I realize there are several Benevolent Prayers to say listed below. PLEASE TAKE THE FEW SHORT SECONDS TO SAY EACH ONE OUT LOUD. Remember, the human voice is much more powerful than people in this time period realize. I’m told there is a crescendo effect when hundreds and thousands say the BP out loud.
Let’s say this Benevolent Prayer for Israel and Palestine out loud: "I ask  any and all beings to aid and assist in protecting the people of Palestine and Israel from the fighting between Hamas and Israel, for those wounded to be given medical assistance, and for the hostages to be returned home unharmed with no further violence, and may there be meaningful negotiations between the two sides so that this will never occur again, thank you!"
Let's say this Benevolent Prayer for the people of UKRAINE: "I ask for any and all beings to aid, comfort, and assist the people of Ukraine to remain safe, for all prisoners of war to be treated under the rules of the Geneva Convention, for the economic sanctions imposed on Russia to work, for the grain to be transported, to return the thousands of  Ukrainian children home, and to return the Russian and Ukrainian soldiers home, thank you!" Please say this Benevolent Prayer.

Before we move on to the rest of the newsletter, a quick explanation for my new subscribers: Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura (and a few others). Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the Earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE.
UPDATE ON THE ITALIAN VOLCANOES
Gaia, is Billy Meier correct in stating that if Mt. Vesuvius erupts, one of its vents extends to Rome and would wipe out the Vatican, and what is the latest probability of that occurring this year? Billy Meier bio, click  here.
Your geologists have confirmed that there are several vents from the main cauldron, and one of them does extend to Rome. The probability of that happening this year is even less than the probability of Yellowstone erupting. Let’s put that at 59%. Again, those who live in Italy, if you see a number of people moving into the region of the volcanoes and a number moving out, that is a strong signal that your souls will allow me to release the pressure underneath this area.
I had already received that if Mt. Vesuvius erupts, so will several other volcanoes in the area.
GUIDES, DIMENSIONS, TIME LINES, BAD GUYS +
Maria in Estonia writes: I have more questions:
1a. Do soul guides consist solely of Guardian Angels and human souls (including those who have also lived as ETs), or do they also include souls of animals, planets, and other ETs who never experience human lives?
1b. What dimensions or characteristics does 3rd focus (dimension) have and what does the 5th focus have?
2. Is there some “intensity,” “courage,” or any other characteristics or  common denominator as to why some souls have chosen to live their lives within a shorter time?
3. What makes the difference of one soul to come in with a “less defined soul contract” and the other one more defined? (27 Sept. 2008)
4. What’s the vibrational level on timeline 11 for young, medium and old souls?
5. Is there any real impact or effect behind the practice of "charging" or "purifying" crystals in moonlight, or "cleansing" rooms from negative energies using candle flames or smoke, or is it purely a matter of belief?
6. Did earlier human models such as Homo ergaster use some oral language? And were the first words for them onomatopoetic ones?
7. What does the person balance when both of their parents have died of suicide, as well as some other close individuals?
8. Can you provide an example of what constitutes ‘sufficient’ balance in the context of Hitler’s, Stalin’s and other mass murderers’ lives causing death of thousands or millions? Will they massively help people, give birth to many children, or how will they balance these deeds?
Gaia, do soul guides consist solely of Guardian Angels and human souls?
Yes, for the most part that is affirmative. Some people, such as you Tom, also have guidance from your ET brothers and sisters, but that is much rarer. Dog and Cat souls are fragments and may be directed by your Guardian Angels at times. And you do receive guidance from your own souls.
What is the main difference for us between the third and fifth dimensions?
Ease of accomplishment would top the list. It is much easier to create in the fifth dimension than the third. Keep in mind that you are at 5.0, so as you, as a whole, raise your vibrational levels, things will be much easier to create and manifest.
Is there some intensity or courage for those who are on short soul  contracts?
Yes, that has come up many times as people discuss their friends and loved ones living a very full life, knowing on a soul level that their lives will be short. They do their best to cram in a full life into the short one they have. Naturally they have great assistance from the angelic side.
Do some people come in with less defined soul contracts?
After really difficult, challenging lives, there can be lives that are quite simple, yet still learning. The challenges are much easier to handle.
What is the vibrational level for people on Timeline 11?
They are on a frequency where the four negative energies still exist, but not as dense as it is for those on the lower timelines. Their vibrational level is the same, but they are able to have easier lives.
Is there any effect of charging or purifying crystals in moonlight and or cleansing rooms from negative energies in a room with using candles or smoke?
From the oldest times it was believed that crystals could be charged by laying outside in the moonlight. These are beliefs, and we say allow. Regarding clearing a room or house, burning sage can reduce the negativity that exists after negative events in a house or home.
Did most earlier human models such as Homo ergaster use oral language and were their first words onomatopoetic ones?
As your ET uncles and aunts introduced new bodies, each new group quickly developed even simple words, and then more complex words, depending on the brain capacity of the bodies they were testing. A human with only 30% of the intelligence of modern humans would use much simpler words than say the Neanderthals who had brains with 70% of the intelligence of Homo sapiens. They had to communicate in order to live.
What is a person balancing when both parents suicide and friends around them do the same?
This can be a complex balancing, when a person has taken lives in their previous lives, so they must experience the loss of loved ones and friends. This is but one of the many ways a soul learns how their actions in previous lives caused grief and heartache for the families and friends of those they killed, even if they were soldiers.
Please give examples of how Hitler and Stalin are balancing and will balance their lives as mass murderers.
Besides having lives of great service, those lives also end abruptly with their deaths. They have lives where their loved ones die at early ages, so they suffer grief and heartache over and over again. They also become leaders of high regard, but still tragedy stalks them. Keep in mind that their soul contracts were to be a bad guy in their lives, but they exceeded their soul contracts.
MORE ON SOUL CLUSTERS
Theo, what is the purpose of a soul cluster besides working with other clusters?
That could be quite a complex answer for today, Tom. Each soul fragment is constantly learning from the lives of the other soul fragments in the cluster, as you all interact with other soul clusters.  Nothing is kept secret, since it allows for much more full lives with the soul fragments of the other clusters.
How often do the soul fragments act as main guides for the soul fragments in their cluster?
Every time a soul fragment has a life on Earth, one of the other soul fragments in that cluster acts as their main guide, due to their intimate knowledge of that soul fragment and their soul contract for that life. They work hand in hand with your Guardian Angel, who is also the same GA for all the fragments in the same cluster and may also be the same GA for the other clusters you work with life after life. If not, we of course instantly communicate between ourselves regarding the soul contracts of each soul fragment.
How often do we act as guides with specialties for work?
This can be several thousand times, keeping in mind that all these lives are going on at the same time, so your knowledge on a soul level is much more than what you have so far lived. You do this out of love.
LIVES ON EARTH
Jen writes: Tell us more about the veil we have that prevents us from remembering who we are. It seems like the veil is thinner in regard to  past lives on Earth than it is past lives on other planets; in other words, we can draw from knowledge we have obtained from past lives on Earth only, correct?
It also seems like older souls in terms of earth lives have a little easier time here, yet they cannot remember those past lives. Since older souls cannot remember, what do they get that younger souls do not? If it is a matter of intuition coming from our guides, why is that intuitive knowledge only available to the older souls and not received by the younger souls.
Theo, is the veil thinner for lives on Earth and lives on our home planets?
Your remembrance of previous lives on other planets is certainly blocked, as part of your souls’ agreements to take part in the Earth Experiment. The veil is a little bit thinner to remember your previous lives on Earth. This was done to allow you to eventually understand that you are having multiple lives, not just one as several religions teach for a variety of reasons.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my many new readers, during one of my meditative sessions in 2008 I was introduced to another member of my soul “cluster,” Antura, who after 800 lives on Earth with an interest in exploration, he is part of a “first contact, grass roots” team of four, They are currently on board a huge Sirian mothership that is three miles wide on the outside, and fifteen miles wide on the inside, because we exist in four negative energies and the inside of the ship is in the ten positive energies. There is a crew of 900, plus their families totaling 1,500, since they live their whole lives on board the ship. Antura has told me that my family will soon come up to their ship, fifty miles above us, to shoot a series of documentaries for 14 days. This will occur as soon as enough people on Earth finally accept the fact that we are not the only intelligent species in the universe (very old school thinking). Speaking of Pleiadians, Antura, why haven’t you done the same for me as the Pleiadians did for Billy Meier with closeup views of your scout craft?
Tom, you were told in the past that this life is a setup for him for his next life. Your life this time around will be introducing ETs in person, shall we say, to the world. Billy’s soul contract was to introduce people to idea that ETs are real by showing closeups of the Pleiadian spacecraft.
Maria (#2) writes: Hello, Tom, and good day to you. I have a question for Antura. I have been watching UFO shows on TV lately. And on one of the shows, it shows that they discovered a UFO shaped object in the Baltic Sea. Question to Antura: how long has this object been in the bottom of the sea? Is this an underwater UFO base for them? What is the story behind the object?
Antura, is the UFO shaped object said to be located in the Baltic Sea real, Photoshopped, or how long has it been there?
That was a nice Photoshop creation, not to say that there are not ships under the sea, which we have covered before.

In the latter half, researcher, lecturer, and author, R.L. Poole related his personal experiences with the alien abduction phenomenon, having been abducted by the Greys numerous times over the last 40 years.
Antura, is RL Poole still being abducted?
He is not. He is recounting the many times he was, with fresh memories coming to the surface that were blocked by the Zetas when they abducted him.
Antura, when was the last ET craft shot down?
Within the last two years, Tom. Unfortunately, it got too close to one of those scalar weapons.

Virginia writes: We are leaving for Florida soon and we always ship our  car from Michigan and fly to Naples, Florida. This necessitates having one set of keys to leave with the transport company and one set to be retained by us to lock the house. Imagine my upset a few days ago when I couldn't locate the second set of keys.
My husband and I had both been sick with Covid over Christmas, so I hadn't been out in the car in a week. I was pretty worried. I searched everywhere I could think of without disclosing to my spouse that the keys were lost. So, I said an MBO for finding my car keys. I found them today in a coat pocket a few days before crunch time. I thanked the guides for saving us from a calamitous situation.
BP FOR LADY ON TRAIN
Catherine writes from Portugal: I was in a train car this weekend with only half a dozen other passengers. Image by Nuno Murao.
A woman came through the car and with her, a feeling of "traveler's unease." Something was 'off.' I saw her on the platform, looking around— and I sensed she needed a BP. As I said the BP on her behalf, I felt tears coming, invariably a "We got this!" She entered my car and was about to walk past a gentleman she had already passed. He looked up at her and said, "Cell phone?" And motioned towards the ticket office. Yes, she had lost her cell phone. Grateful, relieved, she left the carriage to claim her missing phone.
This BP took less than one minute to be answered.
MBO FOR THE PERFECT VACATION HOUSE
Ellen writes: I have a wonderful MBO that took place today. We have been looking for a small vacation home on a lake for a little while now. Each time we thought we found the perfect place, I would say an MBO with the added phrase “if this is the right place for us.” We’ve found a few places and made offers, but none have been accepted.
Well, today we took a second look at a little place on the water close to  our hometown that needs a little work. We knew with a little time and effort we could make it into a great getaway spot for us to enjoy with family and friends. Before we left the property, I said an MBO prayer out loud that if this was the right place for us, please let us know right away. We made a reasonable offer and we received a call this afternoon from the realtor, letting us know our offer had been accepted!!
MBOs work! I’m such a big believer in MBOs and use them for all kind of little and big requests. I do sometimes add “if this is for my highest and best good.” Thank you for sharing your MBO prayer and all the wonderful stories. They are so uplifting, and I look forward to your newsletter to see how others are working with them.
MBO TO FIND CREDIT CARDS
Flori writes: Before leaving for a three-week vacation to Europe, I sorted out what credit cards to take with me and leave the rest at home.
Once home I just couldn’t remember what I did with the cards left  behind. I searched where it should have been— the obvious places— nothing.
Looked in the not so obvious places, still nothing.
“Ok guys… I need your help locating what I’m looking for— nothing.”
“Oh! ok… I request a most benevolent outcome in finding my cards.”
Voice in my head, “What purse did you use before leaving?”
Me, my red one.

QUESTIONS FOR THE FAIRY KING AND QUEEN
Jen writes: Are all cacti from one planet or galaxy? Are other succulents from the same planet?
Do fairies who assist those plants come from those planets or do they receive training in assisting those plants before they work with them?

Good morning and good life to both of you.
Are all cacti from one planet or galaxy and what about succulents? And  do fairies come from those planets or are they trained?
Being a plant, cacti exist on many planets in the universe, just in different forms. We’re not sure what your reader is asking about succulents. As explained before, fairies were attracted to the Earth. Other planets have their own assistance in existing plants being nurtured. They don’t have to remain invisible to the population of those planets as we do on Earth. We are part of the mysteries of Earth for you to learn more about in the future.
And we are not blocked from knowing how to take care of plants on Earth. Little training was needed. We were immediately able to communicate with the plants and trees and understand their needs and how we could assist them.
Teresa writes from Austin, Texas: William Butler Yeats, Ireland's great poet, wrote a book on fairy lore titled "Celtic Twilight." He interviewed people about fairies and other supernatural beings. Did he have any past or prior life experiences with fairies or other supernatural beings?
King Oberon, did William Butler Yeats, author of Celtic Twilight, have any past or prior life experiences with fairies or the supernatural?
Yes, he did. He loved going into the woodlands and doing a form of meditation. You would have to read his works to see how this came out in his writing.

The original question was about a signal burst—that is accurate. Then astronomers got clever and created blinking lights from what appeared to be a Christmas tree in space. We will allow them to create theories as to what caused the signal burst from the stars in question.
Keep in mind, Tom, that as a whole, your scientists are still in the infant stage of studying planets, suns, and galaxies. There are new revelations on almost a daily basis. You have already been told there will be great revelation in the next three to five years about the age of the universe and the discovery of the universe next to ours.

As you might suppose, he is in the early stages of a third quadrant Young Soul, with many lives ahead. Being a success has brought with it challenges as to how to handle that success. So far, he has been successful at buying off those he took advantage of. He is learning a hard lesson that will continue as one or more women come forward. No jail time, as those he has abused will accept payments is the highest probability at this time.

MY WIFE’S NEXT LIFE
I had received quite some time ago that my wife Dena’s next life will be  back 12,500 years ago in ancient Egypt. But I had never read anything about whether there were Pharaoh's at that time, so I asked.
Theo, will Dena be a Pharaoh, or some sort of King in her next life? And will I be a man or woman, or should I say, was I, since you said that was a past life for me?
He will be an early version of a Pharaoh, with records lost in the ensuing 12,000 years. There are records but have been kept from the public due to religious beliefs. You will, or were, a man, not his wife as you thought.

MORE INFORMATION: WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING THIS ENACTED BY CONGRESS?
- This will have bipartisan support since it does not require anyone to do anything. It is ALL VOLUNTARY!
- No money is given that can be used to buy more guns.
- Payment is made with money cards that can only be used at
 supermarkets or grocery stores.
- People are concerned that only law-abiding citizens will give up their guns. Over weeks and months there will be people who turn in guns because someone in their family may be considering suicide or going on a shooting spree.
- This would be overseen by the ATF, instead of the Justice Department. They would collect the guns once a month (or sooner) and destroy them the same way they destroy other confiscated guns. This also ensures that some local police department will not sell them out the back door.
- Another possible benefit I have not mentioned before: Presenting this bill before Congress will allow for Amendments to be voted on. Perhaps one or two might pass this time. We won’t know unless we find a Congressperson or Senator to sponsor the bill.
