MBO FOR BEST TENANTS<\/span><\/h3>\n

Linda writes:<\/span>\u00a0 I own a property in which the last two tenants had been problematic in different ways. This was all pre-MBO\/BPs for me.\u00a0 I was able to get the last tenant out through MBOs and BPs for the tenants, and then I was becoming a tired owner, so I said an MBO for the best tenant for me.\u00a0<\/span> I put an ad out for the rental and no responses, then I thought I must need to change the price so I did and started getting a lot of interest. \u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

A couple of sets of people I couldn\u2019t connect with because I wasn\u2019t available when they were, and then one set drove by and weren\u2019t interested, then a set of people saw it and weren\u2019t interested, then a couple wanted to see it but no one could show it to them before they went away, then a couple came when I happened to be in town as I live 3 hours away, and loved it. I was about to leave town before they wanted to see but something told me to stay longer and meet the couple.\u00a0 I was also about to turn the rental over to a Realtor, because I couldn\u2019t really manage the rental too well from a distance, and I asked my realtor if I could exclude the couple who saw it and loved it, and she said no but I\u2019ll give you until Tuesday and she wouldn\u2019t put in the paperwork until then. \u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

On Monday, the couple called back and said they wanted the house and I have had people after that state they wanted it, which in the end this couple feels like the best tenant for me as they said they lived in the area before and it was like returning home again.\u00a0 Thanks to MBOs.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

MBO FOR HURRICANE PREPARATION<\/span><\/h3>\n

Donna writes from Florida:\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0 With Hurricane Irma approaching Florida, I’ve been using numerous MBOs for stuck accordion shutters.<\/span> There was one shutter that I couldn’t do by myself, so I said “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome to receive help from my neighbors to close the bedroom shutter. Thank you.”<\/span> I just “happened” to go outside when my neighbors were in their garage. I asked if they could help, and they said “that’s what neighbors are for”. It only took a few minutes for them to close the shutter! I am so grateful! And just a few minutes after that, their garage door was shut and they were gone. Perfect timing and perfect outcome, thanks to asking for Angelic help! Thank you, Tom!<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a0USE OF MBOs AND BPs IN DAILY LIFE<\/span><\/h3>\n

Erica writes from Australia:<\/span>\u00a0 MBOs and BPs are part of my daily life and used now as naturally as breathing.\u00a0<\/span> When any little thing comes up for the family from stress to health or other issues, and as I move around the farm with any of the animals that may need help I say them and things work out fine.\u00a0<\/span> Thank you so much for your work.<\/span><\/h3>\n

I speak to my own GA and ask that she (the name Leiah came to me…..maybe there is no gender with Angels?) speak to the GA’s of others who may be making decisions re my family (like the bank people who are still deciding the final outcome on our home farm); And I ask that they look favorable on my proposals and kindly on my family.<\/span><\/h3>\n

It feels OK to do this.<\/span><\/h3>\n

I also often ask the Angels in BPs to gently use their fingers to work in and around our animals who experience injuries and even when friends complain of a pain or soreness.<\/span><\/h3>\n

My gut and heart tells me that asking this way is fine and helpful and my intention is also for the best so I figure that’s the best indicator I guess.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Another BP that I have used and noticed immediate results has been at funeral\/memorial services when people have been delivering their eulogies and it’s obvious they are doing it tough.\u00a0 I ask that they are given strength and light from any and all beings to be able to deliver their important words.<\/span> It seems to be almost instant and they are able to get through with grace and ease.<\/span><\/h3>\n

I also have done this when I have noticed speakers being very nervous in front of a large crowd, for example, with good results.<\/span><\/h3>\n

I just speak the words very quietly so only I and the Angels can hear!!<\/span><\/h3>\n

It feels good to be able to help from wherever I am standing and the BPs just flow naturally the moment I become aware there is an issue for someone or creature<\/span><\/h3>\n

Erica has discovered new ways to use MBOs and BPs in her daily life.\u00a0 This all works!\u00a0 And the \u201cwhole souls\u201d we call Guardian Angels (GA\u2019s) have no gender.\u00a0 I call my GA Theo, which is recognized as both a male and female name.\u00a0<\/span> \u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

MBO FOR SET UP OF NEW PRINTER<\/span><\/h3>\n

Sandy writes:<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 The set up for my new printer had gone smoothly thanks to an MBO.<\/span> My last had been damaged and had to be replaced. The new one is nice and light, just 10 pounds.<\/span><\/h3>\n
