Russia just announced they are starting to block the grain shipments again. Please say this Benevolent Prayer.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE 4 NEGATIVE ENERGIES
Srijanjan in Mumbai India writes: Hope you are doing well. I had an idea about negative energy, which goes like this:
Negative energy binds space and time in a manner unique to the solar system. It allows for greater flexibility and acceleration in the movement of time. This in turn alters the dimensions of space, more so to allow contracting it across different frequencies of matter. In doing this, the lifespan is reduced, and the chemistry of lifeforms are altered. 
I was wondering if there was any validity to this idea.

Gaia, does Negative energy bind space and time unique to this solar system? And does it allow for greater flexibility and acceleration in the movement of time?
Here we touch on quantum physics, Tom. It does not so much bind space and time as it is the framework of the space time continuum. I am able to increase the speed of time, where it is not possible in the framework of the 10 positive energies. They are what they are, and time is constant. Moving time faster makes this the most unique space time continuum of any that has existed before.
Does it factor in reducing the span of lifetimes and altered the chemistry of lifeforms?
Creator granted you shorter lifetimes, along with all the other living creatures on Earth, because of the difficulty of these lives in the four negative energies. As you raise your vibrational levels, so will the length of your lifetimes and even those lives of other beings around you but will never be the average length of lives of those in the rest of the universe.
MT. RAINIER
Maureen writes: Can you tell me about Mt. Rainier and if and when it will  awaken and start becoming a volatile volcano again? I live about 2 hours’ drive from Mt. Rainier and it is a wonderful place to hike and wonderful to see it out every day. It is a big, strong volcano and mountain.
Gaia, will Mt. Rainier remain dormant or when might it erupt in the future?
We have touched on this in the past, Tom. Its future is tied to that of Yellowstone. It will awaken should Yellowstone erupt in the future. If it does, there will be massive mud slides in that area. Residents of that region should keep an eye out for what is happening or may happen with Yellowstone.
QUESTIONS FOR THE FAIRY KING
Teresa in Austin Texas writes: Several movies and fantasy adventure books such as Lord of the Rings and Eragon have depicted Dwarfs as master sword and armor craftsmen. Do Dwarfs work with metals?
When Earth was being created, what were some of the very first plants grown and why?
Do the fairies enjoy night blooming white moonflowers (Sacred Datura)  especially during a full moon?
Would the water nymphs that grow ocean coral be considered the elemental Undines or Ondines associated with water?
NASA has grown some plant seeds at the International Space Station very successfully. These include cabbage, mustard, bok choy, dwarf wheat and rice. We know that if it grows on Earth, the fairies assist. If plants were grown on the Moon or on another planet, would the fairy kingdom assist?

King Oberon, do dwarfs of the fairy Kingdom work with metals?
Yes, Tom. They enjoy this work and have over the centuries. Some of their work has even been used by humans.
In the early stages of Earth’s development what were some of the very first  plants and why? And were they growing here before Earth was moved to our solar system, or is that simply a belief system?
Before Earth was moved here for the Earth Experiment, the atmosphere was different, so vegetation had to be introduced that would grow with a much higher content of oxygen. That’s where we came in, when Creator sent out a call for those who would assist plant and tree life over the centuries. From the very beginning, many plant and tree souls also arrived. You have been told many times that Creator likes variety, and we can say emphatically that is a true statement. There are many types of flora humans have yet to discover. It all depended upon the time period as Earth went through many phases of development. Plants produced oxygen for the atmosphere. It is a great symbiotic relationship that I and Queen Titania are pleased to be part of.
Do fairies enjoy night blooming white moonflowers (Sacred Datura) especially during the full moon?
Again, I return to the earlier statement that Creator loves variety and loves these moonflowers, so the fairy world loves their beauty, and are quite pleased when humans notice their beauty too.
King Oberon, are water nymphs Undines or Ondines?
No, they are not to be confused. Ask your reader for a better explanation and we can return to this question in the future.
Do fairies assist the growing of plants on the international space station or are they on their own? And what about when colonies are established on the Moon and Mars?
Yes to all. We have fairies that will volunteer to follow their charges, since we agreed to render our assistance as part of Creator’s Earth Experiment. They will return to the fold, you could say, in the future, but we will give them—these plants—all the love and assistance they will need as whole farms must be developed as humans explore this solar system.

MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, in 2008, Theo introduced me to another member of my soul “cluster” that, after 800 lives on Earth, was born this time on the water world of Nommo in the Sirius B Solar System. You’ve already forgotten what footage, but it was not.
Antura, would going from 5.0 to say 5.3 be inter-dimensional or what?
Yes, it would, Tom. It is staying in the same dimension, but at a different frequency. This is something for your scientists to study in the future.
How long was it before Timeline 7 could tell his subscribers, and how long  before publicizing their visit?
That is something for each of you to decide, but our recommendation is at least a couple of months. It will partially depend upon how fast you and your daughter are able to prepare the pitch-deck to present to interested potential buyers. At that time, it will be impossible to keep it under wraps. We can discuss this more thoroughly during your visit.
Do the Skinwalker Ranch and Beyond Skinwalker series’ work on misinformation?
Not in the sense of their experiments. These are TV series’ that they wish to stretch out, while at the same time if they were to actually dig down the series would come to a faster conclusion. Still, they are learning. It could be compared to taking small bites of an apple. They have yet to get to the core.
Pleiadian, will any of the scientists you meet with on a monthly basis be  called to testify before Congress?
Not in the next few months, Tom, but some of the people they work for, we anticipate, will be called. If the 300-day rule is enacted by your Congress, you will see a large number of people that will be forced to come forward and admit their participation in the back engineering.

Sylvia in Ohio writes: Hi, Tom. Hope you and your family are well. Just wondered if one of your contacts would know what my husband and I saw in the sky outside of Poncha Springs, Colorado, a couple of days ago on July 10 at about 10:30 pm. There was a string of about 20 evenly spaced lights moving in unison horizontally from north to south. They were flying much lower than the planes in the vicinity and were much larger than surrounding stars. They moved in unison as if lighting the edge of something, but no object was visible. It was very dark where we were. There seemed to be a hum like a plane would make, but much fainter. The “bar” of lights glided into a thin cloud and just disappeared. Thanks for all you do!
Antura, what did Sylvia and her husband see near Poncha Springs, Colorado, on July 10, at approximately 10:30 pm that had 20 lights crossing the sky? Were these drones or a large spacecraft?
Drones spread out in formation, Tom. The formation then dissolved as each drone began taking a segment or path to take readings. There was a larger craft not seen directing them.

Yesenia writes: Tom I've been using the benevolent outcome for my 10 year old son to play good in baseball. I also taught him to say it and I think he's getting the hang of it. This weekend we had a tournament. In the morning we put our hands together at our chest and requested the Most Benevolent Outcome for him to hit a home run. Tom, he hit 2 home runs that game, with 2 different pitchers, leading us to win and to play for a championship game. Thanks Tom!
MBO FOR SIGNS FROM GUARDIAN ANGEL
Mantej writes: MBO for Number Games from Guardian Angels
I requested a MBO for numerical digital displays to always present themselves to me, so I would know it was my GA.
Every time I look at the digital number displays on my computer, tablet, phone, microwave or any other digital display, they always appear to me:
11:11, 22:22, 12:34, 18:18,19:19, 20:20, 21:21, 23:23 21:12 12:21, 22:11, 22:44, 22:55, 22:33 13:13, 14:14, 15:15, 16:16, 17:17 and so on.
When traveling, for years before I began communicating with Theo, the hotel rooms I would be assigned would always add up to 5–104, 401, 302, 203, etc. He was letting me know he was around.
MBO TO FIND DOG BEFORE VET VISIT
Martica writes: My wild child husky disappeared again, just minutes away  from a vet visit. I was scouring our walled property (in Ecuador), trying to figure out where he'd gotten out, doing MBOs for his fast and safe return when my taxi arrived at the gate. "We can't leave, Bobby's gone again!" I shouted to the driver; "I have Bobby!" he replied. The driver had picked him up as he was running away, about a half a mile away from my house, headed fast for town. I'm so grateful to you, Tom T. Moore, for sharing this powerful way of praying for all things, great and small!
MBO & BP FOR DRIVER’S LICENSE RENEWAL
Last Wednesday, Dena went to the nearest Driver’s License office to renew  her License, as it was set to expire on her birthday, the next day. She had tried to make an appointment online, but the first available appointment was in September. She requested a Most Benevolent Outcome for the drive, finding a good parking space, and getting right in, as there can be a line that stretches around the building at times. I also said a Benevolent Prayer for her.
When she arrived, she did get right in, but they said she would need to bring her birth certificate. They did give her an appointment time the next day at 8 am. We repeated the MBO and BP the next morning, and they immediately took care of issuing the renewal license.
ELVIS THE PREDATOR

Theo, how many underage girls did Elvis have sex with—was it over 100?
Oh yes, Tom. The accounts you read would be considered only the “highlights,” shall we say. The reports of him having sex with as many as three young girls a night was quite common. The number easily was over 300 that you were considering. Many young girls lost their virginity to Elvis. Naturally he will have to balance this in the future, including being a young girl losing her virginity at too early an age, along with not being able to have sex at all.
PREGNANCIES
Joelle writes: Thank you for the work that you do and providing this valuable information so tirelessly and humbly. I am so grateful for MBOs and BPs, which I have used daily since discovering your book and newsletter over a year and a half ago. Here are my questions:
1. Pregnancy and birth MBO: I became pregnant in February 2022 for the first time and requested MBOs for a healthy pregnancy and gentle birth. I even requested an MBO to go into active labor on a Wednesday morning, which I did (although at 1am!). I requested MBOs redundantly, understanding there is no penalty, just to be extra cautious. My labor, however, had a number of issues, and for the first several hours of my labor I had a very mean OBGYN who bullied me and my doula, and threatened me with a C Section if I did not agree to her interventions. Ultimately, I did not agree to everything she wanted, and the threats loomed over the birth. I finally delivered naturally as  I wanted with a wonderful OBGYN and awesome nurse as there was a shift change just prior to the pushing stage. When my son was born, we had only a couple of hours together before he started having breathing problems and he wound up in the NICU for four days. We knew he would be okay, but I was heartbroken for the loss of early bonding time and for him to be alone in the NICU. Did I miss something in my MBO, or make wrong decisions, or did everything work perfectly according to a greater plan, and the difficulties were just balancing for me and/or my partner and/or my baby? 2. Attachment parenting: is the “attachment" parenting style, including breastfeeding throughout at least the first two years of life, going to become more normal, or will our society continue to marginalize this style of parenting? Is this style of parenting going to contribute to raising more kind and compassionate adults in the future?
3. Baby allergies and eczema: Even though I exclusively breastfeed my baby, he turns out to have eczema and allergies. These are believed to be hereditary on the paternal side. I can’t help but feel that there are several specific things I could have done differently to have prevented this issue for him. Fortunately, it is not as severe, and I have seen some very affected babies and my heart goes out to them. Are these conditions typically caused by the need to balance something (and, what is that usually?), or are they simply part of the hardship and risk of living in a human body? Eczema does not have a known cure, but in babies it does need to be managed cautiously with use of topical drugs, which I do not like but don’t have much choice. Do you have any MBO suggestions to unalign with these conditions to lessen the effects of eczema along with the topical drugs, or to request remission of the eczema? What about coping with or entirely overcoming food allergies?
4. Late autism diagnoses: More and more adult women are finding out later in life that they are on the spectrum, with what used to be called “Aspbergers Syndrome,” although the term fell out of fashion (and the diagnostic manual) because of some negative associations with its namesake. Many of these women, including myself, struggle with feeling like an imposter or that they were misdiagnosed. The diagnostic process for adults is usually highly conservative and biased AGAINST making adult diagnoses, especially in women, so it shouldn’t be too much to worry about, yet we do. Are most women receiving late diagnoses actually on the spectrum? What is the purpose of finding out so late in life?
5. Church of the Master Angels: Just before I became pregnant last year, I requested an MBO to have people placed in my path that would help me grow spiritually. Shortly after, I met someone connected with the CMA. I learned about the organization and their focus, and “tools” that they offer, including recordings that are supposed to do everything from paying down your karmic debt to developing your psychic awareness. Other tools include precious metal-plated discs that are supposed to purify your food or other materials, kill cold and flu viruses, and rid your body of mold and fungus  simply by placing these discs on or underneath food/your body for a number of seconds or sleeping over them. The church founder is a successful healer who, after growing the organization, began offering an “elite healing program" to develop their healing abilities and do some of the work he is able to do, most notably killing infections and viruses in the body, and detoxifying the body of various wastes, parasites, mold, fungus, etc. They claim that no human is actually doing the healing, but channeling or requesting healing from master angels through a direct line. Some of what is offered seems too good to be true. A pattern I have noticed is that anything positive as a result of healing requests that occur for the client or member is attributed to the work of angels, but anything that does not work is considered “karma.” You can also pay a donation for karmic blessing requests to the church, as well as other faith-based requests that are not inexpensive. The church has received some criticism and a small amount of media attention. Is the organization and its founder legitimate in their claims? In their intentions? Something in between?

Gaia, why the problem with Joelle’s pregnancy when she requested MBOs?
Yes, you knew the answer to this one, Tom. There was a challenge, and by requesting MBOs the challenge was much less than had she not requested the MBOs. She might have been forced to have the C-section. Her baby will be just fine, as she will be a very loving mother.
Will breast feeding the first two years grow in popularity?
Not significantly, Tom. It will remain at about the level it is now, as better formulas will be introduced. Many mothers don’t have the luxury of breastfeeding for that long a period of time. They must return to work.
Will it contribute to more kind and compassionate adults?
These are all soul contracts, Tom. The kindness a mother and father give to their child, the better adult will result.
Are babies with allergies and Eczema balancing?
There is both balancing for the child and the mother and father. It’s an experience that is all part of the experiences one has in the Earth Experiment. Before long, these will be greatly lessened as there is medical advancement and the DNAs of children with these complications will have their DNA altered.
Why are so many women diagnosed late in life with Asperger's Syndrome? What is the purpose?
A lack of diagnosis is the simple answer early in life. This will be another adjustment of their DNA strand.
The Church of Master Angels—how much works and how much is the rest up to the beliefs of a person? Is this a legitimate religion?
Remember we have said many times that every soul fragment will explore a variety of beliefs over the course of all of your lives on Earth. Most of these churches ask for donations. Some of these donations are used for good purposes, and some simply enrich those of the church leadership. If one is questioning this practice, perhaps it is time to move on, or begin to meditate as you do, Tom, and seek your own answers to life.
Do I have an overlapping life at the start of this particular church?
Good question, but no, not in this case.
CRUEL POSTS
Catherine writes: I belong to several Facebook groups, including yours. One group's intention is humor, ranging from comments on cartoons from "The New Yorker" to wincingly bad -- but never cruel -- "Dad" jokes. Another group provides support to Americans relocating to Portugal, as I intend to this summer. Both groups’ members, about as disparate as you can imagine, report a significant rise (June 2023) in unkind, cruel and unpleasant posts  and DM's.
Would you kindly ask Theo if a current and concerted effort on the part of energies "far from the light" on Earth is responsible for this acceleration of deliberate unkindness?
Gaia, are various groups of people on social media experiencing a higher level of cruel posts in this time period?
Yes, they are, Tom. It is partly the fact that children are out of school and are bored, so their inventive minds wish to see if they can get a “rise” out of someone by posting cruel statements. Then there are those adults that feel detached from society and have not learned to send love and light each day. These typically are younger souls who must learn from their mistakes and will balance in the future by people saying hateful things about them, or in some future time learn to defend those that are attacked. As we have said countless times, Tom, all these lives must balance. The old saying of whatsoever you sow, so shall you reap applies here.
MAJOR LEAGUE CRICKET IN THE USA

Major League Cricket starts in the USA in July 2023. Since the main bat and ball game in the USA is baseball, with this new Cricket league, there is hope for more interest in the USA.

Gaia, what is the probability of an increase in popularity of Cricket in the United States?
It will grow in popularity but will remain on the list of various sports played. People who have immigrated to the USA from countries where this is played will embrace the sport, since they have grown up watching it and already know the rules.
I heard that the first major league cricket game was just played in a converted minor league baseball stadium in Grand Prairie, Texas, between Dallas and Ft. Worth. Reports said it was sold out.
CZAR’S GOLD
Claudette writes: Is the last Czar Nicolas II's gold still in Baikal lake? Will it  be discovered one day?
Gaia, is Czar Nicolas ll’s gold still in Baikal Lake and if so, will it be discovered one day?
It has already been plundered to a small extent. It will take someone with very expensive equipment to find the rest. That will not happen anytime soon.

It was an accident, Tom. Of course, in a way there are no “accidents.” It was part of his soul contract for him to leave.
What quadrant was he?
He was a Young Soul, third quadrant, with many lives to go, with a soul interest in the arts.
Is he incarnated in the past, present, or future?
Just a little farther in the future, this time as a woman, which he needed for balancing, but of course again as an actor.
