SOUL FRAGMENTS

Richard Sutphen (http://richardsutphen.com) mentioned in his newsletter about having to retrieve soul fragments that had split because of great trauma, so I thought I would ask more about this.

(4/21/13) Gaia, can one lose a soul fragment through experiencing great trauma?

Yes, in a way, Tom. When a person experiences great trauma, a portion of the soul retreats for a time depending upon the severity of the experience. The fragment of a fragment detaches for a time until the soul itself reattaches the soul to the rest of the fragment. This may sound complicated, but it happens numerous times, as the soul wishes the fragment to continue its life and too much trauma might cause the soul fragment to take its own life too early and not gain from the experience. After a time the fragment is reattached, sometimes with the help of a professional, and the soul is able to process life better.

Your soul fragments, as I have mentioned before and Theo too, have many more capabilities than you can imagine at this time and juncture. Just the fact that your soul fragment is capable of splitting itself into 12 separate fragments in order to experience lives on 12 Time Lines should give you an idea that your soul fragment is much more capable than most people think. Perhaps in the future you will think of other questions to ask regarding your soul fragment’s capabilities and I, or Theo, will be happy to explain.

(4/23/13) Theo, Gaia said our soul fragments are capable of much more than I’m aware of, so can you give me examples, as I am not sure what to ask. Of course I understand the soul fragments are able to split themselves, although I thought this was more of a soul duty, into 12 fragments of a life. So what else?

Yes, do take dreams for a minute, Tom. Your soul fragment, while still being attached to your body in those 12 lives, leaves the body each night and travels across the universe to several locations, as keep in mind there is no time when you’re away from your body, and assists numerous groups and individuals across the universe. This is not your soul per se doing this—but the soul fragments. As I said before, even new souls having their first lives on earth have this capability, as they have raised their vibrational levels to the point where they are allowed to have earth lives.

But as your soul fragments are seasoned with more and more lives, you are able to tackle much more complex assignments, shall we call them, where you are aiding typically the religious leaders of a society to give them answers to problems and suggestions to overcome their problems. You are like wise old spirits who come to them in their meditations and present ideas to them on solving their problems. This is done literally millions and, yes, billions of times per night, Tom, as your soul fragments are in such demand across the universe.

Do these religious people on these worlds know the advice is coming from a soul fragment on earth, or is it just a call to assist them?

Most of the time, Tom, it is a call for assistance from anyone, and your soul fragments are Johnny-on-the-spot, with assistance from your guides too, I might add. Then there are other societies who have heard of the great work you have accomplished and they specifically request the assistance of the appropriate earth soul fragment to answer their question or solve a problem. But keep in mind this is done billions of times per night, and each soul fragment doesn’t just handle one problem, but typically several. Plus you soul fragment might also take the time, yes, to take a class on some subject your soul fragment will encounter this time on earth, or will encounter in a future life.

144 STRAND DNA

Gaia, are we able to activate 144 strand DNA?

Some people are, Tom, but that is quite difficult for the average person. It requires much study and practice and work to be able to accomplish this feat. Therefore, I still will encourage everyone who reads this to request MBOs in life. I realize this is an advertisement, you could call it, for your technique, Tom, but it is the easiest of any of the modalities in order to raise your vibrational level a little each day. It might not be perceptible at first, but they will be able to look back in one, then two, three years and so on and see a difference in not only their lives, but how they feel—a more lightness of being, you could say.

So to recapitulate, it is possible to activate, but it will require much more effort on your readers’ part than perhaps they have the time or inclination to do.

MENTAL BREAKDOWNS

Nancy writes: Thank you for all you do!

Would you please ask Theo why there are so many violent incidents/shootings/stabbings amongst 20-something (year olds)? They seem to just "snap" as if they have lost control of their minds.

Theo, why are so many 20-something people suddenly snapping mentally?

There are many reasons, Tom. Soul contracts certainly, but many other factors enter the picture. Most are known but not fully understood by scientists yet. There are great pressures, which bear on people, some cannot take the pressure of everyday living, as they are younger souls who do not yet have the seasoning to handle this. Naturally on a higher level we can see their history of lives on earth, but you’re unable to see the big picture. They are also balancing karma where the people they kill, killed them in a past life, so they can make up a lot of time.

MORE ON THE BOSTON BOMBINGS

I received this question from someone, but can’t find the email.

Gaia, regarding the Boston bombers, why would it be in their soul contracts to plant the bombs and kill what on the surface appears to be innocent people?

Yes, a complex question, Tom, with a variety of reasons. First the “victims,” as we will call them, all had soul contracts to either die or be injured in the explosion, as in past lives they had caused explosions which maimed or killed people literally over thousands and thousands of years. So it was balancing. But both the bombers and their victims knew on a soul level that this would bring about great passionate feelings of people all over the world, and that one event will raise, and has raised, your vibrational levels just a little more, as even rivals showed compassion and togetherness. That is important, as some people take being rivals to the extreme, expressing hatred just because another’s ball team is not theirs.

An event such as this wipes away this façade and brings out the humanity in men, women and children. So even the bombers knew on a soul level that they would be contributing to the greater good, even as they planned their dastardly deed, shall we say. So many of your readers will be able to step back and look at not only the pain and misery of those affected by the bombing, but also the great compassion this created, and will continue to create in the future. A nice question, Tom.

MORE ATLANTIS QUESTIONS

Theo, were the Vikings descendants of the Atlanteans or were they plopped there by an ET society?

Much more the latter, Tom. They were a nomadic people that existed prior to the final destruction of Atlantis, and were almost wiped out by the tsunamis generated when the Atlantean Islands disappeared. Only those who were on higher ground survived.

So you’re saying the tsunamis reached all the way past Europe to Scandinavia?

Yes, of course. Massive waves were born from the sinking and these tsunamis circled the globe. Obviously the farther away from the Atlantic the less damage was caused, as the tsunamis lost their energy. But Scandinavia was not that far away if you look at in on a map. Certainly the lands closest to the Atlantean Islands took the brunt, and we have discussed before how thousands of people died who lived on the coasts. Don’t forget the sea levels in the world also rose.

Then where did the Vikings originate?

Yes, with one of our robust humanoid groups, which is part of the Federation, Tom. They wanted to give their experimental humans a war-like trait to see what the results would be.

Was there a nuclear war fought anytime on earth in the past involving ETs?

Yes, but far, far back in time, Tom.

Was it part of the Star Wars or perhaps a war between those on Nibiru?

Yes, the latter, Tom. Another reason, and, I might add, a major one, which is why they are on sort of a probation.

Are there remnants of this in what is termed Death Valley in Siberia?

Yes, that is the location, Tom. That was the only one.

Theo, how large was the island of Poseidon during Atlantean times before it sank into the sea? What could we compare it to today? Was it, say, larger than Jamaica?

Yes, considerably larger than Jamaica, Tom. More on the order of the size of Cuba—perhaps a little larger than that.

What abut the other islands? Were they all fairly close together or were they scattered?

Yes, fairly scattered, Tom. Poseidon, as you guessed, was mainly a more northern island, although not as high as the continent had reached.

How large was the island where the Sons of Belial lived?

Not as large as Poseidon—perhaps half to two-thirds as large. But the Sons of Belial also occupied several islands, so you might say things equaled out. Those islands extended on down to the south.

Scientists have made the assumption that there was a super continent in the past millions of years and it split apart. Nowhere does it take into account the existence of Atlantis or MU.

Yes, but they did exist, Tom. These scientists could only project what current maps show, not taking into account the possibility that parts of this super continent also existed. If they add the extra land in they would see it fits too.

So you are saying there was a super continent?

Yes, these continents have been splitting apart for eons and are now attempting to collide against each other again.

When the ET scientists were creating the Adam man and woman, did they use some process or form to create these bodies? In other words, was it sort of a mold, or were there laser type machines that followed a pattern to create each body?

Yes, more of the latter, Tom. It was a very sophisticated way of punching in the data and having machines create the body forms using the DNA figures given in the super computers, we’ll call it for your purposes.

Was this done on board the spaceship and then were they deposited on earth two by two or in groups?

Yes, very small groups, Tom, ensouled so that they knew where they originated from and their purpose. With this knowledge, they did not stand around looking forlorn wondering what to do. They knew they had to find shelter, clothing if they were in colder climates and so on.

As was mentioned before, this knowledge of where they came from was slowly lost from their children and their children’s children, and only the legends remained.

How fast could one of these bodies be formed?

Quite fast—in just a couple of minutes, Tom—as we’re talking about machines which, even then, were millions of years ahead of your current machines; although, I will say, you are catching up fast.

I assume that the scientists who created these Adam men and women have long since transitioned?

Yes, Tom. Like everyone else they are not immortal, and so they transitioned, and since their souls’ main interest was science, most of them are back tweaking their work, or working on other projects.

In the early days of Atlantis, did they use steam to heat their hovels, or were the caves they used perhaps connected to steam vents?

Yes and no. It all depended upon the location.

But could both sides equally share the blame, or were the good and bad equal in quantity?

Yes, you could say the Law of One had more good people, but their leaders were as corrupt and/or power hungry as the leaders of the Sons of Belial.

Did they eat the same vegetables we have today?

Yes, and several of which are no longer available to you.

Did they eat animals or were they strictly vegetarians?

No, they had a wide variety of fowl, which they consumed, along with rabbits and other small animals.

Theo, how were the Atlantean families structured? Did they marry? How large were the families? Were men and women considered equals?

Yes, they did have family-structured units just as you do today, Tom. Their marriage ceremonies were quite different, depending upon their beliefs at that time.

Did they have what we call churches or synagogues, temples as we do today?

Yes, similar but different, Tom. A little difficult to explain, but it all depended upon whether they were the Law of One, or Sons of Belial. Each had their own way of controlling the masses, shall we say.

Back to the family unit. Were the families generally large or small?

Smaller. They did not believe in having as many children as a body could produce, Tom. So their population never exploded as yours has in just a few thousand years. Keep in mind they existed for 60,000 years, and yes, the population certainly shrank with each destruction, but it never would have reached the density your population has in such a short time. Each family typically would have one to three children, but not more.

Did they have contraceptive devices?

Yes, but not the same as yours. They were able to use crystals to shut off the reproductive glands.

Were men and women considered equals?

No, not even in that long time period, as women were subjugated depending upon which belief system they chose. You have gone a long ways, much further, shall we say, in the equality of women in this time period than the Atlanteans ever achieved.

There were women in their temples who performed many jobs, but the power remained with the men, who did a terrible job as you can imagine, eventually causing the complete destruction of what was left of their continent.

How did they select their mate?

Yes, similar to today in that respect. The men and women could socialize together at their temples and schools. And naturally there were matchmakers even during Atlantean times.

Did they tend to marry early, or later?

No, fairly early, typically in their teens, Tom.

Wasn’t their life expectancy greater than ours today?

Yes, quite a bit in fact. So they would change mates occasionally. It was unusual for mates to stay together throughout their whole lives.

How long did the average Atlantean male and female live?

They lived extremely long lives at first in the early days, but the years gradually shortened for them whereas your lives are gradually lengthening. In the early days they could live several hundred, yes even a thousand years, but that decreased over time. Still they lived longer than you do today. They had the healing centers, so they did not have all the diseases you have today, nor did they have the Big Pharmas, as you call them, to shove harmful drugs down their throats, causing more harm than good.

How were the children educated and for how long?

Their educations could take a longer time, as they were not so rushed as you are today, nor were their schools so structured. Again we get back to this crystal power, Tom, as it had many uses, including transferring knowledge to the students and individuals.

You had previously stated that computers were mostly for governments. Was that because the average person felt they could access all of what they needed through crystals?

Exactly, Tom. The crystals would be considered almost super computers today.   They retained information from thousands of years.

Did the children play as children do today?

Quite so. That has not changed over thousands of years, Tom. Children will be children.

So they did not have a typical school day of several hours in a building?

No, they did not. Many would be what is termed today “home schooled,” as there was much they could learn and absorb, according to the child’s interests, right from home using the crystal power.

Did they have ball games similar to today?

Yes, a similar game to the football or soccer as it’s called only in the United States. Round balls have been in existence for many thousands of years.

STRUCTURE ON OCEAN FLOOR

Eileen writes: Tom, will you please ask what the purpose was of the huge structure that was found beneath the Sea of Galilee? (It’s on yahoo.com) Thanks.

Gaia, what is the stone structure beneath the Sea of Galilee?

Yes, this does date back to the time when the Mediterranean and the Sea of Galilee were lower in depth. You saw this on your vacation to the Greek islands, where the waterfronts were under water. Many cities in the world will have this same condition in the future as I raise the water levels first two feet, and then slowly higher, as we have spoken about before. This was constructed as part of their religious practices at that time. There were many people living in this region when this was constructed, and slaves were used to construct it.

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

Linda writes: Tom, could you ask your guides what is the metaphysical significance of high blood pressure? I am in perfect health other than this one health issue, which causes me no pain. However, my blood pressure is dangerously high which will require medication for the rest of my life. It is an inherited genetic condition. Will we be able to have genetic repair within my lifetime? I refuse to take any drugs that are not generic. I have no wish to help Big Pharma play its game of deception and manipulation. What can you tell me? Is there any kind of energy medicine practice or exercises that will improve this condition?

Theo, is there a karmic reason for high blood pressure?

Certainly there is, Tom. It has to do with pressuring or being in control of people in a past life, whether it was a lot of people, or just a few. They brought anxiety into the lives of others, so they experience a form of anxiety now. Again, the effects of this can be treated with vitamins and acupuncture, and by saying the Benevolent Prayer each morning, as this does act as a form of forgiveness, but much more practical, shall we say. Meditation will also help to lower blood pressure, so there are a number of ways this can be treated, instead of just relying on whatever drug is prescribed for you by a doctor.

Naturally I don’t advise anyone to stop taking their blood pressure medication. If you try any of the suggested methods above, check your blood pressure continually over a period of weeks or more, and consult with your doctor to reduce the medicine prescribed as the blood pressure falls to a lower, more normal level.

PACEMAKER AND MRI

Michael writes: The end of March, I began having dizzy spells, vertigo, and double vision. Symptoms were consistent with something called labrynthitis, except for the vision. The other possibility is a mini-stroke, which brings up my question - due to the pacemaker an MRI isn't possible so there can't be a definitive diagnosis. Will there eventually be development of a pacemaker that will be compatible for use with an MRI ? I have a good prognosis that therapy will teach my brain to compensate and say MBOs daily for restoration. Thank you, Tom, for all you do, many blessings.

Theo, how soon will there be a pacemaker that will be compatible with an MRI?

Not very soon, Tom. Certainly they are working to make the pacemakers better, smaller, and longer lasting, but they are at this juncture fairly far away from achieving compatibility.

Naturally you can request an MBO to be led to the best treatments for your condition. I do also suggest a professional acupuncturist, who can treat you too. I’ve been going to my MD doctor in Dallas who’s treating me (with acupuncture) for what was originally a leaking blood vessel in the back of my eye that caused a big curve in my vision. Luckily my other eye is dominant so I don’t notice it. The ophthalmologist doctor gave me two choices—drops or taking a needle and puncturing my eye to insert a medicine to reduce it. I took the drops, which really didn’t do much. I found a slow but sure improvement with acupuncture. Then my wife started going with me to rid herself of lung congestion, which had lingered on, and not only has it been clearing that up, it also lowered her blood pressure.

[Just a funny aside. Every once in a while one of the needles causes a slight bruising under my eye; I tell people my wife is beating me up!]

MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA

For my new subscribers and readers, Antura is a member of my soul “cluster” having a life as an amphibian on a water planet in the Sirius B Star System. He’s part of a “first contact” team coming to earth in 2017. My book, now titled (I think) “FIRST CONTACT! Conversations with an ET” will be out probably by June, as it goes on the presses in one or two weeks. Thanks to everyone who responded on Facebook and via email giving their opinion. There were many more in favor of this title than the previous one. And of course, this is the title my publisher wants to use, so they get a large vote too.

Antura, finished the book review and now working to get the cover closer to your descriptions of the mothership and your planet.

Yes, Tom, the next cover I’m seeing will be much closer to what you desire, although obviously still not perfect, but we understand and appreciate the efforts.

We could go on with the mothership description, but I don’t think it will accomplish too much, Antura.

Not at this time, Tom. Still you want it to be eye-catching and it will be.

Pam writes: Here's another puzzle to be solved; perhaps you could ask those more familiar with space if the "Pegasus Project" in the 70's that the whistleblowers are now talking about really did send people to Mars (and are still doing so) through Tesla technology using high energy and magnetic fields and portals (Jump Rooms). There are at least 3 people who have given many lectures and videos publicly now about going there themselves and being in American underground bases that supposedly house thousands of people, and of the dinosaur like creatures that can attack them on the surface of Mars and have killed many there.

Antura, what about the Pegasus project and people being sent through a portal to Mars and a number being killed by dinosaurs?

Yes, that one is pretty far out, Tom. As I mentioned before, there are no living creatures on Mars, just some minute varieties of vegetation and remnants of a society, which once flourished there. The idea that people – especially 3rd dimensional people could travel through portals to Mars or the moon or any other destination is pure poppycock I can assure you. Again as I mentioned before, you must be at a 5th focus or higher to go through a portal. Their energy will not accept a lower level person for the protection of the 3rd dimensional being. And, I might add, even at the 5th focus level you have to have equipment to do so. You cannot go through the portal with just the clothes on your back.

One last question. I seem to be confused on the Earth Directive. You said the Earth Directive was originally created at the time of Atlantis, and then another time you said it was 20 years ago to stop the abductions and interference, and it seems perhaps you inferred the same regarding the Nibiruans. Please clear that up for me.

Yes, the original Earth Directive was not called that specifically at the time. It was originally just a warning to stay away from you when it was obvious that the islands of Atlantis were going to sink into the ocean. So, to answer your question, the Earth Directive came about by combining all the rules, which had slowly come into effect over a long period of time. It was felt there needed to be more specific guidance as to what societies could and could not do. Up to that time there was sort of a hodgepodge of rules and even suggestions—not formal rules. This clarified everything, but not until approximately 20 years ago were these finalized.

Why didn’t our ET protectors protect us against the intrusions and kidnapping of earth people?

Again, this was one of those rules clarified after the horse had gotten out of the barn, to use an old saying. It was not a problem—had never been before—when the Zetas began kidnapping and using earthlings to create their hybrid race, as they were dying out. And keep in mind universal time. What was twenty years to you was only a couple in universal time, and I can assure you this was handled as fast as possible, given the fact that everyone had to agree to these rules.

MBO FOR BASEBALL GAME

This MBO story and the next one originally appeared last week in my BLOG, which you can read in its entirity at www.TheGentleWayBook.com/blog, along with the other 150 blogs with nothing but MBO stories.

I’ll begin with one of my own. My friend, Frank, had expressed interest in attending a TCU (Texas Christian University) baseball game a couple of months ago, so when I received an invitation by my alumni association for a game ticket and lunch on the patio overlooking third base, I called him up and we went last Saturday.

As I had not been on the campus since 2001, I knew it had changed, so we went over a little early so that I could view the changes. Naturally I requested a MBO for the hour-plus drive to Ft. Worth, and a MBO for an enjoyable time even better than I could hope for or expect. We drove around the campus eyeing all the new buildings, plus construction on even more buildings. What a campus this has become! As I was not sure exactly where they had relocated the baseball field, we headed for the southwest corner of the campus and found it. There were two guys there, manning the parking lot, who I found out had been doing that for 24 and 10 years respectively. They said they would take care of us after the tour and would give us a good parking spot—nice MBO for a short walk to the stadium.

We went to the new student union building that was easily three or four times larger than the one which existed when I attended TCU many years ago. We parked just across the street in what, during the week, would have been an illegal parking space. We were given a map at the information counter and walked around where I pointed out to my friend, Frank, the old buildings, which had wound up behind many new ones. I was amazed how the architects had fit them all in without feeling crowded.

At the baseball game we had a nice lunch, and then were allowed to go down below into the stands where there were unoccupied seats. It was an 80 degree day and my fair skin was cooking, so in the 6th inning we returned to the cool, covered patio to watch the rest of the game. TCU was losing 2-0 all the way up to the bottom of the 9th inning, when they loaded the bases and a pinch hitter from Plano (where I live) hit the ball over the left-fielder’s head all the way to the wall, scoring all three runners. It was one of those rare walk-off hits, which won the game. All his teammates mobbed him on second base. This was truly a better experience than I could have hoped for or expected!

After the game, I requested another MBO for the drive back home, and it was uneventful. A very enjoyable day!

Might I also recommend here, that if you play any sport, request a MBO that your performance be even better than you can hope for or expect. You’ll find you are much calmer, less stressful, and perhaps you’ll win the game for your team!

BP’S FOR HUSBAND/WIFE RELATIONSHIP

Helen in Hawaii writes: I introduced my daughter-in-law (her husband, my son, has been in Afghanistan) to MBOs & BPs. She was experiencing sadness and stress because whenever my son called her on the cell, she noticed that he was not the happy and optimistic person he used to be; there were no more laughter and jokes; she said he was feeling a lot of anger, unhappiness and stress from the mission.

So, I sat down and wrote a BP based upon what she told me. That night, we prayed together the BP I had written. The next day when he called, she was amazed at the change of his tone of voice; that they even got to laugh together! She was so happy and felt so blessed after their talk! It has been several weeks since then – though it seems like years - his attitude is now back to the husband she recognizes and she is a true believer in the power of MBOs & BPs!!!
