BP FOR BLOOD TEST WITH NO PAIN

Nili writes: Your books and newsletters fill my heart with love and joy, I am so grateful!

I wanted to share a BP story that you may want to share with your readers, as it relays the speed in which our GA’s respond to us.

I had to have some blood drawn for a test, and because my veins are tricky, I warned the nurse who was about to draw blood about it. The procedure was unsuccessful, and caused me much pain, and I asked to rest a bit before we try again.

When it came time to try again, I was inspired to ask for a BP, which I said out loud as I was sitting in the chair in front of the nurse. It was a quick BP request to have this blood draw be successful and that I won’t feel any pain. Immediately after, the nurse took my blood quickly with absolutely no pain! I was so grateful. ❤

MBO TO FIND HEARING AID

Sue writes: Yesterday I couldn’t find one of my hearing aids and I was sure I put both in the top drawer of the night stand next to my bed. I went back to that drawer several times and even emptied the contents on to my bed searching. I checked other spots in the house, but had no luck. Said my MBO, turned it over to my GA and quit searching. Once in bed that night I opened the top drawer to retrieve an item, when something caught the corner of my eye and I did a double take. There was my missing hearing aid perfectly camouflaged wrapped around my dollar store reading glasses. I thanked my GA out loud and gave a sigh of relief. Thank heaven for MBOs!

MBOs FOR CELEBRATION & WORK COMMUTE

Severine in China writes: Here are 2 fresh MBOs.

1. Great Chinese New Year holidays

Last week was the Chinese New Year. We were unclear of what to do due to COVID. We ended up staying in our town Shenzhen, but we went on a hotel vacation! I requested an MBO for a perfect unfolding of the holidays with great food, great family time, and relaxation. Needless to say it was a success.

2. Perfect commute at work and to wake up early and easily. With this new job, I have to wake up very early for me–6:30 am. I have never been a morning person, but with the help of MBOs I manage to wake up effortlessly, and with easy commutes.

“I request an MBO for a good night’s sleep, and to wake up 5 min before my alarm, and for a perfect commute tomorrow, thank you.” My family says the same for me as a BP.
So far I got a 100% success rate on this!

MBOs FOR FLIGHT, TESTS, WHEELCHAIR

I’ll call him Robert writes: I flew to and from overseas to this country, recently. We hit some turbulence, along the way. I do MBOs for a large cylinder around the airplane, of absolute calm. Shaking in a plane makes me shake… sometimes it took as long as around 40 seconds for the calm to kick in, however it did. It was as if we were dealing with different areas, separately. I seemed to have to do it a few times – it was as if I needed to- once wasn’t enough, but I did them, and got results.

We were visiting friends, overseas. So of course I did MBOs for all our interactions, and they went well. Very well, in fact.

Please don’t mention my name; it is impossible to get a COVID test scheduled- unless you wait until the website opens up, 3 weeks out, and you jump on it, that morning, and even with that I had trouble getting a test scheduled. So we scheduled tests- for less than 72 hours prior to the flight, which was the policy. And of course the authorities moved that up to 48 hours prior… the day before our tests, so we couldn’t get the tests 48 hours prior… so we took what we had, and MBO’d our way through, we weren’t even asked for our tests at all- on the way out- (we were asked on the way back, and of course those were only 24 hours old- just in case they lessened that time.) And we tested negative on all counts, for all tests. Another MBO there, yes. We were asked for our tests, on the way back… and of course we had them. The driver of the bus to home noted he’d dealt with a guy who had tickets, but turned up positive- and couldn’t fly.

It gets better. I asked for a wheelchair- I have a qualifying physical disability, as did someone else travelling with us. Yes, I can walk, it’s just painful, and with our bags, well, I just asked for one. So we went through the line, at the front of the line. And for those who would be jealous- uhh, yeah, but you wouldn’t want the disability. So that was fine. So, when we got to our destination- somehow they called ahead- there was ANOTHER wheelchair awaiting us. AND, we didn’t have to take the long route, no, they put us on a special bus, which got us to customs in record time. And, they were going to charge us for checked luggage- but we only had one bag to check, among the four of us, and it was light- so they decided not to charge us. On the way back, the bag was even lighter, and they also decided not to charge us for that, as well.

I MBO always knowing what MBOs to ask for… and ask for them. That’s another fun game to play. MBOs are subtle, yes, and sometimes… they are incredible!

MBOs FOR MY TRIP TO LOS ANGELES

I was invited to speak at the Conscious Life Expo, held February 4-7 at the LAX Hilton Hotel. I was to give workshops on my PETS book and ATLANTIS & LEMURIA book, plus be part of a panel discussion on New Consciousness. Naturally I started well in advance requesting MBOs for my trip to the airport, flight, and for a corner facing room.

Weather was to play a big part in the first part of my journey. In the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex, we had freezing rain, then sleet, then two inches of snow. Therefore I ordered a limo to pick me up 5:45 am to allow enough time for perhaps a treacherous drive to the airport. Originally I had thought about standing by on the 7:00 am flight, but that flight and all the other flights that morning were canceled, EXCEPT my 8:30 am flight!

Naturally I requested an MBO for the limo to arrive on time, plus our drive to the airport, my check-in, TSA security, and for my flight to be on time. The limo arrived at 5:30 am, our drive was uneventful to the airport, the flight was just slightly late because they had to de-ice the plane. In Los Angeles, I had requested an MBO for the hotel airport shuttle bus to show up when I got to the pickup location. I walked out of the airport exit door and there was the Hilton shuttle sitting there picking up an airline captain. An American Airlines flight attendant had told me to go to the upper level, which did not sound right, so I double-checked and that airline captain was the one who told me where the shuttle buses picked up, not knowing we were headed to the same hotel.

At the hotel, they wanted to charge me an extra $50 for checking in early, so I went to the Speaker check-in and Kristine got my room early. At the check-in, the lady who would be my volunteer, Melody, was checking in, so they assigned her to assist me in the sale of my books at the workshop. This was very fortunate, as there was a shortage of staff, due to Covid. I treated her to lunch, and after lunch and getting into my hotel room, I went through the Exhibitor ballrooms saying hello and giving out my business cards. Had my son not photocopied my vaccination card, I would not have been able to eat in the hotel, since it had to be shown each time I entered, a fortunate MBO.

On Sunday, I conducted my first workshop on Pets. Attendance was light. I had sent my Power Point presentations in advance, but because of the very short staff, neither presentation was loaded on the lap tops. My son had loaded both presentations on a USB drive, so I was able to give both.

Another huge MBO was that Melody offered to take the boxes of books left over and send them from the FED EX location near her home, which not only saved me money I would have had to pay the hotel for handling charges, but allowed me to leave for the airport 15 minutes early and stand by for the 4 pm flight back to DFW, instead of the 5:30 pm flight. I requested an MBO and they gave me a seat with no one next to me. There was only a slight delay. When you EXPECT GREAT THINGS, a lot of times you get them!

MBO TO STOP THE RAIN FOR PLUMBER

Helen in Brisbane Australia writes: I live in a Complex of units and am Chair of the Body Corporate, so when a large subterranean leak occurred in the Complex, I notified plumbers to fix it. They had to call in a specialist to detect the leak with sensitive microphones. The day he arrived he called me to say he was waiting for the rain to stop even though constant rain had been forecast all day. Apparently the microphone picks up the rain droplets making it impossible to locate the leak accurately.

I asked for an MBO to stop the rain for a few minutes so they could locate the leak. The plumber said he only needed two minutes of no rain to detect the leak. Voila!!! The rain stopped as soon as I said the MBO and it began again all day without a break about five minutes later. The plumber was ecstatic as it’s a big deal to notify all residents and have the water turned off – so it causes a big inconvenience for everyone. He really didn’t think there was any chance for that rain to stop. Good work MBOs!!

MBO FOR LOST IPHONE

Jay writes: Good Day to you and your family! I daily say an extensive list of MBOs. This past Friday night, my college age daughter lost her iPhone at a downtown restaurant. The staff could not find it and no one turned her phone in the next day. She was upset about it as her life revolves around that iPhone. On Saturday, she went to our cell phone provider and they said they she could only purchase other phone, and they asked if she wanted to pay upfront or make payments for a new phone. After this news, she contacted her mom with the news. She decided to wait until Monday to make a decision.

I did an MBO on Saturday for the lost/stolen iPhone to be found, or replaced, as quickly, positively and successfully as possible, or even better than we expected. While my wife and I were discussing the situation on Sunday, I asked her if the dormitory rental insurance or the cell phone provider insurance might pay to replace it. I did a search for the details on the iPhone insurance and it looked like it would be possible for a replacement. My wife called the cell phone provider, explained the situation to them and then they transferred her to the insurer. Within about 15 minutes, the insurer issued a replacement iPhone of the same model size and color to be delivered a couple days later. Our daughter was amazed that this happened as she said the phone store person looked at her phone account and at the insurance and the lady did not mention that the insurance might replace it for free. She was prepared to make monthly payments for the next 2 years and now she is getting a free replacement!

MBO FOR THE PERFECT APARTMENT

Pam writes: Also, I must tell you that I have been living with my sister for about 7 years and both she and I were ready for me to get a place of my own. She had helped me out while I was trying to get on better financial footing and I really appreciate her for it. I requested an MBO to find the perfect place. I started looking for apartments and thought I had better get something I can afford but could not find anything that wasn’t depressing.

Then I decided to get something I wanted and make more money to afford it – an apartment with an attached garage that had a storage area. It would be about double what I could afford. I ended up getting an apartment that I just absolutely love and for a very good price, great management, and surrounded by a dense type of “forest” in addition to 2 minutes from my favorite grocery store and 5 minutes closer to work. I love my new place!! I sold some of my appliances and things that I had in storage that I no longer needed, and I got a huge refund from my taxes that I had filed in October. And with what I have in savings, I was confident about affording my new place for at least the next 6 months. And so far, I’m on track with my side business to increase my income so that I can easily afford it on an ongoing basis. Love MBOs!!!

INSURANCE SETTLEMENT ON WRECK MBO

Katrina in Philadelphia writes: In December, my 2013 Hyundai was parked on a wide side street near my house. But overnight someone hit it, and when I came out in the morning, I saw the side of the car smashed in. The car was drivable, but I noticed the steering wheel was crooked, which told me the frame was probably bent. I turned it into my insurance company, worried about having to pay the $1,000 deductible. I said a couple times, “I am asking for an MBO, that whether the car is totaled and I have to buy a new one, or if I’m able to fix it, that whatever happens will be the best possible outcome for me.”

I was told the car was going to be totaled, and now I worried because I still owed almost $4,000 on the car! What if the insurance company didn’t give me enough for the car? Again, I said an MBO, this time that the insurance company would give me at least enough to pay the loan, and then I would figure out how to get enough money for a down payment on a used car. Lo and behold, the insurance company gave me almost $9,000! That not only paid off the car, but gave me enough to put down $3,000 on a brand new car! I was so glad that I said the MBO for this!

MBOs FOR BATTERY, BACK, STEAK, UFO

Mario in Auckland New Zealand writes: Here is my MBO experience on my very first day of requesting MBOs (and this is only for today, Saturday).

~ Recently my electric lawnmower’s battery did not last long enough to mow the entire patch of lawn and I had to charge it mid-way through. So I used a MBO asking that the battery would last the entire mowing… I mowed the entire lawn with HALF the battery still charged!

~ I have been suffering from lower back pain for the past 18 months and have explored every avenue. When I got up this morning I felt that there was something not quite right so much so that I considered not mowing the lawn as it has put additional strain on my back in the past. I however decided to push on and see what would happen As expected the pain got worse and after I was done I was on my way to take a shower and decided to give an extreme MBO a go… I asked for immediate pain relief and low and behold when I got out of the shower I felt relief, and 15 to 30 minutes later absolutely no pain, and without taking any medication.

~ I wanted to test it even further and I was planning on grilling a premium thick cut steak for dinner. Parking is always tight outside the only butcher in Auckland that has premium cut meat. I decided to test the parking MBO and asked for a specific parking, not the best but a specific one. I thought while I was at it… let’s ask that the premium cut that I was after be at a discount price. I requested both these MBOs while I was listening to your book and mowing the lawn seeing how you stated that we need to ask early for our GA to set things in motion. SO… I drove up to the butcher and AGAIN the exact parking I asked for was available with almost every other parking in the lot being full. I though WOW… how cool is this and then walked up to the counter where the steak was display to realize that the normal selling price have been dropped by $10 per KG.

~ Now after the lawnmower battery and back ache scenarios I told my wife (who is a sceptic) that I have requested MBOs and that it has worked for those situations and what the results were. She kind of brushed it off and dismissed it. We decided to get our kids a drive through take away on the way home seeing how it was getting late in the afternoon. She suggested a take-away that is always very busy with long queues at the drive through. I told her that we would try a MBO on it… I requested out loud with her next to me for good service and quality food. AGAIN… we only had two cars in front of us, the service was quick and when I collected the bag I thought that they gave us the wrong order as it was heavier than usual. Even my wife acknowledged that the food was fresher that usual and that the portions were bigger.

~ Now here’s the kicker… I got home and thought to myself, “All this has worked out, why not go really big”. I have heard or read (not sure where) that one could request a “fly-by” from an ET craft, so I though what the hell, let’s request an MBO. So after the steak grilled I decided to go and sit outside and keep repeating the MBO. Now it was not a clear night, but the clouds moving across the sky helped to provide some context to the movement of the stars and moon in the sky.

I kept repeating the MBO for a fly-by and not too long after I noticed a light (far away appearing as a different colored star) moving faster across the sky than what the rest of the star were. It was however moving in the same direction from left to right even though it was faster. I lost it in the clouds but realized that it was faster than the rest. I thought… hey let me really push my limits here, so I requested an MBO where I asked for the same phenomenon to happen but where it would move from right to left across the horizon. I waited and waited and nothing…. I went inside to get a refreshment and sat down again not expecting much… and then incredibly I saw the same light moving from right to left in the sky. I followed it until I could not see it any longer. It was no plane as it was too far away. I saw a plane in the sky earlier. I doubted myself and then Googled whether or not satellites can go in opposite directions in the sky, which the result stated that it could not.

It was then that I got up immediately and started typing this email. I was in two minds around whether or not I wanted to contact you before I have read your books, but I have experienced an amazing day and wanted to share it and hopefully get some feedback. I know that this as a long winded email and I apologies, but I just wanted to capture all the facts while they were fresh in my memory. This is not an attempt to get any kind of exposure or acknowledgement on your newsletter (to which I have subscribed), I would just like some feedback please.

I think our GA’s work hard to make sure you realize all the help they can give when you first start requesting MBOs.

I was down with cold and cough. The MBO group (see link below) on the internet said a BP for me for get well soon and in just 3 to 4 days I recovered, without any medicines. My sister got food poisoning. Again, in the MBO group we said a BP and within a day she reported 90% well.

More responsibility – I had said an MBO and a BP was also said for me to become head of APAC business for my company. I have been given the responsibility of China business along with India, which is a great start.

MBO FOR WALLET LEFT AT LIBRARY

Dalene writes: Thank you so very much for all your work and books. My life is so much better and easier thanks to you. Here is a recent example:

I was at the library recently left my wallet at the self-checkout station.

Only realized this when at the grocery store a few minutes later and tried to pay. I immediately began saying MBOs. The really amazing part was I did not go into fear about this. I was sure my wallet was fine. Just kept asking for MBOs.

Drove back to the library, walked to the desk and the librarian had my wallet safely for me. I thanked her and she said, “Your lucky day!!” I was thinking no, my most benevolent day, but just smiled and walked away. I thanked my guardian angel all the way back to the grocery store.

My groceries were waiting for me and the clerk said, “So glad you found your wallet!”
A benevolent ending to something that could have been so stressful and unpleasant.
Thank you guardian angels and spirit guides!!

MBO FOR SCONES

Sandy in Pennsylvania writes: I just had an experience that I can only attribute to MBOs so thought I’d pass it along.

I found out today that the farmers market near me would not be holding their regular market due to snow but they would fill pre-orders. However, the scones I like were not listed on the website for pre-order. I called them and they told me that they were not including bakery products as it’s a separate venue and they pick up bakery products when driving to DC from Pennsylvania. Since the market is cancelled, they would not have any of the bakery items available. They didn’t ask for my information and I thanked them and hung up. I always ask for MBOs before (often a day or 2 before) going to the market as they run out of some items. So when I heard this I said to my guides – well guess this was too hard to help with – given the snow emergency…

Then about an hour later I received a call from the market pre-order manager who told me that he had some leftover scones from yesterday’s market and he could pack them up for me for tomorrow. Needless to say, I was thrilled and arranged the pick-up for tomorrow. The thing is, I never gave them my name or other information but they must keep a record of calls in their system etc. What a wonderful surprise. I attribute it to my angels and guides working overtime because of the MBOs I requested.

MBO TO FIND PURSE

My wife, Dena, was going to take our dog Tara for physical therapy session to assist in her recovery from a torn ligament. She looked for her purse, containing her wallet, house keys and car key, but could not find it. After several minutes, even going upstairs to her office to see if she took it there, she requested a Most Benevolent Outcome to find the purse.

She then was led back to our bedroom, and there, hanging on the back of her makeup chair under a couple of other items was the purse. She had already looked there at least three previous times, but this time it appeared. Yay, MBOs!

MBO FOR THE PERFECT APARTMENT

Pam writes: Also, I must tell you that I have been living with my sister for about 7 years and both she and I were ready for me to get a place of my own. She had helped me out while I was trying to get on better financial footing and I really appreciate her for it. I requested an MBO to find the perfect place. I started looking for apartments and thought I had better get something I can afford but could not find anything that wasn’t depressing.

Then I decided to get something I wanted and make more money to afford it – an apartment with an attached garage that had a storage area. It would be about double what I could afford. I ended up getting an apartment that I just absolutely love and for a very good price, great management, and surrounded by a dense type of “forest” in addition to 2 minutes from my favorite grocery store and 5 minutes closer to work. I love my new place!! I sold some of my appliances and things that I had in storage that I no longer needed, and I got a huge refund from my taxes that I had filed in October. And with what I have in savings, I was confident about affording my new place for at least the next 6 months. And so far, I’m on track with my side business to increase my income so that I can easily afford it on an ongoing basis. Love MBOs!!!

INSURANCE SETTLEMENT ON WRECK MBO

Katrina in Philadelphia writes: In December, my 2013 Hyundai was parked on a wide side street near my house. But overnight someone hit it, and when I came out in the morning, I saw the side of the car smashed in. The car was drivable, but I noticed the steering wheel was crooked, which told me the frame was probably bent. I turned it into my insurance company, worried about having to pay the $1,000 deductible. I said a couple times, “I am asking for an MBO, that whether the car is totaled and I have to buy a new one, or if I’m able to fix it, that whatever happens will be the best possible outcome for me.”

I was told the car was going to be totaled, and now I worried because I still owed almost $4,000 on the car! What if the insurance company didn’t give me enough for the car? Again, I said an MBO, this time that the insurance company would give me at least enough to pay the loan, and then I would figure out how to get enough money for a down payment on a used car. Lo and behold, the insurance company gave me almost $9,000! That not only paid off the car, but gave me enough to put down $3,000 on a brand new car! I was so glad that I said the MBO for this!

MBOs FOR BATTERY, BACK, STEAK, UFO

Mario in Auckland New Zealand writes: Here is my MBO experience on my very first day of requesting MBOs (and this is only for today, Saturday).

~ Recently my electric lawnmower’s battery did not last long enough to mow the entire patch of lawn and I had to charge it mid-way through. So I used a MBO asking that the battery would last the entire mowing… I mowed the entire lawn with HALF the battery still charged!

~ I have been suffering from lower back pain for the past 18 months and have explored every avenue. When I got up this morning I felt that there was something not quite right so much so that I considered not mowing the lawn as it has put additional strain on my back in the past. I however decided to push on and see what would happen As expected the pain got worse and after I was done I was on my way to take a shower and decided to give an extreme MBO a go… I asked for immediate pain relief and low and behold when I got out of the shower I felt relief, and 15 to 30 minutes later absolutely no pain, and without taking any medication.

~ I wanted to test it even further and I was planning on grilling a premium thick cut steak for dinner. Parking is always tight outside the only butcher in Auckland that has premium cut meat. I decided to test the parking MBO and asked for a specific parking, not the best but a specific one. I thought while I was at it… let’s ask that the premium cut that I was after be at a discount price. I requested both these MBOs while I was listening to your book and mowing the lawn seeing how you stated that we need to ask early for our GA to set things in motion. SO… I drove up to the butcher and AGAIN the exact parking I asked for was available with almost every other parking in the lot being full. I though WOW… how cool is this and then walked up to the counter where the steak was display to realize that the normal selling price have been dropped by $10 per KG.

~ Now after the lawnmower battery and back ache scenarios I told my wife (who is a sceptic) that I have requested MBOs and that it has worked for those situations and what the results were. She kind of brushed it off and dismissed it. We decided to get our kids a drive through take away on the way home seeing how it was getting late in the afternoon. She suggested a take-away that is always very busy with long queues at the drive through. I told her that we would try a MBO on it… I requested out loud with her next to me for good service and quality food. AGAIN… we only had two cars in front of us, the service was quick and when I collected the bag I thought that they gave us the wrong order as it was heavier than usual. Even my wife acknowledged that the food was fresher that usual and that the portions were bigger.

~ Now here’s the kicker… I got home and thought to myself, “All this has worked out, why not go really big”. I have heard or read (not sure where) that one could request a “fly-by” from an ET craft, so I though what the hell, let’s request an MBO. So after the steak grilled I decided to go and sit outside and keep repeating the MBO. Now it was not a clear night, but the clouds moving across the sky helped to provide some context to the movement of the stars and moon in the sky.

I kept repeating the MBO for a fly-by and not too long after I noticed a light (far away appearing as a different colored star) moving faster across the sky than what the rest of the star were. It was however moving in the same direction from left to right even though it was faster. I lost it in the clouds but realized that it was faster than the rest. I thought… hey let me really push my limits here, so I requested an MBO where I asked for the same phenomenon to happen but where it would move from right to left across the horizon. I waited and waited and nothing…. I went inside to get a refreshment and sat down again not expecting much… and then incredibly I saw the same light moving from right to left in the sky. I followed it until I could not see it any longer. It was no plane as it was too far away. I saw a plane in the sky earlier. I doubted myself and then Googled whether or not satellites can go in opposite directions in the sky, which the result stated that it could not.

It was then that I got up immediately and started typing this email. ~ I wanted to test it even further and I was planning on grilling a premium thick cut steak for dinner. Parking is always tight outside the only butcher in Auckland that has premium cut meat. I decided to test the parking MBO and asked for a specific parking, not the best but a specific one. I thought while I was at it… let’s ask that the premium cut that I was after be at a discount price. I requested both these MBOs while I was listening to your book and mowing the lawn seeing how you stated that we need to ask early for our GA to set things in motion. SO… I drove up to the butcher and AGAIN the exact parking I asked for was available with almost every other parking in the lot being full. I though WOW… how cool is this and then walked up to the counter where the steak was display to realize that the normal selling price have been dropped by $10 per KG.

~ Now after the lawnmower battery and back ache scenarios I told my wife (who is a sceptic) that I have requested MBOs and that it has worked for those situations and what the results were. She kind of brushed it off and dismissed it. We decided to get our kids a drive through take away on the way home seeing how it was getting late in the afternoon. She suggested a take-away that is always very busy with long queues at the drive through. I told her that we would try a MBO on it… I requested out loud with her next to me for good service and quality food. AGAIN… we only had two cars in front of us, the service was quick and when I collected the bag I thought that they gave us the wrong order as it was heavier than usual. Even my wife acknowledged that the food was fresher that usual and that the portions were bigger.

~ Now here’s the kicker… I got home and thought to myself, “All this has worked out, why not go really big”. I have heard or read (not sure where) that one could request a “fly-by” from an ET craft, so I though what the hell, let’s request an MBO. So after the steak grilled I decided to go and sit outside and keep repeating the MBO. Now it was not a clear night, but the clouds moving across the sky helped to provide some context to the movement of the stars and moon in the sky.

I kept repeating the MBO for a fly-by and not too long after I noticed a light (far away appearing as a different colored star) moving faster across the sky than what the rest of the stars were. It was however moving in the same direction from left to right even though it was faster. I lost it in the clouds but realized that it was faster than the rest. I thought… hey let me really push my limits here, so I requested an MBO where I asked for the same phenomenon to happen but where it would move from right to left across the horizon. I waited and waited and nothing…. I went inside to get a refreshment and sat down again not expecting much… and then incredibly I saw the same light moving from right to left in the sky. I followed it until I could not see it any longer. It was no plane as it was too far away. I saw a plane in the sky earlier. I doubted myself and then Googled whether or not satellites can go in opposite directions in the sky, which the result stated that it could not.

It was then that I got up immediately and started typing this email. I was in two minds around whether or not I wanted to contact you before I have read your books, but I have experienced an amazing day and wanted to share it and hopefully get some feedback. I know that this as a long winded email and I apologies, but I just wanted to capture all the facts while they were fresh in my memory. This is not an attempt to get any kind of exposure or acknowledgement on your newsletter (to which I have subscribed), I would just like some feedback please.

I think our GA’s work hard to make sure you realize all the help they can give when you first start requesting MBOs.

MBO FOR THE PERFECT APARTMENT

Pam writes: Also, I must tell you that I have been living with my sister for about 7 years and both she and I were ready for me to get a place of my own. She had helped me out while I was trying to get on better financial footing and I really appreciate her for it. I requested an MBO to find the perfect place. I started looking for apartments and thought I had better get something I can afford but could not find anything that wasn’t depressing.

Then I decided to get something I wanted and make more money to afford it – an apartment with an attached garage that had a storage area. It would be about double what I could afford. I ended up getting an apartment that I just absolutely love and for a very good price, great management, and surrounded by a dense type of “forest” in addition to 2 minutes from my favorite grocery store and 5 minutes closer to work. I love my new place!! I sold some of my appliances and things that I had in storage that I no longer needed, and I got a huge refund from my taxes that I had filed in October. And with what I have in savings, I was confident about affording my new place for at least the next 6 months. And so far, I’m on track with my side business to increase my income so that I can easily afford it on an ongoing basis. Love MBOs!!!

INSURANCE SETTLEMENT ON WRECK MBO

Katrina in Philadelphia writes: In December, my 2013 Hyundai was parked on a wide side street near my house. But overnight someone hit it, and when I came out in the morning, I saw the side of the car smashed in. The car was drivable, but I noticed the steering wheel was crooked, which told me the frame was probably bent. I turned it into my insurance company, worried about having to pay the $1,000 deductible. I said a couple times, “I am asking for an MBO, that whether the car is totaled and I have to buy a new one, or if I’m able to fix it, that whatever happens will be the best possible outcome for me.”

I was told the car was going to be totaled, and now I worried because I still owed almost $4,000 on the car! What if the insurance company didn’t give me enough for the car? Again, I said an MBO, this time that the insurance company would give me at least enough to pay the loan, and then I would figure out how to get enough money for a down payment on a used car. Lo and behold, the insurance company gave me almost $9,000! That not only paid off the car, but gave me enough to put down $3,000 on a brand new car! I was so glad that I said the MBO for this!

MBOs FOR BATTERY, BACK, STEAK, UFO

Mario in Auckland New Zealand writes: Here is my MBO experience on my very first day of requesting MBOs (and this is only for today, Saturday).

~ Recently my electric lawnmower’s battery did not last long enough to mow the entire patch of lawn and I had to charge it mid-way through. So I used a MBO asking that the battery would last the entire mowing… I mowed the entire lawn with HALF the battery still charged!

~ I have been suffering from lower back pain for the past 18 months and have explored every avenue. When I got up this morning I felt that there was something not quite right so much so that I considered not mowing the lawn as it has put additional strain on my back in the past. I however decided to push on and see what would happen As expected the pain got worse and after I was done I was on my way to take a shower and decided to give an extreme MBO a go… I asked for immediate pain relief and low and behold when I got out of the shower I felt relief, and 15 to 30 minutes later absolutely no pain, and without taking any medication.
