not in the wrong box.  My family was already anxious waiting for me to go to eat lunch.  

When I was hopeless I said to myself: I forgot to request my MBO this time; and right away an employee of the store walked in front of me, placing a box on the shelf, turning to me smiling and saying something that I couldn’t understand. I smiled him back and as soon as he was gone I looked inside the box just for curiosity; I couldn’t believe it, the boots in the box were not only the color, the size and style I wanted, they also were prettier than the ones I saw on the internet.  I almost cried and asked my husband: did you see what happened? And he said: you’ve got what you manifested.

This has been the most amazing MBO I’ve ever received.

MBO FOR FURNACE REPAIR

Janet writes on Facebook:  When it rains it pours, I’m an out of work appraiser …my heater (or heat pump) has stopped working. I’m hoping it’s just a bad thermostat but the furnace is 24 years old. I requested an MBO for an inexpensive resolution (or the money to fix it). Thank you! And when that comes, I’ll have something for your blog, Tom!

Thank you all for prayers and good wishes! I had an electrical guy come out (referred by a friend with income properties) and he identified a bad switch on the control panel. My furnace and heat pump are fine (still old, but FINE) so it will be the least expensive to fix! If you are not acquainted with “most benevolent prayers”, check out Tom T Moore who has written books on asking for what you need (what is rightfully yours as a child of God) for yourself and others. It is AWESOME!!

MBO FOR PERFECT FURNITURE

Dave writes:  My cousin, a nun, Sister Jane Frances, is building a passive solar straw bale house in Tiffin, Ohio for educational purposes. We are down to the furnishings and Jane, as she usually does, asked my wife Gail for some suggestions. Gail saw that two straight back armless upholstered chairs would work perfect in the living room straddling the bookshelves. And so we asked for a Most benevolent outcome for our search.

Off to the furniture store where the sales person stated that in his 40 years at the store they had never stocked these chairs upholstered…oh, but wait a minute! A customer had bought a set of 12 a couple of months before for the dining room and only took 10. We walked around the corner and there they were, not only the perfect size but also they matched the material on the couch they had bought two weeks before. After knocking off another 25%, we walked out of the store with two perfect chairs for just over $300 total. A most benevolent outcome indeed! Gail was so shocked by this she was speechless… even though we have been using MBO’s for years now.

MOTHER FINDS WOOBIE

Lee writes:  Just an update on my grandson’s Woobie. I said an MBO but to no avail. We could not find his dear Woobie anywhere. I talked to him on the phone on Monday night and asked him to say his own MBO to find Woobie, which he then did. The next day his mother found Woobie in their house in a sock drawer while putting away laundry. She said she had a basket with socks that needed to be sorted and she kept putting it off and finally she felt like the basket was screaming at her to do the sorting!

Interesting that mine was not as successful as his was! But Woobie was lost in his house, not mine! Anyway, we got Woobie back and he is happy! Thank you, Tom, for all your newsletters, blogs and your beautiful spirit. Hope your new book is coming along nicely. Looking forward to reading it.

MBO TO FIND LOST CHECK

Susie writes:  Here is my MBO. Right after Christmas my mother got back a Christmas card she had sent to my son and his children. It had a check for $150.00 inside. I told her we were going to see him soon and I would deliver it. I brought it home but when I looked through the letters I had set on the table it was missing. I couldn’t believe it could just vanish so I went to all the places I had been and back to my mothers looking everywhere it could possibly be. It was nowhere! I had already requested an MBO; actually I kept saying it over and over even though I knew it wasn’t necessary.

I was getting in panic mode. I finally realized it was gone and I was so down hearted. One more time as I walked up our back walk I looked, still no letter. I climbed the back steps and just happened to look down to my right. There is a Camilla bush there. I saw a little yellow so I looked closer. My heart started pounding I was so excited for there it was! It had landed straight up and was so well blended in with the plant and mulch it was a miracle I saw it. All I could say was “Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to my dear GA!”

MBO FOR NEW PUPPY

Ann writes:  We lost a beloved dog late last year and began to think of getting a puppy as a companion for our lonely survivor. Our dogs have always come to us, pure bred, unsolicited and needing a home. This time, however, we thought we would use a breeder so we would have two of a kind. I ran into obstacle after obstacle in my search (and also felt conflicted about buying a dog when so many are searching for a home in shelters). Finally, I asked for an MBO for the most suitable and wonderful puppy to arrive, easier and quicker than I could have imagined or hoped for.

Well, last Saturday (and the day after the MBO) we got a call from a friend who needed immediate placement on a Bassador puppy. Even though he meets few of our original criteria, he is a marvelous fit and just a loving, adorable dog. Our guardian angels sure know how to pick ’em!

MBO FOR RELATIONSHIP

Dan writes:  This is maybe a bittersweet MBO, but a MBO nonetheless. Here goes: I’ve been involved in an on-again, off-again relationship for a while now. This weekend was one of those watershed moments when I was treated in a way I thought was inappropriate. I spent Sunday night bathing the incident in a MBO, asking for wisdom in addressing the situation and to have the energy cords severed if this relationship wasn’t the best for me.

Since then we’ve communicated a few times and even tonight, I asked for a MBO to discuss the situation further, which resulted in receiving a text from her and more conversation. In the end, my desire to have an exclusive, honest and loving relationship wasn’t congruent with what she wanted, so she wished me the best and I wished her the same. There is unquestionably some hurt and a sense of loss, but I do take comfort in knowing I was mindful in asking for a MBO every step of the way and recognizing that perhaps, even as painful as letting go is, this relationship is not the one that is ‘better for me than I could hope for or expect.’
