Gun violence is everyone’s responsibility to work to lower. Here is a chance to do your part.

Let's say this Benevolent Prayer for the people of UKRAINE: "I ask for any and all beings to aid, comfort, and assist the people of Ukraine to remain safe, for all prisoners of war to be treated under the rules of the Geneva Convention, for the economic sanctions imposed on Russia to work, for the grain to be transported, to return the thousands of Ukrainian children home,  and to return the Russian and Ukrainian soldiers home, thank you!"

Before we move on to the rest of the newsletter, a quick explanation for my new subscribers: Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura (and a few others). SARGASSUM PROBLEM, FEMICIDES, ENERGY
Sixto in the Dominican Republic writes: Hope you are doing well and fine. I always say a BP for your health and wellness. I also include your wife. Thank you for the great work you're doing in writing the weekly newsletter. Beautiful orientation!
The following are the questions I have:
1. There is a great amount of sargassum coming to the shores of the  Dominican Republic as well to other Caribbean islands. It's causing lots of inconvenience to the tourism industry, power generation, etc. What would be the best way to help solve this big problem?
2. Will the free energy machine be produced in one country or will there be licensing to be produced and distributed in different countries? Will there be major problems when the free energy machine is sold to the public?
3. There are many femicides occurring in the Dominican Republic where the man kills the women and then kills himself. Also there are a great amount of girls getting pregnant at 12, 13 and 14 years of age. What are the causes of these two situations?
4. When is the possible time that the war in Ukraine will come to an end and what will happen to Putin in Russia?
Gaia, what is the easiest and least invasive way to solve the problem of sargassum coming to the shores of Caribbean islands and the shores of the USA?
Pollution is causing this, so a more concerted effort will be needed to clean the waste from entering the sea.
What is the cause of so many femicides and early pregnancies in the  Dominican Republic?
These are primarily young souls who have this in their soul contracts. The young girls are encouraged to mate to have a man take care of them, as many lack the belief that they can earn a living and believe they will live in poverty. They lack confidence. The end result is the same; single mother with one or more children. These are lives of learning.
Experts are predicting a stalemate in the Ukrainian War. What is the highest probability?
The Ukrainians will surpass expectations, since this is their land, while the Russians lack the high motivation. The Ukrainians have been supplied with high tech weapons by the Europeans and the United States. This will make a difference in the war. That is the highest probability, and as you have been told before, it will in the end be Putin’s downfall.
SMART GUNS IN OUR FUTURE?
Graham in the UK writes: Smart Guns in the Future?
Biofire wants to end gun violence in America with its 'Smart Gun'.
In the future, will Guns have facial recognition, fingerprint recognition and also mini cameras mounted to them, with footage reviewed by police if they need to prove they used the gun in self-defense? Click here.
Gaia, will “smart guns” be introduced in the future with facial /fingerprints, registration, and mini cams?
These will be introduced on a very limited basis. The cost will be too high, and then what do you do with the 400 million guns already owned in the United States? Not very practical.
BIDEN OUT OF DANGER?
Gaia, is Biden past the time when he was in danger? Why was I given that  information last year?
As you guessed, Tom, it was a probability, that thankfully for him did not occur.
Was he injured on any of the lower timelines?
Good question. No, he escaped injury, but there was a try on his life.
I need to remember to ask what percentage probability these events in the future are.
DRUGS AND MASS SHOOTINGS
Gary writes from Lancaster Texas: I was reading your current Newsletter. There was a mention of guns for groceries. Everyone seems to be hyper focused on guns as the cause of the massacres and it is true they are the vehicle used. However, I remember the pharmaceutical companies getting congress to pass a law that the drugs used to treat mental health could not be correlated to these events. To me that is a sure sign that there is a correlation. How about a question to the appropriate entity asking if the pharmaceutical drugs used to treat mental health are involved in any way  with the mass shootings.
Gaia, are pharmaceutical drugs used to treat mental health involved in any way with the mass shootings?
That’s difficult to answer, Tom, in a general way. We would put these drugs down as being involved in less than 1% of the time. The greatest cause is mental illness, coupled with young—very young souls who are easily led into hate groups. All of them will have to balance their actions in this life. Some will begin to do this while incarcerated, while others, such as the man who killed 8 people in Allen, Texas, were killed on the spot and are already incarnating into lives where they will be the victim.
Mary writes: Will you ask about the epidemic of mass shootings in the US? When and how will this problem be solved? Thank you.
Theo, when and how will the epidemic of mass shooting problem be solved?
Slowly right now, but Congressional representatives will be elected that will push legislation ahead in a number of areas to reduce gun violence. You have been told before there will come a time when there will be a compromise, allowing guns only at home, and not carried on the streets.
THE DISCLOSURE PROJECT PRESS CONFERENCE
If you did not watch Dr. Steven Greer’s Disclosure Conference Webinar, be sure to watch their Press Conference, held in the National Press Club in Washington, DC. It’s free and is a compressed version (3 hours) of the two- day webinar. Here is the link.
There will be a number of positive actions that will come about in the next six months. I’ll mention just a few.
1. Both the White House and all of Congress were given a map of where all the secret illegal labs which are back engineering ET spacecraft are in the United States, including a list.
2. Both were also given interviews with 752 whistle blowers detailing what each of those sites have. They are available to be interviewed by Congressional Committees.
3. They were also given a list of 122 ET craft crash retrievals, that included both dates and locations.
4. A legal group of more than 35 attorneys who will work pro bono on cases to be filed against corporations which are operating illegally, along with other legal people now totaling 90 or more.
5. At a fund raising dinner this past Saturday night, $110,000 was initially raised and a lady said she would match all donations to fund filing fees, travel expenses, etc. for these attorneys. They hope to get to $1,000,000 to fund this operation.
Please watch this Press Conference since this will have a great effect in the next couple of years. I also think it will assist me in the acceptance of our documentary.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, in 2008, Theo introduced me to another member of my soul “cluster,” which consists of eight fragments of our soul. After 800 lives on Earth, with a soul interest in exploration, he is back having a life as an amphibian, born on the water planet Nommo in the Sirius B Solar System— one of over 20 planets that orbit this small sun. He’s part of a “grass roots, first contact team,” of four people—all from different planets. They are all orbiting the Earth as part of a crew of 900, plus the crew members’ families, totaling 1,500, from 37 different planets. Antura, was there an ET crash in Las Vegas and 8- to 10-foot-tall ETs roamed about?
More a malfunction of the craft, Tom. Time was altered so that they could be rescued, along with their spacecraft. There were no casualties, as has been the case in a number of previous instances.
Sandy writes: It seems they think that there is a connection with the site in the Bucegi mountains in Romania detailed in books by Radu Cinnemar. You've written about the tunnels there that connect to Egypt and Tibet. The artifacts found there seem to also be created for very large individuals and seem to be awakening and again the US military is heavily involved.
Any ideas about what has been discovered in Romania and when we will find out more about it?
Antura, any ET connection to the Bucegi Mountains in Romania? Artifacts  found there seem to be for large individuals.
Yes, Tom, there has been a presence there for many centuries. It was lightly populated there for many years, but the population is such now that it has been increasingly hard for any ETs to use that as one of the many bases on Earth.
Pleiadian, do all six countries you and your team meet with every month now have anti-gravity ships, and if so, how have you kept them from going interplanetary?
Not all have chosen to concentrate their efforts on the development of spacecraft, Tom but enough have that humans have seen them and mistaken them for Extra Terrestrial. We have made sure that these craft do not have the capability of going interplanetary. You might say we installed governors. It’s much more complex than that but that is the end result.
Shirl writes: My sister and I were relaxing in our front yard and we both caught just a millisecond of a slender flash of light in our neighbor’s yard, across the street. We both said, "Did you see that?" It was in broad daylight, and it was about 7' in height. What was it that we saw?
Antura, did Shirl and her sister see something that was ET when they saw a flash of light about 7 feet in height across the street?
Yes, that was a good observation. You might call that a doorway that opened and immediately closed. That’s all I’m allowed to say.

MBO FOR LOST MONEY IN SCAM

Renee writes: So excited to tell you about my MBO and EGT (expect great  things) moments that happened in the last few weeks.
My MBO happened a couple of weeks ago, when I fell into a scam operation that cost me $3,500 out of my bank accounts. So, I immediately said an MBO and went to the bank and closed the accounts. The fraud department said that it could take about 10 business days to find out the outcome of this devastating situation. It turns out that I was refunded the whole amount within 3 days. I was very surprised and grateful and learned a good lesson.
My EGT happened just a week later when I received a medical bill owing $260 from 18 months ago. I called my insurance company, and they said that I was not responsible and they contacted the ambulance service to explain the situation. It was only a few days later that I received a check from them of "over payment" in the amount of $414, which I never recall making in the first place. And, of course, I never expected this great thing happening to me!
MBOs TO KEEP ANIMALS OFF THE ROAD
Leah writes: Today in my neighborhood group someone posted that they had hit a male juvenile bear on their way to work. He scampered off but their car was dented. The bear population has grown as a result of the lock down, and it is the time for the male yearlings to start foraging on their own. They are  learning about how to live with people and cars. I decided to post the MBO that I say whenever I get into my car (I also say one about arriving safely to my destination on time and having a parking place).
“I request a Most Benevolent Outcome to keep the animals off the road when I pass by, and people too! Thank you.”
Tom, when we moved to the mountains from the city, I was disturbed by the number of animals I would hit with my car. We are at the end of a 7 mile forested, very curvy road with no street lights that goes over the eastern continental divide. When I learned about the Gentle Way, I was eager to apply it. It has easily been at least 10 years since I have hit any animals with my car. I watch them often as I drive by in my car, waiting for me to pass. I like living in harmony with nature and want to be respectful of the living beings around me. Thank you for the gentle way.
BPs FOR INJURED CHILDREN IN FRANCE
Severine in China writes: I will only report on one very significant instance.
This week there was a knife attack in Annecy, France. This was the first time that children were targeted.
Four kids, toddlers, ended up in the ICU. Doctors said they were hanging to life by a thread.
I immediately posted a BP in our WhatsApp group which was:
‘I ask any and all beings across all timelines to aid, comfort and save the 4 children affected by the attack in Annecy, France. Please send them the best treatments and surround them and their loved ones with massive healing white light, love and miracles. Thank you.’
After the first round, 2 kids remained in ICU. Second round, the next day the 4 kids became stable and all moved to the general ward.
This was the second BP on the next day:
“I ask any and all beings across all timelines to aid comfort and save the 4 children affected by the attack in Annecy, France. Please send them the best treatments and surround them and their loved ones with massive healing white light, love and miracles. Thank you.”
All kids are now stable and in the general ward.
We have had 18 participants. I know some other people in the world may have prayed too.
What a miracle! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

MORE QUESTIONS FOR THE FAIRY KING
Teresa writes from Austin, Texas: Does the Fairy Kingdom have a sense of pride and accomplishment when desert areas have a super bloom?
King Oberon, can you tell us something about the Fairy Kingdom that would  totally surprise us?
King Oberon, do fairies take pride in a desert super-bloom?
Of course we do, Tom. We knew in advance that there would be copious amounts of rain this year and helped prepare those plants to bloom in all their splendor. It is their time to shine in the sun.
What would surprise us to know about the fairy world that we would not know to ask?
We think you would be surprised at the number of different types of fairies involved in keeping Earth green. You may not see us, but we are there, whether people believe in us or not. It is nice when you do, but we have been on Earth for millions of years, and will be on Earth, keeping her green for millions more, long after the Explorer Race goes back to their home planets and only occasionally visits here on vacations. You will have memories of your lives here and will visit those locations where you once lived. And your higher vibrations will allow you to see us. Earth will be teeming with life, just not with humans—a pristine world and the jewel of Creator’s creation.
CHESS MASTERS
Philip writes: I see that Bobby Fischer had a soul interest in mathematics, but the old newsletter didn’t mention what quadrant he was in. I would like to add to the list the new world champion from China, Ding Liren.
Some people think that Magnus Carlson is the greatest chess player that ever lived. Perhaps better than Bobby Fisher and Gary Kasparov. Are each of these players young, medium, or old souls and were each of them chess masters in past lives?

All are either late Young Soul third quadrant or fourth quadrant Young Souls. None of those you mentioned are Medium Souls. They all have one thing in common. All have had multiple lives in playing chess, and all desired to become masters in playing this game.
GAIA IS STILL HERE
Ashana Rose wrote on FB back on May 8 about a group she follows that  believes Gaia left the planet in 2022, so I asked about this.
Theo, why would some people be told Gaia left the Earth?
Here we get into beliefs again, Tom. Again, we must ask you and your readers to allow. There was no need for Gaia to leave. Gaia is a quantum master that is able to handle 12 timeline Earths. That message was for a certain group of people without this knowledge.
WE ARE ONE
 Alan writes: I have a question about Oneness, as when we say I am One with the fire and we can then walk upon hot coals and not get burned. How does that change the relationship between us and the thing we have become one with? And if we say we are One with anything as covid, the air, the vaccines, the water, God, as Jesus said, " My Father and I are ONE ".? Thank you for serving God's Purpose.
Theo, how does that change the relationship between us when we say we are one with something?
You are simply sending love, Tom. Your vibrational levels align more closely.
BLACK EMPLOYMENT
Diana writes: Theo and Tom: between us can you tell me what will happen to the Black population now that they have on record the lowest unemployment  for them? It seems that the Black population is being pushed to the back more and more with the rise of the Hispanics and the Asians. Blacks don't get the help that these other two minorities receive. Things are not looking good right now and I'm wondering what will happen?
Theo, will employment increase in the next two years for our Black population?
You are headed for a recession, Tom, as you were told before. It will take a little longer than that, but the percentages will increase greatly over time, as the old racially biased population dies out, replaced by people who are not.
There may also be some confusion here. I looked at the statistics, and Black unemployment dropped to around 4.7—still above the national average, but still quite a drop from before.

Here we get into what is good for one person is not for another. Caution is the best advice.
12 TIMELINES AND JESSICA LANGE
Deborah writes: Questions:
Do we all have different soul contracts for each of the 12 lifetimes on all the timelines?
Actress Jessica Lange: is she a young, medium or old soul and what quadrant? Is her soul interest the arts?
 Theo, do we have different soul contracts for each of the 12 timelines?
They can vary. As we have said many times, the upper timelines have easier lives than do the lower timelines. Case in point is that you already died on the lower timelines and on Timelines 3 and 4 stayed in the tour business, while on these four timelines you went into the international film distribution business. On the upper timelines you started out as a writer and author. So, an easy answer to this question is that you do have different soul contracts on the timelines. Your souls wanted to see a variety of lives beginning at the same time for the soul’s learning.

She is a solid quadrant three, Tom, with much advancement in this life. Her soul contract is the arts with many more lives as an actor, director, and has other lives in this category ahead for her.
