SPECIAL NOTES:
Another week of quarantine. Since I had flu-like symptoms in early February,  last Saturday was the first time I’ve driven a car in two months. I went to Petco with our dogs to pick up dog food, which was delivered right to my car. As I mentioned last week, I’m really seeing some creativity come out of this “stay at home” period of time. This would be a PERFECT time for you to work on meditation, or perhaps try Yoga. I just discovered that my Yoga instructor, Leticia (Leti) Campos, has created a "Yogalettyclasses” page on Facebook, in case anyone wished to keep up with their Yoga. “Like” the page. Thanks to one of our eagle-eyed readers, Maria in Estonia, there are about 40 or so newsletters that disappeared between the middle of May in 2015 and March 19, 2016, when I started using a new newsletter program because the old one was giving me all sorts of problems. SPIKE IN CORONAVIRUS?
Hopefully, one of these days, we will cease to have questions to ask about Covid-19.
Gaia, what is the probability of Covid-19 cases experiencing a spike when the first phase of opening back up begins, or will this be handled slowly enough that there is little or no spike?
Unfortunately, Tom, there will be locations that see a significant spike in the Coronavirus cases as they try and open too soon. As much as you don’t like it (meaning you the population), these restrictions need to be in place for a longer time. People are afraid that they will not have enough to eat. Fear can be a big motivator, which it is in this case. Shelter in place is still the order of the day. Let the “Testing” be an indicator. There are far too fewer being tested than there should be. This will not occur in all communities, but enough so that tougher controls will be reinstated.
EFFECTS OF ATLAS COMET PASSING EARTH
This information was sent to me by Karin.
There’s a comet heading our way—no, it won’t crash into Earth—and astronomers are getting excited because, as it makes its way safely past Earth, it may put on a show of “cosmic proportions” shining as bright as Venus.
The comet, named Atlas (C/2019 Y4), was discovered in December 2019 and is  currently close to the orbit of Mars, on its way towards the Sun.
At its closest approach, in late May, it could become as bright as Polaris, the North Star, and even rival the brightness of planet Venus.
Curiously, the last time amateur astronomers had the opportunity to see a comet with the naked eye was in 1997, during the passage of comet Hale-Bopp. Comet Hyakutake passed Earth only a year earlier. Click here.
Gaia, will the passage of the Comet Atlas in late May have any effect on the Earth or people?
Yes, Tom, just as other comets passing Earth, this will have some effect, perhaps not as much as others, but still some effect. It will cross your soul paths, so there will be unexpected changes for many on Earth. For others, little change. Regarding the Earth itself, a few slight changes too, a couple of mild—yes, mild—earthquakes. For everyone that enjoys looking at the sky with their telescopes, it will be a fun experience for them.
FURTHER DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE
Time to go further down the rabbit hole of exploration, so you may wish to read the information a couple of times.
Teresa writes: You have written and spoken about various timelines. There is information we are moving from the third and fourth (time) dimensions into the fifth dimension, sixth dimension, etc. Apparently, higher dimensions depend on your vibrational rate/level. Do the timelines exist in other dimensions? How does this work? Thank you for the work you do and information you convey to us.
Theo, do all the timelines exist in all the dimensions?
Let’s say for your purposes, Tom, they exist all the way up to the seventh dimension. They are not needed by your souls at that higher level, shall we call it, and there is more of a consolidation. The great increase in your vibrational levels comes in the lower dimensional levels.
The following questions came from discussions I had with my buddy Frank.
Theo, can we describe the space between the timelines in degrees, and if so would there be just one degree between timelines, such as 5 and 6, and perhaps five degrees between the groups of 4 timelines, such as Time Lines 8 and 9 and 4 and 5? Or should we look at them as cycles per millisecond?
The second description might be a little closer to how the actual frequencies  actually exist, but for your purposes, describing the gap between the frequencies can best be understood by your readers as degrees—it matters not to us. The gap between Time Lines 4 and 5, as an example, would actually be a little greater than 5 times between two timelines such as yours and Time Line 5. Again, that degree of separation allows for greater changes in each life you have on Earth. So use the term “6 degrees of separation” and that will be close to that gap.
The separation is so small that as your readers have discovered, you sometimes cross over to 5, or they cross over to your sixth timeline. All of this was part of the master plan your souls devised for the Earth Experiment. They were allowed a lot of input in order to make the raising of your vibrational levels truly fast. It was as if the greatest minds in history all came together to devise the perfect structure for this to work.
I will interject here that I view this as a giant puzzle, or as Theo (I think said) a giant intricate tapestry, but Frank sees them as energies. This is another reason to encourage you to meditate and ask your own questions, to give a different perspective. Theo has said that if ten people asked the same question, we would receive ten different answers. It all depends upon our education, religious beliefs, general knowledge, etc.
Theo, is Frank a walk-in?
Yes he is, Tom. He recognized, and all those around him recognized the  difference in personality.
Did his soul choose a soul fragment with more lives, or just one with more experience in its lives?
Good question, Tom. Yes, the soul fragment had, at that point, more lives than the other fragment. This happens, as for example, you have had more lives than Antura. Each of you has different soul interests, and yours requires more lives than his; even though he will be back for more lives on Earth, they will still never be the same number of lives needed as you.
It is the same for Frank. His soul fragment now has had many more lives than the soul fragment of early Frank. His soul recognized this even before Frank was born, so it was not a sudden awakening one day and scrambling to find a replacement. The other soul fragment gained much, before needing to be replaced, as the current Frank needed to clear up a number of unresolved issues, shall we say. He has done a magnificent job of utilizing all his talents, and his soul is quite pleased with his progress from when he took over.
Did he die on any of the lower timelines?
Yes, the walk-ins did not extend to all the lower timelines, only five and up.
Was this a set-up life in any way between Frank and me?
Of course, Tom, you will still have more than one life in the future together. You will do some excellent work together, as you have been building up trust this time around, but still need to work on that more in the future. So, this life is not one-and-done.
Theo, what purpose is served by dividing the lives on Earth into Young, Medium, and Old souls, and subdividing into quadrants? Is that just a way to describe it to us, or does something occur energetically each time one moves from one quadrant to the next, and from Young to a Medium and then Old soul category?
Yes, good you recognized this. No, it is not done just to make you feel good—or in some cases not so good, when you discover how many more lives you have left to live. There is a “bump,” shall we call it, each time you move from one quadrant to the next. Your vibrational level rises. It’s as if you are in school and graduate from one level to the next. It is not just a milestone, it means your vibrational level jumped a little higher as compared to finishing one life and going onto the next.

Now, I wish to speak to the Group Soul for Horses.
Horse Soul here, Tom, good morning.
Good morning, Horse Soul, and good life, and thanks for speaking with me.
It is my pleasure, Tom.
Horse Soul, do you ensoul all the horses on Earth, including ponies??
Oh yes, Tom. No matter whether they are the largest horses on Earth or the tiniest, it is my pleasure to ensoul all.
I assume you originated on a home world, so do you look the same there as now?
Similar, but not exactly. You would easily recognize our appearance.
Do you have two legs on your home planet, or four as on Earth?
Good question Tom. Yes, I have four. Height and facial expression are different though.
Do you have as prominent a nose as do your souls?
Yes, our faces are quite recognizable.
Is your planet close to Earth or much farther away?
Like the parakeets you spoke to recently, we are far across the universe. Still, one day in the future, your explorers will come for a visit. This, needless to say, will be quite a bit in the humans’ future.
Are your traits the same on Earth as they are on your home world?
Oh yes, we love to run and jump. We brought that love to Earth. We were there to bring humans the ability to travel distances faster than you had before.
Horse Soul, what is your height on your planet. Are you larger or smaller than on Earth?
Somewhat smaller, Tom. There is no need to be large on our home planet, as we are not tasked with carrying people or pulling loads around.
Do you have hooves on your home planet?
Yes, but different, allowing us to be able to grasp objects and food.
Do they retract?
Exactly. There are other differences as well, but that is sufficient for your purposes, Tom.
I have not asked this of a Group Soul before, but when you volunteered, were you chosen or did Creator contact you individually?
Creator put out the call for volunteers. More than one of us volunteered, but I was chosen as my vibrational level was the highest on my planet. You could say that in each case of those who volunteered, Creator chose the one with the highest vibrational level. The “Cream of the Crop,” you have that saying.
Another question I have not asked before—did Creator lay out his grand plan for you all at one time, and did you contribute, how did that take place?
Creator had the job description, shall we call it, completely thought out. Yet I  was able to add to it just a little. You could say we were both quite satisfied with the final appearances and abilities of the horses I would ensoul.
When were your first lives on Earth? Was it before or after the introduction of Homo Sapiens 60,000 years ago?
A little after, Tom. But not much, I will add. My charges were wild back then, but humans quickly found that we could be quite useful. Back in even more primitive times, humans of the early varieties did hunt us for food.

MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
Would you like to learn more about extraterrestrials? After reading that we can communicate with Guardian Angels, Gaia, Soul of the Earth, and even the group soul for horses, it should not come as any surprise that we (and yes, you can too!) can communicate with any being in our universe. Theo introduced me to a member of my soul “cluster,” as he calls them, in 2008. Antura is an amphibian (no, we are NOT the only intelligent species in the universe), from the planet Nommo in the Sirius B Solar System. Our astronomers just do not have the equipment yet to see planets that orbit around this sun—they will someday  in the future. Fain writes: I noticed a discussion here about the free energy machine. I sent you a link to a recent Dr. Steven Greer interview. In that interview, he was asked about the free energy machine. He said it has been around many years - since the 40s - but it is in the hands of the wrong people and can be misused. So, whoever may be working on one must be following a different design. Please ask if there are more than one.
Antura, is there more than one free-energy machine in existence?
There are several being worked on at the present time. But your question also infers: are there any existing that were perhaps hidden away, and the answer is yes. Bought up so as not to affect your dependence on oil. That will soon end when the free energy machine is released to the public.
Chrissy writes: Can you please ask Antura what he and his travelling companions, as well as those others circling our planet, think about our situation on our planet at the present time?
Are they allowed to give us a glimpse of what our immediate future looks like?
Are they allowed to comment on how much life is going to change for us on this  blue globe?
Antura, what is your team’s opinion on our short range future? What changes do you see?
We see that much good will come out of your self-isolation. Your vibrational levels overall are rising. Inventions will come out of this time period that would have taken a lot longer to develop had those people continued with their lives with much less free time. We see a big jump coming. It is already happening on the upper timelines.
Kurt writes: Could you ask whoever is appropriate where I go at night when I’m vivid dreaming? I have dreams about portals and just beautiful places that I’ve gone to, but portals are involved a lot and so is moving at a very fast speed a few feet off the ground. Am I in the astral plane, or am I visiting a parallel dimension?
Antura, in dream time where is Kurt going that he sees portals and traveling fast at low altitudes?
In that quantum state, he is mixing time periods. There are portals that he  visited. Flying low simply refers to his etheric self, moving quickly across the landscape.

Please have your readers be informed that this is not a book by Valiant, but by a person who supposedly channeled Valiant. There are good and poor descriptions. It is up to the reader, as Theo points out, to decide for themselves if the information resonates with them or not.

Debra writes: Tom, thank you for your MBOS.
Wonderful help has come from MBOs during sheltering in place. I was experiencing fear and circling back and forth when it was time to go out the front door for deliveries. I needed structure and procedures to stay safe and keep things sterile before bringing into the house. We also had no place to store supplies when we received them due to my husband’s years of illness, and were already overwhelmed. By requesting MBOs, I found simpler ways to cope, and a method to organize. I pulled a bathroom tower shelf out to the front porch. I can  unload groceries there, and spray to bleach, then let them dry before coming inside.
I can tie a partial roll of paper towels to have ready by running a stretchy belt through the center of the roll. I found extra laundry baskets and dish pans are good to toss items into right inside the front door.
I put an old towel down as a barrier to remind me to leave outside shoes by the door. I can roll this up to wash it.
My husband (who hasn’t felt well enough to work in the garage in years) actually responded with clearing our garage area and moving old items outside. Our yard man kindly moved these to the curb for trash pickup.
I have more methods to handle the challenge, and am learning more daily.
We are able to get deliveries and with help from GOD and all beings, we are transforming and well supplied.
I find that asking MBOs actually includes myself and my husband to calm down, show up stronger, and feel active, relevant impactful results. We are also “any and all beings.” People, animals, weather, elements, all support us only for the most beneficent outcome.
MBO TO FIND THE PERFECT PUPPY
C.J. writes: We had to let go of our all white German shepherd dog, Ziggy, last summer. He almost made 14 years. After several months we decided it was time to get another dog. My hubby informed me that he wanted a Black and Tan this time. I stated my MBOs first to find a breeder. They were turning out to be hours away, and prices way over our budget. So I added within an hour please, and make it easy for us to purchase. The guy who was remodeling our kitchen  told us of a lady who had purebred GS pups, and she's 45 minutes away. We missed the first batch. Which worked out good as our kitchen was torn apart then. The breeder felt bad we missed out, and gave us first choice. The puppies were born just before the World had a virus pandemic. I had gone and seen them the day our Governor made a rule for people to stay home (I didn't know about this til the next day). Each week I went to see the puppies. We stayed our 6 feet away from each other, and washed our hands after puppy snuggles.
As I told friends and family about our new addition, the comments started coming in about the dreaded potty training. I stated an MBO that would be easy. Well, guess what the breeder told me: our pup is using the doggie door to go outside to pee. As I got to know the puppies, I was ready to see who wanted us for a forever family. I secretly wanted a Black and Silver. The one that choose us is a tri- color! I also stated an MBO, along with the breeder, that ALL the puppies would find great forever homes. Her first litter she had trouble selling the last 2. Well, not this time--they have all sold by 5 weeks!! WoooooHoooooo!!
Using MBOs had made this journey fun and easy and it's not over with getting our new furry member. Thank you, Tom, for sharing this beautiful tool!!
P. S. the price for the puppy was very reasonable and within our budget.
MBO FOR DELIVERY OF FOOD
Sandra writes: This is my MBO story, and I have to share it with you. Like everyone else, I am sheltering in place. I am trying not to go out and follow the  rules. A few weeks ago, I was able to have food delivered from stores. But that dried up about two weeks ago. No stores are delivering because they are completely booked up. Impossible.
Or is it impossible? I created an MBO. “I request a most benevolent outcome for delivery of food to me.” No conditions, no expectations, I just know it will be benevolent. Remember, two weeks have gone by.
Today, I looked at the website for the deliveries, and suddenly I have my food being delivered tonight. I was beyond stunned. Might seem insignificant to others or trivial, but this is big especially nowadays - another indication that benevolent outcomes work, and there is no such thing as a small MBO. It gives me more faith every time this happens, but this really struck me. I thank you so much! Just keep doing what you’re doing and more and more people, just like in the days of Atlantis, will follow and use the MBOs!
MBO FOR THE SAFETY OF THEIR HOUSE
John writes: Here is another, about guardianship of our house. I didn't know just how to frame it, so I made it an MBO. "Angels and guides, here is a most benevolent outcome request for starting now and into the future. My wish is that our home be guarded against all problems, incursions, storms...whatever is thrown at it, and that our utilities continue under any adverse conditions, as well as protection against earthquakes, EMP attacks, fire, storm, or anything disastrous. Thank you so much!"
I was thinking of Becky my wife, of course, who has an anxiety syndrome. Well,  a minor test came along a couple of weeks later when our entire neighbor-hood was deprived of power for a couple of hours due to a malfunction of a transformer.
Except our house! We had full power, when nobody else on our circuit did! We found out about the outage later, and were totally unaware of it. We used our appliances and TV, etc., exactly as normal...without outside power!
Our bill will be slightly lower than normal, probably because the power during the outage did not come through the transformer, somehow.
This incident slipped my mind in our recent correspondence, but the rainstorm we had last night brought it back to mind.
I told you I try to work very closely with my guides, whoever they are, and they  often send me a "download" that may tie in with something I heard or read. In fact, since I do most of my "reading" in audiobook form, off of an iPod, they take charge of my reading by turning off my iPod when my "reading time" is done and they want me to meditate on what I heard. They do this by introducing severe static into the Bluetooth earphones I use. I turn it off, and usually 15-20 minutes later, I get a "nudge" to go back to reading. Sometimes to another book. (I always have several different kinds of reading queued up on my iPod.) I'm told what to listen to. The iPod then works perfectly...till it statics out again, and I'm supposed to meditate. Generally, this happens a couple of times in an hour's walk.
The interesting thing is WHEN it statics out. It almost always happens after I read a pithy statement of a general spiritual principle that I can use in my real life. At other times, it wants me to just look at the trees along my walk. I have a special love of trees and talk with many of them like friend to friend...although their "speech" does not always come through right at that time...often it takes a while for me to get a response, but it usually does come.
I got into this from reading a book by a nature mystic, who talks to rocks as well as plants and animals. I compared this with some passages in Seth Speaks (Jane Roberts) and realized that every living thing has consciousness and is striving for perfection. Not just living things, but anything with an appearance in consciousness, whether animal, vegetable or mineral, I found that this experience is called "panpsychism," meaning everything is conscious. This hit me like the traditional ton of bricks...it was a "download."
Some scientific studies on this have been done but it's considered "fringe," so  not encouraged in academia.
I'm not yet into talking with rocks! I would think this might be a lengthy process...trees take a while too, but they are fairly prompt. But the potential is there. Maybe a rock will introduce him/herself to me in a way I can't ignore and my rock-talking career can get a start.
I'm not sure that you will agree on this, but that's OK...I want to be open to all interpretations of reality and evaluate them over time in my own life. I can tell you that MBOs have been a key feature of my spiritual life.
I'm continually asking for the ability to project pure love to all beings. When I go into a store, say, I try to see people as beautiful energy orbs floating about the aisles! They are all amazing, beautiful beings seeking their place in the life experience they incarnated here to obtain. There's no gender or race, or age. Certainly no "looks"... like "hot" females, etc. I am striving to appreciate each person's drive to love others that comes out in their "energy orb." I've just started this latter practice, at the behest of my guides as always. But progress is happening.
A very typical MBO goes like this: "Guardian Angels and guides, as a Most Benevolent Outcome of the next hour, show me how to project love and happiness into the lives of everyone I meet, making them burn with desire to share love with others. Thank you very much."
With the evident success of the little MBO errands I have given it, I feel that this is happening ever more intensely every time I do it.
SAYING MBOs & BPs OUT LOUD
Severine in China had previously sent in a BP story where a colleague, where she works in China, was snoring at his desk during allowed nap time after lunch. So she typed a BP for him to cease. She asked if that was OK.
Gaia, does it really just take 3-5 minutes for an adult or child to awake from a nap after a Benevolent Prayer is either said, typed on a computer, or written?
Yes, Tom, that is the average number of minutes, but as we have said many times, saying it out loud, even in a whisper, is by far the best method. Yes, the others are physical, but not as effective as the spoken word. The only exception to that is for those who cannot speak, and special dispensation is given to those who have physical disabilities.
LOUISE HAY, SACRED GEOMETRY, HEALTH
Carole writes: Thank you for your very WORTHY newsletter. I learn so much and it is so helpful. I have lots of questions for Theo, please.
1) In Lee Carroll books from Kryon, he talks about a neutral implant. I've read all of author Louise Hay’s books, and loved them. I often wondered if she asked  for this neutral implant. Can Theo tell me?
2) A long time ago, my eyes were closed and I saw some type of geometry. What was that about? Also, one time, I saw a page from Bible, but it was upside down. What was this about?
3) It is my understanding we can command our body to heal. This is an example I use for different body parts: "Body cells, in the sinuses, I love you. In the name of the Great I AM, I command removal of all disease." Theo, is there a better way to say this? I did these affirmations for 30 days. Should I continue or only on occasion? I do not wish to overdo it as I also do reiki for myself (1x/wk) and others (my hubby 4x/wk). Also when I go to bed, I do Circle of Grace healing through Edna Frankel’s book. Recently, my massage girl had taken classes for releasements (such as anger, hurts, jealousy, etc)--(1xmth). They are intense and I do release a lot. I just want to be sure I don't overdo these healings. What does Theo think on this?
4) I understand with the new energy our meditation will change. Mine seems to have. Recently, I decided to just be quiet and bring the gold ray in my body and around me. I do meditation for 30 minutes. Theo, is this Ok to do maybe 4 x/wk?
5) My MBO idea if others wish to use it. My hubby and I are heading for our 80s, and with this virus issue, we still have to go to the store. This is what I say: “I request an MBO that the timing is perfect to go to the store now and be safe. If it is not, please give me a sign. Thank you." So far, no sign, and we go to the store.

Here we get into meanings that are different for each person, Tom. She must reflect on this herself. Geometry can be sacred—part of life. What does a Bible mean to her?
What is the best way to remove disease from your body?
Again, here we must say that each person is different. Still, you can request benevolent outcomes to return to full health. You can ask your cells of your body to bring you back to full health. And you can request an MBO to be guided to the best treatments for your health. That’s as far as we can go at this time with advice. As we have said many times, you are not to prescribe specific treatments.
I’ll add to what Theo said. Do as many meditations as you feel like doing. Last week I covered the “16 second meditation.” That is at least a start. And do as many healings as you feel like doing. You’ll get that “whisper in your ear,” if something is excessive.

Theo, did Max Hastings have previous lives during WWI, WWII, the Korean War, or Vietnam? And is his soul interest a soldier, writer, or government?
The second question first, Tom. Max’s soul interest is writing. He has been in several wars in the past, but as a person with a soul interest in writing, he chose to cover the major wars. He did have a life in WWI, so that added to his interest in wars, after seeing the horror of one himself. It left an indelible memory on his soul. He is at the very end of the fourth quadrant of a young soul. He has many lives to go, but this is considered a significant life for him.
