Before we move on to the rest of the newsletter, a quick explanation for my new subscribers: Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura (and a few others). Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the Earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE.
THE FLOODING IN TEXAS
Gaia, did cloud seeding contribute to Texas flooding?
That would be amusing if I knew you were asking for yourself, but in  this case there are a number of people that are searching for some man-made reason for what appears to be a catastrophe. Let me say that, yes, there was some cloud seeding done in the area below the Guadalupe River, but it did not affect the outcome. It was on the soul contracts for those who experienced the event in any way. I brought up the remnants of the tropical storm from Mexico and let it sit over that portion of your state to contribute to the flooding. Many thousands of people were affected in some way—even those who have contributed their time or money in the aftermath. Remember that your Guardian Angels, as you call them, are responsible for making sure those people who experienced the flooding were there. It was not happenstance.
Let’s say this Benevolent Prayer OUT LOUD: “I ask any and all beings to aid, comfort and assist all those who have lost a loved one in the Central Texas floods, to assist those injured in any way in their recovery, and to assist all those who have volunteered in any capacity in their work, thank you!”
QUESTIONS FOR CREATOR
Maria in Estonia writes: It took me a while to sort through them, as I tend to jot things down whenever I see, hear, or reflect on something. It started to feel overwhelming, so I decided to transfer the questions from my phone into a proper table with categories. And to my surprise, I discovered I had over 150 questions saved there! No wonder it felt so daunting to pick a manageable number for you. 😅 I've now narrowed it down to 13 for the next round (though you can imagine how hard it is for me to keep prioritizing them over and over again—especially since the collection keeps growing during these 5 weeks of waiting. And if I were to cherry-pick based on that, I actually counted 24 sentences  ending with a question mark in this batch alone 😊). I’ve tried to pick a balanced mix—not just Earth questions from reading your Gaia book, or only soul-related ones — but something that might be interesting for different types of readers.
Here are my questions:
SOULS & SPIRITS
1. Do people have a different proportion of free will, or is it the same for everyone? Does it vary across timelines and focuses?
2. Are there decisions where it seems to us that we can choose either way, but no free will is actually involved?
3. Do these 100% negative-energy individuals (who make up around 0.5% of the population, approximately 39 million based on 2021 statistics, with the rest being energy mixtures and another 0.5% being 'pure positive-energy' individuals) share any visible traits, such as intensity, unpredictability, or difficulty connecting with others? And does this 100% negative-energy individual mean they are not  'malignant'?
PRAYERS
4. If we request MBOs to make life easier, by softening an experience or removing something, does that mean we won’t have to go through it again in the next life? Or is it simply postponed, with the same experience or balancing stretched over several lifetimes?
5. Why don’t negative spirits (“fallen angels”) have power when we request MBOs?
UNIVERSE AND CREATION
6. Do we live inside a black hole as a Solar System? And is this vast bubble of dark matter, which makes up almost 98% of the universe, a black hole? Is this vast bubble composed of positive or negative energies?
7. Are there many celestial bodies, like Gaia was as the asteroid, who could steer in any direction and travelling through galaxy’s energy portal to hop from star to star?
EARTH & ETs
8. Are Earth energy grid points the same as energy portals or energy  centers which are used by beings on other frequencies (devas, ETs)?
9. To what extent is our everyday living environment (including our diet and organic food) contaminated with microplastics? How dangerous is this to our health? Is there any place on Earth that is almost untouched by microplastics?
10. How do you explain the enactment of the Earth Directive, if some sources suggest it was created before the sinking of Atlantis, decided around 1991, and implemented 'later'? At the same time, it appears to have applied to early humans and their enslavement by the Nibiruans for gold mining—which was supposedly stopped by the Directive back then. Or was that simply extraterrestrial protection at the time? Could it have taken place outside our linear perception of time and beyond the framework of the Earth Experiment, since all these lives are said to occur simultaneously?
EVERYDAY LIFE & FUTURE
11. When will the Western world move away from toilet paper and traditional sewage systems in favor of something more hygienic and modern?
TIMELINES
12. If timelines correspond to vibrational levels, can a significant change in someone's vibration cause them to move to a different timeline?
13. Are there regular intervals between timeline crossings? How often do our Timelines 6 and 5 intersect? What about Timeline 6 with Timeline 7, and with Timeline 8? When will the next crossing of Timeline 6 with Timeline 7 and Timeline 6 with Timeline 8 occur?

Good morning and lots of love from all of us. I have a number of questions this morning.
Yes, I am aware, Tom. Proceed.
Creator, Do people have different proportions of free will, and is it the same or different on all Timelines?
Everyone has Free Will. Part of your learning on Earth is how to remain on your soul contracts you set up before each of your lives on Earth. Requesting an MBO, as you call them, to remain on your soul contract is an excellent prayer to remain on your path. Many, or may we say all of you have experienced free will that led you off your soul path. It is the same on all timelines, but easier on the upper timelines to remain on your soul path.
Is there such a thing as being able to choose either path that will have the same results?
No, one path is always your soul contract. The other choices in life may  seem the same but slowly move away from your soul contract.
Does 100% negative energy share any viable traits such as intensity or unpredictability connecting with others?
Negative energy surrounds each of you. You exist in negative energy. You do not exist in positive energy. All of you volunteered to experience this.
If we use MBOs in this life, does it mean no challenges in our next lives?
You have been told many times that requesting MBOs reduces the intensity—it does not take away the challenge. In your next life your vibrational level will be a little higher, especially if you remember to request MBOs or pray out loud in whatever religion you choose for that life.
Why don’t negative spirits have power here when we request MBOs?
It is the power of the human voice which overrides the power of the negative spirits.
Do we live in a black hole where the whole solar system exists in it?
As you have been told many times, you are in a special space-time continuum that I created for this experiment. This is not in any shape or form a black hole.
Are all universes composed of positive and negative energies?
You have been previously told that all of the trillions of universes were constructed in the ten positive energies. You could say that the negative energies were not activated as a simple explanation. I activated these negative energies for the Earth Experiment.
Are there many celestial bodies like Gaia who have the ability to portal hop between galaxies?
No, only a couple who are in a way following Gaia’s path. Each soul is different with different interests.
Are Earth energy grid points the same as energy portals which are used by beings on other frequencies such as devas or ETs?
Your scientists have a great deal to learn about these portals that exist on Earth. Here we get into quantum physics, which I realize does not mean much to the average person, but must be understood and studied scientifically. There are a few studies being done, such as the one you are thinking about on Skinwalker Ranch, where one exists.
To what extent are our daily diets contaminated with microplastics and how dangerous to our health? Is there any place on Earth not contaminated?
Certainly, any populated area might have this problem, but the use of plastics is slowly coming to an end. When you can, purchase items and food stuffs with no plastic containers.
When was the Earth Directive implemented and why were humans enslaved by those from Niburu?
The enslavement happened in the early stages of the Earth Experiment  when different types of bodies were still being tested by your ET uncles and aunts. It was done in the mining of gold. It was allowed to continue knowing these were short periods of time and the experiences could be incorporated in the Earth Experiment. The Earth Directive was initiated a few thousand years before both the Atlanteans and Lemurians destroyed themselves when it was discovered that the free energy supplied by your ET uncles and aunts was slowly being developed as weapons of war. You could say they saw the writing on the wall—or in this case how the humans were thinking.
Was this done outside linear time?
In a way, yes. Keep in mind that your time is a construct, but was implemented at a particular time on Earth.
When will the western world cease to use toilet paper?
Before the end of this century, as better methods of cleaning yourself are implemented. It will greatly decrease the need for so much treatment at plants.
It is my understanding that we can only raise our vibrational levels to the top of our timelines—and not jump to a higher timeline.
That is correct. Otherwise, you would be meeting your twin self on the next timeline.
Are there regular crossings of the timelines? Such as Timeline 6 and 5, or 6 and 7?
Not so regular as when needed in your development and to see how each timeline reacts to the same events.
When will be the next crossing of any timeline?
Next year with the earthquakes and volcanic eruption.
What quadrant is Maria in?
As you guessed, she is in the 4th quadrant of a Young Soul. She is progressing well.
Is this in any way a set up life for a future where she is a leader?
Excellent recognition. She will have more than one life as the leader of a country and you will be his/her advisor.

Of course they did. The Chinese have operatives in every country working to steal technical knowledge and secrets. This is but one example.
KIM JUNG UN’s ASSASSINATIONS

Theo said Putin has had around 150 people assassinated. How many  people has Kim Jung Un had assassinated, over 200?
Theo, how many people has Kim Jung Un ordered killed?
It is in the hundreds, Tom. We are not just talking about assassinations here internationally, but also in North Korea. He will have a large number of lives to balance this one.
Years back, I vaguely recall asking about him, so how much longer will he rule?
All we can say is that final day is closer than you might think. He has many enemies.
ANTURA, MY ET BROTHER
In 2008, Theo introduced me to who I would learn is a member of my soul “cluster,” and after 800 lives on Earth is part of “first contact, grass roots team” of four that are tasked with the duty of contact just regular people on planets they are studying and contacting governments and  scientists—typically 1,000 or more years before they are ready to explore space. In my book, FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET he described meeting large sloths on a desert planet. My publisher has given the go ahead to update this, which Mantej is compiling. My family and I are supposed to shoot a series of documentaries onboard his Sirian mothership, which will serve as an introduction to ETs. The mothership is only 50 miles above us, taking millions of readings each day as part of the Earth Experiment. We are waiting on approval by the captain of the ship.

 You could call them sightseers. They wanted to see how people lived on Earth. They wore devices to protect themselves from the negative energies and were a little surprised when they could be overheard telepathically talking to each other at both times. They thought they were blending in quite well.
Were they from the Pleiades?
Yes, one of the planets, but as you know by now, there are many.

MBO FOR INSIDE AIRPORT PARKING GARAGE

I was taking a trip and did an MBO for a good parking space in the airport structure. Being Memorial Day weekend, it was very busy. I wanted a space inside the structure but those were taken, and it seemed the only open spots were outside on the top level and it would be very hot during the day. So, I kept slowly driving up and down the rows looking for an open spot. Nothing.
Finally, I got to the row closest to the airport main terminal and the sky bridge going across and right where that crossing point was, was an open space. As I pulled in, I started to laugh and said to myself, "This is one for Tom to hear about."

Martha writes: My husband had a meeting with his accountant today to prepare our 2024 tax filing since we extended the date, and I was  concerned we were going to be hit with a large tax bill. I posted a BP on our WhatsApp chat the following:
“I ask any and all beings across all timelines and dimensions to assist BC to have the lowest possible tax liability in his meeting with the accountant today. Please send money miracles. May the outcome be better than we could ever hope for or imagine. Thank you 🙏🏽 Thank you 🙏🏽”
When he got back from his meeting, he told me that it was the smallest amount we’ve ever owed!! He was surprised, since I told him I put in a prayer, and he rolled his eyes (he is an atheist).

I have followed Edgar Cayce for some time before I encountered The  Gentle Way book.com. I have a general question for the Cayce followers. Cayce channeled a future life 200 years ahead in which the A.R.E foundation building was still in existence, as it is located in Virginia Beach on the coastline right off the ocean.
Question…What are Gaia’s thoughts about the 3 foot increase in the oceans for the Virginia Beachand Norfolk area’s due to destruction by the California earthquakes and Yellowstone eruptions?
Gaia, will the Edgar Cayce ARE Building in Virginia Beach experience flooding?
Yes, Tom, they are on the beach and the three foot rise of the oceans will flood that building. They are not in some way protected.
Alfredo writes from Hawaii: Tom, immense gratitude for everything you are doing on behalf of humanity.
Will the tsunami(s) of 2026 completely put Hawaii under water, or will we  be able to survive by going to higher elevations? If so, which island(s) would have the highest survival rate?
If surviving is a no go, we are thinking of moving to Sedona. How will Sedona fare?
For 2026, does humanity have a say or influence through either our frequency, vibration, or energy? Or is it completely out of our hands?

Gaia, which Hawaiian Island will have the highest survival rate?
There will be some sections of Oahu that will have a high percentage of survival, but the highest percentage will be on the big island of Hawaii, as the land rises from the coastal plain. Again, may I remind people living there that they must have sufficient provisions to live for many weeks with no assistance, or they will need to live off the land.
I’ve asked about Sedona before, and it will be fine. I was asked before about praying for a change and was told Gaia was given permission by our souls. She had held off for a long time.
Urvish writes from India: 2026 questions for Gaia
It seems there is a lot of land mass for Tsunamis to travel to the India coast. Japan, News Zealand, Australia, Entire Southeast Asia from China, Myanmar, Vietnam to Malaysia & Indonesia. How will the Tsunamis’ waves reach Indian coast, is it via the Timor Sea, Arafura Sea between Australia and New Zealand?
Also, similar impact to the Sri Lankan East Coast like South Indian East Coast? Will the Indian coast up to Odisha & West Bengal be impacted? Also, I am assuming there will be the general sea rise impact to Entire Indian Coast, which cities on the west coast?
Gaia, is India protected from the tsunamis?
Yes, would be the general answer, as there are islands and continents that will bear the brunt of the tidal waves. Like everyone else in the world over weeks and months the oceans surrounding India will rise three feet, flooding many of their coastal areas, including large cities. Move away from the coasts or be flooded.
What about Sri Lanka?
Again, the same as India. They will not be spared from the rise of the oceans.
HEART OF EARTH

In a way, it does, as I move the magma. If you recall, there is the saying, “In the heart of Africa.” You could say that the heart of the planet is below this continent.

NBC 10 PHILADELPHIA: July 12, 2025. An arrest was made in a mass  shooting at a South Philadelphia restaurant and bar earlier in July that injured eight people. Michael Welton, 43, of Philadelphia, was arrested and charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, possessing an instrument of crime and recklessly endangering another person, police announced on Friday, July 11.
Several cities across the US experienced a violent Fourth of July weekend with multiple mass shootings. In Chicago, a shooting in the River North neighborhood left four dead and 14 injured. Indianapolis also saw a deadly weekend with two teenagers killed in a downtown shooting. Philadelphia experienced a particularly violent weekend,  including a mass shooting in Grays Ferry that left three dead and nine injured.
SPRINGFIELD OHIO SUN--June 29, 2025. A Springfield shooting Saturday night that left four injured and one dead was the result of an “exchange of gunfire,” Springfield police said Monday.
“This was not an incident where we had a single shooter that went in and targeted a party; this appears to be a large party with a large group, [and] during that party, an altercation ensued between several subjects,” Byron said. “Firearms were produced, and an exchange of gunfire took place between multiple subjects.”
USA TODAY: RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, June 23, 2025--A mass shooting  in a Southern California neighborhood over the weekend left six people injured, all but one suffering from life-threatening injuries, officials said. The city is about 15 miles south of San Bernadino and around 60 miles east of Los Angeles. As of June 23, no arrests had been made in the case, no suspect had been named, a sheriff's office spokesperson confirmed to USA TODAY, and no motive had been publicly released for the shooting.
COLUMBUS, OHIO, June 16, 2025--Columbus police are asking for the public's help to identify possible suspects involved in a mass shooting over the weekend that killed an 18-year-old man and injured seven other people.
MORE INFORMATION: WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING THIS ENACTED BY CONGRESS?
- This will have bipartisan support since it does not require anyone to do
 anything. It is ALL VOLUNTARY! People look at this as a SERVICE to get rid of guns in their homes.
- No money is given that can be used to buy more guns.
- Payment is made with money cards that can only be used at supermarkets or grocery stores.
- People are concerned that only law-abiding citizens will give up their guns. Over weeks and months there will be people who turn in guns because someone in their family may be considering suicide or going on a shooting spree. FREE GUN LOCKS would also be given out.
- This would be overseen by the ATF, instead of the Justice Department. They would collect the guns once a month (or sooner) and destroy them the same way they destroy other confiscated guns. This also ensures that some local police department will not sell them out the back door, as is being done presently.
- Another possible benefit I have not mentioned before: Presenting this bill before Congress will allow for Amendments to be voted on. Perhaps one or two might pass this time. We won’t know unless we find a Congressperson or Senator to sponsor the bill.
