Before we move on to the rest of the newsletter, a quick explanation for my new subscribers: Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura (and a few others). Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the Earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE.
PURPOSES OF DREAMING IN THE UNIVERSE
Gaia, in the last Newsletter, Octopus Soul said all beings in the universe dream. So, what are the purposes of dreaming for all the beings in the universe?
Ah Tom, we could fill a notebook, or in this case a page on your  computer with all the reasons beings in the universe dream, but let’s touch on a couple of the major ones. When you are in this quantum state, you connect with your soul. This is very important, as perhaps you can or cannot imagine. You receive guidance from your soul. That is important not only here on Earth, but all over the universe. You also connect with the Creator of this universe, and Creator connects with you.
Because you are veiled here on Earth, it does not seem that way, but I can assure you connecting to your soul each time you rest brings clarity to your life. Yes, even insects connect with their souls. So next time you see some small being in what appears to be stationary for some time, keep in mind that may very well be their sleep time and that they are communicating with their souls.
QUESTIONS FOR CREATOR
Jen writes: Are there any circumstances where you intervene significantly with choices made by the beings inside your universe? What is your policy on intervention?
Did you intervene in any way or feel inclined ever to intervene in the Great War?
Since you approved the Dracos having DNA that would influence them  to conquer other planets, did you foresee or plan the extent of the Great War before it happened?
Did you help plant the seed in Tom Moore's mind to suggest that the Reptilians/Dracos be included in the Earth experiment?
Since the Dracos have that DNA of conquering others, does that have an affect on them when they have earth lives? For example, is Vladimir Putin a Draco?
Are there creators out there who intervene more such as rendering all weapons on a planet useless?
Is there anything that makes you feel negative emotion?
Are there ever developments on our planet that make you feel negative emotion?
We need to know more about the negative entities that are here. Gaia  has previously stated that virtually everything on our planet is ensouled yet dropped an interesting nugget a few newsletters ago that the negative beings are spirits but not souls. I know that people in our circles prefer not to give focus or energy to those beings, but since they affect all of us and usually without our knowledge or explicit consent, let us know.
How can beings be spirits but not ensouled?
Due to the incredibly challenging lives we have here, why were those negative beings permitted to come here and make things even harder for us?
Where did they originate?
What is their purpose here?
When they attach to us to draw energy from us, why do they not already have access to those same energies themselves?
What is their next stop in their development after they leave Earth?

Good morning, Creator, and thanks for speaking with me. I do send you white light and love.
Thank you, Tom.
Creator, what is your policy for intervening with choices made by beings in your universe?
I don’t really intervene, Tom, with their choices. Keep in mind that you  are the only beings in the universe veiled from knowing that you all have souls and have had thousands of lives prior to the ones you are in the midst of having on Earth. For those that would bring up wars between planets or even disagreements, I allow it, as I know there will be a reckoning for their souls. Keep in mind there are trillions of galaxies in this universe, so life continues to evolve. One of the great accomplishments your Explorer Race will contribute is bringing small bits of negative energy to the rest of the universe. This will allow growth, and your vibrational levels will rise, for the first time in many millenniums.
Did you intervene in what we are told was the Great War?
Only in a suggestion to you to offer to include the Draco Reptilians in the Earth Experiment. As you have been told, it took a few hundred universal years before the proposal was made.
Did you foresee the Great War before it happened?
Oh yes. It was quite apparent, knowing all of you as I do. I knew there  would be many learning probabilities that would come out of that.
Does their DNA to conquer other life forms affect the Dracos having lives as part of your Earth Experiment?
The nice thing, Tom, about the experiment is that all your lives on Earth must balance. So, for a Draco soul taking part in the experiment, they quickly discovered that if they have a life as a conqueror, they must balance that life as someone who is conquered.
Is Putin of Russia a reptilian soul?
No, but in the future, he must balance, as you have been told before, for all the lives he affected with his decisions. That will not only be as a victim and lives as someone conquered, but he will also be a wonderful leader in the future.
Are there creators who intervene more with their creations?
As you have been told before, Tom, there are trillions of creators and trillions of creations, each one different from the others. So yes, there are creations that are micro-managed by their creators, far beyond what you can understand at this time.
Does anything cause you to have had negative emotions?
This is a human emotion, Tom. I love every single being in my creation, so no to that question, and that does cover Earth.
How can beings be spirits and not souls?
Yes, the question refers to the negative spirits that are around Earth. I knew when I created a space time continuum in the four negative energies, there would be byproducts of these four negative energies. That’s why it had never been attempted before by any other creator. These negative spirits were part of the framework of these negative energies, but are not souls created by me, or any other creator. They are simply byproducts of these energies. This is difficult for you to understand, and I’m speaking of your scientists, who in the future will study these energies and eventually understand these leftover fragments of these energies that seem to have a life of their own, but will fade as your vibrational levels rise. I knew and know that in time you will cause them to dissipate. This was a major question when I conferred with other creators before I created this special space-time continuum. Some were not so sure.
Are you referring to what has previously been called a Council of  Creators?
There is not a formal council, but what is considered a group of some of the oldest creators from what we know that the Creator of Creators birthed. You were previously told that I was in the middle of those creators birthed so far.
So bottom line to these questions about negative spirits, they will fade the farther along you humans progress, as you raise your vibrational levels. Those that read this can individually hurry this process as you surround yourself in a bubble of white light and send white light and love to these spirits.

Good morning and good life, Dog Soul. Just have a quick question that came up. Why do dogs tilt their heads at times?
Why do humans lean forward at times? It is our way of concentrating on what we are hearing, and also lets the other dog or human know we are engaged. It is a non-verbal way of being engaged. Humans lean forward, dogs tilt their heads.

MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, in 2008, Theo and I were discussing some ruins on the other side of the world, and he said I would get to see them someday, thanks to an ET. He said the ET was monitoring the conversation, which was a great surprise to me, since I had assumed our conversations were private. He asked if I would like to speak to him then, and I declined, saying I wanted to put together questions. Two weeks later, the ET and I began to converse, and I was to learn we are fragments of the same soul.
The ET, named Antura, when having lives on Earth, is in the same soul  “cluster” with me, as Theo calls them. Although most people have only an average of 600 to 800 lives on Earth, Antura has already had 800, and he will have more as an explorer and laying out towns and cities, after he finishes with this one as part of a “first contact, grass roots” team of four on board a huge three miles wide and twenty stories tall (with 11 decks) mothership that is just 50 miles above us. Naturally it is cloaked so that they don’t scare us to death. The ship has a crew of 900, plus their families totaling 1,500 from 37 different planets. Image of Abe Sapien, Hellboy movies.

He is under the same restrictions as is Theo and Gaia, in that I have to ask specific questions, not general ones such as what does he look like. I was surprised to discover that he is an amphibian, from the water world Nommo in the Sirius B solar system. The closest image I could find is the Abe Sapien character in the Hellboy movies, pictured here. He’s told me that my family and I are supposed to soon visit the mothership and shoot documentaries for 14 days. I was shocked when he told me that, as it was beyond my imagination. It was one of the only times he had to just tell me, since his hinting did not spark the question. Antura, did Einstein see the Roswell ET ship, bodies, and the live ET in  1947?
That’s correct, Tom. He was brought in to hopefully give them ideas on the ET ship’s operation.
Was there an ET ship that crashed in Aurora, Texas, around April 17, 1897, or was that a made-up story? UFO Hunters. Click here.
No, there was a crash there, and as was passed down, they buried the ET. The government hauled off the remnants of the spacecraft, one of the earliest crash retrievals.
Antura, back to the mothership, would it be 9 to 12 miles long inside the  ship in the 10 positive energies?
Yes, at least that long, Tom. I did say it was “roomy.”
I can see why there are forms of transportation needed inside the ship.
Yes, the ship supplies them upon command. You can imagine it as a small city. Again, we do not wish your readers to be concerned. Every being on that ship is gentle and the vast majority of them are there taking those millions of scientific readings they must do each day as  part of the Earth Experiment.
That brings me to the giant ships seen near our sun. They must be truly enormous inside, if the outside of those ships are contracted in the negative energies?
That’s correct. They are the size of planets on the interior. Again, they are not allowed to come anywhere near the Earth. They are only allowed to take readings to understand these negative energies. The Federation protects Earth, and everyone understands the importance of the Earth Experiment and its importance to Creator.

Sherrill writes: Hey Tom, I have a good outcome for the Benevolent  Prayer I asked for but I did not know where to tell you. I wrote about my dog Rusty. His eye looked like it was popping out of his head. The Vet did not know what was wrong and said the only way to find out was a $3,000 cat scan. So, we decided maybe it was an infected tooth. They pulled 4 teeth and cleaned the rest and gave him antibiotics and guess what? It’s been a little more than a week and his eye is all well as of yesterday!
MBO FOR LUNCH WITH LONG AGO FRIEND
Lee writes: Good day Tom! I had a friend call out of the blue after 35  years apart, due to a misunderstanding that got out of hand. We reconnected and made plans to meet for lunch. I said an MBO for everything to go well and for our meeting to go far better than we could hope for or expect. Today was lunch day and you would think we last spoke yesterday! We caught up on our lives and she apologized for the events that tanked our friendship. We have plans to meet again and continue where we left off. Thank you for MBOs and all the good they bring into our lives.
MBOs FOR SOONER DELIVERY OF PACKAGES
Laura writes: I've successfully used MBOs to try to get packages to  arrive sooner than promised.
One package was due to arrive June 9, but came on June 5. Another large item was originally promised to arrive on the 28th of the month but came on the 20th, which was much appreciated because it was something I had to assemble, and I needed the extra time!
Very nice to have a GA herding packages through the delivery system!
MBOs FOR WEDDING AND RECEPTION
Last weekend we attended the wedding of one of our friends’ daughter. This was to be a big wedding, and we were all asked to wear appropriate clothes, even in the sweltering heat. Both Dena and I requested MBOs  for the drive to the Episcopal Church, easy parking, then the drive to White Rock Lake to the wedding reception at a large venue right on the lake. We also requested MBOs for our interactions with our friends, parking at the reception, and eventually the drive home, which was over 45 minutes on the freeway.
The bride and groom spared no expense—one videographer and two photographers, lots of high-end appetizers, open bar, and lots of food, plus a string quartet, and later that evening dancing, which we did not stay for. We met some really interesting people, as both the bride and groom have excellent jobs, and people came from as far away as Hawaii. At our table was the father of the bride, two of our other friends, and the bride’s boss and his lady. This was a really enjoyable evening, since we had not attended a wedding in probably 15 years. Everything went smoothly, thanks to lots of MBOs.
THE UNWORKABLE FREE ENERGY MACHINE
Jerry writes: Inventor Marion L. Stansell had a near-death experience in France during World War I. In this experience, a spirit guide led him to another dimension where he was shown the blueprints for a mechanical device, which he was told would save the planet from environmental destruction in the next millennium.
Stansell was introduced to Edgar Cayce in 1928. A reading was done on this vision. The reading confirmed that Stansell was able to see the blueprints for a revolutionary new motor design. The reading also was extremely technical. This was no ordinary machine. There was a chemical component to the device—and it also may have drawn on the energy of the Earth’s magnetic field, as the readings stated the machine must be started facing East/West.
Two motors were built, one for test purposes and another smaller one, to be used when an application was made for a basic patent. The readings suggested changes to the design and the reports suggest that it was rebuilt several times. Sadly, the motor was never fully operational, and the project was abandoned. Mr. Stansell worked on the motor until his death without success.
Is this the free Energy machine that we are waiting for?
Why did Mr. Stansell fail in his attempt to build one?
Gaia, why was Marion L. Stanselt given plans for a free energy machine in a near death experience that never worked?
It was as if he were lighting the way, Tom, for other inventors to ponder why his machine did not work, while coming up with their own inventions. If you recall, it is fairly widely known that other inventors created free energy machines, but were bought off by oil companies, burying those inventions.
EGYPTIAN MUMMIES IN THE GRAND CANYON?
Merrie writes: Not sure if you covered this in the past:
There’ve been reports for YEARS that the Smithsonian has been covering up the work done by an explorer named Kincaid when he  uncovered evidence of Egyptian mummies in cave systems in Grand Canyon. An enormous city was there and later was sealed off and Smithsonian denied their existence.
Also, skeletons of giants that were talked about in local papers, and remains were shipped to the Smithsonian, which later denied their existence. What is the truth please? It has been on my mind for quite a while as to why they are doing this.
Gaia, may have covered this a little before. Did an explorer named Kincaid discover a temple with Egyptian mummies in the Grand Canyon and the Smithsonian denied and sealed it off?
We have said in the past, Tom, that there is more to learn and discover in the Grand Canyon. Other than the Indigenous people, the people that came and explored, came by air. Kincaid did discover ancient ruins that the Smithsonian sealed off. Much more will be revealed in the next five years. Let’s move on.
DOES PRESSURE BELOW SURFACE CAUSE VIOLENCE?
Doug writes: Just yesterday I heard that there were over 600 cases of Passengers fighting on our airlines. Mass shootings were way over 200 and this is just end of May [Now 323]. Numerous cases of neighbors fighting each other over trivial matters. I remember a few years ago when Gaia stressed the need to reduce levels of pressure deep in the Earth and that was reason for the upcoming events on the West Coast  and elsewhere along the Pacific Rim including Yellowstone.
Will this increasing insanity continue to rise on surface until this pressure is reduced sometime between now and 2027? The above is something I have thought about for a while. Am I wrong in this gut feeling?
Gaia, is violence on the surface of the earth caused by pressure underneath?
An interesting question, but no. I have told you before that I used and continue to use weather systems to dilute the negative energy that builds up due to human behavior. For me, lava is like the blood in your veins. It moves around under the Earth’s crust, and there are times that I need to release this pressure in volcanic eruptions for a number of reasons. Some have to do with soul fragments that need to experience volcanic eruptions. At other times to add to the surface of the earth, to replace in a small way land that is going underwater due to the melting of glaciers.
ROMAN LIFE FILTERS THROUGH
My friend Frank related to me that a light suddenly comes on in his  house for no apparent reason, so I asked about this.
Theo, there is a light that for no apparent reason switches on at my friend Frank’s house. While telling me about it, he had a sudden revelation that it is his past life self from Roman days as an architect that is the culprit. Is that correct, and if so why?
He did nail the source, shall we say, Tom. It was not to tell him his transition time is near, but to let him know that his efforts in planting trees and shrubs and so on, along with the construction of various shelters, etc. in his backyard filters through to his time. His use of space is applauded.
HARRY BELAFONTE
Kirke writes: Can you say anything about the soul of the late Harry Belafonte? Medium soul? Do I have any soul level connection with him?  I have never been so drawn to any other entertainer from the time I was a child.
Theo, what quadrant is Harry Belafonte, and what is his soul interest?
He is in the early stages of the Young Soul fourth quadrant, with a soul interest in the arts. This was a significant life for him.
Why is Kirke so drawn to him?
In other lives they are friends. They are from soul clusters that work together, just not in this life.
