MBO TO FIND MISSING GLOVE
Larry writes: I have been using MBOs for quite some time now. I have come to depend on them whenever I have a problem, or if I feel that someone needs help somehow.
I recently flew from my home in Orlando to Boston. I am a Floridian and I’m not used to cold weather. I don’t own a real winter coat, as I don’t really need one living in Orlando. I have a friend who needed my help, so I offered to fly to Boston to help her. I put on my light winter jacket and put my favorite (only) gloves in the pockets. My friend bought me a warm parka and met me at the airport to give me the new coat. I took off my Florida jacket put on my new parka, and my friend drove me to her home. When I arrived at my destination, I went to take my gloves out of my jacket to put them in my new parka. I could only locate one glove. I immediately said an MBO that I find my missing glove, and soon forgot about it.
Two days later, it snowed and turned very cold, so I put my new parka on to go outside. In the pocket of my new coat, I found a glove. I was sure I had just taken that glove out of my jacket and put it in the new parka, so I thought it was the glove I had. When I checked my jacket pocket, I found the other glove! I don’t know how the missing glove got into my parka pocket, as I know that I did not take the glove out of my jacket, and when I looked for them I could only find one, so I assumed it had fallen out of my jacket pocket while walking around at the airport. Did I absent-mindedly put the missing glove in the parka pocket and just forgot? Could it have been a case of crossed timelines? I honestly don’t care how the missing glove got there, but I am very thankful to have found the missing glove and I have a matched set again. MBOs work!

EXPECTING A GREAT SKI VACATION
Joanne writes: I guess my GA loves to ski!! I’ve been saying MBOs almost daily as well as repeating “I expect great things today, I expect great things tomorrow, and I expect great things the rest of this week.” It’s amazingly wonderful! So, this past week my husband, Jim, had been planning a ski day with our son, James, on Super Bowl Sunday. Last year lift tickets were $25.00 so he was hoping the price would be the same this year, and since James has a pass, Jim just needed a ticket for himself. He discovered that this year there were no special deals, lift tickets were $71.99 on Sunday. He thought it was probably because the New England Patriots didn’t make it to the Super Bowl this year (we live in New England.) He was little bummed but decided to go and spend the day with his son anyway. While at the ticket counter, a man approached him and said, “excuse me, but I bought this ticket on line for my daughter, and she decided not to ski today, would you like to buy it from me? It’s $25.00! Thank you! He was thrilled! He is also a skeptic! The Radiant Effect is amazingly wonderful! Expect great things, today, tomorrow and the rest of this week!
MBO TO FIND GRAVESTONE
Jan writes: I was visiting the cemetery where my grandfather was buried in 1961 and wanted to find his plot and gravestone after all these years. The cemetery manager was out on the grounds with me, had his paperwork and maps in hand and he still couldn’t find the grave. After 15 minutes of us wandering all around the grounds (in the general vicinity) and getting more frustrated, I decided to do an MBO to find my grandfather’s plot and gravestone. I barely finished saying it and glanced down and AMAZINGLY there was the gravestone, right by my feet!!!!!!!! Wow, it was so incredible what happened! This occurred last August and when telling this now I am still in awe about it. I wonder if my grandfather was hearing my MBO prayer from the “other side” and helped facilitate the immediacy of finding his gravesite.
BP FOR LEMON TREE BUSH TO GROW
John writes: Here is a garden lover’s BP.
When I moved in here, I noticed this scrawny lemon bush about 3-4 ft high but was busy doing other things. Then I got a definite nudge from this bush that it was very unhappy with the neglect it had from me. The season before had resulted in a dozen or so lemons and that was it. I knew that it was “on my case” and not happy. I didn’t mean to exclude it but the plant made its feelings known to me. I know for a fact that plants are conscious and can communicate with us by thought forms. Seth teaches this as well.
I used a BP like this:
“Angels of caring for Mother Earth’s frail children, give my Lemon bush extra Vitality and a bountiful harvest which I will enjoy and praise him for. Thank you!”
The next summer it took off, grew another 2 feet in height and width, and is still showering us with hundreds of wonderful lemons! The previous 2 years showed no sign of this! I have so many that I can share with my neighbors!
Every time I pick up a lemon from the ground, I thank this bush, now almost a tree, and assure it that this is the best Lemon ever! Plants are telepathic and I can sense the warmth of pride from this little tree.
When I take the dogs out each day, I spend my whole time talking to the trees along the way. Last year a big jacaranda tree that looked dead and had no leaves came back to life, and has kept all its leaves through the winter. Other trees of this species dropped most of theirs. I told it to come back to life–that Mother Nature was here to love it and care for it.
My BP:
“Jacaranda tree, you are not forgotten nor really dead. Angels, care for him as one of your children. Bring him back to glorious and full life. Thank you!”
You should see him now! I feel a definite warmth as I pass with my dogs.

MBO FOR SHOPPING & MEDICINE PICKUP
I had a nice little mundane MBO request occur for me the other day. I was at my Yoga class, and my wife gave me a list of things to buy at Kroger, and then to pick up some medicine at the drive-in window at CVS. So I requested multiple MBOs for the drive to Kroger, finding everything I needed, then my drive to CVS, and to be serviced quickly, as there can be more than one car waiting, and of course, my drive home.
At Kroger, no one was ahead of me when I checked out. When I arrived at CVS, there was one car ahead of me, but she left within four minutes or so. Then I drove up, the pharmacy tech quickly found the medicine, which only cost $.06. Then as I was about to roll up my window, we said, “Wow, you really started a line!” I looked behind me and there were three cars waiting behind mine. I could have been sitting there for another 20 minutes or more. MBO requests work, everyone, even for the most mundane requests!
MBO FOR PROBLEM WITH IRS
John writes: I got a nice letter the other day from the IRS saying I owed them over $9,000 from missed payments in 2017!
Here’s my response. “Angels and Guides, here is a most benevolent outcome request…make this debt go away. Thank you!!”
(I’m very direct in my requests. No beating about the bush!)
I took their letter to my tax guy. He found 2 key errors in the IRS’ calculations and now I owe NOTHING (beyond what I had paid).
I can see Nicky’s (my principal GA) handiwork in that! He likes to get me worked up and “bothered” and then pull me out of the crap pile laughing at me! I didn’t take the “BAIT” this time… I’m learning! ?
The download was about an MBO too. I’m asked to use a construction like this:
“Angels and guides, let my Most Benevolent Outcome be the answer to this question: suppose I could see that the people around me are exalted and resplendent beings seeking their way in the divine flow just as I am, what can possibly prevent me from admiring and loving them in whatever guise they may take? Thank you for showing that to me.”
I use this a lot especially in my shopping in stores like Walmart and Costco. There are a lot of amazing beings floating around places like these all the time. Funny how they turn up everywhere!
BPs AND MBOs FOR RECOVERY OF DOG
Carmen writes: My dog Charlotte should be dead. She had everything against her. On 29.12.19 she developed a gastric torsion. The vet thought it would be simple, putting her stomach in the correct position. I asked you all to say a BP. When the vet operated she was shocked to find Charlotte’s stomach was necrotic. She then remembered reading about a technique in a text book, inverting necrotic stomach inside a part of still living stomach. As there was nothing to lose, this is what she did. Charlotte has made a full recovery. The vet could not believe she survived, it was a 5 hour anesthetic for a 10 year old dog. She is still here, because of all the prayers, love and healing she received.
MBOs WORK
Daniel writes: I use MBO Prayers every day for myself and others with fantastic results. Once I learned how and what to ask for things properly, things have started to fall into place in my life. I thought that meant material riches, but it meant Spiritual Wealth, which I believe is way better.

EXPECTING GREAT THINGS!
Joanne writes: I’ve been saying “I expect great things today, I expect great things tomorrow, and I expect great things for the rest of this week!“ Well, we were invited up to our friends’ house in Stowe Vermont for a few days to go skiing. It was about a 2 1/2 hour drive for us, there was no traffic, the roads were clear, it was sunny, and we arrived in record time. The next day we went skiing and our friends kept commenting about what a beautiful bluebird day it was for skiing. They said they have never had such a beautiful day as they had this weekend, and they’ve been skiing up there for over 11 years! It was about 10° sunny no wind, there were no lines at the lifts. Parking was easy, corduroy all day long. Everywhere we went to eat, there were tables available, no lines and we had a fantastic time.
After I thought about what a fantastic weekend we did have, and then I remembered I had been saying “I expect great things today, great things tomorrow, and great things for the rest of this week.” We are forever grateful for you Tom bringing these beautiful simple words to the community. They are more powerful than anybody can ever know. So I’ll say it again, I expect great things today, I expect great things tomorrow, and I expect great things for the rest of this week! Thank you, Tom, thank you guardian angels!
Theo says that saying the “Expect Great Things” request each day allows your GA to create events that you would never have thought to request.
MBO FOR SAFETY FROM FALLING ICE
Linda writes: I’m always asking for MBOs for safety, and I find it reduces the number of accidents I have. I was walking under my porch and I noticed ice was starting to slide off the slate roof. I said an MBO, before I went under the porch for safety, and for nothing to hit me. As I went under an ice chunk fell off just behind me, and made a splash of ice on my leg behind me. That was one headache I didn’t need! Thanks for your work.
MBOs FOR ENERGY, IDEAS, AND MORE!
Michael writes: Here are some MBO requests:
I request an MBO for my energy systems being at or better than they were, when I was in my best health, and improving over that.
I request an MBO for my energy systems working at top efficiency, rapidly ejecting all that is no longer useful to me, maximizing the health and operation of my energy systems, in harmonious flow.
I request an MBO for being guided to ideas and activities that then satisfy, surprise, and delight me, in fun ways.
I request an MBO for always being guided to ask for the most useful MBOs.
I request an MBO, such that merely by being present, everyone around me to a range of ½ miles is filled with the highest and best energy appropriate for them, which guides them to their highest outcomes, in fun ways, where they simply forget whatever negative stuff they carry.
MBO FOR POWER TO COME BACK ON
Pat writes: Hello from Saskatchewan, Canada
Last night about 11:30 pm I was in bed asleep when I heard my phone ding (knowing it was possibly a power outage, I decided to look), sure enough it was a power outage. Because I have some medical equipment that can be damaged if not turned off properly. I found my flash light and turned all the switches off then went back to bed.
Unable to fall asleep I must have laid awake for well over an hr. Then I felt frustrated and requested an MBO that the power come back on “now”. Then immediately felt guilty for saying the now, and said I am sorry for speaking to you that way. And before I could get that statement out the power came back on. Which startled me at first, then I did a giggle! Thanks God, Angel Friends and all Benevolent Beings.❤

Thank you for sharing your gift. I just read the blog about Karin’s story receiving the Hearing Disability Tax Credit. Yes! I received mine also! And I use MBOs for everything all the time. It is very comforting to have this connection with the angels more and more.
I also received double the amount for a settlement and for my car repairs I got an oil leak fixed free (it was an uncanny series of incidence that led to this and I used MBOs all the way).

MBOs FOR MOVIES & LOST CHECK RETURNS
Matt writes: I have a couple MBOs that I would like to share with you and your readers.
I frequent the Redbox. I’m always getting movies to watch since I don’t have time to usually see them in the theaters. I’ve gotten into a habit of saying a MBO every time I leave the house. I was returning a couple movies the other night so I requested a Most Benevolent Outcome on returning the movies.
I arrived at the Redbox and had to wait. There was an older gentleman in front of me. It kind of seemed like he was struggling, but I didn’t offer any assistance. He then stands next to the box and gets on his phone. I asked him if he was done, and he said yes. He then replied that he was looking for a certain movie. I was curious, so I asked which one? He then pointed to one that was a new release. I smiled and showed him that I was actually returning that exact movie. He was thrilled. I returned it and told him to have a great day!
My second MBO is a little different. I was pulling out of my driveway one day and noticed some trash blowing around in my front yard. Something told me to go get it, and I don’t know why. Trash pickup was the day before and there is always trash just blowing around after the garbage guys come, so usually I would just leave it be. I went over to it, and it was a payroll check and check stub. It had all the guy’s info on it including his social security number along with his employer’s address and phone number. I thought it was rather strange. Heck, I didn’t think companies did actual checks anymore since most have went to direct deposit. I called the number for the business that was on the check and spoke to someone in HR. They were perplexed, and after being on hold several times and then them actually calling me back on what to do after speaking to their supervisor, they asked me to bring it to them. They were located on the other side of town. I asked if I could just return it to his work or if they could just re-issue him another check and I would destroy this one but they said no.
So the weekend passed and I headed there the following Monday. I said an MBO for my travels there, along with assisting that the gentleman gets his money back. The person I spoke with was not there, but her supervisor was. I guess he was the boss that she had to get in touch with about what to do about it. I told him the whole story, and he was very shocked too. I shook his hand and asked him to make sure the guy got his money. He said that he would go take care of it right now. It felt good doing it, I’m not going to lie. I hope that person who lost the check knows that they have someone looking out for them. Perhaps they said an MBO to find the lost check. I kind of felt like a little GA in training. I had never experienced firsthand how a MBO works for another person and it was pretty cool.
One thing that I would like to point out is that when we request a MBO, it is normally for personal gain, myself included. We are a typically a nation of what’s in it for me. What never really occurred to me, was that a MBO was exactly that, a Most Benevolent Outcome for everyone involved, not just for yourself. Experiencing both these lately have opened my eyes that we can also be the catalyst of a MBO for others as well. Sure we all want things to go smoothly and for us to have great outcomes every day, but we can also provide those great outcomes for others as well. I encourage everyone to ponder that when you say or request a MBO. Maybe not be so specific next time. I just said an MBO on returning my RedBox movies and turns out I made someone’s day. It’s all in the wording I guess, and how we can open ourselves up to helping others.
MBO FOR FRIEND WITH SEVERE STOKE
Becky writes: We learned on Monday that Michael’s dearest friend (and best man in our wedding) had suffered a mild stroke on Saturday and on Monday he began to have additional strokes and stopped breathing; later that afternoon, I visited him and said an MBO while holding his hand.
The next morning the doctors reviewed his latest CT and said there was “no recovery” and they began to discuss organ donation. But within hours, they reduced his sedation and he woke up. For a full 24 hours, he was able to open his eyes, follow simple commands, and most importantly, to look into the eyes of his daughter. One doctor said with all the damage to his brain stem, his prognosis was extremely grim and they didn’t often see movements of this kind – “a miracle”
His outcome is still unknown, and he may not survive, but those hours were so tremendous – I’m a true believer!

BP TO CALM OLDER DOG WITH NEW DOG
John writes: I have a new BP for you. We have 3 rescued pugs. The most recent addition, a male fawn colored pug whom we named “Chester”, is 2 years old and just out of puppyhood and too boisterous for our “queen,” 12 year old female pug “Maddie”, . He loves to play and sometimes Maddie just has enough sometimes and chases after Chester to “put him in his place”. Sometimes she fights him. It can be hilarious, but we don’t want any injuries. It’s best if Maddie just lets Chester be the puppy he still is! So here is a BP I used to calm this situation.
“All beings and especially angels who care for animals, place a beneficial blanket of calm and acceptance over our Maddie regarding Chester’s juvenile antics, and help her to find peace in the love we have for her. Thank you!”
After over a week, there have been no “incidents” that were nearly daily before! Maddie seems a lot more relaxed too. This is like a night-and-day change for her. And very welcome for us who want them all to be at peace together in our “family pack”.
I’m using MBOs in my quest to be able to see through the veil of camouflage and understand more about how morphic flelds work to hide intimate levels of reality from us. We know that almost all of our “sense data” is delivered by telepathy or morphic fields rather than by our sense organs. The Quanta Magazine article clearly shows the gap between actual sense data and “internal sense of vision”.
My guides have told me that I can’t directly see morphic fields, as they are pure energy fields, We can see through the “veil” using the “eyes of the heart”. The eyes of the heart can help us see a luminous being rather than an ordinary person, like in a store. The “warts” we all have totally disappear in this light and we can’t help but be amazed and love them all for the pure resplendent beauty they really are, behind the “veil”.
Here is an example MBO: “Angels and guides, open my heart to see, feel and experience the luminous presence of fellow spiritual beings, who are here with me trying to find our path and I ask a most beneficial outcome of the deepest flow of life, our union in Life, and the meaning of our soul contract in this life. Thank you.”
One of my guides is “Mother Earth’ and she has given me a sense of profound connection with living things in general but trees in particular, enabling me to sense communication from them as a “gentle whisper”. Some trees have become “best friends” and I go out of my way to visit them when I’m in their area of town. I am told by Mother Earth that I don’t have to be in physical view of my tree friends…in the world of morphic fields, I am with them at all times and we can reach out to each other through time and space immediately.
One MBO I use is, “Angels, guides and especially Mother Earth, I request a most beneficial outcome for this shopping trip out of the house and send beams of love to my dear friends of the plant kingdom, wherever they may be, so they will feel blessed and appreciated in this present life course. Thank you.”
Trees can be wonderful friends and each time you visit them, you can feel their blessing in a deeper way. They live in neglect from people and are very happy when someone recognizes their beauty and role.

MBO FOR MISSING WALLET
Sandy writes: I wanted to let you know about an MBO I sent out, and came back in spades.
A friend of mine lost his wallet. He was looking at a week or more of BS in getting the contents of the wallet replaced and a forced grounding from driving as he can’t drive without a driver’s license.
The day after I sent out the MBO, he located his missing wallet so there was no need for the hell trip to the DMV. He will be without a debit or credit card for a week as he put a stop on the two cards to prevent theft, but all in all, a very nice MBO.
MBO FOR BIRD TO LEAVE & TO FIND KEYS
Joanne writes: Here a double MBO for you!
This past Thursday, I was rushing at work and slipped my building keys into my coat pocket. A voice in my mind said that is not a good place for the keys; put them back where they belong, which is in my purse. I said to myself, I’ll do it when I get home. When I got home from work, I realized it was trash day so I put the trash/recycling out before making dinner.
Then I decided it was time to take the Christmas tree out to the curb, so I went back outside to open the front door. When I did, I heard and felt a “flutter” over my head. A Sparrow that had been nesting in the garland that was hanging on the outside on the front door flew into the porch! I was flabbergasted! How am I going to get this bird outside? I opened up both doors in the porch that lead outside but the bird was flying too high. I Googled what to do; shut off all the lights and keep one window or door open. Okay, done. Nope! Didn’t work. In the meantime, I was telling my sister about my ordeal. She said the bird has a message for you and once you get the message, the bird will leave. Huh, I thought. I said an MBO to my guardian angel to help me usher the bird safely out of the porch and back outside. The next morning, Friday, I remembered my sons lacrosse stick since it has the basket on it (no net around the house at all!) I walked towards the bird perched up above the door and said “I get it! I know I need to work with my angels!” At that moment, the bird let me cup it in the lacrosse basket and guide it out the door and it flew away. As easy as melting butter. My sister was right!
Then, that evening, Friday, the keys I thought I had put back in my purse were nowhere to be found! I said another MBO before going to bed to please help me find my keys, and may it be even quicker and better than I could ever hope for or imagine! The next morning, Saturday, I was guided, strongly guided down into the kitchen to the coat rack. I put my hand in the purse that was tightly hanging behind the purse I was using and found my keys! How the heck did they get in there! I don’t remember doing that, but I believe it was another way for the angels to get my attention. And, yes, I’m working with my angels. Still trying to figure that one out, but I’m making some progress. Thank you!
MBO FOR DISABILITY HEARING
Karen writes: I recently had sent in an MBO request for my SSDI hearing to go my way. Well it did!! I got my back pay, purchased a new amazing car with all the bells and whistles that never in my wildest dreams I would ever have thought possible to have! I am also able to purchase two new (used) cars for my closest friends. Wow, did my GA ever come through for me!!
MBO FOR FURNACE TO KEEP WORKING
Lee Ann in Wisconsin writes: Our furnace was starting to sound like a 747 preparing for landing! I don’t want to replace it till spring, when the temps are warmer and buyer incentives, like rebates, are available. I’ve been using the following MBO……
“I request a Most Benevolent Outcome, for our furnace to keep on operating as the manufacturer intended, keeping us warm and safe, until I can easily afford a new one, and it’s convenient for me. Thank you!”
Once a week or so, the sounds started up again, and I then repeated the MBO. (BTW, the heating technician checked the unit, and says although it needs replacing, we can safely try waiting awhile.)

MBO FOR STOPPED BY A COP
Leigh Ann in Wisconsin writes: I always say an MBO when I leave the house. It always, always works. This is one of my best MBO outcomes to date:
I was meeting a friend for lunch on the other side of town. I said an MBO before I left. I always ask for a safe, easy and fun drive with good parking. I got to the restaurant and found parking at the door. My friend and I ate and chatted. When I left for home, I was in a big hurry and not paying attention to my speed. I looked in my rear view mirror and saw flashing police lights. I was calm and not frightened at all.
The officer (on a motorcycle) pulled up next to my car. He asked if I knew how fast I was going. I didn’t. I was going 3 times the posted speed limit. I could have gotten a huge ticket, or even had my driver license suspended. The officer told me to slow it down and have a nice day. He then pulled away. I didn’t even get a written warning. I did get a clear message from the universe to slow down, not just driving but in every area of my life. I really took that message to heart. MBOs are a lifesaver.
MBO TO GET TO FLIGHT ON TIME, SNORING
Siddharth writes from India: MBO story for me – I was taking a flight this week from Delhi to Mumbai. As usual I said my MBO for quick check in, security and convenient boarding. I was quite occupied while traveling to the airport in the cab with multiple phone calls and emails to go through. I put in the wrong terminal for travel (I had thought I will correct it in the cab). Once I reached the airport and paid the cab, I realized that I have reached the wrong terminal (I had forgotten to correct the terminal in the cab booking app). I started walking towards the arrival section (which is long way from where I was) and suddenly a man approaches me and asks me, “do you want a cab?” I did a brief negotiation and hopped in the cab. (I thought in mind, this is going to be a tough one now to catch the flight in time).
I quickly reached the correct terminal and was able to do the check-in and security very quickly. I was amazed that I was able to catch the flight so conveniently. I was also surprised how my mind was at peace all the time when I realized I was at a wrong terminal and there was a good chance that I will miss my flight. Not only do MBOs make things happen, but amazingly make the mind also very peaceful, and “liberates” from the worries!
MBO story for my wife – My wife came with an amazing new MBO. I was snoring in the night when sleeping besides her. She was not able to sleep due to the noise. She said an MBO for being able to sleep peacefully and my snoring to stop & voila, I stopped snoring. My wife was able to sleep well!
MBO FOR TV TO WORK
Pam writes: I use MBOs all the time and forget them in time to share the outcome with you Tom. I have one that happened today that I must share because I absolutely love how this works!! This morning I turned on my “smart” TV in my bedroom and it said I didn’t have Internet but my router was working and everything else that uses the Internet had Internet.
I turned the TV off and on and unplugged a couple of cables and plugged back in but to no avail. This was really frustrating to me!! I went to the kitchen and said an MBO on my way saying, “I request the Most Benevolent Outcome to get my TV to work! Thank you!”
While I was in the kitchen getting my coffee ready, it was as if “unplug everything” was whispered in my ear! I thought ‘Hmm!”
So, by the time I got back to my bedroom, I had already forgotten about the TV but then remembered, “unplug everything.” So, I did just that. I unplugged all the cables and power to the TV and the TIVO Mini device connected to it. I waiting about 12 seconds and then plugged everything back and Voila! the TV worked beautifully.
This happens all the time when I can’t find something. I say an MBO to find it and in a matter of seconds, I get a “whisper” in my ear to look somewhere and there it is.
When this happens, I go, “Thank you Guys! You are the best!!”
I really enjoyed the newsletter today (as usual!) I especially like the MBO story to make better decisions. I also liked the one about sending love to people who feel war is the only way. I copy and paste these new MBOs and BP and put them in my “Notes” on my phone so I have them.
I don’t do as good a job as I should in saying all my MBOs and BPs everyday so I’m going to say an MBO to do better.

MBO FOR SILHOUETTE BLIND REPAIR
Carol writes: My very large Silhouette blind above my entry quit working. This is not a new blind I thought the motor was not working. My repairman, Angel (appropriate name ha ha) came out to look at it. Replacing it would cost $3000, he can fix it for $200! I had asked my guardian Angel Anthony for a MBO that it could be fixed at a low cost to me, before he came. So happy with the results!

MBOs CREATE SUCCESS AT WORK
Linda writes: I use MBOs to help me in many ways, including to make better decisions and use my mind better, which really works. I also use MBOs to be the best I can be on my job. This does show up in clarity of mind and making better decisions. It worked so well that I ended up in the local news for my work and in several business journals in my field. Prior to MBOs, I would say I was more challenged by a belief in my own limitations. Limitations are lifted and the possibilities expand when using MBOs and BPs.
MBOs TO FIND LUNCHBOX
Aravind writes from Australia: A week back, I was searching for my lunchbox and couldn’t find it before going for work. This has never happened before. I was rummaging through my room, searching in the usual spots and saying MBOs time and time again. 🙂 Asolutely nothing.
I had already prepared food earlier in the day. As I couldn’t find the lunchbox, the prepared food had to be left in the freezer. Once I came to the office, I headed to the canteen and purchased a sandwich. I was still thinking of my lunchbox – how and where did it go??
At the end of the day, I was heading home and searched underneath my table and my hand reached out to a small rectangular object at the far end of my desk. There was my lunch-box!! Hidden in an obscure corner! IMPOSSIBLE! Even till this day I am struggling to understand how the lunchbox came to be in that corner.

MBOs FOR MORNING REQUESTS
Kahriana writes: I have been requesting MBOs and BPs for many years now, and they are second nature.
After saying the morning requests, I pondered what was best for me to do today. So I asked: What am I to do today? I walked over to the table and picked up “Are You a Walk-In?”, the book “through Robert Shapiro”. Just last night I had just taken that book off the shelf to continue reading now that the holidays are over. This morning I noticed a green tab toward the end of the book. I opened that page [253]:
Chapter heading: “Living Prayer – Speaks of Many Truths” I scanned the page and stopped at the third paragraph: “Say this key phrase – “I will ask,” or “I am asking” – out loud, though perhaps softly. This way it is understood that what you are asking is about physical things. In the case of a war on the other side of the world, you might say, “I ask that everyone’s heart be healed and that people find peace together in the most benevolent and beneficial way for them.”
Given the current situation in the Middle East, it seemed no accident that this prayer showed up. If you feel drawn, edit and include part on Facebook or in your next Gentle Way News. I am always delighted to see what you have to share each week.
MBOs & BPs TO KEEP FIRE AWAY
Nicky writes from Australia: I really enjoy receiving The Gentle Way News in my inbox each Thursday and wanted to share with you the most marvelous benevolent outcome. Since being introduced to your benevolent outcome requests I have requested everything from keeping snakes out of our garden to healthy pregnancies and trouble free kidding for our herd of miniature goats, 🙂 with all requests benevolently answered. As a wonderful bonus, my husband and 2 teenage daughters are now ‘requesting’ benevolent outcomes and also recognizing results.
However, I wanted to share with you a most remarkably and benevolent outcome, we experienced firsthand in the recent bushfires, affecting our beautiful region on the NSW South Coast. As you will know, many, many thousands of hectares have been lost to fires in Australia recently, with lives lost and thousands of homes destroyed.
We have a small farm in a tiny community on a small peninsula of land near the Shoalhaven River. A very large fire was burning to the west of us for a few days and we knew if the winds changed to westerly, we would be impacted. We all requested a benevolent outcome. I specified a benevolent result for not only ourselves, our home and our animals, but also for our community and neighbors.
Well, the wind changed westerly and the fire was heading our way. We prepared for what was to come and figured we had about half an hour before it arrived. Then, without warning and despite the forecast the wind changed to southerly and the angry fire took a different direction. Our home and the homes of all of our neighbors were saved. Unfortunately the fire moved to another community and homes were lost. I wish I could have let them know in time to request a benevolent outcome. The image attached shows how immense the fire was and how close it came to us at Longreach (identified with the green mark). So Tom, from the entirety of my heart – thank you!

MBOs FOR INTERACTIONS, SAFETY, TRIPS
Kate writes: I have been meaning to send you some stories of my success with MBOs, but it’s been hard to find just one story to share. Very often they pay off mid-way through my MBO statement! For example, I will be looking for something, and once I get to “I request a MBO to find…” I find what I was looking for! I can’t help but giggle, it’s truly magical. I use MBOs and BP’s multiple times throughout the day, every day. I use them for trips, parking, my interactions with others, good deals, the safety of my cats when they are outside – for everything really. I figure, why not? I can’t do any harm, as it has to be benevolent for all to happen.
So I guess I would say the main benefit has been just knowing that everything is working out for me and all of creation, no matter how things appear. I can breathe easy knowing that it’s all heading in the right direction, and I love the relationship I am building with my GA. I never thought I would say this, but my husband (a true skeptic) is even starting to show a real interest in requesting MBOs. I’ve shown him countless times how great they are, and he’s definitely starting to take note! He’s always tinkering with something in the garage, and it’s so fun to go out there to find that he’s been struggling with something, only to have things work out immediately and beautifully, once I request an MBO or say a BP. I am so happy that more people are getting on board. Life is SO much better with benevolent outcomes!

BP FOR POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION
Donna writes: Tom, a dear friend’s daughter is struggling with issues of self-care in a postpartum depression situation so I prayed a Benevolent Prayer for her to find the best ways to find her way back from this difficult experience. As I began to pray, my angels and hers, and my guides and hers sent in a whoosh of love to my heart, and I began to cry, not because I was upset, but because their immediate message was to tell her how much love there is around her. I PM’d her, she received the message well and continues to heal and grow stronger. Sometimes just takes a little time to send the BP and to feel the difference it makes.
MBOs FOR GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP
LeeAnn writes from Wisconsin: For a number of reasons, there are two nights per week when I will not be getting nearly enough sleep, and must get up very early. It’s unchangeable for the near future. I would be exhausted and short tempered all the next days, and got sick of it. I decided to try an MBO, before turning out the lights, “I request a most benevolent outcome for my four hours of sleep to feel and act just like eight hours…. that I sleep soundly and wake up feeling refreshed and well.” So I say this twice weekly on my “short nights” and it works PERFECTLY! No more crabby, tired days!
MBOs FOR SAFE EARLY WALKS WITH DOGS
John writes: Hi, Tom…I’m digging into your books, but practicing MBOs and BPs has been a revelation already.
I walk 3 pugs in my neighborhood at 5 am, which is known for coyotes roaming openly in the streets and yards and looking for rabbits mostly, but taking cats and even small dogs when available. I love all animals, including coyotes, but I don’t want them eating my pugs.
So rather than cancel the walk or carry some kind of weapon (I don’t want to hurt the wild animals), I use this: Angels and guides, I request a Most Beneficial Outcome for the safety for all of this dog walk. Bless the coyotes and send them away from our path.
There have been no coyote sightings since this started, though many people they have seen them out before and after our walk time. 100% effective.

MBO FOR PARKING AT SKI RESORT
Joanne writes: Here’s an MBO for you. We went skiing for the day and left early for first chair. As we got closer to parking my husband commented that we should’ve left earlier to get a “good” parking space. Before we got to the parking lot, I said to him, aloud: “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome we find a parking space close to the mountain, thank you.” The parking lot was full and there was a car in front of us but it turned left and I said go straight! Sure enough, about seven cars in was one spot left in the first row! I smiled and said, “thank you.” Then I said to my husband, “You have to trust…”
MBO FOR DELIVERY OF CHRISTMAS GIFT
Val sponsored my workshop in Henley-on- the-Thames several years ago in the UK. She has been having some health issues, and mutual friend Dianne sent me this story.
Dianne writes: I arranged to have Christmas Gifts delivered to Val and Jim this week. You will recall their apartment block has intercom entry and Jim is with Val a lot of the time. I received two Non- Delivery notifications also advising that they would attempt again the following day. I didn’t wish to add to Jim’s situation, but I did offer up a very special MBO for their two separate deliveries. It worked, Tom! I received a text from Jim quite early the next day, saying that he had received the two gifts! I was ‘over the moon’, Tom and I go so far as to say it’s a Christmas Miracle!
MBO FOR CAR REGISTRATION
Carol writes: My car registration was due and it is faster to get it through AAA, than the DMV. Yesterday I said an MBO to my GA Anthony that my visit to AAA would be quick, as I am getting over a virus and have a bad cough, I wanted to get in and out as soon as possible. I also asked for a good parking place. When I got to AAA, the second parking space from the entrance was open and I went inside to a partially remodeled AAA. Only one person was ahead of me at check in. There wasn’t anyone sitting in the waiting area and I got called right away. I was in and out with my new tags in less than 5 minutes! Thank you Anthony, and my other Angels.
BENEVOLENT PRAYER FOR ANXIETY
Charlie writes: This is a small one but significant to me. For some reason, last week I had a bit of a breakdown about my ex. I was depressed and full of anxiety so I asked for a BP. It seemed to work almost right away and I felt almost normal the next day after.

MBO FOR CAT DENTAL SURGERY
Diane writes: You needed some new MBO stories. We just moved from NJ to Sedona Arizona 7 months ago. Everything is new here. I use MBOs for numerous prayers. Yesterday our cat Cinnamon had to have dental surgery. He is 13 and healthy. I was frightened because of being in a new area and new vet. I did say an MBO to find the perfect vet for Cinnamon.
It took three visits to other vets, but found Dr. Kinney, and now she is his vet. Perfect for him and us. I said MBOs continually over the weekend. They thought he would need to have a molar extracted, as well as the dental surgery and cleaning. I adopted him and that was 6 years ago and NJ never promoted dental work. Anyway, outcome–they called yesterday afternoon. Cinnamon did great. He had his teeth cleaning. Now all sparkly and shining teeth. They did not have to extract any large teeth; his molars just needed cleaning. He had one tiny incisor removed from the front that was falling out on its own. Almost pulled it out, the vet’s words).
You would say at age 13, this is a perfect outcome. No pain medication needed. IV antibiotic administered. Perfect blood work. Sending him home with great news and great outcomes (exactly what the doctor reported in her phone call). Thank you angels, and thank you Tom for the MBO prayer and this outcome! I use these prayers daily!
MBO FOR LOVING & HEALING ENERGY
Matt writes: I wanted to give your readers an update on the “Aspirin Angel” MBO. I use it all the time, and it’s amazing. I say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for you to send loving, gentle healing energy to me that will be the most benevolent for me at this time, Thank you!”
It works so well that I decided to try and use it to help me fall asleep. I know most of us have a hard time falling asleep, and some even take sleeping pills. I started saying this as I was in bed and getting comfortable. “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for you to send loving, gentle energy to me in the form of a sleeping pill that will be the most benevolent for me at this time, Thank you!” Feel free to tweak it as you see fit, but I start to feel sleepy almost immediately. It has worked wonders. I’ve even said MBOs to wake up and feeling refreshed and ready to start my day. Those work too!!
MBO TO FIND CASH GIFT
Delores writes: I live in a nursing facility, and was awaiting a Christmas package of treats, as well as spending money. It finally arrived, and I asked an aide to help by opening the package. She took out each item and we reviewed them. I asked if cash was included. She said no. We looked through the items again to no avail. I concluded that my friend forgot to send it or it had been stolen. I said the BP (Benevolent Prayer) and went to sleep. Several days later I asked a midnight shift aide to look again. She went through the box, as well as 2 others next to it. The money turned up in another box. I was elated, and rewarded her with a nice tip.
MBO FOR BABY’S BLOOD TEST
Severine writes: 1. MBO/BP for baby’s blood test to be pain free, and with good analysis results. My 6 month old had to do his first routine blood test today. I immediately asked for a pain free, tear free and good results, and of course this is what we received, thank you. 2. MBO for not waiting too long in line today. Usually, there are a lot of people on Saturdays for physical checks, and you may wait for an hour. The day before, I requested an MBO for a quick queue. We waited for only 15 minutes with our baby.
