MBO FOR 10K RUN<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Sherry-Ann writes:\u00a0<\/span> Yesterday was the 20th Annual Ford Island Bridge 10k Run, held at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii. I haven’t done a race like this since 2009 when I got so badly dehydrated I ended up in the emergency room.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Thanks to MBO’s and BP’s as well as proper preparation beforehand<\/span> (training, good nutrition, hydrating well), I finished the race in 2 hours 15 minutes (I walked the course). Absolutely zero problems!<\/span> Thank you, Tom, for MBOs and BPs. They work!<\/span><\/h3>\n

MBO FOR PROTECTION FROM TORNADO<\/span><\/h3>\n

Gerry writes:<\/span>\u00a0 Just wanted to thank you again for introducing your readers to the power of MBOs.\u00a0<\/span> My granddaughter called me about an hour ago to tell me to turn on the weather channel.\u00a0 She said there was a severe thunderstorm with damaging winds 60 MPH and the possible touchdown of a tornado about 10 minutes away from our area of the county.\u00a0 I immediately did an MBO for a circle of protection around our property and the entire neighborhood.\u00a0 The wind got a little heavy for a few minutes then faded away and then just a steady rain.\u00a0 Now our county is not even listed for a severe thunderstorm, just rain.\u00a0 It’s so comforting to know the power of MBO’s for the protection our GAs provide.\u00a0 Thank you again.<\/span><\/h3>\n

For all of you in tornado prone areas, you too can request MBOs for your protection.\u00a0<\/span> I also go outside and face the direction of the coming storm, hold out my arms, and say, \u201cI welcome gentle rain\u201d three times.\u00a0<\/span> That also keeps the hail size down.<\/span><\/h3>\n

MBO FOR FAMILY REUNION<\/span><\/h3>\n

Daralyn writes:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span> Several years ago, my older sister was scheduled to graduate from the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ with a master\u2019s degree, and I was invited to attend the ceremonies. The problem was, I knew that my younger sister would also be there, and at the time I had an unresolved issue with her. I didn’t want to create any commotion at the event; I only wanted peace but the thought of having to interact with her made me feel uncomfortable.<\/span> So, I requested an MBO for having a delightful time in Tucson.<\/span><\/h3>\n

We siblings got together for dinner at a restaurant, and Little Sis even sat right next to me and talked to me a little. I felt nothing but peace, and the evening went smoothly, and I had a delightful time.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Thank you, Tom, for showing us a way to deal with awkward situations!<\/span><\/h3>\n

BP TO STABILIZE BLOOD PRESSURE<\/span><\/h3>\n

Charlie writes:<\/span>\u00a0 Hello Tom, my blood pressure had taken a scary upward turn along with chest pains.\u00a0<\/span> On Tuesday I requested a BP to stabilize it.\u00a0<\/span> On Thursday I went to doctor and had EKG, she switched my blood pressure meds and I seem to be doing better.\u00a0 Gonna try mostly vegetarian diet and no more weekend warrior binges.\u00a0 It is my hope to be healthy for when my girl comes from Latvia.<\/span><\/h3>\n

MBO FOR TIRE PRESSURE SENSOR<\/span><\/h3>\n

Kathy writes:<\/span>\u00a0 In the years since I bought your first book and have been requesting MBOs daily I’ve had wonderful successes and surprises in how powerful they are.<\/span> Here’s a recent one:<\/span><\/h3>\n

The “Low Tire Pressure” warning came on in my truck, so I stopped at a mini-mart to check the tire pressures and endued up using their air machine to add air to one of the tires. The next day I drove to my favorite tire store to have this problem fixed and<\/span> on the way asked for a Most Benevolent Outcome that the cost to fix this issue cost less then $100.<\/span> I’d had this happen on a previous truck and it was a defective sensor, which cost over $100 to replace. <\/span><\/h3>\n

One of the mechanics at the tire store checked the tire pressure on all tires.\u00a0 They were all low and he added a bit of air to each to bring them up to the recommended pressure. Then he reprogrammed the sensors to remove the warning message. The cost? $0. That’s a whole lot less than $100!!<\/span> Thank you my angels and thank you Tom for bringing us the wonders of MBOs<\/span>.<\/h3>\n
