Always loved Pork Pie hats. Saw one, but it was a different color, to the one I wanted. Took a photo with it on, it was only until I got home and looked at the photo, I realized it looked great.
Forgetting the name of the shop I saw it, I was able to track it down after requesting a MBO to buy that exact Pork Pie Hat. Spoke to the owner on the phone, she added it to her online shop, I was able to buy it!
MBO FOR APPOINTMENTS, BPs FOR FRIEND
Mary writes from London: I was very stressed for time last Sunday as I had two appointments nearly straight after each other, I needed some travel time in between of at least 20 minutes. There was no way I could cancel or rearrange either appointments. The first appointment was an afternoon call which can run from 30-60 minutes, usually 50 minutes. Once you are on the call you can not leave so I was a bit concerned to put it mildly. I said an MBO several times that morning for a short call and that everything would work out in perfect time. The call only lasted about 30 minutes, so I did not have to stress about time at all. Perfect solution – thank you.
I asked for an MBO to send healing angels to stay with an older friend of mine in her 80’s (who lives a long way away), to bring her calm, safety, and strength while her husband was waiting to be admitted to a care home for dementia. It has been exhausting 9 months and emotionally draining for her with no real support from family or from the medical/social care people. I also asked in the an MBO that the medical staff would get more involved to help and expedite accommodations, as I was in fear for her safety. Amazing, in four days he was in a care home and my friend had care staff calling in several times a day. She said after all this time of silence and nothing now it non stop from so many organizations who want to help. She is thrilled and was so thankful for all the Divine support. Her family have also woken up and starting to help a bit. Now she is slowly regaining her health and energy in peace. That was a challenging task for sure and I am astounded by it; just goes to show no task is too big.
MBO TO FINISH TAX RETURN
Carrie writes: Was trying to get my taxes finished last minute and the website I always use was having so many problems it was impossible. Finally gave up. Next day I was prepared to have to start all over on a different web site if necessary. Said an MBO. And was happy to see that day the web site worked flawlessly and I was able to get my taxes finished in time.
MBO FOR CABLE AND TV UPGRADE
Donna in Florida writes: I was getting my cable internet and TV upgraded and before the appointment I said an MBO to have a kind, patient and experienced installer come to my house, and that everything would work out perfectly. And that is exactly what happened! The technician was so nice and polite. When there was a little trouble getting the new network to activate, I quietly said an MBO for the internet to work, and it immediately worked!! I have had grumpy, mean installers in the past, but this was such an enjoyable experience. My cable guy was amazing! Thank you, Tom for such a valuable tool!

BPs FOR SON’S SPRAINED BACK SHOULDER
Wong writes: MBO for recovery from sprained back shoulder.
My son Justine is working in Singapore and sprained his back shoulder. We asked a group MBO for a speedy recovery from pain and swelling. Later, he walked into a random medicine shop to purchase a herbal ointment for his pain. The TCM practitioner inquired why he needed that ointment and proceeded to diagnose his symptom. He successfully treated his pain and swelling with acupuncture! I knew he was guided to this medicine shop and met the right person to help him. So grateful to our group MBO and it works so well. MBO FOR RESULTS OF TELEPHONE CALL

I was expecting a telephone call. The night before I requested a MBO for the most perfect telephone call, and for results better than I could hope for or expect.
On the day, I was expecting the call at 2 pm. But they called straight away 9am in the morning!
So it was nice and early, the situation concerning the phone call was all sorted. And was able to get on with other things that day, since they called early.
MBO FOR RETURN OF LOST WINTER HAT
Deb in Minnesota writes: I’ve got a good story for you. Last week I lost my favorite winter hat at the grocery store and I was very upset about it. (Keep in mind that I live in Minnesota and it can still be cold.)
So I said numerous MBOs and BPs for the return of my hat. I also felt how it would be when it was returned to me and even made up a little song about my hat coming back to me and how happy I’d be.
So when I went grocery shopping again today, one of the clerks told me she found the hat last Sunday, but the note about where to call if it was found had been thrown out. Then when she saw me she told me she found the hat. As I was leaving the store, I asked about it and there it was. I was so happy!!! Made my day for sure.
MBOs FOR BLOCK PARTY
We were invited to a block party in our Plano, Texas neighborhood a couple of Saturdays ago. I requested MBOs for Dena and I to find something at Kroger’s to bring for the potluck spread, then a parking place close to the corner of the street, since Todd and I would have to lug four chairs down for the party, while Dena carried the cheese tray we chose at Krogers. One of the organizers of the party suggested we bring our granddaughter (he “just happened to be outside”), since he had seen us occasionally walking the dogs with her, when she visited. Our daughter was supposed to bring her, but couldn’t because of work, so our son-in-law came, but could only stay an hour. I was disappointed, since they had hired a classic rock band. We had given her a guitar for Christmas and she had made just a little progress, but had a great time in the bounce house.
Getting a little ahead of myself. Found a place to park my car right at the corner of the street. I also requested MBOs to have a great time and meet new people at the block party. When we walked down the sidewalk we came to the tent where the band was sitting up, facing the other direction. There were lots of chairs facing them across the street, and while I was scanning for a place to put our chairs, a lady sitting underneath a tent in front of her house right behind the band offered to share. This turned out to be a perfect place where we could hear the band, but not be drowned out, get to know the couple who lived there, and be shaded by their tent from the afternoon Texas sun. Valorie’s husband, Hal, even offered us bottles of water. Very nice people.
Music played were songs from the 70s, many of which we could remember the lyrics. There was lots of food to choose from. A Thai lady talked me into trying “Thai tea,” and liked it so well I had a second glass. One of the things we love about our neighborhood is that it is a great mix of people of different nationalities.
All in all, just a fine time to spend on a Saturday afternoon!

MBO TO FIX BALCONY DOOR

I hope you’re doing well. I’ve got a fresh MBO story for you.
My balcony door had been acting up—to the point where it was really difficult to open and close. The handle was misaligned. I watched some tutorials on YouTube and tried all sorts of things—opening, closing, adjusting—but nothing worked.
Then I said an MBO to solve the problem. I went back to the door, fiddled around again—still no success. At some point, I just stopped thinking. I moved the handle up and down a few times. And suddenly—it worked. The default setting was restored, and I could open and close the balcony door without any issues. Simple, but effective.
MBO FOR PLUMBER AND HIS WORK

I had a plumber who was coming to do some work. I requested a MBO that he would come as early as possible in the morning, and for the perfect completion of the work. He came super early – much earlier than I even thought, and the job was done perfectly.
BP FOR FRUSTRATED WOMAN AND KIDS
Carrie writes: Had a great one the other weekend. I was at the park with my friend’s kids sitting in the car waiting for them. Heard another woman (who was parked a couple of empty spaces from me) gathering her crew up to leave and sounding very frustrated, seemed to be ordering everyone around etc. I said a quiet Benevolent Prayer for that woman and her kids. Right after, as she was getting ready to get in her vehicle she saw me and called me by name. It was a friend I had went to school with and have been close to other times as well but have not seen or spoken to in at about 10 years. She was happy to see me and told me how the family at the next table over were from her church but had been rude to them. I hope her day ended up brighter, I know mine did.

MBOs FOR BREAKFAST WITH FRIENDS
Last Saturday, Dena and I were scheduled to join our friends Frank and Candi for breakfast. This was also the day the DFW Metroplex was predicted to have 2 to 3 inches of rain starting around 3 or 4 am. We debated whether to change the breakfast to Sunday, but decided not to.
I requested MBOs for our drive to the restaurant, a parking spot close to the door, great service since it was not last time, a great breakfast with our friends, and an easy drive home.
All went perfectly. The drive was in light rain, parking spot directly across from the entrance, service was excellent, there were plenty of tables, so we did not feel rushed to leave, lots of interesting discussions with our friends, and the drive home was in a very light rain. All in all, a perfect Saturday morning!
