Theo says: Yes, the Living Prayer that you say each day benevolently affects all the others, Tom, and affects them more than you can imagine. As I told you before, this erases much Karma—more than you can imagine as I said, so that you do not have to do so much balancing elsewhere, even in the lives where you were one of the “bad people” as would be defined today. So that is certainly one major thing that you should continue to do and encourage others to do the same.

Theo, can MBOs act to sort of correct past actions in our present life?
When you say that Benevolent Prayer each morning, you do say “past, present, and future.” So, you are affecting this life and those past actions you took, greatly lowering the balancing you must do in the future.

Maria writes: Here is my next set of questions, with the last one verifying some earlier information:
1. What do beings in the 7th focus level feed on or draw energy from?
2. Does the hologram method in discovering the root cause of problems actually work with our unconscious mind? And what about constellation - are they just another belief system for healing?
3. Is multiple personality disorder a disease, a protection from an experienced trauma, or something else?
4. Why does creation happen at all?
5. Is there such a thing as a "mirror" creation? Or is it the same as negative energy and spirits?
6. Why does the Creator return our love tenfold when we send love to it?
7. How many years away from us is Nibiru, the 9th planet of the solar system? Is it moving closer or farther away? Would it be larger or smaller than Earth?
8. Why did the brash folks connected to Semir Osmanagić, from another universe (or was it just another galaxy?), end up paying for their mistake by becoming involved in the Earth Experiment, when only the most advanced souls are typically allowed to take part in it? (Newsletter February 11, 2012) Was this a form of punishment to see how well they'd survive, or was it intended to raise their vibrations by force?
9. If we clearly know what choice we'll make (even if we don't want to but feel forced), is it predetermined by the soul? And if we don't know  what to choose, is that free will?
10. Will the war between Ukraine and Russia spread to other European countries? Will nuclear weapons be used in this war? (If this cannot be answered, I’d prefer no answer over a false one.)
11. Are the souls of those plants who have chosen to offer their bodies as food for humans and animals of a higher vibration than those of other plants (such as poisonous ones)?
12. Why do some souls want to move through it faster and pack more events into a single lifetime? Does it mean they’re less interested in subtle lessons, or simply drawn to greater intensity?
13. Why did Tom’s soul (higher self) respond that we also ensoul rocks, trees and other life if we have been told that we only ensoul living beings? (Newsletter 18 Feb 2012)

Good morning, Creator, and I send love to you on behalf of all humans.
Thank you, Tom.
Creator, what do beings that exist on the 7th focus feed or draw energy  from?
They no longer have to ingest food as you do on the 5th focus. They obtain their energy from light and the energy that exists around them. Then they funnel that energy to the lower timelines, including yours.
Does the hologram method in discovering the root cause actually work with our unconscious minds?
It is but another method being tried by humans. It will have its limits.
What about constellation, is this just another belief system for healing?
Yes, exactly. It all depends upon the individual and their beliefs. Still the best method is the use of the human voice and multiple voices that have the power to heal.
Is multiple personality disorder a disease, or a protection from an experienced trauma, or something else?
It is a condition experienced due to damage to the DNA strand, which can be corrected. It most often occurs after the person experiences great trauma in their lives.
Why does Creation happen at all?
Ah, an age-old question. In my case I was created with an interest in creating by the Creator of Creators. You could say it is in one’s DNA. It is the same in a way for all of you taking part in the Earth Experiment. You all love to create as part of your soul interests. All of you needed that, since one day in the future you will merge and become a creator yourselves.
Is there such a thing as a “mirror creation”, or is that the same as negative energy and spirits?
You could say that all the 12 timeline Earths are mirror creations, with the exception that they are on different frequencies. Each was created in a negative energy environment or activated in this negative energy that exists.
Why do you return our love tenfold when we send love to you?
It is even more than that. Pure love I send to each and every being in my creation. You exist in love.
How many years away from us is Niburu, sometimes listed as the 9th planet in our solar system? And is it moving away or towards our solar system and its size?
It is approximately 3,600 earth years in distance and is slowly moving in the direction of the solar system. The planet is smaller than Earth. You have been previously told that this planet and its people are on probation by the Federation of Planets and they are not allowed to set foot in this creation.
Creator, why was Dr. Sam Osmanagich (Semir Osmanagić) caught up in  the Earth Experiment?
It was a combination of factors, but his soul decided it wished to volunteer for the Earth Experiment as part of balancing its past actions. It was allowed as he brought knowledge of pyramids with him. You have much to learn about pyramids and why they were built all over the world.
If we clearly know what choice we’ll make, even if we don’t wish to but feel forced, is it predetermined by the soul, and if we don’t know what to choose is that “free will?”
There are times when your soul contract calls for you to be somewhere or take some action, even though you might not wish to take that action. Then there are many times when you might have to make a choice of what action to take and that is known as “free will.” As you have been told numerous times in recent years, if you pray out loud to remain on your soul contract path, you will make the right choice.
Will the war between Ukraine and Russia spread to other European countries and will any nuclear devices be used?
In a way it has spread to other European countries who recognize the  danger allowing Russia to take over Ukraine by force. They are stepping up their support of Ukraine in many ways. Your questioner is concerned about her country and the other smaller countries in Europe that could not defend themselves without NATO. Whether Mr. Putin admits it or not, things are not going well for Russia. They are experiencing 1,000 casualties per day, and this is not sustainable. No nuclear devices will be used. As Gaia has said several times, Mr. Putin is on his way out, although it might not seem so right now.
Are the souls of the plants that chose to be food for humans and animals, birds and insects of a higher vibration than those that are not, including poisonous plants?
No, each soul of the millions of plants were all at the top of their vibrational level that agreed to flourish on Earth and knew and agreed to their role in my creation.
Why do some souls wish to have fewer lives on Earth while  experiencing everything Earth has to offer, while other souls have decided to have more lives for these same experiences?
There are a number of factors. Yes, it is a soul choice as to how many lives on Earth to have, but it also has to do with their soul interests. They might not need all the interactions that the souls with more lives need. And their soul interests might be limited by what lives they can have. It is not just a desire to get them over with as fast as possible, as you were told in the past.
Why does Tom’s soul say that we ensoul all types of other things besides humans?
As his soul pointed out, as part of your preparation for melding together to become a creator, you must have the complete knowledge of how this universe works, even down to the last rock or pebble. Your souls may be having hundreds of thousands of lives going on at the same time as part of this learning.
Those are all my questions today, Creator. Thank you so much for answering them and your patience as I posed the questions.

CONVERSATION WITH MY SOUL
One thing that did pop up was that also in the Feb 18, 2012, Newsletter was a very rare conversation I had with my soul. As a reminder, we are fragments of a soul—typically six to twelve fragments of one soul having lives on Earth in what are known as “Clusters.” Normally I just ask Theo or Gaia and, of course, Creator questions. Therefore, I’m going to repeat my questions and the answers I received then.
Now I wish to speak to my soul, higher self.
I’m here Tom. Good morning and good life as you say.
Thanks, Soul. It seems strange to address you that way, but it is what it is, I suppose.
Yes, you have some questions for me I believe.
Yes, but I’ll ask one not on the list. Did you supply me with these questions?
Yes, in a way, Tom. Theo and I thought it would be good to have your readers learn a little more about souls in general, so you were inspired, shall we say, to ask these questions.
So, for my readers and my edification, are you currently having, and I would assume this would apply to all souls having lives in the earth experiment, hundreds of thousands of lives across the universe as we speak?
Yes, in a way, Tom. You see, souls are capable of having a million or more different things going on at the same time, just as our friend Gaia does, or even Theo. We are capable of doing these things, so we could even have a billion lives on different planets should we wish to. It all varies from soul to soul according to our interests, which you and Theo have discussed before. So, to answer your question, yes, I can at any moment have that many irons in the fire shall we say. But the most important, from our standpoint, are the lives you are living on earth, and I’m including your soul “cluster” brothers too.
But we as souls must have a knowledge of every type of being in the  universe, along with every type of planet, sun, and so on, so we gain that knowledge not by just observing, but by also ensouling many different beings and even what you would call plants, rocks, trees and other life you have no knowledge of yet, you see. Souls, as you are slowly learning, have much greater abilities and capacities than your previous 3D concepts.
Since there isn’t time there, are all of these lives and interests and such all taking place at the same time since entering this universe, or is there some sort of level of understanding that goes on in a more linear way?
Yes, it is even difficult to form a sentence to encompass the question. Yes, there is not so much a linear, as a rising of our vibrational level with the experiences gained through all of these lives and pursuits.
So, will you continue to birth more beings shall I say, or have you birthed all you need and are just learning from these experiences?
No there is more to come. We are not finished yet. We are neither at the start or beginning nor are we close to the end, but somewhere in the middle shall we say of doing and experiencing what we need to experience in order to raise our vibrational levels to a height needed to meld together and eventually take over running this universe to allow the Creator to move on to a higher level.
It is my understanding that the Earth lives are the only ones that have parallel lives. Can you confirm that, or are there other places where you’re having parallel existences?
No, this is the only one. Your lives are the only ones where you are veiled. None of my other fragments are veiled, so we do not need the same input we do from the Earth lives.
Were you or we birthed by the Archangel Michael as we call him, or another being?
No, you are correct with the birthing by Michael. And to answer your next question, he birthed a few million souls.
So, from the time you were birthed you always had an interest in religions and spirituality in some form or another?
Yes, Tom. Each soul, as has been previously explained, has its own interests.
Then, do my soul cluster brothers all have lives on the Sirius B water planet too?
Quite so. That is considered your home, as during those lives you raised, or contributed to raising, my vibrational level to a point where we could take part in the earth experiment.
I guess that’s all I can think of today my Soul.
Yes, Tom. We will have more talks in the future.
ANTURA, MY ET BROTHER
As you read above in the questions I asked my soul, my whole soul cluster came from the planet Nommo in the Sirius B Solar System. One of the other members of my soul cluster is Antura. Antura was introduced to me by Theo back in 2008. That’s important, because if I have any doubts about where the answers are coming from Antura, I always go back to this time when it was Theo who made the  introduction. All of us that came from Nommo were amphibians and looked slightly like the Abe Sapien character in the Hellboy movies pictured here. Theo, why haven’t I been asked to speak at any UFO expos?
They are interested in people who research UFOs and interview “experiencers.” They are just now coming to the realization that there are people who can communicate with ETs, although they also think that they are all employed by governments to do this after being “trained.” Plus, we have also protected you, since it would be upsetting to be contacted by government agencies about your abilities, which to them seem more to the side of spiritual and not with ETs.
Now I wish to speak to the Pleiadian I have spoken to in the past.
Pleiadian here, Tom. I wish you were continuing to communicate with Antura.
I will when he has some actual news and not just talk and promises.
Pleiadian, why were Nordics allowed to sightsee. I’m referring to the blonde man and woman who were seen on two different occasions—once in a casino in Las Vegas and then another place. Are they some sort of royalty from one of your planets, or was this a test, or another way of introducing yourselves?
All three reasons, Tom. They came with what you would describe as an entourage to see the Earth Experiment for themselves. You might also describe them as being a little naive, as they thought with their superior intellect they could blend in long enough to see how you live. They did not realize there would be people who could pick up their telepathic thoughts, which did happen, plus they did not bother to have clothes made for them that would blend in with the clothes Earth people typically wear. Naturally they wore protective devices to shield them from the negative energy. We did find that the reporting of their  appearances to those who have an interest in ETs was a positive outcome.
Are they still on your ship?
No, they have returned to their home planet.
Too bad. They were, in a way, good ambassadors for the Pleiades. (I was referring to human traits such as curiosity, and the desire to sightsee even societies more primitive than your own.)
We will keep that in mind.
Of course, when you reveal yourselves, that should also serve to bring positive attention to you, I would think.
Perhaps, but there will be people upset that we have been meeting with your scientists on a regular basis, and not just one country, but six.
Yes, I’m sure there will be some explanations needed there.

I was in a bit of a pickle when the touchpad on my laptop suddenly stopped working. I resorted to the older computer, which I've come to dread using because it is so slow and some keys stick. But anyway, I managed to get online to order a mouse, because the simple fixes recommended by techies were not working. This was July 20, and I was told the mouse would not arrive until mid-August. That seemed like an eternity to me. I suppose sending up an MBO for quick delivery was not totally necessary, not like my life depended on it. But I sent it out. Lo and behold, it arrived on Monday, July 28 and worked like a charm. Finally, I could uninstall what I blamed for the laptop freezing up on me.
MBOs FOR CHARGING CORD & POWER
Deb in Minnesota writes: I've got a couple of MBOs for you today.
Recently I lost the charging cord for my phone and was in a panic. After  saying many MBOs and BPs, as well as looking in a lot of places, I finally got the idea to look under the desk in the bedroom. The cord was in a small see-through box under the desk. I was so happy to find it!
At about the same time, we had an unexpected power outage in the morning. Jim was using the computer when it suddenly turned off, along with the electricity. So, I said a bunch of MBOs and BPs for the power to come back on even sooner than we could hope for or expect. The power came back on about two hours later, which is fantastic!
MBO FOR CAR EMISSIONS TEST
Richard writes: I got my 2-year license renewal letter recently. I have an  older car. Of course there is an emissions test. I used higher octane gas and, of course, asked for MBOs. on this. I showed up, the staff were really cheerful; a joy to deal with. They had it done in 10 minutes, which in my area is fast. I cannot recall having such a joyful experience in dealing with mechanics, ever in my life. I even saw a mechanic I haven't seen in 5 years, who used to do my oil changes in another place. He was in far better health than before. OK, it's small, but it's not. You are welcome to use this, if you wish.
MBOs & BPs FOR SAFE TRAVEL FROM PHOENIX
Sharon writes: I did MBOs and MBPs for everything I could think of for  my grandson and his dad to drive from Phoenix, AZ to Lowell, MA, with his cat.
I first started with Mark’s flight from MA to Phoenix (pilot, stewards, safe flight, etc.)
Then for their safe cross country road trip to Lowell (traffic, safe travel, stops, safe motels, etc.). All three arrived with their car in Lowell, safe and well after 4 days! Stressful time for all the family. Cat IBAR is starting to adjust to his new environment thanks to MBOs and MBPs!
MORE QUESTIONS ON 2026
For my new readers, 2026 will bring great earthquakes to the North American West Coast, along with Yellowstone having a great eruption. Eighty-three pages of Volume I of my CONVERSATIONS WITH GAIA books go into much more detail. Here are more questions I asked this week.
Gaia, it is being reported that there have recently been over 10,000  minor earthquakes around Mount Rainier, yet you say in 2026 all it will do is shake?
That’s correct, Tom, but as you may recall, I said that much of the face of Mt. Rainier would drop into the valley below in 2026. This is just the warning to those residents that they must move or they will be in danger of losing their lives next year. The earth tremors will only become stronger in the early part of next year. And these earthquakes are a signal—another one—to all those living to the west of this mountain that they will be next.

Gaia, will Belgium only experience the three-foot rise in the oceans, or will they have other problems?
That will be the major effect, Tom, but there will be changes in the weather when the flow of the jet stream is disrupted by weather systems coming off the coast of North America. We have discussed this in the past.
Gaia, how will the summers change after 2026? Will the high-pressure  system, or “dome” as it is also called, still set up in the middle part of the lower of the United States, moving back and forth across the country?
It will at times, Tom, but those Pacific systems we have discussed before will tend to bring cooler summers and more rain to that portion of North America. You will have many more low-pressure systems moving across the country and much more rain in the summer than before. Take that to the bank. There will be higher humidity that accompanies these weather systems.
What about the winter months?
Again, more precipitation but in the form of snow at times—closer to four seasons but still milder than the north.

Gaia, how will the Hollywood film industry change, since it will be impossible to work there anymore. Where will it move to?
It will obviously have to move to the East. Many of the people in this industry will make their way to Phoenix, but the film industry will also reestablish itself in parts of Texas, Louisiana, and the East Coast. It will be more diverse and not so concentrated in one area as before. Many people now in the film industry will be caught up in the earthquakes and will not survive. A great reduction in films produced in the next two years will be the result as the population must adjust with many people having to relocate to survive the movements on the West Coast and the eruption of Yellowstone and accompanying ash cloud.

Gaia, are any animals migrating yet from Yellowstone, or are these migrations just normal seasonal movements?
Seasonal, but many will not return to their normal habitats in 2026 but will try and move farther away from the blast zone. Only a portion will be able to survive.
TAKING THE FLUORIDE PILL GOOD FOR YOU?
Diana writes: The other day on YouTube I saw this story about the Pineal gland and how the government is using fluoride to keep it from  developing. It's preventing people from being aware to be healthy and manifest. Of course, it's a pill that goes for $59 or more.
I question everything nowadays because of scams and False hope or quick fix. So, Tom, would this pill really clear the buildup of calcium and whatever for people to develop their Pineal Gland? Is fluoride really bad?
Theo, does taking a fluoride pill help or harm the Pineal Gland?
As we have told you many times over the years, Tom, you are not to give medical advice to anyone, since each person’s body is different. We would think twice before taking this pill, as your Pineal Gland if fine the way it is, but some people will do this anyway. That is their choice.

USA TODAY: July 29, 2025. Ten people were killed and over a dozen injured in multiple mass shootings around the United States on Monday, July 28, marking an especially deadly day of gun violence in the country.
Four different shootings occurred throughout Monday in the cities of Atlanta, New York, Reno and Detroit. All of the four attacks can be considered mass shootings, though there is no official definition, described by leading gun violence research groups and nonprofits as events in which four or more individuals are shot or killed.
NBC 10 PHILADELPHIA: July 12, 2025. An arrest was made in a mass shooting at a South Philadelphia restaurant and bar earlier in July that injured eight people. Michael Welton, 43, of Philadelphia, was arrested and charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, possessing an instrument of crime and recklessly endangering another person, police announced on Friday, July 11.
Several cities across the US experienced a violent Fourth of July  weekend with multiple mass shootings. In Chicago, a shooting in the River North neighborhood left four dead and 14 injured. Indianapolis also saw a deadly weekend with two teenagers killed in a downtown shooting. Philadelphia experienced a particularly violent weekend, including a mass shooting in Grays Ferry that left three dead and nine injured.
MORE INFORMATION: WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING THIS ENACTED BY CONGRESS?
- This will have bipartisan support since it does not require anyone to do anything. It is ALL VOLUNTARY! People look at this as a SERVICE to get rid of guns in their homes.
- No money is given that can be used to buy more guns.
- Payment is made with money cards that can only be used at supermarkets or grocery stores.
- People are concerned that only law-abiding citizens will give up their guns. Over weeks and months there will be people who turn in guns because someone in their family may be considering suicide or going on a shooting spree. FREE GUN LOCKS would also be given out.
- This would be overseen by the ATF, instead of the Justice Department. They would collect the guns once a month (or sooner) and destroy them the same way they destroy other confiscated guns. This also ensures that some local police department will not sell them out the back door, as is being done presently.
- Another possible benefit I have not mentioned before: Presenting this bill before Congress will allow for Amendments to be voted on. Perhaps
 one or two might pass this time. We won’t know unless we find a Congressperson or Senator to sponsor the bill.
