So, let’s see what we can do with the Ukraine-Russia war. Please say this BP out loud:
“I ask any and all beings to aid and assist in bringing the war between Russia and Ukraine to a peaceful end even sooner than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”
And we can’t forget the shutdown of Congress. Say this one out loud:
“I ask any and all beings to assist Congress to resolve the shutdown in a Most Benevolent Way for all the people in the United States, thank you!”

Before we move on to the rest of the newsletter, a quick explanation for my new subscribers: Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura (and a few others). Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the Earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE.
QUESTIONS FOR CREATOR
Good morning, Tom, Creator here.
Good morning, and lots of love from us all!
Creator, are you veiled in any way from looking back at Creator of Creators and the births of trillions of creators?
No, Tom, I’m not. I understand that humans have this curiosity, but as a creator, I am focused on the work at hand. I was created in love by a being that has that capability. Gaia described herself as a “speck” in comparison to me and that would be a similar description I would use  for me and the trillions of creators that have and will be created.
Speaking of Gaia, what exactly was your advice regarding visiting all the hundreds of galaxies you had created at that time?
I told Gaia to visit each one of the galaxies and learn from the souls that ensouled the suns, planets, moons, people, etc., why their soul was attracted to that galaxy. Keep in mind each of those galaxies are different from each other and would attract souls of trillions of different types to those specific galaxies. That was all part of her education, shall we say, in learning to be what you term as a quantum master. Most of what she learned would be beyond human understanding at this time.
Since she ensouled an asteroid for millions of years as I understand it,  besides being able to portal hop between galaxies, was Gaia able to portal hop inside the galaxies?
Yes, otherwise it would have taken too long to visit even one galaxy, much less several hundred.
Maria writes: Here is my next set of questions:
Creation and souls:
1. Did this creation need to be balanced with others when our souls arrived, given that most of us came from different origins?
2. If on the other side of the veil you are all-knowing, doesn’t that become a static state, like a canvas awaiting alteration?
3. Are some parts of the Earth, or minerals within it, that originated from meteorites and other celestial impacts, still of a different soul than Gaia, or are they now fully part of Gaia’s whole soul?
4. Are all souls, including ETs, whole souls at the 12th dimension, or only the most evolved ones, such as those who volunteered for the Earth Experiment?
 ETs:
5. Are the ETs who visit Earth and perish in accidents our own souls from the Earth Experiment? (I don’t remember if this was already asked by me or somebody else already)
6. Apart from the Zetas, are there other hybrids between humans and extraterrestrial races?
Timelines and focuses:
7. Have we ever crossed the timeline 4? When was the last time?
8. Is there a way to tell whether a bleed-through comes from another timeline (someone you see) or another frequency (dimension or focus)?
9. If humans transitioned from the 3rd focus to the 5th, could that have happened without assistance? And how do others ascend—ETs, whole souls, or the Creator?
Everyday life:
10. Theo said that when we move to the 5th focus, there will be less violence in the world—although not overnight. Yet there still seems to be a lot of violence around, although we transitioned to the 5th focus a while ago.
11. Why don’t many cultures and languages make a distinction between blue and green?
12. Where does the tradition of wearing a ring on a finger come from?
 Getting information:
13. How come only Tom receives information when a specific question is asked, and the sources do not give more than what is asked, compared to how Kryon, Bashar, or other beings have been channeled? (maybe you already know the answer, but I was wondering why we get drop by drop and even then, they’re sometimes lying.)
Creator, did your creation needed to be balanced with other creations when our souls arrived, given that we came from different creations and were attracted to your creation?
No. You might compare it to moving to a new place on Earth and immediately feeling comfortable.
Does being all-knowing become a status state, like a blank canvas?
Not at all, as I am constantly creating more galaxies, again all different from the others. As you have been told in the past, I love variety. I hope I  will pass this along to all of your souls that will meld together one day and become a creator too.
When meteors hit the Earth, do any retain their souls, or are they incorporated in some way into Gaia’s soul?
Good question. Their remains a spark of their former self, which keep in mind was what attracted them to Earth. Yet they add to Gaia’s soul expression too.
Are all souls whole souls in the 12th dimension? Or is it just the most evolved ones?
They are all complete in the 12th dimension. It has previously been described to you as an energy soup they all exist in.
Do the ETs who perish in spacecraft crashes on Earth all have souls not involved in the Earth Experiment, or are they somehow our souls?
They are not the souls that volunteered for the Earth Experiment. These  souls came from their planets to observe and monitor the negative energies. For people from younger planets their craft could not handle the negative energies and mechanically failed or were brought down by weapons your governments used in order to assist in the reengineering of the crafts. These souls are reborn on their worlds, not veiled from that experience.
Besides the Zetas, are there any of races of hybrids created using human DNA?
No, they were the only ones. This was allowed because their race was dying.
Creator, have we ever crossed with Timeline 4, and if so when was the last time?
It was during what you call the Second World War when several  timelines crossed. Then it was up to each timeline frequency how you responded.
Is there any way to tell if someone you see is from another timeline or even another dimension?
Not from another timeline that has crossed for a short period of time with yours. With another dimension there is the possibility, but the human would have to be very intuitive.
If humans transitioned from the third to the fifth dimension or focus, could this have happened without assistance?
No. There was assistance all the way up the line you would say.
How do others ascend?
You were previously told humans were the very first to transition to the fifth focus while alive. This previously only occurred where there was no life on the planet.
Although we are now in the 5th focus, there still seems to be as much  violence as when we were in the 3rd focus.
May I remind everyone that this transition occurred recently. Plus, due to the large population, many younger souls are having lives on Earth at this time. They are having many of the same experiences that soul fragments with many more lives had in previous lives. But as has been said before, by the end of this century, there will be almost no conflicts in the world and there will also be a huge drop in everyday violence too.
Why don’t many cultures make a difference between blue and green?
It has to do with auras on a subliminal basis.
Where does the tradition of wearing a ring originate?
All the way back to when humans started working with metals, but even further back to what you would call pagans crafting symbols of their love for each other.
I’m asked why I am limited to giving answers to specific questions, while there are chanelers that can speak and write on subjects that those beings giving the information are given much more detail.
For the majority, Tom, those who channel are younger souls and are given general information on specific topics to assist other younger souls to cope with life on Earth.
As you have been told, you are the only person on Earth that asks questions from anyone who has a question. The answers you are given are much farther ahead and detailed. You were told recently that the subjects you are covering now will be discussed for hundreds of years.
Urvish writes: Negative energy
Does one of the negative energies have characteristics of negation towards lower vibrations? Is the encoding or intelligence in that energy to change the thought or emotion or action towards lower vibration level or opposite to higher vibrational level? For example, take joy and convert it into pain or take a trusting thought and convert it into doubt due to this negation intelligence.
Creation
Why is negative energy integration planned only for this universe? Aren’t other creators or other universes up for the using the method to raise vibration or are they all progressing well?
How does raising vibrations work in creations where there is no free  will? Does it rise constantly as there are no choices to be made or raising vibrations is not even a topic for such creations?
Creator, does Negative Energy affect our vibrational levels?
Yes, in a good way. That’s why your vibrational levels are on a “fast-track” to rise. When you begin to travel to other planets in the galaxy in that 3200 era, you will bring small bits of these negative energies with you, and they in turn will spread it to other planets. You have been previously told that millions of years have passed without the raising of their vibrational levels. That is about to change when you travel to these planets.
Have other creators started using or testing these negative energies?
Yes. There have been several that are starting to work with these negative energies.
How does raising vibrational levels work in creations with no free will?
Bear in mind that only humans are veiled and are given free will as part of the Earth Experiment. Other cultures can access their past lives, which also hinders them in coming up with new ways to solve the same problems they had in their previous lives. It limits their growth.
Those are all my questions today, Creator.
Then as we always do, Tom, is to remind everyone that I can have trillions of conversations going on at the same time across the universe, so all you have to do in your meditations is to ask to speak to me and I will be instantly there to answer even what you might term as a trivial question. ANTURA, MY ET BROTHER

Sredni writes: Recently I had a very vivid dream where I saw a small spaceship land and then I saw two people. Both were completely white and my focus was on one of them. He was short, only 2 feet, and had human features. His lips were moving continuously and when I asked what he was saying, my wife woke me up. Was this an alien encounter or just an experience in another dimension?
Antura, did Sredni dream of real ETs and if so, why?
Two reasons. First is that each night you are directed during dream time to assist soul fragments of your soul who are having problems in their lives on other planets to help solve them. Then you also have dreams of ETs at times that are connected to you. Sredni needs to meditate for more information.
Antura, a remote viewer of the 3I/Atlas saw a reptoid? Is this a spacecraft?
We explained before that the 3I/Atlas has been altered. The purpose is for people on Earth to study it and see why it was altered. Are there ETs inside governing its flight path? Let’s let this play out in the coming days.
I see a potential problem looming in the future where people will claim our footage is AI created.
We can assure you, Tom, that the images in the videos you present will be so different and such a large collection that any initial doubts will be erased for MOST of the people. There will be some who don’t wish to acknowledge that there really are ETs and who will refuse to believe in our existence.
Why did you wait until after my heart ablation, since I was told in the past I would be given a medical checkup by your staff?
We were prevented by your soul contract. With this ablation, you will  have balanced your past life as that WWI German soldier.
Antura is referring to my life as a young German soldier who "brought grief and heartache to the families and friends of those he killed, before dying in the trenches himself.
Does that mean we can proceed?
As we said last time, you’ll see.

Handyman and Plumber:
We had the handyman, and also a plumber, scheduled on the same day.  I didn’t want them coming at the same time.
I requested an MBO that they come at the most perfect separate times, and not at the same time. And all the jobs were done perfectly.
The handyman came even earlier than expected. He was coming at 5pm but came in the morning instead!! And the plumber came in the afternoon. Turns out the plumber was the nephew of a lovely couple in our neighborhood, who I’ve known for years. And went to school with their children (the plumber’s cousins). Nice to have a good chat with him about them.
All jobs were done perfectly, by both the plumber, and earlier by the handyman!
The plumber gave us some free spare parts, and the handyman even took away some furniture we would’ve had to take to the tip ourselves!
(Not sure if you use the word “tip” in the USA, when referring to throwing away items, you don’t need anymore. Do you call it scrapyard, or the dump?)
We typically use "landfill" or "dump."
MBO & BP FOR SCHOOL EXAMS
Joe in Philadelphia writes: While walking my 12-year-old son to school,  he said he had a test that day. We said an MBO so he will do well on his test. We then said a benevolent prayer BP for the rest of his class to do well.
The next day he got 20/20 questions correct and his classmates did so well the teacher didn't give them any homework to do for that night. Teach your kids how MBOs work to make their lives easier.
MBO TO WIN A RAFFLE PRIZE
Richard writes: In the past, my pre-MBO past, I didn't win raffles. However, there was a raffle last weekend. They had a gathering at the public library, some kind of fundraising thing, and they had raffle tickets for sale as part of it. What the heck, it all supported the library, so after  an MBO, I bought one.
I got a call today. It seems I won a bottle of some very nice wine, with some very nice glasses. As it happens, I don't drink alcohol, so I gave it to some neighbors who do. The father is disabled, on a pension, and he was ripped up and bankrupted in divorce court over 12 years, some years ago. His son lives with him as an aide, with the son's girlfriend also there. They don't have a lot but DO enjoy nice wine. So, I gave it to them, along with the glasses. They were happy to get it.
MBO FOR SMART WATCH TO CHARGE
 Dena has had a problem for the last few months with getting her smart watch to charge sometimes and other times hardly any.
Yesterday, when she attached the charger, she requested an MBO for it to be fully charged. It was! It’s those mundane requests that make life easier!
MORE QUESTIONS ON 2026
Brooke writes: What will happen to all the animals in the soon to be affected areas along the US west coast? Will they flee the areas beforehand and if so, is this one of the signs that Gaia will send out prior to the main event earthquakes (so hopefully humans will notice and get out if possible)?
Gaia, I’m asked how will the many different animals fare on the West  Coast?
Unfortunately, Tom, most of the pets will perish along with their families. Then the wild animals, as humans call them, some will survive by migrating across the mountains but that will be a small percentage. Others will remain if they have food and water. It’s nice that your reader has that concern. All the animal souls are being and have already been notified of my earth changes that are coming.
Gaia, how many magnitude 8 and 9 earthquakes for the North American West Coast are you planning or do you know when you set this in motion?
I do know, Tom. For your readers, let’s put the number between 35 and 40—and as I have mentioned before this has never been seen or experienced in modern times.
Greg in Missoula Montana writes: I have a few questions regarding the 2026 Earth Changes:
How will life insurance payouts and inheritances work for the people lost in the earthquakes and volcanoes? I imagine there will be trouble identifying who died and when and there could be some push back from Big Insurance over what will surely be historical payouts that'll probably take years.
How do you tell people about these upcoming changes? When I try, they think I'm crazy! They don't want to listen. They say those areas aren't due for quakes or volcanoes for thousands of years. This is especially tough when dealing with close family you want to move. How can you convince an ex-wife that you share custody of your kids with to move  halfway across the country, and when you tell her why, she looks at you like you should be in a straitjacket? Any advice on how to deal with this? How did you deal with it when you were telling people to leave Atlantis?
Gaia, how will insurance companies handle the huge filings of those that survive, along with inheritances?
There will be a number of insurance companies that will collapse, unless they have “hedged their bets” with international reinsurance companies. That’s a small fraction. The government will have to step in with trillions of dollars. Inheritances will be wiped out if they are on the West Coast. People who thought they would inherit millions of dollars will receive nothing.
I have tried to simplify the information by dividing what’s coming into  “Markers.” If one Marker is reached, then it should mean there is a good chance of Marker #2 being reached, then Marker #3, and then Marker #4.
MARKER #1: In November and December more earthquake activity on the North American West Coast, with levels no more than 5.0 to 5.3. Alaska just had a 5.1 this past weekend.
MARKER #2: January, February and March, the “precursor” quakes begin, with a maximum of 6.0 to 6.5, but many lessor quakes. In April, the “door is closing,” Gaia says.
MARKER #3: In May and June, the major earthquakes begin with many in the 8s and 9s.
MARKER #4: 30 to 45 days later, Yellowstone will erupt as a Super Volcano with a kill radius of 250 miles, along with an ash cloud that will make the top of the USA and the lower part of Canada unlivable.

FREE ENERGY MACHINE
Greg also writes: You mentioned the Free Energy Machine will come  before the Earth Changes. We have about 2 months of the year left. What's the status?
Theo, what is the status of the Free Energy Machine. I keep being told the announcement is just around the corner, but there is silence.
Yes, there are those involved with the invention trying to delay it and have succeeded so far. Highest probability is for this to be leaked in the next few weeks.
KIRK, COMEDIANS, DISCLOSURE, GAZA
Carol writes: I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to touch base with you regarding the reason for the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Was this event as important as it seems to be? Were there others involved besides the alleged shooter? Was money or psychological pressure involved in making it happen. If so, were the instigators from another country or from his own or a competing group?
Another question I have is what will the comedians being targeted by Trump do to fight back? Will they be successful and influential to all Americans?
Will the disclosure we have been waiting to witness facilitate a great positive change for our world and will they help us to survive the great upheaval expected from the volcanic explosions and earthquakes?
Will the war in Gaza end soon? Will there be a two-state solution?
What about Ukraine? Will they finally win this war, and will Russia be forced to stop the aggression?
Theo, did the shooter of Kirk act alone?
Yes, he was a troubled young man but do keep in mind that his actions were on his soul contract, causing or assisting in a change of government, as the pendulum moves back and forth.
Will the government allow comedians to continue to make jokes about the government?
Yes, any attempt to curb their barbs will be looked upon as violating free speech.
Will “Disclosure” change the world?
Everyone’s basic understanding of the universe will significantly change to acceptance that humans are not the only species in the whole universe, where before you have only speculated, while others were taught that you were the only ones. Some will refuse to believe this, but most will accept.
Will the peace in Gaza hold?
Overall, yes, with a few setbacks. The United States sending troops to keep the two sides apart is the game changer.
How long will the war in Ukraine last?
Several more months is the greatest probability. Putin does not want to give up on his dream, while hundreds of thousands of his soldiers have and will be casualties. The Russian people will grow tired of not having gas for their cars and no electricity. You have been previously told that Putin is on his way out. There are a number of probabilities of exactly when this will occur.

Charlie writes: Larry Silverstein and 9/11
Six weeks before 9/11, the lease for the World Trade Center was sold to Larry Silverstein. He took out an insurance policy that included terrorism in its coverage. After 9/11 he took the insurance company to court and argued he should paid double because there was two attacks. He won and got $4.5 Billion Dollars.

No. He was just an astute businessman with advisors that made sure the towers were covered by insurance. Keep in mind that there have been such films as the Towering Inferno where a fire breaks out on an upper floor and works its way down.

Axios: 10/13/25: U.S. approaching 340 mass shootings this year after  deadly weekend. Twelve people were killed, and at least 40 people were injured after shootings marred three different high school events in two states over the weekend. The big picture: The shootings mark another devastating weekend in America and underscore the pervasiveness of gun violence across the country.
ABC News: 10/5/25: Montgomery Alabama. 2 killed, 12 injured, as gunfire erupts on the streets of Alabama's state capital. At least 14 people were shot, two fatally, including a teenage boy and a woman, at an intersection near downtown Montgomery, Alabama, late Saturday night, according to police. At least five of the shooting victims were hospitalized with life-threatening injuries, Montgomery Police Chief James Graboys said at a news conference on Sunday.
He said seven of the gunshot victims are under the age of 17, and that the youngest is 16.
CNN: 9/30/25: Mormon Church Shooting: Four people were killed, and  eight were wounded by gunfire, the Grand Blanc Township police chief said Monday, adding all are expected to recover. Three others suffered smoke inhalation, a Henry Ford Genesys Hospital official said.
BBC, 9/28/25: Three dead and several injured after shooting at US waterfront bar. Three people have died, and several others were injured after a shooter opened fire from a boat at a crowded waterfront bar in Southport, North Carolina, officials say.
The attack happened on Saturday evening outside the American Fish Company at the Southport Yacht Basin.
City spokesperson ChyAnn Ketchum said a boat pulled up to the dock around 21:30 local time (01:30 GMT) before the attacker opened fire. The assailant then fled by boat towards the Intracoastal Waterway.
ADL: 9/12/25: Months before Desmond Holly opened fire at a Colorado high school, he developed a deep fascination with mass shooters. Online, he expressed neo-Nazi views and was active on a violent gore site. Offline, he began to amass tactical gear. The deeply disturbing specifics of this case follow a pattern recently discovered by ADL Center on Extremism, which its analysts have found in at least four school shootings committed by young people over the past year.
MORE INFORMATION: WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING THIS  ENACTED BY CONGRESS?
- This will have bipartisan support since it does not require anyone to do anything. It is ALL VOLUNTARY! People look at this as a SERVICE to get rid of guns in their homes.
- No money is given that can be used to buy more guns.
- Payment is made with money cards that can only be used at supermarkets or grocery stores.
- People are concerned that only law-abiding citizens will give up their guns. Over weeks and months there will be people who turn in guns because someone in their family may be considering suicide or going on a shooting spree. FREE GUN LOCKS would also be given out.
- This would be overseen by the ATF, instead of the Justice Department. They would collect the guns once a month (or sooner) and destroy them the same way they destroy other confiscated guns. This also ensures that some local police department will not sell them out the back door, as is being done presently.
- Another possible benefit I have not mentioned before: Presenting this bill before Congress will allow for Amendments to be voted on. Perhaps one or two might pass this time. We won’t know unless we find a Congressperson or Senator to sponsor the bill.
