I realize there are several Benevolent Prayers to say listed below. PLEASE TAKE THE FEW SHORT SECONDS TO SAY EACH ONE OUT LOUD. Remember, the human voice is much more powerful than people  in this time period realize. I’m told there is a crescendo effect when hundreds and thousands say the BP out loud.
Let’s say this Benevolent Prayer for Israel and Palestine out loud: "I ask any and all beings to aid and assist in protecting the people of Palestine and Israel from the fighting between Hamas and Israel, for those wounded to be given medical assistance, and for the hostages to be returned home unharmed with no further violence, and may there be meaningful negotiations between the two sides so that this will never occur again, thank you!"
Let's say this Benevolent Prayer for the people of UKRAINE: "I ask for any and all beings to aid, comfort, and assist the people of Ukraine to remain safe, for all prisoners of war to be treated under the rules of the Geneva Convention, for the economic sanctions imposed on Russia to  work to cut off their sale of oil, to return the thousands of Ukrainian children home, and to return the Russian and Ukrainian soldiers home, thank you!" Please say this Benevolent Prayer.

Before we move on to the rest of the newsletter, a quick explanation for my new subscribers: Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura (and a few others). Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the Earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE.
HOW DOES NEGATIVITY AFFECT US?
Pam writes: When referring to storms and tornadoes, Gaia says, “These help me cleanse the earth of negativity, so that it does not continue to  build up over time. There is less interference as you go about your daily activities, energy-wise.” (December 30, 2023) newsletter)
What is the negativity that Gaia is referring to?
Gaia, what is the origin of the negativity you reference when saying that tornadoes, hurricanes and storms clear negativity? Plus, how does it interfere with our daily lives?
Negativity is generated by your thoughts, actions, and basically your everyday lives when you do not live in harmony with each other and all the beings and even the Earth. You are making great progress, but still your actions are not heart centered—and I mean the general population. This negative energy builds up to a point where I must take actions to clear the land of this negativity. It weighs heavily on your daily lives, as if you are walking through a muddy field.
TUNNELS DEEP IN THE EARTH
Norm writes: I have been re-reading your Atlantis & Lemuria book. I came to a spot that I forgot about and am now ready to ask a question.
On pg. 107 you ask the question about tunnels beneath the earth, and explained there are many thousands of miles of tunnels.
Question: How many tunnels are in US and Canada, and Mexico? Do they go North and South or mostly East and West? Are the entrances to the tunnels still open or closed off so no one can go down the 2 or 3  miles? Are entrances & exits to the tunnels on east and west coast or from Mexico to Canada? Are they straight shafts down or are they sloped downward until getting to the 3miles point? And why 3 miles?
Are the tunnels still used by the ET’s. Did the ET’s build some of the tunnels with Human labor?
When can we Humans utilize the tunnels for travel? Is it only after we have found and utilize the crystals?
Last question: Why did civilizations find Atlanteans annoying and wanted nothing to do with them? Was it religious beliefs, or the big egos of the Atlanteans? Please explain.
Gaia, how many tunnels are there in North America and are most of them north and south or east and west, or perhaps an equal number both directions?
There are over one thousand tunnels—yes you received this correctly—in North America. There are slightly more that run east and west compared to north and south.
Are the entrances open or closed off?
These entrances are, for the most part, not yet accessible to humans. The entrances are at a slightly higher vibrational level. A few have been discovered by humans but kept quiet by their governments.
Why are these tunnels 2 to 3 miles underground?
Most human mine shafts do not go down that far. Yet it allows ETs, who study the Earth Experiment to rapidly traverse from one location to another without disturbing human activities.
Are the entrances slanted or vertical?
Both, depending upon the location. Keep in mind that their vehicles  have the ability to go straight down if needed.
Are these tunnels still used by ETs?
Yes.
Are there any by governments?
Yes, but I’m asked not to reveal too much on that yet. Humans are supposed to discover their use by other humans.
Weren’t they used in Atlantean times?
Yes, the Atlanteans were aware and used them.
Were all the tunnels built by ETs or were some of them by humans?
All by ETs.
When will we get to use these tunnels?
Not for many years until you raise your vibrational level.
Why did other civilizations want to have nothing to do with Atlanteans?
Because they conquered most of the countries and civilizations they encountered in the Mediterranean, using advanced laser energies they developed from their use of crystals. As you were told previously, only the warriors in the Land of Oz—Africa—were able to defeat them when they discovered their Achilles heel. They could not fly their aircraft at night, so they waited for nightfall and then thousands of warriors would sweep in and annihilated the invaders. You were also previously told that you lost your life twice in these forays as a soldier.
USE OF THE WORD “HATE”
Diana writes: Words are powerful and the other day talking to a friend, she was saying how much she hated a certain basketball player. She had such a strong emotion in saying the word HATE that had me thinking. When we have such hate about someone, or something how  does it affect us? I'm almost sure that it does something to us or the universe. Is that emotion in the word flowing out to the universe?
Theo, how does saying “hate” affect us and the universe?
Yes, one of the worst words in any human language. You have virtually erased this word from your everyday language, and we highly encourage everyone to do the same. If you say “hate,” then you should follow that up with sending white light and love to whatever you say you hate. This word does go out to the universe, and there are souls that must try to counteract the use of this word, knowing you do not understand the negativity this generates.
“Dislike” and other similar words should be substituted. And of course, we encourage everyone to say the daily prayer of sending love and light to the world. That raises each person’s vibrational level.

Luis Elizondo's book IMMINENT has just been released after a year, while the government was reading it line by line to make sure there were  no highly classified informaation contained, since he had a high security clearance.

Larger than you might imagine, Tom. Notice how he is getting interviewed on what is called “mainstream” media, such as CBS, plus others to come. This really is raising the awareness of the average person on the street, not only in the United States but in other countries as well. He will also be invited to testify at the upcoming Congressional hearings in September.
Speaking of Congressional Hearings, will they garner lots of attention?
Again, even much more than the one held last year. More whistleblowers will be coming forward, not announced until the last minute to keep them from being pressured not to appear.

MBOs FOR BRAKES AND TRANSMISSION
Sara writes: I recently had two awesome MBO results I thought to share! Not long ago I got quotes for a few car repairs, in the order they were needed. Two weeks ago, I took it in for new brakes. I said an MBO the night before that it would be smooth and easy for the technician, and cheaper than I could hope for or expect. I stayed there while they worked. About a little more than an hour into it, the technician came  over to me and said, “Well good news! Your brakes weren't as bad as we thought! You still have about half in the front, and only a little less than half on the back. So, you should be good for quite a while yet. But we broke some stuff, so we're fixing that at no charge to you, of course.” I said, thank you. I asked if I had at least 6 months? She said longer than that, so I scheduled to get new transmission lines two weeks later, which was early this morning.
Last night I said a BP for the mechanic that it would be smooth and easier than he expected, and an MBO it would be cheaper than I could hope for or expect. I took it in this morning and had a ride back home because they thought it would take a few hours. I got a call about an hour later saying my car was ready! I was confused and asked it's fixed? She said, yep, it's ready for you!” When he put the camera up higher to look, it was just his two clamps allowing the leaking. I said, “And there's enough transmission fluid in it?” She said, “Yep!” I said, “OK, how much is it?” She said, “I don't really feel I can charge you for the two little hose clamps.” I said, “Thank you very much!” And I went to collect my car! Now the money I would've had to pay for that is in savings to go towards the last thing on the list, new struts! And I've requested a MBO for the money to come to me faster than I could hope for or expect! 😊 I love The Gentle Way! Thanks for bringing it to humanity!!!
MBO FOR PODIATRIST APPOINTMENT
Anne in Maryland writes: I wanted to share proof positive that MBOs work! I had injured my foot about two weeks ago. It felt like a huge lump was in the ball of my foot. I couldn't walk properly, leaning into my heel  to get around. I called a podiatrist and got an appointment. I put out my MBO request and said it several times including just prior to my appointment and while sitting in the chair waiting for the doctor to come in.
I was worried I had something significantly wrong that would prevent me from walking. I'm going to walk the Portuguese Camino in a few weeks. I need my feet! It turns out I have an inflammation, no broken bones, no tendon issues- just swelling. The doc gave me a shot in my foot, told me to limit my walking for 48 hours and things should improve. It's already so much better. I am grateful for MBOs and your work to help heal the world. Thank you for all you do.
Just a reminder that you only have to say an MBO request one time, but you are not "penalized" for saying the MBO multiple times.
MBO FOR LOWER CHOLESTEROL LEVELS
Vicky writes: Greetings, Tom! I want to thank you so very much for all  that you do in service to others. I am so very grateful to have learned about MBOs. I recently had a health checkup regarding my cholesterol levels, which have been high for both LDL and total cholesterol for years.
Although I have lost weight due to a healthier diet & increased physical activity, my cholesterol levels were still high in January. Thanks to my MBO requests, my cholesterol recheck in August showed my levels dropping by 40 points. Both my doctor & I were delighted. I am so grateful as my doctor was prepared to go the prescription route to bring my cholesterol down. Thank you again!
MBOs FOR MOVE TO INDIA & PROMOTION
Urvish in Bangalore India writes: I wanted to share two fulfilled MBOs.
In the last 3 years, I had made some choices like moving back to India from California, USA, and switching a job 2 years back. I felt that career-wise I was falling a bit behind due to these decisions and it was about time I should be working as a Principal Engineer instead of a Lead Engineer. Even my work colleagues acknowledged the same. I also felt I had the potential to and, to some extent, was already working at a  Principal level though my current level was as a Lead Engineer.
I had put out an MBO a year back to be promoted but in the last round in January it didn't go through. But somewhere I felt guided within that it will happen and because of the same I didn't worry and fret about it. Come June, I applied again. I was also lucky to have supportive folks around me for the same.
August came and I was notified of the good news that it was done; I was very happy and joyful!
Usually in such things I am always nervous, worried and try to over think things, but I am sure I must have been guided within, since this time I never felt any of that. Though the MBO took its time to manifest, I was calm and grounded throughout the process.

DISCOVERING THE GENTLE WAY

I've had more than 4 angel encounters before, which I'd love to share them all with you but it'd perhaps have to be one email at a time. I'd like to tell you the main story of how my GA arranged for me to find you and your teachings. I was already having troubles in my life and knew it was going to come around to a stop and turn where things would be better. I knew God and Jesus were in my life and I figured my GA too. I had been given lots of signs. Anywho, my fiancé went to the dispensary shop that  sold cannabis and candy. I've had them before, I usually had the 15 milligram TCH gummies (the main compound found in weed). I usually took 1 or 2 and it was always by the same brand. I took some from my fiancé, and read the flavor label on the jar. I found it was not 15 MG, it had in fact been 150 MG and I HAD TAKEN TWO OF THEM! Boy, I knew I was screwed; that's powerful stuff for someone of my small size. I asked my fiancé why he didn't tell me, he told me he didn't know either and said he felt fine after taking 2. So, I figured okay maybe I'll be fine. After 30 minutes the feeling got worse and worse. I started thinking about all of the evil in this world and I didn't feel like my self in this body. Like I didn't belong here. I looked at myself weirdly and thought "I don't belong here I belong somewhere else".
Then I started crying. It felt like I was feeling all the pain happening in the world. I demanded and begged the question from God "Why did you put me here? Why did you force me to be here? Why would I live in a world with such evil? I didn't choose this," I declared with strong emotion and conviction. I know this sounds bad, but it gets better and I'm glad it happened. After I came down from my experience I thought "Okay, that was crazy, but God does seem good and one day I'll get an answer. Everything happens for a reason."
Well, I was doing internet research on angels out of curiosity. I found one of your responses on Quora about angels and why us humans were here. Mind you, I wasn't searching for why humans were here, it was only about angels and what they exactly did. I knew this was another sign. I was never forced to be here or anyone, as you said in your teachings. I volunteered. I'm still uncertain if this was my GA or God himself. But I knew I was meant to see it and it was for me. I've been talking to my GA for almost a year now and have done MBOs. I actually did one to stop my period when I was starting a new job, I get really bad pains from them. For a while my cycle was every 5 weeks not 4! Then it went back to normal. He has always been with me but now I feel much closer to him. I can feel him talking to me every now and then. I think my GA felt sorry for me. I've been a victim almost my whole life and I'm sure he saw how badly I suffered in school and at my last job. I had to make a lot of sacrifices for my family at such a young age I had to become the breadwinner. There were a lot of tears she'd during that time.
I'm so grateful for your teachings. You're a modern-day Saint. Again, I'd love to meet you one day. I can feel such good energy just from looking at your photo on the back of your books.
UNICORNS
Marissa writes: I have a question which I could not find in any of your  previous newsletters: Are unicorns real? If so, what is their purpose in relation to humans? What do they assist us with and how can we call out to them?
Gaia, what was the purpose of unicorns and when did they disappear, or were they just on other timelines?
They did exist in ancient times on Timeline 6, but these gentle animals were allowed to phase out. There were too many predators. They may return in the future, but not until the end of the Earth Experiment.
FAIRY QUESTION
Teresa in Austin Texas writes: Wood's cycads, found in South Africa's Ngoye Forest, are considered living fossils. They are believed to have emerged over 300 million years ago, predating and outliving dinosaurs. There have only been male specimens for at least 130 years, so cloning has been used to reproduce them. Biologist Laura Cinti is using artificial intelligence to look over thousands of Ngoye Forest aerial photographs to identify the Wood's cycad. The Ngoye Forest is 10,000 acres. Will they be successful in finding a female Wood's cycad so they can have natural reproduction?

Yes, it is on the scientists’ soul contract to discover this one day. If they were to say an MBO, it would be faster, but you can have your group say a BP to assist them in their search.

GUNS FOR GROCERIES NATIONAL PROPOSAL

Vince writes: Honolulu just conducted a buy back at Aloha Stadium and they took in 531 weapons. Guns and ammo were swapped for gift cards, $100 and $200, at a local supermarket. The buyback was funded through an appropriation from the 2024 state legislature. They hope to have future gun buy backs with the monies that have been made available. This is an example of a small state doing is part to cut down on the excess of weapons available to people. Hopefully this is some good news for you.
DETROIT: The public forces Michigan police to completely destroy the guns collected and not sell to companies that sell the parts. Click here.
MORE INFORMATION: WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING THIS  ENACTED BY CONGRESS?
- This will have bipartisan support since it does not require anyone to do anything. It is ALL VOLUNTARY! People look at this as a SERVICE to get rid of guns in their homes.
- No money is given that can be used to buy more guns.
- Payment is made with money cards that can only be used at supermarkets or grocery stores.
- People are concerned that only law-abiding citizens will give up their guns. Over weeks and months there will be people who turn in guns because someone in their family may be considering suicide or going on a shooting spree. FREE GUN LOCKS would also be given out.
- This would be overseen by the ATF, instead of the Justice Department. They would collect the guns once a month (or sooner) and destroy them the same way they destroy other confiscated guns. This also ensures that some local police department will not sell them out the back door, as is being done presently.
- Another possible benefit I have not mentioned before: Presenting this bill before Congress will allow for Amendments to be voted on. Perhaps one or two might pass this time. We won’t know unless we find a Congressperson or Senator to sponsor the bill.

During the last Gun Buyback, Houston-area residents turned in a record number of 1,446 firearms. The fourth Harris County-Houston gun buyback held June 10 was the most successful, collecting a record number of 1,446 firearms that helps in the effort to reduce violent crimes.
In total, more than 4,200 firearms have been collected in the four buybacks, which assist in the coordinated efforts to help all communities be free of gun violence. With the community’s overwhelming response at all the events, Houston-Harris County has conducted the most successful gun buyback program in the country’s history.
