There are predictions that the war in Ukraine will last for many more months. Let's say this Benevolent Prayer for the people of UKRAINE: "I ask for any and all beings to aid, comfort, and assist the people of Ukraine to remain safe, for all prisoners of war to be treated under the rules of the Geneva Convention, for the economic sanctions imposed on Russia to work, for the grain to be transported, to return the thousands of Ukrainian children home, and to return the Russian and Ukrainian soldiers home, thank you!" Russia  announced they are starting to block the grain shipments again. Please say this Benevolent Prayer.

Before we move on to the rest of the newsletter, a quick explanation for my new subscribers: Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura (and a few others). Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the Earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE.
HARSH OR MILD WINTER?
Diana writes: Gaia, since we have been having a very hot summer here and  in other parts of the world will we have a cold winter or will we have a mild winter with less snow and cold temperatures?
Gaia, will North America and Europe have a colder winter or a mild one.
Both will have mild winters but with average precipitation, Tom. The jet stream will keep the really frigid air up to the north. Of course, over the winter, conditions will change on a weekly basis, but you are asking for an overall view of winter.
ONEROUS LAW IN ISRAEL TO BE RESCINDED?
Sandra writes: I was wondering if your guides had anything to say about the future of Israel. The demonstrations have been mounting for nearly 7months now as Netanyahu tries to weaken Israel’s supreme court in order to keep from being convicted of various crimes. Recently Biden sent a message through Tom Friedman at the NYT clarifying his concern about the tumult there. At this point the mainstays for Israel's democracy such as the military and the tech industry, are all threatening or making plans to leave or not participate in the government.
Any insights into how this will be resolved? What is in store for Israel's future? Image by Hanay
Gaia, will the law passed in Israel be rescinded, and if so what is the highest probability for when?
Israel will go through a period of turmoil, and the population resists the implementation of this onerous law, crippling the judicial branch. The highest probability at this time, Tom, is that it will not last more than one year. A change in leadership from the ground up is the highest probability at this time. Again, keep in mind that these are probabilities. You can have everyone say a Benevolent Prayer for this to occur sooner than later.
Let’s say the BP out loud: “I ask any and all beings to assist in Israel returning to a democracy rescinding onerous laws and making decisions in the best interests of all the people in Israel, neighboring countries, and the world, thank you!”
DEAN PHILLIPS DEMOCRATIC NOMINEE?
Shelley writes: Will Representative Dean Phillips run against Biden, and if  so, what are his chances of winning? I recall you mentioned a surprise candidate, so I was wondering if it was him or is there still someone else in the wings. Image by Gage Skidmore
Theo, will Dean Phillips run against President Biden and what is the probability of him being the Democratic nominee?
Mr. Phillips is positioning himself as a viable leader in case President Biden should have a health issue in the coming months. At this time, it is a low probability that he will be the Democratic nominee. The powers that be in the Democratic Party firmly believe they will retain control of the government with Biden as the figurehead, even as his physical body deteriorates. Much of his duties will be assigned to other people.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
Back in 2008, Theo introduced me to another member of my soul “cluster,” Antura, who after 800 lives on Earth, is an amphibian from Nommo, a water  world in the Sirius B Solar System. He’s orbiting overhead in a huge three-miles-wide and twenty-stories-tall mothership, with a crew of 900, plus their families, totaling 1,500 people from 37 different planets. He’s part of a “grass roots, first contact” team of four people. I’m supposed to meet him and his teammates, hopefully soon, when my family and I are supposed to shoot a documentary onboard his mothership. That was not one of ours, Tom. We allowed it to take readings.
So, it was not CGI?
Not in this case.
Am I receiving correctly?
Yes.
D in New York writes: Last week, I had a very vivid dream in which I witnessed the arrival of extraterrestrials. In the dream, I was standing outside and got very excited when I noticed two rows of saucer-like ships in the sky. Somehow, I knew they were extraterrestrials and that they were here  to help us. The dream then shifted to a scene where I was standing in line awaiting my turn to talk to the ETs. When I got to the front of the line, I was met by a female ET who looked just like us, except for a slightly bony ridge on her brow. There was also a male behind her, but he did not feature prominently in my dream.
After that, I was seated at a round table in a small room with a number of other people, as well as the two ETs, who were telling us their plan to take us to another planet. Again, I could barely contain my excitement, but the ETs were very kind and patient in their explanations. I felt an almost childlike elation in the dream and woke with an excited feeling of expectation, though I have no idea how much of this was just a random dream and how much might have been some message from my higher consciousness or even from ETs. Is it possible I was dreaming of a possible future, or am I simply being mentally prepared for ETs to make themselves known? Any insight your contacts can offer would be very much appreciated.
Antura, what was the dream D had about ET’s taking them to another planet?
As with many dreams, a combination of preparing D for the appearance of ETs in the near future, and for an upcoming life.
Irina writes: Tom, I read your communications with the Octopus soul, and I had past lives as octopi ETs on water planets, I also had many dreams of going on a Pleiadean spaceship in a human body to meet again an octopus in a tank, and I lost consciousness and woke up after we made a telepathic connection. Can you tell me - what was that? Is this my own Octopus body? Or do I have a contract with an Octopi ET Race to provide them with information?
Antura, does Irina have an octopus soul?
Yes, she does, Tom. You and everyone else need to expand your idea of what  souls make up the Explorer Race.
In a future life, will she visit a Pleiadian ship to communicate with an octopus?
Yes, though not necessarily a Pleiadian ship.
Is this the same soul I have communicated with?
Precisely, Tom.
Chris writes: I recently read an incredible book by Ardy Sixkiller Clarke called ‘Space Age Indians’. It's a collection of ET encounters that were told to her over the years.
There are multiple stories involving the Blue Men, who are 7 - 8 feet tall, ,muscular, and glowed. They were completely benevolent and, in many cases, saved or healed the person telling the story. The encounters were during the Vietnam war to the present time.
Can Antura tell us anything about the Blue Men? Are they represented on the ship with the other ET races you’ll meet when you do the documentary?
Antura, who were the 7-8-foot-tall blue men? And are any of them on your  ship?
They are not Sirians, but one of the races on one of the ships monitoring the Earth Experiment. As described, they are very kind and compassionate people.
Mantej writes: After admitting reverse engineering, and potentially more whistleblowers coming forward, what’s the probability in the next 5 years of all Congress, representatives and Senators being allowed to see ET crafts in person?
Antura, what is the probability of Congressional people being able to view both ET craft and back engineered ships in the next five years?
The highest probability is for this to take place even sooner, perhaps two to three years. Your elections may delay this a little.
Michael writes: With the beginning of the senate hearings on UFOs and the mention of security of the skies and our country, I would like to know if our clueless government is going to be stupid enough to meet any first contact with aggression? Some of the commentary sounds like that could be a real concern. Science fiction with movies like "V" have ingrained the human mind to meet any alien life with aggression fueled by fear.
Another question, are there any civilizations that exist without the need for the water that we require?
Antura, is a future meeting on the horizon for ETs with a world leader?
It is, just not imminent. I know we have said this will happen, but not in let’s say the next two years. People all over the world will need to view and digest your documentaries, along with the revealing of the back engineering of ET spacecraft that has been going on for a very long time.
Are there any life forms in the universe without the need for water?
Oh yes. They gain their nutrients from other sources. The human idea of life in the universe will continually evolve over the coming years.
Antura, where are the ET dreams you promised? Are you not able to blend any in?
They are coming, Tom. A few you’ve had, but don’t recall, but the majority will be blended in soon.
BPs FOR BROTHER’S HOSPITAL EMERGENCY
Ellen writes: I did "expect great things" from the many BP's I received on Facebook for my request and a great thing did happened!
My brother was taken by ambulance to a local hospital and evaluated for  what his wife thought was a stroke. The CT scan did not show a stroke as first suspected. After a long conversation with his wife, I was getting the feeling that he was going septic due to a urinary tract infection. I have medical experience and have seen the signs and symptoms of sepsis before. I told her to ask the ER doctor for a urine analysis and blood work if it hadn't been done already. She did and he said he would need the results from the last urine analysis from any recent hospital visit. My sister-in-law got on the phone and had the results sent to the ER within minutes.
Sure enough, he was septic, and they started him on high doses of antibiotics and fluids. Within a few hours my brother had stopped hallucinating and was talking and responding appropriately. He's still in the ICU but doing so much better. Thank you and thank everyone for their wonderful prayers!! I know they work. My brother is proof that prayers are powerful.
MBO FOR DEER TO STOP EATING HER FLOWERS
Lee writes from New Jersey: No MBO is too small! I said an MBO earlier for  the wasps to leave my front door area and they are still gone. I said an MBO about 3 weeks ago for the deer to not eat my flowers but to find enough food somewhere else. Happy to report that my hibiscus that the deer ate to within 3” of the ground have rebounded and are giving out abundant dinner plate size flowers and the plant is almost 2’ tall! Thank you for all you do.
MBO FOR JURY DUTY DISMISSAL
Donna writes: MBO story - Jury Duty
I received a postcard for jury duty. I've done my share of jury duty in my younger days and prefer not to do it anymore. I asked the Whatsapp group to say a BP for me to be rejected and declined for jury duty. I also said my own BP for the courts to clear their cases and receive settlements, plea deals, and guilty pleas. I said another MBO for the judge to dismiss me. The day before the jury duty selection virtual meeting, I received an email and text that my jury duty is complete and that my service is no longer required.
MBO FOR GOOD DEED
Gary writes: Hello Tom. I've sent you two MBO stories which you included in  your newsletter. I believe that I received an MBO without requesting it. Last week at the pet store, I found a wad of $20 bills on the floor near a checkout lane without anyone else in the area. I picked up the money and thought to myself, it's my lucky day. I knew however that someone must be sick about losing their money. I gave it to a clerk to hold, hoping the owner would return. Two days later I received a letter and a check from the IRS for $1100.00. They said it was a refund from an over payment from 2020. I truly believed that I received the MBO for making the right decision. I said thank you to the universe and my angels.
SOUL FRAGMENTS HAVING LIVES TOGETHER
Irina writes: I have a convoluted question, based on my session with a client today. She was exploring the soul history of the relationship with her dying boyfriend, and she saw both of them as angels between lives, but he is a big and powerful one, and she is a baby angel, like a cherub. But they have the same energy, and he is always her Spirit Guide or Guardian Angel in her incarnations; only two lives when both were human.
Anyway, I was thinking how two angels on different levels of Celestial  Hierarchy can be ‘the same energy”? Did he create her? Can angels create other angels? She could not see the birth of her soul in the Records, but this is definitely not Monadic Twin Flames as he is way older as a soul and more powerful. Is it possible for an angel to create its ‘mini-me”? In my other sessions, I see a lot of Guardian Angels named Michael, and when I ask if this is Archangel Michael they say no, but he is my boss. So it is like he created a lot of smaller holograms of himself. I understand that this is not sexual procreation but some sort of division or energy, or creating holograms of fractals. Do you have any info on this process by chance?
Theo, would two soul fragments having lives together be of different sizes and have had a large difference in the number of lives on Earth? Can they have the same energy or different? Would they be from different soul clusters? Could one have created the other?
One soul fragment in one cluster can and oftentimes does have a difference in the number of lives they have lived on Earth. In this way the soul with fewer lives learns from the soul fragment with more lives. Regarding their energy, there can be some difference but not as great as it might appear. One does not create the other. Let’s use an example of one soul being in the Young Soul first or second quadrant and the other soul fragment is a fourth quadrant Young Soul. One soul might have only had fifty or sixty lives, while the other may have already had over 200 lives. Each time you move from one quadrant to the next, your vibrational level jumps, so the soul fragment has greater intensity, shall we say, than a very young soul, in terms of Earth lives. One soul fragment lights the way for the other.
CHOOSING THE WRONG SPOUSE?
'Jane' writes: 1.What is Theo’s Perspective and message of comfort for those who practice the Gentle Way but somehow do regret choosing the wrong spouse/maybe the wrong co-parent for their child only after a decade into the relationship ? I have been a follower for a decade too. I have been saying  lots of MBOs and BPs.
2. How to make peace with what is, or current life when we are dissatisfied with it?
Theo, explain a little about soul contracts for two people to fall in love, mate, and then the contracts seems to end. How can they make peace with what their current life is?
Yes, in times past we have discussed how there are soul contracts for each person to learn from the other, and when these lessons are learned, the soul contracts end. Or, on the other hand, there is more that can be learned, but in a much more stressful way, should they stay mated. Again, it is all in their soul contracts. Each person should, in theory, request an MBO to remain on their soul contract, and if it is for the relationship to end, then MBOs can be requested for the parting to be gentle with love. It becomes even more complicated should there be distances involved, but all are learning.
PIED PIPER OF HAMELIN
Olivia writes: I have often wondered about this. On this day in 1284, it was  said that the Pied Piper of Hamelin, Germany lured 130 children out of town, and they were never seen again.
Theo, what part of the Legend of the Pied Piper of Hamelin is true?
Yes, there was a virus that was present at that time that took the lives of a number of children. A story was born that the children were taken by a pied piper, and that became the legend.
QUESTION FOR MOUSE SOUL
Deb in Minnesota writes: I'm still having problems with mice in the house even though I have spoken to mouse soul repeatedly about keeping them outside the house. I've told mouse soul that the mice can have the outer part of the yard, but to stay out of the house and to avoid being any more than twenty feet away from the house. No luck so far at all.
Could you please talk to mouse soul for me to find out why I'm still having problems?
Now I would like to speak to Mouse Soul.

Good morning, Mouse Soul. Are you just the soul for mice, or also for rats?
No, just for mice, Tom. Rat Soul is in charge of all the rat population on Earth.
Did your soul answer the call from a planet far away, as it seems for all the souls I have communicated with?
Quite so, Tom. I originated in a corner of the universe your astronomers have not been able to see yet, as the galaxy I came from is one of those several hundred Creator first created. And I, like the rest of the souls you have spoken with, was thrilled to be asked by Creator to be part of the Earth Experiment.
Mouse Soul, Deb in Minnesota has asked you to keep your mice away from her house to no avail. Is there a reason not to honor her request?
Yes, there are predators that would decimate the mice. I and they understand that she will be forced to use other means to keep our population down, as part of her learning. I accept that and thank her for her kindness. We are here as part of the eco system of Earth.

PUTIN AND PETROLEUM QUESTIONS
Krishna writes: Was Vladimir Putin Julius Caesar? If so, was I Brutus? Was President Trump Emperor Nero?
What purpose does underground petroleum serve for Gaia? What effect does drilling and extracting vast quantities of petroleum have on Gaia? I believe (the "abiotic" theory) that oil is NOT a "fossil" fuel, but rather that you automatically manufacture it, perhaps by compressing methane into a liquid. Of course, that raises the question, where did the methane come from, if not from some form of life.
What about coal? It does indeed seem to be metamorphosed vegetation.
Gaia, was Putin Julius Caesar in a past life? And was Krishna Brutus?
He was not, Tom. I can assure you of that, along with a negative on Krishna.
What about Mr. Trump as Nero?
Again, interesting guesses, but no, that was not a past life for him either.
What purpose does underground petroleum serve for you? And what about the huge amounts that have been drawn from these pools of oil?
Where lava acts like the veins of the human body, oil acts like what you would term grease. I have large supplies of oil under the surface that will never be tapped by humans. Soon, your need for oil will be greatly diminished with the coming energy machines. Those that have profited from oil cannot delay this any longer. They already see the writing on the wall. Those pools of oil will be refilled in the future.
Is or is not oil a fossil fuel? And is coal metamorphosed vegetation?
This has been well studied by your scientists, and I suggest that anyone wishing more information turn to those studies.
NIGHTMARES
Ann writes from California: I just read in your latest newsletter that in our dreams we connect with our soul and our creator. I wonder what the purpose is of nightmares then. My husband has such horrific nightmares that he is afraid to go to sleep at night. Is there a way to stop these terrible dreams or  is there some purpose for them?
Please advise and thank you for all you do.
Theo, what is the purpose of nightmares, and how can we stop them or change them?
Nightmares can be caused by a number of things. It can be the food you ate that day. Your body reacts with a nightmare to not only adjust to the food, but also to inform you that was not a good choice. They can also be born from fear of the unknown—what lies ahead in your life. Nightmares can happen during times when your body is ill. And a nightmare can occur when remembering a difficult life or lives.
Before going to sleep each night, request an MBO to have a good, restful night’s sleep with beautiful dream times. Write down the dreams you have, just as Tom does each morning. You will find over time the violent dreams will subside.
SUBMERSIBLE SOUL CONTRACTS
Maureen writes: Did the 5 people in the submersible that imploded by the Titanic agree to all be together for the trip? Did they know that the  submersible and the deep dive would kill them all.
Theo, was it all on the soul contracts of the five people on the submersible to transition, and what were they balancing?
Yes, Tom, you have been told many times that transitions are not happenstance. And it was not for those five people. Their GA’s made sure they were on that submersible to experience that calamity. They were balancing past lives where they caused the drowning of someone.
