Gaia, what is the probability of the UK now leaving the EU?
Still very high, Tom, even with further negotiations. The probability still would  be over 80%, although there will be negotiations for them to be allowed to limit who can enter their country, which was a major fear of those in their heartland, not so much in the large cities. This will sway some people over and another referendum will be called for in some quarters.
What is the probability of Scotland departing the United Kingdom?
Quite high now—certainly over 50%. You can ask in several months to see if this probability has risen, as with most things in the future it remains fluid.
What about Northern Ireland?
Yes, certainly the same or even higher. At this time, it would be 60% probability.
Will any other countries such as the Netherlands or Sweden exit the EU?
No, although there will be movements to do so, the probability at this time is that they will not attract enough support to leave.
What will happen to the UK’s economic outlook if they do completely leave the EU?
It will remain down for many years to come, Tom. Companies will relocate to the continent and many people in the UK will lose their jobs. Unemployment will skyrocket, all because they could not, or were fearful of, change as a member of the EU.

Gaia, what is the probability of Scotland blocking the UK from leaving the  EU?
Not very high, Tom. There is movement afoot, you might say, just to leave the UK and continue to be in the EU. So the probability to block would be in the teens, Tom. They would find it difficult to block the UK from leaving, but it will be much easier to leave the UK and stay part of the EU.
This question came from Mike in the UK.
Gaia, what is the probability of Boris Johnson becoming the Prime Minister of the UK?
Quite high, Tom. He is charismatic and has a large following. He will find that running the UK will be quite trying on his leadership abilities when .jpg) it comes to negotiating new agreements not only with the EU, but with the United States and all the other countries they did not have to as part of the EU. Sometimes the old saying of “Be careful what you wish for” would hold true here.
What is the probability that the UK exiting the EU will have an effect on the USA elections?
It will have some, but the voters will start seeing people lose their jobs and the UK going into, at a minimum, a mild recession and will think twice about doing the same in the USA. So, the probability will be less than 10% at this time, but you can always ask again in a month or two.
MORE ON THE ATLANTEAN SURVIVORS
Can’t recall who asked this question.
Gaia, who settled Skara Brae Island off the coast of Scotland and was it  before 3180 BC? Were there settlers before them? Why did the temperatures change?
Yes, very good questions. The latest settlers, we will call them, did settle around the time the archeologists said they did. These were hardy people coming from the south looking for a place away from others as they had been in conflicts—actual battles –and they were tired of fighting. They found this abandoned place—we will get to why in a minute—and decided to stay.
 Because of their history of battles, they built their houses to withstand attacks, but also, since they were on the coast, to protect themselves from the fierce winter storms they knew they would experience. These were normal humans and quite industrious. And they stayed for hundreds of years until I changed the weather patterns to much colder and they decided to trek inland to find a place that was not so exposed to the elements. They did not abandon the site due to war. They blended in with other peoples in the interior.
Now, was this inhabited prior to their arrival? Yes, and as you were thinking, it was a wave of survivors from Atlantis. They remained there for some time until they moved on. It was a much briefer stay, shall we say, than those who came after them since the weather patterns were quite inconsistent for a period of time after Poseidia and the Aryan Islands sank. There was also much debris in the ocean that took a number of years to dissipate. It was too much of a reminder, so they moved on.
LIFE’S LESSONS
John writes: In your past newsletters, I think it was Theo that said we're not supposed to know what's in our soul contract because it would make our life boring. But what if a person wanted to know, say, some of the major lessons that are in their Soul contracts just because they wanted to make sure they "learn the lesson" or master it, or however you wish to look at it, in this lifetime?
The point being, is that I think it's important to learn the major lessons you  have in this lifetime or at least attempt or make an effort to learn them, so that this lifetime can be more advantageous to us and the Soul. I think you know what I mean. So my question is how could a person learn what major lessons they have to learn in this lifetime so that they could focus on this, and also get more details about the lesson specifically as it applies to them?
Theo, why can’t people access the major lessons to be learned in a lifetime so that they know to work on them?
A complex subject, Tom, with many answers or reasons. First and foremost, Creator wants you to be veiled so that you will make decisions on problems that have never been solved by any other society. Then, if you knew what major lessons you needed to learn it would involve knowing about your past lives. If you knew some of the lessons you needed to learn that would not only give you your soul contract, but many would be in despair as to why you needed to learn that lesson. These are some of the major reasons.
 I’ll add one more. Your souls’ goal is to one day merge and take over running this universe so that the Creator can go on to a higher level. You must be able to make decisions with no real help or assistance, so being able to make decisions on Earth – and we’re talking about trillions of decisions—will give your souls the knowledge of how to make decisions as a creator in the future.
And may I add that we’ve been given this super fantastic spiritual tool of requesting MBOs for EVERYTHING, from the smallest mundane things to the most important. We’ve been told over and over again that requesting MBOs keeps us on our soul path or contract, while also raising our vibrational levels, as you do live a more gentle life—the Gentle Way!
MORE ON THE YEAR 3000
Gaia, regarding the year 3,000, I used the word “pods” to describe the personal flying machines. Could you give me a better description?
Yes, the word “pod” was given to you to use, Tom. The energy devices to  power the pods kept getting smaller and smaller. Speed was fairly fast, but not, let’s say, jet speed. Sufficient to cover shorter distances. If the distance was to be greater, they would use larger craft. So we are talking about comfortable, but not so roomy. And they were designed to be able to load them into larger transport craft.
This is so far beyond your development at this stage, Tom, that it is a little difficult giving you word pictures or descriptions. No controls were needed since, of course, voice recognition by that time will be quite sophisticated. A person will be able to give the craft instructions and then enjoy sophisticated communication devices that you have not even imagined yet, or even just to take a nap on the ride.
ANTURA
No questions came up for Antura this week, but just as a reminder, you all are members of a soul “cluster,” as Theo calls them, with six to twelve fragments of your “whole soul,” or as it was called in Jane Roberts’ book, “oversouls.” Theo says she did not get the concept that there was only a direct connection between you and your soul. Your soul is much more powerful than we can  imagine, and I was told your souls could be having 500,000 to a million lives going on at the same time across the universe for their learning.
Antura is back on our water world where I was told I also came from after he has had already 800 lives on Earth, mostly as an explorer, where the interest our soul gave me was religions. The water world was first inhabited 18 million years ago and he and I were one of the first to have lives there as well as on Earth. Antura lives in a city of about one million amphibians 5,000 feet below the surface of the ocean. In the early days we lived in caves and the bubble cities on the planet were built up from the cave system. My next life will be back there as some sort of spiritual leader. I seem to incarnate over and over again as the same spiritual leader as far as I can understand.

MBO TO OBTAIN DRIVER’S LICENSE

Michael writes: I have an awesome report… first a little background. Some time ago my daughter had her purse stolen and has been trying to survive without a driver’s license. To add to the mix, she has an unpaid fine from 2015 that resulted in a notice that her license wouldn't be renewed until it was paid. She needed a license for her job, and I needed to transfer her car title to her name. I thought we might try for a replacement for the lost license (not knowing the expiration date).
Last night and again this morning I did MBOs for getting her license and the  title with as little problem as possible and for an outcome to exceed my expectations. We walked into the DMV to an almost empty waiting room, she took a number, and was called within five minutes. Our documentation was more than necessary and she got her replacement license and it actually doesn't expire until 2018, giving her time to work out the fine.
From there, after a notary to sign a form, onto the tax office. A bit of a wait there, but all paperwork again in order, we left with her having a driver’s license and her car now in her name. She's had a hard time lately and has been really down, but the success of today has given her a new positive attitude about her future I haven't seen for years. I have MBOs work for me all the time, but have never had such positive results fall in place so quickly. I thank my guardian angels for such positive results that put my daughter back on track with such hope, and I offer you thanks and blessings for making us aware of their help.
MBO FOR STEERING WHEEL COVER TO FIT
Kayci writes: Hello Tom, this is a bit of a weird one. I needed to replace my steering wheel cover on my car. One day I went to the Auto store and bought one that was a leather look-alike. Usually, I went for the fabric ones because fabric is easier to put on. I then took it out and tried to put it on the wheel. It would not stretch. I could not get it around the bottom of the wheel. I did not  have enough strength in my hands to pull it down and around the wheel. I tried and tried until I just gave up and said an MBO; however, nothing immediately happened.
I went home, parked my car and went in to change clothes quickly. I came out and got into the car and sat there in shock. The wheel cover was perfectly on the wheel. Before it was about 3 inches too short now it was sitting tight around the wheel. I was stunned and amazed at how extensive these MBOs can work. I keep telling folks to do them for the little stuff as well as the big ones. This one proves my point.
DEEPLY HELD BELIEFS
Stephanie in Seattle writes: Are our deeply held beliefs part of the process of  creation?
Have taught my kids your prayers. We are so thankful for them every day.
Theo, are deeply held beliefs part of the creation process I’m asked?
As discussed previously, Tom, Creator wished to have, as part of the Earth Experiment, different belief systems in order for you all to learn to respect one another’s beliefs and love each other unconditionally.
HEIMLICH MANEUVER
Mantej writes: Dr. Heimlich invented the Heimlich maneuver, and, until  recently, never had to use it in a real life choking situation. He's now 96-years-old and recently saved an 87-year-old woman's life, who was choking, by using the Heimlich maneuver.
So, my question is, why was it his soul contract to invent the maneuver, but never use it in a real life situation until he was 96?

Theo, any particular reason Heimlich did not use the maneuver until age 96?
This was as if he was given a gift of being able to see his own work in operation in real life, and not just some action about which he had theorized.
MANTRAS FOR HEALING
Stephen writes: I would like you to ask Theo a question, if you are willing.
The question revolves around healing and mantras. As a reiki practitioner, I also practice using mantras for manifesting and removing obstacles. The results are pretty incredible.
Are there any specific sacred sounds or notes that I should use for healing? Maybe a particular pitch that helps with healing, such as a C# or C, etc.? Certain vibrations invoke different results.
 Possibly any specific Sanskrit mantras that he may recommend?
Theo, can you comment on different mantras that can be used for healing?
We have discussed a number of times how the use of verbal sounds has not been studied enough, as well as the benefits of verbal sounds. It can be spoken, or yes, certain notes can be used to assist in the healing process. Much, much more work and study should be done as many benefits and healing will be discovered.
We must let those who wish to make this their work be the ones who have the “ah-ha” moments of discovery. This will take several years, but we do encourage those who are using these methods, in order to heal, to write about the experiences as it will eventually be tested with instruments to discover what sounds do heal.
READING OUR THOUGHTS
Gaia, I’m asked how specifically you can read the thoughts of humans—whether it be compassion or violence or do you not need that as you look at the overall vibrational levels as we very slowly raise them?
Yes, I don’t have to read them per se, although I certainly can. I am in second-to-second communication with all those GAs, as you call them, involved in the Earth Experiment, but keep in mind I also have the capability to see far into your future and I know that your path is now set to, as you put it, slowly raise your vibrational levels over time.
 I am also in second-to-second contact with your souls as they write their new history and constantly look to balance all your lives on Earth. Keep in mind that description given to you before of a giant energy soup. Obviously that is a 3D description for you now, and over the years you will come to understand this, and there will be those that come along who will seek better descriptions as your vibrational levels increase. There always has to be something new to learn and there will be more revelations not only through you, Tom, but through and from others as well. Still, using this description, this energy soup, allows us to be in second-to-second contact for not only the present, but the past and future as well.
When other beings from other universes come to take readings, which I’ve been told we would not even comprehend at this moment in our time, what can they learn by taking these readings that our GAs or Akashic records cannot give them?
That’s just it, Tom, they are blocked from these personal records, and they may contact your GAs, but they will find closed doors when it comes to specific information. They know the basics—that you are veiled, and that you are working with and have successfully handled negative energy, but they have to “see for themselves” the results and the work in progress. It’s as if people sat around on the outside of a building or some structure being built, watched and took notes of the construction process, and discussed it among themselves. They are allowed to do that, but not to interfere in any way.
If they plan to take readings where they will be seen, that has to be upon approval, and approval is not always given. They have enough instruments to take readings to keep them happy and enthralled at what is going on here on Earth. They have accepted the limits on what they can and cannot do.
QUEEN ELIZABETH & HER HUSBAND
Lee writes: With Queen Elizabeth II celebrating her 90th birthday and being the longest reigning monarch in British history, how close has she come to following her life contract? Also, next year she and her husband will celebrate 70 years of marriage. It seems he has been very instrumental in her completing her duties and would that be what his contract in this life was, and how often have they been "a team" in past lives? They seem like very old souls who have worked together many lifetimes. Thank you for any insight into one of the most enduring, and endearing, couples of our lifetime.
 Gaia, how closely has Queen Elizabeth and her husband followed their soul contracts and have they been a team before in government or other?
Yes, they have followed their soul contracts quite closely, Tom, as they are seasoned souls that were needed as Britain went through World War II. She contributed to that war, for those of your readers who do not know the story, as a driver. She has enjoyed cars and trucks ever since and gets to drive them around the family estate.
Both have been a team together before. We use the well-known phrase “this isn’t their first rodeo together.” They have had all sorts of relationships in the past, including a reversal of roles, several times. Their souls’ interest is government and they have, again, had many lives in all sorts of government positions both as the good guys, as you term them, and to balance when they were bad leaders. Many of these lives were in Europe and England, but for variety you can include most of the continents, even one in the early days in the United States.
HAYU MARCA PERU GATE OF THE GODS
Ralonne asked about the Hayu Marca Peru Gate of the Gods.
"In 1996, it was discovered by Jose Luis Delgado Mamani while he was trying to learn the layout of the area for a job he had recently taken as a tour guide. The “Gate of the Gods” at Hayu Marca in Peru is said by native tribes to have once acted as a “gateway to the land of the Gods.” Mamani even claims that he had dreams of the doorway for years before he had accidentally found it. In his dream, Mamani stated that the pathway leading to the doorway was made of pink marble, and had also witnessed a smaller door that was open with a “brilliant blue light coming from what looked like a shimmering tunnel.
“The “doorway” is actually two doorways, almost in a “T” shape. The larger  doorway measures seven meters wide and seven meters high (22 ft. by 22 ft.) while the smaller one stands two meters high (6.5 ft.) in the middle of the base. Legends state that the larger door is for the gods, themselves. The smaller door is for mortals to pass through, and some heroic mortals did, becoming immortal themselves to live among the gods.”
Gaia, are there two doorways at Hayu Marca Peru and if so what was, or is, their purpose?
Yes, it was an entrance used in antiquity to an ET base, but is no longer in use. It is one thing to have such an entrance when the population is uneducated and will call the ETs gods, but another when there are more educated people who come along to investigate the mystery.
Any truth to someone using a disc to gain entry?
Yes, that did happen and they could not be allowed to return, so they were made comfortable. This was thousands of years ago.

THAT “WHISPER IN YOUR EAR”
Daralyn writes: I am responding to your suggestion in today's newsletter to please listen to that little distant thought coming in from your Pineal Gland. Like with another story, which I sent you some time ago, this happened a few years ago, but your comment triggered a memory of it.
One day I was occupied with some housecleaning in a particular room when I heard a "voice," or what I would call “a loud thought” since I tend not to hear voices, which said, "Hugh Jackman." There was no reason for me to think about him at all; I had not seen his name on anything I had picked up. I knew he was an actor, but couldn't recall any movies he'd been in. I looked around and thought, "And, so?" But there was no response, so I just continued on with what I was doing.
Later that evening, I watched the network news on TV, and they featured a  story about Hugh Jackman, including a photo of him with a bandaged-up nose. He'd had a sore on his nose for a long time that bothered his wife, so she finally "nagged him" to see a doctor, which he did, and it turned out to be cancer, so it was surgically removed. This reminded me that I had a crusty sore on the side of my nose that was not healing and I wondered about it. It just so happened that I had an appointment scheduled with my doctor in a few days, so when I went I asked her opinion about it. She took a look and decided I should see the in-house dermatologist. She set up the referral, and I saw the dermatologist who said, "That looks like a precancerous lesion." She grabbed a spray can of frozen nitrogen, gave it a squirt, and it dried up and fell off in a few days.
This seemed like such an extraordinary synchronicity, I have to wonder if it was divine intervention to warn me to take action before I developed actual cancer because it wasn't my time yet. Thank you, Tom, for reminding people to listen to their spiritual “nudges.”
