I think our Benevolent Prayers (BPs) are working. Let’s say it again OUT LOUD:
“I ask any and all beings to assist President Trump, his Administration, and Congress to make decisions in the best interests of the citizens of the United States, the citizens of the world, and planet, thank you!”
Notice how warm it has already been this month? Warm temps means more melting of the ice caps, leading to that 12.5 inch increase in ocean levels this year, according to Gaia.

WEATHER UPDATE
I was told there would be more rain for the West Coast, but assumed it  would be a lot less than has occurred. So I asked.
Gaia, did I incorrectly receive regarding the fire season for Southern California since they’ve had a lot of rain recently?
Tom, it lessened the fire danger a little, but as I told you last year, they will still have a major fire season, as you call it, as I still am clearing the old growth away in order to make way for new growth. Take that to the bank, shall we say.
What about Northern California?
Still more fires, but if you reread I did say a lot of rain for the upper West  Coast.
Will the upper Midwest and East Coast remain in the weather pattern of these snow storms they have been experiencing?
Oh yes, nothing will change there for a while. That is the highest probability. Again, reread what I told you last September. These winter storms will continue for over a month.

RUSSIAN INVOLVEMENT IN ELECTIONS
Kathy writes: Hello Tom and thank you for the wonderful Newsletter that we all can’t wait to read. I was just wondering just how the Russians helped Trump win the election. Most of the news stations were for Hillary and covered for her. I think people were very passionate about who they voted for. Just wondering how they helped.
The other question: will the rioting slow down and will the people ever  come to like Trump? There is so much hate coming from the Democrats. I say MBOs, but is it some pretty bad energy out there? Love your Facebook page. Thank you for your posts.
Theo, was it mostly fake news stories the Russians used to assist Trump or was it more involvement than just that?
The fake news stories were certainly a major part of their work, but don’t forget the hacking of the emails, which was a critical factor in her defeat. That was carried out by the Russian intelligence groups.
What is the probability of the protests slowing down and people liking Trump?
As we have mentioned before, there will be actions taken by the President which will be looked upon as beneficial. But the protests will  certainly continue since now there is a faction that vehemently opposes many of the actions taken or will be taken by this President in the next two and four years, leading up to elections.
They have said they learned from the Tea Party on how to get their own message across. Of course, if you could see it from our side the pendulum is simply shifting in the other direction. There is a middle ground each could or can exist on, but they have yet to find it.
But to answer your question, protests will continue for the foreseeable future. They will become more organized as people who have sat on the sidelines will enter the political arena to fight for their beliefs.
FUKUSHIMA UPDATE
Both Ronald and Nikki have asked me about reports that Fukushima is  leaking badly. So I requested an update.
Gaia, Fukushima radiation levels are way up. I thought that you said this would be fixed?
It will be, Tom, I can assure you. This is not an easy job as you can imagine, but the correct steps to minimize the radiation leak are being taken, and there are very good men on the job there that will stop the radiation leak. Trust me on this one, Tom. There will be no worldwide danger.
COMET HEADED TOWARDS EARTH?
Sara writes: I hope you’re very well! I've been reading a channeling in the Sedona Journal of Emergence from Arthur Fanning from the February edition. I'm guessing you subscribe as well? Well, they talk about how they're trying to get permission from everyone to alter Earth's orbit to avoid a comet colliding with Earth, and that prayer also grants permission. Could you help us construct an awesome MBO for all of us to say, to make sure this doesn't end our civilization?? Thank  you for your help and thank you for sharing your guides, and thanks to all of our guides and angels as well!!

Gaia, is a comet headed our way that is a danger to us?
Absolutely not, Tom. The channel that related that information did what you have done in the past and latched onto a low probability. Yes, you can pray for the comet to not hit Earth, but the comet the channel referred to will simply pass a few million miles away. I can assure everyone that neither I nor Creator has any plans to disrupt the Earth Experiment at this stage.
Gaia was there any effect astrologically by the comet seen in the sky on February 10?
It had and is having a tiny effect, but very tiny.
SYRIAN REFUGEES IN THE UK
This question came from Mike in the UK.
Theo, what is the probability that the immigration of the 20,000 Syrian refugees to the UK will proceed in a mostly benevolent manner?
The probability is quite high, Tom, over 80%. The people that welcome  refugees are not those that oppose them being in the country. Those that welcome do it with compassion, and if you recall what Gaia said recently, the vibration of love always blocks the vibration of violence. Therefore, there will be little, if any, violence.
It will be almost the same in the USA and other countries, as the people that assist these people do so out of love and compassion. Through the years their soul contracts are like those of any other human, with challenges and antagonists to assist in their growth. But in the long run, the actual mixing of the different peoples will bring a tolerance to other points of view. So, from our side, we look at this as all good.
UPDATE ON RUSSIAN DISCLOSURE
Theo, what is the probability of the Russian Disclosure in the next three months?
Fairly high, Tom, but not a “done deal” shall we say. Still more than 70%, but not yet 80%. There are still some actions to be taken on the upper time lines that will impact this time line and that has not yet happened. And here we might add on to what Gaia said about probabilities. They are not only affected by what is happening on your time line, but what is occurring on the other time lines both higher and lower than yours.
What is the probability of the percentage of people who will be thrilled  to view the documentary and those that will reject or will be fearful of the revelations?
Yes there is always the duality of the Earth Experiment. Luckily there has been much preparation, we will call it, regarding the concept of spaceships, interplanetary travel, and other types of beings in your sci-fi movies. So, to answer your question, certainly over 80% will be thrilled and will be enthralled to actually see these beings from the 37 planets. Yet, there will be a portion of people who have blocked out the concept of there  really being life in the universe other than Earth. This has been part and parcel of their religious training. Luckily, and as we know by design, the Pleiadians will have paved the way with their visits to all the major countries in the world. There will be great changes in the general public’s view of ETs.
Suffice to say, there will still be holdouts and they will look at what you are doing quite negatively. It will take time to bring them around to the concept of there being other types of intelligent life in the universe living quite peacefully. Their view of the Sirian ship will enhance these fears and it will take time to soften their fear.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, Antura is a member of my soul group or “cluster” as Theo calls them. He’s an ET who has already had 800 lives on Earth mostly as an explorer, such as being the uncle of Marco Polo and traveling the Silk Road before Marco did. He’s coming to Earth on a  Sirian mothership to replace one that’s overhead now around October. Read more about him in my book FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET. I’m supposed to shoot the first documentary on board his mothership, which has a crew of 900 plus their families totaling 1,500. That probability is over 70% now, which means it should happen, but might not. I can’t afford to sit on my hands and do nothing, so I’ve been asking a lot of questions, and so have other newsletter subscribers. These questions at least contribute to our overall knowledge no matter what happens. Here are more questions this week.
Bob writes: Tom: The Phoenix incident depicted in the theatrical film involved a hostile UFO confrontation on the ground around Phoenix in the Arizona desert in 2001.The USA military confronted the UFOs in the air and then on the ground. The ETs made the four subjects of the film "disappear" never to be seen or heard from again. At least two living witnesses were interviewed to describe what happened. According to  the film, there was armed confrontation among the participants. The ETs were grotesque looking. The military witness in the film may have been the actual military person who witnessed the incident. If any of this is true, our "friendly" ETs don't seem so friendly, and the Earth Directive appears to have been breached. I would like to know the truth behind this incident and the motivations of the ETs. Thank you for your response.
Antura, is there any truth to the story about there being an armed conflict between our military and ETs both in the air and on the ground near Phoenix, Arizona?
No, Tom. That story was completely blown out of proportion, as some of your military personnel have what you call hair triggers and did fire upon us, but of course none of our personnel were injured or killed and likewise for the military personnel. The story grew out of proportion, that we can assure you. When you are on our ship if you wish we can go to the digital files and you can view exactly what happened.
Auntmommie writes: After reading yesterday’s newsletter about abductions, I thought I’d ask you about something that happened to me when I was in, like, the 4th or 5th grade. It happened one the summer night when I woke up in the middle of the night by a really loud noise coming from outside my window (which looked out over the backyard into the woods) that sounded like really loud popcorn popping and it was not raining or hailing outside, nor did I smell popcorn popping in  the house. I remember thinking that I must be the only one who can hear this because my family wasn’t waking up or anything (my younger sister slept in the same room).
Then there was this really bright light shining outside my window, but it didn’t illuminate my room at all, it was just outside; and that’s pretty much all I can remember about the event. I do remember the next morning trying to listen very carefully to see if anybody in my house heard or saw anything like I had, but no one had. I have never told anybody about this experience and I have never felt harmed or violated or like I had been abducted. I have never had anything bother me about this experience except that I remember it and never understood it. I often wonder if there was really something out there or if I was just imagining, which I am told I was very good at doing as a little girl…I used to like to entertain my little sisters.
Antura, was Auntmommie abducted by the Zetas when she was a child and if so how many times?
Not by the Zetas, but there was a time when she was visited by her own people from her planet, adjusting the etheric body, we will call it for now, to prepare her for the work she is doing in this life.
You say that there are readings taken by the scout craft. I wish to ask if  the following are included.
I understand, Tom.
Auras?
Yes.
Personalities?
Yes, but much more intricate than you are aware of.
Belief Systems?
Yes.
Thoughts?
Yes, as discussed before. But you can add subconscious.
Health?
Quite so. And again much more thorough than you can imagine.
Soul contracts?
Not so much, as that gets into an area regarding your Akashic Records  that we are not allowed to access.
Sexual proclivities?
Yes, but obviously much more detailed.
Pineal Gland?
Yes.
OK, I assume there is more?
You’ve touched on all the basics, Tom. There are still some you left out.
OK, I’ll have to think of some more. Would the etheric body be one?
Quite so.

Antura, I’m asked what does Putin know about ETs?
Not so much on this time line yet, Tom. He does know of the existence of the group of people who meet with the ETs. He will be advised much more thoroughly in the near future.
Maggie writes: When you meet Antura, I imagine you will want to hug or shake hands with him. What are acceptable greetings for those on planet Nommo?
It might be fun to ask each of the planetary representatives on the ship what their usual greeting is.
And will humans begin seeing ETs on Earth more? If so, what would be a universal greeting each should give that would signal peace and respect? Thank you for all you do.
Antura, you have said that on your planet you embrace and there is a  special touching of hands. How do your greet people from the other 36 planets on board your ship? And how should we greet them too?
Yes, there is this universal greeting of saying “good life.” No special touching is required. So, when you greet the many different people or beings on the ship, just be pleasant with your greeting and they will reciprocate. The idea of holding your hand as was done in your Star Trek series is fine until you meet beings with no apparent appendages. The universal translators will convey your greetings to that being quite nicely, I can assure you.
Antura, if when on board your ship we would ask to see an event in history would you automatically have detailed video or VR records or would you go back in time prior to our arrival or perhaps when we ask about the event you would then go back to record it?
Tom, we have records of every major and minor event on Earth. As we  have said, the Federation has been here for many thousands of years and we can access all the other Federation ships’ records in an instant for any event. We would not rely on just what the Sirian ships have recorded, but all the ships that have been overhead since the beginning of the Earth Experiment. Don’t forget that we must record not only your Time Line 6 actions and events but also the other time lines. This was a massive undertaking for everyone. Yes, as you are thinking, we even have the records of the 12 time lines being formed.
So, to answer your question, we can instantly access any record you desire or can imagine.

Antura, where are the two ETs from that are depicted in the painting by  the Spanish artist?
Yes, it is one of the Pleiadian ships—just not one with homo sapiens on board. Keep in mind that if a Sirian ship can have 37 planets represented, so can the Pleiadians. Most people just think of the homo sapiens type model, but there are many other types too. In our digital files on board we can easily pull up the different types of beings that inhabit the Pleiades. Randy writes: Hi. Love your work. I have been looking forward to the Arrival since my youth (I'm 62), so a while. This was met with skepticism so I didn't speak of it much, something just told me it would happen. My question is... Will the Arrival be public knowledge, will they make themselves visible to the general public? I hope and pray they will as that would fill a giant gap in my life. I think you know what I mean, Tom.  I've been told I'm from a water world -- Sirius maybe? Could you please ask for me? Thanks.
In my FIRST CONTACT book, I was given detailed information that the Pleiadians would land at the Russian Spaceport and it would be covered by TV and press. But these Pleiadians look just like us so as not to scare anyone. When the Zetas arrive to offer to restore the abductees’ memories, it will probably be the first time we see an ET with a radically different appearance.
Antura, is Randy from a water planet, and if so would it be Nommo?
Yes, to the first question, Tom, but no to the second. There are many water beings as you will learn and he is another.
Is he from Sirius?
Yes, we can confirm that—just another planet.
Antura, you mentioned historical events. Would the assassination of JFK be far enough back that it would not interfere with anyone’s soul contract?
Yes, there are one or two people connected to the event who are still alive, but to see such an event would be easily in our capabilities to show you. If the event was too close to this period and would change soul contracts we would tell you.
MBOs FOR DOG’S AND CAT’S HEALTH

Auntmommie writes: I have an MBO story for you…I have several  animals -- seven cats and two dogs. Most of them get along, in fact, one even takes long walks with both the dogs and me through the woods, and she manages to keep up in spite of the fact that her legs are very much shorter than the rest of ours. Anyway, my dog, Harley, wasn’t feeling well. He was not himself and he stopped wagging his tail….which was weird. He’s usually very happy. He is a senior dog and the whole family was worried about him and how he was feeling. I waited two days to see if it would either pass or get worse before taking him to the vet. He didn’t get worse, but he didn’t get better either.
On the way to the vet, I must have said about four MBOs and BPs for him to feel better and that the remedy be a simple and inexpensive one and for him to be able to come home with me. All those things happened. The vet bill was affordable, the poor thing had an infected anal gland, the doctor expressed it and gave me some pills to give him and off we went. He was back to his old self in a matter of days.
About a month later, my ragdoll cat, Abby, disappeared from the  house…or so we thought because nobody could find her. She was having the “scoots” and making messes everywhere. She is also a senior kitty, but she has been in good health most of her 11 years…still I worry. I found her deep under one of the couches and when I got her out, I could see the mess on her backside.
The whole ride to the vet, I did MBOs and BPs for the exact same thing I did for my dog Harley….illness easily remedied at an affordable price and no overnight stay. I even did one as we sat in the exam room waiting for her blood test results, which can be catastrophic with older cats. But everything came back normal and the doctor said that the only thing she can find causing her to have soupy poopies was her food, so we changed it to a more digestive formula for seniors.
MBOs and BPs really work and my animals and I thank you for that, Tom.
MBO TO FIND LOST JACKET
Carol writes: A very favorite jacket of mine that I have had for years was  not in my car where I thought I left it. I looked everywhere, tried to remember where I had left it. Said an MBO that I would find it, especially with the upcoming storm in CA. I called a restaurant I had had dinner at a few nights ago and they had it. Made me SO HAPPY.
I’m sure Carol had a little “whisper in her ear” to call the restaurant. That’s happened to me many times in the past.
OLD SOULS IN EUROPE
I’m supposed to be one of 10 people on Earth right now with more than  1,000 lives. The Dalai Lama is another and a man in India. I wondered about Europe so I asked.
Gaia, are any of the 10 oldest souls on Earth located in Europe?
Yes, although you thought I might say no, there are two. They are doing their work behind the scenes, shall we say, and are not too well known even in Europe.

Theo, was the “floating city” I saw in a video CGI, an optical illusion, or what?
Yes, the person was experimenting with multiple levels of CGI may we say. Even the helicopter was added to the scene or optical illusion.
TRUMP’S BUSINESS INTERESTS
Carol writes: I have a different question for Theo about Trump. Isn't all _-_DSC09402.JPG) he is doing as President and showing his real self to the wide public going to have a big effect on his business? I would think that the Trump name will lose a lot of prestige from all the things he is doing and saying. Democrats won't buy Trump products and most of his Redneck supporters don't have the big bucks to buy his products. Does Theo agree?
Theo, will being President negatively or positively affect Trump’s business interests?
Both Tom. One will tend to cancel out the other. They will be cautious about accepting money for, say, rent in the buildings. They will prefer to keep things separate to avoid conflict.
AUDIE MURPHY
Paul writes: Thank you, Tom, for your dedicated efforts to share a little  light on the tribulations of this timeline. Your work means more to us in need than you know. May I ask, what are the probabilities that Audie Murphy will return to this timeline within the next twenty years, or has his soul fragment already returned? I understand that soul fragments return rather quickly if their life is cut short and they do not complete certain tasks in the previous life, such as growing very old.
Theo, has the soul fragment of Audie Murphy reincarnated?
Yes, Tom, but that person is leading a quieter life now as a woman.
