This assignment includes the right to publish the material of the article electronically (subject to paragraphs 3 and 4); The article can be published in print, online, CD-ROM, microfiches or some other form. c. the requirement for an electronic provision of research literature, whether online or on CD-ROM, can be managed effectively, with appropriate safeguards for authors, editors and magazine owners. one. If so, the author`s employer may sign this agreement. The employer may reserve the right to use the article for internal or advertising purposes (indicating this agreement) and reserves all rights other than copyright. If the article was produced jointly by more than one author, the author guarantees that it has been authorized by all co-authors to sign this agreement on their behalf. B. Requests for permission to use articles in books, courses or library courses can be handled effectively and sensitively to the changing needs of libraries and readers. This relieves the perpetrators of a tedious and costly administrative burden. Under the United Kingdom`s Copyright Design and Patents Act 1988, the author has the moral right to be identified as an author wherever the article is published and to object to its derogatory treatment or distortion.
Inderscience encourages the application of this right, as it is the best publication practice and is an important protection for all authors. Section 4 allows the moral rights of the author, as required by law. In accordance with academic and professional protocols, Inderscience cannot accept an article if it is not the author`s original work, if it has already been published (but see our notes on conference papers) or currently being considered for publication elsewhere. The author must be the copyright holder and be entitled to sign the author`s copyright contract. By filing an article, the author fulfills these conditions.
