I would like to complete the book, if possible, this summer, so go back and read the newsletters listed at the bottom of this newsletter under the headings “Atlantis and Mu.” I’m sure you’ve been seeing on TV and reading about all the sectarian violence in Iraq. It would be easy enough to say, “Let them kill each other,” but we know that’s not our path.  Here’s a Benevolent Prayer you can say out loud: “I ask any and all beings to keep the citizens of Iraq safe, and for all the countries of the world to work to bring peace to this troubled country, thank you!” And a quick explanation for my new subscribers. Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura, (and a few others). Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE: MORE ON THE MINI ICE AGE These questions came from Daphnee in Austria and Heiko in Denton, Texas. Gaia, will the mini ice age extend to the Alps? Just a little ways, Tom. As you noticed from viewing a previous ice age map, it only affected certain parts of Europe. It will be the same this time—only the very northern parts. OK, but how can we have a mini ice age and ocean levels rising at the same time? It will not stop the melting of Antarctica, nor of Greenland, Tom, and even the Arctic, although it will slow down, will not be so affected. The mini ice age, as you call it, will simply see parts of the continent freeze over. It’s one of my cycles, and as you read yesterday, humans were not necessarily going to be living on earth, but you turned the corner in 1987 and here you are today, already at 5.0. Such an amazing feat and you should all pat yourselves on the back for raising your vibrational levels to a new height never accomplished before. I did also see that the Great Lakes are now free of ice now that it has all melted. Yes, Tom, this year it did, but wait until next year and the year after. It will be later and later you see. These things or conditions don’t just normally happen overnight, but give it a little time. So you have two seemingly opposite events occurring, but I can assure you the oceans will rise as you will hear about this summer when there is more dramatic news. CHANGE IN EARTH’S ROTATION PLANE? Paul in Australia writes: I posed a question some two years ago about a change in the Earth's plane of rotation in relation to the Milky Way, and you confirmed that for me. Many, many thanks. I have noted within the last month or so what I think is another change, only somewhat smaller, in the Earth's plane of rotation relative to the Milky Way. The Southern Cross rotates in the southern skies and now appears to rotate some 15/+ degrees to the west of where it previously rotated - looking at it towards the south from Australia. Tom, will you kindly ask Gaia/Theo whether this is a change, or can it be due to the Earth's wobble, and if it is a change, is there expected to be more changes in the near future? Many thanks as always, Tom, for your newsletter and the information which you disseminate. Gaia, has the earth changed its plane of rotation in relation to the Southern Cross and Milky Way? There has been a slight change that your scientists—those who noticed—are a little perplexed about, Tom. It is considered a normal wobble, but is not you see. It is just another of the many adjustments I’m making to this 5.0 density. So, the earth will not return to its original position? No, certainly not for some time, Tom. Did that include our angle to the sun, and if so wouldn’t that alter our summer and winter cycles? Yes, there was a slight change, Tom, but not so much in relation to the sun as to the rest of the universe. You might say that both changed at the same time. Then to summarize for you, yes there was a slight change, but looked upon as a normal wobble by your astronomers and scientists. OBESITY IN NORTH AMERICA Susan writes: I appreciate all that you are doing to contribute to the evolution of our planet. Making MBOs has made me a true believer. I continue to have persistent problems however. It seems to me that MBOs work for small problems, but I have had no success with the most significant problems in my life. No matter what I do. I wonder if there is something else going on. My question this time is to Gaia specifically about the disturbing rise in obesity all around the world, but particularly in North America. What is the cause of this? Personally, I was never overweight until I turned forty-five many years ago, and now I am 80 pounds overweight fifteen years later. I have stopped trying to diet because it just makes it worse. I diet, lose some weight and regain it and more. I am an intelligent, educated, aware person, but this problem has me defeated. I know that millions of people share this same experience. Can you ask Gaia for help? Gaia, this is a big question for many people. What is the cause of obesity in North America? Is this balancing and if so for what? Yes, we have covered obesity a number of times, Tom. As I said before, at least half your population will be eating responsibly in five years. The other half will continue to blindly eat junk foods and drink cola-type drinks which slowly but surely add pounds each year. Coupled with this are the GMO-modified foods which is another way people think they are eating responsibly, but are actually taking poisons into their systems. As we recently noted, companies like Monsanto are going to be reigned-in during the next few years. People need to understand, Tom, that these advertisements for larger and larger hamburgers and other such fare are designed to increase your stomach size and therefore you will spend more at these establishments. A larger person requires more food and that puts more dollars in the pockets of these companies. Their whole corporate plan is to sell more and more food to returning customers. Is this balancing? Obesity is one of the lessons earth has to offer, just as poverty and starvation are lessons you must learn. Plus, you have in the past been shown people who are obese in this life because they made fun of people in past lives who were obese, so they must experience obesity in this life to see how it feels. Again I remind your readers, Tom, that saying the Benevolent Prayer each morning wipes away a lot of karmic debt or balancing. It makes the balancing easier. Too few of your readers say this prayer, and it is a golden opportunity to make not only this life but all your future lives easier. So folks, here are some things you can TRY to do starting right now: 1.    No more eating in burger-type fast food restaurants (if you have to, once a month only). Have you watched the movie SUPERSIZE ME? I haven’t set foot in a McDonald’s restaurant since I saw that movie. It should be available on Youtube, Netflix (rated five stars), and Amazon Instant Watch (four stars). 2.    No more cola drinks! Not even the “diet” ones as they use chemicals. Go for the colored water drinks or just water. 3.    Eat Organic foods whenever possible.  No more GMOs! 4.    NEVER eat the whole dinner in a restaurant! Before you even take one bite, cut the meal in half and take it home, leave it on the table, or give it to a homeless person if there are any around. The portions in the USA are too large. At one Italian restaurant recently, my wife and I took enough home for two more meals. 5.    Start an exercise program. Start walking EVERY DAY. Start with short walks and up the walk as you become stronger. 6.    Request an MBO to find more ways for you PERSONALLY to lose weight. SOUL QUESTIONS Gaia, are the golden light beings we call GAs and the one million souls who answer or respond to prayers part of the four million souls who assist you in running this planet? No, they are not, Tom. Those four million souls all have specific duties too numerous to go into at this time, but it was a good guess. Joanne writes: I have a question about Theo’s answer to transitions of criminals and the term “lower density level.” With all the upheaval and crime in our current world, are we all living at a lower density level now on earth? Were we all criminals in our past lives and now are living at that lower density level to “slowly recover and understand…”? Theo, explain a little more about lower densities. Certainly, Tom. Where your souls go after transitioning is made up of varying densities according to your vibrational level. You are attracted to the density that feels most comfortable to you. You would feel much less comfortable in a lower density and the same for a higher density. In these densities are other souls with the same vibrational levels. But you said when a soul has had a life as a murderer, rapist, etc., they go to these lower densities first. Then do they eventually return to the density their soul fragment has achieved, or at which it normally vibrates? Quite so. Again, there is no time on this side, so these changes can take as long or as short a time—using earth words here—as needed. It is difficult to explain, Tom, as you all are in a quantum state shall we say and not governed by time as you know it. So, my explanations must be couched in earth terms to make them somewhat understandable as it is much more complex when you are free of your earthly bonds. You are sent much love, and though this is a word to you, in this quantum state it has great significance. These explanations will become clearer as humans in general raise your own vibrational levels. PRESIDENT OBAMA’S LEGACY Jack writes: In a newsletter some time ago, it was stated that Mr. Obama would go down in history as one of America’s greatest presidents. In my view, he is by far the worst president the country has ever endured. He is damaging America to the point that I truly worry about our ability to survive his demolition of our medical, financial, education and legal systems. Is it his purpose, to destroy America as we have known and loved it? Why will he be considered "great"? Theo, I’m asked why you have said President Obama will be looked upon by historians as a great President, as many people feel he is ineffective and seemingly undecided at times. Tom, historians will look at his record of accomplishments, while he was constantly being blocked by an inept Congress who can’t agree on even how to tie their shoes, and will say that he accomplished much by his own actions. As we have said before, Tom, it takes at least five years after a President has left office for the historians to really determine how he will place on the list of Presidents. Plus don’t forget he still has time to go, and he will still accomplish much even in the face of a divided legislature. WHAT PART DO FEELINGS PLAY? Stephanie in Seattle writes: I have a question for the newsletter. What part do our feelings play in this Earth Experiment? Theo, what part do feelings play in the Earth Experiment? All or everything could be the answer here, Tom. Feelings would at least be number one on the list. Those feelings of love and compassion raise your vibrational levels. And I will add they raise them at a faster rate – much faster—than the rest of the Universe. You are on earth to relearn love, and as you do, your vibrational level rises. MORE ON ATLANTIS AND LEMURIA I could use more questions on Atlantis and Lemuria, as I’m trying to have enough questions for a whole book on the subject. Not sure from whom these questions came from. My apologies. Gaia, Mu and Lemuria are the same? Yes, Tom. The continent is Mu and the people who live there are Lemurians. It’s as if you said The Murians you see. Did any Lemurians lead ethereal lives? As discussed before, Tom, at the beginning humans were much more ethereal as they dipped their toes into the water to use an analogy. To answer your question, yes but only at the start. Do the Lemurian crystals as they are called have ties to Lemuria? They are a type of crystal which resonates at a certain pitch or level. Therefore, this vibrational level is connected in a way to modern society. Gaia, how many crystal skulls have been discovered so far? More than five? No, Tom. The number is less. There are skulls that are modern copies. So keep the number down at three to four. Were the Atlanteans dark-haired and red-skinned, or were they blonde-haired and fair-skinned, or was there a mixture? Certainly there was a little mixture, Tom, as soldiers would return with wives and children just as this occurs in modern times, but if you look at the Mediterranean people they were also dark-haired and dark-complected. The Atlanteans never conquered Scandinavia, although there was contact with them and yes there was commerce. But there never was a race of blonde Atlanteans. Theo, what type of weapons did the Atlantean Army use? Did they have sort of the equivalent of ray guns? In a way yes, Tom. They would recharge them before using. If they were out in the field and there were no normal rechargers available, they would have backup portable crystal generators. Normally that was not necessary. But as you noted, Tom, their weapons were not like the combustible guns of today, but were of a completely different design. I assume their larger weapons were of a similar nature? Quite correct, Tom. They could destroy what would be the equivalent of a tank today. What about the Atlantean Air Force? Yes, again their weaponry was crystal-based and required being recharged after each mission.  It brought terror to those they used it against. Your "War of the Worlds" original movie was based more on those aircraft than aliens as those who created the movie had previous lives where they saw them in action. At the height of its power how many military aircraft did the Atlanteans have? More than half a million, Tom. This included all types of aircraft—from military transports to the equivalent of your fighter jets today. How many people were in uniform? Was it over five million? No, but close to that number, Tom, counting in all the services. This was a good percentage of the total population. Were women included in the military? Yes, but not in combat roles, similar to what it has been up until recently. What was the percentage of women in uniform? More on the order of 15 to 18 percent. These included the military nurses, drivers, cooks, secretaries and so on, again very similar to today’s armed forces. QUESTION ON CRYSTALS Theo, Should crystals be separated according to the type or kind of crystal? In a way they can be grouped, but it does not really increase their power. Much larger crystals must be used. Grouping them does align their energies, but it is not very noticeable to most people. MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA Antura, for my new readers, is my soul “brother”—a member of my soul cluster to whom Theo introduced me in 2008. He’s an ET—an amphibian living a life on a water planet in the Sirius B Solar System. He’s a member of a “first contact” team that contacts evolving societies, normally thousands of years before they are able to travel in space as just one example. In my book, FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET, I ask hundreds of questions similar to the ones you’ll read below. If you have questions, please email me with them. These questions came from Helen, Patricia, and me. Antura, where were the five races established on earth? Let’s see if you can receive this, Tom. Most of them you have covered in the past. The black race was naturally seeded in what is now known as Africa. Great studies have already been done there where skeletal remains of first early models and then later your current Adam man and woman. Scandinavia saw the white or Caucasian race established there. The yellow-skinned people were naturally established in what is now China. The brown-skinned people certainly in what is now Asia, and the red-skinned people originally were in North America and northern Asia. Certainly when Atlantis was populated there were red-skinned people there. Were there multiple establishments of these races or was it just one colony that grew from there? Multiple colonies, Tom. Part of the reason was to insure that these races would flourish. Did they communicate in their home planet language, or were they veiled from knowing, and if so how did they communicate? Yes, they were allowed to have that communication, which is why today you see such a diversity in languages. Still they were pretty basic, and evolved over a long period of time. The ETs also needed to be able to communicate with them too. Yes, they had their translators, but it was easier to have a basic language to communicate with them in. What year was the Earth Directive established—10,000 BC, before or after? A little after, Tom, but not much. It took some time—in earth years—for this to come about as there was much discussion as to what should and should not be included. The ETs were formulating a plan that would be in place for thousands of earth years so they wanted to get it right. Yet even with all that discussion, they left off what the Zetas found a few thousand years later and that was abducting people when their souls allowed it. Antura, is there supposed to be a planetary alignment on July 8, 2014 involving the Sirian ship Ison? That is not correct, Tom. Yes, you are receiving me. I will just say that the information is not correct and leave it at that. MBO AVOIDED WRECK AGAIN This story and the next one were in my last Saturday’s Blog, which has nothing but MBO and BP stories. I request an MBO each time I drive somewhere. It’s AUTOMATIC! Drove to our postal service the other day and in between the time I arrived at the postal place (a five-minute drive from my house) and the time I began my drive back home, there was a wreck on the other side of the street right in front of the district police station. The police were just arriving as I passed by, and then I passed an ambulance one-minute later heading towards the accident with its siren on. Requesting MBOs keeps you out of trouble. Had I been five minutes later, I could have been in the middle of the wreck. This is at least the third time I’ve been close to a car wreck. The other two I’ve related before and were much closer—by seconds. I’ve even requested an MBO to never be involved in any kind of car wreck the rest of my life. MBO TO KEEP ANXIETY DOWN Sherry-Ann writes: I depend on MBOs to help me keep my anxiety levels down. I become stressed very easily, so when it happens I say an MBO. It relieves it to the point where I can feel comfortable when I'm at work (where most of my stress is generated). It also helps me when the anxiety gets ratcheted up enough where I feel so frustrated I want to cry. I say an MBO and then give myself a minute to pull it together. It helps A LOT! This is a great use of MBOs! A YOUNG GIRL’S LIFE SAVED Jim writes: I just learned of this even though it happened several years ago. A friend of mine's daughter, Stefanie, was hit by a car, knocked into the air and someone actually caught her in mid air so she was bruised but not seriously hurt. They tried to locate the person, putting ads around, but never found out who it was. Would this be her guardian angel or another being that helped her? She has now gone on and is helping a lot of people with her life. Theo, Stefanie, the daughter of Jim’s friend, was hit by a car, but caught by a stranger. Was that her GA or a person? Yes, you would think this might be a good story of a Guardian Angel who appeared to save her from further injury, Tom, but in this case it was a person whose guide had him at the right place and right time to catch her in mid air. As you can imagine, to use an old saying, “There is more than one way to skin a cat.” Not the nicest saying, but as you know it was used extensively in the past. By having this stranger at the right time and place, it worked the same as if the girl’s GA appeared physically. And the stranger did not come forth as he did not want to endure the publicity surrounding his good deed. And if you wish to really dig deeper into this, Tom, the young girl in another life had aided the stranger and had not taken any credit for the assistance, so this was balancing on the stranger’s behalf. And as Paul Harvey used to say, “And that’s the rest of the story.” I’ll also add she was inspired to continue to do good deeds for others in this life. WILL PRICES LEVEL OFF? Stephanie writes: The price of everything is skyrocketing. Are prices going to keep increasing or is there going to be a leveling off? Thank you for all that you do. Theo, are prices for goods and services going to level off? Not for a while, Tom. There is too much uncertainty in the world and too many refugees. This will take time to work through. Eventually you will, and prices will stabilize. SENSORY PROCESSING DISORDER I'll call her Jane writes: I started following your blog recently, and I really love it. I look forward to your posts each week. I searched your site, and I haven't seen anything related to my question. Many kids are labeled as having Sensory Processing Disorder. The way they organize information and seek sensory input is different than other children. Would you be able to ask Theo more about this? What is the reason for this? How does it relate to their chart or past lives? I'm mostly asking because my son, while not "labeled" yet, seems to display symptoms of this disability. Thank you for all that you do. Theo, why do children have Sensory Processing Disorder, and how does it relate to past lives? The second part of the question first, Tom—it was to balance lives in which they deprived others through captivity, among other deprivations. Therefore, it is quite easy to understand why they chose to have this affliction today. You could compare it to you having congestive heart failure several years ago balancing the time when you brought grief and heartache to the families and friends of those you killed during several wars. As I explained then, yes it was wartime, but you needed to balance what you did during a war by having an affliction this time around. GERMAN INNER EARTH SOCIETY? Sandy writes: This book describes a German inner earth society that has apparently existed since the 1500s and supposedly has links to European Germany. The entrance to this place is through Brazil - which is how it was discovered when the Portuguese sent soldiers to protect Brazil from Spanish conquerors. It also seems to be a place where Nazis took refuge at the end of the war. Is there any truth to this or is it someone's fantasy? http://tinyurl.com/m23tl4y Thanks for exploring these interesting and perplexing issues. There are so many stories and legends about inner earth societies it’s hard to figure it out sometimes! Gaia, is there a German inner earth society with an entrance in Brazil, and supposedly Nazis went there at the end of World War II? No, Tom. As you can imagine, stories get rather mixed over a period of time. It’s like that story of someone relating an event to another and as each person relates it down the line the story becomes less and less accurate. Yes there was an inner earth society, but they were ETs who could certainly speak the German language with their advanced devices. We have discussed this before. And yes there were Nazis certainly in the area as was demonstrated during WWII when they ranged as far as Antarctica. Those left over at the end of WWII tended to blend in with the population. But, again, to answer your question, there is no base currently active in Brazil. MORE ABOUT THE 9 UNKNOWN MEN These questions came from Mantej. Theo, are the nine unknown men I asked recently about all Indian, or a mixture of personalities or races? No, Tom, they are all still of Indian descent. Do they have people assisting them in their endeavors, or do they do the work completely on their own? No, they have people who ferret out and assist in obtaining the information. Are they backed by the Indian government? They certainly have some well-placed people in the Indian Government to assist them in tracking down information. This is not officially condoned, but unofficially yes. Is this an independent society or are they in any way connected to the Illuminati? They have no connection. FUTURE OF THE CINEMA & DEL TORO Mantej also asked these questions: Will the cinema continue in the years to come? Yes, for quite a long time, Tom, as people enjoy the social experience of going to a theater. It will continue to evolve until it almost appears like a hologram—extremely real. People in the theater will feel like they are actually where the movie was shot. Will special effects someday be so good it replaces live actors? No, but there will be less need for stuntmen and women as it will become easier and easier to duplicate with no chance of injury. Guillermo del Toro, the director, claimed that he saw monsters in his childhood. Were these somehow real, or just childhood imaginations? As a child he did tap into previous lives where he actually traveled widely and saw these people.
