REFUGEES—I’m leading off this week about the Refugee Crisis. Please read closely.

And a quick explanation for my new subscribers. Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura, (and a few others). Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE:

REFUGEE CRISIS

I’m sure everyone received the email I sent out earlier this week asking everyone to sign a petition I created on AVAAZ, the largest organization I know that handles petitions. The response has been less that overwhelming, but I’ll get into that more in a minute. Here is why I decided to do something:

Gaia, what is the highest probability for the refugees to find shelter and food this winter?

As you might guess, Tom, as they keep flooding into Europe, the highest probability would be very low at this time. Yes, things are changing and developing as we speak diplomatically to allow these displaced people in through Hungary, Croatia and Serbia.

However, the tide will not stop, but simply slow down, due to the winter conditions of the Mediterranean, along with more lives being lost at sea. There will be the highest probability of more people being allowed to continue their journey. Yes, military transport planes will work around the clock to help ease conditions, among many other modes of transportation. All will be used, but there are too many refugees at this time and there will be many caught out in the weather this winter.

You do understand that these are soul contracts, and you do understand, Tom, that showing compassion for these people and saying Benevolent Prayers for them will assist in raising your vibrational levels. The more people pray for these people the greater the results. This is somewhat a test of everyone’s ability to show compassion. Those that are heartless will take a step back in their development. Then, you do understand that there are those souls who volunteered to play the parts of the bad guys to assist in everyone’s learning.

Certainly here is a Benevolent Prayer you can say out loud now: “I ask any and all beings to assist the refugees from the wars to find food, shelter, and clothing, and be allowed passage through those countries they must pass through, thank you!"

But when I ask you to show a little compassion, the response was less than I expected from such a caring group! This is an interactive newsletter, as I have reminded you from time to time. It takes little effort to sign a petition, and just a little more effort to share it with your Facebook friends and Twitter, and wherever else you post in chat groups, etc. Come on folks, raise your vibrational levels a little more today and change the probabilities! POPE FRANCIS’ VISIT TO CONGRESS & UN

Theo, what effect, if any, will Pope Francis’ appearance and talk have on the joint session of Congress?

Yes, you will see progress in the coming days because not only were the Catholics who make up one third of Congress affected, but his talk also raised the vibrational level of all the members, with a few exceptions. There are or will always be those who, because of their religious teachings, look at the Pope through very jaded eyes.

He is doing a great deal of benevolent work, as has been seen over and over again, to try and bring people together and not drive them apart. From our vantage point, we do see more cooperation and the members at least trying to compromise, which, as has been seen and experienced in the past, is no easy task. It will also be the same at the UN.

One significant change has already happened. John Boehner has resigned as the Chief Republican Whip and Speaker of the House of Congress.

EFFECTS OF THE ECLIPSE

Gaia, can you detail the changes we will see after the eclipse?

There will be several certainly, Tom, but our agreement, or rule if you wish, is that you must have specific questions.

I understand, but when you don’t know which questions to ask it’s a little difficult, don’t you agree?

Yes, but narrow it down, Tom.

Will the eclipse affect the talks between the world leaders this week?

Yes, absolutely. There will be positive results from these meetings. Certainly, have your FB friends say a benevolent prayer today to assist them. But there will be more than one breakthrough I can assure you, Tom.

Any major earthquakes?

Not at the present, but coming. It helped put pressure on a couple of locations I wish to move.

Will the two be in excess of 8.0?

One will and one will not.

Here is a Benevolent Prayer to say:  "I ask any and all beings to assist in having major breakthroughs with the results of the meetings of world leaders this past week, thank you!"

FLORIDA AND SOUTH TEXAS WINTER

Eileen writes: Tom, will you please ask Gaia if it will be safe this winter to spend the season in central Florida, instead of home in Pennsylvania? Would travel to Florida be safe as far as weather and earth changes go? Thank you.

Gaia, will Florida be nice for the snow birds this winter?

Yes, it will be pleasant most of the time with the exception of a couple of times when large cold systems move all the way past the tip of Florida bringing cold weather – cold for that far south.

What about the lower part of Texas where many snow birds come in the winter?

There will be more weather systems for them with, as you were thinking, El Nino, but again, for the most part, they are far enough to the south that it will take the form of cold rains. It will be fairly close to a normal winter, but with more rain than, let’s say, last year.

HURRICANE UPDATE: Seems the East Coast is in for some torrential rains with the hurricane headed up parallel to the East Coast as, I recall, Gaia mentioned some time ago.

BREAKING NEWS:  Hurricane Joaquin is expected to strike the East Coast, so here is a Benevolent Prayer to say:  “I ask any and all beings to guide Hurricane Joaquin farther out to sea, thank you!” 

HEART BROKEN?

Mike writes: I wondered about the popular phrase of “Having One’s Heart Broken.” I wondered what was going on physically and energetically with our hearts when we go through an experience of losing another. The heart feeling “heavy” is also referred to as well. It’s not a good feeling certainly. Is there damage done to the heart at these times? Is this an energetic blockage? I am also mindful of “What Doesn't Kill Us Makes Us Stronger.”

So, is the heart strengthened by these occurrences of having felt broken? Perhaps, at an enlightened level, one doesn't feel sadness and loss, but only joy for having known this other. Maybe this is a reflection of an individual’s perspective: glass half full or half empty and we have the choice.

Gaia, what physical changes are there when someone’s heart is “broken”?

Yes, there are definitely physical changes, Tom, as there is the grief of loss, somewhat similar to the grief of the loss of a loved one when they transition. The two can be somewhat compared for your purposes. The energy cords that connected two people may also remain, which is why we suggest you request the severing of those energy cords that are not in your best interests in order to assist you in moving on.

Depending upon how many times the two have encountered each other in past lives, this can feel devastating because perhaps they were married or in similar relationships in the past, but for this life their soul path is to find others, from soul groups they’ve worked with in the past, to mate with. And, of course, we cannot forget balancing since perhaps in a past life they broke someone’s heart and now this time their heart will be broken for balancing purposes. So there are many, many factors that can be involved in the separation of two people, with many of the times being quite complicated if you were to view the relationship from our perspective.

And yes, someone can die of a broken heart if they do not sever these energy cords and move on. The heart retains these memories over many lives and the energy of loss can be devastating, Tom, for anyone who has experienced it. To go farther with this discussion, you would need to know more about the physiology of the human body, so let’s end it here.

UPDATE ON PRESIDENTIAL RACE

Flo writes: I know national elections in the USA are slightly more than a year away. But there's been so much nonsense spouted by all these wannabes for the Republican Presidential nomination, that I'm wondering about the percentages - what's the probability right now of any Republican actually winning the presidency next year?

Does it look like the American voters are finally waking up to how bigoted and uninformed these candidates really are? I hope Theo or Gaia can “see” how these probabilities look at this present time.

Do Theo and Gaia see any possibility of massive changes for the better in the quality of Republicans who will decide to run for office as president or congressional seats? Surely ALL Republicans can't be this bad!

Theo, I’m asked what is the present probability of a Republican in the White House winning in 2016 at this time.

Extremely low, Tom, although this probability will rise the closer to Election Day that we move. Each Republican has their good and bad points, just as do the Democrats. Still, we are talking in probabilities and at this time it is quite low—less than 20%.

What is the probability of Joe Biden being the next President?

Low at this time, but rising. If you could see these probabilities from our side, Tom, they are constantly changing. Yes, there are soul contracts, but as has been explained previously, your souls have not written these pages completely yet, and so you must allow time for things to solidify more.

What about the decision by Scott Walker to end his campaign—you or Theo originally said his numbers were higher and he would rise in the polls?

Yes, but there was some mis-reception on your part, Tom, as you were influenced by the news. On the other hand, your reception about Mr. Trump, as you have noticed, was more accurate. Again, we suggest waiting a bit until more candidates drop out of the race.

DNA OF OUR ANCESTORS?

Bill writes: I have been doing genealogy for many years. As I discover another relative in my ancestral tree, it’s like meeting another member of my family. I want to know as much as I can about them, but finding that information is extremely hard if not impossible as many did not write their stories down for future generations.

These past few weeks I have been using Ancestory.com quite a bit. With this tool you can compile what others have found in their research to yours and see if there is a match and a possible relative doing the same thing as you. There is incredible energy used while doing this research, but also incredible energy felt with each discovery. While feeling this latter energy, I kept thinking somehow I knew this information and it is reawakened within me.

My question is, does our DNA store memory of our ancestors and their lives? I remember walking through the north side of Boston knowing exactly where to turn and where to go. If you’ve been there, it was built this way on purpose so the British would find it hard to get around, and it was done so for the protection of those already living there. Are we ever reincarnated into this life or future lives having lived a previous life as one of our relatives? As some people do not care about their past relatives, other people can be moved to tears when they feel their connection to a 15th generation grandfather or mother. I’m just trying to better understand this process and the importance it all plays in our lives. Thanks for all you do.

Theo, does our DNA store the memories of our ancestor’s lives of our families?

Yes, in a way, Tom. Your DNA is passed down from generation to generation. This DNA brings forth family characteristics as part of the learning process for your souls.

Have we had lives as our ancestors?

Yes, we can say that every soul fragment on Earth today has had lives as one of their ancestors. It all depends upon the life and your soul contracts. Don’t forget that you have had lives with other soul clusters many times for your mutual learning. So, you meet these people over and over again under various circumstances. They can be family, friends, acquaintances, or even enemies for your soul’s learning. Then there are lives where, as part of your learning, you are dropped into circumstances with a life with a soul cluster you rarely have lives with as part of everyone’s learning. There are millions of probabilities and it all depends upon what your soul needs to progress.

PINEAL GLAND

Gaia, do I actually receive these messages in the pineal gland?

Yes, Tom, the pineal gland does act as a receptor or combination receptor/antenna for your body. It has many uses your scientists will discover in the future, including the ability to sense danger in your path. It is, as you would imagine, a finely tuned instrument your ET uncles and aunts designed for you. As we have said in the past, Tom, scientists still have much to learn about the functions of various parts of your body Even the lowly appendix has functions not yet discovered, along with the hair on your bodies. I could go on and on, but suffice to say, we did not want it to be too simple for you; then the scientists would have had nothing to do.

I saw an artist’s depiction of a soul. One thing that intrigued me was the tentacles. Do you have what would appear to be tentacles coming out of your energy body that connect to thousands of things, such as the other souls assisting you in running this planet?

Quite so, Tom. Some are just for less than a second as I communicate, and others are what we can call, for your purposes, Tom, permanent connections.

BENEVOLENT PRAYER FOR CAR LIGHTS OFF

Michael writes: I ask for MBOs, say MBPs every day. Last night someone had parked in front of my house and left their lights on. I didn't know who it was or where they were. After about an hour and a half, I said an MBP for whomever the owner was. I asked that the owner would come outside and see the lights were on. Not five minutes later, the owner came outside and left in the car.

MBO FOR DOG, DOLLARS, CLASSES

Ann writes: Aloha Tom, wishing you all the best. There are days I wake up and do an MBO for my day, and days I don't remember. And those days, I inevitably do one and the rest of the day is brighter, lighter, and easier. Lately, because of our current housing situation, I have felt my dog Sweetie isn't happy. So I asked for her to feel safe and happy. Body language, and her doing circles, tells me she is definitely happier! After doing MBOs for $$, I am thrilled to report the flow has increased, as well as new opportunities. Additionally, after saying an MBO for the class I teach, I have had three filled classes and a wait list for a 4th. Soooooo grateful!

APOLLONIUS OF TYANA

Gaia, exactly who was Apollonius of Tyana, and did I ever know him in my life either as Strabo or Salome?

Yes, your paths definitely crossed several times. Unlike Strabo, none of his writings have survived, so his life was only recorded by a biographer.

Was he an older seasoned soul?

Oh yes, quite seasoned by that time. And, yes, he did influence a number of people.

But he was not on the level of Jesus?

No, he was a soul fragment of a soul cluster, whereas Jesus was a single fragment. As we have stated before, Jesus was the only human on Earth as just a single soul fragment compared to everyone else then and now.

Has Apollonius continued to have lives since then?

Quite so, and eventually with more influence.

I assume his writings did not survive for a reason?

Yes, just as half of Strabo’s writings did not survive because we did not want all your history, along with those failures, to continue being read over and over. It would have slowed down development. Apollonius was a good man, and you might call him the backup quarterback, had not Jesus been as successful in his teaching of love.

FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM UPDATE

Monetarily speaking, things have really accelerated out of control the past few years, and I'm wondering if this may happen within the next year or so.

Theo, what is the probability of the Federal Reserve System being abolished in the next two years?

Quite low at this time, Tom. There has to be wholesale changes in Congress, which will not happen that soon. It is on the horizon, so the probability rises significantly in the next few years after that.

MYSTERY OF SUBHAS CHANDRA BOSE

Vripal writes: Would you please ask Gaia to throw light on one of India's greatest Freedom Fighters popularly called Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose? Many people don’t believe that he was killed in air crash in Taiwan as claimed by Indian authorities. Did he live several years after, and why has he chose not to appear before his men? It has been a raging debate in India for a long time. Please ask Gaia to tell the truth and also ask her whether this truth will ever come out.

Gaia, please clear up two receptions—did Subhas Chandra Rose die in a plane crash or became a monk, or ended his life in some other fashion?

He ended his life in some other fashion, Tom, he did not die in a plane crash, and, yes, you are receiving me perfectly. So, you ask what other fashion? One would need to ask the British this question since he was in their hands. This is still a “hot topic of conversation” and we do not wish to stir up animosity, but there are records being released, which will point in that direction.

CHESS MASTERS

Mantej writes from the UK: I asked previously about Bobby Fischer and it turns out that it was timely of me to do so since they have made a film about him staring Tobey Maguire as Fischer called "Pawn Sacrifice," which is due for release in September.

As I previously mentioned in a prior newsletter, The Grandmaster Fischer (1943 -2008) is the greatest chess player of all time. Although he was the greatest, he stated towards the end of his life that he hated chess.

Theo said that his soul interest is "Mathematics" (as Theo explained chess is a form of mathematics and probabilities). Theo also informed us that Fischer has incarnated in his next life just a little bit in the future and he is back working on his chess abilities.

My questions are:

1.    Does Chess have infinite probabilities and variabilities or is it limited to FINITE possibilities?
2.    Was Chess introduced to humans by ETs or was it man-made?
3.    Do all professional chess players have a soul interest in mathematics like Bobby Fischer?

Theo, does chess have infinite or finite probabilities?

Yes, it seems almost infinite, but there is a limit eventually—but so large that no one has reached that limit. So, one could say it is almost infinite.

Was chess introduced by ETs or through inspiration?

No, it was inspiration. Chess is a game with winners and losers, and that’s where negativity arises. Chess will be one of the games the Explorer Race introduces to the rest of the universe.

Do most chess masters have math as their soul interest?

Quite so. It is a great mathematical game, so they are attracted to it life after life.

MORE ON DREAMS

Lydia writes: Thank you, Tom, for your link at the end regarding dreams/death-link to quantum mechanics/parallel worlds/multiple universes. Perhaps this is an answer to my question regarding “stupid dreams” where we are operating at a lower frequency. Any explanation regarding what our dreams really are would be appreciated.

Also, please explain more why Earth's time is 10x faster than universal time & anything else regarding this cause/meaning, etc.

Gaia, are there any more explanations we can add about dreams? We’ve covered before that they are quantum in nature, and that we go to other worlds to assist and solve problems. What am I missing?

As you saw, or recognized, in the dream the other night, you drew not only from different time lines and different times, but you also changed ages of the people in the dream. You insert people in your dreams to represent attitudes, beliefs, relationships, and much more to assist you in understanding not only the past, but the future.

People spend their whole lives studying dreams, Tom, but most of these scientists do not accept the theory, we will call it for their purposes, that this is a quantum state and that you can draw from past, present, and future and those dreams that involve solving problems for other societies in the universe is a complete rejection. They just have not expanded their universe theoretically to include this possibility yet. It will take many years for this idea to be accepted by those who study dreams. They are too short-sighted shall we say.

So, was my dream last night of there being a flood in the streets and being blocked from moving forward a sign that I'm blocked from progress at this time?

Correct, but the fact you asked directions from the police means you are doing just that of your guides. You will soon move forward.

I was told that our time is ten times faster because our ET “uncles and aunts” want us to catch up at a faster rate so that we can travel out to the stars much faster than the time it takes other societies to reach that point. And time is still going to speed up just a little more.

J.R.R. TOLKIEN

Laurie writes: I’ve been watching the Hobbit trilogy of movies, as well as the Lord of the Rings trilogy, and I got to thinking about how J.R.R. Tolkien came up with these enduring, archetypal creatures. Most of the current-day Fantasy genre derives their characters from his creations. Did orcs, elves, dwarves, and trolls actually exist on Earth? If so, when? (Atlantis?) Did Tolkien encounter any of them in one of his lives? Fascinating!

Theo, did Tolkien ever encounter orcs, elves, dwarves, or trolls?

No, he just had a very fertile imagination provided to him by his guides.

SAN GENNARO ORACLE & MT. VESUVIUS

Ramona writes: It’s Ramona again! (The Campania Freak from Bavaria ;))

I’m receiving your newsletter regularly and I’m quite surprised about the amount of information you can provide for so many readers within a few weeks! There are many interesting things to learn!

I love to be in Campania. It has a very inspiring scenery and culture. I’m learning Italian now and one day I’ll go there again because I still remember my beautiful vacation trip in 2014.

My question today is for Theo or Gaia concerning the San Gennaro oracle ritual in Naples that takes place on September the 19th and two other days every year:

What kind of liquid is this “blood of San Gennaro”? It isn’t real blood, is it? Why do the intensive prayers liquefy the substance in the ampule?

Was it really a sign for an unpleasant event for Campania when the miracle didn’t work, for example in 1973 (a year with a great epidemic) or 1980 (the year with the earthquake)?

By the way, 12 months have passed now since you asked Gaia if Mt. Vesuvius would stay dormant in this time period. There is nothing going to change soon, I hope. Is it?

Gaia, what is the probability of Mt. Vesuvius erupting in the next two years.

Yes, Tom, at this point in time the probability remains quite low during the next two years. You would have to go much farther out at this time for the probability to rise.

Would that be ten years or even longer?

Ten years--yes the probability would rise, but not significantly. That can change if your souls desire an eruption, but at this time they do not.

Are humans involved in the blood in the ampule of San Gennaro? And why was there none in 1973 or 1980?

Here again we get into belief systems, Tom, and if enough humans believe something will occur, then they create that reality. By the same token, if on a subliminal basis they are being informed of an event in that region, then they have agreed on a higher level for no blood to form. You are very powerful, yet most of you would deny having any influence. This understanding will change in the future.
