I discovered there is a Congressional Gun Violence Prevention Task Force with 20 Representatives listed. I contacted their offices and sent the person on their staff who handles legislation. I had a Zoom type call with one of staff of a Congressional Representative. The person was going to pass the information along to the Representative.

I realize there are several Benevolent Prayers to say listed below. PLEASE TAKE THE FEW SHORT SECONDS TO SAY EACH ONE OUT LOUD. Remember, the human voice is much more powerful than people in this time period realize. I’m told there is a crescendo effect when hundreds and thousands say the BP out loud.
Let’s say this Benevolent Prayer for Israel and Palestine out loud: "I ask  any and all beings to aid and assist in protecting the people of Palestine and Israel from the fighting between Hamas and Israel, for those wounded to be given medical assistance, and for the hostages to be returned home unharmed with no further violence, and may there be meaningful negotiations between the two sides so that this will never occur again, thank you!"
Let's say this Benevolent Prayer for the people of UKRAINE: "I ask for any and all beings to aid, comfort, and assist the people of Ukraine to remain safe, for all prisoners of war to be treated under the rules of the Geneva Convention, for the economic sanctions imposed on Russia to  work to cut off their sale of oil, to return the thousands of Ukrainian children home, and to return the Russian and Ukrainian soldiers home, thank you!" Please say this Benevolent Prayer.

Urvish in India writes: I had a few questions for Gaia and current world events related to migration of people into Europe and Canada.
We see a lot of migration of people happening to western countries.  What balancing is going on here on a world scale? I see folks with very hard-line ideas mixing with folks with very liberal ideas. Lot of old folks are getting misplaced from their homes as well. Are they balancing forcing others out in some lifetime?
How much of this activity is balancing vs a bucket list of earth experiences? I am guessing both of these things, if taken positively with love and forgiveness, would lead to a soul’s growth and increase in higher vibrations.
Why is that only a certain caste majority people are migrating from middle eastern countries? Why not people from other underdeveloped worlds like certain countries in southeast Asia or somewhere else?
Are there souls in receiving countries who are higher on a vibrational level and have volunteered to be part of this as a service for souls who are migrating?
Are the souls who are migrating on more younger quadrants of soul age?

Good morning, Creator. I do have a few questions.
Creator, what balancing is going on here on a world scale?
Your mere existence is balancing both the past and the future, so don’t forget the Earth Experiment is dynamic, meaning that it changes all the time, because you affect both the past and future. The more love you send out daily, the more it affects not only the present, but also the past and future.
Are older folks getting misplaced or losing their homes balancing?
Yes, as they had done the same to others in one or more past lives. They then learn how it feels to be homeless or reduced down to just a bed to sleep on.
How much of this is balancing or simply on a bucket list of things to experience?
Because you have hundreds of lives on Earth, 90% will be balancing. Some people need these experiences as part of the work they have chosen to do as part of their soul contracts.
Does this raise our vibrational levels?
It does when you extend a hand to help someone experiencing homelessness by offering support.
Why does it seem that most of the people migrating are from the Middle East and not Asia?
Opportunity and soul contracts. Migration from Asia will pick up in the coming years.
Are there souls in receiving countries with higher vibrational levels who volunteer this service to take care of these immigrants?
Of course, this service is on their soul contracts.
Are the immigrants typically Young Souls?
The vast majority are.

WEST COAST QUAKES
Mary writes: Linda G checked in with the ET's and they told her they are actively trying to help us right now because faults are going to rupture in California. I have been checking worldwide constantly, and there are indications that seismically, this could be true. Any chance you have intel on this from Antura or your many Guides? I’m sorry to even bother you, but you’re the only one I trust. I live in a heightened state of awareness about quakes. People laugh about it, but it’s not a joke to me. My son lives near UCLA and I’m in Marin County, north of San Francisco. Both areas have been active, not to mention the global  activity. Okay, if there’s nothing to talk about, just carry on and ignore this. I guess Linda G rattled my cage with her info, but I’m one to sit up and pay attention when solid messages come thru, no matter what realm they come from.
All the best and stay steady for your upcoming journey.
Gaia, any change in your plans for no large earthquakes on the North American West Coast?
No change, Tom. I have not been given the go ahead by your souls to do large adjustments, only small ones. That will continue for the present time. Much progress is being made and your souls do not wish that to be interrupted by large earth movements.
After I asked this, on September 7, Malibu had a 4.7 earthquake, still would be considered a “small adjustment.” Several years ago, we had a suite at the Beverly Hills Hilton Hotel to exhibit at the American Film Market. I had hired a local lady to be the hostess, when we experienced a 5.4 earthquake. She ran out the door and did not return for two hours. I found it interesting that I could not focus my eyes during the quake, because they were bobbing up and down during the shaking.
SUPPORTING THE ELDERLY POPULATION
Sandy writes: As you know, our birth rate is declining, in some places precipitously. We have many fewer working-age humans having to support an overwhelming largely dependent elderly population with taxes, healthcare, and work. Even very healthy elderly populations are prone to dementia as they get into extreme age, able to do nothing for themselves. How will we manage this without either a massive  euthanasia program for the elderly or a massive societal collapse because we won't be able to support the infrastructure we need to keep society running?
Gaia, with birth rates declining, how will working age people support the elderly population?
Quite easily, even though they might not think so at this time. Housing prices will decline with less people needing homes, and everyone that wants to work will be able to do so. Keep in mind that great advances are coming in DNA manipulation, we will call it, that will cure many diseases, lowering the cost of healthcare. Food will be more plentiful the world over with fewer mouths to feed. With fewer children, their education will be a top priority. All of these factor in making it easier for families to thrive. You have been told previously that in the early part of the 22nd Century, they will look back on this time period as archaic as you look back at the time period of 1917-1918.

Good morning and good life, everyone.
Renee writes from Nevada: It seems my UFO neighbor has been having block parties in the wee hours of the morning here in the Carson Valley, Nevada skies. I take walks after sunset and notice 3 of them in a triangle. And they move around for me when I ask them to. So cool. But I notice that there's about 6 to 8 or more gathered in the morning early hours. Just exactly how many are there and any from my home planet  Arcturus? Are they from one mothership or more than one? It looks like a ramp up for contact.

Antura, are the UFOs Renee is seeing in Carson Valley, Nevada, from her home planet Arcturus and how many and their mission?
Not necessarily. These ships are taking millions of readings mentioned many times before. Her vibrational level is such that she has no fear. They are aware that she is viewing them, and they say hello. She lives in an area where they are not threatened, compared to larger population centers.
Aravind writes from Australia: I just saw a UFO with white light that was pulsating at times. It was hovering a little distance from the house where I live. Possibly this was a drone?
Antura, did Aravind see an ET pulsating drone?
He did. Again, it was taking readings it does each day.
Teresa writes: We went to see Deep Sky, the IMAX movie about the  James Webb Space Telescope. It was REALLY good. The movie mentioned that there were about 340 single points of failure that had to work correctly for the mission to be successful. Also, the telescope portion opened early for some reason after the launch. I wonder if the ET's helped this launch be successful and if they know why the telescope opened early?
Antura, did ETs assist the James Webb launch? Why the early opening?
It certainly was monitored, since we know it will provide much knowledge in the future to assist in your expanding knowledge of the universe, and as you were told previously, recognizing the existence of another universe next to this one. The opening was given a little nudge.
Antura, are each of those 2 open spaces on your ship you mentioned last time a full 15 miles long?
No, not quite. Certainly, more on the order of 12 miles.
How wide?
Over one mile.
Why was Whitley Strieber chosen for full contact by the grays?
He is connected to them, and it was on his soul contract to write about his experiences. He was and is a professional writer, so he could write about these experiences.
Any connection to the fact he lived in San Antonio not so far from where I live?
No.
He also mentioned that he meditates between 3 and 4 in the morning. Was I also guided to do this too?
Yes, it is a perfect time when no typical daytime thoughts can interfere with your reception.

MBO FOR PRINTER TO WORK BEAUTIFULLY
Angie writes: I haven't used my computer printer for a while and when I  tried to print some test pages, I noticed that some printouts were not clear. I needed to print many clear colored photos to put in scrapbook pages to give as gifts to my son's in-laws. The last time this happened, I had to take my printer to the service center in a huge mall.
So, I said an MBO that my printer will print beautiful colored photos. At first, it was not printing properly but I was guided to find the support link, make the necessary adjustments and lo and behold! It began to print beautiful clear colored photos. Thank you, Tom for teaching us about MBOs and BPs. Thank you, GAs, guides, any and all beings who are constantly helping us.
MBO RULES
Douglas writes: I have watched your shows with Linda G and read your newsletter faithfully. I have a question, and I hope this is the correct place to contact you.
I have always loved the idea of MBOs! I say them daily for different things and outcomes. My question is sometimes they come true and sometimes they don't. So with me, it's hit and miss. Am I saying them wrong? Do you have to put a time limit on them? I am saying them out loud but I guess I just need to understand more about them. Can you help?
I'll point out a couple of things from my talks on MBOs.
1. The MBO has to be benevolent for anyone connected to the request. I've used the extreme example of a soldier requesting an MBO to kill the enemy before he's killed. That won't work, but if he requests his safety in a patrol, his enemy leaves the area he's on patrol in before they encounter each other.
2. Many times, the MBO you request doesn't happen because something better is on the way for you. Just be patient.
3. The MBO you request is not on your soul path. As an example, I tried to raise money to film a series of spy films set in World War II. I tried at film markets in Cannes, Budapest, Los Angeles, Milan, and Las Vegas, plus traveled to St. Petersburg, Russia and Paris. Every time I would get close, something weird would happen to cause the funding to fall apart. I asked Theo why, when I was requesting MBOs along the way, and he said it was not on my soul contract, and that I would reach many more people through my books, Newsletters, and talks than I would ever reach by going down that path.
If you would learn to meditate, you can ask your own GA that question--another reason to learn to meditate everyone!
BP FOR SISTER’S MOVE, MBO FOR ASTHMA
Linda in New York writes: I’ve been saying a Benevolent Prayer for my sister every day as she has a disability and is trying to move across the country. It seemed there was one roadblock after another. After a few days of saying a BP for her to have an easy transition, things started opening up.
I also had to say an MBO to breathe easier, when I’m having asthma issues, and miraculously I seem to get relief without meds! Thank you!
MBO AND BP FOR VACATION IN FRANCE

Our vacations were great in France. Nice weather, and a happy family and friends reunion. Months in advance I requested an MBO to have a perfect unfolding of my vacation in France, the best flight, a pleasant experience for me and family. Same thing as a BP: I ask any and all beings across all timelines to assist —— and her family in having a 100% pleasant, safe and enjoyable journey from date— to date——. Please arrange turbulence free flights, peaceful interactions, nice weather, baggage on time, and safe commutes and errands. Thanking you for helping the whole family remain healthy and joyful throughout the trip. Please surround all involved and places with healing white light, love and miracles Thank you!
I like to clear the places before I visit them to increase safety and security.

QUESTION FOR THE FAIRY KING AND QUEEN
Teresa writes: Differences between Pixies and Fairies: Pixies are described as smaller than fairies, about four inches tall, with wings and pointy ears. They are elf-like. Pixies are found more in gardens than other areas. They are very territorial and have conflicts with fairies over their territory. Are these beliefs and descriptions about pixies accurate?
Now I wish to speak to the King and Queen of the fairies.

We have spoken before of the unique ways your souls devise to balance past transgressions. Typically, they had killed someone in a past life by bashing their head in. At the same time the family members of the person killed by the coconut experience grief in their lives which they needed.
SIMPLE QUESTION, LONG ANSWER
Leanne writes: I have always been intrigued and interested in why some people talk so much, like the ‘gift of the gab’ type of speaking and  others say much less. I refer to some people in my life, who, when asked a simple yes/no question, take the longest route to actually answer the question. I do find this human trait a little draining and unnecessary.
Theo, why do some people over explain when asked a simple question?
It can be a variety of reasons. Perhaps they think you need a longer explanation to understand the answer. Or they can be unsure of themselves and feel they need to give a long explanation to demonstrate they have knowledge. They may have a low opinion of themselves, because as children they were constantly put down. Send love and light to them each day.

MORE INFORMATION: WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING THIS ENACTED BY CONGRESS?
- This will have bipartisan support since it does not require anyone to do anything. It is ALL VOLUNTARY! People look at this as a SERVICE to get rid of guns in their homes.
- No money is given that can be used to buy more guns.
- Payment is made with money cards that can only be used at
 supermarkets or grocery stores.
- People are concerned that only law-abiding citizens will give up their guns. Over weeks and months there will be people who turn in guns because someone in their family may be considering suicide or going on a shooting spree. FREE GUN LOCKS would also be given out.
- This would be overseen by the ATF, instead of the Justice Department. They would collect the guns once a month (or sooner) and destroy them the same way they destroy other confiscated guns. This also ensures that some local police department will not sell them out the back door, as is being done presently.
- Another possible benefit I have not mentioned before: Presenting this bill before Congress will allow for Amendments to be voted on. Perhaps one or two might pass this time. We won’t know unless we find a Congressperson or Senator to sponsor the bill.

During the last Gun Buyback, Houston-area residents turned in a record number of 1,446 firearms. The fourth Harris County-Houston gun buyback held June 10 was the most successful, collecting a record number of 1,446 firearms that helps in the effort to reduce violent crimes.
In total, more than 4,200 firearms have been collected in the four buybacks, which assist in the coordinated efforts to help all communities be free of gun violence. With the community’s overwhelming response at all the events, Houston-Harris County has conducted the most successful gun buyback program in the country’s history.
