NEW ZEALAND QUAKE & TSUNAMI UPDATE
Lyndy writes from New Zealand: Have been following you for several years now, down under in New Zealand. Have noted the upcoming earthquake in or around Christchurch, NZ and tried to warn family members. I live in Nelson, NZ (top of the South Island). Will Nelson be affected?
The last time I covered this was in the 9/24/16 newsletter. Gaia said then  that a major earthquake of 7.0 or higher and a tsunami of a little less than 15 feet would roll in across the coast. If you wish to read that first, click here.
Gaia, please give me an update on the New Zealand earthquake and tsunami you said would happen this August. Is it still a high probability, and if so will the time be near the August 21 total eclipse of the sun?
Yes, Tom, the probability is certainly over 80% at this time—much closer to 90%. And yes, the eclipse will assist me in bringing pressure there.
You said before that the earthquake would be near or offshore Christchurch. Is that the highest probability?
Quite so, and I also said up and down the coast and as far north as Wellington on the North Island.
I assume that would include Nelson on the northern part of the South  Island?
Yes, their location will not protect them, just that it will not be as severe as Christchurch, but still a little more than Wellington [“a tad over five feet”]. That area of the world is prone to my movements and this will not be the last time they will see movement there. Of course the aftershocks, just as they did the last time Christchurch had a major earthquake, will continue for many months.
What about more tsunamis?
Small ones to be sure, but not to the height of the one that will roll ashore. Yes, you are receiving me well, Tom.
How close to August 21 will this occur?
Quite close, Tom. I will not give the exact date, but very close. If those in  that area feel the earthquake, they should move immediately to higher ground.
Will there be great loss of life?
Because that area is not heavily populated as are other parts of the world, such as Japan, the loss of life will be less, but still will be in the hundreds, shall we say, for your purposes.
So, I am receiving this correctly, Gaia?
You were very close on your reception, Tom. Take that to the bank, my dear.
LIFE EXPECTANCY TO REACH 125 YEARS?
Human life expectancy will reach 125 years old by 2070, scientists predict as lifespans continue to rise across the world. Click here.
Gaia, what is the probability of people having average life spans of 125 years within the next 50 years?
Pretty low at this time, Tom. I realize they are throwing out those numbers in the news, but in reality besides learning how to cure diseases, they must also learn how to counteract the aging of the body. So, the highest probability would be much lower – let’s say, for your  purposes, 105 to 108 years. Curing all the diseases and with proper diets that is quite an obtainable number at this time.
Then in the next 50 years they will work hard on learning how to stop aging. There will be many breakthroughs during that time period, and 125 years as an average lifespan is quite doable, and perhaps somewhat higher. Another factor will be the absence of great conflicts, so that the average lifespans all over the world will jump, certainly in the next 50 years; and yes, this will come after all the natural calamities ahead, but primarily due to the great reduction in conflicts.
To summarize, average ages creeping up to 105-108 within the next 50 years and then 125 or more within the next 100 as they learn how to really slow down the aging clock in your bodies. That is the highest probability at this time.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR OAK GROUP SOUL
Now I wish to speak to Oak group soul.
Oak here, good morning and good life.
Good morning, Oak, and the same. One or two questions for you today.
Certainly, Tom.
Oak, botanists claim that there are 60,065 different species of trees on  Earth, and I bet they might have missed a couple. How many of those species are taken care of by souls from your planet, and would some group souls take care of more than one species?
Good questions, Tom. Fully half of the species of trees are cared for or are expressions of our souls, and yes, there are souls that care for more than one species of tree if there are just a few of the species, let’s say, in a restricted geographical area. In my case, I have millions of trees, so my whole expression is expressed through these trees, but some souls like variety, and Gaia and the Creator love variety, so one soul may take care of several dozen species of trees. And that includes some souls from our planet.
Can you give me a number of souls taking care of all the trees on Earth?
Let’s say a little less than 10,000 group souls as you term us. We, and I mean those souls who express ourselves through trees, were encouraged by Creator to create expressions of ourselves in many remote parts of the world. As I said, Creator and Gaia love that.
Oak, how different is your planet from Earth?
Oh, quite different, Tom. It would seem quite alien to anyone who would come for a visit from Earth. There are no animals on our planet. There is constant movement of our forms there, which is quite different than our forms on Earth. Someday the Explorer Race will visit us, but only for a  short time. We prefer that. This is why we enjoy all the company of animals, birds, insects and humans on Earth. Such a great variety of life here. And that’s why we’ll stay after the Explorer Race leaves, as we will still have all the company of birds, animals, and such, plus all the visitors from all over the universe who will sit under our trees and enjoy the beauty of Earth.
How far away is your planet?
Across the universe, Tom. Truly one of the distant planets, not in your galaxy. But the Creator asked for volunteers and some of us responded.

ORIGIN OF THE BASQUE LANGUAGE
I never know where a question will pop up from. I was watching a recorded show of Antony Bourdain’s Parts Unknown. The episode  featured San Sebastian, Spain and the lives of the Basque people who live in the region.
He mentioned that no one really knew where and when the Basque language originated, so I thought I would see if I could obtain more information. In my Atlantis and Lemuria book, the Basques really resisted the Atlanteans, who tried to subjugate them. Here is a short promo for the program to get a glimpse of a beautiful country. Click here.
Theo, where and when did the Basque language originate?
Yes, much more ancient than they know, Tom. Their language truly  reaches back well over 25,000 years. It is a combination of language of the Cro-Magnons, mixed in with the early humans. And yes, even some words from Atlantis, as they did try and subjugate the people for a time, but eventually had to retreat for more pressing matters back when the continent sank, leaving only those who lived on Poseidia and the islands making up what would become the islands under control of the Sons of Belial.
I will add that their language also picked up some of the similar words in French and Spanish. But the Basques were unique, and due to the mountainous terrain, they could resist the incursions by the Atlanteans or, for that matter, anyone else that came.
IS SUNSCREEN HARMFUL?
Cathy writes: Now that it's summer, more people will be putting on  sunscreen. I was wondering how safe sunscreen really is since our skin is absorbing chemicals into our bodies. In the long run, could continued use of sunscreen cause harm to our health? Could we develop skin cancer or other serious illnesses from using sunscreen over the course of our life?
Gaia, are there long-term health problems in using sun screen lotions?
They would be minor, Tom. Humans must use sun screen to prevent much worse problems of melanoma, as just one example. Not using the sun screen, as has been pointed out, ages your skin much faster. So, the occasional use of sun screens during the days when you are out in the sun is safe for use. Take that to the bank, all of you who love to be outdoors to enjoy nature, or must work outdoors.
GAIA SAYS BE PATIENT
Gaia, please explain the holdup on the Russian Disclosure? Did I latch  onto a low probability again?
Yes, things are moving on the upper time lines Tom, but there has been a bit of a stall on your time line. These things happen, and I realize your concern. Take heart, because the pressure is like water on a weak dam, yet you will hear the Russian government make this slip of the tongue, we have termed it, quite soon—even sooner than you might hope. Do not be discouraged, Tom, since I have told you before it is on their soul contracts, just as it is on yours for millions of years. Take that to the bank Tom. We appreciate your patience.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
In 2008 my GA Theo introduced me to another member of my soul group or “cluster” as he calls it. His name is Antura, and after 800 lives  on Earth, mostly with a soul interest in exploring, he has returned for a life on his home planet Nommo in the Sirius B Star System. Nommo is a water planet, and I discovered that he’s an amphibian. He’s a member of a “first contact” team that goes out to emerging worlds to learn more about them, and to introduce themselves. This is normally several thousands of years before those societies are ready for space travel. You can read more about him in my book, FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET. Here are more questions from this past week.
Antura, during the star wars, did I receive the peace plan idea about incorporating the Reptilians in the Earth Experiment from the Creator?
Yes, Tom, and may I say an excellent question. There are times when  Creator does step in and gives inspirational thoughts, and you were inspired to suggest the compromise. As I have said before, Creator loves every living thing in ITS universe. In that life you asked for guidance and you received it. I am not allowed, per your instructions, to emphasize how important that was, but I’m sure you can imagine that it saved millions, and yes, even billions, of lives that would have been lost had peace not been initiated. There were still those who did not think the offer of including them in the Earth Experiment would work, but had it continued the war would probably have gone on for thousands of years, and eventually would have affected the earth. Several people commented on the image I used of a Zeta Hybrid last week. I’m including it again here. They commented on the look of the  eyes. As this is an artist’s conception, I thought I might ask more about it.
Antura, would the Zeta Hybrid image I used be close to the actual appearance or would the Hybrids appear more Zeta?
The artist’s concept of the Zeta Hybrid was not too far off. The skin would have been paler, not quite the color of skin of an earth human, but still in that range. The eyes are what most of your readers noticed, and those were closer to the Hybrids’ eyes.
Jim writes from Florida: I was watching a very unusual cloud formation the other day while driving home. It was shaped like a big W. Very unusual. Then I saw a small object (really could not tell the size or the  distance from the whole formation) drop down and a few seconds later turned and went back into the cloud. I lost sight of it because of overhead trees. I have no doubt that I saw a ship. Size?
Antura, did the ‘W’ shaped cloud contain a large ET ship that Jim in Florida saw?
Yes, there was a ship there—not the size of the Sirian mothership previously discussed, but a larger one that had to be cloaked by clouds so as not to worry anyone. From that position, it would send out a number of robotic craft to take its readings. Everyone has a slightly different way of taking readings and that planetary society liked to use larger ships for its readings.
Peter in Canada writes: Thank you for your inspiring, wonderful newsletter you send us each week. Here is a question for Antura. Will  Canada be included in the first trip by the Pleiadians? We have lots of open space and our Prime Minister Justin Trudeau believes in Alien life and talks about it openly.
Will Canada be on the visit list, and please explain why not the USA?
Canada certainly will. As was noted by your reader, the prime minister will welcome the visit. That may not be the case for the USA, due to the cold relationship between the USA at the present time and the Russian government. So the probability of the first visit also including the USA dropped dramatically with the election of Mr. Trump. The highest probability will be for the USA to be visited on their second visit, as pressure mounts, and with the visit with Dr. Greer the U.S. government will be forced to meet with the Pleiadians.

Jim writes from Florida: Here is my MBO story: I wanted to move closer  into Naples from the 12 miles away from where I now live. Rentals are very much more expensive closer to town. I did an MBO asking that I find a place that is best for me and within my price bracket and within the general area I was seeking. On the internet I saw a place that seemed perfect, but about $100/mo. more than my budget. I called and the owner said I was just the tenant he wanted. He dropped the price and gave me a month to move in.
Then I had to ask my current owner to release me from my lease, which he did and refunded my last month's rent and my deposit. Not only is the place closer to town, it has been completely refurbished, granite kitchen tops, new tile floor and a double car garage. Nice lake view in the rear. Perfect, could not have asked for more. I move on the 30th.
MBO FOR VISIT TO DOCTOR ABOUT KIDNEYS
Ray writes: A little background, since I started taking my new blood  pressure pills I notice a pressure/pain in my left kidney area. It became consistent and I grew very concerned to the point I went to doctor. Before I went I asked for a BP:
"Hello friends, something is going on with kidney which is why I tried fasting but I am going to doctor this morning. I am asking a BP, I ask any and all beings that Charlie’s doctor visit results in good news and that any issues with his kidney are quickly and easily resolved in the fastest, best way possible. Thank you"
After the doctor's examination it turns out it was simply my herniated discs in my lower back, which isn't good but much better than kidneys.
MBO FOR MIGRAINE TO GO AWAY
David writes: I also finally had success with an MBO. I get migraine  headaches. I had to be off my usual medication of choice for 10 days due to an upcoming medical procedure involving anesthesia. My other medications were not helping and after the third day I was desperate. I said an MBO asking for the migraine to go away. It took a while, but the headache started to abate by late evening. I woke up the next morning headache free. That almost never happens.
Thanks for all you do. I use your newsletter for discussions with my metaphysics teacher. I've learned more from The Gentle Way than from other websites.
CRICKETS SINGING
Bill writes: This is a recording of crickets played at the normal speed in which we hear them and then slowed down 20X. There are no music instruments, but just the sound of crickets singing like human voices. I found this to be quite amazing. I wondered what planet crickets come from.

Gaia, are the sounds crickets make healing sounds, or what exactly?
They can be, Tom, but the beautiful harmony of their voices, we will call it for your purposes, can be the ability to sing in harmony for their pleasure, you see, along with of course at certain times mating calls, and other communications between them. It was good that someone decided to analyze these sounds, as it opens the door just a little more to the abilities of insects. They will find other insects have their unique ways of communicating with each other.
As you can see, there is still much to learn about insects in general besides their body structures. This will of course eventually assist you as you will meet intelligent insect creatures in your travels to the stars. As a race of beings you still have so much to learn, but are slowly, yet very fast in universal terms, getting there.
YOGA MEDITATIVE POSE
Emily writes: In the last year or so there are times when I am in meditation or in the Savasana yoga pose [aka Corpse pose], in which I have had some quick visions of people and/or the emotional feeling of  experiences as if I were either living them or have lived them. These experiences all feel familiar as do the people I see in those visions. Yet, when I try to figure out who these people are or where those experiences come from I lose the entire vision, etc. It is as if I am in the middle of someone’s life, and yet I get the feeling I should know all about it. It always feels benevolent.
However, I don't know, nor can I connect with that part of the knowing of it. When I come out of meditation or Savasana I still remember that I had those feelings and visions, however, I can't get a grasp on any of the details. It is like a very blurred pattern of thinking.
I find this exciting and would like to understand more. I would truly appreciate knowing and/or understanding more about these experiences. Am I connecting to another time line of my life? Am I experiencing a past life situation? Is this some sort of message? How can I connect further and longer so that I can learn more?

Theo, when Emily is in the Savasana pose, do the images come from  other time lines, past lives, or just tuning in and how can she connect further?
In meditation one is able to tune into images of all the above. There can be messages that are being sent to the individual, but quite often, unless the person undergoes some direction you can be all over the map. May I suggest meditation classes for those who wish to learn the concentration needed? And of course during a meditation you can request to connect (after surrounding yourself with white light) to your own Guardian Angel.
Most of the time this yoga pose is not held long enough due to the structure of the classes. If they could double or triple the time, there would be further advancement. That can be done in one’s home environment.

Theo, it appears that Lou Gehrig’s soul contract was to be recognized as one of the best in the sport of baseball, but to also balance by having a disease. What is his soul interest?
Yes, sports of all kinds. He will be back, but with a different specialty, we will call it. He was able to balance a past life and now he will find a certain amount of fame.
BLACK PANTHERS & SINGING IN THE SHOWER

Panthers are a mythical creature. What people refer to as a Black Panther is actually a Black Leopard or a Black Jaguar. So, did the  Panther actually exist at some point in time?

A global phenomenon, almost everyone's done it almost once in their life. It even has its own dedicated page on Wikipedia. Why on earth do we sing in the shower? Click here.
Gaia, was there ever a true black panther and not a leopard or jaguar?
Yes, it would seem almost mythical in modern times, Tom, but a true black panther did exist—not just one but a smaller number. If you were  to search the jungles, remains could be found.
What is the psychology of singing in the shower?
As one would guess, it does bring pleasure and relaxation. Singing in general helps align the soul.

Theo, what was Alexander the Great’s soul contract?
Yes, not so much government as military. He loves to explore the military at all levels—from the lowliest private to the commander and chief of whole armies.
Why did he die so young?
Of course, it was part of his soul contract. He had achieved all he set out to do during that time period, so off he went to his next round.
