President Trump keeps running into roadblocks. Theo said this would happen in the February 11 newsletter:
There are those in the administration that have extreme views whom we  have previously mentioned. But the nice thing about your form of government is that there are checks and balances put in place that will prevent extreme views from becoming the norm. You have Congress and your Supreme Court to balance any extreme views in the Administration.
News reports say that Trump Care is on life support. It needs major changes to protect as many people as were on Obamacare. We can continue to influence President Trump, Congress, and his Administration by continuing to say this Benevolent Prayer OUT LOUD:
“I ask any and all beings to assist President Trump, his Administration, Congress, state legislators and the courts of this nation to make decisions in the best interests of the citizens of the United States, the citizens of the world, and planet, thank you!”
In the February 25 newsletter, I asked Gaia:
Will the upper Midwest and East Coast remain in the weather pattern of these snow storms they have been experiencing?
Oh, yes, nothing will change there for a while. That is the highest  probability. Again, reread what I told you last September. These winter storms will continue for over a month.
She was right on the mark, with the Nor’easter that hit the East Coast.

FUTURE FOR RUSSIA & USA RELATIONSHIP
Raymond writes: Russia and the U.S. have been on a collision course the last several years. Many issues related to Crimea, Syria and positioning American troops in former Warsaw Pact Nations have  chilled our relationship. Most recently, Russia has been accused of tampering with our elections and President Obama expelled 35 Russian Diplomats.
Is the recent experience between Russia and the U.S. a temporary situation that will improve with Donald Trump? Or are we on a downward spiral that will lead to a conflict?
Gaia, what is the highest probability for the future relationship between the USA and Russia?
It will be tumultuous at times as you can imagine. Their government is one that continuously tries to find ways to disrupt your government in particular, while at the same time doing the same to other European governments that they consider to be adversaries or a danger. Their  leaders also still think they can regain the territory they once had as the USSR, which will never happen, but they dream of greatness.
This will continue on for a while. Yes, one of the ways they will try and thumb their noses at the USA and other nations will be as the first to disclose meetings with the ETs—as if they are the only ones—purporting to show their importance. They are not, but there will be great discussions and great concern as the world nations are forced to admit meeting with the ETs. Each nation will begrudgingly have to admit their meetings too and there will be quite a bit of finger pointing as each governmental official tries to blame others, or the past.
So, you have aggression militarily that will have to be blocked, aggression in meddling with the affairs of other nations, and then along comes the disclosures that will embarrass the other governments. Internally they will govern with an iron fist as long as Putin has control of the government. His tenure and control will last a few more years is the highest probability.
FUTURE FOR EU, USA, GERMANY
Art writes: I am one of your German readers and always await your weekly newsletter with excitement. I am a “Sethie,” which means I am a follower of the Material of Seth, channeled by Jane Roberts. Naturally, I  compare all other channeled material to the material of Seth and find it interesting to find new additions like yours, as well as, let’s say, varieties.
I wonder if it is possible to simply put some questions to your channeling sources that move me at the moment (and about 500 million other Europeans too for sure). I don’t know how you handle that, but I read that also others put their questions to you and then they flow into your newsletter, being answered by your sources. So, I hope you don’t mind if I also just try this out now and would love to ask your sources some questions:
1. As a European, I would be very interested in how the relations between the EU and the US will be in the future as Mr. Trump often talked in a more flouting manner about the EU and that he supported Brexit strongly.
2. What will be the future relationship like between the US and Germany? Will Trump start to establish punitive duties on German products harming the trading activities between Germany and the US or will these extreme views be softened?
3. How will Mr. Trump and Mrs. Merkel get along with each other in the future?
4. What is the future of the EU in general? Will there be any further  “Exits” of other countries?
5. Who will win the forthcoming general elections in the Netherlands and France? The extreme candidates (Le Pen and Wilders) or the moderate ones?

Gaia, what is the highest probability for the relationship between the USA and the EU during the next four years?
The USA will not change its relationship with the EU as it appears on the surface. There will be much negotiation, but in the end the USA and  EU will remain strong allies as it is in everyone’s best interests both economically and militarily to do so. The EU will be a greater voice in the partnership, not relying on the USA as much as in the past.
What is the highest probability for the relationship between the USA and Germany over the next four years?
Again, it will be in both countries’ best interests to remain strong allies. There will be more common good than not, although there will be sharp differences of opinion on the refugees as an example, but a good relationship regarding the threat from Russia. Mr. Tillerson will help keep the relationship on a fairly even keel during this time period.
What is the highest probability of the relationship between Merkel and  Trump during this time period?
Needless to say, there will continue to be a strain there as Ms. Merkel does not have a very good opinion of Mr. Trump. That is a given. But like any politician, they will do their best to get along.
What is the highest probability of any other exits from the EU during the next four years?
At this time, the probability is quite low. There will be talks of one or more of the countries withdrawing, but cooler heads will prevail as the problems the UK will have economically will be brought out to quell the doubters.
What is the highest probability for the elections in France and the  Netherlands of moderates or extremists?
This will be a mixture because there will be some extremists elected as the pendulum shifts. Here, BPs can be said that the most moderate candidates will be elected that have the best interests of all their citizens and not just a vocal few.
Let’s all say this Benevolent Prayer (BP) OUT LOUD: “I ask any and all beings to assist in the elections in France and the Netherlands for the election of those who will make decisions in the best interests of the citizens of those countries, the citizens of Europe, and the citizens of the world, thank you!”
PROBABILITIES FOR HONG KONG & SE ASIA
Patricia writes: I live in West Michigan, which had zero sunlight in January, and approximately 12 hours of total sunlight in February. A perpetual cold, gray, windy, face-biting drizzle week after week. Theo had stated that's the long term forecast for all the Western Great Lakes areas for the future.
After visiting SE China, I'm considering relocating to SE Asia (Hong  Kong area or South).
Ask Theo what are the risks living in SE Asia that I should know? It seems Americans are retiring there by the thousands for the climate, less expensive, less materialistic life.
Gaia, what is the highest probability during the next 10 years for tsunamis, earthquakes, and flooding for Hong Kong and SE Asia?
As we have repeatedly pointed out, any city existing on the coast will have great flooding issues because of the rise in ocean levels. Not only that, but with the warmer temperatures not only in the atmosphere but also in the ocean comes greater storms—typhoons as they are called in  that part of the world. So, there will be a migration of people from the coast into the interior as will happen around the world. I did give you warning five years ago. These storms in general will be larger and more numerous than in the past. That you can take to the bank, Tom.
May I remind Patricia and everyone living in a northern climate that you can request an MBO for one day of sunshine per week. I suggested Saturday as that’s when most people are out shopping, attending sporting events, and running errands.
And before anyone decides to pick up and move, whether it’s to the next town or halfway across the world, request an MBO for the PERFECT place to live.
THREE YEAR DROUGHT IN SOMALILAND
Ron writes: Is it possible to say a BP for rain for the people in Somaliland who haven't had rain in three years? They need rain now to help survive.
Gaia, how long will you continue the drought in Somaliland?
They will have some relief in the near future, Tom, as I will bring rain to these parched areas. Having your group say BPs for rain cannot be ignored. The more people that join in the BP requests the more you will see changes as we on this side must show you the benefits of these BPs. This will in turn result in more people saying these requests together.
I asked everyone on my Facebook pages to say this Benevolent Prayer (BP) OUT LOUD, and now I’m asking all of you to join in. “I ask any and all beings to assist in bringing rain to Somaliland, and may the results be even better than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, this information is, as John Denver used to say,  “far out!” Antura is an ET, but he’s also a member of my soul “cluster” comprised of eight soul “fragments” of my soul, all having lives on Earth. He’s back on our home planet Nommo, which is a water world in the Sirius B Solar System; he’s working as part of a “first contact” team coming to Earth later this year, as described in my book FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET.
I keep asking a lot of questions about the mothership he’s arriving in (with a crew of 900 plus their families) as he says my family and I will be  shooting the first documentary ever on board the mothership since I’ve been in the international film and TV program distribution business for the last 35 years, including being involved in several productions. Below are more questions.
Antura, do bring some pictures of your family on your trip.
Of course. I will be happy to.
Antura, will my daughter Shannon ever bring her children on board for a visit?
That is in our far planning you might say, Tom. As I have said before, it all depends upon the acceptance by Earth people of your visit or visits, but that may very well happen.

Antura, what actually are the images purported to be of structures on  the moon in the Youtube video by Bruce?
Yes, those images you saw do have the appearance of a desert community with the images blurred. Obviously, this is another of those fake stories used for someone to have their 15 minutes of fame. It was not very well done, but of course they tried to make it appear as if it was on the lunar surface and not of an aerial view of a desert community.
What will be the best story we’ll cover on the trip?
We think it will simply be the experience of actually coming on board and meeting people from 37 planets and learning more about their home worlds. This is beyond anything you can imagine at this time, Tom. As I told you before, your mind will be in overload most of the time as you meet one after another of the crew and learn more about their home worlds. The age-old question of “are we alone in the universe” will be answered as each one of these planets are revealed to you.
Previously Antura had described large elevators located in the middle of the ship, but recently he spoke of “platforms” that are like nothing on Earth that you can ride from one end of the three-mile-long ship to the other and even to any of the 11 levels, so this is a “gap” question.
Antura, are there really elevators on these ships or do the platforms you  mentioned actually do the same job an elevator would handle?
No, these elevators have their purpose, just not exactly the same as on Earth. As one example, the individual living modules for the crew quarters are sent through ports to the elevators where they are carried to one of the crew levels where they are inserted. As you might imagine, this is a very complex process.
Aravind writes from Australia: I have a couple of marks on one of my fingernails, which possibly suggests it's not the MBO that cured me. Perhaps people from my home planet? Not sure.
Now some questions:
1. Does such medical assistance conflict with the ideals of the Earth Experiment?
2. Can ETs respond to MBO requests? Why and when does this happen?
3. Usually, is every person on Earth visited physically by people from their home planets during sleep-time?
Antura, Aravind thinks he might have been helped medically by an ET. Is  that possible under the Earth Directive?
Slight adjustments are permitted, just as there were some slight adjustments made when your wife awakened that night and saw lights above you during your trip to Sedona. Aravind has much to contribute in the years ahead, so he should be encouraged to continue to say MBOs to keep on his soul contract.
Are all Earth people visited by their home planets one or more times during their lives?
Not everyone. There are different reasons for this to occur. Most are so complex it would be above your pay grade so to speak. It all depends upon what your soul contract is in this life. A simple life would not need any visitation. A complex one might attract a more detailed response or study.
Can an ET respond to an MBO request?
It would be handled through one’s GA. Let’s say someone requests an MBO to see a UFO. If the GA feels you are ready and would not be frightened out of your wits, then an ET—possibly connected to you in  some way—would be contacted and voila a sighting is arranged. It is even more powerful for a group to say a BP for a flyby we will call it. Those BPs are very powerful as you have been told many times.
Terri writes: I just discovered your newsletter a few days ago (fascinating!) and have been going through them backwards, and also watching interviews on Youtube. I can't wait to get your books! I do have some specific questions for Antura that I hope you will consider:
- Could the so-called "New Jerusalem" mentioned in the bible be considered a mothership?
- After I was first abducted by grays (that I first recall) pretty much 99%  of the abductions that followed were by what appeared to be humans (military, scientists, and this lady who always appears to me who I call "the oracle). Why is this? What role do these humans have? Why are they now abducting me instead of the grays? Is this a screen memory or what is called a "MILAB" (military abduction)? Am I in danger? (I don't really trust our government and their intentions if they are abducting me.)
- As an abductee with at least one hybrid child that I met, I want to know what becomes of these hybrids. Will we be reunited for good on Earth? Are they here on Earth living lives somehow?
- Have the grays ever abducted humans that they've never brought back? If so, why?
- I hear a lot now about the coming shift into the 5th dimension. Is there a timetable for this happening? And what exactly will happen to the people left in this current 3D/4D state? Are we literally going to be living separately in different dimensions where they can't see or interact with us? This is hard to wrap my head around.... although it sounds great!
- (You may have answered this, but I haven't been able to find it.) Why  were you told that the Pleiadians were coming in 2015 and they didn't? And then the Sirians, if I recall correctly, were supposed to come in 2016, but didn't. Unless they did and the public was not told about it. Thank you for your time and consideration!
Antura, is a New Jerusalem mentioned in the bible considered a mothership?
Here we get into beliefs, Tom, and anything that has to do with religion we normally say “allow.”
Terri feels many of her abductions were done by humans—is that true?
Not really. Some would call it shape shifting simply to give the appearance of humans so as not to frighten her. Terri had no abductions by humans. She should take advantage of the offer the Zetas will make to restore her memories while removing the emotions.
What became of the hybrids the Zetas created with the help of humans?
They are populating a world controlled by the Zetas that needed these modifications. You will learn much more about them when the Zetas come after the Pleiadians.
In one of my past newsletters Antura told me there were some deaths in the early days of abductions.
We’re in the 5th, according to what I’ve been told, but the lowest rung or level—5.0.
The Pleiadian arrival is completely predicated on the Russian Disclosure for several reasons previously explained. I had neglected to ask Theo for the probability of this happening because I did not know much about probabilities back then. I was told that the probability of this happening is now above 70% for this year—still not a “done deal,” but it is happening on the upper time lines and, as Antura reported a few newsletters ago, so far no one is freaked out—just curious.
Therefore, everything is delayed. I still don’t know if the Sirians, who will arrive around October, will bring us up to shoot the documentary in 2017 or 2018, but if I were guessing, it will be a little later than sooner.
Here is my initial planning for the documentary shoot, which will very probably be thrown out the hatch when we arrive:
1. There will be three two-hour feature-length documentaries:
A. Meeting Antura and ride in scout craft to mothership, basic tour,  meeting captain, interviewing as many ETs as possible, history of Earth from 10 million years ago, creation of Neanderthals, Cro-Magnons, humans, a little on Atlantis & Lemuria and their destructions, all in hologram emersion, meeting children of the ship and medical unit;
B. Interviewing more ETs, seeing the history of the original star wars, then visiting the moon to view the derelict spaceship crashed on the moon during the star wars;
C. More Interviews (all with a look at their planets), more touring of ship, more history, and who knows what else.
There will also be a TV series to delve more in depth on all of the above, plus a VR360 (12 cameras) tour of the ship. I'm sure this is quite ambitious for a two-week shoot, but we'll shoot 10, 12 or 14 hours a day I HOPE!

My story is about a missing piece of paper. Just a little 3 X 5” piece of .JPG) scrap paper that had the hours I’d spent on a paying project I do each month and which was not duplicable from memory. I looked, didn’t find it. Asked my husband to look, didn’t find it. Did an MBO, looked, didn’t find it. I mean, we looked everywhere—all kinds of places it could never end up unless moved by a spirit (like the oven, the freezer, etc.). I said a couple of times, “Babe, just stop looking. I think it’s in another dimension and it will just show up.”
I was willing to stop looking, but my husband is a “man from Mars” and had to find a solution and kept looking and asking me where I’d looked, etc.
When he finally gave up, I sat down at my computer, which is where I had last seen and written on the note, ready to start on the project again with a new piece of paper. I happened to glance at a little tray for scrap paper, which I had already gone through TWICE, finding all blank paper, and there it was! It was upside down, not face down, like someone put it back who didn’t know which way it should go… I got chills and yelled at my husband and said something like, “See? I told you! Another dimension!!!!” My chills continued for some time.
It’s funny but I had just been asking for a closer relationship with my angel, whom I call, Serana. Thank you for opening my eyes, Tom!!!! Blessings!
MBO FOR MISSING BAG OF GROCERIES
Jaffra writes: I’m sorry that I don’t know how to make this story much shorter in order to illustrate the full impact of how the MBO worked for me.
Yesterday I had the chance to buy a large quantity of 20 high-protein  food bars at half price at my gym. On my way home by bus, I stopped at Walmart to buy a few items. After I got back to the bus stop to go home from there, I noticed my bright yellow bag of food bars from my gym was missing! Horrified, I asked for an MBO for finding that yellow bag as I raced back up the steep hill to the Walmart. I recalled I'd had it on my way out when I went through the security check point where they matched my bags with my receipts, and then focused my search in that entrance/exit area around where dozens of grocery baskets are lined up for those who are just coming in.
I enlisted the help of one of the young managers of the men who haul in the empty baskets left in the parking lots, thinking that he might find one of them who had noticed an unattended bright yellow plastic bag in one of the baskets people drop off as they leave the store, where I'd accidentally left mine in my hurry to catch the next bus. This manager enlisted the help of two other young men at the back end of the basket lines, who had just brought in another load of baskets. All three agreed they'd seen nothing like that anywhere.
I was very discouraged because I’d spent quite a bit of money to buy up that bargain batch of high-protein food bars and I wasn’t ready to give up, so I stood there wondering what to do next. After standing there only a couple of minutes, another young basket “hauler” came up to me from the far back end of the long basket storage area where he had just come in with his load. He apparently had been told by one of the other guys that there was a woman looking for a yellow bag.
He came up and asked if I was looking for something I’d lost, I said  "Yes, it was a bright yellow plastic bag.” He walked directly back to a large square wooden box at the far back end of the basket lines, right beside where the previous three basket haulers had been standing, opened it, and pulled out my bag full of all those precious food bars, LOL! I immediately asked, “Are you some kind of angel?” and practically fell all over him with my gratitude! That large box is the one place where all basket haulers are supposed to put any items they find in unattended baskets...their department’s personal lost & found container! Needless to say, I immediately called Walmart’s 800# and praised this fellow to the MAX, and then raced back down the hill to finally get my next bus home.
TRANSITION OF JESUS
Judy writes: If Jesus did not die on the cross, where did he and Mary go to teach? Did Mary, his wife, die a human death? Did Jesus die a human death? How old were they? I know they had children who I think were teachers as well. Thank you, Tom, for your service to bring the truth out to the world.
Theo, did Jesus or Yeshua ben Yosef (his Jewish name before it was translated in Greek to Iesous, then to Latin Iesus, and English to Jesus*)  transition normally?
Normally, from the standpoint that someone did not take his life, but he decided when it was time to transition. He simply laid down and said goodbye to his family and transitioned.
Were most of his teachings centered in France?
Certainly, a great number of teachings took place there, as there were many ships of commerce who came to trade and it was easier to spread his teachings all over the Mediterranean. And yes, he did have the ability to teleport even to different time periods if needed.
I have previously been told that Mary was a normal soul fragment like ourselves and transitioned normally. And I was previously told that they traveled to what is now India before going to France.

SOUL CONNECTIONS AND BALANCING
Cyd writes: I recently lost a good friend due to being hit by a drunk driver. Corrina was pronounced dead at the scene. My question is why does an acquaintance's death affect some people more than family members? Was there a soul contract between us that was stronger than  a family member?
Her death is affecting me to the point where I'm physically ill over this. I think about her constantly and am brought to tears instantly. The young man that hit her was only 18 and was intoxicated; other than the obvious reasons, don't drink and drive, what was their connection to each other?
Theo, why is the connection with a friend sometimes stronger than with your family?
That’s a fairly easy question to answer, Tom. There are many times when you have a life or numerous lives with someone in a soul cluster you work with in almost every life. But your family may consist of soul clusters you rarely work with, so there is not that familiarity garnered over many lifetimes. That’s why some people feel like strangers in their own families.
What was the connection between Cyd’s friend and the drunk driver who killed her?
Yes, there was balancing here because she had killed the drunk driver in a previous life while inebriated.
MORE ON THE FRENCH ELECTIONS
Severine writes: Thank you so much for the newsletter and asking about French Elections. I hope this message finds you well.
As you may imagine, Marine Le Pen as French President is bad news for me and many French people and anyone who values human rights. It would be our French Trump story. It seems to be step back although Theo and Gaia would say it would be good learning experience after all. This being said, I will keep asking BPs that we elect the most benevolent President and GVT in 2017.
French Elections usually need two rounds. Would you please ask Gaia the following?
For now, for the first round, we have three main candidates:
1) Mr. Macron (center left); he wants to reform our system.
2) Mr. Fill on (right), who was Prime minister under Sarkozy, he is struggling with corruption affairs.
3) Ms. Le Pen (extreme right)
Two winners go to round two.
I felt I was having a problem on reception, so this is not one to “take to the bank” as Gaia says.
Theo, what is the highest probability as to who will not reach the next round in the French elections—Macron, Fillon or Le Pen?
Yes, you know little about these candidates, which has its good points and bad points regarding familiarity, but at this time the highest probability is for Macron to not make the next round. I know you do not feel comfortable in this, Tom, so let’s leave it there for the time being.
I had previously been told that Le Pen would not win the election. Please say the BP offered earlier in this newsletter.
