Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the Earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE.
FUTURE FOR HUMANITY’S FOOD
Yesenia writes: We have all these companies putting chemicals in our food/hybrid foods, and chemical spills in our water. What are we supposed to do? Is eating anything that’s grown on earth healthy for our bodies anymore? What are Gaia's thoughts on this and any suggestions for humans on earth and on the future of humanity's food.
Gaia, will the foods we consume be free of chemicals in the future and when?  What about organic foods today?
Harmful chemicals will be done away with or neutralized in the coming years. Naturally this will take more time in what are considered third world countries than in the west. Demand for chemical free foods is growing almost faster than their availability. These chemicals have to be outlawed in the countries where they are used, and this takes time. Give it ten years, although you can have your readers say a BP for it to happen faster.
And at the present time you can also say a prayer out loud before you eat food, or if you cannot pray, you can lay your hand over your heart just before consuming food.
For a Benevolent Prayer, let’s say this out loud: “I ask any and all beings to aid and assist in outlawing chemicals harmful to humans all over the world even sooner than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”

This is truly a historic discovery, Tom. Much work still has to be done in the coming years, but again it is but another discovery that will be widely used. It is truly clean energy.
QUESTIONS FROM READERS
I realize that not too many people have the time to read the several hundred newsletters dating back to 2007, so I am responding to a few questions I would not normally put in the Newsletter.
Margo writes: Hi Tom, I have been told in psychic readings that I am an old soul, but I never asked what that means exactly. You talk about the young, medium and old souls, but would you explain just what those categories are from your perspective? Do you have any insight on why I have been told I am an old soul?
Margo,
Although all of us have had thousands of lives on other planets in order to raise our vibrational level to the point where our souls could volunteer for the Earth Experiment, Young, Medium and Old Souls only refer to the lives on Earth. We have, on average, 600 to 800 lives on Earth. They are divided into 3, and then subdivided into what are called quadrants for each.
So as an example, if your soul chose to have 600 lives on Earth, 200 of them would be in the Young soul category, 200 in the Medium, and 200 as an Old soul. Then, as an example, in the Young Soul group, 200 would be divided into quads. As you graduate from one quad to the next, you have a jump in your vibrational level. When you move from Young Soul to Medium Soul, you have a greater jump.
Regarding where you are in numbers of lives, you need to ask those questions in  a meditative state. I always highly recommend that people go to Amazon or Barnes and Noble and enter Dick Sutphen in the Books category. Scroll down until you find Spirit Guides. He takes you down into a light altered state, then is quiet for a few minutes while you ask questions, then brings you back. You can play that over and over again, each time asking different questions.
Don't be disappointed if you are not an Old Soul. The person or persons that gave you that information may not be as well informed as I am, since I've asked thousands of questions, including all the above. Just keep sending love and light to the world!
Crystal writes: As we get closer to disclosure, I wanted to make some suggestions. I feel the dam is breaking and we are getting there soon. My suggestions are based on my curiosity and what I would like to see.
First, I was thinking it would be nice for you to record, as a kind of how-to, showing us the process you go through when you communicate. You may think it  would be boring to watch someone meditate, but it seems essential to show us the steps you take. Watching the logistics of taking notes while communicating would be helpful. Seeing you do this rather than reading it is what I crave. I also believe going through the process of creating this pre-emptive footage would warm you up or grease the skids to the real thing, I would think.
Second suggestion I have, if you need help financially, is to create a Go Fund Me page. Many of your followers would be happy to contribute to the documentary.
Just some ideas. As always, looking forward to your next newsletter. I'm keeping an ear out on whats going on with disclosure in the news and Congress's decisions. I appreciate when you include the links to these things. It really helps spread the word.

There is an addendum in my first THE GENTLE WAY book, where I basically explain my process. But if you are serious, I would suggest going to Amazon and entering Dick Sutphen. Scroll down until you find SPIRIT GUIDES, which I used in the early days to make sure I would get into a good light altered state. I have a whole list of questions in a notebook, and I’ll type the first one on the computer before I start. Then I open my eyes long enough to read the next question. I’m a touch typist, so I don’t need to look at the keys.

MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, Antura is my soul brother. We’re fragments of the same soul, and for the Earth Experiment, we are in a “cluster” of eight soul fragments  of our soul. After 800 lives on Earth, Antura was born back on the planet we originally came from, called Nommo. It’s a water world in the Sirius B Solar System. Our astronomers do not yet have the equipment to identify planets in such far-flung star systems, but we’ll get there one of these days.
He’s a member of a “first contact” team that goes out all over the universe (and has even traveled to the universe next to ours to see the differences) to study and contact emerging societies. You can read about two of his missions in my book FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET. Right now, he’s 50 miles above us on a 3-mile wide and 20 stories tall Sirian mothership, with a crew of 900, plus their families, totaling 1,500 people from 37 different planets. Krishna writes: Is Enki a "good guy" {as Michael Salla asserts ~ via Elena Danaan's channelings}, or has Enki gone AI-bonkers {as Ismael Perez asserts}?
Antura, was or is Enki a good guy or bad?
A complicated answer. He made mistakes in his decisions. You would have to read more of what has filtered down through the years.
Raymond in Arlington Texas writes: In your recent issue, you said that portals were above Skinwalker Ranch and not on the ground. Is it in our atmosphere? If someone flew an aircraft over the Ranch at a specific altitude, would it be sufficient to enter the portal? Or is it more complicated than Open Sesame!?
Do aliens age at the same rate as humans in Earth years? Or do they live much  longer, because their bodies are oriented to a planet that has different qualities than ours?
Is it possible that the energy we create from our minds and emotions might be captured to create something else like healing, or even free energy?
Antura, if a plane flew through the area of a portal, would it pass right through?
Yes, Tom. We have stated in the past that only ships at a higher vibrational level can enter a portal, which is a safeguard. As the example you are speaking of at the Skinwalker Ranch, where the portal goes to another galaxy, we or another planetary group would not have to go to rescue the plane or helicopter. In fact, a number of aircraft have passed through this area over the years and recently, too.
Why do extraterrestrials have much longer lives than do Earthlings?
This has been discussed over the years with you, Tom. Earth lives are much harder, since you are veiled and do not have the advantage of solving problems that you may have solved in a hundred different lives. Creator believes you will come up with better and unique solutions, which we are beginning to see. ETs live much longer since our lives are just not as stressful and crammed with lots of decisions and experiences. Your lives are beginning to lengthen, with better healthcare and solving such things as cancer. Still, they will never be the length of the majority of extraterrestrials.
Can the energy from our minds and emotions be captured or used for healing or free energy?
There are some people whose soul interest is healing that can heal. Humans are capable of healing—not so much free energy. Who would want to sit all day doing nothing but producing energy? Praying out loud, on the other hand, does produce an energy, just not what your reader was asking.
Mantej in the UK writes: Whistleblower David Grusch said the first UFO  recovery was in Magenta, Italy in 1933. Then it was taken to a secure air base, until the craft was given to the USA years later.
1. Did Mussolini see the craft?
2. Grusch said Pope Pius XII, back channeled to the USA what they had, and then the craft when taken to the USA. What exactly was Pope Pius XII role in this, did the Pope see the craft in person, and potentially ET corpses? Click here.
Antura, was the first ET crash retrieval done in Magenta, Italy in 1933? And did Mussolini see the craft, plus what was Pope Pius XII’s role?
It was not the first. There were retrievals all the way back to the start of the century. The Italian one was more well known. Mussolini was informed but warned away by the Pope.
Antura, how much larger is the inside of the craft you will arrive in, since there has been at least one instance where the inside was described as the size of a football field?
Not that large, Tom. Let’s say that the craft we will use is about 3 to 4 times  larger inside than outside, since the inside of the craft exists in the 10 positive energies and the outside in the 4 negative energies.
Does it have a restroom facility?
Yes, although my teammates and I are smiling at that question, but we understand.
What about your mothership? Is it much larger on the inside than outside?
Not as much, as it exists on a higher frequency in order to be cloaked, but yes, it is a little larger—just not the 30 miles wide you were thinking. You could say it is “roomy.”
So, are you downplaying its size in order to not frighten us?
Yes, just a little. You already have had to accept the idea that the ship is not just one mile wide, but is actually 3 miles wide in the 4 negative energies.
How much did Timeline 7 have to pay for their equipment?
Less than the $10,000 you are thinking, Tom. You’ll negotiate a good price to rent the cameras and equipment you’ll need on the list we will give you.
Has the U.S. used energy weapons to down ET craft?
Yes, the scalar energy weapons have been used a number of times. It was reported as radar, but it goes much farther than that. They were targeted.
What will be the highest probability of the Disclosure Project’s initiations of Congressional investigations and their lawsuits?
It will have a major impact during the next few years, Tom, as they peal back the curtain on the secret back-engineering that has been going on for many years. It will be a slow process, but with excellent results. But don’t forget you will be contributing to this too.
Have ET ships been able to adjust to these scalar wave weapons?
Yes. We know where these weapons exist, and not only avoid them, but operate at an energy or frequency level where the ships are not seen.
MBO FOR APARTMENT LATE PAYMENT
Because I only received one MBO story this past week, the following MBO stories came from 2016. Part of this is my fault. Back when I only had written THE GENTLE WAY books, when I was interviewed on radio, podcasts, and TV, I only spoke about how great it is and how life-changing it is to request MBOs in your life. Then as the ATLANTIS & LEMURIA and the FIRST CONTACT books were published, many of the interviews I did were about those books. Therefore, if anyone can recommend me to some spiritual podcasters, please do. In the meantime, you can go to my website and click on BLOG in the Menu, you can read hundreds and hundreds of stories from our readers who have  incorporated requesting MBOs into their lives. As you will read, it does lower stress and fear, and makes for an easier life, I promise.
Sara writes: I say MBOs all the timeincluding quite a few this week but can't recall them all. My apartment complex recently came under new management, and I was needing to pay rent on pay day, which is just a few days after the first. So, I did an MBO asking that I could still safely pay that day without any penalty, so I could also pay the bills that are due on the first which will incur late fees if not paid on time. Thank the angels, there is still a 5 day grace period!! Thanks as always for this great tool!
I had said an MBO two days ago or so for some money to show up so I could get rent paid on time, this was before I asked about a grace period. I went to get the mail after I got home and had a check from my doctor’s office reimbursing me for the bill I had paid a few weeks ago! I guess my insurance finally did cover it, if a bit later than they would have liked! Thank you angels!!
MBOs FOR APARTMENT, NOISE, BUS
Ann writes from Las Vegas: Aloha Tom, hope all is well with you. Here are the answered prayers I remember:
1. An ongoing one, I had a heavy smoker live behind me when I moved into my apartment in January. It took a couple of months, but he left. Also, I said MBOs for good, safe happy neighbors moving in, and the results have been very good.
2. I did a networking event and requested that I make the contacts I need for  this step in my business. I also asked for wonderful surprises. Well, I met someone who gave me the next steps, AND I won $200 Sonicare toothbrush. Wowza!
3. I live under the flight path for McCarran Airport. I never noticed before living here that planes taking off are MUCH LOUDER than landing planes. You can't talk or hear someone, it’s that loud. So, I asked for the winds to shift and experience landing planes much more often. It worked! For several weeks now.
4. Yesterday on the way to work our bus just stopped. The electrical went out. I said prayers for the bus, calling in her guides, the driver's guides, and an MBO for better than expected results. She started within 90 seconds and no more problems. Yea MBOs!

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MAYA
Sandy writes: Another question: I have searched the newsletter database and have not found anything about what happened to the Maya after their  civilization collapsed. I understand that there are present day Maya elders who appear from time to time and have met with people for specific reasons. Do these elders and priests live in inner earth communities? If not, where do they come from? There are also beliefs that a large group of Maya were transported to other planet worlds after their city states collapsed. Is there any truth to that?
Gaia, what happened to the Maya? Are any underground? Off world?
We have discussed this some in the past. The Maya warred with each other over hundreds of years. Slowly their society, as great as it was at one time, disintegrated. There are none living underground or off world. The jungle reclaimed most of the land they lived on, as archaeologists are slowly discovering.
MYTHS AND LEGENDS
Ifunanya writes: It's been so long since I have last viewed your newsletters. Just want you to know that your newsletters have reassured me that I am not crazy. I thank you for that. Today, after researching on the truths on myths and folklore, there are a few that are still puzzling me even though I know that Mythology and folklore are true to some level. So, Tom, here are some questions I have that I would love to receive an answer for:
- Was there sort of a twin flame relationship between Achilles and Patroclus?
- If this is true then who was older and had more of extra terrestrial genes?
A few people have been recently connecting with some of the beings in the realms parallel to ours, like the faeries, sasquatches, but there are so many other beings especially the human looking ones who haven't really made any connection with humans.
- So, my question is when are they going to come in contact with our kind and is there a way we can contact them?
- Is the story of the Oak King and the Holly King real, or moreover are these beings what we think they are?
- I am quite aware that there are magnificent kingdoms hidden from our sight but, are there actually kings that represent the seasons or should I say elements? I do know of one I discovered that kind of reminds you of a tree in a snowy
 weather.
Gaia, were Achilles and Patroclus real or myth?
They were real people that stories grew into legends over hundreds of years.
If real, who was older, and did they have any ET genes?
Both were close in age, and again, we refer to how their stories turned into legends.

Good morning and good life to both of you today. A couple of questions.
King Oberon, are there any gancanaghs in the fairy world and if so, how many and are they seducers?
Here we find humans who are seduced by other humans, but claim it was a gancanagh. It was a good way to explain what is termed in today’s society as a “one night stand.”
Is Zeus related to gancanaghs?
No.

Octopus Soul here, Tom, good morning and good life.
And the same to you. Are you the soul for all octopus in the oceans today?
Each and every one, Tom. Like all the other souls you have spoken to, Creator came to my home world. I had the highest vibrational level of any of the souls there and was thrilled when Creator asked me to come to Earth.
Do you look the same on your water world as you do here on Earth?
Quite similar. I was part of thousands and yes millions of other underwater beings that contribute to the underwater eco system.
Do you exist on other planets besides Earth?
On a couple. Not in such numbers as I do on Earth.
How long have you been on Earth?
Just about as long as any other ocean creature. Creator needed the eco system to balance.
I’m asked about Paul the Octopus football predictions.
Yes, I had fun. It brought attention to us in general—that we are intelligent. That  information was passed to me by a Golden Light being and I passed it along to my soul fragment, all of course in the blink of an eye.
I just happened to come across a video of one of your soul fragments that appeared to be having a frightening dream. Is that what was happening, or was it something else?
No, they were quite correct in their analysis. My soul fragment was having a dream. Humans have much to learn about dreaming. This is done by all living beings on Earth. Can you imagine what an immense subject that is, Tom? Humans only have scratched the surface about your own dream lives, and here we are telling you that every species on Earth dreams. My soul fragment was dreaming about an encounter with a predator.
