PROPOSAL OF ASSAULT WEAPONS GUN LAW
The first portion of this appeared last week. Since then, just this morning I was “inspired” to suggest a law to limit AR-15 Assault Rifles.
MASS MURDERS: There have already been over 250 shootings in 2019, where four or more people were shot. I really need EVERY PERSON WHO READS THIS NEWSLETTER TO SAY THE FOLLOWING BENEVOLENT PRAYER  (BP):
“I ask any and all beings to aid, comfort, and assist in the recovery of any person affected in any way by mass shootings, and for the Administration, Congress, and the Courts to make decisions in the best interests of all the people in the United States, thank you!”
Please copy and forward to your family and friends, and ask people in your groups to say it too.
Here is a law that I would propose to Congress regarding the AR-15 Assault Rifles:
1. Citizens can continue to own the AR-15 Assault Rifles, but for use solely in  protecting their homes;
2. No more AR-15 Rifles can be sold—totally banned;
3. AR-15 Rifles are banned from being carried in anyone’s car, truck, or on streets or roads;
4. Should these Rifles be found outside the home, they are subject to confiscation, and the person carrying them is subject to immediate arrest and heavy fines at the minimum. More than one will result in a felony.
This law would allow those who believe in the 2nd Amendment to have the firearms, but solely for the protection of their home. I think it is a good compromise for all sides. It allows gun owners to keep all their guns, while giving the public peace of mind. If you like this idea, please copy and paste and send to your Congressman and Senator. JEFFREY EPSTEIN’S DEATH A SUICIDE?
Ann writes: Just wondering if Jeffrey Epstein really killed himself or if he was murdered? The first attempt seemed like a hit job gone bad (survived but with bruises).
It seems like there were many powerful men who utilized his connections with  the underage women. If it was a “hit,” do you think that a lot of incrim-inating evidence might have been destroyed as to implicate famous men?
Theo, just to check, did Jeffrey Epstein kill himself, or was he murdered, and if it was suicide, did he pay people to assist?
Yes, Tom, it was suicide and it was just stupidity on the correction officer’s side. He was smart enough to see that there would be a little larger window of opportunity early in the morning. ‘Heads will roll,’ you could say, on the corrections side. He was their most high profile inmate, and they were sloppy in his handling. He could see, in the indictment released the day before, that there was no way he would be exonerated, and he knew there would be more young women coming forward, just as there was in the case of Dr. Nassar. He was not murdered, nor did he pay someone off in the jail to assist him, as you considered.
Will there be a number of more young women that will come forward?
Yes, there will be a number of more young women that will come forward, naming names. There are some very well-known people that will be implicated. This has been forecast.
THE ORIGIN OF VIOLENCE
Ray writes: In the film 2001: A Space Odyssey, the black alien monolith sparks the intelligence in the ape (pre historic man) to use the bone from a dead animal first as a hunting tool and then to use it as a weapon to kill a rival ape.
But since we're "veiled" what sparked the intelligence in the prehistoric man  here in the Earth Experiment to use violence right from the beginning of time? Was it subconscious memories of violence from our home planet we came from, or did the individual's Guardian Angel manipulate prehistoric man to "throw the first punch," so to speak, to learn to use violence against others?
Gaia, did the prehistoric versions of humans such as Lucy and Little Foot have to use violence to survive, or were they first to use it?
It was a combination, Tom. Most of the places humans were dropped or seeded had a variety of animals. They needed a food source, and they could not and would not have known how to grow crops. So they had to live off the land, including killing animals to survive and eat. But they were also in constant danger of being eaten themselves by animals that were much larger and much more vicious, so they hid, if possible and if not, became the meal of the wild animal.
DREAMS AND DREAM SYMBOLOGY
I had another dream of an airline crash a few nights ago, and first reported on my Tom T. Moore, Author page. I dreamed a Delta Airlines plane crashed into the Eiffel Tower, knocking it down. I've found in the past that this could be a foretelling type dream, or it could just be dream symbology. As an example, a "crash" in my “The Dreamer’s Dictionary” dream symbology book says, "a crash in your dream heralds an important achievement, and the louder or  bigger the crash the more noteworthy will be the achieve-ment."
I always have to pay attention to these dreams as previously I dreamed of a "delta-shaped aircraft" crashing, and a couple of weeks later a Delta Airlines plane crashed at the DFW Airport. Before 9/11, I had three dreams: 1. Dreamed a plane crashed east of Chicago; 2. Dreamed a biplane crashed (symbology for two planes); 3. Dreamed a tornado passed in front of an office building, and behind it was a line of people sitting in invisible chairs following along.
Here is what I received from Theo:
Theo, was my dream of the Delta Airlines plane crashing into the Eiffel Tower symbology or a foretelling?
Not a foretelling, Tom. In this case, it was simply dream symbology. The Eiffel Tower is safe at the present time. You on the other hand will see some significant events coming soon for you.
So, no crashes by any plane into the tower?
No, Tom.
Dreams are messages from your soul. I started recording my dreams in 1979,  and a couple of weeks later had a dream of an explosion, with a woman and men involved. This was back when Dena and I owned an international wholesale tour company, and were scheduled to go to a world congress of travel agents in Manilla. We dropped Manilla and added days to Taipei and Hong Kong. The first day of the Congress, terrorists blew up a bomb in the front of the hall, where I like to sit, injuring several attendees. A woman who worked in Los Angeles for the Philippine Trade Association and four men were arrested.
I vowed to record my dreams the rest of my life, and have. This is also good preparation for communicating in an altered state with your own GA, as the level you are in, when you awaken, seems to me to be the same that I received these “thought packets” from Gaia, Theo, and Antura. Here are some more questions that illustrate how you receive information in the dream state.
Dee writes: I had a dream about a week ago about an earthquake. I was there  with family members. I recall feeling the ground rumble beneath my feet and as I looked to the right, I watched the ground raise up about 10-12 inches and then lay back down. I remember feeling strongly like I needed to find a place where we were safe. I’m not sure where this was, but it felt like it was near where I currently live. The next thing I remember was I woke up. So, I don’t know what or if anything else occurred. I have never had a dream about an earthquake and I am 69 years old.
I have tried to meditate on this, but am not getting anywhere. The impression I got after waking was that something good was going to happen. The more I thought about it the more I felt “YES - something good” and perhaps it would affect the family members that were in the dream with me.
I do live about two hundred miles from the New Madrid fault line in a suburb of Indianapolis, IN. I don’t usually worry about it, but we have always had earthquake insurance since we moved here 31 years ago just in case. Is this a premonition of an earthquake to come either here in the Midwest or somewhere in the US? The family members in the dream live on the east coast and I live in the Midwest, so we have never gotten together out here. I only see them when I visit the east and these days not so frequently. Thanks for any light you can shed on this strange dream.
Gaia, Dee had a dream about an Earthquake. Was this dream symbology, or of an upcoming event?
Not an event in this case, Tom. She was correct with feeling this it was  symbology. It was a signal of change. She then must ponder what sort of change this implies.
Paul writes: I have killed someone in a dream, choking this man with every ounce of strength I had and pushing his body into the steel of an elevator, blending his cell structure with the steel to insure he could not resurrect this body. I have never experienced all out anger in a dream and I have never physically killed anyone in a dream, nor have I ever been angry at anyone in a dream.
The situation arose as I was visiting a university on another planet, one that was experiencing something similar to the last "Harry Potter" film in which the dark side is trying to subjugate the kinder entities and force their will upon them. I was the only entity that was immune to the various powers, skills, magic, or whatever you care to call it. I could not be killed or even touched by either good or bad in this realm. I was well respected by the good side and held in great esteem.
On this last night, the bad side had overwhelmed the good side to the point of approaching the good headmasters and accepting their capitulation. I was approached outside of the university by the leader of the bad side to garner my support for his cause. I accepted a ride in his car back to the university and listened to his rhetoric, but offered no argument or acceptance. At the university, I walked to my room, gathered several talismans and proceeded to  find the head of the university and hand him the talismans while clasping his hands in mine and informing him I would be leaving at that time. The bad leader followed me and as I turned to head to the elevator he said something to the affect that my cowardly departure sealed the fate of these people. He followed me into the elevator for one last confrontation and then he tried using his energy on me, which only spread a red glow around the elevator.
At that point, I became enraged and placed my hands on the sides of his shoulders very firmly and yelled in his face that I did not want to live in a socialist world and no one should have to live in that situation. I applied physical force to both of his shoulders and then used my energy to squeeze his shoulders together, crushing his chest. I then used some type of energy to speed up the frequency of the elevator steel floor, so that we could both pass into the floor. The next thing I know, I had just snapped my hands outward, pushed myself  back into my sleeping body, and became wide awake. I didn't exactly witness his demise, but I had this distinct thought that the elevator floor became rigid again with him inside of it, and that the subjugation of the university and its good people was over.
I thought you had once mentioned that we travel in our dreams to assist others with their needs, and after reading that, I have been quite satisfied to experience so many intense dreams in which I have helped people better their situations; however, this one dream is quite a different experience.
Theo, was the dream Paul had of crushing a bad guy into an elevator floor just dream symbology, a release of anger, or a past life, or a visit to assist people on another planet during dreamtime?
More a symbolic dream imagery dream, Tom. You need to release built up negative energy, and sometimes you can do this in a dream. He has done this before in other dreams, but he has not remembered, and the dreams were different. It also has a meaning of crushing real life problems. He did not actually crush someone into the floor. It is but a metaphor.
Leanne writes: I am well aware of certain dream symbols that I often see, like an airplane means I’m astral travelling (we have spoken about this one before), but over the last couple of months I have been having dreams where I am constantly moving, like being in a small tunnel, or on a conveyer belt, a slide, or a small theme park where I am on all of the rides. The theme parks look old fashioned. Some rides go underground.
This one is baffling me as to what the constant moving means, along with the  places I find myself.
Theo, what is the dream symbology for Leanne of constantly moving on a conveyor belt, or moving in a tunnel, on a slide, or at a small theme park?
That’s how she feels her life is and it is showing up in her dreams, Tom. Life never seems to be slowing down. She can request an MBO to be given time to “smell the roses.” A little break in the action you might say.
Connie writes: In the last newsletter you talked about getting information from our subconscious by asking questions just before we go to sleep. [She was referring to the 60 Minutes story at the top of the Newsletter.]
In my book, The Shadow Child, I talk about when I was a child I would ask for a  story each night before I went to sleep, and one time I was given a glimpse into my life in Atlantis. This dream haunted me for most of my life until I could find out just where it took place, and what I was doing there. Your books on Atlantis helped me unravel this question by giving the background I needed to fill in the blanks of the dream. I wrote to Shirley Andrews, who wrote the book Lemuria and Atlantis, Studying the Past to Survive the Future, and asked her about the heavy clothes I saw the people wearing in my dream. As we know, Atlantis had a tropical climate. Shirley answered me and said that perhaps the people in my dream were planning to go to an area on the Bahama Banks which she said flourished after 28,000 BC and was more stable than the Atlantic Ridge. I may have told you all of this before, I don't remember. Anyway, the point you were making is very valid, and I can attest to that by my own experiences! There have been many nights I have gone to sleep and asked questions about something. In the morning, I would have the answer or something would happen to bring the answer to my attention. My grandmother use to tell me "Go and sleep on it, you'll know in the morning," and I usually did.
I wrote about this in my second book The Eyes of Time, Memories of a Soul. This second book, RJ has just finishing editing. She did a beautiful job with both my books!
A little correction here. The Atlantean Continent stretched as far north as Newfoundland today, and as far south as the Bahamas today. Therefore, over half the continent would have had four seasons, and the mountains snow.
IS PRESIDENT TRUMP ON HIS SOUL CONTRACT?
Patti writes: We understand that Donald Trump has a purpose and that his negativity has spurred many wonderful people to come forward who may not have. But now we are seeing deadly effects of his hate speech. Has he gone too  far? Has he gone beyond his mission?

Gaia, is President Trump on his soul contract?
Yes, though it may not seem so at times, President Trump is following his soul contract, for the most part, during his Presidency. Don’t forget that he is like a bull in a china closet since he is a younger soul. He is smart enough to know what the population as a whole wants, which includes some form of gun control, although that will not be as strong as it will be in the future.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, Antura was introduced to me back in 2008 by Theo. I was quickly to learn that he was a member of my soul “cluster” (one of eight), his soul interest is exploration, and recently I found out, establishing settlements—laying them out. After 800 lives on Earth, he’s having a life still in exploration,  but this time as an amphibian ET as part of a “first contact” team—hence the name of my book. In FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET, I asked hundreds of questions about his life on the water planet, Nommo, in the Sirius B Solar System, his explorations, and yes, all about the real star wars that occurred about one million Earth years ago. That was really a nasty war, with even suns and planets being blown to smithereens. Here is another question this week.
Aditya in India writes: I love your newsletters so much that I can't just stop reading them.
While going through the newsletter from 7th March, 2009..... Antura mentioned to you regarding other beings where they can easily travel between solar systems and galaxies through portals. Antura was also mentioning in that particular newsletter that "sometimes spacecraft are also not required."
It seems that he meant such portals existed within those planets. They did not  have to go to outer space to reach those portals!!
If so, can Antura or Gaia tell us if such portals do exist on Earth's surface as well, keeping in mind that many ancient religions consider some particular places on Earth as very pious or special. And these places have been found by scientists as highly magnetic. So. Was wondering whether such places exist on Earth's surface as well.
Antura are there portals on Earth that can be used without spacecraft?
Only by those at a much higher dimension. We can’t have people on Earth being able to access any of these portals, to suddenly be on another planet, with no protection—space suits, breathing apparatus, etc. It would be a disaster.

RJ writes: Requested MBOs to find my magnetized, clip-on sunglasses that I was sure I had worn to my local grocery store that same day. Called the store to see if anyone had turned them in after I got finished unloading groceries - no luck. Next morning I drove over there, talked to the checker who rang up my groceries, went through the lost and found drawer with a clerk, and searched every aisle to see if they were laying on the ground - nothing!
On my way home, a thought popped into my head that, even though I hadn't gone anywhere else but Vons that day, maybe I should check with this other store that I had visited the day before that. Sure enough, while the clerk went through their lost and found, she picked up my clip-on sun glasses! Just proof positive that MBOs work!
Notice that RJ listened to those “whispers in her ears.”
MBO TO FIND PENDANT
Kathy writes: It's been a while since I sent you an MBO story, even though I use them every day multiple times. Whenever I get in my truck I ask for my travels to be safe, pleasant, and without incident. So far, so good!
This MBO story is kind of long. Years ago a friend of mine and I went to Mt. Shasta for a Kryon event. As soon as we got settled in our hotel room, we went to town and went shopping in the metaphysical stores there. At one store I picked up a magazine of local stores and people. When we got back in the room, started  looking through it, and saw an ad for a pendant with geometric forms on it. I was immediately caught by its beauty, and excitedly told my friend to look at it in the magazine, and that when I got home I was going to go to their website and buy one. My friend was looking at me oddly, and when I finally shut up she said, "I have something for you." She pulled something out of her purse and gave it to me. It was the pendant!!
As I was sitting there holding on to this magnificent item with my mouth hanging open, she told me that she'd bought one for herself months ago at a street fair. A few days after she bought it, the little crystals in the center of it fell out. She called the manufacturer and he told her to send it back and he'd fix it for her. She did and in a few days a pendant arrived at her house in the mail... but it was a smaller version. So she again called the guy and he said oops and told her to send it back and he'd send her the right one. A few days later, she received the larger version, but with different stones in it than the one she'd originally bought. She decided to not go through that hassle again and just kept  it. The next day the smaller pendant that she'd sent back arrived. At this point, she gave up and kept it. She figured it was for someone and eventually she'd discover who it was. So she carried it around with her until she discovered that person turned out to be me!
I have worn that pendant every day for years because it somehow shifts my energy and makes me happier. But last Sunday my husband and I were at a nature reserve near us and after we'd been walking for some time, I looked down and saw that the chain I had the pendant on was open and the pendant was gone. It was no use looking for it because we'd walked miles in the forest and it could have been anywhere. Plus it's small - only about 3/4" in diameter. I figured it was time for me to move on to different energy and that the pendant was now going to find someone else to help.
The next day I was thinking about it and asked for an MBO that it would be found and returned to me. Then I called the office at the reserve and told them about it. The next day they called me back and told me it had been found and turned into the office!! Miracle of Miracles!! I drove down there that day and am happy to say it now is back on the chain around my neck!
Love those MBOs! They make life so much easier and better.

Theo, a young, four-year old Australian boy by the name of Billy Campbell, recalls vivid details of a past life as Princess Diana. Is he correct, or imagining?
No, he is correct, Tom. You just misreceived before that she would not incarnate into this time period. We wanted the child to remember on his own. It is a good teaching moment that shows life is eternal.
BALANCING BREAKING SOMETHING
Ray writes: Balancing Little Things
I bought a mug from a gift shop and about 10 minutes later the bag that the mug  was in split and the bag dropped on the road and smashed the mug.
This got me thinking; are we still balancing past lives with little things such as the smashing of a mug, or when we accidentally break things, like a vase and so on?
Theo, what could we be balancing when we drop something and break it, or is it just life?
There are certain times when this happens—let’s say it is something valuable. Then this becomes a teaching moment. Dropping even simple things like a bowl can have some teaching moments, such as, are you starting to age? Are you coming down with some illness or medical condition? And then it might just be to tell you to slow down. So you see, even the most clumsy experience can be something that teaches you about life.
GUARDIAN ANGELS MANIFESTING
Emily writes: Guardian Angels manifesting as humans.
Since Guardian Angels can manifest as humans (usually to save a person’s life), has a Guardian Angel ever manifested as a human and spent the day wandering around perhaps meeting people and bringing joy to people’s lives?
Theo, has a GA ever manifested physically to bring joy to the Earth?
No, Tom. There are reasons for them to manifest.
Previously, Theo has said they can manifest to take on human form if people are in danger, and it is not their soul contract to transition at that time.
DNA TESTING FOR DOGS AND CATS
Sharon writes: I was just reading about how accurate the DNA test is for  humans in your recent email. What is the accuracy of DNA testing for dog breeds?

Gaia, what is the accuracy of dog and cat DNA testing?
Almost 100%, Tom. The accuracy of testing the breeds of these animals certainly relies on the input, and how many DNA tests have been administered.
RELIGION FROM 1 OF 4 NEGATIVE ENERGIES?
Margo writes: Religion seems to stem from wondering about the unknown and  making up an answer that satisfies our fear of death. Does Religion come from one of the 4 energies?
Gaia, does religion come from one of the four negative energies?
We appreciate your readers’ attempts to narrow down what these four energies are, but no, religion exists within these four energies. They are a component of all of them, not just one.
HOLLYWOOD PEDOPHILIA
Graham writes: There's always been a lot of talk of Pedophilia being one of, if not the biggest problem in Hollywood. There's also been a lot of talk of big  Hollywood moguls being accused of being pedophiles.
Being one of the biggest moguls, is Steven Spielberg a pedophile himself, or has he facilitated any children to any pedophile rings?
Theo would Steven Spielberg be part of a pedophile ring?
Absolutely not, Tom. We have previously discussed that there are pedophile rings not only in Hollywood, the general term for the entertainment industry in Los Angeles, but there are similar ones in Washington, DC. They will slowly but surely be outed, and those participants will go to prison. Eventually, as we have said before, there will be scientific breakthroughs to change the DNA strands and correct the desire of pedophilia.
