MBO FOR THE PERFECT APARTMENT<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Pam writes:<\/strong><\/span> Also, I must tell you that I have been living with my sister for about 7 years and both she and I were ready for me to get a place of my own. She had helped me out while I was trying to get on better financial footing and I really appreciate her for it. <\/strong>I requested an MBO to find the perfect place.<\/strong><\/span> I started looking for apartments and thought I had better get something I can afford but could not find anything that wasn\u2019t depressing.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Then I decided to get something I wanted and make more money to afford it \u2013 an apartment with an attached garage that had a storage area. It would be about double what I could afford. I ended up getting an apartment that I just absolutely love and for a very good price, great management, and surrounded by a dense type of \u201cforest\u201d in addition to 2 minutes from my favorite grocery store and 5 minutes closer to work. I love my new place!! I sold some of my appliances and things that I had in storage that I no longer needed, and I got a huge refund from my taxes that I had filed in October. And with what I have in savings, I was confident about affording my new place for at least the next 6 months. And so far, I\u2019m on track with my side business to increase my income so that I can easily afford it on an ongoing basis. Love MBOs!!!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

MBOs FOR SFO PARKING, NEW BUSINESS<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

INSURANCE SETTLEMENT ON WRECK MBO<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Katrina in Philadelphia writes:<\/strong><\/span> In December, my 2013 Hyundai was parked on a wide side street near my house. But overnight someone hit it, and when I came out in the morning, I saw the side of the car smashed in. The car was drivable, but I noticed the steering wheel was crooked, which told me the frame was probably bent. I turned it into my insurance company, worried about having to pay the $1,000 deductible. I said a couple times, <\/span><\/strong>“I am asking for an MBO, that whether the car is totaled and I have to buy a new one, or if I’m able to fix it, that whatever happens will be the best possible outcome for me.”<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

I was told the car was going to be totaled, and now I worried because I still owed almost $4,000 on the car! What if the insurance company didn’t give me enough for the car? <\/strong>Again, I said an MBO, this time that the insurance company would give me at least enough to pay the loan, and then I would figure out how to get enough money for a down payment on a used car.<\/strong> Lo and behold, the insurance company gave me almost $9,000! That not only paid off the car, but gave me enough to put down $3,000 on a brand new car! <\/strong>I was so glad that I said the MBO for this!<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

MBOs FOR BATTERY, BACK, STEAK, UFO<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Mario in Auckland New Zealand writes:<\/strong><\/span> Here is my MBO experience on my very first day of requesting MBOs (and this is only for today, Saturday).<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

~ Recently my electric lawnmower\u2019s battery did not last long enough to mow the entire patch of lawn and I had to charge it mid-way through. <\/strong>So I used a MBO asking that the battery would last the entire mowing\u2026<\/strong> I mowed the entire lawn with HALF the battery still charged!<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

~ I have been suffering from lower back pain for the past 18 months and have explored every avenue. When I got up this morning I felt that there was something not quite right so much so that I considered not mowing the lawn as it has put additional strain on my back in the past. I however decided to push on and see what would happen <\/strong>As expected the pain got worse and after I was done I was on my way to take a shower and decided to give an extreme MBO a go\u2026 I asked for immediate pain relief and low and behold when I got out of the shower I felt relief, and 15 to 30 minutes later absolutely no pain, and without taking any medication.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

~ I wanted to test it even further and I was planning on grilling a premium thick cut steak for dinner. Parking is always tight outside the only butcher in Auckland that has premium cut meat. <\/strong>I decided to test the parking MBO and asked for a specific parking, not the best but a specific one. I thought while I was at it\u2026 let\u2019s ask that the premium cut that I was after be at a discount price. I requested both these MBOs while I was listening to your book and mowing the lawn seeing how you stated that we need to ask early for our GA to set things in motion.<\/strong><\/span> SO\u2026 I drove up to the butcher and AGAIN the exact parking I asked for was available with almost every other parking in the lot being full. I though WOW\u2026 how cool is this and then walked up to the counter where the steak was display to realize that the normal selling price have been dropped by $10 per KG.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

~ Now after the lawnmower battery and back ache scenarios I told my wife (who is a sceptic) that I have requested MBOs and that it has worked for those situations and what the results were. She kind of brushed it off and dismissed it. We decided to get our kids a drive through take away on the way home seeing how it was getting late in the afternoon. She suggested a take-away that is always very busy with long queues at the drive through. <\/strong>I told her that we would try a MBO on it\u2026 I requested out loud with her next to me for good service and quality food.<\/strong><\/span> AGAIN\u2026 we only had two cars in front of us, the service was quick and when I collected the bag I thought that they gave us the wrong order as it was heavier than usual. Even my wife acknowledged that the food was fresher that usual and that the portions were bigger.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

~ Now here\u2019s the kicker\u2026 I got home and thought to myself, \u201cAll this has worked out, why not go really big\u201d.<\/span><\/strong> I have heard or read (not sure where) that one could request a \u201cfly-by\u201d from an ET craft, so I though what the hell, let\u2019s request an MBO. So after the steak grilled I decided to go and sit outside and keep repeating the MBO.<\/strong><\/span> Now it was not a clear night, but the clouds moving across the sky helped to provide some context to the movement of the stars and moon in the sky.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

I kept repeating the MBO for a fly-by and not too long after I noticed a light (far away appearing as a different colored star) moving faster across the sky than what the rest of the stars were.<\/strong><\/span> It was however moving in the same direction from left to right even though it was faster. I lost it in the clouds but realized that it was faster than the rest. I thought\u2026 hey let me really push my limits here, <\/span><\/strong>so I requested an MBO where I asked for the same phenomenon to happen but where it would move from right to left across the horizon.<\/strong><\/span> I waited and waited and nothing\u2026. I went inside to get a refreshment and sat down again not expecting much\u2026 and then incredibly I saw the same light moving from right to left in the sky. I followed it until I could not see it any longer. It was no plane as it was too far away. I saw a plane in the sky earlier. I doubted myself and then Googled whether or not satellites can go in opposite directions in the sky, which the result stated that it could not.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

It was then that I got up immediately and started typing this email. I was in two minds around whether or not I wanted to contact you before I have read your books, but I have experienced an amazing day and wanted to share it and hopefully get some feedback. I know that this as a long winded email and I apologies, but I just wanted to capture all the facts while they were fresh in my memory. This is not an attempt to get any kind of exposure or acknowledgement on your newsletter (to which I have subscribed), I would just like some feedback please.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
