Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the Earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE:
EARTH EXPERIENCE AND EXISTENCE
Maria writes from Ljubljana, Slovenia: This week I have a big European event in Slovenia where I’ll be pretty active on stage and elsewhere. So most benevolent outcome is very much needed! :-) And likewise: have a most benevolent and wonderful week, you too!
I researched your newsletters to mid-2017 (backwards) and found that you have  asked people to help to collect the information from your newsletters backwards (the same that I planned to do separately for ‘myself’). I have tried to use the search box, but it only works if there is not much information on the topic (like ‘Jack the Ripper’ and you get only 3 entrances), but if you search for more interesting topics, like energies or soul contracts, then there is a lot of recurring information and it’s not the easiest way to go through them. I’m rather thinking of a ‘factsheet’ per topic (concentrated information). Also going through the newsletters one by one helps to find contradictory information (like Nazca aliens or humans).
Reading through the next bunch of newsletters I again had some questions about existence and Earth experiences:
EARTH EXPERIENCE
Do people have to die every possible death on Earth in their lives or is it enough  also from the experience when you have almost died (drowned, burnt, shot, etc.), but survived or rescued in the last moment?
Is there a limit for such experiences or balancing in one’s lifetime? (Or have the souls been able to plan ‘a fast course’ by adding as much in the row as possible? What is a normal proportion in one lifetime?)
EXISTENCE
How come the planets of only dogs or birds or insects come to be? Were they seeded by other species or evolved from the lower life forms?
Gaia, do people have to die every conceivable way, or can they almost die, but survive or are rescued?
Interesting question, Tom. But out of 600 to 800 lives, the number of lives for any particular experience can be fairly easy to achieve.
Is there a limit to balancing in one lifetime? What is a normal proportion in one  lifetime?
We have said before, Tom, that some souls wish to get these lives over with as quickly as possible, which is why those souls only have around 600 lives—give or take a few—while other souls will spread out the experiences over 800 lives. The shorter the number of lives, the more experiences that must be crammed into those lives.
When we say it is a dog planet or insect planet, etc., are they the only species on a planet?
No, but typically they are the dominant species on that particular planet. Let’s use the example of the planet you came from—Nommo. It is a water planet, but does have about 10% of it with a land mass. Not only are there more than one species of beings we have covered before that live on that land mass, don’t forget the oceans thrive with species of fish, including that whale-like creature that loved to make a meal out of you amphibians. And that’s just one planet.
There is an abundance of life, so don’t limit yourself to think that there should be only one form of life on a planet. Life adapts to whatever conditions may apply to a particular planet. And there has to be a circle of life. What you consider to be, let’s say, a rock might be very intelligent in its own way. As the Explorer Race goes out to the stars, you will be amazed at the variety of life you will find.
BENEFITS OF FASTING?
Kurt writes: I am curious about the benefits of 24 hour fasting. It seems to be  the new fad, and a doctor friend of mine says the science behind it is sound. He claims that it can help extend life, fix diabetes and all other kinds of things.
Gaia, are there benefits to fasting?
Yes, if done moderately. It does clean out your systems of unwanted toxins. This is something for each person to decide for themselves, as each person’s body is different. What works for one person will not work for another. Proceed cautiously, I would recommend.
CREATOR OF CREATORS
Susan writes: I never thought about asking questions of the being we know as Jesus. I have read books about the creative power of the universe actually being  a female energy known by the name Sophia -- the One Divine Mother Creatrix of All Life. I'm not here to challenge anyone's religious beliefs, but I have always been curious if the source of creation is more of a female energy -- perhaps an energy field or energy Being, something like this concept of Sophia? Please ask your guides this question when you can.
Gaia, would the Creator of Creators be a feminine energy, and would this be the same as Sophia?
Sophia can refer to the Creator of this universe as Creator has both feminine and masculine qualities. Creator of Creators, you could say, is a much more feminine entity as it births, and has birthed, billions of Creators.
BENEFITS OF PLAYING THE FIELD
George writes: Multiple Dating in Today’s Time Period.
Although it was extremely common in the olden days for men to have multiple wives and harems, and even noble women or Queens having multiple male suitors, today in modern times having multiple partners is looked down upon.
So, what type of balancing is required for persons who engage in multiple dating in today's time period, such as men having 3 or 4 girlfriends at the same time or women having 3 or 4 boyfriends?
Theo, is there any balancing that needs to be done for men having three or more girlfriends and/or women having three or four boyfriends (and vice versa for gays)?
In your dating days, and yes, even today this would be known as “playing the field.” You are learning from each association—what is good about that person and not so good. These associations, don’t forget, are set up prior to your life for learning. How you treat these people will determine if you have to do balancing in the future. These are all learning experiences. Make the most of them and treat each person with dignity. That way you will gain the most learning from the time you spend with them.
POPULATION CONTROL
Carol in Mill Valley writes: Is population control a real force, as exposed in  Jeffrey Epstein's emails and Trump advisor Steven Miller's emails and, if so, will it be exposed like pedophilia is being exposed?
Gaia, is population control a major force, and if so, by whom?
You can put most of the Asian nations on that list, Tom. New contraceptive methods are being introduced to slow down the birthrate, which is unsustainable. The Earth cannot support too many more humans, or I will have to take matters into my own hands, so to speak, to greatly reduce the numbers of humans. I would suggest a BP by your readers to assist in the spread of birth control devices to stabilize and eventually lower the population.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, Antura was introduced to me in 2008 by Theo. He’s a member of my soul “cluster,” and after having 800 lives on Earth, he is having a life back as an amphibian on a water planet in the Sirius B Solar System. With a soul interest in exploration, he is putting what he learned in his Earth lives to good use as a member of a “first contact” team that contacts planets typically  several thousand years before they go into space. Mantej in the UK writes: Questions for Antura.
1. Antura said video footage of Eisenhower’s meeting with ETs can be made available to you for inclusion in your Sirian documentary. So, is there also video footage of Valiant Thor available also to be included in your documentary or even just be made available to the public?
2. Was the other male ET who was with Valiant called "Donn Thor," and was he Valiant Thor's brother?
3. Since Nixon was Vice President during that time, did he meet Valiant Thor also, or was he just told about him from Eisenhower?
4. Will more people wish to convert to Christianity from seeing the video footage of Jesus?
5. Have any governments or people working with ETs already seen video footage of historical figures or of past civilizations?
Antura, any footage of Valiant Thor available or does any even exist?
Oh yes, both we and the Pleiadians have plenty of what you call video and audio footage of Valiant.
Why was the second male called Donn Thor? Was he a brother to Valiant?
Yes, but not too much was written about him.
Did Valiant meet Nixon?
Once, but not formally, you could say. Valiant knew Nixon’s soul contract, and knew he could receive no help from him.
Do you think some people will convert to Christianity after seeing the footage on Jesus?
They will certainly become believers that he existed. Many questioned that he was real.
Have governments already seen historical footage?
No one has, at this time, on this timeline. That has not been the purpose of these frequent meetings. More diplomacy.
Ray writes: Providing Kim Jong Un is still around when the ET disclosures will eventually happen, what will Kim Jong Un’s response be? And will he kill any more of his staff or Generals under the impression that they "withheld" ET information from him even if they of course had no knowledge?
Antura, what will Kim Jong Un’s reaction be to Disclosure?
More an interest in learning more. They do not have a craft in their possession. He will call on his minions to learn more.
Antura, as preparation for Disclosure, we really need more sightings to remind  people of extraterrestrial existence. I think the Federation is falling down on the job here. Surely you know that first contacts will go much more smoothly when millions more people believe in ETs.
Was there a reason the Federation backed off?
The Federation thought, and still does, Tom, that there would be too much fear created by more sightings.
That’s hogwash! It typically has the opposite effect. At the very least they will think it is part of someone’s aircraft development. The whole point is to make them think.
I will bring your points up in my next meeting. Can’t promise anything. As you have been told before, things move at a very slow rate.
I’ll keep that in mind.

Jackie in Colorado writes: As a parent it’s hard to know the right choice for your kid. I requested an MBO for my daughter to get into the perfect kindergarten for her. We have school choice through a lottery system, so there’s an element of chance. Unless you know MBOs.
Today we received confirmation that she has been accepted into our first choice school! I’m so happy and relieved to have this tool to make life easier.
MBO TO REMEMBER PAINT FROM YEARS AGO
Tommy writes: I'm a newcomer to using your Most Benevolent Outcomes and  have only used it in the mornings for my coming and goings in my work, choirs, and my overall safety. But last week I was trying to remember the name of the second brand of paint I used when I was a paint contractor many years ago. Even after going through the alphabet the only thing that kept coming to my mind was the name of the third brand of paint I used. I tried everything, but nothing would come to mind except that third brand. I even asked out loud, but only the third one came to mind, so I asked for a MBO and seconds later it came to mind, "United Paints."
I'm sure glad I found your site.
BP FOR HUSBAND’S SURGERY
Lee writes: Said a BP for my husband’s mastoidectomy and tympanostomy  tubes’ surgery to be successful, with little or no complications and pain. The infections were so bad they called in the Infectious Disease Doctor and everything is fine. He will be hospitalized for 3 days instead of 5 and on oral antibiotics instead of the IV antibiotics they thought they were going to need. It’s a great outcome!
ANGER AND RESENTMENT
I'll call her Mary writes: 4 weeks ago one of your readers asked, “What to conclude when the requested MBO is not fulfilled?” To this Theo basically answered to be patient.
I have a big challenge with a family member that must be soul contract related,  despite my daily MBO/BP requests I feel somewhat better, but still experience a strong aversion for this person. Not proud of it, but this is what it is. Many persons joined my BP on your Facebook to prevent this situation from occurring, but unfortunately this person ended up visiting last month and is supposed to leave only in the middle of February, which would be at least 3 months later. “For a minute’ I felt sad and let down by my GA. I did strongly complain to him lol. But these BPs still helped me to make their stay in my home more peaceful and hopefully shorter, so again thank you to you and to everyone who joined.
1) What happens when we practice the Gentle Way daily and still hate a person or experience resentment towards someone?
2) Are our negative feelings and thoughts balanced somewhat by the BP request and white light sending towards the disliked person?
3) As humans, we need to experience all kinds of things in our bucket list  including feelings. Are we creating necessarily bad karma by disliking a person?
Theo, what happens when we request MBOs and BPs for a relationship and still feel anger or resentment? Are these thoughts somewhat balanced by MBOs and BPs? And are we creating Karma when we dislike a person?
Interaction with other humans is natural as day and night. It is all part of your learning. You don’t have to like someone to send them love and light. This greatly reduces the balancing that is done. Yes, a good example of that was earlier in your life when a competitor took advantage of you and cut you out of the sharing of a charter jet during your tour days. He treated everyone shabbily. By sending him light, after he was almost killed in Mexico, you learned a great lesson so that when his own wife had him killed it was not because you wished that for him. He will have to balance his actions in the future, but there will be little or no balancing for you.
So, our advice to all your readers is to always send love and light to those with whom you are having a difficult relationship. It will do wonders for you personally, and in many cases will heal any rift in your relationship with that person.
MORE QUESTIONS ABOUT JESUS

Theo, how many hours of sleep did Jesus need?
As you and your reader guessed, not as much as a normal human needs. There  are many people on Earth that only need four hours or so of sleep. Jesus would fall into that category, and could work with even less, due to his high energy. What appeared to his followers as sleep, many times he would be in a meditative state.
Norm asked this question:
Theo, did all of Jesus’ disciples reincarnate in all the different religions? And did any start a new one?
Yes, they all are having lives not only as Christians, but all the other religions as well. Still, their lives with the Master of Love will always be a great experience influencing all the lives to come after those. None started their own religion, but have always preached love, even when they have had, and are having, lives in other religions. In this way, they are truly his disciples.
Are any of them alive in this time period?
Yes, a couple.
Are they men or women?
One of each. They are quietly working behind the scenes. They are not public figures.
BUDDHA, KRISHNA, ENLIGHTENMENT
Siddharth writes: Thanks again for an amazing newsletter. Have a few questions again.
Is there a possibility of relying too much on MBOs and falling short on personal efforts, being too reliant on fate? What is the relationship between MBOs and personal efforts?
Is it possible for a person to be not enlightened (not understanding the related concepts) and still vibrating higher than an enlightened person on Earth?
Buddha, Krishna or other enlightened beings have completed Earth lives; are  they now living their lives on any planets? Where are they situated?
And how is Antura after finishing his Earth lives still living in physical form in other planes?
Will all of us live non-physically after living Earth lives like Buddha or Krishna? Or will we live lives on other planets as we have still not achieved vibration levels of Buddha or Krishna?
What can Tom's readers do to help Tom still being able to do the documentary, apart from saying the BPs?
Personal questions:
I have taken a goal of making efforts to spread a word about MBOs every week. Is this part of my contract, spreading the word on MBOs and BPs?
I am saying MBOs and working towards my immediate goals. Apart from this,  can I do something else to accelerate? Lately I am getting the impulse to write and share my progress on social platforms. Am also getting an impulse to start doing the meditation to connect with my GA the way Tom does. Should I do these activities?
I’ll try and answer some of the questions.
Remember that requesting MBOs works PERFECTLY with your soul contract. You request the MBO and then RELEASE. If the request is within your soul contract, you will receive what you asked for, and if not, you won’t.
Regarding enlightenment, here is what I received last year:
Gaia, is enlightenment different from spiritual mastery, and if so which should  we strive for?
One can be enlightened, Tom, but not attain spiritual mastery. Spiritual mastery comes from raising your vibrational levels. One can understand this, but still must continue to work to raise your vibrational levels. Enlightenment comes from understanding the concepts.
Theo, are Buddha and Krishna having lives on other planets?
Good question, Tom. Their souls remain most connected to Earth, but yes, their souls do have other lives on other planets for their learning, too. Still their primary focus is Earth, and those that worship them.
Antura has not finished his Earth lives. He is taking a break to be on the “first  contact” team that is making contact with us on Earth—so far with the upper timelines and hopefully down to our timeline.
I was told that we will all return to our home planets, and with our vast knowledge learned from our Earth lives, we will assist in the growth of others on our planets to raise their vibrational levels.
Just keep requesting BPs for Disclosure even sooner than we can hope for or expect.
Theo, have I had a life before with Siddharth?
Of course you have, Tom. You have known him in both Atlantean and Lemurian times. In one life, he was your assistant. In another, he was a leader, and you advised him. Siddharth has some significant lives ahead of him, and you can say this is one of those set-up lives leading to a close association.
I always urge everyone to meditate. Theo says that’s one of my jobs, so to speak. Almost everyone will, I’m told, in the future.
