Before we move on to the rest of the newsletter a quick explanation for my new subscribers. Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura (and a few others). Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the Earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE.
TURKEY AND SYRIA EARTHQUAKES
Gaia, what will be the final death toll of the 7.8 and 7.5 earthquakes? Will it go over 40,000?
Easily, Tom. They will be pulling bodies out of the rubble for many months. The figure, including those who become sick from exposure, will top 50,000, although that figure might not be used publicly. As was pointed out, the size of the destruction extends over an area the size of England.

Allan writes: The earthquakes in Turkey and Syria - are they in any way or  shape connected to Yellowstone? You have earlier stated that there exists a network of canals that we’ve yet to discover, so maybe this quake was like a pressure valve? Or ‘the first’ of the big one to come?
Gaia, are the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria in any way connected to Yellowstone? And will the numbers of deaths exceed 50,000?
These earthquakes, Tom, were to release pressure that had built up under the surface to the point where it had to be released. Yellowstone is a different animal, you could say, in that there is a cauldron of lava beneath the surface there. Once it erupts, there will be earthquakes associated with this movement of lava to the surface. It has nothing to do with the strata surrounding the cauldron.
Regarding the deaths, I gave you a number you could accept, which at that time was double the confirmed deaths. Yes, it will be higher. As we have talked about this before, I will give you information that you can accept and then we can adjust it later on. I don’t want to overwhelm you with figures that do not seem believable. So yes, the death toll from the quake and related death from hypothermia, injuries, etc will exceed 50,000 and will approach even 65,000 to 75,000, depending upon the aid that reaches this area, which is the size of England in terms of destruction.
What you see on TV is just a tiny portion of the destruction. Contractors and even the government officials that took bribes to sign off on the construction of those shoddy buildings will be arrested. Reconstruction will take years, not months, as the Turkish government is telling its citizens. There will be migrations of people to other parts of the country and even to a number of other countries—more mixing of the races.
CREATION OF THE 12 TIMELINES
Gaia, how long did it take to construct the 12 timelines? Was it  instantaneous?
In a way, yes. Creator can construct things in a second, but this took slightly longer, as creator tweaked the creation. Then I and the many souls charged or volunteered to keep these timelines intact stepped in to begin our duties.
Are the timelines visible for those coming from the 10 positive energies?
Not exactly. They must tune to the frequency used for each timeline to see that Earth. As you can only imagine, this is far, far beyond your scientists understanding at this time.
QUESTIONS FOR CREATOR
Douglas writes: Does each Universe have Souls within it? If a Soul was physical what would be its dimensions?
Down the road, 6,000 years or so, will Timeline 11 start the process of soul fragments going back to their home worlds and will this slowly work down to Timeline 1? After we have left Earth will another race of beings come here to live and learn and is there any connections to us?
Creator, do all the other trillions of universes have souls? 
Excellent question. Yes, they do, Tom, although you wondered about the tiny universes. All attract souls and the creators of these universes would be awfully lonely with no souls. But as we have explained before, there are millions and trillions of souls, and easily that many soul interests. Most are far beyond your understanding at this time. What you see as a rock might be and probably is ensouled.
If physical, what dimension?
Again, that can be any of the physical dimensions. Here we would get into dynamic physics, a little out of your base of knowledge, and I will include even those with physics backgrounds. There is still much to learn in the future for your scientists.
When it is time to leave Earth and return back to our home planets, will this  start with the physical Timeline 11 and work its way down?
It will take place when you have completed all your lives on Earth, explained before as all happening at the same time. Perhaps the lower timelines will finish the last life first, but your soul fragments will wait for all timelines to finish that last life. In the future, there will be fewer and fewer people having lives on Earth, since they will have finished all 600 to 800 lives, plus Gaia and Theo have told you there are many overlapping lives in this time period due to the large population of Earth. You have reached your peak, with many families deciding to have only one child, and not several as before in earlier times.
Creator, what do you understand so far about the 32nd dimension, which I believe I was told that you will one day go to when our souls meld into a creator and take over running this universe?
You are correct, Tom, about the dimension. You could say it’s a special one for creators.
Are there many creators there, or just a few?
Just a few, from what I’ve been told.
Is there one creator in charge, or perhaps a higher being still?
No, from what I’ve been told we will exist together.
In Earth years, how long will it be before we meld?
As you guessed, several million years, Tom. It will take some time before these small parts of the negative energy spread throughout the universe. And it will take some time for all of you to continue to raise your vibrational levels beyond what you will achieve in the next 7,000 years on Earth. You must then work on raising the vibrational levels of everyone on your home planets and the trillions of others that did not take part in the Earth Experiment. Many of you will continue to ask me questions that will assist you when you do meld and take over. I want to leave it in good hands with all the knowledge you will separately achieve.

MINI-ICE AGE QUESTION
Janet writes: I am totally preoccupied and fascinated with reading your current and past newsletters. Thank you for sharing all of this information. I have a question for  Gaia. Kryon has spoken in the past about a mini-ice age. I believe scientists are considering this as part of Earth's cycles. Is that part of your plan and if so, can you give us an idea of when?
Gaia, do you have a mini-ice age planned as part of Earth’s future?
The only one I have on my planning board, to use a human expression, will occur when I am allowed to have the Yellowstone volcano erupt, blocking out the sun for many months, thus not allowing the snow to melt in your northern regions of the United States as we have covered in more detail in the past. May I remind your readers, since we are only doing updates on this probability every six months that if you see a large number of people migrating away from this region and a large number moving into and replacing those that left, then that time is near.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, my ET friend and member of my soul group or “cluster,” as Theo calls them, is orbiting the Earth in a Sirian mothership—tongue in cheek, not in one of those balloons. It’s three miles wide and twenty stories tall, with six decks. It has a crew of 900, plus their families, totaling 1,500. They live on the ship their whole  lives, and Antura tells me they come from planets where the whole population lives in caverns beneath the surface—something our scientists have not yet considered.
Naturally it is masked so as not to scare us to death—look what those reports of balloons in the sky did to our imaginations! There are also 24 or so other motherships from the Pleiades and other groups of planets, and even another couple of universes. They are all taking millions of readings each day as part of what is called the Earth Experiment. You can read much more about that in my book, FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET. Let’s get the elephant in the room out of the way first.
Antura, what can you tell us about the balloons?
These are all of human origin, Tom, as will be disclosed in the coming weeks. None are of ET origin, although we found it quite encouraging for people to include us in the questions of where these balloons originated. Even the White House had to make the statement that the balloons were not “of alien or extraterrestrial origin.” This has been going on for some time. They stated that they had to adjust the “gain” on the radars to pick up slow-moving objects—those balloons.
Well, how about more close flybys with ET craft?
That’s coming very soon.
Antura, has your mothership buzzed any other towns or cities, besides Phoenix and Tucson?
We have not. With 24 or so other motherships in orbit around the Earth, there are other instances, reported in your press, of this occurring—all designed to up the number of people aware of “ETs” as you call us.
Antura, since the Earth Experiment is self-contained, will I wait until the end of my upcoming life on Nommo to start my lives on Earth again, or move onto the 3400-era life as a space pilot?
Good you thought of that, Tom. You will not wait until the end, although it will seem  that way. Your life on Nommo will extend past the end of the Earth Experiment. You will oversee your 300 upcoming lives on Earth.
When you told me long ago that in my next life on Nommo, you would interact with me as sort of uncles and aunts, that was not in the future, but had already take place, am I correct?
Yes, I was not allowed to tell you that you already had started that life on Nommo until you asked—remember the rules I must follow—you have to ask.
So, am I overseeing my present life here on Earth?
Yes, although as you guessed, you do consider that you on this Earth life are in good hands with your Uncle Antura. You are also overseeing all the other 300 lives to come, which are all taking place at the same time.

One of the most famous images associated with the ancient astronauts is that of the image carved on the tomb of the Mayan leader Pakal.
It is suggested he is lying in the astronaut position in a rocket/ET Craft.
On his tomb was this a symbolic image to deify Pakal, intending to associate him as going to the heavens, but in an ET Craft of which they were visited by those ETs at the time? Click here.
Antura, what is or was the flaming object over Quebec, Canada—ET or a balloon?
Balloon, Tom, with the sun hitting it. 
So not ET?
Not in this case.
Antura, is the image of Mayan leader Pakal of him in an astronaut position because he flew in an ET craft?
Yes, back then there was more contact allowed. It was his descriptions of the event.
Did I have a life then?
Yes, you did. You were his main advisor. Good question.
Kirke writes: Some people say Mintaka either no longer exists or is uninhabitable. Is this true? Your newsletter frequently mentions visitations to people from their home planet, checking on them. Can that happen with those from Mintaka?
Antura, does Mintaka exist, or was it partially or wholly destroyed in the war with the Dracos?
One of the suns was destroyed during the war. A number were left, but billions of people died when their planets were destroyed, along with the sun.
How many suns are considered Mintakan?
Let’s just say several. You would need more astronomical knowledge for a discussion on that portion of the galaxy.

Sibusio in South Africa writes: GIANTS
1. Did giants exist during the time of the Earth Experiment or earlier? Were  they killed by homo sapiens?
2. Did they look like humans, only bigger?
3. What was their level of intelligence?
ET SPACESHIP
1. On the 9th, January 2023@ 04:22 I saw a star flying from north to south in South Africa above my home. On the 12th, January 2023 @ 19:42 I saw the same star flying from south to north above my home.
2. Were these ET spaceships? I reported the first such sighting on the 21st, November 2022.
When will I have an opportunity to see a large spaceship? I say daily MBO for this to happen.
Antura, did giants exist during the time of the Earth Experiment or earlier?
They existed both before and after the Earth Experiment began. The first departed long ago. Giants were tested, but it was determined that the amount of nourishment needed would exhaust the planet’s ability to feed them as the number of humans increased in size. They were just one of many body types tested over thousands of years.
Did they look like humans?
Certainly, an early version of humans. We can cover that during your trip here.
What was their level of intelligence—let’s say less or more than the Neanderthals, which you previously said had about 70% of our intelligence?
Just a little less. Go with a number of 60% of Homo sapien intelligence.
Over South Africa, heading south on 1/9/23 was that a UFO Sibusio saw? And what about 1/12/23 heading north at 19:42?
Yes, these were not satellites, as one might think, but simply were ET craft doing their nightly passover taking readings.
Will he see a large spaceship?
He can request an MBO, which will be seriously considered. As we have mentioned previously, your readers should keep their cell phones handy, as many will have the opportunity to video record ET ships closer than ever before in the upcoming months.
Greta writes: I enjoy your newsletter and have your Gentle Way books. I also LOVE the MBOs. I say several every day and usually start my morning with one. Thank you for all you do to help the world and its people.
I find the ET information fascinating. Last month, after reading the newsletter, and in  an altered state, two ETs showed up in my mind’s eye. They were similar to the images on your newsletter but not exactly the same. They seemed to be smiling and felt benevolent. In my head I heard that they wanted to connect with me and were from my Soul Group.
I was surprised, to say the least, but I always check with my Higher Self before I allow anyone in. They wanted to help me by giving me a healing. I was uncomfortable with allowing them into my system so I asked my Higher Self. My Higher Self appeared immediately, dressed in robes, smiling, and opened the door to allow them to enter. Shocked is a mild term for what I felt but I trusted and let them inside. It was quick and I did feel better the rest of the day.
I still do not totally trust them, but they are still around. They do not intrude and are very respectful, just waiting to connect again.
I wonder if this is just my imagination or is this a true and benevolent connection for me? I have been in metaphysics for about 40 years, but I am still skeptical and careful. I have been working with my angels since 2000 and connect with them everyday. Your input would be appreciated if you have the time or answer in the newsletter.
Antura, who are the two beings around Greta and what is their purpose for contacting her?
They are from her home planet, and if she wishes to, she can communicate with them and ask questions, just as you do with me. She should write down the questions and then write or type the answers. We would call this a breakthrough for her. Just remind her, and any of your readers who wish to do this, to surround themselves in a bubble of white light for protection.
MBOs TO FIND GLASSES & RELEASING TRAUMA

Jay writes: This morning my wife woke up and she could not find her glasses. She then took off the sheets and blankets on the bed, looked under the bed, the bathroom, and basically all over the house before she asked me if I had seen them. I also looked in all the typical places. I even went upstairs to look in her office. Nothing. So, my guides prodded me to say an MBO. I asked an MBO that any and all beings help and assist me to find my wife’s glasses as quickly as possible.
I heard her go downstairs and then I looked behind the picture frame. There were her  glasses. I asked her if these were the ones, and she said, “Those are my reading glasses.” So, I said another MBO: I ask for an MBO that any and all beings help and assist me to find my wife’s glasses she is looking for. I walk into the next room and put my hand in her front hoodie pocket. It was empty, but she felt something hard there and she screamed out as she pulled her glasses out that had been between the hoodie and her T shirt. Then I screamed out, “There they are!” and we both laughed. It all happened in seconds, and while she was saying her own MBO to find them.
I say your Benevolent Prayer daily, which is the one regarding anything I have done to harm someone else or their family.
This past weekend, my wife and I attended an Old Soul session on healing current-life health issues caused by past life trauma. Past life trauma could be failing off a cliff, drowning in the ocean, crawling and hiding in a container and dying due to suffocation, etc. Normally, this healing is done using past life regression to help the person to realize that, for example, if they died due to beheading, or hanging, in a past life, the person in the current life might have neck pain from birth that they have been living with. Once the person realizes where that pain came from and they say to the soul, "That pain was in my past and not this life.", it typically goes away for this life. I came up with an MBO: I ask for an MBO that any and all beings to help and assist my soul to release any past life trauma that I am experiencing with my health in my current life right now. May the most benevolent outcome happen or even better! Thank You! Maybe this will help someone.
BPs FOR MEDICAL PROBLEMS
Maya writes: Many thanks to you and your Facebook community for the many  MBOs.
I am feeling stronger and I can do a lot more; still walking on the walker, but able to get around more. There were many coincidences and synchronicities that helped me. For instance, I found a Swiss product that increases muscle strength. Through my physician I have now a wonderful physical therapist, who takes Medicare. He gives me fantastic strengthening exercises; he even comes to my house. Also, I realized that I have not only an iron deficiency (anemia), but even low iron due to phlebotomies for polycythemia vera, causing muscle pain and muscle weakness, despite taking iron supplements. I will discuss with the oncologist and get that fixed, which I think will help me to get even stronger with time.
USING MBOs AT NAP TIME
Peggy writes: When I take a nap during the day I ask for a MBO to wake me up in 1 hour, or 2 hours and they do. I just wake up.
I do the same. I especially need a nap when I have done a meditative session at 4 am or so for 1.5 to 2 hours. I’ll typically take one right after lunch, and to make sure I awake I’ll note the time and an MBO to wake up at the exact time I specify.
FREE ENERGY MACHINE
Allan writes: The free energy machine. How far along are we? 
Gaia, I’m asked again for any updates on the free energy machine?
Yes, it is in a holding period, but they also see the efforts Dr. Greer is making to find an inventor who will release their plans with no patent. The number of probabilities is increasing for the near future. Be patient is my advice to your readers, Tom. Yes, you were told this machine would be brought forth quite some time ago, but this is the year.
ADVANCES IN HEALTH
Lee writes: Thank you for the effort you and your team put into the newsletter. I enjoy all of the topics and information.
I imagine that the most impactful areas that aliens can assist humans are in the energy and medical fields. What range of earth years can we expect to see dramatic improvements in these fields?
How long before there are solutions for food sensitivities and migraines?
When will CRISPR technology play a large role in the medical field and will it be affordable and available to all soon?
Can aliens teach us how to perform energy healing on others? 
Are we close to redirecting the pharmaceutical industry toward more natural and effective remedies? They have pushed a great deal of unhealthy drugs for profit for way too long.
Gaia, what is the probability of when there will be solutions for food sensitives and migraines?
Researchers are working on both problems, Tom. Look for some breakthroughs in the next two to three years for migraines and a little longer for food sensitives.
Will Crispr technology play a large role in the medical field and affordable treatments?
Yes, although you are unfamiliar with this, we can tell you it will result in some breakthroughs in the medical field. Insurance will eventually cover the cost.
What about more affordable natural remedies?
Look to the supplement industry to continue to research and develop natural remedies and protections.
I will add here something I have been told many times. We are veiled so that we will come up with solutions to problems that no one else in the universe has thought of before. Therefore, the Earth Directive states that the ETs are not to help us in solving our problems.
MORE HARRY AND MEGHAN QUESTIONS
Diane writes: I'm curious as to the circus with Harry, his book, and the royal family. What will be the outcome with Harry and his family? They have hinted that Meghan is thinking about going into politics...any chance of that happening?
Theo, will Meghan go into politics and is reconciliation a probability for Harry and  his family?
Quite a dynamic family with their internal conflicts played out on the world stage. Do not look for any reconciliation in the next few years. This family needs to live apart, just as many families in the world do, when personalities clash. Harry and Meghan are being successful away from the royal family, which has surprised his father and brother. He and Meghan will be involved in humanitarian work during the next several years, along with making a living. As stated before, there is the probability of them splitting up in a few years. She will return to acting before that possible, probable time period, and will be involved in causes dear to both of them since he wishes to carry on the work of his mother, who don’t forget, is around both boys to assist them. They will lend their name to various causes, even in the political arena.

Yes, their paths have crossed.
ISRAEL’S MOSSAD
George writes: Mossad surveillance on the USA.
1. Is Mossad monitoring all the wealthiest Jewish people in the USA, whether this be  Jewish actors, comedians, lawyers, judges, politicians, and those in the finance sector?
2. Does this include virtually the same surveillance of prominent Jewish individuals in Canada, U.K., and the rest of Europe?
Theo, does Israel’s Mossad monitor wealthy Jewish people in the USA and Europe?
Only if they appear to be connected with those whom Israel considers their enemies. Their resources are somewhat limited, so they must prioritize whom they monitor.
COVID QUESTIONS
These questions came from Marlene and Sandy.
Gaia, a Dr. Zenko claims Covid is a “Weapon of Mass Destruction”. Comments?
It appears to this doctor, and to many people, that Covid has been used to cause  millions of deaths. It has, but at the same time a huge amount of work has been done to fight this disease, and the results will lead to being better able to control and fight other similar diseases. If this was a weapon, then it certainly backfired, since China has had the most severe problem.
Your next question I believe is how long will it take China to control Covid and its offshoots?
They have created strict lockdowns for those parts of the country most affected. Still, their vaccines are inferior to those of the West, allowing many more people to experience this disease. It will take at least another year for this disease to be fully under control. And yes, several million other Chinese people will succumb. Their scientists are working feverishly to develop new treatments and will be successful. Their economy will suffer as a result of these lockdowns.
