MBO & BPs FOR HEART PROCEDURE

On October 21, 2025 I was scheduled for another heart ablation. The last time I had one was in 2015, when I was on the operating table for six hours and my heart was zapped 40 times. Medical procedures have greatly improved in the past 10 years, so this one was only supposed to take one hour on an out patient basis, with a 3 hour recovery time.

Well in advance I asked everyone to say a Benevolent Prayer for me out loud—that my procedure would be done perfectly to bring my heart back to normal. I had several hundred people say that prayer, so I greatly appreciate and thank you from the bottom of my healthy heart!

We had to get up at 4 am, since we had to drive to the hospital, park, and proceed to the check-in to be there by 6 am. We requested MBOs for the drive and it went smoothly. We arrived just a little early as we planned and were second in line to check in. I was given the wristband and papers and proceeded to the ground floor with Dena to the heart procedure area. Soon I was called and taken to Bay 22—as you know 22 is a power number.

One thing I noticed that I attributed to the MBO and BPs was that all the nurses were extremely experienced. They had a minimum of 20 years or more of experience—even as much as 31! It was as if they were all there to make sure I was well taken care of.

The anesthesiologist came by and I gave him some feedback about what blend works best for me.  When it came time for the procedure, they rolled my patient bed down the hall while I sang “On the Road Again” by Willie Nelson. At the operating room all the staff and nurses were dressed head to toe in plastic suits of different colors. I said a “Good Morning Everyone!”

The head surgical nurse had me walk to the operating table and step on a stool onto the table. I then told everyone I was going to introduce them to THE GENTLE WAY and then said out loud a BP that everyone would perform their work PERFECTLY to bring my heart back to full health, with no need for anymore procedures the rest of my life. I then told the anesthesiologist to put me under. I woke up to being offered ice and a graham cracker. At the end of the 3 hours they discharged me and we requested an MBO for the drive home. I’ve been taking it easy for the last few days.

MBO FOR DENTAL TREATMENT

Dianne writes from the UK: I had major dental treatment on Thursday. I knew I would be in the chair for an hour and a half. I requested an MBO.

As I left the house, I said to my daughter, ‘I am a little nervous’.  She said, ‘Here, take this to hold while you are in the chair’. It was a small Angel figure within a clear quartz crystal.

As I sat in the dental chair, the dental nurse asked me if I would like to watch TV or listen to music. I replied ‘Music, please’. Almost before I finished speaking the music began to play, Tom.

‘Send Me An Angel, Right Now’ began playing. A song I had never even heard before but it really made me smile. Absolute confirmation that my MBO to The Angels had been received loud and clear and responded to in the most wonderful way. My dental treatment was perfect, too!

MBO FOR THE EFFECTS OF LEMON WATER

Kathryn writes: My MBO story might not be one that you want to publish because of the nature of the topic but I just had to share because I’m thrilled.

Every morning I drink a glass of lemon water to help my liver flush toxins from my body. Every time I do this I set my intention by reciting out loud “This lemon water flushes toxins from my liver and detoxifies my body easily and effectively. It’s like drinking lemon light.” I’ve done this for several years now. Since finding your website I’ve added an MBO request to the beginning of it, and the effect is incredible! My body noticeably flushes out a lot more than I’m accustomed to! At first I didn’t make the connection as to what changed, and then I realized the changes happened once I added the MBO! How exciting! Blessings to you. I use them all the time for everything now.

MBO FOR LICENSE PLATE RENEWAL

Richard writes: Yesterday, I had to call the DMV in my state, about getting my license plate and registration updated. I dreaded it. I spent over an hour trying to get through, and never could; they have multiple referrals, and messages every 30 seconds about how I could just get it all online, in a website that is possibly the worst website I’ve ever dealt with, ever, clearly designed by someone who had to have done the grand tour of Dante’s Inferno, and decided to replicate it in a website. Getting a live body there is kind of like trying to find the 7 gold cities of Cibola, it’s a Hero’s Journey, just about. It was like some evil genius was laughing continuously about how difficult their website was to use. I did my after battle summary, and realized I hadn’t asked for an MBO.

So I called them today, after invoking the MBO angels. OK, had to wait a little bit, but I actually got a live body, after only 8 minutes [lightning fast for that DMV], who was, check this out, HELPFUL! Told me how to get Disabled Vet plates, as well, turns out that registrations are now apparently online and I don’t need to get mine renewed until 2028. I’m old school, I want a paper registration in the vehicle, so I’ll keep up with that. The difference between yesterday and today was night and day, though. I’m thinking of putting a wristband on, that says, “No matter which way, the wind blows, I’m invoking MBOs!” I claim no rights to that statement, anyone who wishes to use it is free to do so, I place it in the public domain.

MBO FOR HANDYMAN AND PLUMBER

Handyman and Plumber.

We had the handyman, and also a plumber, scheduled on the same day. I didn’t want them coming at the same time.

I requested an MBO that they come at the most perfect separate times, and not at the same time. And all the jobs were done perfectly.

The handyman came even earlier than expected. He was coming at 5pm, but came in the morning instead!!

And the plumber came in the afternoon. Turns out the plumber was the nephew of a lovely couple in our neighborhood, who I’ve known for years. And went to school with their children (the plumber’s cousins). Nice to have a good chat with him about them.

All jobs were done perfectly, by both the plumber, and earlier by the handyman!
The plumber gave us some free spare parts, and the handyman even took away some furniture we would’ve had to take to the tip ourselves!

(Not sure if you use the word “tip” in the USA, when referring to throwing away items, you don’t need anymore. Do you call is scrapyard, or the dump?)

Landfill or dump are common names.

MBO & BP FOR SCHOOL EXAMS

Joe in Philadelphia writes: While walking my 12 year-old son to school, he said he had a test that day. We said an MBO so he will do well on his test. We then said a benevolent prayer BP for the rest of his class to do well. The next day he got 20/20 questions correct and his classmates did so well the teacher didn’t give them any homework to do for that night. Teach your kids how MBOs work to make their lives easier.

MBO TO WIN A RAFFLE PRIZE

Richard writes: In the past, my pre-MBO past, I didn’t win raffles. However, there was a raffle last weekend- they had a gathering at the public library, some kind of fundraising thing. And they had raffle tickets for sale, as part of it. What the heck, it all supported the library, so after an MBO I bought one. I got a call today. It seems I won a bottle of some very nice wine, with some very nice glasses. As it happens, I don’t drink alcohol- so I gave it to some neighbors, who do. The father is disabled, on a pension, and he was ripped up and bankrupted in divorce court over 12 years, some years ago. His son lives with him, as an aide, with the son’s girlfriend also there. They don’t have a lot, but DO enjoy nice wine. So I gave it to them, along with the glasses. They were happy to get it.

MBO FOR SMART WATCH TO CHARGE

Dena has had a problem for the last few months with her smart watch to charge sometimes and other times hardly any.

Yesterday, when she attached the charger, she requested an MBO for it to be fully charged. It was! It’s those mundane requests that make life easier!

MBO FOR SLEEP IN A HOSPITAL

Urvish in India writes: MBO: An MBO for a sound sleep:
My father has been going through a long and tough surgical procedure with this bone infection in his leg, We have had 3 hospitalizations already in 3 months and each time it has been heavy on my father and me too to some extent, lot of anxiety and energy getting processed.
Last time, knowing how the prior hospitalizations went, I asked an MBO for sound sleep post surgery and to have a more comfortable experience if possible while in the hospital for 2 days. Intuitively I was guided to go for a single occupancy room like a private room. Post Surgery both my Dad and I had slept like we have never done in eons. Knocked out and woke up really relaxed. I could even intuitively feel some angels at my Dad’s head as we were getting into beds and ready to sleep. I have not had a sleep like that since then again. 🙂 I was really grateful for the sleep and any and all angels / guide who made it happen due to the MBO. MBOs can be very heartening experiences.

MBO FOR GARBAGE BINS PLACEMENT

Gabrielle writes from Melbourne, Australia: This is a small MBO but a good one. Each week I put out the rubbish bins on the same evening, for the rubbish to be collected the next day. After the rubbish has been collected, quite often the bins are left strewn along the street and I have to fetch them and bring them back.

Several weeks ago I realized I could say an MBO about this. I now say the MBO aloud each week, directly after putting out the bins: “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for the bins to be put back exactly where I have placed them, thank you!” I didn’t expect it to work but so far it has worked perfectly!

This has reminded me that MBOs can be used to remedy the smallest of problems. Thank you, Tom, for sharing this wonderful “manifestation” method. It’s so easy. Just one sentence.

MBO FOR COST OF TREE TRIMMING

We needed our trees trimmed, along with flower beds, etc. Both Dena and I requested an MBO that the price quoted would be even better than we could hope for or expect. We were pleasantly surprised when the quote came in at $600—less than half that from last year.

MBOs IN A HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT

Richard writes: I have found that I can ask for an MBO to remember to ask for and MBO. I am retraining my brain circuitry to default to asking for the MBO, instead of worrying. this may seem small, but for me, it isn’t.

I had a supervisor who was a diversity hire. She hated veterans [like me], treated them badly. Let’s just say that it was unpleasant, for a while. I thought hard work and great service would fix it. Not in her case. Well, I kept saying MBOs to make it to my full retirement date, which I did do. She caused me more trouble- of course. She trashed other staff that left the office, also, as well as staff that stayed. Well… she was federal. WAS. Her position was cut, under DOGE, and she’s gone. In the past our previous supervisors had extensive experience, were wise, understood the programs, appreciated excellence, etc. She was a diversity hire. Every one of her staffers was glad to see her go. I don’t wish ill on anyone, I just do MBOs to stay out of their field of vision. I am not rejoicing that she’s gone, but I’m also not sorry she’s gone. Other remaining staff were ecstatic she’s gone. She trashed every veteran who ever worked for her, and others. I will say this- that woman made me study your Gentle Way books, and apply everything I could figure out from them.

MBO FOR RESTROOM ACCESS AT REST STOP

Lisette writes: Looking forward to your newsletter every time, and learning to apply the MBO and request. Yes it works wonderfully. Something nice happened during our holidays. On our trip throughout Spain, we stop from time to time to have a coffee or going to the bathroom.. and ladies will know that the waiting line at the ladies part of the restrooms are much longer than on the boys part.:))

When we stopped one day, we saw a bus was about to leave and I did my MBO to have direct access to the ladies restroom. And yes, no problem, it was a walk through… but when I left the ladies restroom, there was a 20m line up… happened 3 busses just stopped and all the ladies were running to be first… I just thanked my angel for helping me… see, even in little things, MBO prayers are helpful.:))

MBO FOR EASY BLOOD SAMPLE

I have to have a blood sample taken every three months. I am up in years and it’s usually almost impossible to have the phlebotomist get the sample. They are only allowed to stick a person 3 times. I’ve had three people trying several times.

I had an appointment for today, so I began saying MBOs all day yesterday for a fast easy plunge. Thankfully, the Dr. found a vein immediately, stuck me and got the sample immediately. AMEN. I am good for three months and will say my MBO in due time. Thank you Tom for spreading the good news.

BPs FOR SAFETY FROM TYPHOON & STROKE

Severine writes from China: Here’s a brief report of two positive manifested BPs

**1. Typhoon**
A severe typhoon was forecast to hit South China, especially Hong Kong and Shenzhen. **I asked any and all beings across all timelines to assist Gaia in reducing the severity of the typhoon in the path of South China, to protect any and all beings in its path, and to move it offshore.** Over 20 people joined the BP in our WhatsApp group. Thanks to divine grace, the typhoon deviated, sparing Guangdong province. There were almost no casualties in my city and only one in a neighboring city—a true miracle.

**2. Stroke Recovery**
My godfather suffered a stroke last month. **I asked any and all beings across all timelines to please help [name] in fully recovering from his stroke, and to send him the best treatment to help him regain the use of his voice and his left side.** His recovery was miraculous: within five days, he was home, speaking and moving his left side again.

Deb in Minnesota writes: We were a little late leaving for an appointment today and the traffic appeared to be heavy. So I said an MBO to get to the appointment on time or early. The traffic got lighter and we arrived 10 minutes early. Amazing. Love the MBOs and BPs.
