Before we move on to the rest of the newsletter, a quick explanation for my new subscribers: Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura (and a few others). Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the Earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE.
QUESTIONS FOR CREATOR
Sauli writes: Especially the Draco reptilians, some grey species, are described as very evil, sadistic and enjoying torture and fear. Some  claim they used to eat children in the underground tunnels and cities underneath the earth. In the wars also described in Tom’s book, they were said to destroy whole planets (which also have a soul) in the process. They are said to have captured human and other species’ souls, which sounds utterly depressing.
Yet spiritually, they are very evolved in many aspects. That is very contradictory. If they understand how the universe works, why would they enjoy killing and torturing? Why wouldn’t they want to evolve to a higher frequency? Why would they not embrace compassion and love?
What is the purpose for Creator on creating species like that. Or is it just a game for the Draco Reptilians, as they know the outcome and just ”play their role” like an actor. Why doesn’t Creator prevent these horrible things from happening?

TIMELINES AND DIMENSIONS
1. Why wasn’t a time loop used to save the Atlantean and Lemurian civilizations, like it was for ours, before the Harmonic Convergence,  since without it, wouldn’t our civilization have collapsed just like the previous ones?
2. Previously, Creator said that timelines 6 and 4 crossed during World War II. However, in the June 16, 2018 Newsletter, Gaia mentioned that our timeline intersected with timeline 4 in 1985 for about 9.5 months, while timelines 3 and 5 overlapped with each other. Are both of these correct, or is one more accurate? And when will the next intersection occur?
3. Are the beings of all the other universes also stuck at the vibrational level of 5.3 or 5.4? What about the beings in higher dimensions (7th and above)? Were they already birthed at that level?
CREATOR AND SOULS:
4. How much of Creator’s energy is contained within its creation, and is there anything outside of it?
5. Are older souls given, in addition to experiencing and balancing life, more complex challenges where they must choose between the higher values of the material world and society (family, children, health, honor) and the higher values of the spiritual realm (soul lessons for themselves and others, and Creator’s will, even when it may come at the cost of what they cherish most)?
6. Is the Earth Experiment about creating everything together and then undoing it, as a test before we can join with the new Creator and take over this universe?
7. In the Earth Experiment, how were the souls selected to become Jews, the “chosen ones,” different from those souls who can experience many religions? What traits, interests, or purposes distinguished these souls from the rest, if the goal is to experience a wide variety of perspectives?
UNIVERSE
8. In the Newsletter of November 17, 2018, we learned that there exists a negative universe that is not a mirror universe. We also know that none of the other Creators activated negative energy before our Creator did (and that now there is one, or perhaps more, creations testing it). Does this mean that the negative universe resides within our universe? How large is it, and do negative spirits come from that universe?
9. What does the negative world—the one said to exist opposite each “parallel world” (or timeline) and only in connection with Earth—actually look like? Are there souls there, or only negative “spirits”? And are we ourselves the negative spirits in that world?
10. Is the “alternative universe” that Antura confirmed in the June 6, 2015, newsletter (also described as a counter- or anti-matter universe) the same as the “negative universe”? If not, what does “alternative” mean in this context? I understand that this is not referring to the other timelines.

11. The Blackbird Soul said that they spread over many millennia to other planets where the planet’s soul asked for bird beings to inhabit. How did they spread? Was it from scratch, or did someone carry their DNA to those planets?
12. (This might have been already asked:) Do ET spacecraft have exterior lights because of plasma from their propulsion, magnetic field effects, or something else?

13. Why did the Wise Men bring Jesus, at his birth, the Wise Men’s Stone — shungite?

14. Will the few hundred people who are the last to leave Earth to live out their lives elsewhere in the universe be living together in the same place on Earth, or in different places? Will there still be human outposts on Mars or any other planet at that time?
15. If and when will basic infrastructure such as housing, food, electricity, and internet, become free to use?
16. Gaia once said in the Newsletter of May 18, 2019, that we will eventually discover that complex DNA strands also exist in other dimensions. How can we find this out if we cannot move between  dimensions? Does it mean that 7th-dimensional beings have some form of energetic DNA strands?
ENERGIES
17. Why did all the innumerable Creators choose to activate only positive energy and not negative? And isn’t that the same kind of alien energy for the ETs of this universe as entering another universe without knowing what awaits them? How, then, have they been able to discover other universes?
18. Are our souls made of positive energy and our bodies of negative energy? And if so, is this how humans have been able to balance the two? (Newsletter May 27, 2017)
Creator here, Tom. Good morning.
Good morning, Creator and lots of love from us all.
Creator, please explain the role of the Dracos Reptilians in our universe.
Their soul was attracted to this universe, just as your souls were. Their planets are different from Earth so over millions of years they expanded to other planets, first in their galaxy and then to other galaxies including yours. It has always been my plan that eventually they will be affected by the 10% of reptilian souls taking part in the Earth Experiment as you term it. Yes, they did blow up suns and planets, but so did what you term the Federation in response. But change is already happening on their planets as the 10% return to their planets with a small amount of negative energy to lift their vibrational levels. They will be much more civil to use that word in the future.
Creator, why wasn’t a time loop used to save Atlantis and Lemuria or Mu?
It was because a large number of souls needed the experience just as  Gaia previously explained. Earth is a dynamic planet chosen for you just for that reason. You as humans must learn cause and effect. The time loop was used to allow more growth.
I had previously been told that we crossed Timeline 4 in 1985 for 9.5 months and Timeline 5 did the same with Timeline 3. Did I misreceive?
No, the morning you asked you were already thinking World War II, so that’s what you were prepared to receive. The lower timelines needed to experience events at that time just as you were in 1985. That was the longest in more modern times.
Are beings in other universes also at the same level of 5.3 or 5.4 and were beings at 7.0 and above birthed there?
Yes, all the other trillions of universes, because they were created in the 10 positive energies, have the same limitations in the fifth focus. Now, slowly, negative energies are being introduced in those universes in different ways, according to the wishes of those creators. It is a little difficult for you to understand at this time that a part of you exists in the 7th focus. That part of you sends light and love every day to you. You can open yourself up in your meditations to receive this light and love.
How much of your energy is contained in this creation, 100% or part of  you exists elsewhere?
My focus of 100% is on this creation. Still, I am capable of communicating with other creators, just as we are now doing about these negative energies. My results are available in an instant to all the other creators who wish to have more information.
Are older souls on Earth given more complex challenges, where the choices they make have a larger impact on their families and the world?
Yes, they have built up, over several hundred lifetimes on Earth, the ability to lead and make choices that will affect not only their families, but in many cases the world. The idea that at that stage you will choose a simple life would be a waste of your talents to assist others.
Is the Earth Experiment about creating everything and then undoing it as a test before we meld together to become a creator?
No, it is not. Your souls volunteered to experience and live in negativity and were promised by me that you would raise your vibrational levels at a much faster rate than say the Golden Light Beings you call Guardian Angels. Naturally your souls also had a desire to someday meld together to become a creator yourselves, or you would not have  volunteered. Your souls will have millions of lives across the universe in preparation for that time in the future.
How were the souls who would only experience lives as Jews chosen? What traits do or did they have?
This could be a rather complex answer, so let’s touch on the important parts. They liked the idea of having close relationships with the same soul fragments life after life. They also liked the idea that they would be a fulcrum to be the balance for all the other religions. And they like the idea of being just one religion for all their lives on Earth.
Did I receive correctly that there is a negative universe that exists at the same time as this universe?
No, the negative universe is your space time continuum where this whole solar system is created in the negative energies. It was difficult explaining this to you at that time. It was easier to call it a negative universe.
That answers your next question. As you have been told before, you will take this negative energy with you when you begin to explore first your Galaxy and then even further out. You will cause those planets to begin to raise their vibrational levels.
There are trillions of other universes. As you have been told before, three of them are adjacent to this universe, but only one you can see in the night sky. They are all quite different from this universe.
How did the Blackbird soul, or souls, spread to other planets?
There were multiple souls that identified as blackbirds. But there was one soul that could and wanted to have lives on multiple planets. It simply created the birds “from scratch” as you call it on each of those worlds that asked for these birds.
Do ET spacecraft have exterior lights because of plasma from their propulsion, magnetic field effects, or something else?
There are thousands, if not millions of ET spacecraft, depending on  which planet or solar system they originate, and many have different types of propulsion systems. These lights can be part of the craft or created by the propulsion systems they use. There is no one answer.
Why did the Wise Men bring Jesus shungite, at his birth?
Shungite was used spiritually and had a coming effect, along with purifying water.
Will the cleanup crew I’m told I will lead in my last life on Earth live on the same continent, or different continents? What about humans living on Mars and other planets?
The cleanup crew, which you will lead, will be assigned to different continents to return the Earth to its pristine condition and appearance prior to humans being introduced. Humans will also depart Mars and other planets in this solar system.
Will housing, food, electricity and the internet become free to use?
In stages. First there will be the free energy machine, to give electricity to the whole world. It will be a long time for such things as housing and food as they require work by humans to produce and bring to market. More robots will be used to lessen the need for humans. Androids, as you have been previously told, will only be used for dangerous work typically off planet. The internet will be supplied free eventually by governments.
Do complex DNA strands exist in other dimensions?
Yes, but non-physically, compared to the 3rd and 5th focuses.
Why did all the other creators create their universes only in the 10 positive energies?
This would not even be understood by your quantum physicists at this time. They all understood the problems creating their universes in the negative energies would be quite difficult, along with the side effects.
How would the ETs know what would await them when they would visit  another universe?
Their scientific knowledge is far beyond human knowledge at this time. They would know that the universe next to theirs would be in the 10 positive energies.
Are our souls made up of positive energy and our bodies negative energies?
That would be a good description at this time. As your vibrational levels rise, you will attract more positive energy to your bodies.
One last question. It is my understanding that there is at least one soul or perhaps more that work with clouds above Earth. Did you put out a  call for such a soul, or was one attracted to this planet?
There are clouds on other planets, but this one is unique and required a soul that loved to create different types of clouds with almost the touch of an artist, who would inspire human artists in their creations. There is only one soul who loves doing this work.

QUESTIONS FOR THE FAIRY KING & QUEEN
Chrissy writes from Wollongong, Australia: My husband and I are having a house built and it will be ready mid to late next year [2026]. I want to plant an Australian Native garden in the front of the house, and loosely based on an English garden, with a mixture of flowering plants with many colorful flowers, most of the year round.
Is there anything specific I should say to ask them to help me choose plants for our garden that will survive and bring in the native birds? I have a few in mind. The area is about 4m x 7m. I have been searching  on the internet and feel I need a little help.

Queen Titania, there is a couple in Australia that is wanting help in choosing plants for their new garden. What advice can you give them?
First, they should request a Most Benevolent Outcome in choosing plants that will be perfect for their garden. Then we will work with their Guardian Angels as you call them to influence their choices.
Their house seems awfully close to the ocean.
Yes, but that is not a question for us. If their area is flooded, we will assist in helping all the plant life in that area to recover. That is the same all over the world.

ANTURA, MY ET BROTHER
Back in 2008, I was having a conversation with Theo, my Guardian Angel. In the middle of the conversation he told me an ET was monitoring and would I like to speak to him. I was shocked but said give  me a couple of weeks to think of questions. That started years of questions I’ve asked. In 2013 I compiled a book of those questions, FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET.
I’ve continued to ask him thousands of questions over the years. He’s a member of a “first contact, grass roots” team of four, all from the Sirius B Solar System. They are on a mothership hovering 50 miles above us, while the crew of the ship takes millions of readings per day as part of the “Earth Experiment.” My family and I are supposed to meet Antura and his team, supposedly soon. Good morning, everyone.
Teresa in Austin, Texas wrote about their trip to Sedona. She had  requested an MBO to see a UFO.
It was about 3:30pm and a coyote crossed my path earlier and I looked up and saw a very bright object right in front of me. I got my phone out to snap a few pictures. It blazed away from me. The pictures showed a small green object by the bright light that I did not see with my naked eye. What do you think that might have been? Jim never noticed it.
Antura, was the object seen in the sky over Sedona by Teresa an ET craft or something else?
Definitely an ET craft. She had requested an MBO to see one and we  were happy to oblige.
How connected were the TV series such as The Jetson’s and Star Trek, and other movies to the back engineering of crashed ET craft, or were the writers simply being given the information through their Pineal Glands as they wrote the scripts?
It was a combination, where the writers were picking up telepathically on information as the people involved with ETs and back engineering, but also from their unknown to them ET connections, along with memories from past lives. It all depended upon the writer as to whom he connected to.
I have been told in the past, perhaps by you, that ET craft can cloak themselves in an artificial cloud. Is there any difference in cloud size that a scout craft can create to cloak itself, and the size that a mothership would create?
Yes, it can be an enormous difference because the scout ships are only 30 to 50 feet wide, so they don’t need a large cloud, but a mothership that is 3 miles wide such as ours really needs a large cloud to cloak  itself and not frighten the population.
How large a cloud for each?
Only 1 to 3 miles for the scout craft, unless it is moving and putting out a cloud in front of it, where the larger craft requires a minimum of 10 miles and with a larger height.
Is it true that these clouds do not contain moisture like normal earth clouds?
That’s correct. These have the appearance of clouds but are artificial.
Antura, I’m concerned for Timeline 5 Tom. He’s going to get stuck in the middle of the earthquakes since it is taking so long for me.
We are aware of that and will make sure he will not be in California presenting the pitch deck when the large earthquakes begin.

MBOs & BPs FOR SAFETY FROM HURRICANE
Mya writes from Jamaica: I've been practicing MBOs and MBPs for over 2 years now, and of course, you know, it's changed my life. Relocating from the states to the Caribbean is a challenge in itself, but Hurricane Melissa made an impression that I had to share.
Once I learned of the storm heading our way, I immediately began asking “any and all beings” to help the storm pass with minimal damage and asking for MBPs for the citizens to be safe. Remembering from your books, Gaia and Gaia's Mom and I were having pretty serious  one on one conversations.
What I noticed is the storm sat in one location for several days as I increased my MBPs and MBOs for safety as estimates thus to be the worst storm on record.
At this point, the storm's eye shifted from my targeted location clear across the island, hitting the west coast, the hardest.
Tom, my area sustained over 172 mile an hour winds for over eight hours. Exhausted the next morning, I had no structural damage, just water once the storm shifted.
I do not leave my home without saying an MBO, no matter if it's to ride my bike safely to the store and back.
Now, my MBP is for the free energy machine to somehow appear on the island. Almost 55% is still without power right now, some areas not until 2026. All in all, MBOs & MBPs, asking Gaia and my Jedi Guides directly has changed my life for the better. I even requested an MBO to write this to you!
Thanks for all you do, Tom. For the collective and for our spiritual growth, no matter where we are in our lives I am forever grateful.
BP FOR FREE ENERGY MACHINE

MBO FOR VISIT TO VET
Our son noticed a lump near the tail of our dog Macie, and he said it appeared that something was moving under the skin. So, we called and made an appointment when our veterinary office opened at 9 am and before leaving said a Most Benevolent Outcome for the results of the visit.
Upon arrival, we had a delay, as a dog that had just arrived had complete kidney failure and was going to have to be euthanized. The  gentleman in the lobby said the dog was a rescue and they had it for 3.5 years. He was waiting for his wife to arrive, so they could say goodbye to their dog. We were happy to hear they would both be there with their dog, which I highly recommend. You can always say an MBO for your dog to return to another life with you.
When first our vet’s assistant came and took good care of Macie and was very informative, and then our vet was next and said it appeared that a bot fly had gotten under her skin. He thought they could extricate it through an air hole in the skin. If they could not, they would have to do an incision. He took Macie, and while they were away we both said MBOs that the extraction would be successful. His assistant returned with the bot fly, which looked like a small larvae less than a half-inch in length in small plastic container, along with Macie—no incision needed. Our vet did not return, since he was with the couple and their dog. Plus, we were only charged for an exam and nothing extra!

I ask any and all beings to totally de-energize the war in Ukraine, de-energize every piece of equipment, idea, and whatever else is used to attack Ukraine, and for the people driving this war to simply find better and more fun things to do with their time, including helping their own citizens. I ask any and all beings to cause the persons driving this war to simply dissolve into laughter and ecstasy, to the extent that they simply have no more interest in or energy for the war, and redirect resources to help their own citizens, in a way better than anything ever seen in the past. I ask  any and all beings to flood the former USSR with love- high viscosity love- which washes out and transforms all energies below love, on the Hawkins scale of the book Power vs. Force, in the associated countries, to love, and where appropriate, also to energy 997 on the Hawkins scale.
I ask any and all beings to have an incredible amount of FUN doing all this, in a way that makes Russians laugh so hard they have no further interest in pursuing this war, and that everything driving this war is permanently phase-conjugated out of existence, forever, in fun ways that bless and enlighten everyone involved. And so it is.

I’m continuing with questions about the earthquakes, and the Yellowstone eruption Gaia says will happen in May and June of 2026, with “precursor earthquakes” starting soon. When I don’t receive exactly, sometimes she’ll tell me “You did fairly well.” One misreception  I made, I think is saying Pittsburgh would have flooding. I will recheck but they are pretty far from the ocean, compared to Philadelphia. But first, there just was a 4.1 earthquake in Central California, November 18, 2025. Click here.

Gaia, will Japan have any large earthquakes soon, or in 2026?
They will have several under 6.0 in the next few months, but no large ones. They, after all are on that “Ring of Fire” it has been determined where plates meet.
Donna writes: I just read that President Trump is leaning towards  drilling for gas and oil in Alaska. Can Gaia tell us if -- or how much -- harm will be done to the environment under the Trump presidency?
Gaia, will oil and gas drilling be stopped in Alaska in the coming months?
Yes, this drilling will be affected just as a large part of Alaska will be. The pipes will break.
Gaia, will Baha California detach from the Mexican Coast?
Yes, and to answer your next question, the earthquakes above will  cause it to break away. It will become an island.
Joe in Philadelphia writes: Why is the US receiving the majority of the damages from the coming disasters? Is there a balancing from something we did in the past? If so, what was it?
Gaia, is there a reason the U.S., Canada and upper Mexico are receiving the most damage?
Tom, these continental plates are in constant motion. I held off with the larger movements at the request of your souls, since progress was being made. It is also in your soul contracts for those living on the North American West Coast to experience these earthquakes and tsunamis. It has been previously explained to you that all those who will experience these movements did not have previous lives in such places as Atlantis and Lemuria, or in other more modern countries. This is on their check list, shall we say of experiences on Earth. But do not limit this to just North America. Only 60 million of the casualties are on the coast and Yellowstone. The rest are in far flung locations such as Hawaii, Asia, and even Australia that  will total 200 million. This also reduces the density of humans on Earth and the need for multiple overlapping lives.
Gaia, how high will the tsunamis be for China, the Philippines, and Australia?
One hundred feet for Hawaii, close to that number for both China and the Philippines, and farther down to Australia up to 30 feet. These will vary in height depending upon the strength of the earthquakes. An 8.0 will not produce as large a tsunami as a 9.0 or higher.
EAST WING CONSTRUCTION
Donna writes: President Trump said that the East Wing of the White House would not be affected during the construction of the Ballroom. Of course, at this writing, the whole Wing is just about gone. Will any tax dollars be used for the construction, which is now up to $300 million?
Theo, will any tax money be used on the construction of the East Wing White House ballroom?
No, there are people that wish to have the ear of the President that will gladly contribute. A term used would be “pay to play.”
BURNING OF HOLY BOOKS
John writes: Burning Holy Books 
With the people who burn holy books in protest, The Bible, The Koran, or any other holy book. Do they have to balance or not?
Theo, do people who burn holy books of any religion have to balance?
Yes, of course. They must personally experience their own holy books being taken away from them and destroyed. This can also be accompanied by them being hurt or dying for their beliefs.

KTVU San Francisco. 11/9/25. 4 minors, 1 adult injured in mass shooting in San Francisco. The shots were fired at a large outdoor gathering, and no arrests have been made.
7 News. October 27th, 2025. Washington DC.12 people shot in 7 locations around DC within hours of each other.
The Guardian, 10/20/25: Seventh person dies after mass shooting in Mississippi town, officials say. Sixteen people were reportedly shot on 10 October after high school football game in downtown Leland.
The Leland shooting was one of at least 14 mass killings in the US so far in 2025, according to the Associated Press. Such killings are generally defined as ones with four or more victims.
Axios: 10/13/25: U.S. approaching 340 mass shootings this year after deadly weekend. Twelve people were killed, and at least 40 people were injured after shootings marred three different high school events in two states over the weekend. The big picture: The shootings mark another devastating weekend in America and underscore the pervasiveness of gun violence across the country.
ABC News: 10/5/25: Montgomery Alabama. 2 killed, 12 injured, as gunfire erupts on the streets of Alabama's state capital. At least 14 people were shot, two fatally, including a teenage boy and a woman, at an intersection near downtown Montgomery, Alabama, late Saturday night, according to police. At least five of the shooting victims were hospitalized with life-threatening injuries, Montgomery Police Chief James Graboys said at a news conference on Sunday.
He said seven of the gunshot victims are under the age of 17, and that the youngest is 16.
CNN: 9/30/25: Mormon Church Shooting: Four people were killed, and eight were wounded by gunfire, the Grand Blanc Township police chief said Monday, adding all are expected to recover. Three others suffered smoke inhalation, a Henry Ford Genesys Hospital official said.
MORE INFORMATION: WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING THIS ENACTED BY CONGRESS?
- This will have bipartisan support since it does not require anyone to do anything. It is ALL VOLUNTARY! People look at this as a SERVICE to get rid of guns in their homes.
- No money is given that can be used to buy more guns.
- Payment is made with money cards that can only be used at supermarkets or grocery stores.
- People are concerned that only law-abiding citizens will give up their guns. Over weeks and months there will be people who turn in guns because someone in their family may be considering suicide or going on a shooting spree. FREE GUN LOCKS would also be given out.
- This would be overseen by the ATF, instead of the Justice Department. They would collect the guns once a month (or sooner) and destroy them the same way they destroy other confiscated guns. This also ensures that some local police department will not sell them out the back door, as is being done presently.
- Another possible benefit I have not mentioned before: Presenting this bill before Congress will allow for Amendments to be voted on. Perhaps one or two might pass this time. We won’t know unless we find a Congressperson or Senator to sponsor the bill.
