(And I thought, ha ha, this will not work for me, as I was trying too hard and being quite negative)\u00a0 Well nothing happened!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>On my way back through the park I requested the MBO again for the Robin to appear, I carried on walking,\u00a0and you will never guess what happened? Out of the bushes shot this Robin, it puffed itself up like a fluffy ball; it tipped its head to the right as if it was looking at me. (I just stood still as I had full shopping bags in each hand ) When this Robin appeared I just got the shock of my life, as it shot out the bushes just like that, I just stood there laughing my head of and I just could not stop laughing.\u00a0 There were people playing football all around.\u00a0 It just happened so quickly and it shot back in the bushes, I waited to see if it would come back out but it didn\u2019t. This Robin only appeared for about 30\/40seconds,but it did seem longer.\u00a0 It was just so funny Tom. I remember every detail like it happened\u00a0yesterday.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Well Tom I\u00a0most certainly got my proof that my MBO&#8217;S are working for me.\u00a0 And I most certainly said, \u201cThank You, Thank you, Thank you!\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993300;\">A GUARDIAN ANGEL TAKES THE WHEEL<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Daphnee writes: <\/strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>I happen to read the part of your newsletter regarding the Guardian Angels embodying into 3D to save someone&#8217;s life.\u00a0 Back a few years ago while living in Cyprus, I was driving my car very fast on the Highway on the fast lane (right side, as they have the same rules as in the UK) and overtook 2 cars in the middle, or left lane (the slower one), there was another 3rd car ahead on the left lane and I was about to overtake this car and was slightly ahead of it already, when\u00a0 SUDDENLY, invisible hands grabbed the wheel and I found myself slowing down and going to the left side behind the car I actually had already overtaken. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>In the SAME MOMENT, a car came driving opposite directly, towards me on the lane I was before. I don&#8217;t know how you call this in English but in German we call that &#8221; ghost riders&#8221;. I don&#8217;t know what had happened, but I knew it was not me.\u00a0 I <\/strong><strong>as Daphnee would never have slowed down and moved over to the slow lane, especially as I had already passed the other car. I thought, \u201cOh was that my guardian angel????\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>This is the event in my\u00a0life where I started to believe in Angels and dared talking to mine. Years I was not sure did I have one only or many. My feeling is that its a plural form of angel but I am not sure. Maybe you can shed some light on that?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Theo tells me there is only one <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Golden Light Being <\/span>that we call our <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Guardian Angel <\/span>which oversees us every minute of the day and night.\u00a0 We do have one or two main guides and several that come and go depending upon what we\u2019re doing at that time in life. <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993300;\">DENTAL WORK MBO<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pam writes on Facebook: <\/strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>&#8220;Hi Tom, I just wanted to share a Great MBO I had today and thank you for telling me all about MBO&#8217;s. I&#8217;m having some dental work done soon and the cost was a lot, I did a MBO to help me with the money and for it to be a lot lower than the quote, then the dentist office called and gave me a $1000.00 discount for paying up front in full. Now how great is that!! Thank you so much.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993300;\">TILES MBO<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>AnneMarie writes on Facebook:\u00a0 <span style=\"color: #008000;\">Tom, have to tell you about my friend\u2019s MBO.\u00a0 She is re-doing her bathroom and wanted Real Marble tiles.\u00a0 Well they normally go anywhere form $10 -15.00 for a 12&#215;12 square.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>So on Sunday, after doing an MBO in church, she drove to Lowe&#8217;s.\u00a0 As she was walking to the tile aisle, on the end of the aisle were boxes of tiles with a sign, \u201cMarble\u201d &#8230; Read More&#8211; tile $1.42 each tile.\u00a0 She was speechless&#8211;must be a mistake&#8211;then the salesman showed up and told her they were overstocked in those tiles&#8230;not selling and his boss said mark \u2018em down.\u00a0 At that price she told him she could do both bathrooms and had measurements requiring 20 boxes. He told her that if she bought them right then he would Discount the price down to $1.00 per square&#8230;.. NOW THAT IS A MBO &#8230;.most benevolent outcomes for the best possible deal&#8230;.. YEAH!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>That was a good MBO!\u00a0 I\u2019m sure her Guardian Angel was \u201cpleased as punch.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993300;\">WEIGHT PROBLEM<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Frances writes: <\/strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>I have struggled with being overweight all of my life and I ask for MBO&#8217;s to help me with this.\u00a0 Yet I feel that nothing much has happened or\u00a0nothing much that\u00a0I can perceive.\u00a0 Could you help with a suggested MBO for healthy weight loss and good eating habits?\u00a0 Thanks.\u00a0 I love The Gentle Way Newsletter and I am grateful for your response. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For Frances and anyone with this challenge <strong>I&#8217;ll give you some MBO&#8217;s to request and then some practical suggestions.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for attaining the best weight for my health and happiness, thank you!<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for choosing the healthiest foods both at home and in restaurants, thank you!<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for being led to healthy, enjoyable exercises for me, thank you!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Now, having had a weight problem in the past, and still have to continually watch myself (thanks to my wife), we both found that <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Weight Watchers<\/span> worked the best of any program we ever tried.\u00a0 I lost 25 pounds. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The best thing that came out of the program was <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Portion Control.<\/span> Most restaurants serve twice what you should consume.\u00a0 We therefore either split the entree&#8217; or divide it into two halves and take the other half and have it the next day or two days.\u00a0 During our Sedona trip for a week in June we did just that almost every dinner (and lunches too) and did not have our first desert until Tuesday evening (we arrived Friday morning) when we split a mousse.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Weight Watcher &#8220;Smart Ones&#8221; and Lean Cuisine both list the Weight Watcher points, although we don&#8217;t count anymore.\u00a0 It&#8217;s best to not eat out of the container, but spread it out on a plate.\u00a0 They normally take up the whole plate, so visually you feel like you&#8217;re eating a full meal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>And for exercise, start walking, if you are not already.\u00a0 Either early in the morning or evening get out and walk for at least 20 minutes.\u00a0 It really does boost your metabolism.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I hope I&#8217;ve been of some assistance!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>6,000 MILES OF MBO\u2019S<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Karen writes:\u00a0 <span style=\"color: #008000;\">In February, I had been on disability for awhile, and the need to see my only grandchild, a grandson, became almost unbearable.
