OUTLOOK FOR OIL IN 2016
Gaia, what is the probability of oil remaining below $30 per barrel for the rest of 2016?
Quite high, Tom—extremely high—with the Iranians entering the marketplace with one million barrels of oil each day, this quite successfully floods the market, but they don’t care as they need the revenue and have been virtually blocked since the sanctions against them began. Therefore, the probability is over 80% to 90%. Yes, there is a small probability that it could rise slightly above that, but the world economy, including that giant behemoth China, will only continue at the same economic speed that your economists are predicting for this year.
Folks, we could perhaps see $1.25 per gallon gas prices in 2016.
DOG INFLUENZA IN THE USA
 Kathy writes: Thank you for the wonderful newsletter. I have a question about the news saying that an epidemic about dogs getting influenza. Will this continue? There is a case in Montana; so worried about our animals.

Gaia, will the dog influenza spread in the USA?
No, it will remain under control with a few scattered cases, Tom. The veterinarians will catch any flu cases and the people in those areas will keep it from spreading.
OUTLOOK FOR THE DOLLAR IN 2016
 Barbara writes: Would you please ask Gaia if the rumor is true that in the near future our United States dollar will not have any value. Also if a deep depression is coming soon.

Gaia, what is the outlook for 2016 for the U.S. dollar?
I know that there are those who keep predicting a collapse for various reasons, Tom—some of them nefarious—but actually with the oil at such a low level the dollar has been strong and will continue to have strength the rest of the year, with fluctuations much as all currencies and stocks do. There will be no event that will cause the dollar to drop. This has again been predicted partly by the political situation in your country--part of a campaign of fear. Fear this, fear that, fear everything.
DAVID BOWIE AND DISCLOSURE UPDATE
Pam writes: I can't wait to see your new TV series, hope it will come out on YouTube or something, since I don't have cable.
I just wanted to ask, as I imagine many others have, was our beloved David Bowie a Pleiadian? What was his purpose on  Earth? I seem to remember that Michael Jackson was too from one of your previous posts. The Pleiadians seem to love music!
Any latest news on Disclosure and landings for 2016?
Gaia, was David Bowie’s soul fragment from a Pleiadian planet?
Quite so. He knew this almost on a conscious level, which was why he sang of times.
Was his soul interest art or music or both?
Both we can safely say. He was an older soul fragment – although he still has many lives to go – this, of course, was a significant one. His interest was a combination of art and music. You might say one bleeds into the other.
Was he a young, medium or old soul in terms of Earth lives?
A little more seasoned soul than an early medium. He still has many lives yet to live on Earth, but this one was successful on many fronts, where not only was he successful in music, but also in the way it was exhibited, plus he had a life of exploring bisexuality. He achieved most of his soul contract.
Gaia, what is the probability of the Russian Disclosure occurring this year—still hovering around 30%?
Yes, still in the 30s but on the rise a little, Tom. Those negotiations with the reptilians will prove to be beneficial. So still in the lower half of the 30 percentile, but things are being negotiated as we speak between the Federation and the Russians. These meetings occur once or twice a month.
SOULS HAVING LIVES ON EARTH
These questions came from Auntmommie.
 How many souls volunteered for the Earth Experience, Theo? Was it over 10 million, 25 million, or even 100 million? Also what percentage of these souls are having physical lives as compare to souls such as yours who will never have a physical life?
First the numbers, Tom. Let’s see if you can receive this. Use the figure of over 100 million. Of these, a full 10% will never have a life on Earth.
I realize you collectively like to spoon feed us, so am I low on the number?
Yes, a little low. You can double that number and that will be close to those who volunteered for the Earth Experiment. When we get into large numbers sometimes you have to get past the automatic limitations of your mind.
What percentage are having lives on Earth now?
Fully 80%, Tom.
Keep in mind, folks, that each soul has six to twelve “fragments” in a soul “cluster” having these lives. I may ask this question again, as I'm still not sure of the correct number.
MAKING A MURDERER
Bill writes: The very popular 10 episode Netflix original series, Making a Murderer, covers the trials of Steven Avery and his nephew, Brendan Dassey, concerning the alleged rape and murder of 25 year old Teresa Halbach. Steven Avery was wrongly convicted of a sexual assault back in the 1980s, and spent 18 years in prison before he was finally released when technology caught up and DNA evidence could prove another man committed the crime. He was truly innocent in that case, and this Netflix series leans toward showing that he was framed for the Teresa Halbach murder too.
 Can you please ask:
- Did Steven Avery and/or his nephew Brendan Dassey kill Teresa Halbach?
- If not, will the real killer ever be identified?
- Will either of them ever be released from prison?
- Did the Manitowoc County police plant evidence to frame these men for the crime?
- What are their soul contracts?
Theo, was Steven Avery and his nephew wrongly convicted of murder, or did they do it?
Yes, in this case he was wrongly convicted. You might say the prosecutor had it out for him.
Will they be freed?
Yes, but it will take a while as the wheels of justice are sometimes quite slow, especially when you have people that felt he should have stayed in jail. These wheels can move quite slowly at times.
So the probability of their release would be over 50% at this time?
More in the 75% range at this time.
Why this soul contract?
He wrongly imprisoned someone in a past life and this life will balance that one.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA

Jen writes: Jen from Helena, MT here. I read with great interest your exchange with Antura regarding the reptilian race and why they started looking for materials and instantly the movie "Enemy Mine" popped into my head.
The movie came out in 1985 and starred Dennis Quaid and Louis Gossett, Jr. Basically the story is that a human and a Drac, who looked very reptilian and whose races were at war with each other end up stranded on an unoccupied planet and are forced to survive. Would you mind asking Antura if this movie documents part of our Star Wars? I'm just amazed at how close Antura's account of their story is to the movie.

No, but he did channel the information that there were reptilians and humans in conflict at one time. It was a well-written script.
Antura, I saw a list of spacecraft that had crashed around the world from about 1947 up to the 90s.

I understood that there were a number of crashes in the early days due to radar interference, but not that far past that time period. Are they correct?
No, there have been a number of spacecraft that have been lost, but the later reports are erroneous.

Yes, in one instance.
Were most of the crew of these craft killed or did some survive?
Some survived, but most died soon afterwards due to a lack of the right atmosphere for them to breathe. A few were returned – bartered you might say – for assistance with the countries’ space programs.
Antura, is the TRB3 real and the result of back engineering?

 Quite so, Tom. It is the result of many years of back engineering. Again, its capabilities are limited compared to our space craft, but do operate at a higher level than any aircraft known to the public at this time.
And they’re in the shape of a triangle?
Yes, that’s correct.

Antura, when two planets trade together is it strictly barter—I give you this and you give me that—or is there a hard currency of some sort?
More the former, Tom, but then there are multiple trades where one planet supplies a second and the second planet supplies the third and the third planet supplies the first.
Keep in mind that many products are just given out of kindness and in the spirit of cooperation.
 Is there any trade with the reptilians?
Just a little as we have found a few items that can be used by the Federation and we certainly know what products or minerals they wish.
Have they continued their takeovers of other planets in other galaxies?
Yes, just a little but that is essentially over as that was part of the peace negotiations long ago that they would cease these takeovers. They are to offer to barter.
MBO FOR SAFETY FROM NEARBY TORNADO

 M.E. writes from Garland, Texas: I live in Garland, not too far from the area that was destroyed by the tornado. While my family and I were sheltering in the bathroom that night, my sister and I said MBOs for our safety and the safety of our property - thankfully, we experienced no harm.
[Tom] We live a few miles from where that tornado struck. There were 12 tornadoes that night in this area and needless to say, we were requesting MBOs for our safety and our house and all those houses nearby.
M.E. continues: I submitted an entry to an art exhibit call for entries. This is the first time I have done such a thing. I said an MBO that my artwork would be well-received and my entry successful - my work was accepted for the show!
 My dog suddenly developed a very swollen area around one of his eyes, he could barely open the eye, and it was watery. I said an MBO that I could get him into the vet quickly - I got an appt. for only 1 hour after I called the office. Yesterday I took him to the vet; she was worried that it could be an abscessed tooth. She started him on antibiotics and eye ointment. I said an MBO that the medicines would be effective and aid his body in healing. Today, after less than 12 hours on the meds, his eye looks MUCH better; the swelling is almost gone and his eye looks almost normal!
Recently I started saying an MBO every time I leave my house, asking that I will have a positive interaction with anyone I come into contact with. Since I've been saying that MBO, I have had so many fantastic experiences, each and every time I go out. I feel divinely guided to encounter the most gentle and friendly people.
The list goes on...but I'll save some for another time.
BP SUCCESS FOR KIDNEY TRANSPLANT++
Larry writes: You asked for MBO success stories to share on the blog. Well, I can tell you that BPs produce MBOs!
 I asked your Facebook followers to pray for Nick O'Hara to be placed on the transplant list, two days later he was added. After a couple months on the transplant list, Nick was getting worse; once again, I asked and within a week, Nick had a new kidney! A week later, he had some complications, so I asked again and a day later his doctors found an aneurysm in the artery feeding blood to the new kidney. He is on the road to recovery!
That was my first experience with BPs. I then requested BPs for my sister's animal rescue. She is renting space for the rescue, but was having difficulty meeting the rent, and was going to have to move January 1st. The landlord extended her deadline by half a month, and she was supposed to be out by January 15th. Yesterday, January 13th, a perspective buyer of the property visited and informed her that he appreciates the work they do to save animals and said if he purchases the property he wants the rescue to stay put. He also agreed to lower the rent by $500 a month! We are hoping (praying) that he buys the property.
 And the last experience I want to share with you just happened. I have been helping my sister by running her Facebook page, running her website and maintaining the rescue's online presence. I have to distance myself from the dogs or I would end up adopting every one of them, so working online from my home is all that I am able to do! Tuesday night we received an urgent Facebook message regarding a dog that had to be surrendered to animal control because his owner was just admitted to a nursing home. He is the most beautiful bulldog mix I'd ever seen. He tugged at my heartstrings and I died a little on the inside each day as he approached his last day on Earth, 1/17.
I was unable to sleep last night because all I could see was this beautiful animal being put down because his owner got sick! As I laid in my bed, I began to ask any and all beings to please help Petey find his forever home. This morning my wife complained that I was talking in my sleep, but I wasn't sleeping! I awoke this morning and called my sister to see if she could rescue Petey. I even offered to foster him until she could find a permanent home for him. When my sister checked on his status we discovered he has a pending adoption application! My benevolent prayers were answered with a most beneficial outcome!
Oh, and you now have another believer in my sister who I never told about my request to you before. When we talked today and I told her about my experiences, she became a total believer! My mother found your teachings, then she told me, and now I passed the info onto my sister. I tell anyone who will listen about my experiences, but unless you see the power in action, you will probably have questions like I first did!
I don't know if you can use any of these. I know that I have mentioned Nick's story before, but the rest of my experiences are much more recent, and I wanted to share them with you if you need any stories for the blog.

TWIN TOWERS COVER-UP?
Mike writes: I searched for this in your archives and the only mention of the Farsight Institute (remote viewing project) was my own question back in 2013 asking about their viewing of Atlantis.
 My question now is about their 9/11 remote viewing project, the result of which seems to corroborate many of the theories that contradict the official story.

In short, the viewers describe a massive cover-up of a meticulously planned takedown of the twin towers by a small group of very powerful people using an underground mini-nuke, blasting charges along the vertical support beams, and a missile strike on the Pentagon.
Would Theo like to comment on the accuracy of this remote viewing data, or are we to be kept in the dark for now? Thanks!
Gaia, are reports of a massive cover up regarding the Twin Towers correct?
Yes, to a certain extent, but not so massive as is described in those reports. They were, shall we say, sensationalized in order to sell books.
As we have said before, Tom, there are some things that will be taken to graves as the people involved would not wish to spend the rest of their lives in jail, or detested by the public, and live in fear of assassination. So there will continue to be speculation, but few facts will emerge for many years. It will continue to provide those conspiracy theorists something to speculate about, without hard proof.
MECHAPHILIA AND “BAD BOYS”

 (2) Do women who only have female children want to cheat on their husbands more than if they have sons?
(3) Please explain what is it about "The Bad Boy" appeal that women are so attracted to in men and end up with the "bad guys" who are usually useless men who are bad for them, for example, criminals, deadbeats, leaches, abusers or pimps, etc.
Theo, please explain Mechaphilia—sex with machines.
Yes, this is a rare disorder, Tom, and suffice to say, that it falls under the category of having sex with animals – bestiality. It’s as if the person is raping the car, giving him a feeling of power.
Is it true that women with daughters have more affairs than women with just sons?
Not true, Tom. Those figures are skewed depending upon whether a woman will admit to any affairs. It really has much more to do with their relationships with their husbands.
What is the appeal of “bad boys” to young women?
Yes, it is the feeling of liberation from their lives, which up to that point have been quite mundane in their eyes. It is simply the exploration of their sexual nature, and also their family relationships come into play here. This could be a long discussion with many contributing factors.
MORE ON MARGARET MITCHELL & SLAVERY
Mike writes: I love the movie Gone with the Wind, it's one of my all-time favorites, and I'm glad Theo also referred to it as a great film. I think it's Hollywood's greatest ever film.
 If you can ask a follow-up, I would like to know did Margaret Mitchell actually live in the South during the civil war, which is why it was easy for her to write the book, and does she perhaps have a particular interest in historical novels in her next life?
Theo, did Margaret Mitchell have one or more lives during the American Civil War?
Quite so, Tom. This would come under the heading similar to those who write science fiction novels who have lives in advance in order to explain the coming technology. She had a life in the south during the civil war. Therefore, it was easy for her to write about that experience as she had lived it. And it was the previous life with none in between so it was quite fresh and those memories were easy to capture during her writing.
So she did not have a life as a slave to see the other side?
Not when she wrote the book. She did after this life in order to see the suffering slaves experienced. It was deemed not necessary to have that life before, or that would have been a wholly different book. As I said before, it was understood that the book would be turned into one of the greatest motion pictures of all time—Gone with the Wind.
Mike also asked the following questions.
 Theo, how often, if at all, did white female slave owners in the South have sex with their black slaves?
This was quite uncommon, Tom. Perhaps one tenth of one percent or even less. It only occurred when they had a number of previous lives together. These women knew they would be cast out and homeless if they were caught since they knew they could be blackmailed. Of course, that did not stop the white males from having sex with the slaves. That was considered part of their control. Naturally they had to have balancing lives where they were raped as slaves too.
Did these slave owners know intuitively it was wrong?
Very few felt any remorse. These, again, were lives of learning and then balancing.
Is the white race more prone to this than other races?
No, if one truly looks at history, you will see slavery in all races as, again, these are learning lives and slavery is on the human race bucket list, as you call it, of experiences you must have in one or more Earth lives.
FUTURE FOR DREAMS
Gaia what is the future for our understanding of dreams, or will they always remain enigmatic since each person has their own dream symbols.
 Dreams will be more understood, Tom, in the future. As people meditate more, it will open up for them asking questions about their dreams and receiving answers as to their meaning.
Should dreams be controlled—as when we have vivid dreams and know we are dreaming?
This is allowed for your learning, Tom. You’re correct that there will be dreams where you have no control since these are necessary to give you messages from your soul, or when you are assisting others across the universe.
Scientists study dreams all the time. Won’t they come to more of an understanding of dreams and symbolism and our entry into the quantum area I’ll call it for lack of a better word?
Yes, but this will take many years, Tom. First, they need to accept the idea that you have multiple lives on Earth and can draw from any of them during the period when you are in the quantum state. And they have to come to accept that there are multiple time lines where you also will visit or draw upon those experiences your other selves are having. This is a giant leap for them and it will not come overnight.
DROUGHT IN SOUTH AFRICA
Busi writes: South Africa is experiencing its worst drought in two decades. Can you ask Gaia when we will have some reprieve as water restrictions are already being imposed in some provinces?
 Gaia, have you lifted the drought for South Africa yet, and if not, when will you do so?
Not quite yet, Tom. It will be some time before the drought is lifted. Just as you have had a drought in Texas and parts of the plain states, a drought was needed as part of my cycles in South Africa. Over time, your meteorologists will come to learn these patterns but it will quite a few years of data and studying on their part. Again, as I’ve said before, these scientific jobs would become very boring if there weren’t still a great deal left to learn.
Would a figure of 10% of the knowledge they will eventually have be in the approximate area?
They are not even at 10% yet, Tom. That’s how far they have to go to really understand the weather systems of this planet, not to mention that they will take this knowledge to study the weather systems of other planets. So there will be things to discover for these scientists for hundreds, if not thousands, more years.
Therefore Gaia, will the drought in South Africa last for a few more months or more than a year?
Use the year figure, Tom; the drought will continue with spotty showers, but not enough to end the drought.
